 本開示は、モータ制御装置及びモータ制御方法に関するものである。
 例えば、圧縮機においては、1回転の間に吸入、圧縮、吐出の各行程における冷媒ガス圧の変化のため、定常的な負荷トルク変動が発生する。一方、圧縮機に接続された駆動モータは、1回転中に一定の駆動トルクを発生するように運転されているため、この駆動トルクと負荷トルクとの不平衡に起因した回転数変動が生じ、それに起因して騒音が発生する。
 このような駆動トルクと負荷トルクとの不均衡に起因した回転数変動を低減させるための方法として、例えば、特許文献1に開示される手法が知られている。特許文献1には、速度制御部の出力であるトルク指令に所定のトルクパターンを乗じることにより、モータの推定位置に合わせた補償トルクを算出し、この補償トルクをトルク指令に加算することで、速度変動を抑制する手法が開示されている。

 特許文献1において、トルクパターンは、モータ1回転中におけるトルク補償量をゼロにするように正規化されているため、速度制御部の応答周波数を負荷トルクの定常的な変動周波数よりも遅くする必要がある。このため、例えば、以下に詳述するように、負荷に速度変動が生じた場合には、その速度変動に追従して速やかにモータ出力を制御することが難しかった。
 例えば、図8のように、トルクパターンの補償値の大きい領域Aで速度が低く、補償値の小さい領域Bで速度が高い場合を考える。この場合、領域Aでは、回転子位置が進まなくなるため、補償トルクの大きい時間が長くなり、逆に、領域Bでは、回転子位置が進むため、補償トルクの小さい時間が短くなる。これにより、モータ1回転中の平均補償値は、ゼロよりも大きい値となる。
 これに対し、例えば、図9のように、トルクパターンの補償値の小さい領域Cで速度が低く、補償値の大きい領域Dで速度が高い場合を考える。この場合、領域Cでは、回転子位置が進まなくなるため、補償トルクの小さい時間が長くなり、逆に、領域Dでは、回転子位置が進むため、補償トルクの大きい時間が短くなる。これにより、モータ1回転中の平均補償値は、ゼロよりも小さな値となる。
 このように、特許文献1に係る発明では、モータ1回転中における補償トルクの平均値がゼロになるようにトルクパターンを設計しているにもかかわらず、モータ1回転中に速度変化が生じてしまうと、意図した補償トルクを設定することができず、制御精度が低下するという問題があった。
 更に、速度制御部の応答周波数を負荷トルクの定常的な変動周波数よりも遅くする必要があるため、速度制御の応答性を向上させることが難しく、予期しない負荷の速度変動が発生した場合に、速やかに応答することができないという問題があった。
 特に、モータ速度が遅い低速領域では、モータ速度が速い高速領域に比べて、トルク補償量の変動が顕著に表れるため、低速領域ほどモータ制御の精度が低下するおそれがある。
 本開示は、このような事情に鑑みてなされたものであって、負荷変動に対する応答速度を向上させることのできるモータ制御装置及びモータ制御方法を提供することを目的とする。
 本開示の一態様に係るモータ制御装置は、直流電圧を3相交流電圧に変換してモータに出力するインバータと、前記インバータを制御するインバータ制御部とを備えるとともに、周期的なトルク変動が生ずる負荷に接続されたモータを制御するモータ制御装置であって、前記インバータ制御部は、前記モータの位置を推定するモータ位置推定部と、前記モータを目標速度で回転させるための電流指令を生成する電流指令生成部とを備え、前記電流指令生成部は、前記モータを目標速度で回転させるためのトルク指令を算出する速度制御部と、モータの位置に応じて変動する補償係数と、前記トルク指令を円滑化した円滑化トルク指令との積により、補償トルクを算出する補償トルク算出部と、前記補償トルクを用いて前記トルク指令を補正する補正部と、補正後のトルク指令を用いて電流指令を生成する電流変換部とを具備する。
 本開示の一態様に係るモータ制御方法は、周期的なトルク変動が生ずる負荷に接続されたモータを制御するモータ制御方法であって、前記モータの位置を推定するモータ位置推定処理と、前記モータを目標速度で回転させるための電流指令を生成する電流指令生成処理とをコンピュータが実行し、前記電流指令生成処理は、前記モータを目標速度で回転させるためのトルク指令を算出する速度制御処理と、モータの位置に応じて変動する補償係数と、前記トルク指令を円滑化した円滑化トルク指令との積により、補償トルクを算出する補償トルク算出処理と、前記補償トルクを用いて前記トルク指令を補正する補正処理と、補正後のトルク指令を用いて電流指令を生成する電流変換処理とを含む。

 以下に、本開示に係るモータ制御装置及びモータ制御方法並びにプログラムの一実施形態について、図面を参照して説明する。
 図1は、本開示の一実施形態に係るモータ制御装置1の構成を概略的に示した図である。図1に示すように、モータ制御装置1は、例えば、交流電源からの交流電力を直流電力に変換するコンバータ2と、コンバータ2から出力される直流電力を三相交流電力に変換してモータ4に出力するインバータ3と、インバータ3を制御するインバータ制御部10とを備えている。
 インバータ3は、例えば、各相に対応して設けられた上側アームのスイッチング素子と下側アームのスイッチング素子とを備えており、これらのスイッチング素子がインバータ制御部10から与えられるゲート駆動信号Sによりオンオフ制御されることにより、モータ4に供給されるU相、V相、W相のモータ電圧が制御される。
 モータ4は、例えば、空気調和機の圧縮機の駆動源として用いられる永久磁石型同期モータである。
 モータ制御装置1は、モータ4に流れるモータ電流(U相、V相、W相の電流)を測定する電流センサ5、インバータ3の入力直流電圧Vdcを測定する電圧センサ6を備えている。モータ電流については、2相を検出し、残りの1相については検出した2相から演算により求めることとしてもよい。このような測定方法に代えて、直流母線(図示略)にシャント抵抗を設けることにより、3相モータ電流を測定することとしてもよい。このように、3相モータ電流の取得方法については特に限定されない。
 電流センサ5により検出された3相のモータ電流は、A/D変換部(図示略)によって、電圧センサ6により検出された入力直流電圧はA/D変換部(図示略)によって、それぞれデジタル信号に変換され、インバータ制御部10に出力される。
 インバータ制御部10は、モータ4の回転数を上位の制御装置(図示略)から与えられるモータ回転数指令に一致させるようなゲート駆動信号Sを相毎に生成し、これらをインバータ3の各相に対応するスイッチング素子に与えることでインバータ3を制御し、所望の3相交流電圧をモータ4に供給する。
 図2は、インバータ制御部10のハードウェア構成の一例を示した図である。図2に示すように、インバータ制御部10は、例えば、コンピュータであり、処理回路60を備えている。処理回路60は、例えば、プロセッサ61、主記憶装置(Main Memory)62、二次記憶装置(Secondary storage:メモリ)63等を備えている。インバータ制御部10は、他の装置と情報の送受信を行うための通信インターフェース64などを備えていてもよい。これら各部は、バス65を介して直接的または間接的に接続されている。
 プロセッサ61の一例として、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、マイクロプロセッサ、マイクロコンピュータ、DSP(Digital Signal Processor)が挙げられる。
 主記憶装置62は、例えば、キャッシュメモリ、RAM(Random Access Memory)等の書き込み可能なメモリで構成され、プロセッサ61の実行プログラムの読み出し、実行プログラムによる処理データの書き込み等を行う作業領域として利用される。
 二次記憶装置63は、非一時的なコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体(non-transitory computer readable storage medium)である。二次記憶装置63の一例として、フラッシュメモリ、SSD(Solid State Drive)などが挙げられる。二次記憶装置63の他の一例として、磁気ディスク、光磁気ディスク、CD-ROM、DVD-ROMなどが挙げられる。二次記憶装置は、複数設けられていてもよく、各二次記憶装置に後述する機能を実現するためのプログラムやデータが分割されて格納されていてもよい。
 後述する各種機能を実現するための一連の処理は、一例として、プログラムの形式で二次記憶装置63に記憶されており、このプログラムをプロセッサ61が主記憶装置62に読み出して、情報の加工・演算処理を実行することにより、各種機能が実現される。プログラムは、二次記憶装置63に予めインストールしておく形態や、コンピュータ読み取り可能な記憶媒体に記憶された状態で提供される形態、有線又は無線による通信手段を介して配信される形態等が適用されてもよい。コンピュータ読み取り可能な記憶媒体とは、磁気ディスク、光磁気ディスク、CD-ROM、DVD-ROM、半導体メモリ等である。
 図1には、インバータ制御部10が備える機能の一例が図示されている。
 具体的には、インバータ制御部10は、モータ位置推定部12と、電流指令生成部20とを備えている。
 更に、インバータ制御部10は、3相/2相変換部11、電圧指令生成部30、2相/3相変換部16、及びゲート駆動信号生成部17を備えている。
 3相/2相変換部11は、A/D変換部(図示略)から出力された3相のモータ電流を2相電流、すなわち、q軸電流及びd軸電流に変換し、モータ位置推定部12に出力する。
 モータ位置推定部12は、3相/2相変換部11からのq軸電流及びd軸電流と、一つ前のクロックサイクルにおいて電圧指令生成部30で算出された2相電圧指令、すなわち、q軸電圧指令vq及びd軸電圧指令vdとを用いて、モータの推定位置θes及びモータの推定回転数ωesを算出する。
 モータの推定位置θes及びモータの推定回転数ωesは、電流指令生成部20に出力される。
 電流指令生成部20は、負荷のトルク成分に相当する電流指令を生成するものであり、上位の制御装置、例えば、空気調和機を制御する上位制御装置から与えられる回転数指令ωとモータ位置推定部12からの推定回転数ωesとの偏差Δωがゼロに近づくようなq軸電流指令iq,d軸電流指令idを生成する。電流指令生成部20の詳細については後述する。
 電圧指令生成部30は、電流指令生成部20によって生成されたq軸電流指令iq及びd軸電流指令idを用いてq軸電圧指令vq,d軸電圧指令vdを生成する。
 電圧指令生成部30は、例えば、偏差演算部31、電流PI制御部32を備えている。
 偏差演算部31は、電流指令生成部20によって生成されたq軸電流指令iqと3相/2相変換部11から出力されたq軸電流iqとの偏差及び電流指令生成部20によって生成されたd軸電流指令idと3相/2相変換部11から出力されたd軸電流idとの偏差を算出する。
 電流PI制御部32は、偏差演算部31によって算出された偏差が0に近づくようなq軸電圧指令vq及びd軸電圧指令vdを生成する。具体的には、それぞれの偏差に対して比例積分制御(PI制御)を行うことにより、q軸電圧指令vq及びd軸電圧指令vdを算出する。
 2相/3相変換部16は、モータの推定位置θesと、電圧指令生成部30によって生成されたq軸電圧指令vq及びd軸電圧指令vdを3相電圧指令vu,vv,vwに変換する。
 ゲート駆動信号生成部17には、2相/3相変換部16から出力された3相電圧指令vu,vv,vwとA/D変換部(図示略)からの入力直流電圧Vdcとが入力される。ゲート駆動信号生成部17は、所定のキャリア周波数の三角波を生成し、この三角波と3相電圧指令vu,vv,vwとをそれぞれ比較し、さらに入力直流電圧Vdcを用いて、PWMパルスのデューティ幅を補正することで、各相に対応するゲート駆動信号Sを生成し、インバータ3に出力する。
 次に、本実施形態に係る電流指令生成部20について図面を参照して説明する。図3は、電流指令生成部20の機能構成図である。図3に示すように、電流指令生成部20は、速度制御部22と、補償トルク算出部23と、補正部24とを備えている。さらに、電流指令生成部20は、偏差演算部21と、電流変換部25とを備えている。
 偏差演算部21は、回転数指令ωと推定回転数ωesとの偏差を算出する。
 速度制御部22は、モータ4を目標速度で回転させるためのトルク指令を算出する。例えば、速度制御部22は、比例制御部26及び積分制御部27を備えている。速度制御部22は、偏差演算部21によって算出された回転数指令ωと推定回転数ωesとの偏差に対して比例積分制御(PI制御)を行うことにより、トルク指令を生成する。
 補償トルク算出部23は、モータの位置θesに応じて変動する補償係数と、トルク指令を円滑化した円滑化トルク指令との積により、補償トルクを算出する。本実施形態では、円滑化トルク指令として、積分制御部27の出力が用いられる。
 例えば、補償トルク算出部23は、負荷の周期的なトルク変動に基づいて補償係数が設定された補償情報からモータ4の推定位置θesに対応する補償係数を取得し、取得した補償係数を円滑化トルク指令、すなわち、積分制御部27の出力に乗じることにより、補償トルクを算出する。
 図4は、補償情報の一例を示した図である。図4に示すように、補償情報は、モータの推定位置と補償係数とが関連付けられた情報であり、横軸はモータの位置(換言すると、ロータの回転角度)、縦軸は補償係数を示している。この補償情報は、モータが接続される負荷の周期的なトルク変動に基づいて設定されている。換言すると、補償情報は、モータ4が接続される負荷(例えば、電動圧縮機)の負荷トルクの変動に連動するように設定されており、負荷トルクが大きくなる位置では大きな補償係数が設定され、負荷トルクが小さくなる位置では、小さな補償係数が設定されている。この補償係数は、正規化されたデータとして設定されており、モータの1回転中における補償係数の和がゼロになるように設定されている。
 補償情報は、モータの位置と補償係数とが関連付けられたテーブルとして記憶されていてもよいし、モータの位置を変数として用いて補償係数を算出するような演算式として所定の記憶領域に記憶されていてもよい。
 補償トルク算出部23は、モータ位置推定部12から出力されたモータの推定位置θesに対応する補償係数を補償情報から取得し、取得した補償係数を円滑化トルク指令、すなわち、積分制御部27からの出力に乗じることにより、補償トルクを算出する。
 補償情報は、例えば、モータ電流の値に応じて複数設けられており、電流センサ5によって検出されるモータ電流に応じて補償情報を切り替えて使用することとしてもよい。この場合、補償情報は、例えば、モータ電流が大きくなるほど、補償係数の振幅(最大値と最小値との偏差)が大きくなるように設定されている。ただし、モータ1回転中における補正係数の和はゼロになるように設定される点は同じである。
 補正部24は、補償トルクを用いてトルク指令を補正する。具体的には、補正部24は、トルク指令と補償トルクとを加算することにより、補正後のトルク指令を算出する。
 電流変換部25は、補正後のトルク指令を用いて、モータの電流指令を生成する。例えば、電流変換部25は、補正後のトルク指令からq軸のトルク成分に相当するq軸電流指令iq、d軸のトルク成分に相当するd軸電流指令idを生成する。ここで、q軸電流指令iq、d軸電流指令idは、予め設定されている上限値を超えないように調整される。
 このようにして生成されたq軸電流指令iq、d軸電流指令idは、電圧指令生成部30に出力され、上述した処理が引き続き行われる。
 次に、本実施形態に係るインバータ制御部10の動作について説明する。
 まず、電流センサ5によって検出され、A/D変換部によってデジタル信号に変換された3相電流検出値は、3相/2相変換部11により2相q軸電流及びd軸電流に変換される。モータ位置推定部では、q軸電流iq及びd軸電流idと、一つ前のクロックサイクルにおいて電圧指令生成部30で算出されたq軸電圧指令vq及びd軸電圧指令vdとを用いて、モータの推定位置θes及びモータの推定回転数ωesが算出される。
 電流指令生成部20において、速度制御部22により、回転数指令ωと推定回転数ωesとの偏差に対して比例積分制御が行われることにより、トルク指令が生成される。さらに、電流指令生成部20において、積分制御部27の出力は、円滑化トルク指令として補償トルク算出部23に出力される。
 補償トルク算出部23では、モータの推定位置θesに対応する補償係数が補償情報から取得され、取得した補償係数が円滑化トルク指令に乗じられることにより、補償トルクが算出される。
 補正部24では、補償トルクをトルク指令に加算することにより、トルク指令が補正され、電流変換部25において、補正後のトルク指令を用いて、q軸電流指令iq及びd軸電流指令idが生成される。
 q軸電流指令iq及びd軸電流指令idは、電圧指令生成部30に出力され、これらを用いてq軸電圧指令vq,d軸電圧指令vdが生成される。
 2相/3相変換部16において、モータの位置θesを用いて、q軸電圧指令vq及びd軸電圧指令vdが3相電圧指令vu,vv,vwに変換され、この3相電圧指令vu,vv,vwと入力直流電圧Vdcとを用いて、各相に対応するゲート駆動信号Sが生成される。そして、このゲート駆動信号Sに基づいてインバータ3が駆動されることにより、モータ負荷に応じた出力電圧がモータ4に供給されることとなる。
 以上、説明してきたように、本実施形態によれば、モータ制御装置1は、周期的なトルク変動が生ずる負荷に接続されたモータ4を制御するモータ制御装置1であって、直流電圧を3相交流電圧に変換してモータ4に出力するインバータ3と、インバータ3を制御するインバータ制御部10とを備えている。インバータ制御部10は、モータ4の位置を推定するモータ位置推定部12と、モータ4を目標速度で回転させるための電流指令を生成する電流指令生成部20とを備えている。電流指令生成部20は、モータ4を目標速度で回転させるためのトルク指令を算出する速度制御部22と、モータ4の位置に応じて変動する補償係数と、トルク指令を円滑化した円滑化トルク指令との積により、補償トルクを算出する補償トルク算出部23と、補償トルクを用いてトルク指令を補正する補正部24と、補正後のトルク指令を用いて電流指令を生成する電流変換部25とを備えている。
 このように、本実施形態に係るモータ制御装置1によれば、トルク指令を円滑化した円滑化トルク指令とモータ4の位置に応じて変動する補償係数との積により、補償トルクを算出する。このように、トルク指令を円滑化した円滑化トルク指令を用いるので、安定した補償トルクを得ることが可能となる。補償トルクの生成に関し、トルク指令自体ではなく、トルク指令を円滑化した円滑化トルク指令を用いることで、補償トルクを生成する処理をトルク指令と分離することができる。これにより、特許文献1のように、速度制御部の応答周波数を負荷トルクの定常的な変動周波数よりも遅くする必要がなく、速度制御部22については、比例ゲインを上げるなどの応答周波数を向上させるような設計が可能となる。これにより、負荷変動に対する応答速度を向上させることが可能となる。
 以上、本開示について実施形態を用いて説明したが、本開示の技術的範囲は上記実施形態に記載の範囲には限定されない。本開示の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で上記実施形態に多様な変更又は改良を加えることができ、該変更又は改良を加えた形態も本開示の技術的範囲に含まれる。
〔変形例1〕
 例えば、図3に例示した電流指令生成部20では、円滑化トルク指令として、積分制御部27の出力を用いていたが、これに限られない。例えば、図5に示すように、電流指令生成部20aは、トルク指令を円滑化して円滑化トルク指令を算出する円滑化処理部28を備えることとしてもよい。例えば、円滑化処理部28は、ローパスフィルタを備え、ローパスフィルタを用いて、トルク指令を円滑化させることとしてもよい。円滑化処理部28は、ローパスフィルタに変えて、負荷変動周期に同期したゼロオーダーホールドにより値を安定させることとしてもよい。
〔変形例2〕
 さらに、本実施形態と上記変形例1とを組み合わせ、図6に示すように、電流指令生成部20bは、円滑化処理部28に、積分制御部27から出力される積分トルク指令を入力することとしてもよい。これにより、積分動作により円滑化された積分トルク指令に、さらに、ローパスフィルタを用いて円滑化を行うので、補償トルクの安定性をさらに向上させることが可能となる。
〔適用例〕
 図7は、本実施形態に係るモータ制御装置1が適用された空気調和機50の一構成例を示した図である。図7において、空気調和機50は、冷媒回路51を備えている。冷媒回路51には、例えば、冷媒を圧縮して送出する圧縮機52、凝縮器54、膨張弁55及び蒸発器56が主な構成として設けられている。冷媒回路51には、冷媒の循環方向を切り換える切替弁53が設けられている。圧縮機52は、本実施形態に係るモータ制御装置1によって駆動される圧縮機モータ5aによって制御される。

 上記態様によれば、トルク指令を円滑化した円滑化トルク指令とモータの位置に応じて変動する補償係数との積により、補償トルクを算出する。このように、トルク指令を円滑化した円滑化トルク指令を用いるので、安定した補償トルクを得ることが可能となる。トルク指令を円滑化した円滑化トルク指令を用いることで、補償トルクを生成する処理をトルク指令と分離することができる。これにより、特許文献1のように、速度制御部の応答周波数を負荷トルクの定常的な変動周波数よりも遅くする必要がなく、速度制御部の応答周波数を向上させるような設計が可能となる。よって、負荷変動に対する応答速度を向上させることが可能となる。
 本開示の第2態様に係るモータ制御装置(1)は、上記第1態様において、前記補償トルク算出部(23)は、前記負荷の周期的なトルク変動に基づいて補償係数が設定された補償情報から前記モータの位置に対応する補償係数を取得し、取得した補償係数を前記円滑化トルク指令に乗じることにより、補償トルクを算出する。
 上記態様によれば、負荷の周期的なトルク変動に基づいて補償係数が設定された補償情報から前記モータの位置に対応する補償係数を取得するので、容易に補償トルクを算出することが可能となる。
 本開示の第3態様に係るモータ制御装置(1)は、上記第1態様又は第2態様において、前記補償トルク算出部(23)は、前記モータの回転数指令と前記モータの回転数との差分に対して積分制御を行うことにより算出された積分トルク指令を前記円滑化トルク指令として用いて、前記補償トルクを算出する。
 上記態様によれば、積分トルク指令を円滑化トルク指令として用いて補償トルクを算出することにより、簡素な構成及び処理により、補償トルクを算出することが可能となる。
 ここで、モータの回転数については、センサによって検出された回転数を用いてもよいし、モータ電流などから推定された推定回転数を用いてもよい。
 本開示の第4態様に係るモータ制御装置(1)は、上記第1態様又は第2態様において、前記トルク指令を円滑化して前記円滑化トルク指令を算出する円滑化処理部を備え、前記円滑化処理部は、ローパスフィルタを備える。
 上記態様によれば、容易な構成により、円滑化トルク指令を得ることが可能となる。
 本開示の第5態様に係るモータ制御装置(1)は、上記第4態様において、前記円滑化処理部には、前記モータの回転数指令と前記モータの回転数との差分に対して積分制御を行うことにより算出された積分トルク指令が入力される。
 上記態様によれば、容易な構成により、さらに安定した円滑化トルク指令を得ることが可能となる。
 ここで、モータの回転数については、センサによって検出された回転数を用いてもよいし、モータ電流などから推定された推定回転数を用いてもよい。
 本開示の第6態様に係る圧縮機(52)は、上記第1態様から第5態様のいずれかに記載のモータ制御装置と、前記モータ制御装置によって制御されるモータとを備える。
 上記態様によれば、圧縮機の負荷トルクに追従するように補償情報を設定することにより、圧縮機の回転数変動を低減させることが可能となる。
 本開示の第7態様に係る空気調和機(50)は、上記第1態様から第5態様のいずれかに記載のモータ制御装置と、前記モータ制御装置によって制御されるモータとを備える圧縮機(5)とを備える。
 本開示の第8態様に係るモータ制御方法は、周期的なトルク変動が生ずる負荷に接続されたモータを制御するモータ制御方法であって、前記モータの位置を推定するモータ位置推定処理と、前記モータを目標速度で回転させるための電流指令を生成する電流指令生成処理とをコンピュータが実行し、前記電流指令生成処理は、前記モータを目標速度で回転させるためのトルク指令を算出する速度制御処理と、モータの位置に応じて変動する補償係数と、前記トルク指令を円滑化した円滑化トルク指令との積により、補償トルクを算出する補償トルク算出処理と、前記補償トルクを用いて前記トルク指令を補正する補正処理と、補正後のトルク指令を用いて電流指令を生成する電流変換処理とを含む。
 本開示の第9態様に係るプログラムは、コンピュータに上記第8態様に記載のモータ制御方法を実行させるためのプログラムである。

Claims (9)

  1.  直流電圧を3相交流電圧に変換してモータに出力するインバータと、前記インバータを制御するインバータ制御部とを備えるとともに、周期的なトルク変動が生ずる負荷に接続されたモータを制御するモータ制御装置であって、
     前記インバータ制御部は、
     前記モータの位置を推定するモータ位置推定部と、
     前記モータを目標速度で回転させるための電流指令を生成する電流指令生成部と
    を備え、
     前記電流指令生成部は、
     前記モータを目標速度で回転させるためのトルク指令を算出する速度制御部と、
     モータの位置に応じて変動する補償係数と、前記トルク指令を円滑化した円滑化トルク指令との積により、補償トルクを算出する補償トルク算出部と、
     前記補償トルクを用いて前記トルク指令を補正する補正部と、
     補正後のトルク指令を用いて電流指令を生成する電流変換部と
    を具備するモータ制御装置。
  2.  前記補償トルク算出部は、前記負荷の周期的なトルク変動に基づいて補償係数が設定された補償情報から前記モータの位置に対応する補償係数を取得し、取得した補償係数を前記円滑化トルク指令に乗じることにより、補償トルクを算出する請求項1に記載のモータ制御装置。
  3.  前記補償トルク算出部は、前記モータの回転数指令と前記モータの回転数との差分に対して積分制御を行うことにより算出された積分トルク指令を前記円滑化トルク指令として用いて、前記補償トルクを算出する請求項1に記載のモータ制御装置。
  4.  前記トルク指令を円滑化して前記円滑化トルク指令を算出する円滑化処理部を備え、
     前記円滑化処理部は、ローパスフィルタを備える請求項1に記載のモータ制御装置。
  5.  前記円滑化処理部には、前記モータの回転数指令と前記モータの回転数との差分に対して積分制御を行うことにより算出された積分トルク指令が入力される請求項4に記載のモータ制御装置。
  6.  請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のモータ制御装置と、
     前記モータ制御装置によって制御されるモータと、
    を備える圧縮機。
  7.  請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のモータ制御装置と、前記モータ制御装置によって制御されるモータとを備える圧縮機を備える空気調和機。
  8.  周期的なトルク変動が生ずる負荷に接続されたモータを制御するモータ制御方法であって、
     前記モータの位置を推定するモータ位置推定処理と、
     前記モータを目標速度で回転させるための電流指令を生成する電流指令生成処理と
    をコンピュータが実行し、
     前記電流指令生成処理は、
     前記モータを目標速度で回転させるためのトルク指令を算出する速度制御処理と、
     モータの位置に応じて変動する補償係数と、前記トルク指令を円滑化した円滑化トルク指令との積により、補償トルクを算出する補償トルク算出処理と、
     前記補償トルクを用いて前記トルク指令を補正する補正処理と、
     補正後のトルク指令を用いて電流指令を生成する電流変換処理と
    を含むモータ制御方法。
  9.  コンピュータに請求項8に記載のモータ制御方法を実行させるためのプログラム。
