Abstract

NOVI 2-OKSO-1-OKSA-8-AZASPIRO /4,5/ DEKANSKI DERIVATI I POSTUPAK ZA NJIHOVO DOBIJANJE. Pronalazak se odnosi na nove 2-okso-1-oksa-8-azaspiro/4,5/ dekan derivate formule (I) gde X je kiseonik ili =NR grupa, gde R je vodonik, C1-12 alkil, C3-6cikloalkil, karboksilna C6-10-aril ili karbociklična C6-10aril-C1-4alkil grupa, poslednje 2 po izboru mogu biti supstituisane na svom aromatičnom delu sa jednim ili više, istih ili različitih halogena, jednom ili više C1-4alkil, C1-4alkoksi ili trihalometil grupa ili je tozil grupa, R1 i R2 zajedno su metilen grupa ili kada X je=NR grupa gde R je kao što je definisano napred, jedan od R1 i R2 može biti hidroksi grupa a drugi je metil grupa, i R3 je vodonik, benzil, (C1-4alkoksi) karbonil, fenoksikarbonil, benziloksikarbonil, formil, piperidin-1-ilkarbonil, morfolin-4-ilkarbonil, 4-metilpiperazin-1-ilkarbonil, 4-(2-hidroksietil)-piperazin-1-ilkarbonil, 2-hloro-3-nikotinoilkarbamoil ili C1-6-alkilkarbamoil grupa, kao i na njihove kiselinske adicione i kvaterne soli. Pronalazak se dalje odnosi na farmaceutske preparate koji sadrže ova jedinjenja i postupak za njihovo dobivanje. Jedinjenja formule (I) poseduju antikonvulzivne, antialergiske i efekte sniženja nivoa lipida. Tako, oni su korisni za tretiranje epileptičnih i alergijskih oboljenja i povišenih nivoa lipida.
