Abstract

Opisan je postupak dobijanja fruktana, koji se dobro rastvara u vodi, kao i dobro prenosivog nefrodijagnostika, koji sadrži ovaj fruktan. Prema ovom postupku vodeni ekstrakt fruktana, koji dobijamo iz delova biljaka, ultrafiltriramo preko prve membrane, koja sadrži ugljene hidrate i proteine veće molekulske mase, koja propušta fruktan, i tako dobijeni filtrat filtriramo preko druge membrane koja zadržava fruktan, a propušta soli i materije niže molekulske mase, kao što su mono-i oligosaharidi. Ovako dobijeni fruktan upotrebljavamo kao nefrodijagnostik zajedno a fiziološki odgovarajućim pufernim supstancama sa osmotskim osobinama koje odgovaraju krvi, i ima pH od 5,0 do 7,0.
