Abstract

電池状態算出装置(20,120,220)は、交流駆動部(42,51,56,60,130,131)と、蓄電池(10,1000)の端子間電圧を検出する電圧検出回路(31~33)と、電流を検出する電流検出回路(43,52~54)と、演算部(70,93)とを備える。演算部は、交流駆動部によって交流電流が流されている場合における電圧検出回路及び電流検出回路の検出値を取得し、取得した検出値に基づいて、蓄電池の複素インピーダンスを算出し、算出した蓄電池の複素インピーダンスと比較する基準電池の複素インピーダンスと、算出した蓄電池の複素インピーダンスとに基づいて、基準電池の複素インピーダンスに対する、算出した蓄電池の複素インピーダンスの相対誤差を補正する補正値(ΔZkA,ΔZkB,ΔZkC,ΔZkD)を算出し、算出した補正値に基づいて、算出した蓄電池の複素インピーダンスを補正する。

Description

電池状態算出装置、プログラム、電池状態算出装置の制御方法 関連出願の相互参照
 本出願は、2024年7月8日に出願された日本出願番号2024-109553号に基づくもので、ここにその記載内容を援用する。
 本開示は、電池状態算出装置、プログラム、及び電池状態算出装置の制御方法に関する。
 従来、例えば特許文献1に記載されているように、蓄電池の複素インピーダンスを算出する電池状態算出装置が知られている。

 電池状態算出装置が適用されるシステムとして、蓄電池の正極端子と蓄電池の負極端子とを電気的に接続する電気経路を備えるものがある。
 上記装置は、電気経路及び蓄電池を含む閉回路に交流電流を流す交流駆動部と、電圧検出回路と、上記閉回路に流れる電流を検出する電流検出回路と、演算部とを備えている。電圧検出回路は、蓄電池に並列接続され、蓄電池の端子間電圧を検出する。
 演算部は、交流駆動部によって上記閉回路に交流電流が流されている場合における電圧検出回路の検出値及び電流検出回路の検出値を取得し、取得した電圧検出回路の検出値及び電流検出回路の検出値に基づいて、蓄電池の複素インピーダンスを算出する。
 蓄電池の状態(例えば劣化状態)を判定するために、算出した蓄電池の複素インピーダンスと、基準電池の複素インピーダンスとを比較することがある。このため、基準電池についても、上述した方法により複素インピーダンスが算出される。
 上記閉回路に交流電流が流れることに伴い、磁束が発生する。発生した磁束に起因して、電圧検出回路及び電圧検出回路の検出値に誤差が含まれることがある。この場合、蓄電池の複素インピーダンスに含まれる誤差と、基準電池の複素インピーダンスに含まれる誤差との差が大きくなるおそれがある。
 本開示は、蓄電池の複素インピーダンスに含まれる誤差と、基準電池の複素インピーダンスに含まれる誤差との差を低減できる電池状態算出装置、プログラム、及び電池状態算出装置の制御方法を提供することを主たる目的とする。
 本開示は、蓄電池の正極端子と前記蓄電池の負極端子とを電気的に接続する電気経路を備えるシステムに適用される電池状態算出装置において、
 前記電気経路及び前記蓄電池を含む閉回路に交流電流を流す交流駆動部と、
 前記蓄電池に並列接続され、前記蓄電池の端子間電圧を検出する電圧検出回路と、
 前記閉回路に流れる電流を検出する電流検出回路と、
 演算部と、
を備える。
 本開示において、前記演算部は、
 前記交流駆動部によって前記閉回路に交流電流が流されている場合における前記電圧検出回路の検出値及び前記電流検出回路の検出値を取得し、取得した前記電圧検出回路の検出値及び前記電流検出回路の検出値に基づいて、前記蓄電池の複素インピーダンスを算出し、
 算出した前記蓄電池の複素インピーダンスと比較する基準電池の複素インピーダンスと、算出した前記蓄電池の複素インピーダンスとに基づいて、前記基準電池の複素インピーダンスに対する、算出した前記蓄電池の複素インピーダンスの相対誤差を補正する補正値を算出し、
 算出した前記補正値に基づいて、算出した前記蓄電池の複素インピーダンスを補正する。
 これにより、基準電池の複素インピーダンスに対する蓄電池の複素インピーダンスの相対誤差を低減でき、蓄電池の複素インピーダンスに含まれる誤差と、基準電池の複素インピーダンスに含まれる誤差との差を低減することができる。その結果、例えば、基準電池及び蓄電池の複素インピーダンスを比較することにより得られる電池情報(例えば、劣化状態)の精度を高めることができる。

 <第1実施形態>
 以下、本開示に係る電池状態算出装置を具体化した第1実施形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
 電池状態算出装置20は、蓄電池10の状態を算出する装置であり、具体的には、蓄電池10の内部インピーダンスを計測する装置である。計測された内部インピーダンスに基づいて、蓄電池10の蓄電状態(具体的にはSOC)及び劣化状態(SOH)等が算出される。本実施形態において、蓄電池10は、充放電可能な2次電池であり、例えばリチウムイオン蓄電池又はニッケル水素蓄電池である。蓄電池10は、1つの単位電池、又は複数の単位電池の直列接続体である。単位電池は、1つの電池セル、又は複数の電池セルの直列接続体である。
 電池状態算出装置20は、電圧処理部30を備えている。電圧処理部30は、集積回路(IC)で構成され、正極側電圧経路31と、負極側電圧経路32と、電圧検出部33とを備えている。正極側電圧経路31の第1端である正極電圧端子31aは、蓄電池10の正極端子10aに接続され、正極側電圧経路31の第2端は、電圧検出部33に接続されている。負極側電圧経路32の第1端である負極電圧端子32aは、蓄電池10の負極端子10bに接続され、負極側電圧経路32の第2端は、電圧検出部33に接続されている。電圧検出部33は、正極側電圧経路31及び負極側電圧経路32の間の電圧差を蓄電池10の端子間電圧として検出する。なお、本実施形態において、電圧処理部30、正極側電圧経路31及び負極側電圧経路32が「電圧検出回路」に相当する。
 電池状態算出装置20は、蓄電池10に流れる電流を生成及び検出するための構成として、制限抵抗体41、電流制御スイッチ42、シャント抵抗体43、電流処理部50、正極側電流経路53、負極側電流経路54及び基準信号生成部60を備えている。
 制限抵抗体41の第1端には、正極接続部40aの第1端が接続されている。正極接続部40aの第2端には、蓄電池10の正極端子10aが接続されている。制限抵抗体41の第2端には、電流制御スイッチ42を介してシャント抵抗体43の第1端が接続されている。本実施形態において、電流制御スイッチ42は、NチャネルMOSFETである。シャント抵抗体43の第2端には、負極接続部40bの第1端が接続されている。負極接続部40bの第2端には、蓄電池10の負極端子10bが接続されている。本実施形態において、正極接続部40aの第2端は、正極端子10aが着脱可能に接続される構成になっており、負極接続部40bの第2端は、負極端子10bが着脱可能に接続される構成になっている。
 なお、正極接続部40aの第2端に正極側電圧経路31が接続され、負極接続部40bの第2端に負極側電圧経路32が接続されていてもよい。この場合、正極接続部40aの第2端が正極端子10aに接続されることに伴い、正極側電圧経路31が正極端子10aに電気的に接続される。また、負極接続部40bの第2端が負極端子10bに接続されることに伴い、負極側電圧経路32が負極端子10bに電気的に接続される。ちなみに、正極接続部40aと負極接続部40bとの間における制限抵抗体41、電流制御スイッチ42及びシャント抵抗体43の並び順は、図1に示す並び順に限らない。
 電流処理部50は、集積回路(IC)で構成され、電流変調部51と、電流検出部52とを備えている。
 電池状態算出装置20は、正極側電流経路53、負極側電流経路54及び基準信号生成部60を備えている。正極側電流経路53は、シャント抵抗体43の第1端と電流検出部52とを接続する。負極側電流経路54は、シャント抵抗体43の第2端と電流検出部52とを接続する。電流検出部52は、正極側電流経路53及び負極側電流経路54の間の電圧差を蓄電池10に流れる電流として検出する。電流検出部52により検出された電流は、電流変調部51に入力される。
 電流変調部51は、測定対象である蓄電池10に所定の交流信号を入力する回路である。基準信号生成部60は、正弦波の基準信号を生成し、生成した基準信号を電流変調部51に入力する。電流変調部51は、電流検出部52により検出された電流を、基準信号の周波数で変動する正弦波の目標電流に制御すべく、電流制御スイッチ42のゲート電圧を制御する。交流電流は、例えば、蓄電池10の充電電流又は放電電流である。なお、目標電流は、正弦波信号に変えて、矩形波信号であってもよい。
 ちなみに、本実施形態において、電流制御スイッチ42、電流変調部51及び基準信号生成部60が「交流駆動部」に相当する。また、シャント抵抗体43、電流検出部52、正極側電流経路53及び負極側電流経路54が「電流検出回路」に相当する。
 図1では、蓄電池10の複素インピーダンスの等価回路モデルが示されている。この等価回路モデルでは、蓄電池10の内部複素インピーダンスは、オーミック抵抗11と反応抵抗12との直列接続体により構成されている。オーミック抵抗11は、蓄電池10を構成する電極及び電解液における通電抵抗である。また、反応抵抗12は、電極における電極界面反応による抵抗を表すものであり、抵抗成分12aと容量成分12bとの並列接続体として表される。
 電池状態算出装置20は、温度センサ80及び圧力センサ81を備えている。温度センサ80は、蓄電池10の温度を検出する。圧力センサ81は、蓄電池10の圧力(例えば内圧)を検出する。
 電池状態算出装置20は、制御装置70を備えている。制御装置70は、電子制御装置(ECU:Electronic Control Unit)であり、ハードウェアとしてのプロセッサ71と、記憶部72とを備えている。制御装置70において、プロセッサ71と記憶部72とは通信バス73を介して互いに接続されている。
 記憶部72は、ハードウェアとしてのメモリ及びストレージを含む。メモリは、制御装置70の処理に使用されるデータを記憶するための記憶装置である。メモリは、例えば、プロセッサ71が処理を行う場合に一時的に使用するための作業領域をプロセッサ71に提供する。メモリは、例えば、ROM又はRAMを含む。ストレージは、プロセッサ71が読み込んで実行するための各種プログラム及びデータを記憶する記憶装置であり、非遷移的実体的記録媒体(non-transitory tangible storage medium)である。ストレージは、例えば、HDD又はフラッシュメモリを含む。ストレージには、後述する図4等の処理のためのプログラム情報等が記憶されている。
 なお、例えば、記憶部72には、非遷移的実体的記録媒体に記憶されたプログラム情報がインストールされる。記録媒体は、例えば、USBメモリ、CD-ROM又はDVDである。また、例えば、記憶部72には、例えばOTA(Over The Air)等、通信ネットワークを介して送信されたプログラム情報がインストールされる。
 制御装置70には、電圧検出部33、電流検出部52、温度センサ80及び圧力センサ81の検出値が入力される。制御装置70は、基準信号生成部60に、基準信号の生成指令を入力する。また、「演算部」として機能する制御装置70は、電圧検出部33及び電流検出部52の検出値に基づいて、蓄電池10の複素インピーダンス(Zm)の情報を算出する。つまり、制御装置70は、電圧検出部33及び電流検出部52の検出値に基づいて、複素インピーダンスの実部(ReZm)、及び複素インピーダンスの虚部(ImZm)を算出する。制御装置70は、算出結果に基づいて、例えば、複素インピーダンス平面プロット(コールコールプロット)を作成し、電極及び電解質などの特性を把握する。例えば、制御装置70は、蓄電状態(SOC)や劣化状態(SOH)を把握する。
 図2には、電圧検出閉回路34及び電流検出閉回路55を示す。電圧検出閉回路34は、正極側電圧経路31、蓄電池10の正極端子10aから負極端子10bに至る経路、負極側電圧経路32及び電圧検出部33を含む閉回路である。電流検出閉回路55は、シャント抵抗体43、正極側電流経路53、電流検出部52及び負極側電流経路54を含む閉回路である。
 電流変調部51の制御により蓄電池10に交流電流が流れると、磁場が発生する。発生した磁場が電圧検出閉回路34を鎖交すると、電圧検出閉回路34に誘導起電力が発生する。この場合、正極側電圧経路31及び負極側電圧経路32を介して電圧検出部33が検出する電圧に検出誤差が生じることとなる。
 また、交流電流が流れることに伴い発生した磁場が電流検出閉回路55を鎖交すると、電流検出閉回路55に誘導起電力が発生する。この場合、正極側電流経路53及び負極側電流経路54を介して電流検出部52が検出する電流に検出誤差が生じることとなる。電圧検出部33及び電流検出部52の検出値に検出誤差が含まれると、蓄電池10の複素インピーダンスの算出精度が低下する懸念がある。
 検出誤差の影響は、電池状態算出装置20を構成する各要素の相対位置に依存する。同じ蓄電池であったとしても、相対位置が異なる2つの電池状態算出装置それぞれにおいて算出された複素インピーダンスは異なることがある。例えば、図3に示すように、第1の組織(例えば、研究機関)が所有する第1電池状態算出装置20Aと、第1の組織とは異なる第2の組織(例えば、メーカー企業)が所有する第2電池状態算出装置20Bとで、構成要素の相対位置が異なっているとする。この場合、第1電池状態算出装置20A及び第2電池状態算出装置20Bの測定対象となる蓄電池が同じ蓄電池10であったとしても、第1電池状態算出装置20Aにより算出された複素インピーダンスと、第2電池状態算出装置20Bにより算出された複素インピーダンスとが異なってしまう。この場合、各組織において算出された複素インピーダンスを適正に比較することができない。そこで、本実施形態では、適正に比較できる技術が採用されている。
 まず、比較するための原理について説明する。
 蓄電池10に実際に流れる電流変動Isを下式(eq1)で表す。下式(eq1)において、I0は、蓄電池10に実際に流れる電流の振幅を示し、Δαは、基準信号生成部60の基準信号に対する電流Isの位相差を示し、jは虚数単位を示す。
 蓄電池10に電流Isが流れる場合に発生する蓄電池10の実際の端子間電圧変動を下式(eq2)で表す。下式(eq2)において、Zbは、蓄電池10の真の複素インピーダンスを示す。
 電圧検出部33によって検出された蓄電池10の端子間電圧変動Vmを下式(eq3)で表す。下式(eq3)において、ω0は、基準信号の角周波数を示し、Mvは、メイン閉回路と、電流検出閉回路55との相互インダクタンスを示す。メイン閉回路は、蓄電池10の正極端子10aから負極端子10bに至る経路、正極接続部40a、制限抵抗体41、電流制御スイッチ42、シャント抵抗体43及び負極接続部40bを含む閉回路である。Δβは、基準信号に対する端子間電圧変動Vmの位相差を示す。
 電流検出部52によって検出された蓄電池10の電流変動Imを下式(eq4)で表す。下式(eq4)において、Miは、上記メイン閉回路と電流検出閉回路55との相互インダクタンスを示す。Rsは、シャント抵抗体43の抵抗値を示し、Δγは、基準信号に対する電流変動Imの位相差を示す。
 上式(eq4)をImについて解くと、下式(eq5)が導かれる。
 検出された電圧,電流変動Vm,Imに基づいて算出される蓄電池の複素インピーダンスZmは、下式(eq6)により表される。
 上式(eq6)は、相互インダクタンスの影響と、位相遅延の影響とを含む補正式となる。上式(eq6)をZbについて解くと、下式(eq7)が導かれる。
 検出された電流,電圧変動Im,Vmに基づく複素インピーダンスZmに、上式(eq8)に示す振幅影響係数Kamp、上式(eq9)に示す位相影響係数Kph及び上式(eq10)に示す切片Intsptを作用させた値が真の複素インピーダンスZbとなる。
 なお、相互インダクタンスMiは、例えば、磁場解析によるシミュレーションにより算出、θp若しくはKampを2つ以上のRsに対して算出するとともに連立方程式を作成して算出、又はフィッティングにより算出することができる。
 ホワイトノイズ又は不要な信号に起因した誤差の場合、S/N比を高くするために測定電流を大きくすれば、誤差を低減できる。これに対し、振幅影響係数Kamp、位相影響係数Kph及び切片Intsptは、いずれも測定電流に依存しない。つまり、測定電流を大きくすれば低減できる誤差ではない。このため、後述するインピーダンス補正処理が必要となる。
 以下、真の複素インピーダンスがZtである同一の蓄電池10の状態を第1電池状態算出装置20A及び第2電池状態算出装置20Bそれぞれで測定する場合について説明する。これまでに登場した数式において、第1電池状態算出装置20Aにおける検出値,算出値に添え字Aを付し、第2電池状態算出装置20Bにおける検出値,算出値に添え字Bを付す。
 上式(eq7)を参照すると、第1電池状態算出装置20Aにおいて下式(eq11)が成立し、第2電池状態算出装置20Bにおいて下式(eq12)が成立する。
 上式(eq11),(eq12)から下式(eq13)が導かれる。
 上式(eq13)は、振幅影響係数Kamp及び位相影響係数Kphを用いると、下式(eq14)になる。
 上式(eq14)の左辺について説明する。ZmBは、第2電池状態算出装置20Bにおける電圧検出部33及び電流検出部52の検出値に基づいて算出される複素インピーダンスである。KampBは、上式(eq8)に示したように、基準信号の角周波数ω0、メイン閉回路と電流検出閉回路55との相互インダクタンスMi、及びシャント抵抗体43の抵抗値Rsから定まる振幅影響係数である。KphBは、上式(eq9),(eq7)に示したように、基準信号の角周波数ω0、メイン閉回路と電流検出閉回路55との相互インダクタンスMi、シャント抵抗体43の抵抗値Rs、及び各位相差Δβ,Δγから定まる位相影響係数である。つまり、振幅影響係数KampB及び位相影響係数KphBは、第2電池状態算出装置20Bによって定まる係数である。
 上式(eq14)の右辺について説明する。ZmAは、第1電池状態算出装置20Aにおける電圧検出部33及び電流検出部52の検出値に基づいて算出される複素インピーダンスである。KampAは、上式(eq8)に示したように、基準信号の角周波数ω0、メイン閉回路と電流検出閉回路55との相互インダクタンスMi、及びシャント抵抗体43の抵抗値Rsから定まる振幅影響係数である。KphAは、上式(eq9),(eq7)に示したように、基準信号の角周波数ω0、メイン閉回路と電流検出閉回路55との相互インダクタンスMi、シャント抵抗体43の抵抗値Rs、及び各位相差Δβ,Δγから定まる位相影響係数である。つまり、振幅影響係数KampA及び位相影響係数KphAは、第1電池状態算出装置20Aによって定まる係数である。
 「ZmB×KampB×KphB」と「ZmA×KampA×KphA」との差が、第1,第2電池状態算出装置20A,20Bの装置構成(例えば、上記相対位置)の相違に起因した複素インピーダンスの誤差となる。「ZmB×KampB×KphB」と「ZmA×KampA×KphA」とのうち、いずれか一方が他方に近づけられる補正が実施されることにより、2つの装置構成の相違に起因した複素インピーダンスの相対誤差を低減できる。
 図4は、制御装置70により実行されるインピーダンス補正処理のフローチャートである。
 ステップS10~S13は、第1電池状態算出装置20Aの制御装置70において実行される処理である。
 まず、第1電池状態算出装置20Aの正極接続部40a及び負極接続部40bに蓄電池10の正極端子10a及び負極端子10bが接続される。なお、第1電池状態算出装置20Aは、蓄電池10が収容される恒温槽を備えていてもよい。
 正極接続部40a及び負極接続部40bに蓄電池10が接続されると、第1電池状態算出装置20Aにおいて、蓄電池10、正極接続部40a、負極接続部40b、制限抵抗体41、電流制御スイッチ42、シャント抵抗体43、負極接続部40b、電圧検出閉回路34及び電流検出閉回路55の相対位置が固定された状態になる。
 ステップS10において、温度条件が成立しているか否かを判定する。温度条件は、温度センサ80の検出温度Tbrが目標温度Ttgtであるとの条件、又は検出温度Tbrが目標温度Ttgtと同等であるとの条件である。検出温度Tbrが目標温度Ttgtと同等であるとは、例えば、「Ttgt-5℃≦Tbr≦Ttgt+5℃」、「Ttgt-3℃≦Tbr≦Ttgt+3℃」、「Ttgt-1℃≦Tbr≦Ttgt+1℃」、又は「Ttgt-0.5℃≦Tbr≦Ttgt+0.5℃」のことである。
 温度条件が成立していると判定した場合には、ステップS11に進み、電圧条件が成立しているか否かを判定する。電圧条件は、蓄電池10に電流が流れていない状態において、電圧検出部33の検出電圧Vbrが目標電圧Vtgt(例えば、蓄電池10の定格電圧)であるとの条件、又は検出電圧Vbrが目標電圧Vtgtと同等であるとの条件である。検出電圧Vbrが目標電圧Vtgtと同等であるとは、例えば、「0.997×Vtgt≦Vbr≦1.003×Vtgt」、「0.999×Vtgt≦Vbr≦1.001×Vtgt」、又は「0.9997×Vtgt≦Vbr≦1.0003×Vtgt」のことである。
 なお、電圧条件において、検出電圧Vbrに代えて、蓄電池10のSOCが用いられてもよい。また、温度,電圧条件に加え、蓄電池10の圧力条件が追加されてもよい。圧力条件は、圧力センサ81の検出圧力が目標圧力との条件、又は検出圧力が目標圧力と同等であるとの条件である。
 ステップS11において電圧条件が成立していると判定した場合には、ステップS12に進み、第1電池状態算出装置20Aが備える電流変調部51によって電流制御スイッチ42が制御されるように、基準信号生成部60に基準信号の生成指令を入力する。ここでは、基準信号の角周波数ω0を徐々に変化(漸増又は漸減)させる周波数スイープを行う。これにより、基準信号の周波数ω0で変動する交流電流が蓄電池10に流れる。交流電流が流れている状態で、電流検出部52の検出電流ImAを取得し、電圧検出部33の検出電圧VmAを取得する。詳しくは、角周波数に対応する検出電流ImA及び検出電圧VmAを取得する。
 ステップS13では、取得した検出電流ImA及び検出電圧VmAに基づいて、蓄電池10の複素インピーダンスZmA(=VmA/ImA)を算出する。その後、算出した複素インピーダンスZmAに、第1電池状態算出装置20Aにおける振幅影響係数KampA及び位相影響係数KphAを乗算することにより、「ZmA×KampA×KphA」を算出する。
 振幅影響係数KampA及び位相影響係数KphAは、例えば、実験又は計算により予め算出された値であり、記憶部72に記憶されている。制御装置70は、「ZmA×KampA×KphA」の算出に用いる振幅影響係数KampA及び位相影響係数KphAを、記憶部72から読み出して用いる。
 ステップS14~S19は、第2電池状態算出装置20Bの制御装置70において実行される処理である。
 第1電池状態算出装置20Aの測定対象になった蓄電池10が、第1の組織から第2の組織へと運ばれる。運ばれた蓄電池10の正極端子10a及び負極端子10bに、第2電池状態算出装置20Bの正極接続部40a及び負極接続部40bが接続される。なお、第2電池状態算出装置20Bは、蓄電池10が収容される恒温槽を備えていてもよい。
 正極接続部40a及び負極接続部40bに蓄電池10が接続されると、第2電池状態算出装置20Bにおいて、蓄電池10、正極接続部40a、負極接続部40b、制限抵抗体41、電流制御スイッチ42、シャント抵抗体43、負極接続部40b、電圧検出閉回路34及び電流検出閉回路55の相対位置が固定された状態になる。
 ステップS14において、温度条件が成立しているか否かを判定する。温度条件は、ステップS10の条件と同じ条件である。
 温度条件が成立していると判定した場合には、ステップS15に進み、電圧条件が成立しているか否かを判定する。電圧条件は、ステップS11の条件と同じ条件である。
 電圧条件が成立していると判定した場合には、ステップS16に進み、第2電池状態算出装置20Bが備える電流変調部51によって電流制御スイッチ42が制御されるように、基準信号生成部60に基準信号の生成指令を入力する。ここでは、基準信号の角周波数ω0を徐々に変化(漸増又は漸減)させる周波数スイープを行う。これにより、基準信号の周波数ω0で変動する交流電流が蓄電池10に流れる。交流電流が流れている状態で、電流検出部52の検出電流ImBを取得し、電圧検出部33の検出電圧VmBを取得する。詳しくは、角周波数に対応する検出電流ImB及び検出電圧VmBを取得する。
 ステップS17では、検出電流ImB及び検出電圧VmBに基づいて、蓄電池10の複素インピーダンスZmB(=VmB/ImB)を算出する。その後、算出した複素インピーダンスZmBに、第2電池状態算出装置20Bにおける振幅影響係数KampB及び位相影響係数KphBを乗算することにより、「ZmB×KampB×KphB」を算出する。
 振幅影響係数KampB及び位相影響係数KphBは、例えば、実験又は計算により予め算出された値であり、記憶部72に記憶されている。制御装置70は、「ZmB×KampB×KphB」の算出に用いる振幅影響係数KampB及び位相影響係数KphBを、記憶部72から読み出す。
 ステップS18では、ステップS17で算出した「ZmB×KampB×KphB」から、ステップS13で算出された「ZmA×KampA×KphA」を差し引くことにより、補正値ΔZ(=j×ω0×(MvA-MvB))を算出する。補正値ΔZは、複素インピーダンスの虚部を補正するための値となる。補正値ΔZは、角周波数ω0が高くなるほど、大きい値になる。算出した補正値ΔZを、周波数ω0と紐付けて記憶部72に記憶させる。
 なお、記憶部72に記憶される情報は、周波数ω0及び補正値ΔZが紐付けられたテーブル情報又は数式情報であってもよい。数式情報である場合、使用される数式は、例えば、多項式、指数関数、三角関数及びそれらの関数の組み合わせであってもよい。
 ちなみに、上式(eq14)から下式(eqA)が導かれる。
 図5は、角周波数ω0と補正値ΔZとの関係を示す。インピーダンス計測における相互インダクタンスの誤差は、角周波数ω0に比例し、相互インダクタンスの差が比例定数になる。2点以上の周波数で測定をし、線形式を解く又はフィッティング等によって相互インダクタンスの差を算出することができる。角周波数ω0と補正値ΔZとの関係式は、理論的には原点を通るため、原点を通る式を用いてフィッティングするのが好ましい。また、高周波側の測定値を用いた方がΔZが大きくなるため、ΔZの精度を向上できる。理想的には、測定周波数範囲において外挿にならないようにすることが望ましい。フィッティングを採用する場合、切片を固定せずにフィッティングする方法、又は切片を0にして(原点を通るようにして)フィッティングする方法がある。なお、測定する周波数は、複数に限らず1点であってもよい。この場合、原点を通るものとして比例定数(傾き)を算出することができる。
 ステップS19では、算出した補正値ΔZに基づいて、ステップS17で算出した「ZmB×KampB×KphB」を補正する。詳しくは、「ZmB×KampB×KphB」から補正値ΔZを差し引く。
 ステップS18において記憶させた補正値ΔZは、第2の組織が所有する第2電池状態算出装置20Bにより複素インピーダンスの算出が実施される場合に用いられる。
 なお、第2電池状態算出装置20Bにより算出された「ZmB×KampB×KphB」を補正することに代えて、第1電池状態算出装置20Aにより算出された「ZmA×KampA×KphA」を補正することもできる。詳しくは、ステップS19において、第1電池状態算出装置20Aの制御装置70は、ステップS13で算出した「ZmA×KampA×KphA」に、ステップS18で算出された補正値ΔZを加えることにより、「ZmA×KampA×KphA」を補正する。
 また、第1,第2電池状態算出装置20A,20Bにより算出された「ZmA×KampA×KphA」及び「ZmB×KampB×KphB」の双方を補正することもできる。詳しくは、ステップS18において、ΔZ/2を補正値として算出する。ステップS19において、第1電池状態算出装置20Aの制御装置70は、ステップS13で算出した「ZmA×KampA×KphA」に、算出された補正値ΔZ/2を加えることにより、「ZmA×KampA×KphA」を補正する。また、第2電池状態算出装置20Bの制御装置70は、ステップS17で算出した「ZmB×KampB×KphB」から補正値ΔZ/2を差し引くことにより、「ZmB×KampB×KphB」を補正する。
 ちなみに、ステップS10~S13における第1電池状態算出装置20Aの上記相対位置と、ステップS14~S17における第2電池状態算出装置20Bの上記相対位置とは、同じであってもよいし、異なっていてもよい。
 図6~9を用いて、第1電池状態算出装置20Aにより算出された「ZmA×KampA×KphA」の補正態様について説明する。
 図6は、ステップS13,S17において算出された複素インピーダンスZmA,ZmBを示す。複素インピーダンスZmA,ZmBは、基準信号の複数の角周波数ω0それぞれに紐付けられた複素インピーダンスの集合である。
 図7は、ステップS13における「ZmA」及び「ZmA×KampA×KphA」を示す。図8は、ステップS17における「ZmB」及び「ZmB×KampB×KphB」を示す。
 図9は、「ZmB×KampB×KphB」と、補正された「ZmA×KampA×KphA」とを示す。
 以上説明した本実施形態によれば、第1電池状態算出装置20Aにおいて算出された複素インピーダンスに対する、第2電池状態算出装置20Bにおいて算出された複素インピーダンスの相対誤差を低減できる。これにより、各装置20A,20Bにおいて算出された複素インピーダンスに含まれる誤差の差を低減することができる。
 上記メイン閉回路に交流電流が流れることに伴い発生した磁束が、電圧検出部33及び電流検出部52の検出値に及ぼす影響度合いは、電池状態算出装置20の構成要素の相対位置が変わると変化する。逆に言えば、メイン閉回路に交流電流が流れることに伴い発生した磁束が、電圧検出部33及び電流検出部52の検出値に及ぼす影響の変化度合いは、上記相対位置が固定されていれば小さい。以下、この点について、図10,11を用いて説明する。図10は、ファラデーの法則の概念図である。図11は、Biot-Savartの法則の参考図である。
 下式(eqB)にファラデーの法則を示す。下式(eqB)において、「E(x,t)」は、電場ベクトルを示し、「L」は線積分の経路を示す。「B(x,t)」は磁束密度ベクトルを示す。「S」は左辺の線積分の経路によって囲まれる部分によって閉じる領域を示す。「n」は「S」上の点の法線ベクトルを示す。「x」は、電流素片からの位置を示すベクトルであり、「t」は時間を示す。つまり、電場ベクトル「E(x,t)」と磁束密度ベクトル「B(x,t)」は、場所と時間に依存する値である。「Vi(t)」は、誘導起電力を示す。
 任意の閉回路C0を電流Iが流れている場合、電流素片I×dsが任意の点Pにつくる磁束密度Bは、任意の点Oを始点としたベクトルs及びxを用いて、Biot-Savartの法則より、下式(eqC)で表される。ここで、「t」は時間を示し、「μ0」は真空の透磁率を示し、「μr(x)」は比透磁率を示す。
 上式(eqC)を上式(eqB)に代入すると、下式(eqD)が導かれる。
 上式(eqD)の右辺の時間全微分d/dtは、各パラメータに対して偏微分を用いて表すことができる。例えば、時間t及び位置xに依存するとすると、下式(eqE)が導かれる。
 上式(eqE)の右辺の第2項は、例えば、電圧検出閉回路34(図2参照)の位置が時間によって変化する場合に発生する誘導起電力を表す。dz/dtが周波数fを有する周期関数の場合、周波数fで変動する誘導起電力が発生する。同様に、偏微分に用いるパラメータを例えば電流が流れる閉回路(具体的には例えば、上記メイン閉回路)の位置sとすると、上式(eqE)の右辺の第2項は、sが時間によって変化する場合の誘導起電力を表すこともでき、周期性を持つ場合は周期に応じた周波数での誘導起電力が発生する。他のパラメータに関しても同様である。
 ここでは、上式(eqE)の右辺第1項に着目し、電流I(t)のみが時間に依存するとすると、下式(eqF)が導かれる。
 上式(eqF)の下線部分は、電圧変動測定経路L(具体的には、電圧検出閉回路34)と、電流測定経路C0(具体的には、電流検出閉回路55)との間の相互インダクタンスMである。上式(eqF)から、電圧検出閉回路34及び電流検出閉回路の形状が変わらない場合であって、透磁率μr(x)が一定の場合に、相互インダクタンスMは一定値となり変化しないことがわかる。補正値を算出するにあたり、電流検出閉回路55と電圧検出閉回路34とを固定することが肝要である。
 この点に鑑み、上記相対位置が固定された状態で、メイン閉回路に交流電流が流される。制御装置70は、交流電流が流されている場合における電圧検出部33の検出値及び電流検出部52の検出値を取得し、取得した検出値に基づいて、複素インピーダンスを算出する。
 第1電池状態算出装置20Aで算出された複素インピーダンスに対する、第2電池状態算出装置で算出された複素インピーダンスの相対誤差の変化度合いは、上記相対位置が固定されていれば小さい。このため、本実施形態によれば、上記相対誤差を低減するための補正値の算出精度を高めることができる。
 <第1実施形態の変形例>
 ・相互インダクタンスMiに対してシャント抵抗体43の抵抗値Rsが大きい場合(上式(eq8)参照)、インピーダンス補正処理で用いられる振幅影響係数KampA,KampBを1にしてもよい。
 ・インピーダンス測定用の電流のエネルギ源は、測定対象となる蓄電池10に限らず、例えば、図12に示すように商用電源17であってもよい。電池状態算出装置21は、商用電源17をエネルギ源として、シャント抵抗体43及び蓄電池10を含むメイン閉回路に交流電流を流す交流電源56(「交流駆動部」に相当)と、制御部74とを備えている。なお、交流電源56は、例えば、定電流制御又は定電圧制御のどちらで制御されてもよい。制御部74は、図4と同様に、インピーダンス補正処理を行う。
 <第2実施形態>
 以下、第2実施形態について、第1実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態では、図13,14を用いて、第1実施形態で説明した電池状態算出装置の具体例について説明する。図13は、蓄電池10と、蓄電池10に取り付けられた電池状態算出装置120とを備えるシステムを示す。図14は、図13に示す構成のうち、電池ケース及び回路基板等の図示を省略した図である。
 電池状態算出装置120は、回路基板90を備えている。回路基板90には、制限抵抗体41、電流制御スイッチ42、シャント抵抗体43、正極側電圧経路31、負極側電圧経路32、正極側電流経路53及び負極側電流経路54が設けられている。回路基板90において、正極側電圧経路31、負極側電圧経路32、正極側電流経路53及び負極側電流経路54は、配線パターン及びビア等により構成されている。
 電池状態算出装置120は、処理部91を備えている。処理部91は、集積回路で構成され、回路基板90に設けられている。処理部91は、第1実施形態で説明した電圧検出部33と、電流処理部50と、基準信号生成部60と、プロセッサ及び記憶部を含む制御装置70との機能を有している。
 蓄電池10は、捲回体13、正極側集電体14a、負極側集電体14b、正極側導電部材15a、負極側導電部材15b及び電池ケース16を備えている。捲回体13は、扁平な直方体形状をなしている。捲回体13の第1方向(幅方向)の第1端には、正極側集電体14aが設けられ、捲回体13の幅方向の第2端には、負極側集電体14bが設けられている。各集電体14a,14bは、捲回体13の幅方向及び第2方向(厚さ方向)に直交する第3方向(高さ方向)に延びている。
 正極側集電体14aの高さ方向の一端には、正極側導電部材15aが設けられ、負極側集電体14bの高さ方向の一端には、負極側導電部材15bが設けられている。正極側導電部材15aには、正極端子10aが設けられ、負極側導電部材15bには、負極端子10bが設けられている。
 従来は、電池ケース16の外側の配線に着目した複素インピーダンスの測定系が構築されていた。ここで、蓄電池10の構成部品のうち核となる部品が捲回体13である。捲回体13から電流を引き出す蓄電池の内部構造体も回路の一部として考慮する必要がある。このため、メイン閉回路と電流検出閉回路55との相互インダクタンスMv、及びメイン閉回路と電流検出閉回路55との相互インダクタンスMiを定量化する場合において、捲回体13等の蓄電池10の内部構造体に対する回路基板90の相対位置も固定されていることが望ましい。そこで、本実施形態の電池状態算出装置120を構成する回路基板90は、蓄電池10に強固に固定されている。
 図14に示す例において、蓄電池10の内部構造を考慮した場合における電圧変動測定経路L及び電流測定経路C0について説明する。電圧変動測定経路L(具体的には、電圧検出閉回路34)は、正極側電圧経路31、正極側導電部材15a、正極側集電体14a、捲回体13、負極側集電体14b、負極側導電部材15b、負極側電圧経路32及び処理部91を含む閉回路である。電流測定経路C0(具体的には、電流検出閉回路55)は、シャント抵抗体43、正極側電流経路53、処理部91及び負極側電流経路54を含む閉回路である。
 相互インダクタンスMvは、上記メイン閉回路に流れる電流が、電圧変動測定経路Lにより形成される閉曲面上に発生させる磁場由来の相互インダクタンスである。相互インダクタンスMiは、メイン閉回路に流れる電流が、電流測定経路C0により形成される閉曲面上に発生させる磁場由来の相互インダクタンスである。図14に示す例において、メイン閉回路、電流検出閉回路55及び電圧検出閉回路34それぞれの経路が一部重複しているが、磁場を発生させる電流と、その因果関係としての電圧変動の測定という点で差異があり、経路の重複部分も含めて相互インダクタンスとみなす。
 以上説明した本実施形態によれば、第1実施形態と同様の効果を奏することができる。
 <第3実施形態>
 以下、第3実施形態について、第1実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態では、図15に示すように、電池状態算出装置220が車両に備えられている。
 車両に搭載されるシステムは、電池状態算出装置220に加え、組電池1000、インバータ130、回転電機140及びリレーSMRを備えている。インバータ130は、上アームスイッチSH及び下アームスイッチSLの直列接続体を複数相分(3相分)備えている。上アームスイッチSH及び下アームスイッチSLの接続点には、回転電機140の電機子巻線が接続されている。回転電機140の回転子は、車両の駆動輪150と動力伝達可能になっている。インバータ130と組電池1000とは、リレーSMRを介して接続されている。
 組電池1000は、複数の蓄電池100の直列接続体を備えている。本実施形態では、便宜上、組電池1000は、4つの蓄電池100である第1,第2,第3,第4蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dを備えていることとする。各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dは、正極端子101a及び負極端子101bを備えている。各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dは、同じ仕様の蓄電池であり、具体的には、定格電圧及び満充電容量が同じである。
 システムは、インバータ制御装置131を備えている。インバータ制御装置131は、プロセッサ及び記憶部を有している。インバータ制御装置131は、車両を走行させるためにインバータ130の上,下アームスイッチSH,SLのスイッチング制御を行う。
 電池状態算出装置220において、制限抵抗体41の第1端は、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dのうち最も高電位側の第1蓄電池100Aの正極端子101aに接続されている。シャント抵抗体43の第2端は、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dのうち最も低電位側の第4蓄電池100Dの負極端子101bに接続されている。なお、本実施形態において、制限抵抗体41、電流制御スイッチ42、シャント抵抗体43及び組電池1000を含む閉回路がメイン閉回路に相当する。
 電池状態算出装置220は、監視IC92を備えている。監視IC92は、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dに対応して個別に設けられた電圧検出部33、電流変調部51、電流検出部52、基準信号生成部60及び制御部93を備えている。電圧検出部33と正極端子101aとは正極側電圧経路31により接続され、電圧検出部33と負極端子101bとは負極側電圧経路32により接続されている。
 制御部93には、電圧検出部33、電流検出部52、温度センサ80及び圧力センサ81の検出値が入力される。温度センサ80は、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの温度を検出する。圧力センサ81は、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの圧力を検出する。
 制御部93は、基準信号生成部60に、基準信号の生成指令を入力する。また、「演算部」として機能する制御部93は、電圧検出部33及び電流検出部52の検出値に基づいて、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの複素インピーダンスの実部及び虚部を算出する。制御部93は、算出結果に基づいて、例えば、複素インピーダンス平面プロット(コールコールプロット)を作成し、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの蓄電状態(SOC)や劣化状態(SOH)を把握する。
 図16に、電池状態算出装置220の一例を示す。各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dのうち、電位的に隣り合う蓄電池の正極端子101a及び負極端子101bは、中間導電部材103(例えばバスバー)により接続されている。第1蓄電池100Aの正極端子101aと制限抵抗体41とは、第1端部導電部材102(例えばバスバー)により電気的に接続されている。第4蓄電池100Dの負極端子101bとシャント抵抗体43とは、第2端部導電部材104(例えばバスバー)により電気的に接続されている。本実施形態において、電池状態算出装置220、インバータ130、回転電機140及び組電池1000を含むシステムの構成部品の相対位置が固定されるようにシステムが構成されている。
 続いて、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの複素インピーダンスの相対誤差の差を低減するインピーダンス補正処理について説明する。本実施形態では、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dのうち、いずれか1つである基準電池の複素インピーダンスに対する、残りの対象電池の複素インピーダンスの相対誤差の差を低減させる。本実施形態において、基準電池は第1蓄電池100Aであり、対象電池は第2,第3,第4蓄電池100B,100C,100Dである。
 本実施形態では、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの真の複素インピーダンスZtが同一であると仮定したインピーダンス補正処理が実行される。例えば、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dが新品の場合、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの複素インピーダンスが同一となる。以下、これまでに登場した数式において、第1蓄電池100Aに関する値に添え字Aを付し、第2蓄電池100Bに関する値に添え字Bを付し、第3蓄電池100Cに関する値に添え字Cを付し、第4蓄電池100Dに関する値に添え字Dを付す。
 上式(eq7)を参照すると、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dについて下式(eq15)~(eq18)が成立する。
 本実施形態では、共通の監視IC92に電圧検出部33、電流検出部52及び基準信号生成部60が備えられている。このため、「ΔβA,ΔβB,ΔβC,ΔβD=0」及び「ΔγA,ΔγB,ΔγC,ΔγD=0」であるとする。このため、下式(eq19)~(eq21)が導かれる。
 なお、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの電流は、共通の電流検出部52で検出される。このため、上式(eq19)~(eq21)において、θpA,θpB,θpC,θpDは同じ値になり、MiA/RsA,MiB/RsB,MiC/RsC,MiD/RsDは同じ値になる。
 上式(eq19)~(eq21)において、振幅影響係数KampA,KampB,KampC,KampD及び位相影響係数KphA,KphB,KphC,KphDは、電池状態算出装置220によって定まる係数である。
 上式(eq19)において、ZmA,ZmBは、第1,第2蓄電池100A,100Bに対応する電圧検出部33の検出値、及び電流検出部52の検出値に基づいて算出される複素インピーダンスである。上式(eq20)において、ZmCは、第3蓄電池100Cに対応する電圧検出部33の検出値、及び電流検出部52の検出値に基づいて算出される複素インピーダンスである。上式(eq21)において、ZmDは、第4蓄電池100Dに対応する電圧検出部33の検出値、及び電流検出部52の検出値に基づいて算出される複素インピーダンスである。
 上式(eq19)を参照すると、「ZmB×KampB×KphB」と「ZmA×KampA×KphA」との差が、第1,第2蓄電池100A,100Bの複素インピーダンスの誤差となる。上式(eq20)を参照すると、「ZmC×KampC×KphC」と「ZmA×KampA×KphA」との差が、第1,第3蓄電池100A,100Cの複素インピーダンスの誤差となる。上式(eq21)を参照すると、「ZmD×KampD×KphD」と「ZmA×KampA×KphA」との差が、第1,第4蓄電池100A,100Dの複素インピーダンスの誤差となる。
 このため、「ZmB×KampB×KphB」、「ZmC×KampC×KphC」及び「ZmD×KampD×KphD」から、「ZmA×KampA×KphA」の影響を取り除くことにより、4つの蓄電池の複素インピーダンスの相対誤差を低減できる。
 図17は、制御部93により実行されるインピーダンス補正処理のフローチャートである。
 ステップS20では、車両が停車中であるかを判定する。停車中であると判定したことを条件として、ステップS21以降の処理の実行を許可する。これにより、車両の走行に伴い発生する振動が、電池状態算出装置220の構成部品の相対位置に及ぼす影響を抑制できる。その結果、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの複素インピーダンスの相対誤差を低減する補正値の算出精度を向上できる。
 ステップS20において停車中であると判定した場合には、ステップS21に進み、温度条件が成立しているか否かを判定する。温度条件は、温度センサ80により検出された各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの温度が同一又は同等であるとの条件である。各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの温度が同等であるとは、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの温度のうち、最高温度と最低温度との差ΔTの絶対値が、例えば、5℃以下、3℃以下、1℃以下又は0.5℃以下のことである。
 温度条件が成立していると判定した場合には、ステップS22に進み、電圧条件が成立しているか否かを判定する。電圧条件は、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dに電流が流れていない状態において、電圧検出部33により検出された各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの端子間電圧が同一又は同等であるとの条件である。各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの端子間電圧が同等であるとは、例えば、「|ΔV|/Vstd×100≦0.3%」、「|ΔV|/Vstd×100≦0.1%」、又は「|ΔV|/Vstd×100≦0.03%」のことである。ΔVは、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの端子間電圧のうち、最高電圧と最低電圧との差ΔVの絶対値である。Vstdは、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの定格電圧である。
 なお、電圧条件において、検出電圧に代えて、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100DのSOCが用いられてもよい。また、温度,電圧条件に加え、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの圧力条件が追加されてもよい。圧力条件は、圧力センサ81により検出された各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの圧力が同一又は同等であるとの条件である。
 ステップS22において電圧条件が成立していると判定した場合には、ステップS23に進み、電流変調部51によって電流制御スイッチ42が制御されるように、基準信号生成部60に基準信号の生成指令を入力する。ここでは、基準信号の角周波数ω0を徐々に変化(漸増又は漸減)させる周波数スイープを行う。これにより、基準信号の周波数ω0で変動する交流電流が各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dに流れる。交流電流が流れている状態で、電流検出部52の検出電流Imを取得し、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dに対応する電圧検出部33の検出電圧VmA,VmB,VmC,VmDを取得する。詳しくは、角周波数に対応する検出電流Im及び検出電圧VmA,VmB,VmC,VmDを取得する。
 ステップS24では、取得した検出電流Im及び検出電圧VmA,VmB,VmC,VmDに基づいて、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの複素インピーダンスZmA(=VmA/Im),ZmB(=VmB/Im),ZmC(=VmC/Im),ZmD(=VmD/Im)を算出する。
 その後、算出した第1蓄電池100Aの複素インピーダンスZmAに振幅影響係数KampA及び位相影響係数KphAを乗算することにより、「ZA=ZmA×KampA×KphA」を算出する。また、算出した第2蓄電池100Bの複素インピーダンスZmBに振幅影響係数KampB及び位相影響係数KphBを乗算することにより、「ZB=ZmB×KampB×KphB」を算出する。また、算出した第3蓄電池100Cの複素インピーダンスZmCに振幅影響係数KampC及び位相影響係数KphCを乗算することにより、「ZC=ZmC×KampC×KphC」を算出する。また、算出した第4蓄電池100Dの複素インピーダンスZmDに振幅影響係数KampD及び位相影響係数KphDを乗算することにより、「ZD=ZmD×KampD×KphD」を算出する。
 振幅影響係数KampA,KampB,KampC,KampD及び位相影響係数KphA,KphB,KphC,KphDは、例えば、実験又は計算により予め算出された値であり、制御部93の記憶部に記憶されている。制御部93は、ZA~ZDの算出に用いる振幅影響係数及び位相影響係数記憶部から読み出す。
 ステップS25では、下式(eq22)に示すように、ステップS24で算出したZBからZAを差し引くことにより、補正値ΔZkBを算出する。
 ステップS25では、下式(eq23)に示すように、ステップS24で算出したZCからZAを差し引くことにより、補正値ΔZkCを算出する。
 ステップS25では、下式(eq24)に示すように、ステップS24で算出したZDからZAを差し引くことにより、補正値ΔZkDを算出する。
 補正値ΔZkB,ΔZkC,ΔZkDは、複素インピーダンスの虚部を補正するための値となる。補正値ΔZkB,ΔZkC,ΔZkDは、角周波数ω0が高くなるほど、大きい値になる。
 ステップS26では、算出した補正値ΔZkB,ΔZkC,ΔZkDに基づいて、ステップS24で算出したZB,ZC,ZDを補正する。詳しくは、下式(eq25)に示すように、ZBから補正値ΔZkBを差し引くことにより、第2蓄電池100Bの補正インピーダンスZcBを算出する。
 また、下式(eq26)に示すように、ZCから補正値ΔZkCを差し引くことにより、第3蓄電池100Cの補正インピーダンスZcCを算出する。
 また、下式(eq27)に示すように、ZDから補正値ΔZkDを差し引くことにより、第4蓄電池100Dの補正インピーダンスZcDを算出する。
 ステップS27では、算出した補正値ΔZkB,ΔZkC,ΔZkDを、角周波数ω0と紐付けて記憶部に記憶させる。なお、記憶部に記憶される情報は、周波数ω0及び補正値ΔZkB,ΔZkC,ΔZkDが紐付けられたテーブル情報又は数式情報であってもよい。数式情報である場合、使用される数式は、例えば、多項式、指数関数、三角関数及びそれらの関数の組み合わせであってもよい。
 以上説明した本実施形態によれば、第1蓄電池100Aの複素インピーダンスに対する第2,第3,第4蓄電池100B,100C,100Dの複素インピーダンスの相対誤差を低減でき、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの複素インピーダンスに含まれる誤差の差を低減できる。
 <第3実施形態の変形例>
 ・制御部93は、図17のステップS21~S26に示したインピーダンス補正処理を、記憶部に記憶されていた補正値の情報が消失したと判定した場合に実行してもよい。
 ・制御部93は、ステップS21~S26に示したインピーダンス補正処理を、車両の販売店に車両が保管されている場合に実行してもよい。
 ・制御部93は、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの使用期間が所定期間以下であると判定したことを条件に、インピーダンス補正処理を行ってもよい。各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの使用期間が過度に長くなければ、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dが中古状態になっていたとしても、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの真の複素インピーダンスZtのばらつきは小さいと考えられる。
 ・図17のステップS21~S26に示したインピーダンス補正処理は、組電池1000が車両に搭載される前段階において実行されてもよい。例えば、工場における組電池1000の製造工程において実行されてもよい。
 ・図18,19に示すように、複数の蓄電池100A~100Dの直列接続体及び監視IC92が一体化されたモジュール300がシステムに備えられていてもよい。この場合、電圧検出部33、電流処理部50及び基準信号生成部60が所定距離離間して配置されるため、位相差Δα,Δβ,Δγの位相差が0ではなくなることがある。
 ・図20に示すように、シャント抵抗体143が第4蓄電池100DとリレーSMRとの間に設けられていてもよい。この場合、メイン閉回路は、破線矢印にて例示するように、各蓄電池100A~100D、リレーSMR、上アームスイッチSH、回転電機140の電機子巻線、下アームスイッチSL、リレーSMR及びシャント抵抗体43を含む閉回路となる。また、インピーダンス補正処理において、各100A~100Dに交流電流を流す制御は、インバータ制御装置131によるインバータ130のスイッチング制御となる。なお、この場合、インバータ130及びインバータ制御装置131が「交流駆動部」に相当する。
 ・図21に示すように、電圧検出用のIC(監視IC92)とは別に、電流検出用IC94が電池状態算出装置220に備えられていてもよい。
 車両に搭載されるシステムは、切替スイッチSMCと、DCDCコンバータを含む充電器132とを備えている。充電器132は、切替スイッチSMCを介して蓄電池100A~100Dの直列接続体に接続されている。なお、本実施形態では、便宜上、充電器132及び切替スイッチSMCがインバータ制御装置131により制御されるものとする。
 インバータ制御装置131は、回転電機140のロータを回転させて車両を走行させるべく、インバータ130の上,下アームスイッチSH,SLのスイッチング制御を行う。この場合、インバータ制御装置131は、リレーSMRをオンし、切替スイッチSMCをオフする第1状態とする。一方、インバータ制御装置131は、外部電源133から充電器132を介して蓄電池100A~100Dの直列接続体を充電する外部充電を行うべく、充電器132を制御する。この場合、インバータ制御装置131は、切替スイッチSMCをオンし、リレーSMRをオフする第2状態とする。
 制御部93は、インバータ制御装置131と協働して、第1状態及び第2状態それぞれにおいて、図17に示したインピーダンス補正処理を行う。これにより、第1状態及び第2状態それぞれに対応した補正値を算出できる。このようにリレーSMR及び切替スイッチSMCを制御することにより、第1状態では外部電源内のインピーダンスの影響を受けることなく補正値を正確に算出することができる。また、第2状態ではインバータ130内の平滑コンデンサ等によるインピーダンスの影響を受けることなく補正値を算出できる。
 ・直列接続された複数の蓄電池のうち、最高電位の蓄電池の正極端子と最低電位の蓄電池の負極端子とを接続する電気経路45の配置態様の一例について説明する。電気経路45は、制限抵抗体41、電流制御スイッチ42及びシャント抵抗体43を含む。
 図22には、6つの蓄電池100A~100Fの例が示されている。この場合における各蓄電池100A~100Fの相互インダクタンスMvの計算結果を図23に示す。図24には、図22とは異なる電気経路45の配置態様を示す。この場合における各蓄電池100A~100Fの相互インダクタンスMvの計算結果を図25に示す。各蓄電池100A~100F毎に相互インダクタンスMvが異なるため、各蓄電池100A~100Fのうち対象電池に対応した補正値を算出することが望ましい。
 なお、複数の蓄電池及び電池状態算出装置の相対位置によっては、図26に示す計算結果になることもある。図26では、直列接続された複数の蓄電池のうち、最高,最低電池の蓄電池100A,100Eの相互インダクタンスMvが同じ値又は同等の値となり、最高,最低電池の蓄電池100A,100Eに隣接する蓄電池100B,100Dの相互インダクタンスMvが同じ値又は同等の値になっている。この場合、複数の蓄電池100A~100Eを構成する4つの対象電池のうち、一部の対象電池について算出された補正値を、他の対象電池の複素インピーダンスの補正に用いることができる。このため、電池状態算出装置における演算負荷が軽減される。
 <第4実施形態>
 以下、第4実施形態について、第3実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態では、研究機関の実験室等、車両外部の電池状態算出装置(以下、外部算出装置)において算出された基準電池の複素インピーダンスに対する、車載蓄電池の複素インピーダンスの相対誤差を低減させる。外部算出装置は、例えば第1実施形態の第1電池状態算出装置20Aであり、「第1電池状態算出装置」に相当する。
 車両に備えられた組電池1000と同一仕様の組電池の複素インピーダンスが、外部算出装置において算出される。この場合において、組電池を構成する4つの蓄電池のうち1つの基準電池(例えば、第1蓄電池)の複素インピーダンスZmSが、外部算出装置において電流検出部52及び電圧検出部33の検出値に基づいて算出されたとする。基準電池の真のインピーダンスZsは下式(eq28)で表される。
 一方、車両に備えられた電池状態算出装置220(「第2電池状態算出装置」に相当)において算出された第1,第2,第3,第4蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの複素インピーダンスと真のインピーダンスとの関係は、下式(eq29)~(eq32)で表される。
 車両に備えられた第1,第2,第3,第4蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの真のインピーダンスZA,ZB,ZC,ZDと、外部算出装置の測定対象となる基準電池(第1蓄電池)の真のインピーダンスZsとが同一であると仮定する。この場合、上式(eq28)~(eq32)を踏まえ、第1,第2,第3,第4蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの補正値ΔZkA,ΔZkB,ΔZkC,ΔZkDが下式(eq33)~(eq36)のように定まる。
 補正値ΔZkA,ΔZkB,ΔZkC,ΔZkDは、例えば、電池状態算出装置22の設計時において、外部算出装置における複素インピーダンスの算出結果等に基づいて予め算出される。算出された補正値ZkA,ΔZkB,ΔZkC,ΔZkDは、制御部93の記憶部に記憶される。
 図27は、制御部93により実行されるインピーダンス補正処理のフローチャートである。
 ステップS30では、ステップS20と同様に、車両が停車中であるかを判定する。
 ステップS30において停車中であると判定した場合には、ステップS31に進み、ステップS21と同様に、温度条件が成立しているか否かを判定する。
 温度条件が成立していると判定した場合には、ステップS32に進み、ステップS22と同様に、電圧条件が成立しているか否かを判定する。
 ステップS32において電圧条件が成立していると判定した場合には、ステップS33に進み、ステップS23と同様に、電流変調部51によって電流制御スイッチ42が制御されるように、基準信号生成部60に基準信号の生成指令を入力する。交流電流が各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dに流れている状態で、電流検出部52の検出電流Imを取得し、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dに対応する電圧検出部33の検出電圧VmA,VmB,VmC,VmDを取得する。詳しくは、角周波数に対応する検出電流Im及び検出電圧VmA,VmB,VmC,VmDを取得する。
 ステップS34では、ステップS24と同様に、取得した検出電流Im及び検出電圧VmA,VmB,VmC,VmDに基づいて、各蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの複素インピーダンスZmA(=VmA/Im),ZmB(=VmB/Im),ZmC(=VmC/Im),ZmD(=VmD/Im)を算出する。
 その後、算出した第1蓄電池100Aの複素インピーダンスZmAに振幅影響係数KampA及び位相影響係数KphAを乗算することにより、「ZA=ZmA×KampA×KphA」を算出する。また、算出した第2蓄電池100Bの複素インピーダンスZmBに振幅影響係数KampB及び位相影響係数KphBを乗算することにより、「ZB=ZmB×KampB×KphB」を算出する。また、算出した第3蓄電池100Cの複素インピーダンスZmCに振幅影響係数KampC及び位相影響係数KphCを乗算することにより、「ZC=ZmC×KampC×KphC」を算出する。また、算出した第4蓄電池100Dの複素インピーダンスZmDに振幅影響係数KampD及び位相影響係数KphDを乗算することにより、「ZD=ZmD×KampD×KphD」を算出する。
 振幅影響係数KampA,KampB,KampC,KampD及び位相影響係数KphA,KphB,KphC,KphDは、例えば、実験又は計算により予め算出された値であり、制御部93の記憶部に記憶されている。制御部93は、ZA~ZDの算出に用いる振幅影響係数及び位相影響係数を記憶部から読み出す。
 ステップS35では、上式(eq33)~(eq36)の補正値ΔZkA,ΔZkB,ΔZkC,ΔZkDを記憶部から読み出す。補正値ΔZkA,ΔZkB,ΔZkC,ΔZkDは、複素インピーダンスの虚部を補正するための値となる。補正値ΔZkA,ΔZkB,ΔZkC,ΔZkDは、角周波数ω0が高くなるほど、大きい値になる。
 ステップS36では、読みだした補正値ΔZkA,ΔZkB,ΔZkC,ΔZkDに基づいて、ステップS34で算出したZA,ZB,ZC,ZDを補正する。詳しくは、ZA,ZB,ZC,ZDから補正値ΔZkA,ΔZkB,ΔZkC,ΔZkDを差し引くことにより、第1,第2,第3,第4蓄電池100A,100B,100C,100Dの補正インピーダンスZcA,ZcB,ZcC,ZcDを算出する。
 ステップS37では、算出した補正インピーダンスZcA,ZcB,ZcC,ZcDを、角周波数ω0と紐付けて記憶部に記憶させる。
 以上説明した本実施形態によれば、車両外部において算出された基準電池の複素インピーダンスを基準として、車載蓄電池の複素インピーダンスの相対誤差のばらつきを低減できる。
 <その他の実施形態>
 なお、上記各実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施してもよい。
 ・第3,第4実施形態において、電圧検出閉回路34及び電流検出閉回路55に、インバータ130に流れる電流等に起因する磁場が鎖交する場合に誘導起電力が発生し、ノイズとなり得る。インバータ130及び各閉回路34,55を含むシステムの相対位置を固定する固定機構がシステムに備えられている。ここで、基準信号の角周波数ω0は、システムの固有振動数から所定周波数(例えば数Hz)ずれた周波数に設定されればよい。
 固有振動数が複数存在する場合、複数の固有振動数のうち1つの固有振動数に対してずらすのではなく、複数の固有振動数に対してずらした値を基準信号の角周波数ω0として選択してもよい。固有振動数に対する角周波数ω0のずらし量は、例えば、インピーダンス計測回路が有するバンドパスフィルタを通過しない程度の値にしてもよい。例えば、バンドパスフィルタ幅が10Hzの場合、上記ずらし量は、10Hz以上とするのが好適である。蓄電池のインピーダンス値は周波数に対して滑らかに変化するのが一般的である。本来用いたい角周波数ω0が固有振動数と一致することを回避するために、測定周波数(角周波数ω0)をずらしたとしても、蓄電池の制御に与える影響が少ないため、測定周波数をずらす方式が成立する。測定周波数をずらすのが困難な場合は、システムの固有振動数をずらしてもよい。例えば、固定機構が抑える箇所の間隔を変えたり、部品の形状や重さを変えたりすることにより、システムの固有振動数をずらすことができる。補正値は、振動が発生していない場合や、固有振動を避けた角周波数ω0を選択する場合に算出するのが好適である。
 電池容量の増加に伴い、蓄電池の複素インピーダンスの虚部の値が小さくなる。電池容量が大きい蓄電池(例えば、100Ah級の蓄電池)の場合、複素インピーダンスの虚部が例えば10μΩオーダーとなる。一方、固有振動に伴う虚部の変化量は、例えば約2.5μΩである。この場合、上記変化量を無視できない。そこで、振動数をずらす対策が有効である。
 ・例えば第3,第4実施形態において、電池状態算出装置は、各電圧検出回路の正極側電圧経路31及び負極側電圧経路32の長さLと、正極側電圧経路31及び負極側電圧経路32の断面積Aとに基づいて、補正対象となる各蓄電池に対する個別の補正値を算出してもよい。
 上式(eq15)を例にすると、長さL及び断面積Aの影響を考慮すると、下式(eq37)に示すように、係数Gtが追加される。
 正極側電圧経路31及び負極側電圧経路32の長さLが長いほど、正極側電圧経路31及び負極側電圧経路32の抵抗値が大きくなる。その結果、正極側電圧経路31及び負極側電圧経路32で発生する電圧降下量も大きくなり、検出電圧と実際の電圧との差が大きくなる。この点を踏まえ、図23に示すように、電池状態算出装置は、長さLが長いほど、係数Gtを小さくすればよい。
 正極側電圧経路31及び負極側電圧経路32の断面積が小さいほど、正極側電圧経路31及び負極側電圧経路32の抵抗値は大きくなる。この点を踏まえ、図28に示すように、電池状態算出装置は、断面積Aが小さいほど、係数Gtを小さくすればよい。
 基準信号の角周波数ω0の影響を考慮すると、上式(eq37)に示すように、係数Stが追加される。複素インピーダンスの算出時において、各周波数ω0の周波数スイープが行われる。角周波数ω0の高低に応じて、表皮効果の影響が異なる。高周波ほど抵抗値が大きくなる。この点を踏まえ、電池状態算出装置は、図29に示すように、角周波数ω0が高いほど、係数Stを小さくすればよい。なお、係数Gt,Stは、例えば、予め計算により算出できる。
 表皮効果による配線の抵抗増加は、配線となる金属体の表面積が大きくなれば低減することができる。そのため、ハーネスとして多芯線を用いることにより、抵抗増加を低減できる。しかし、近年、バッテリーモジュールなどに配線用途として用いられるFPC基板では、各配線が単心線と同等の構成となっている。そのため、特にモジュールやパックといった配線距離が長くなる対象に対しては、表皮効果の補正を行うことが好適である。
 また、FPC配線は単線相当のパターン配線となるが、表面積を大きくするために、例えば同電位の配線を2本以上用いたり、網目構造の配線パターンを用いたりする方法を用いてもよい。
 また、以下の(1),(2)の構成を採用してもよい。
 (1)測定対象となる組電池を構成する電池セルの場所と、電池セルの電流,電圧を測定する測定ICとの距離に応じて、遠い場所ほど同電位の配線数を多くし、近い場所は単線又は遠い場所より少ない本数にするなどの構成にする。
 (2)測定ICからの距離が違い場所は単線で構成し、遠い場所は複数線で構成する。近い場所では、多数の電池セルの線を配置する必要があるので場所が少ないが、遠い場所では、まだ配線していない電池セルの数が少なくなるので複数線とする場所を確保しやすい。このため、FPC基板の面積増加を抑制しつつ、遠い場所の電池セルに対して表皮効果の影響を低減できるという効果がある。
 ・電圧検出部33及び電流検出部52は、図30に示すように、取得した電圧差が入力されるフィルタ回路400と、フィルタ回路400の出力値が入力されるADコンバータ401とを備えている。ADコンバータ401の出力値が、電圧,電流検出値となる。
 ここで、フィルタ回路400の時定数に応じて、フィルタ回路400のゲイン周波数特性及び位相周波数特性が変化する。ここで、電圧検出部33が備えるフィルタ回路400におけるゲイン周波数特性の変化量をGv(ω0)とし、電流検出部52が備えるフィルタ回路400におけるゲイン周波数特性の変化量をGi(ω0)とする。この場合、上式(eq15)を例にすると、変化量の影響を考慮して下式(eq38)が導かれる。
 この点を踏まえ、例えば第3,第4実施形態において、電池状態算出装置は、フィルタ回路400の周波数特性に基づいて、補正対象となる各蓄電池に対する個別の補正値を算出してもよい。なお、係数Gi,Gvは、例えば、予め計算により算出できる。
 ・第3,第4実施形態において、車両に備えられた制御部に代えて、車両外部のサーバ(例えばクラウドサーバ)において、インピーダンス補正処理が実行されてもよい。この場合、サーバは、多数の車両に対応する補正値を収集することができ、収集した補正値をサーバの記憶部に記憶させる。サーバは、例えば、収集した補正値の統計値(例えば平均値)を補正値として、各車両の制御部に送信してもよい。
 ・図31に示すように、蓄電池の正極端子及び負極端子を接続するとともに、電流制御スイッチ42及びシャント抵抗体43を含む電気経路において、シャント抵抗体43の電流流通方向とは逆方向に電流が流れる第1折り返し部46aと、第1折り返し部46aの電流流通方向とは逆方向に電流が流れる第2折り返し部46bとが設けられてもよい。
 第1折り返し部46aに流れる電流によって発生する磁場は、シャント抵抗体43に流れる電流によって電流検出閉回路55を鎖交する磁場を低減させる役割を果たす。第2折り返し部46bは、第1折り返し部46aによって変更された電流経路を元の経路に極力戻すためのものである。第2折り返し部46bは、電流検出閉回路55に対して第1折り返し部46aよりも遠い位置に配置される。このため、第2折り返し部46bに流れる電流によって電流検出閉回路55を鎖交する磁場は小さく、鎖交磁場が電流検出誤差に及ぼす影響は小さい。
 ・第2実施形態において、図32に示すように、回路基板90において、シャント抵抗体43が備えられる第1板面の裏面である第2板面に、図31に示した第1折り返し線46に相当する第1折り返し線47が備えられてもよい。シャント抵抗体43と第1折り返し線47との間に電子部品が介在しないため、シャント抵抗体43と第1折り返し線47との電位差を小さくでき、絶縁破壊が発生しにくくなる。なお、第1折り返し部47は、蓄電池10の負極端子10b側の電気経路ではなく、蓄電池10の正極端子10a側の電気経路に設けられてもよい。
 ・車両に備えられる蓄電池は、種々のものを採用することができる。例えば、蓄電池として、長板状のブレードセルが採用されてもよい。
 また、蓄電池としては、複数の単位電池(例えば電池セル)を電池ブロックにまとめた上で、各電池ブロックを直列接続する構成であってもよい。
 また、蓄電池としては、電池ブロックを作成することなく、複数の電池セルの直列接続体が車両のシャーシの収容部に収容されるいわゆるCTP(Cell to Pack)の構成であってもよい。
 また、CTPの構成に代えて、車両のシャーシに電池セルを収容する収容部が構成され、収容部に複数の電池セルが収容されるいわゆるCTC(Cell to Chassis)の構成が用いられてもよい。
 ・蓄電池としては、2次電池に限らず、例えば燃料電池であってもよい。
 ・電池状態算出装置が搭載される移動体としては、車両に限らず、例えば、航空機又は船舶であってもよい。また、電池状態算出装置の搭載先は、移動体に限らず、定置式の装置であってもよい。
 ・本開示は、車両等の移動体に搭載される交換式蓄電池に対しても適用できる。この場合、交換式蓄電池を移動体に搭載した状態でインピーダンス計測を行う場合と、交換式蓄電池を移動体から降ろした状態でインピーダンス計測を行う場合とで、測定系が異なる場合がある。例えば、移動体から降ろした場合に移動体には搭載していない電源を信号源として用いて蓄電池のインピーダンス計測を行う場合などがある。しかし、測定用の信号源、電流検出部及び電圧検出部を備える構成自体は、移動体に搭載した状態と、移動体から降ろした状態とで同じになるため、本開示の補正方法が使用できる。この補正方法を用いることにより、移動体に搭載した場合と、移動体から降ろした場合とのどちらでも比較可能となる。
 ・本開示に記載の制御部及びその手法は、コンピュータプログラムにより具体化された一つ乃至は複数の機能を実行するようにプログラムされたプロセッサ及びメモリを構成することによって提供された専用コンピュータにより、実現されてもよい。あるいは、本開示に記載の制御部及びその手法は、一つ以上の専用ハードウェア論理回路によってプロセッサを構成することによって提供された専用コンピュータにより、実現されてもよい。もしくは、本開示に記載の制御部及びその手法は、一つ乃至は複数の機能を実行するようにプログラムされたプロセッサ及びメモリと一つ以上のハードウェア論理回路によって構成されたプロセッサとの組み合わせにより構成された一つ以上の専用コンピュータにより、実現されてもよい。また、コンピュータプログラムは、コンピュータにより実行されるインストラクションとして、コンピュータ読み取り可能な非遷移有形記録媒体に記憶されていてもよい。

  1.  蓄電池(10,1000)の正極端子と前記蓄電池の負極端子とを電気的に接続する電気経路(41~43,SMR,130,140)を備えるシステムに適用される電池状態算出装置(20,120,220)において、
     前記電気経路及び前記蓄電池を含む閉回路に交流電流を流す交流駆動部(42,51,56,60,130,131)と、
     前記蓄電池に並列接続され、前記蓄電池の端子間電圧を検出する電圧検出回路(31~33)と、
     前記閉回路に流れる電流を検出する電流検出回路(43,52~54)と、
     演算部(70,93)と、
    を備え、
     前記演算部は、
     前記交流駆動部によって前記閉回路に交流電流が流されている場合における前記電圧検出回路の検出値及び前記電流検出回路の検出値を取得し、取得した前記電圧検出回路の検出値及び前記電流検出回路の検出値に基づいて、前記蓄電池の複素インピーダンスを算出し、

     前記演算部は、前記相対位置が固定された状態で前記閉回路に交流電流が流されている場合における前記各電圧検出回路の検出値及び前記電流検出回路の検出値を取得する、請求項2に記載の電池状態算出装置。
  4.  前記演算部は、前記基準電池の端子間電圧を検出する前記電圧検出回路及び前記閉回路の相互インダクタンスと、前記対象電池の端子間電圧を検出する前記電圧検出回路及び前記閉回路の相互インダクタンスとの差に応じた前記補正値を算出する、請求項3に記載の電池状態算出装置。

     前記正極接続部と前記負極接続部とを接続する前記電気経路(41~43)と、
    を備え、
     前記第1電池状態算出装置において、前記演算部は、前記正極接続部及び前記負極接続部に前記蓄電池が接続されるとともに、前記蓄電池、前記正極接続部、前記負極接続部、前記電気経路、前記電圧検出回路及び前記電流検出回路の相対位置が固定された状態において、前記交流駆動部によって前記閉回路に交流電流が流されている場合における前記電圧検出回路の検出値及び前記電流検出回路の検出値を取得し、取得した前記電圧検出回路の検出値及び前記電流検出回路の検出値に基づいて、前記蓄電池の複素インピーダンスを算出し、
     前記第2電池状態算出装置において、前記演算部は、前記正極接続部及び前記負極接続部に、前記第1電池状態算出装置において複素インピーダンスの算出対象になった前記蓄電池が接続されるとともに、前記蓄電池、前記正極接続部、前記負極接続部、前記電気経路、前記電圧検出回路及び前記電流検出回路の相対位置が固定された状態において、前記交流駆動部によって前記閉回路に交流電流が流されている場合における前記電圧検出回路の検出値及び前記電流検出回路の検出値を取得し、取得した前記電圧検出回路の検出値及び前記電流検出回路の検出値に基づいて、前記蓄電池の複素インピーダンスを算出し、
     前記第1電池状態算出装置の前記正極接続部及び前記負極接続部に接続された状態の前記蓄電池を前記基準電池(10)とし、前記第2電池状態算出装置の前記正極接続部及び前記負極接続部に接続された状態の前記蓄電池を対象電池(10)とする場合において、前記第1電池状態算出装置及び前記第2電池状態算出装置の少なくとも一方の前記演算部は、前記第1電池状態算出装置において算出した前記基準電池の複素インピーダンスと、前記第2電池状態算出装置において算出した前記対象電池の複素インピーダンスとに基づいて、算出した前記基準電池の複素インピーダンスに対する、算出した前記対象電池の複素インピーダンスの相対誤差を補正する前記補正値を算出する、請求項1に記載の電池状態算出装置。
  12.  蓄電池(10,1000)の正極端子と前記蓄電池の負極端子とを電気的に接続する電気経路(41~43,SMR,130,140)と、
     前記電気経路及び前記蓄電池を含む閉回路に交流電流を流す交流駆動部(42,51,56,60,130,131)と、
     前記蓄電池に並列接続され、前記蓄電池の端子間電圧を検出する電圧検出回路(31~33)と、
     前記閉回路に流れる電流を検出する電流検出回路(43,52~54)と、
    を備えるシステムに適用されるプログラムにおいて、
     プロセッサ(71,93)に、
     前記交流駆動部によって前記閉回路に交流電流が流されている場合における前記電圧検出回路の検出値及び前記電流検出回路の検出値を取得する処理と、
     取得した前記電圧検出回路の検出値及び前記電流検出回路の検出値に基づいて、前記蓄電池の複素インピーダンスを算出する処理と、
     算出した前記蓄電池の複素インピーダンスと比較する基準電池の複素インピーダンスと、算出した前記蓄電池の複素インピーダンスとに基づいて、前記基準電池の複素インピーダンスに対する、算出した前記蓄電池の複素インピーダンスの相対誤差を補正する補正値(ΔZkA,ΔZkB,ΔZkC,ΔZkD)を算出する処理と、
     算出した前記補正値に基づいて、算出した前記蓄電池の複素インピーダンスを補正する処理と、
    を実行させる、プログラム。
  13.  蓄電池(10,1000)の正極端子と前記蓄電池の負極端子とを電気的に接続する電気経路(41~43,SMR,130,140)と、
     前記電気経路及び前記蓄電池を含む閉回路に交流電流を流す交流駆動部(42,51,56,60,130,131)と、
     前記蓄電池に並列接続され、前記蓄電池の端子間電圧を検出する電圧検出回路(31~33)と、
     前記閉回路に流れる電流を検出する電流検出回路(43,52~54)と、
    を備える電池制御装置(20,120,220)の制御方法において、
     前記交流駆動部によって前記閉回路に交流電流が流されている場合における前記電圧検出回路の検出値及び前記電流検出回路の検出値を取得するステップと、
     取得した前記電圧検出回路の検出値及び前記電流検出回路の検出値に基づいて、前記蓄電池の複素インピーダンスを算出するステップと、
     算出した前記蓄電池の複素インピーダンスと比較する基準電池の複素インピーダンスと、算出した前記蓄電池の複素インピーダンスとに基づいて、前記基準電池の複素インピーダンスに対する、算出した前記蓄電池の複素インピーダンスの相対誤差を補正する補正値(ΔZkA,ΔZkB,ΔZkC,ΔZkD)を算出するステップと、
     算出した前記補正値に基づいて、算出した前記蓄電池の複素インピーダンスを補正するステップと、
    を備える、電池状態算出装置の制御方法。
