Description

車載ブラケットユニット
 本開示は、車両に車載機器を取り付ける車載ブラケットユニットに関する。
 レーダーや車載カメラなどの車載機器は、車両周囲の情報を取得する。車両に車載機器を取り付ける車載ブラケットの一例は、複数の取付個所に共用されるように、車体の取付箇所に応じた複数の位置決め孔を備える(例えば、特許文献1を参照)。

 一方、車載機器の取付位置における誤差は、車載機器の取得した車両周囲の情報に信頼性の低下を生じさせる。車両周囲の情報に高い信頼性を要求される近年では、車載機器の位置に変更を生じているか否かの情報を取得することが新たに望まれている。
 本開示の一態様によれば、車両周囲の情報を取得する車載機器を車両に取り付けるように構成された車載ブラケットユニットであって、前記車載機器を保持して前記車両に固定されるように構成されたブラケットと、前記車載機器と前記ブラケットとの少なくとも一方に設けられ、前記車両に対する前記車載機器の取り外しを検出するように構成された検出部と、を備える、車載ブラケットユニットが提供される。
 本開示の一態様によれば、車両周囲の情報を取得する車載機器を車両に取り付けるように構成された車載ブラケットユニットであって、カバーあるいは前記車両に固定されて前記車載機器を保持するように構成されたブラケットと、前記ブラケットあるいは前記車両に固定されて前記車載機器を覆うように構成された前記カバーと、前記ブラケットと前記カバーとの少なくとも一方の固定先に対する取り外しを検出するように構成された検出部と、を備える、車載ブラケットユニットが提供される。

 車載ブラケットユニットを備えた車載機器取付装置について、図1から図7を参照して、第1装置例から第5装置例を説明する。図1から図7は、構成ごとの機能ブロックを用いて、機能的に車載機器取付装置を示す。また、検出部10の検出対象11である取り外しを破線矢印によって示す。破線矢印は、固定先の部材から取り外される部材に向いている。

 車両部材50は、フロントパンパー、フロントグリル、リアバンパー、フェンダーなどの外装パネルでもよい。車両部材50が外装パネルである場合、車載機器30は、車両部材50の開口51を通して、車両周囲の情報を取得する。車両部材50は、フロントガラスやリアガラスなどのウインドシールドでもよい。車両部材50がウインドシールドである場合、車載機器30は、ウインドシールドを通して、車両周囲の情報を取得する。車載機器30は、ミリ波レーダー装置でもよいし、赤外線レーダー装置でもよいし、クリアランスソナー装置でもよいし、車載カメラでもよい。車両部材50の開口51は、カバー60に覆われてもよい。カバー60は、外装カバーである。第1装置例は、カバー60を割愛してもよい。
 ブラケット20は、車両部材50に車載機器30を位置決めするように、検出部10と車載機器30とを保持する。ブラケット20は、レーダーブラケットやカメラブラケットである。ブラケット20は、樹脂成形部材でもよい。ブラケット20は、車両部材50に固定されている。ブラケット20と検出部10とは、着脱可能に固定された別体でもよいし、ブラケット20と検出部10とが1つの樹脂成形部材を共有する一体でもよい。
 検出部10は、検出対象11として、車両部材50に対する車載機器30の取り外しを検出する。検出対象11は、(i)車両部材50に対する車載機器30の変位そのものでもよい。検出対象11は、(ii)車両部材50に対する車載機器30の取り外しに付随した、車載機器30以外の他部材における変位でもよい。車載機器30の変位は、車載機器30の着脱による変位でもよいし、車載機器30の仮固定による変位でもよい。車載機器30以外の他部材における変位は、他部材の着脱による変位でもよいし、他部材の仮固定による変位でもよい。車載機器30以外の他部材は、検出部10、ブラケット20、カバー60のいずれか1つである。
 図1の破線が示すように、検出対象11は、(a)車両部材50に固定されたブラケット20に対する車載機器30の取り外しでもよい。検出対象11は、(b)車両部材50に固定されたブラケット20に対する車載機器30に取り付けられた検出部10の取り外しでもよい。検出対象11は、(c)ブラケット20を介して車両部材50に固定された検出部10に対する車載機器30の取り外しでもよい。
 図2が示すように、検出部10は、センサー12を備える。センサー12は、検出対象11の検出によって、未検出から検出に状態を遷移させる。センサー12は、検出対象11を機械的に検出する機械式センサーでもよいし、検出対象11を光学的に検出する光学式センサーでもよいし、検出対象11を電気的に検出する電気式センサーでもよい。
 検出部10は、表示部13を備えてもよい。表示部13は、センサー12の検出を受けて表示内容を切り替える。表示内容は、検出や未検出を示す指標でもよいし、検出回数を示す数値でもよい。表示内容の切り替えは、視認位置と非視認位置との間における指標配置の切り替えでもよいし、点灯と消灯との間におけるランプ通電の切り替えでもよい。
 図3が示すように、検出部10は、送信部14を備えてもよい。送信部14は、センサー12の状態遷移を受けて、受信部51Dに検出状況SIGを送信する。受信部51Dは、送信部14から送信された検出状況SIGの受信に基づいて表示部52に取り外し状況を表示させる。表示部52は、インスツルメントパネルなどに搭載された警告灯でもよい。警告灯は、検出対象11の未検出時に消灯し、検出対象11の検出時に点灯する。
 車載ブラケットユニットは、検出部10とブラケット20とから構成される。
 検出対象11が(a)車両部材50に固定されたブラケット20に対する車載機器30の取り外しである場合、ブラケット20が第1部材の一例である。また、車載機器30が第2部材の一例である。検出部10は、ブラケット20に対する車載機器30の相対的な変位を検出する。
 検出対象11が(b)車両部材50に固定されたブラケット20に対する車載機器30に取り付けられた検出部10の取り外しである場合、検出部10が第1部材の一例である。また、ブラケット20が第2部材の一例である。検出部10は、検出部10に対するブラケット20の相対的な変位を検出する。

 図4が示すように、第2装置例は、ブラケット20、車載機器30、および車両部材50を備える。第2装置例は、検出部10を備える部材と、検出対象11とを、第1装置例から変更したものである。第2装置例は、第1装置例のカバー60を割愛してもよい。第2装置例の車両部材50は、第1装置例の車両部材50と同一の構成でもよい。
 車載機器30は、機器本体31と検出部10とを備える。機器本体31は、車両周囲のセンシングを行う。検出部10は、機器本体31に固定されている。機器本体31と検出部10とは、相互に着脱可能な別体に構成されてもよいし、単一の筐体を共有する一体に構成されてもよい。
 ブラケット20は、車両部材50に車載機器30を位置決めするように、車載機器30を保持する。ブラケット20による車載機器30の保持は、車載機器30に備えられた検出部10の保持でもよいし、車載機器30に備えられた機器本体31の保持でもよいし、検出部10と機器本体31との両方の保持でもよい。
 図4の破線が示すように、検出対象11は、(d)車載機器30に備えられた検出部10のブラケット20に対する取り外しでもよい。検出対象11は、(e)車載機器30に備えられた機器本体31のブラケット20に対する取り外しでもよい。
 車載ブラケットユニットは、ブラケット20と車載機器30とから構成される。

 カバー60は、車両部材50の開口51を覆い、かつ検出部10に接するように、車両部材50に固定されている。カバー60の固定先は、車両部材50である。カバー60は、開口51を通して車載機器30を覆う。車両部材50に対するカバー60の取り外しは、車両部材50の開口51などを通した治具のアクセスによって、車両部材50に対する車載機器30の取り外しを可能にする。車両部材50に対するカバー60の取り外しは、車両に対する車載機器30の取り外しに付随する。
 図6の破線が示すように、検出対象11は、(h)車両部材50に対するカバー60の取り外しでもよい。検出対象11は、(j)カバー60に固定された検出部10の車両部材50に対する取り外しでもよい。
 車載ブラケットユニットは、検出部10、ブラケット20、およびカバー60から構成される。

 ブラケット20は、車両部材50に車載機器30を位置決めするように、車載機器30を保持する。検出部10は、ブラケット20に固定されてもよいし、カバー60に固定されてもよい。なお、検出部10は、ブラケット20に対するカバー60の変位を検出できるように、車両部材50に固定されてもよい。
 カバー60は、検出部10を覆うように、ブラケット20に固定されている。カバー60の固定先は、ブラケット20である。車載機器30は、ブラケット20の開口21を通して車両周囲の情報を取得する。ブラケット20に対するカバー60の取り外しは、車載機器30に対する外部からのアクセスを可能にする。ブラケット20に対するカバー60の取り外しは、車両に対する車載機器30の取り外しに付随する。

 [検出部10の第1例]
 検出部10に機械式センサーを適用した第1例を説明する。検出部10の第1例は、第1装置例から第5装置例のいずれにも適用される。
 図8が示すように、検出部10は、ハウジング71、補助スプリング72、インナー部材73、検出スプリング74、カラー部材75、ロッド部材76、およびアウター部材77を備える。ロッド部材76は、作動部の一例である。
 ハウジング71は、有底筒状を有する。ハウジング71は、取り付け方向Zに延在する筒内71Hを有する。補助スプリング72、インナー部材73、検出スプリング74、カラー部材75、ロッド部材76、およびアウター部材77は、ハウジング71の筒内71Hに収容される。
 ハウジング71の外周壁は、締結爪71Aを備える。締結爪71Aは、検出部10を保持する対象に結合する。検出部10を保持する対象は、ブラケット20、車載機器30、カバー60などである。ハウジング71の外周壁は、案内孔71Bを備える。案内孔71Bは、取り付け方向Zに延びる。ハウジング71の底壁は、補助スプリング72を支持する。
 インナー部材73は、取り付け方向Zに延在する円筒状を有する。インナー部材73は、補助スプリング72との間に隙間を空けて、補助スプリング72の内側に配置される。インナー部材73における外周面73Wの上部は、回転止め73Aと締結爪73Bとを備える。回転止め73Aと締結爪73Bとは、いずれもインナー部材73の外周面73Wにおける突部である。
 インナー部材73の上端面は、下側端面カム73Cを備える。下側端面カム73Cは、インナー部材73の周方向の全体にわたり連続している。下側端面カム73Cは、ロッド部材76を従動部材として機能させる。下側端面カム73Cは、ロッド部材76の上下動をロッド部材76の回転に変換する。
 下側端面カム73Cは、取り付け方向Zにおいて、最上位と最下位との間で起伏を繰り返す。下側端面カム73Cのなかで、1つの最上位と当該最上位を挟む2つの最下位とを結ぶ曲面は、繰り返し単位である1つのカム面である。下側端面カム73Cは、インナー部材73の周方向に所定数のカム面を等配している。所定数は、最大検出数である。
 アウター部材77は、有蓋の多段円筒状を有する。アウター部材77は、大径外周壁77W、小径外周壁77Y、および蓋壁77Zを備える。
 大径外周壁77Wは、案内突部77Bを備える。案内突部77Bは、ハウジング71の案内孔71Bに挿通される。案内突部77Bと案内孔71Bとの係合は、ハウジング71に対する取り付け方向Zの移動のみをアウター部材77に許容する。
 図9が示すように、アウター部材77の段差部77Sにおける内面と、ハウジング71の底面とは、補助スプリング72を挟持する。補助スプリング72は、取り付け方向Zとは反対方向である取り外し方向Yにアウター部材77を付勢する。補助スプリング72の付勢力は、案内突部77Bが案内孔71Bの上端に当接するように、ハウジング71にアウター部材77を位置決めする。このように、案内突部77Bが案内孔71Bの上端に当接する状態が、検出部10の待機状態である。
 アウター部材77が補助スプリング72の付勢力に抗して取り付け方向Zに押し込まれると、案内突部77Bが取り付け方向Zにアウター部材77を案内する。アウター部材77の押し込みが解除されると、アウター部材77が補助スプリング72の付勢力によって取り外し方向Yに戻る。
 小径外周壁77Yは、締結孔77Aを備える。締結孔77Aには、インナー部材73の締結爪73Bが嵌め込まれる。締結孔77Aと締結爪73Bとの締結は、アウター部材77に対するインナー部材73の変位のなかで、取り付け方向Zにおける変位を抑える。
 図10が示すように、小径外周壁77Yは、内面に凹部77Fを備える。凹部77Fには、インナー部材73の回転止め73Aが嵌め込まれる。凹部77Fに嵌め込まれた回転止め73Aは、アウター部材77に対するインナー部材73の変位のなかで、アウター部材77の周方向における変位を抑える。
 蓋壁77Zは、ロッド挿通孔77Hと指標表示窓77Mとを備える。ロッド挿通孔77Hは、蓋壁77Zの中心に配置された円形孔である。指標表示窓77Mは、蓋壁77Zの縁に配置された矩形孔である。ロッド挿通孔77Hと指標表示窓77Mとは、いずれも取り付け方向Zに蓋壁77Zを貫通している。
 蓋壁77Zの内面は、上側端面カム77Cを備える。上側端面カム77Cは、蓋壁77Zの周方向の全体にわたり連続している。上側端面カム77Cは、ロッド部材76を従動部材として機能させる。上側端面カム77Cは、ロッド部材76の上下動をロッド部材76の回転に変換する。
 上側端面カム77Cは、取り付け方向Zにおいて、最上位と最下位との間で起伏を繰り返す。上側端面カム77Cのなかで、1つの最上位と当該最上位を挟む2つの最下位とを結ぶ曲面は、繰り返し単位である1つのカム面である。上側端面カム77Cは、アウター部材77の周方向に最大検出数のカム面を等配している。
 上側端面カム77Cの周方向における最上位の位相は、下側端面カム73Cの周方向における最上位の位相、および下側端面カム73Cの周方向における最下位の位相と相違する。
 図8に戻り、ロッド部材76は、多段円柱状を有する。ロッド部材76は、受圧部76Tを備える。受圧部76Tは、取り付け方向Zにおけるロッド部材76の基端部である。ロッド部材76は、カラー挿通部76Aを備える。カラー挿通部76Aは、取り付け方向Zにおけるロッド部材76の先端部である。受圧部76Tとカラー挿通部76Aとは、いずれもロッド部材76の小径部である。ロッド部材76は、大径部として変換部76Fを備える。変換部76Fは、受圧部76Tとカラー挿通部76Aとの間に位置する。ロッド部材76は、中径部としてカラー止め部76Bを備える。カラー止め部76Bは、変換部76Fとカラー挿通部76Aとの間に位置する。
 図9が示すように、受圧部76Tは、アウター部材77のロッド挿通孔77Hに挿通されている。受圧部76Tは、取り付け方向Zと、取り外し方向Yとに往復する。受圧部76Tの往動は、取り付け方向Zに受圧部76Tを変位させて、蓋壁77Zの頂面に受圧部76Tの頂面を整合させる。受圧部76Tの復動は、取り外し方向Yに受圧部76Tを変位させて、蓋壁77Zの頂面から受圧部76Tを突き出させる。
 変換部76Fは、上側従動カム76C1を備える。上側従動カム76C1は、変換部76Fの上面内周部に配置されている。上側従動カム76C1は、上側端面カム77Cと対向するように、変換部76Fの周方向の全体にわたり連続している。上側従動カム76C1は、上側端面カム77Cに追従できるように、取り付け方向Zにおいて、最上位と最下位との間で起伏を繰り返す。
 すなわち、上側従動カム76C1のなかで、1つの最上位と当該最上位を挟む2つの最下位とを結ぶ曲面は、繰り返し単位である1つのカム面である。上側従動カム76C1は、変換部76Fの周方向に最大検出数のカム面を等配している。上側従動カム76C1のカム面は、上側端面カム77Cのカム面に追従するように周方向にスライドして、ロッド部材76の上動をアウター部材77に対するロッド部材76の回転に変換する。
 変換部76Fの上面における外周部は、複数の検出指標76Mを備える。検出指標76Mは、変換部76Fの周方向に並べられている。検出指標76Mは、上側従動カム76C1のカム面に1つずつ等配されている。検出指標76Mは、例えば1から10までの数字である。最大検出数の検出指標76Mは、いずれか1つの検出指標76Mと指標表示窓77Mとを対向させるように、変換部76Fの上面に配置される。
 変換部76Fは、下側従動カム76C2を備える。下側従動カム76C2は、変換部76Fの下面外周部に配置されている。下側従動カム76C2は、下側端面カム73Cと対向するように、変換部76Fの周方向の全体にわたり連続している。下側従動カム76C2は、下側端面カム73Cに追従できるように、取り付け方向Zにおいて、最上位と最下位との間で起伏を繰り返す。
 すなわち、下側従動カム76C2のなかで、1つの最上位と当該最上位を挟む2つの最下位とを結ぶ曲面は、繰り返し単位である1つのカム面である。下側従動カム76C2は、変換部76Fの周方向に最大検出数のカム面を等配している。下側従動カム76C2のカム面は、下側端面カム73Cのカム面に追従するように周方向にスライドして、ロッド部材76の下動をアウター部材77に対するロッド部材76の回転に変換する。
 上側従動カム76C1の周方向における最上位の位相は、下側従動カム76C2の周方向における最下位の位相と一致している。上側従動カム76C1の周方向における最下位の位相は、下側従動カム76C2の周方向における最上位の位相と一致している。
 カラー部材75は、カラー部材75がカラー止め部76Bに当接するように、カラー挿通部76Aに挿入されている。カラー部材75と、インナー部材73の底面とは、付勢部材の一例である検出スプリング74を挟持する。検出スプリング74は、カラー部材75を介して、取り外し方向Yにカラー止め部76Bを付勢する。カラー部材75は、検出スプリング74に対するロッド部材76の摩擦を抑えて、検出スプリング74に対してロッド部材76を円滑に回転させる。
 検出スプリング74の付勢力は、上側従動カム76C1の最上位が上側端面カム77Cの最上位に当接するように、アウター部材77にロッド部材76を位置決めする。このように、上側従動カム76C1の最上位が上側端面カム77Cの最上位に当接する状態が、検出部10の検出状態である。
 [検出部10の作用]
 図11が示すように、車載機器取付装置において、検出対象11に関わる取り付けが開始されると、まず、ロッド部材76の受圧部76Tが検出スプリング74の付勢力に抗して取り付け方向Zに押し込まれる。例えば、検出部10を保持するブラケット20に車載機器30が取り付けられるとき、受圧部76Tが車載機器30によって取り付け方向Zに押し込まれる。
 受圧部76Tの押し込みは、アウター部材77の蓋壁77Zから上側従動カム76C1を離間させて、上側端面カム77Cから上側従動カム76C1を離間させる。受圧部76Tのさらなる押し込みは、下側端面カム73Cに下側従動カム76C2を当接させる。そして、受圧部76Tの押し込みは、下側端面カム73Cに下側従動カム76C2を追従させて、ロッド部材76を、取り付け方向Zに変位させながら、ロッド部材76の周方向(反時計回り)に回転させる。
 受圧部76Tがさらに取り付け方向Zに押し込まれると、受圧部76Tと共に、アウター部材77の蓋壁77Zが、補助スプリング72の付勢力に抗して、待機状態から取り付け方向Zに押し込まれる。アウター部材77の押し込みは、下側端面カム73Cに下側従動カム76C2を追従させるように、作業者に対してこうした押し込みを誘導する。
 車載機器取付装置において、補助スプリング72の付勢力は、作業者による押し込みの解除に伴って、取り外し方向Yにアウター部材77を戻して、待機状態に検出部10を遷移させる。こうしたアウター部材77の変位とその戻りとを通じて、受圧部76Tの押し込みが確実なものとなって、検出対象11に関わる取り付けが完了する。
 図9に戻り、検出対象11に関わる取り外しが開始されると、まず、検出スプリング74の付勢力は、上側端面カム77Cに上側従動カム76C1を当接させる。そして、検出スプリング74の付勢力は、上側端面カム77Cに上側従動カム76C1を追従させて、ロッド部材76を、取り付け方向Zに変位させながら、ロッド部材76の周方向(反時計回り)に回転させる。
 このように、取り付けに伴うロッド部材76の回転と、取り外しに伴うロッド部材76の回転とは、これらの協働によって、指標表示窓77Mから視認される検出指標76Mを周方向に1つだけ切り替える。これにより、検出対象11に関わる取り外しが検出される。
 図12から図14は、検出対象11に関わる取り付けと、その取り外しとにおける各カム面の位相の推移を示す。カム面の位相は、ロッド部材76の1回転を1周期としたカム面の位置を示す。図12は、検出対象11に関わる取り付け前から、取り付けがはじめられるまでを示す。図13は、検出対象11に関わる取り付けの途中から、取り付けの完了までを示す。図14は、検出対象11に関わる取り外しが検出される過程を示す。
 図12が示すように、取り付け前において、上側従動カム76C1(実線)は、検出スプリング74の付勢力によって上側端面カム77C(破線)に当接している。このとき、上側従動カム76C1における最上位の位相は、上側端面カム77Cにおける最上位の位相α1と一致している。また、下側従動カム76C2における最下位の位相は、上側従動カム76C1における最上位の位相α1と一致している。
 ここで、取り付けがはじめられると、受圧部76Tが検出スプリング74の付勢力に抗して取り付け方向Zに押し込まれる。すると、図12の矢印が示すように、下側従動カム76C2の最下位(実線)が位相を保ちながら取り付け方向Zに変位して、下側端面カム73Cに当接する(二点鎖線)。
 図13が示すように、受圧部76Tが検出スプリング74の付勢力に抗してさらに取り付け方向Zに押し込まれる。すると、図13の矢印が示すように、下側従動カム76C2の最下位(実線)は、下側端面カム73Cに追従して、取り付け方向Zに変位しながら、下側端面カム73Cにおける最下位の位相β1まで、位相を進める(二点鎖線)。これにより、下側従動カム76C2が下側端面カム73Cに追従するように、ロッド部材76が回転する。そして、検出対象11に関わる取り付けが完了する。
 ここで、検出対象11に関わる取り外しが行われると、補助スプリング72の付勢力は、待機状態に検出部10を遷移させる。
 図14が示すように、検出対象11に関わる取り外しが行われると、検出スプリング74の付勢力は、まず、上側従動カム76C1における最上位(実線)の位相を保ちながら、取り外し方向Yに上側従動カム76C1を変位させる。これにより、上側従動カム76C1の最上位(二点鎖線)が上側端面カム77Cに当接する。
 検出スプリング74の付勢力は、さらに上側従動カム76C1が上側端面カム77Cに追従するように、上側従動カム76C1の最上位を取り外し方向Yに変位させながら、上側端面カム77Cの最上位まで位相を進める。すなわち、検出スプリング74の付勢力は、上側従動カム76C1が上側端面カム77Cに追従するように、ロッド部材76を回転させる。これにより、検出対象11に関わる取り外しが検出される。そして、ロッド部材76が1つのカム面分だけ回転するごとに、指標表示窓77Mを通して視認される検出指標76Mが1つずつ切り替わる。
 [検出部10の第2例]
 検出部10に機械式センサーを適用した第2例を説明する。検出部10の第2例は、第1装置例から第5装置例のいずれにも適用される。以下では、第5装置例に適用された例を説明する。
 図15が示すように、車載機器取付装置は、ブラケット20とカバー60とを備える。第1検出部10Aと第2検出部10Bとは、それぞれカバー60に固定されている。第1検出部10Aと第2検出部10Bとは、ブラケット20に覆われている。第1検出部10Aと第2検出部10Bとの検出対象11は、いずれもブラケット20に対するカバー60の取り外しである。ブラケット20に対するカバー60の取り外しは、車両に対する車載機器30の取り外しに付随する。なお、車載機器取付装置は、第1検出部10Aのみを備えてもよいし、第2検出部10Bのみを備えてもよい。
 ブラケット20は、車載機器30の一例である車載カメラ35を保持する。ブラケット20は、車両に固定されている。カバー60は、ブラケット20を介して車両に固定されている。車載カメラ35は、ブラケット20とカバー60とに覆われている。車載カメラ35は、開口21であるブラケット20の窓部20Kを通して、車両周辺の情報を取得する。
 カバー60は、椀状を有する。カバー60は、シャフト挿通孔20Aを備える。シャフト挿通孔20Aは、カバー60の内側から外側に向けてシャフトギア85(図16を参照)を突き出すための貫通孔である。
 ブラケット20は、平板状を有する。ブラケット20は、第1ラックギア62を備える。第1ラックギア62は、第1検出部10Aに向けて延びる楔状を有する。第1ラックギア62は、ブラケット20に対するカバー60の取り付けや取り外しにおいて、第1検出部10Aに噛み合うように構成されている。
 ブラケット20は、第2ラックギア63を備える。第2ラックギア63は、第2検出部10Bに向けて延びる楔状を有する。第2ラックギア63は、ブラケット20に対するカバー60の取り付けや取り外しにおいて、第2検出部10Bに噛み合うように構成されている。
 [第1検出部10A]
 図16が示すように、第1検出部10Aは、ハウジング81、キャップ82、シャフトガイド83、シフトスプリング84、およびシャフトギア85を備える。シャフトギア85は、作動部の一例である。
 ハウジング81は、カバー60に固定されている。ハウジング81は、カバー60と一体の樹脂成形部材でもよいし、カバー60とは別体の樹脂成形部材でもよい。
 キャップ82は、ハウジング81に組み付けられる。キャップ82は、ハウジング81、シャフトガイド83、シフトスプリング84、およびシャフトギア85を上方から覆う。キャップ82は、ラック挿通孔82Hを備える。カバー60がブラケット20に取り付けられるとき、第1ラックギア62は、進入方向D1に沿ってラック挿通孔82Hに進入する。カバー60がブラケット20から取り外されるとき、第1ラックギア62は、退出方向D2に沿ってラック挿通孔82Hから退出する。進入方向D1は、第1ラックギア62の延びる方向のうちブラケット20からカバー60に向く方向である。退出方向D2は、第1ラックギア62の延びる方向のうちカバー60からブラケット20に向く方向である。
 シャフトガイド83は、軸方向Aに延びる棒状を有する。軸方向Aは、進入方向D1と退出方向D2とに直交する。シャフトガイド83は、シフトスプリング84を外装している。シャフトガイド83は、軸方向Aに移動可能に、ハウジング81に支持されている。シャフトガイド83は、シフトスプリング84の付勢力によって軸方向Aに付勢されている。
 シャフトギア85は、軸方向Aに延びる棒状を有する。シャフトギア85は、シャフトガイド83と同一の軸線上に配置される。軸方向Aにおけるシャフトギア85の基端部は、シャフトガイド83の先端部を差し込まれている。軸方向Aにおけるシャフトギア85の先端部85Aは、ハウジング81、およびキャップ82から突き出ている。シャフトギア85の先端部85Aは、カバー60がブラケット20に取り付けられている状態で、シャフト挿通孔20Aから外側に突き出ないように、カバー60に配置されている。
 シャフトギア85は、ハウジング81に対して軸方向Aに移動できるように、ハウジング81に支持されている。シャフトギア85は、軸方向Aに延びる回転軸を中心として回転できるように、ハウジング81に支持されている。
 シャフトギア85の外周面は、ギア85Gを備える。ギア85Gは、第1ラックギア62に噛み合うように構成されている。ギア85Gは、シャフトギア85の軸方向Aにおける基端部に配置されている。
 第1ラックギア62がラック挿通孔82Hに進入および退出するとき、ギア85Gが第1ラックギア62に噛み合う。第1ラックギア62の進入は、第1ラックギア62とギア85Gとの噛み合いを通じて、取り付け方向Zにシャフトギア85を回転する。第1ラックギア62の退出は、第1ラックギア62とギア85Gとの噛み合いを通じて、取り付け方向Zとは反対方向である取り外し方向Yにシャフトギア85を回転する。
 シャフトギア85の外周面は、係止突部85Tを備える。係止突部85Tは、シャフトギア85の外周面に対して、径方向の外側に突き出ている。係止突部85Tは、ギア85Gよりも軸方向Aに配置されている。係止突部85Tは、シャフトギア85の周方向において、ギア85Gとは反対側に配置されている。
 ハウジング81は、保持用ストッパー壁81Wを備える。
 図17が示すように、保持用ストッパー壁81Wは、軸方向Aと直交する面方向に広がる。保持用ストッパー壁81Wの上端面は、軸方向Aと対向する視点から見て、U字状を有する。保持用ストッパー壁81Wの上端面は、シャフトギア85を下方、および左右両方から支持する。
 保持用ストッパー壁81Wは、ブラケット20にカバー60を取り付けた状態で、係止突部85Tの軸方向Aに配置される。そして、保持用ストッパー壁81Wは、軸方向Aに付勢された係止突部85Tに当接して、軸方向Aにおける係止突部85Tの移動を抑える。保持用ストッパー壁81Wは、ブラケット20にカバー60を取り付けた状態で、係止突部85Tとの当接を通じて、軸方向Aにおいてシャフトギア85を位置決めする。
 保持用ストッパー壁81Wは、スリット81Sを備える。スリット81Sは、軸方向Aに沿って保持用ストッパー壁81Wを貫通する。スリット81Sは、軸方向Aに係止突部85Tを通過させる大きさを有する。シャフトギア85における取り付け方向Zの回転は、保持用ストッパー壁81Wに係止突部85Tを当接させる。シャフトギア85における取り外し方向Yの回転は、スリット81Sに係止突部85Tを通過させる。
 保持用ストッパー壁81Wは、ブラケット20に対してカバー60を取り外した状態で、係止突部85Tの軸方向Aにスリット81Sを配置する。そして、保持用ストッパー壁81Wは、ブラケット20に対してカバー60を取り外した状態で、係止突部85Tのスリット81Sの通過を通じて、軸方向Aにシャフトギア85を移動させる。
 [第1検出部10Aの作用]
 図18Aが示すように、ブラケット20に対してカバー60の取り付けは、まず、シャフトギア85がシャフト挿通孔20Aから突き出ないように、シャフトギア85が軸方向Aとは反対方向に押し込まれる。この際、シャフトギア85の係止突部85Tは、保持用ストッパー壁81Wのスリット81Sを通して、保持用ストッパー壁81Wに対する軸方向Aの反対側まで押し込まれる。
 この状態から、ブラケット20に対してカバー60の取り付けによって、第1ラックギア62が、シャフトギア85を取り付け方向Zに回転する。そして、シャフトギア85の押し込みの解除によって、シャフトギア85の係止突部85Tが、保持用ストッパー壁81Wに当接する。これによって、シャフトギア85が軸方向Aにおいて位置決めされる。すなわち、シャフトギア85の先端部85Aは、シャフト挿通孔20Aから外側に突き出ないように、ハウジング81に保持される。
 図18Bが示すように、ブラケット20に対してカバー60の取り外しが行われると、第1ラックギア62がシャフトギア85を取り外し方向Yに回転する。これにより、シャフトギア85の係止突部85Tが、シフトスプリング84の付勢力を受けながら、スリット81Sを通過する。そして、シャフトギア85の先端部85Aは、シフトスプリング84の付勢力を受けながら、シャフト挿通孔20Aから外側に突き出る。また、シャフトギア85のギア85Gは、ラック挿通孔82Hよりも軸方向Aに移動する。
 この状態から、再度、ブラケット20に対してカバー60の取り付けが行われると、第1ラックギア62がラック挿通孔82Hに進入する。一方、シャフトギア85のギア85Gがラック挿通孔82Hよりも軸方向Aに配置される。このため、シャフトギア85のギア85Gは、第1ラックギア62と噛み合わない。結果として、ブラケット20に対してカバー60の取り付けに関わらず、シャフトギア85は、シャフト挿通孔20Aから外側に突き出た状態を保つ。
 このように、第1検出部10Aは、シャフトギア85の回転と軸方向Aの移動とを通じて、検出対象11を検出する。第1検出部10Aによる検出対象11の検出は、カバー60のシャフト挿通孔20Aに対するシャフトギア85の突出として、外部に報知される。
 [第2検出部10B]
 以下、第2検出部10Bのなかで第1検出部10Aと相違する構成について主に説明する。第2検出部10Bのなかで第1検出部10Aと同様の構成については、同じ符号を付してその説明を割愛する。
 図19が示すように、キャップ82は、ラック挿通孔82Hの軸方向Aに3つの検出指標82Mを備える。検出指標82Mは、キャップ82を貫通している。検出指標82Mは、軸方向Aに向けて昇順に配列された数字「1」「2」「3」を象っている。
 検出指標82Mは、検出指標82Mを通して、検出指標82Mと対向するシャフトギア85の先端部85Aを外部から視認可能にする。シャフトギア85の外周面が有する色は、検出指標82Mを通して視認されやすい明度を有する。そして、シャフトギア85の先端部85Aが軸方向Aに移動するに連れて、検出指標82Mの象る数字がカウントアップされる。
 ハウジング81は、3つの保持用ストッパー壁81Wと、3つの表示用ストッパー壁81Lとを備える。3つの保持用ストッパー壁81Wは、軸方向Aに配列されている。表示用ストッパー壁81Lは、軸方向Aに隣り合う2つの保持用ストッパー壁81Wの間に1つずつ配置されている。
 図20が示すように、表示用ストッパー壁81Lは、軸方向Aと直交する面方向に広がる。保持用ストッパー壁81Wの上端面81LEは、シャフトギア85を下方から支持する。表示用ストッパー壁81Lの上端面81LEは、軸方向Aと対向する視点から見て、図20の右側に向けて下降する傾斜を有する。
 上述したように、保持用ストッパー壁81Wは、ブラケット20にカバー60を取り付けた状態で、軸方向Aに付勢された係止突部85Tに当接して、軸方向Aにおけるシャフトギア85の移動を抑える。保持用ストッパー壁81Wは、ブラケット20に対してカバー60を取り外した状態で、係止突部85Tのスリット81Sの通過を通じて、軸方向Aにシャフトギア85を移動させる。
 表示用ストッパー壁81Lは、ブラケット20に対してカバー60を取り外した状態で、係止突部85Tの軸方向Aに配置される。そして、表示用ストッパー壁81Lは、軸方向Aに付勢された係止突部85Tに当接して、軸方向Aにおける係止突部85Tの移動を抑える。表示用ストッパー壁81Lは、ブラケット20に対してカバー60を取り外した状態で、係止突部85Tとの当接を通じて、軸方向Aにおいてシャフトギア85を位置決めする。
 表示用ストッパー壁81Lの上端面81LEは、ブラケット20に対してカバー60を取り付けた状態で、係止突部85Tの軸方向Aを空ける。表示用ストッパー壁81Lは、ブラケット20に対してカバー60を取り付けた状態で、係止突部85Tのスリット81Sの通過を通じて、軸方向Aにシャフトギア85を移動させる。
 シャフトギア85における取り付け方向Zの回転は、表示用ストッパー壁81Lの上端面81LEに係止突部85Tを通過させる。シャフトギア85における取り外し方向Yの回転は、表示用ストッパー壁81Lに係止突部85Tを当接させる。
 [第2検出部10Bの作用]
 以下、3つの保持用ストッパー壁81Wについて、軸方向Aに向けて、1番目、2番目、3番目の保持用ストッパー壁81Wという。3つの表示用ストッパー壁81Lについて、軸方向Aに向けて、1番目、2番目、3番目の表示用ストッパー壁81Lという。なお、図21Aから図21Cは、第2検出部10Bが遷移する別々の状態について、第2検出部10Bの内部構造と、キャップ82の外観とを併記する。
 図21Aが示すように、まず、カバー60がブラケット20に取り付けられた状態で、係止突部85Tが1番目の保持用ストッパー壁81Wに当接している。シャフトギア85の先端部85Aは、検出指標82Mに対向しない。第2ラックギア63は、シャフトギア85のギア85Gに噛み合っている。
 図21Bが示すように、カバー60がブラケット20から取り外されると、第2ラックギア63がシャフトギア85を取り外し方向Yに回転する。シャフトギア85の係止突部85Tは、シフトスプリング84の付勢力を受けながら、スリット81Sを通じて、1番目の保持用ストッパー壁81Wを通過する。そして、シャフトギア85の係止突部85Tは、シフトスプリング84の付勢力を受けながら、1番目の表示用ストッパー壁81Lに当接する。
 これにより、シャフトギア85の先端部85Aが、数字「1」を象る検出指標82Mと対向する。そして、第2検出部10Bによる検出対象11の検出は、数字「1」を象る検出指標82Mを通して、シャフトギア85の視認として、外部に報知される。なお、図21Bでは、3つの検出指標82Mのなかで、数字「1」を象る検出指標82Mにのみシャフトギア85と対向することが、当該検出指標82Mを黒塗りにすることで示されている。
 図21Cが示すように、ブラケット20に対するカバー60の取り付けが行われると、第2ラックギア63がシャフトギア85を取り付け方向Zに回転する。シャフトギア85の係止突部85Tは、シフトスプリング84の付勢力を受けながら、1番目の表示用ストッパー壁81Lを通過する。そして、シャフトギア85の係止突部85Tは、シフトスプリング84の付勢力を受けながら、2番目の保持用ストッパー壁81Wに当接する。保持用ストッパー壁81Wに対する係止突部85Tの当接は、次回の取り外しまで保たれる。
 このように、第2検出部10Bは、シャフトギア85の回転と軸方向Aの移動とを通じて、検出対象11を検出する。第2検出部10Bによる検出対象11の検出は、シャフトギア85の係止突部85Tの表示用ストッパー壁81Lに対する当接、および検出指標82Mを通したシャフトギア85の視認によって、外部に報知される。
 [効果]
 以上説明したように、以下に記載の効果を得ることができる。
 (1)車両に対する車載機器30の取り外しは、取り外しの前後において、車載機器30の取付位置に少なからず差異を生じさせる。上記(a)~(g)、(h)、(j)~(m)の取り外しを検出部10が検出するため、車載機器30の位置に変更を生じているか否かに関する情報を車載ブラケットユニットが取得できる。
 (2)検出部10の検出に伴って表示部13が表示内容を変更する。このため、車載機器30の位置に変更を生じているか否かの情報が把握されやすい。また、取り外しの回数が多いほど、車載機器30の位置に変更を生じている可能性が高まる。このため、検出部10の第1例や第2検出部10Bのように、検出部10が取り外しの回数を記憶する構成であれば、車載機器30の位置に変更を生じているか否かの情報について、信頼性が高まる。
 (3)検出部10の第1例におけるロッド部材76は、取り外しに伴う当接の解除によって移動する。このため、取り外しに当接の解除が伴う構成において、上記(1)(2)に準じた効果が得られる。
 (4)検出部10の第2例におけるシャフトギア85は、ブラケット20とカバー60との係合と解除とによって移動する。このため、車載機器30の取り外しに付随したブラケット20やカバー60の取り外しにおいて、上記(1)(2)に準じた効果が得られる。
 なお、上述した実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施することができる。
 [車載ブラケットユニット]
 ・車載ブラケットユニットは、第1装置例、第3装置例~第5装置例において、車載機器30を備えない構成でもよい。車載ブラケットユニットは、第1装置例~第3装置例において、カバー60を備えない構成でもよい。例えば、車載ブラケットユニットは、ブラケット20、カバー60、および検出部10から構成されてもよいし、ブラケット20、および検出部10から構成されてもよい。
 [検出部10]
 ・検出部10の第1例、および第2例における表示部13は、機械的な状態の推移を機械的に表示する検出指標76M,82Mに限らず、機械的な状態の推移を電気的に表示する警告灯でもよい。
 ・ロッド部材76において、上側従動カム76C1の周方向における最上位の位相は、下側従動カム76C2の周方向における最下位の位相と相違してもよい。下側従動カム76C2は、取り付けを受けて下側端面カム73Cなどのカムに従動し、これによって検出指標76Mを回転させる。上側従動カム76C1は、取り外しを受けて上側端面カム77Cに従動し、これによって検出指標76Mをさらに回転させる。このように、下側従動カム76C2と上側従動カム76C1との2つの従動部材は、取り付けと取り外しとによって、ロッド部材76を所定角度だけ回転させて、検出指標76Mを切り替えるように構成されるものであればよい。
 ・ロッド部材76が検出スプリング74に対して円滑に回転できる程度に、ロッド部材76が検出スプリング74に当接する場合、検出部10の第1例は、カラー部材75を割愛してもよい。
 上記実施形態、および変更例から導き出される技術的思想を付記する。

  1.  車両周囲の情報を取得する車載機器を車両に取り付けるように構成された車載ブラケットユニットであって、
     前記車載機器を保持して前記車両に固定されるように構成されたブラケットと、
     前記車載機器と前記ブラケットとの少なくとも一方に設けられ、前記車両に対する前記車載機器の取り外しを検出するように構成された検出部と、を備える、
     車載ブラケットユニット。
  2.  車両周囲の情報を取得する車載機器を車両に取り付けるように構成された車載ブラケットユニットであって、
     カバーあるいは前記車両に固定されて前記車載機器を保持するように構成されたブラケットと、
     前記ブラケットあるいは前記車両に固定されて前記車載機器を覆うように構成された前記カバーと、
     前記ブラケットと前記カバーとの少なくとも一方の固定先に対する取り外しを検出するように構成された検出部と、を備える、
     車載ブラケットユニット。
  3.  前記取り外しの検出によって表示内容を変更するように構成された表示部をさらに備える、
     請求項1または2に記載の車載ブラケットユニット。
  4.  前記検出部は、
     前記取り外しに伴う作動部における当接の解除によって移動するように構成された前記作動部と、
