MASINA I POSTUPAK ZA PROMENU HEMIJSKOG SASTAVA UNUTRASNJE STRANE BACVE koja ima glavnu osu, naznacena time, sto sadrzi: obrtni nosac (12) omotaca (1) bacve cija je glavna osa orijen-tisana vertikalno;elektrootporne elemente (19) za zagrevanje unutrasnje strane omotaca (1) bacve;sredisnu cev (20) sa briz-galjkama (22) za kvasenje unutrasnje strane omotaca (1) bacve; konzolu (15) sa pokretnim klizacem (16) za istovremeno oslan-janje i vertikalno pomeranje sredstava (19, 20, 22) za zagrevanje i kvasenje duz pomenute glavne, vertikalne ose; i elemente za upravljanje pomenutim sredstvima (19, 20, 22) za zagrevanje i kvasenje. Postupak za promenu hemijskog sastava unutrasnjeg omotaca (1) bacve, naznacen time, sto obuhvata faze: a) postavljanja omotaca (1) bacve na obrtni nosac (12), sa glavnom osom orijentisanom vertikalno i ispod elektrootpornih elemenata (19) za zagrevanje i centralne cevi (20) za dovod tecnosti koji su podignuti u prvom polozaju lociranom iznad omotaca (1) bacve; b) obrtanja nosaca (12) i omotaca (1) oko pomenute glavne ose; c) spustanja, istovremeno, pomenutih elektrootpornih elemenata (19) i cevi (20) sa prvog polozaja lociranog iznad omotaca (1) na drugi polozaj lociran u okviru omotaca (1), pri cemu je centralna cev (20) postavljena ispod elektrootpornih elemenata (19) za zagrevanje; d) zagrevanja unutrasnje strane omotaca (1) elektrootpornim elementima (19) za zagrevanje; e) prekidanja zagrevanja; f) podizanja sredstava (19, 20, 22) za zagrevanje i kvasenje sa pomenutog drugog polozaja na pomenuti prvi polozaj; g) kvasenja unutrasnje strane omotaca (1) sredstvima (20, 22) za kvasenje, pri cemu se sredstva (19, 20, 22) za zagrevanje i kvasenje podizu od pomenutog drugog polozaja u pomenuti prvi polozaj; h) ponavljanja faze c) do f); i) zaustavljanja obrtanja obrtnog nosaca (12). - Prijava sadrzi jos 7 zavisnih zahteva.
