Abstract

Postupak za koriscenje opasnih otpadaka za obrazovanje bezopasnih agregata koji ne ispusta stetne materije, na znacen time, sto obuhvata obezbedjivanje izvora cvrstog otpadnog materijala koji sadrzi krupan otpadni materijal i prah od otpadnog materijala, unosenje tog krupnog otpadnog materijala u obrtnu pec koja ima ulazni odeljak, odeljak za sagorevanje i izlazni odeljak, odvajanje krupnog cvrstog otpadnog materijala od praha od otpadnog materijala, rad te peci pri prosecnoj unutrasnjoj temperaturi u opsegu od oko 871°C do 1260°C i na pritisku nizem od atmosferskog, isparavanje veceg dela isparljivih sagorljivih materijala u pomenutom krupnom cvrstom otpadnom materijalu u uvodnom odeljku obrtne peci, regulisanje uslova u toj obrtnoj peci tako da cvrsti otpadni materijal sagori u cvrst cesticast primarni agregat, cvrst klinker i gasovite nuzproizvode sagorevanja, pri cemu veci deo cvrstog materijala koji se javlja na izlaznom odeljku peci obuhvata cvrst cesticast primarni agregat, unosenje praha otpadnog materijala, gasovitih nuzproizvoda sagorevanja, pomocnog goriva i gasovitog kiseonika u prvi oksidator neposredno povezan sa uvodnim delom obrtne peci i izazivanje sagorevanja, pri cemu se temperatura u prvom oksidatoru krece od oko 982°C do 1649°C, topljenje dela praha otpadnog materijala u prvom oksidatoru radi obrazovanja rastopljene sljake, prevodjenje gasovitih nuzproizvoda iz prvog oksidatora u drugi oksidator neposredno povezan sa prvim oksidatorom, pri cemu drugi oksidator radi na prosecnoj unutrasnjoj temperaturi u granicama od oko 982°C do 1538°C, prevodjenje gasovitih nuzproizvoda i nerastopljenog cesticastog materijala iz drugog oksidatora u sud za hladjenje i neutralizovanje neposredno povezan sa tim drugim oksidatorom, hladjenje tih gasovitih nuzproizvoda sagorevanja i nerastopljenog cesticastog materijala iz drugog oksidatora na temperaturi ispod 204°C u sudu za hladjenje i neutralisanje ubrizgavanjem u njega tecnosti koja sadrzi vodu, neutralisanje kiseline u gasovitim nuzproizvodima sagorevanja iz drugog oksidatora ubrizgavanjem kausticne tecnosti u sud za hladjenje i neutralizovanje radi obrazovanja neutralisane gasovite izlazne struje i ohladjenog cesticastog materijala, izdvajanje te neutralizovane gasovite izlazne struje iz cesticastog materijala suvim filtriranjem, ispustanje neutralizovane gasovite izlazne struje, kombinovanje i sakupljanje hladjenog cesticastog materijala i primarnog agregata, periodicno unosenje hladjenog cesticastog materijala i primarnog agregata u taj drugi oksidator radi obrazovanja jedne hrpe uz dno tog drugog oksidatora, pri cemu ta hrpa ima nagnutu spoljnu povrsinu, us-meravanje toplote iz prvog oksidatora na tu nagnutu povrsinu te hrpe i topljenje bar dela materijala u istoj, kombinovanje rastopljenog materijala i sveg ostalog nerastopljenog materijala zahvacenog u njemu sa rastopljenomm sljakom radi obrazovanja jedne u sustini rastopljene mesavine, uklanjanje te u sustini rastopljene mesavine iz
