Abstract

Svaki od stubova sadrži više modula (222,224, 226) razdvojivo naslaganih jedan na drugi, a bar jedan modul (222) osnove oslonjen na površinu (12) i jedan gornji modul (226) koji predstavlja završetak stuba (34). Na stubove (34) su potavljene obloge (42) prvenstveno radi formiranja zatvorenog prostora (44). U zatvorenom prostoru (44) održavaju se željeni uslovi pomoću ventilacionog sistema koji između ostalog obuhvata i sistem (46) za upravljanje kretanjem vazduha, ulazne otvore (120) za vazduh, savitljivocrevo (126) i sabirnik (128) prašine. Opisain uređaj se postavlja na površinu plovećeg suvog doka. Najbitnije faze postupka prema pronalasku su: postavljanje palube za izvođenje radova, postavljanje oprema za peskarenje i bojenje, postavljanje modula za stubove (34), sklapanje opreme za ventilaciju, formiranje zatvorenog prostora (44) i izvođenje radova na površini brodskog trupa uz održavanje željenih atmosferskih uslova u zatvorenom prostoru (44).The device for performing surface works (eg cleaning and painting) on the outer, mainly vertical surfaces of the hull comprises a large number of pillars (34) placed next to each other in a group that rests on the surface (12). The most important stages of the process according to the invention are: installation of the deck for performing works, installation of sandblasting and painting equipment, installation of module for columns (34), assembly of ventilation equipment, formation of closed space (44) and execution of works on the hull surface indoor conditions (44).
