Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA DOBIVANJE DERIVATA 2-GUANIDINOTIAZOLA, opšte formule (I) gde Y označava grupu formule (II) ili (III) -CH2-CH2-CN kao i njihovih soli, naznačen time, što obuhvata: a) cikliziranje amidinotiouree formule (IV) sa 1,3-dihaloacetonom u rastvaraču, poželjno u acetonu i u prisustvu jodidnog katalizatora rastvorenog u pomenutom rastvaraču, poželjno natrijum jodida, tada reagovanje bez izolovanja, tako dobivenog halogen derivata formule (V) gde X predstavlja halogen sa tioureom u prisustvu vode tako da daje jedinjenje formule (I), gde Y označava grupu formule (II), b1) cikliziranje amidinotiouree formule (IV) sa 1,3-dihaloacetonom u rastvaraču, poželjno u acetonu u prisustvu jodidnog katalizatora rastvornog u pomenutom rastvaraču, poželjno natrijum jodida, tada reagovanje bez izolovanja tako dobivenog halogen derivata formule (V), gde X je halogen, sa tioureom u prisustvu vode i tada S-cianoetilovanje sa akrilonitrilom u alkalnoj vodenoj- alkanolnoj sredini tako da daje jedinjenje formule (I), gde Y označava grupu formule (III), b2) S-cianoetilovanje kao polazne supstance jedinjenja formule (I), gde Y označava grupu formule (II), sa akrilonitrilom u alkalnoj vodenoj-alkanolnoj sredini radi dobivanja jedinjenja formule (I), gde Y označava grupu formule (III). Prijava sadrži još 2 zavisna zahteva.A process for the preparation of 2-GUANIDINOTHIAZOLE DERIVATIVES of general formula (I) wherein Y denotes a group of formula (II) or (III) -CH2-CH2-CN as well as their salts, comprising: a) cyclizing an amidinothiourea of formula (IV) with 1,3-dihaloacetone in a solvent, preferably in acetone and in the presence of an iodide catalyst dissolved in said solvent, preferably sodium iodide, then reacting without isolation, the halogen derivative of formula (V) thus obtained wherein X represents halogen with thiourea in the presence of water so compound of formula (I), wherein Y represents a group of formula (II), b1) cyclization of an amidinothiourea of formula (IV) with 1,3-dihaloacetone in a solvent, preferably in acetone in the presence of an iodide catalyst soluble in said solvent, preferably sodium iodide, then reago without isolating the halogen derivative of formula (V) thus obtained, wherein X is halogen, with thiourea in the presence of water and then S-cyanoethylation with acrylonitrile in an alkaline aqueous-alkanol medium so as to give compound f formula (I), wherein Y represents a group of formula (III), b2) S-cyanoethylation as starting material of a compound of formula (I), wherein Y represents a group of formula (II), with acrylonitrile in an alkaline aqueous-alkanol medium to give a compound of formula ( I), wherein Y denotes a group of formula (III).
