Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE PREPARATA SA ANTIFLOGISTIČKIM DEJSTVOM IZ MATRICARIA CHAMOMILLA. naznačen time, što se iz jedne tetraploidne kamilice, kod koje (-)-alfa-bisabolol predstavalja glavnu komponentu eteričnog ulja, odselektiraju one biljke čiji cvetovi osušeni na 40В° C sadrže najmanje 100 mg% hamazulena, najmanje 200 mg% (-)-alfa-bisabolola i manje od 50 mg% ostalih bisaboloida i što se od tako dobijenih biljaka, u datom slučaju posle daljih koraka selekcije i razmnožavanja, požnju cvetovi u vegetacionom stadijumu u kome je 30-100% cvetova jedne glavice cvetova otvoreno i osušeno na temperaturi od najviše 70 Cda bi se dobio suvi materijal koji sadrži najmanje 30 mg% hamazulena, najmanje 100 mg% (-)-alfa-bisabolola i manje od 50 mg% ostalih bisaboloida i u datom slučaju se od tako dobijenog suvog materijala putem destilacije u prisustvu vode proizvodi eterično ulje koje sadrži najmanje 3,5% humazulena, najmanje 10% (-)-alfa-bisabollola i manje od 10% ostalih bisaboloida ili se putem ekstrakcijesa nižim alkoholima proizvede jedna alkoholna ekstrakcija kamilice koja sadrži najmanje 1,5 mg% hamazulena, najmanje 5,0 mg% (-)-alfa- bisabolola i manje od 10 mg% ostalih hisaboloida.
