Abstract
TALASASTA PLOČA ZA SMANJENJE BAZNOG OTPORA. Pronalazak se odnosi na talasastu ploču za poboljšanje aerodinamičkih osobina vozila. Telo (200) koje se može kretati u smeru strujanja kroz neki fluid ima glatku površinu koja se pruža u pravcu strujanja, označenu sa (202) koja se završava kod tupe krajnje površine (206). Poprečno na glatku površinu (202) i ispred tupe krajnje površine (206) postavljena je tanka ploča (210), koja se pruža u pravcu strujanja, a postavljena je na malom rastojanju od glatke površine (202). Najmanje je deo kod zadnjeg kraja ploče (210) talasast tako da je njen zadnji kraj (216) izveden u vidu talasa. Talasi su projektovani da obrazuju parove vrtloga (230, 234; 228, 238), koji se obrću u susednim smerovima, a koji odlažu odvajanje graničnog sloja od glatke površine (202) i čine da fluid struji u prostor neposredno iza tupe krajnje površine (206), čime se smanjuje bazni otpor tela (200). Naprava stvara veoma mali sopstveni otpor.
