Abstract

UREDAJ ZA IZDVAJANJE ULJA, GASA I DRUGIH PROIZVODA IZ PIROBITUMINOZNIH SKRILJACA I DRUGIH MATERIJALA NATOPLJENIH UGLJOVODONICIMA koji obuhvata: retortu 9, koja ima gornji deo, srednji deo i donji deo 14, na cijem je gornjem delu postavljen levak 2 za punjenje za unosenje mlevenih skriljaca u pomenuti gornji deo retorte 9 kroz obrtni mehanizam 8 za punjenje sa gasnim zaptivkama 4, 6, dok su na srednjem delu retorte 9 nacinjeni kanali 11 za ubrizgavanje vrelih gasova na temperaturi od oko 500°C do oko 600°C, zatim brizgaljke (15) postavljene u donjem delu 14 retorte 9 za ubrizgavanje hladnih asova na temperaturi u opsegu izmedju 110°C i 180°C, pri cemu je retorta 9 vezana za mehanizam 17 za praznjenje sa kucistem 18 ispunjenim vodom za zaptivanje za odnosenje mlevenih skriljaca iz retorte, a gornji deo retorte 9 povezan je vodom 10 sa ciklonom 29 radi odvajanja gasovitog przenog materijala u ciklon 29 za razdvajanje teskih tecnih kom-ponenata od jedne gasovite struje koja sadrzi fine cvrste cestice u magli, s tim sto je elektrostaticki taloznik 36 povezan sa ciklonom 29 radi izdvajanja talozenjem vrlo finih cvrstih ces-tica iz pomenute gasovite struje, pri cemu je na elektrostaticki taloznik 36 prikljucen kompresor 40 radi sabijanja pomenute gasovite struje, dalje grejac 44, prikljucen izmedju kompresora 40 i kanala 11 za ubrizgavanje, za podizanje temperature prvog dela pomenute gasovite struje do oko 500°C - 600°C radi ubrizgavanja u srednji deo retorte 9 za otpocinjanje pirolize skriljaca, kao i toplotni regenerator 82, prikljucen izmedju kompresora 10 i brizgaljki 15 za snizavanje temperature drugog dela pomenute gasovite struje na oko 110°C - 130°C pre ubrizgavnja drugog dela gasovite struje u donji deo 14 retorte 9, najzad toranj 51 za pranje gasova rasprsivanjem, prikljucen na kompresor 40, za prihvatanje treceg dela pomenute sabijene gasovite struje radi razdvajanja jedne gasovite komponente i jedne tecne komponente koja se sastoji prvenstveno od vode i teskog ulja, kao i rezervoar 54, 56 za razdvajanje tecnosti od taloga, prikljucen na toranj 51 za pranje gasova rasprsivanjem radi prihvatanja pomenute tecne kom-ponente, naznacen time, sto su kanali (11) za ubrizgavanje sacinjeni od vise paralelnih duguljastih supljih prizmaticnih elemenata sestougaonog poprecnog preseka, obrazovanih od dve duguljaste gornje ploce (112) medjusobno spojene pod jednim uglom koje obrazuju duguljastu gornju ivicu, sto su dva duguljasta paralelna vertikalna bocna zida (114) povezana sa donjim ivicama gornjih ploca (112), pri cemu je na svakom bocniom zidu (114) nacinjen jedan horizon-talni red otvora (115) celom duzinom bocnih zidova (114) pored gornjih ploca (112), pri cemu se gornje ploce (112) pruzaju prema dole i prema napolje preko bocnih zidova (114) u vidu po jednog prepusta (117) sa obe strane a iznad otvora (115), pri cemu su donji zidovi (113) povezani sa bocnim zidovima (114), i medjusobno duz jedne duguljaste donje ivice, sto su brizgaljke (15) za ub
