Abstract

【課題】興趣性の高い固形入浴剤を提供する。【解決手段】固形入浴剤１であって、水溶性の主体部１０と、非水溶性の副体部２０と、を備え、副体部２０は、水に浮く第１種別の副体部、および水に沈む第２種別の副体部から選ばれたいずれか一方を第１副体部２１として含み、主体部１０は、溶解前において、第１副体部２１を内包するように構成され、溶解後において第１副体部２１を視認可能に構成されている。固形入浴剤１に内包された非水溶性の副体部が、例えばお風呂のお湯に沈むか浮くか判らないことで、固形入浴剤１の主体部１０が溶解した後の玩具形態の予測がつかない演出ができる。

Description

固形入浴剤
本発明は、固形入浴剤に関する。
従来、固形入浴剤として、例えば特許文献１には、水溶性の中空の固形入浴剤と、固形入浴剤内に配置された分解および組立可能な中空のマスコット型の構成が開示されている。
実用新案登録３２４０４５０号
特許文献１においては、入浴剤から出て来たパーツを単なるマスコット玩具として使用するものであり、入浴剤そのものの楽しみ方、玩具の楽しみ方としては、興趣性という点では課題を有していた。　
本発明は、興趣性の高い固形入浴剤を提供することを目的とする。
本発明の一態様の固形入浴剤は、固形入浴剤であって、水溶性の主体部と、非水溶性の副体部と、を備え、副体部は、水に浮く第１種別の副体部、および水に沈む第２種別の副体部から選ばれたいずれか一方を第１副体部として含み、主体部は、溶解前において、第１副体部を内包するように構成され、溶解後において第１副体部を視認可能に構成されている、ものである。
本発明によれば、興趣性の高い固形入浴剤を提供することができる。

（第１態様）　以下、本発明の一側面を表す固形入浴剤の第１態様について、図を参照して説明する。　図１は、固形入浴剤１の斜視図である。図２は、固形入浴剤１の内部の一例を示す概略断面図である。　
固形入浴剤１は、図１及び図２に示すように、水溶性で球形状の主体部１０と、主体部１０の内部に非水溶性の副体部２０と、を備えている。固形入浴剤１は、水やお湯などによって溶解するまでは主体部１０によって、玩具の副体部２０が見えないように覆われている。副体部２０の収容形態においては、図２に示すように、複数の副体部２０が主体部１０内に埋没するような形態、或いは、主体部１０内部に収容空間が形成されて、当該収容空間内に副体部２０が収容される形態の何れであってもよい。　
球形状の主体部１０は、不透明な適宜色を備えその外表面１０ｓについては、例えば、ざらざらするような小さい凹凸を有している。このざらざらした凹凸により、表面積を大きくして溶解しやすい構成となっており、主体部１０は、その色が回りの水やお湯に溶け出す水溶性の素材にて構成されている。なお、外表面１０ｓには、外周を一周するように、パーティングライン１０ｊが形成される。これは、例えば主体部１０が射出成型により形成されたときの構成であるが、内部に収容空間を有する２つの半球体を合わせる成型の場合には、このパーティングライン１０ｊの部分が半球体の連結部分となる。　
副体部２０は、例えば、キャラクタを模した人形の第１副体部２１、樽型の第２副体部２２を含んでいる。そして、第１副体部２１は、水に浮く第１種別の副体部或いは水に沈む第２種別の副体部の何れかで構成されるが、本態様においては、第１副体部２１は、水に沈む素材のポリ塩化ビニルにて構成されている。一方、第２副体部２２は、必ず水に浮く構成で、第１種別の副体部と同じ素材で、例えば、熱可塑性ゴムにて構成されている。　
なお、第１副体部２１については、本態様においては水に沈む第２種別の副体部として構成されたが、後述するように、水に浮く第１種別の副体部として構成される場合もある。すなわち、第１副体部２１は、水に浮くか否については、第１副体部２１が模したキャラクタ等によって適宜設定されているものであって、浮くか沈むかは主体部１０が溶解して初めてわかる構成となっている。　
第１副体部２１と第２副体部２２は、ひも状の連結部４０により連結されている。また、後述するように、第２副体部２２に連結可能な板状の第３副体部２３が設けられている。なお、主体部１０は、前述のように球形であることから、転動させて遊ぶことが可能である。　
図３は、図１に示す固形入浴剤１が浴湯５０に投入されたときの一例を示す説明図である。　固形入浴剤１において、主体部１０は、水に沈む重さに構成されている。例えば、主体部１０が内包する副体部２０が水に浮く構成であっても、図３に示すように、固形入浴剤１を浴湯５０に投入したときは、水に浮くように構成されている副体部２０と共に沈んで行く。したがって、固形入浴剤１は、浴湯５０への投入初期の状態においては、主体部１０の重さによって、副体部２０も一緒に湯船の底５２に着くように沈んだ状態となる。　
図４は、第１副体部２１が溶解途中の主体部に覆われ、第２副体部２２が浮き上がる途中の状態を示す説明図である。　浴湯５０に投入された固形入浴剤１は、時間の経過とともに主体部１０の溶解が進んでいく。そして、例えば、主体部１０の外表面１０ｓに近いところに収容されていた第２副体部２２並びに連結部４０は、その周囲の主体部１０が溶けることで、図４に示すように、第２副体部２２がその浮力によって浮き上がり始める。そして、第２副体部２２は、連結部４０が主体部１０から解放されることで、液面５１上に浮きあがる。また、第３副体部２３においても、水に浮く素材にて構成されていることから、主体部１０から解放されたことで液面５１上に浮き上がる。　
一方、第１副体部２１は、第１副体部２１の周りに、主体部１０が残っている段階では、主体部１０のキャラクタを全く見ることができない。また、主体部１０が解けた段階では、浴湯５０が所定の色となることで、液面５１の上方からはキャラクタを特定しにくい状態である。　
図５は、主体部１０が溶解した後の副体部２０の状態の一例を示す説明図である。　浴湯５０に投入されてから、時間の経過とともに主体部１０の溶解が進み、キャラクタの見える部分が徐々に増えて、図５に示すように、キャラクタの実態が徐々に明らかになっていくものの判別ができない場合がある。すなわち、液面５１の上から見るだけなので、キャラクタの形状によっては、第１副体部２１の形状をはっきりと確認できない。この状態において、第２副体部２２は、液面５１上に浮いており、第１副体部２１とは連結部４０によって連結状態となっているので、第２副体部２２を手３５で持って第１副体部２１を引っ張り上げるなどして第１副体部２１を見ることができる。また、第３副体部２３は、液面５１上に浮いた状態となっている。そして、第３副体部２３の表面２３ａが上を向いて浮いている場合には、当該表面２３ａに表記されているメッセージ部２３ｆによって、第１副体部２１を浴湯５０から引き上げなくても、どのキャラクタなのかが判別できる場合もある。　
図６は、副体部２０の構造を示す斜視図である。　副体部２０における第１副体部２１、第２副体部２２、及び第３副体部２３は、図６に示すように、第１副体部２１の人形の頭部と第２副体部２２の下端部２２ｃとがひも状の連結部４０により接続されている。また、第１副体部２１の胴部２１ｃの下端には、例えば円筒形の連結凹部２１ｄが設けられている。一方、第２副体部２２の上端には、連結凹部２１ｄに嵌合可能な円柱ピン２２ｄが突設されている。　
また、第３副体部２３は、その表側にはキャラクタの名称や関連した適宜文言が表示されたメッセージ部２３ｆ（図８参照）が表示され、裏面２３ｂには、連結ピン２３ｐが設けられている。この第３副体部２３は、第２副体部２２の側面に設けられた取付孔２２ｈに連結ピン２３ｐを嵌合することで、第２副体部２２に取り付けられる。　
図７は、副体部２０の要部を分解した斜視図である。　第１副体部２１は、図７に示すように、頭部の頭髪部分が後方部２１ａと前方部２１ｂとに分割可能な構成となっている。後方部２１ａには、連結部４０の一端部４２を受容する第１収容凹部２１ｉが上方、及び前方に向かって開口されている。また、第１収容凹部２１ｉの左右両側には、一対の頭部連結凹部２１ｅが設けられている。一方、前方部２１ｂには、一対の頭部連結凸部２１ｇが頭部連結凹部２１ｅと嵌合可能に突設されている。また、前方部２１ｂには、第１収容凹部２１ｉに嵌入可能で且つ連結部４０のひも部分４１を挟み込み可能な引っ掛け部２１ｆが設けられている。すなわち、後方部２１ａと前方部２１ｂとを組み上げるときに、引っ掛け部２１ｆを連結部４０のひも部分４１を挟み込むように押し込むことで、引っ掛け部２１ｆによって連結部４０の大径の一端部４２が抜けないように係止される。　
第２副体部２２は、縦に分割された半体部２２ａ，２２ｂが、例えば組合せ係止部２２ｇ，２２ｊの嵌合構造によって着脱可能に構成されている。そして、第２副体部２２には、下端部２２ｃ側に連結部４０の他端部４３を収容する第２収容部２２ｅが設けられている。また、第２収容部２２ｅの上側には、第２収容部２２ｅと隣接し当該第２収容部２２ｅよりも大きい空間Ｓが形成されている。　
他端部４３は、例えば、ひも部分４１が貫通するスリーブ形状のスリーブ本体部４３ａと、スリーブ本体部４３ａを貫通したひも部分４１の長手方向に対して交差方向に移動可能で当該ひも部分４１を係止可能な調整操作部４３ｂと、を備える。そして、ひも部分４１の端部４１ｅは、空間Ｓに収容可能に引き出されている。したがって、連結部４０の露出する部分の長さは、他端部４３の長さ調整機能によって調整可能に構成されている。　
図８は、第１態様における副体部２０の組み立て展示状態を示す正面図である。　副体部２０は、図８に示すように、第１副体部２１、第２副体部２２、及び第３副体部２３を組み立てた状態で展示することができる。例えば、第２副体部２２は、その上部に第１副体部２１を直接的連結して支持して第１副体部２１の台座部として載置部６０上に載置することができる。また、第３副体部２３は、その展示状態におけるメッセージ部２３ｆが第２副体部２２の側面の前面側に表示されて、装飾演出をする。　なお、連結部４０は、連結状態のままでもよいが、取り外した状態としてもよい。取り外した連結部４０については、第２副体部２２の空間Ｓ及び第２収容部２２ｅに収容しておくことができる。　
（第２態様）　以下、固形入浴剤１の第２態様について図９～図１２を参照して説明する。なお、本態様における構成要素については、前掲の第１態様の構成と同じものについては、同じ符号を付す。　
図９は、第２態様における浴湯に投入された初期状態の外観斜視図である。また、図１０は、第２態様における主体部１０の内部を示す断面図である。　図９及び図１０に示す固形入浴剤１は、主体部１０については球形状であり第１態様と同じであるが、樽型の第２副体部２２については、主体部１０に内包されておらず連結部４０を介して主体部１０内の第１副体部２１と連結された状態で外に出ている。また、主体部１０内には、第１態様と同様に板状
の第３副体部２３が収容されている。この固形入浴剤１は、例えば、図９に示すように、浴湯５０に投入されたときには、固形入浴剤１は、その全体が沈むように構成されている。　
図１１は、第２態様において主体部１０が溶解したのちの状態を示す概略図である。　第１副体部２１は、固形入浴剤１が浴湯５０に投入されてから所定時間が経過し主体部１０が溶解したのちに現れてくる。ここでは、第２副体部２２は、前掲の第１態様と同様に水に浮く構成となっているが、第１副体部２１については、第１種別の副体部としてその外観に対応して水に浮く構成となっている。例えば、第１副体部２１は、帆船を模った構成となっており、図１１に示すように、水に浮く構成である。　
図１２は、第２態様における副体部２０の組み立て展示状態を示す正面図である。　本態様における副体部２０は、図１２に示すように、第１態様と同様に、第１副体部２１、第２副体部２２、及び第３副体部２３を組み立てた状態で展示できる。この場合、例えば、第２副体部２２は、第１態様と同様に第１副体部２１の台座として機能する。例えば、第２副体部２２の上部の円柱ピン２２ｄに第１副体部２１の船底部分に形成された連結凹部２１ｄ（図１１参照）を嵌合して当該第１副体部２１を連結・支持して載置部６０上に載置する。また、第３副体部２３は、その展示状態におけるメッセージ部２３ｆが第１副体部２１のキャラクタに対応して表示・装飾演出がなされている。　
以上述べたように、本態様の固形入浴剤１は、固形入浴剤１に内包された非水溶性の副体部が、水に浮くものかそれとも沈むものかが判らないことで、固形入浴剤１の主体部１０が溶解した後の玩具形態の予測がつかない演出ができる。　
本態様の固形入浴剤１においては、副体部２０として、浮沈の予測がつかない第１副体部２１と、必ず浮くように構成された第２副体部２２が設けられていることで、例えば、全部浮くものと一方が沈むものとを使用することができ、この浮き沈みを利用した玩具形態の多様化が可能である。　
また、本態様の固形入浴剤１においては、第１副体部２１と第２副体部２２とが連結部４０によって連結されていることで、一体物として、例えば、双方が浮いたもの、或いは一方が浮き他方が沈んだものとして多様な形態の玩具を提供することが可能となる。特に、キャラクタによって、沈む形態と浮かぶ形態を決めることで、キャラクタの特徴を効果的に演出することができる。　
さらに、本態様の固形入浴剤１においては、連結部４０が主体部１０内に収められていることで、複数の部材が連結部４０によって繋げられていることが見えず予想外の形態を提供できる。　
また、本態様の固形入浴剤１においては、第１副体部２１と第２副体部２２は、連結部４０によって連結されている一方、他の部位において、連結部４０を介さず直接連結することが可能である。この直接連結によって、玩具の他の形態を演出できる。また、第２副体部２２が第１副体部２１を支える台座として機能することで、直接連結状態の玩具を展示し易くできる。　
本態様の固形入浴剤１においては、連結部４０がひも状の部材で連結長さが変更可能であることで、第１副体部２１と第２副体部２２のキャラクタ同士の関連性に対応した連結長さに設定することが可能である。また、ユーザーによって連結長さが変更可能であることで、連結部４０の長さを変えて遊ぶことが可能である。また、連結部４０がひも状であることによって、連結された第１副体部２１と第２副体部２２の一方が主体部１０に内包されていない態様の場合でも、固形入浴剤１をひもで連結された一体物として提供できる。　
本態様の固形入浴剤１においては、素材で副体部２０の浮沈を決めるようにすることで、玩具の浮沈設定が容易にできる。　
本態様の固形入浴剤１においては、副体部２０は、その内部に空間Ｓが形成される構成であることで、浮く構成を素材によらずに設定することができる。これにより、例えば、副体部２０のすべてを水に沈む素材を用いて製造した場合でも浮沈の違いを出すことが可能となる。この結果、同じ素材によって異なる機能をだすことができ、製造コストの面で有利になる。　
本態様の固形入浴剤１においては、主体部１０が球形を成していることで、主体部１０を転がして遊ぶことが可能である。　
以上、本発明の態様について説明したが、本発明はその技術思想の範囲で適宜変更することができる。例えば、上記態様においては、主体部１０の形状を球形状としたが、この構成に限るものではなく、の他に、例えば多面体の構成としてもよい。　
以上のように、本明細書には以下の事項が記載されている。　
（１）　固形入浴剤であって、　水溶性の主体部と、　非水溶性の副体部と、を備え、　上記副体部は、水に浮く第１種別の副体部、および水に沈む第２種別の副体部から選ばれたいずれか一方を第１副体部として含み、　上記主体部は、溶解前において、上記第１副体部を内包するように構成され、溶解後において上記第１副体部を視認可能に構成されている、固形入浴剤。　
（２）　（１）に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　上記副体部は、水に浮く第３種別の副体部を第２副体部としてさらに含んでいる　固形入浴剤。　
（３）　（２）に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　上記第１副体部と上記第２副体部は、連結部により連結されている、固形入浴剤。　
（４）　（３）に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　上記主体部は、上記連結部の少なくとも一部、上記第１副体部、および上記第２副体部を内包するように構成されている、固形入浴剤。　
（５）（３）に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　上記主体部は、上記第２副体部を内包しないように構成されている、固形入浴剤。　
（６）　（３）又は（４）に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　上記第１副体部と上記第２副体部は、上記主体部の溶解後において、互いに直接的に連結可能に構成されている、固形入浴剤。　
（７）　（６）に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　上記第１副体部と上記第２副体部は、互いの一方端部同士において、直接的に連結可能に構成されている、固形入浴剤。　
（８）　（７）に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　上記第１副体部と上記第２副体部は、互いの他方端部において、上記連結部により連結されている、固形入浴剤。　
（９）　（６）～（８）の何れか１つに記載の固形入浴剤であって、　上記第２副体部は、上記主体部の溶解後で且つ上記第１副体部との直接的な連結状態において、上記第１副体部を支持する台座部を成すように構成されている、固形入浴剤。　
（１０）　（３）～（９）の何れか１つに記載の固形入浴剤であって、　上記連結部は、ひも状であり、上記第１副体部と上記第２副体部との間で露出する部分の長さを変更可能に構成されている、固形入浴剤。　
（１１）　（１）～（１０）の何れか１つに記載の固形入浴剤であって、　上記第１副体部は、その外観に応じて、浮くか沈むかが決められている、固形入浴剤。　
（１２）　（１）～（１１）の何れか１つに記載の固形入浴剤であって、　上記第１種別の副体部は水に浮く素材で構成され、　上記第２種別の副体部は水に沈む素材で構成されている、固形入浴剤。　
（１３）　（１２）に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　上記第１種別の副体部は熱可塑性ゴムで構成され、　上記第２種別の副体部はポリ塩化ビニルで構成されている、固形入浴剤。　
（１４）　（１）～（１１）の何れか１つに記載の固形入浴剤であって、　上記第１種別の副体部は内部に空間を含むように構成され、　上記第２種別の副体部は内部に空間を含まないように構成されている、固形入浴剤。　
（１５）　（１）～（１４）の何れか１つに記載の固形入浴剤であって、　上記主体部は、球状型を成している、固形入浴剤。

Claims (15)

  1. 固形入浴剤であって、　水溶性の主体部と、　非水溶性の副体部と、を備え、　前記副体部は、水に浮く第１種別の副体部、および水に沈む第２種別の副体部から選ばれたいずれか一方を第１副体部として含み、　前記主体部は、溶解前において、前記第１副体部を内包するように構成され、溶解後において前記第１副体部を視認可能に構成されている、固形入浴剤。
  2. 請求項１に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　前記副体部は、水に浮く第２副体部をさらに含んでいる　固形入浴剤。
  3. 請求項２に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　前記第１副体部と前記第２副体部は、連結部により連結されている、固形入浴剤。
  4. 請求項３に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　前記主体部は、前記連結部の少なくとも一部、前記第１副体部、および前記第２副体部を内包するように構成されている、固形入浴剤。
  5. 請求項３に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　前記主体部は、前記第２副体部を内包しないように構成されている、固形入浴剤。
  6. 請求項４に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　前記第１副体部と前記第２副体部は、前記主体部の溶解後において、互いに直接的に連結可能に構成されている、固形入浴剤。
  7. 請求項６に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　前記第１副体部と前記第２副体部は、互いの一方端部同士において、直接的に連結可能に構成されている、固形入浴剤。
  8. 請求項７に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　前記第１副体部と前記第２副体部は、互いの他方端部において、前記連結部により連結されている、固形入浴剤。
  9. 請求項７に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　前記第２副体部は、前記主体部の溶解後で且つ前記第１副体部との直接的な連結状態において、前記第１副体部を支持する台座部を成すように構成されている、固形入浴剤。
  10. 請求項７に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　前記連結部は、ひも状であり、前記第１副体部と前記第２副体部との間で露出する部分の長さを変更可能に構成されている、固形入浴剤。
  11. 請求項１～１０の何れか一項に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　前記第１副体部は、その外観に応じて、浮くか沈むかが決められている、固形入浴剤。
  12. 請求項１１に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　前記第１種別の副体部は水に浮く素材で構成され、　前記第２種別の副体部は水に沈む素材で構成されている、固形入浴剤。
  13. 請求項１２に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　前記第１種別の副体部は熱可塑性ゴムで構成され、　前記第２種別の副体部はポリ塩化ビニルで構成されている、固形入浴剤。
  14. 請求項１１に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　前記第１種別の副体部は内部に空間を含むように構成され、　前記第２種別の副体部は内部に空間を含まないように構成されている、固形入浴剤。
  15. 請求項１～１０の何れか一項に記載の固形入浴剤であって、　前記主体部は、球状型を成している、固形入浴剤。
