Abstract
POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE FERMENTISANE KAMILICE I EKSTRAKTA KAMILICE SA POVEĆANIM SADRŽAJEM APIGENINA, što se fermentacijom cvetova kamilice ili jezičastih cvetova kamilice pomoću enzima prisutnih u biljnoj masi glikozidi apigenina transformišu se u apigenin koji ima 7-9 puta jače izraženo spazmolitičko delovanje. Njihovom ekstrakcijom pomoću razblaženog etanola dobijaju se tečni ekstrakti (Extracta fluida) čijim uparavanjem pod sniženim pritiskom se dobijaju gusti ekstrakti (Extracta spissa), a njihovim sušenjem pod sniženim pritiskom dobijaju se suvi ekstrakti (Extracta sicca). Navedeni ekstrakti imaju povećan sadržaj apigenina. Ekstrakcijom cvetova kamilice ili jezičastih cvetova kamilice razblaženim etanolom i fermentacijom dobijenih ckstrakata nakon odstranjivanja etanola i dodatka beta-glukozidaze-emulzina dobijaju se, takodje, tečni, gusti i suvi ekstrakti sa povećanim sadržajem apigenina.PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING Fermented Chamomile and Chamomile Extract with Increased APIGENIN Content, which by fermentation of chamomile flowers or lingual camomile flowers by enzymes present in the plant mass, the apigenin glycosides is transformed into apigenin which has 7-9 times more potent action. Their extraction with dilute ethanol yields liquid extracts (Fluid Extracts), which, under reduced pressure, give thick extracts (Extracta spissa), and their drying under reduced pressure produces dry extracts (Extracta sicca). These extracts have increased apigenin content. Extraction of chamomile flowers or tongue chamomile flowers diluted with ethanol and fermentation of the resulting extracts after removal of ethanol and addition of beta-glucosidase-emulsin also yields liquid, thick and dry extracts with increased apigenin content.
