本申请涉及电池制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种浆料回收方法。
节能减排是汽车产业可持续发展的关键,电动车辆由于其节能环保的优势成为汽车产业可持续发展的重要组成部分。对于电动车辆而言,电池技术又是关乎其发展的一项重要因素。
电极涂布是电池生产过程中的关键工序,涂布质量的好坏关系到电池质量的优劣。在电极涂布工序中使用的电极浆料是由活性物质、导电剂、粘结剂和溶剂等组成的均匀混合物,电极浆料的质量直接影响了电池的性能和稳定性。在电极涂布过程中,电极浆料在料槽盘内一段时间后将会发生物理凝胶,导致在涂布时出现打皱的现象。此时往往需要对电极浆料进行更换,而对原有的电极浆料做报废处理。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决背景技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提供一种浆料回收方法,以缓解、减轻或消除相关技术中的问题。
本申请第一方面的实施例提供一种浆料回收方法,包括:检测电极涂布工艺利用的电极浆料的粘度;响应于电极浆料的粘度不大于粘度阈值,根据第一制浆流程对电极浆料进行制浆,得到可再利用浆料;或响应于电极浆料的粘度大于粘度阈值,根据第二制浆流程对电极浆料进行制浆,得到可再利用浆料,其中,第二制浆流程不同于第一制浆流程。
本申请实施例的技术方案中,根据电极浆料的粘度,使用不同的制浆流程对回收的电池浆料进行处理,使得不同粘度的回收电极浆料经过处理后都可以符合再利用的粘度要求,实现了对电极浆料的回收再利用,减少了电极浆料的报废,提高利用率。
在一些实施例中,第一制浆流程包括:使由粉料与溶剂制备得到的粗混合浆料、粘结剂和电极浆料经由第一管道在第一循环罐和第二循环罐之间循环第一时长,其中,第一管道连接第一循环罐和第二循环罐,第一管道中设置有包括叶轮的分散器,叶轮以第一转速转动。当回收的电极浆料粘度较低时,将回收的电极浆料和粗混合浆料、粘结剂使用两个循环罐和分散器对其进行循环,使得循环后得到的可再利用浆料的粘度满足使用要求,可以再次使用,提高电极浆料的利用率。
在一些实施例中,使由粉料与溶剂制备得到的粗混合浆料、粘结剂和电极浆料经由第一管道在第一循环罐和第二循环罐之间循环包括:使第一循环罐以第二转速转动,并且使第二循环罐以第三转速转动,第二转速和第三转速小于第一转速。在循环过程中,在使用分散器进行分散的同时,两个循环罐也转动,使得对粗混合浆料、粘结剂和电极浆料的分散混合能够更加均匀,改善分散效果。
在一些实施例中,粉料包括第一原料和第二原料,第一制浆流程还包括以下步骤来制备粗混合浆料:在预混罐中将第一原料和第二原料进行干混,得到预混合物;将预混合物与溶剂进行混合,得到预混合浆料;以及使预混合浆料经由第一管道在第一循环罐和第二循环罐之间循环第二时长,得到粗混合浆料,其中,叶轮以第四转速转动,第四转速大于第一转速,第二时长大于第一时长。对两种粉料进行预混后与溶剂进行混合,使用两个循环罐和分散器对其进行循环,使得粗混合浆料的分散混合更加均匀,提高粗混合浆料的质量。
在一些实施例中,分散器还经由第二管道与预混罐连接,将预混合物与溶剂进行混合,得到预混合浆料包括:在第一循环罐中加入溶剂;将溶剂从第一循环罐经由第一管道传输至分散器处,并将预混合物从预混罐经由第二管道传输至分散器处,其中,叶轮以第五转速转动以将预混合物与溶剂进行混合,第五转速大于第一转速;将预混合物与溶剂的混合物从分散器经由第一管道传输至第一循环罐;以及使预混合物与溶剂的混合物在第一循环罐与分散器之间循环第三时长,得到预混合浆料,其中,叶轮以第五转速转动,第三时长大于第一时长。在得到预混合物后,通过分散器对预混合物和溶剂进行分散混合,使得预混合浆料的分散混合更加均匀,提高预混合浆料的质量。
在一些实施例中,使预混合物与溶剂的混合物在第一循环罐与分散器之间循环包括:使第一循环罐以第六转速转动,第六转速小于第一转速。在循环过程中,在使用分散器进行分散的同时,使第一循环罐也转动,使得对预混合物与溶剂的分散混合能够更加均匀,改善分散效果。
在一些实施例中,第二制浆流程包括:使电极浆料经由第一管道在第一循环罐和第二循环罐之间循环第四时长,其中,第一管道连接第一循环罐和第二循环罐,第一管道中设置有包括叶轮的分散器,叶轮以第七转速转动。当回收的电极浆料粘度较高时,使用两个循环罐和分散器单独对回收的电极浆料进行循环,使得循环后得到的可再利用浆料的粘度满足使用要求,可以再次使用,提高电极浆料的利用率,同时也可以简化操作流程。
在一些实施例中,使电极浆料经由第一管道在第一循环罐和第二循环罐之间循环包括:使第一循环罐以第八转速转动,并且使第二循环罐以第九转速转动,第八转速和第九转速小于第七转速。在循环过程中,在使用分散器进行分散的同时,使两个循环罐也转动,使得对回收的电极浆料的分散混合能够更加均匀,改善分散效果。
在一些实施例中,浆料回收方法还包括:检测可再利用浆料的粘度;以及响应于可再利用浆料的粘度符合预设粘度范围,将可再利用浆料加入中转罐以供电极涂布工艺再利用。在对回收的电极浆料进行处理之后,检测得到的可再利用浆料的粘度,当满足使用要求时,可以对可再利用浆料进行再次利用,减少电极浆料的报废,提高利用率。
在一些实施例中,电极涂布工艺包括凹版印刷工艺,电极浆料包括阳极浆料。对于凹版印刷工艺中的阳极浆料进行回收处理,可以实现浆料的再次利用,减少电极涂布工艺中浪费的阳极浆料。
在一些实施例中,阳极浆料包括羧甲基纤维素钠、丁苯乳液、导电碳粉和去离子水,粘度阈值大于等于40毫帕·秒且小于等于60毫帕·秒。根据阳极浆料中包括的材料,选取合适的粘度阈值来对回收的阳极浆料进行相应的处理,可以改善得到的可再利用浆料的质量。

目前,从市场形势的发展来看,动力电池的应用越加广泛。动力电池不仅被应用于水力、火力、风力和太阳能电站等储能电源系统,而且还被广泛应用于电动自行车、电动摩托车、电动汽车等电动交通工具,以及军事装备和航空航天等多个领域。随着动力电池应用领域的不断扩大,其市场的需求量也在不断地扩增。
对于电池的生产过程而言,电极涂布是其中的一道关键工序,涂布质量的好坏关系到电池质量的优劣。在电极涂布工序中使用的电极浆料是由活性物质、导电剂、粘结剂和溶剂等组成的均匀混合物,电极浆料的质量直接影响了电池的性能和稳定性。电极浆料的粘度是一个重要的参数,它决定了浆料的流动性、涂布均匀性和干燥效果。
凹版涂布是电极涂布工序中一种常用的涂布工艺,具有计量精确、操作简单、涂布表面平整以及涂布速度快等优点。凹版涂布的工作原理是通过凹版滚筒的旋转,将涂料覆盖在凹版滚筒的雕刻点或线上,之后将凹版滚筒上的涂料转移到被涂材料上。
在凹版涂布过程中,电极浆料在料槽盘内一段时间后将会发生物理凝胶,导致在涂布时出现打皱的现象。此时往往需要对电极浆料进行更换,而对原有的电极浆料做报废处理。为了减少凹版涂布过程中电极浆料的报废,可以对电极浆料进行回收处理,得到可再利用浆料并进行再次利用。
基于以上考虑,设计了一种浆料回收方法,通过根据电极浆料的粘度选择不同的制浆流程对其进行处理,得到可再利用浆料,使得回收的电极浆料可以再次被用于凹版涂布过程中,减少了电极浆料的报废,提高了电极浆料的利用率。
本申请实施例公开的浆料回收方法可以但不限用于车辆、船舶或飞行器等用电装置使用的电池的生产过程中。可以使用具备本申请公开的浆料回收方法对电极涂布工艺中利用的电极浆料进行回收处理,这样,有利于减少电极浆料的报废,提高电极浆料的利用率。
以下实施例为了方便说明,以本申请一实施例的一种浆料回收系统10为例进行说明。
请参照图1,浆料回收系统10包括第一原料计量罐11、第二原料计量罐12、发送罐13、预混罐14、分散器15、第一循环罐16和第二循环罐17。第一循环罐16和第二循环罐17之间通过第一管道18连接。分散器15被设置在第一管道18中,并且还通过第二管道19与预混罐14连接。分散器15中包括有叶轮(未示出),当叶轮转动时,可以对流经分散器15的固体和/或液体材料进行分散混合。
本申请实施例提供了一种浆料回收方法200。参照图2,浆料回收方法200包括步骤210-230:
步骤210,检测电极涂布工艺利用的电极浆料的粘度。
步骤220,响应于电极浆料的粘度不大于粘度阈值,根据第一制浆流程对电极浆料进行制浆,得到可再利用浆料。
步骤230,响应于电极浆料的粘度大于粘度阈值,根据第二制浆流程对电极浆料进行制浆,得到可再利用浆料。
其中,第二制浆流程不同于第一制浆流程。
在电极涂布工艺尤其是凹版涂布工艺中使用的电极浆料需要符合一定的粘度要求,以保证涂布的质量。随着涂布过程的持续,在料槽盘内的电极浆料会发生物理凝胶而产生粘度的变化。当需要对电极浆料进行回收处理时,可以进行步骤210,检测电极浆料的粘度。步骤210可以由人工使用相应的检测方法完成,也可以使用自动化测试方法完成,本公开对此不做限定。
对于不同粘度的电极浆料,可以采取不同的制浆流程对其进行制浆以得到可再利用浆料。确定不同制浆流程的粘度阈值可以根据浆料的种类、材料、配比等参数预先确定。在检测得到电极浆料的粘度之后,根据该粘度与粘度阈值之间的关系,确定对其使
用的制浆流程。在步骤220中,当电极浆料的粘度不大于粘度阈值时,根据第一制浆流程对其进行制浆,从而得到可再利用浆料。在步骤230中,当电极浆料的粘度大于粘度阈值时,根据第二制浆流程对其进行制浆,从而得到可再利用浆料。
第一制浆流程和第二制浆流程可以根据电极浆料的种类、粘度范围以及预先确定的粘度阈值等因素来确定。
根据电极浆料的粘度,使用不同的制浆流程对回收的电池浆料进行处理,使得不同粘度的回收电极浆料经过处理后都可以符合再利用的粘度要求,实现了对电极浆料的回收再利用,减少了电极浆料的报废,提高利用率。
根据本申请的一些实施例,第一制浆流程包括:
使由粉料与溶剂制备得到的粗混合浆料、粘结剂和电极浆料经由第一管道18在第一循环罐16和第二循环罐17之间循环第一时长。
其中,第一管道18连接第一循环罐16和第二循环罐17。第一管道18中设置有包括叶轮的分散器15。叶轮以第一转速转动。
在步骤220中,电极浆料的粘度不大于粘度阈值,此时电极浆料的粘度相对较低,因此在第一制浆流程中,除了电极浆料以外,还加入了粗混合浆料和粘结剂以使得到的可再利用浆料的粘度满足使用要求。在一些实施例中,步骤220中加入的粗混合浆料和粘结剂的材料、配比等参数与电极浆料制备过程中的参数相同。在示例中,粘结剂可以为丁苯乳液(GAS)。
为了更好的分散混合效果,将粗混合浆料、粘结剂和电极浆料在两个循环罐之间循环。这些材料在从第一循环罐16进入第二循环罐17或者从第二循环罐17进入第一循环罐16时都需要流经第一管道18。在第一管道18中设置有分散器15。分散器15的叶轮以第一转速转动。第一转速可以根据适用场合进行设定,本公开对此不做限定。在示例中,第一转速可以被设定为1500转每分(rpm)。
每当粗混合浆料、粘结剂和电极浆料经过分散器15时,都会被分散器15进行分散混合,从而达到更好的分散效果。
粗混合浆料、粘结剂和电极浆料在两个循环罐之间的循环所持续的第一时长可以根据适用场合进行设定,本公开对此不做限定。在示例中,第一时长可以被设定为15分钟。应当理解的是,第一时长也可以体现为循环次数。
当回收的电极浆料粘度较低时,将回收的电极浆料和粗混合浆料、粘结剂使用两个循环罐和分散器对其进行循环,使得循环后得到的可再利用浆料的粘度满足使用要求,可以再次使用,提高电极浆料的利用率。
根据本申请的一些实施例,使由粉料与溶剂制备得到的粗混合浆料、粘结剂和电极浆料经由第一管道18在第一循环罐16和第二循环罐17之间循环包括:
使第一循环罐16以第二转速转动,并且使第二循环罐17以第三转速转动。第二转速和第三转速小于第一转速。
当粗混合浆料、粘结剂和电极浆料在第一循环罐16和第二循环罐17之间循环时,为了达到更好的分散效果,可以使第一循环罐16和第二循环罐17也处于转动的状态。在一些实施例中,两个循环罐的转速可以彼此相同或彼此不同,并且可以被设定为小于分散器15的叶轮此时的转速(即第一转速)。在示例中,第一循环罐16和第二循环罐17以相同的转速转动,第二转速和第三转速均设置为30转每分(rpm)。
对于叶轮、第一循环罐16和第二循环罐17的转动方向,本公开不做限定。

根据本申请的一些实施例,粉料包括第一原料和第二原料。第一制浆流程还包括过程300来制备粗混合浆料。请参照图3,过程300包括步骤310-330:
步骤310,在预混罐14中将第一原料和第二原料进行干混,得到预混合物。
步骤320,将预混合物与溶剂进行混合,得到预混合浆料。
步骤330,使预混合浆料经由第一管道18在第一循环罐16和第二循环罐17之间循环第二时长,得到粗混合浆料。其中,叶轮以第四转速转动。第四转速大于第一转速。第二时长大于第一时长。
如图1所示,第一原料被添加至第一原料计量罐11,第二原料被添加至第二原料计量罐12。两种粉料通过发送罐13传输至预混罐14。在预混罐14中,第一原料和第二原料被混合,得到预混合物。第一原料和第二原料为电极浆料制备过程中的固体原料。在示例中,第一原料可以是羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC),第二原料可以是导电碳粉(GCC)。
将预混合物与溶剂进行混合从而得到预混合浆料。在示例中,溶剂可以为去离子水(GSW)。
在得到预混合浆料后,使预混合浆料在第一循环罐16和第二循环罐17之间循环。在每次循环中,预混合浆料都会流经第一管道18中的分散器15。分散器15的叶轮以第
四转速转动,对预混合浆料进行分散混合,以实现更好的分散效果。在一些实施例中,第四转速可以被设置为大于第一转速。在示例中,第四转速可以设置为2250转每分(rpm)。
预混合浆料在两个循环罐之间循环所持续的第二时长可以根据适用场合进行设定,本公开对此不做限定。在示例中,第二时长可以被设定为60分钟。应当理解的是,第二时长也可以体现为循环次数。
对两种粉料进行预混后与溶剂进行混合,使用两个循环罐和分散器对其进行循环,使得粗混合浆料的分散混合更加均匀,提高粗混合浆料的质量。
根据本申请的一些实施例,分散器15还经由第二管道19与预混罐14连接。请参照图4,步骤320包括步骤410-440:
步骤410,在第一循环罐16中加入溶剂。
步骤420,将溶剂从第一循环罐16经由第一管道18传输至分散器15处,并将预混合物从预混罐14经由第二管道19传输至分散器15处。其中,叶轮以第五转速转动以将预混合物与溶剂进行混合。第五转速大于第一转速。
步骤430,将预混合物与溶剂的混合物从分散器15经由第一管道18传输至第一循环罐16。
步骤440,使预混合物与溶剂的混合物在第一循环罐16与分散器15之间循环第三时长,得到预混合浆料。其中,叶轮以第五转速转动。第三时长大于第一时长。
如图1所示,可以在第一循环罐16中加入溶剂,并将溶剂传输至分散器15处。将步骤310中得到的预混合物从预混罐14也传输至分散器15处。分散器15的叶轮以第五转速转动,以对预混合物和溶剂进行分散混合。
对于步骤420中经过分散器15分散混合后的预混合物和溶剂的混合物,可以将其传输至第一循环罐16。在步骤440中,混合物在第一循环罐16与分散器15之间循环,以实现更好的分散混合效果。在步骤420和步骤440中,分散器15的叶轮可以被设置为以第五转速转动。在一些实施例中,第五转速可以被设置为大于第一转速。在示例中,第五转速可以设置为2250转每分(rpm)。
应当理解的是,步骤420、430和步骤440可以异步进行也可以同步进行,即:可以将第一循环罐16中的所有溶剂和预混罐14中的所有预混合物全部传输至分散器15处分散混合,将得到的混合物传输至第一循环罐16,使混合物在第一循环罐16和分散器15之间循环;也可以将第一循环罐16中的溶剂和预混罐14中的预混合物逐步传输至分散器15处分散混合,将得到的混合物传输至第一循环罐16,此时第一循环罐16中可能
还储存有原先的溶剂,在步骤440混合物在第一循环罐16和分散器15之间循环的过程中,步骤420也可能在同时进行,预混罐14中的预混合物和第一循环罐16中的溶剂可能仍然在被逐步传输至分散器15处,与预混合物与溶剂的混合物一起被分散循环。
预混合物与溶剂的混合物在第一循环罐16与分散器15之间循环所持续的第三时长可以根据适用场合进行设定,本公开对此不做限定。在示例中,第三时长可以被设定为70分钟。应当理解的是,第三时长也可以体现为循环次数。
在得到预混合物后,通过分散器对预混合物和溶剂进行分散混合,使得预混合浆料的分散混合更加均匀,提高预混合浆料的质量。
根据本申请的一些实施例,使预混合物与溶剂的混合物在第一循环罐16与分散器15之间循环包括:
使第一循环罐16以第六转速转动。第六转速小于第一转速。
当预混合物与溶剂的混合物在第一循环罐16和分散器15之间循环时,为了达到更好的分散效果,可以使第一循环罐16也处于转动的状态。在一些实施例中,第一循环罐16的转速可以设置为小于第一转速的第六转速。在示例中,第六转速可以设置为30转每分(rpm)。
对于叶轮和第一循环罐16的转动方向,本公开不做限定。

根据本申请的一些实施例,第二制浆流程包括:

为了更好的分散混合效果,将电极浆料在两个循环罐之间循环。电极浆料在从第一循环罐16进入第二循环罐17或者从第二循环罐17进入第一循环罐16时都需要流经第一管道18。在第一管道18中设置有分散器15。分散器15的叶轮以第七转速转动。第七转速可以根据适用场合进行设定,本公开对此不做限定。在示例中,第七转速可以被设定为1500转每分(rpm)。
每当电极浆料经过分散器15时,都会被分散器15进行分散混合,从而达到更好的分散效果。
电极浆料在两个循环管之间循环所持续的第四时长可以根据适用场合进行设定,本公开对此不做限定。在示例中,第四时长可以被设定为15分钟。应当理解的是,第四时长也可以体现为循环次数。
当回收的电极浆料粘度较高时,使用两个循环罐和分散器单独对回收的电极浆料进行循环,使得循环后得到的可再利用浆料的粘度满足使用要求,可以再次使用,提高电极浆料的利用率,同时也可以简化操作流程。

根据本申请的一些实施例,电极涂布工艺包括凹版印刷工艺。电极浆料包括阳极浆料。
在电极涂布过程中,可以使用凹版印刷工艺来涂布阳极浆料。在阳极浆料制备完成之后,将其加入料槽盘,使用凹版印刷工艺完成电极涂布。在经过一段时间后,可以对发生物理凝胶的阳极浆料进行回收处理,得到可再利用浆料。
对于凹版印刷工艺中的阳极浆料进行回收处理,可以实现浆料的再次利用,减少电极涂布工艺中浪费的阳极浆料。
根据本申请的一些实施例,阳极浆料包括羧甲基纤维素钠、丁苯乳液、导电碳粉和去离子水。粘度阈值大于等于40毫帕·秒且小于等于60毫帕·秒。
在阳极浆料的制备过程中,可以将羧甲基纤维素钠和导电碳粉进行混合,进一步与去离子水混合。在混合均匀后,加入丁苯乳液,并进行充分的分散混合,得到阳极浆料。
对于阳极浆料而言,浆料回收方法200的粘度阈值可以被设置为大于等于40毫帕·秒且小于等于60毫帕·秒。在示例中,粘度阈值可以设置为50毫帕·秒。
根据阳极浆料中包括的材料,选取合适的粘度阈值来对回收的阳极浆料进行相应的处理,可以改善得到的可再利用浆料的质量。
下面描述本申请的一个特定实施例。应当理解,该特定实施例仅出于说明的目的而被描述,不应解释为对本申请的限制。
如图6所示,以电极涂布工艺为凹版印刷工艺,电极浆料为阳极浆料为例:
在步骤602中,检测电极涂布工艺利用的电极浆料的粘度,即阳极浆料的粘度。粘度阈值被设置为50毫帕·秒。在得到电极浆料的粘度后,确定该粘度与粘度阈值的关系。
当电极浆料的粘度不大于50毫帕·秒时,根据第一制浆流程对电极浆料进行制浆,第一制浆流程包括步骤604-616。
在步骤604中,在预混罐14中将第一原料和第二原料进行干混,得到预混合物。第一原料可以是羧甲基纤维素钠,第二原料可以是导电碳粉。如图1所示,将第一原料
加入第一原料计量罐11,将第二原料加入第二原料计量罐12。第一原料和第二原料通过发送罐13被传输到预混罐14中进行干混,得到预混合物。
在步骤606中,在第一循环罐16中加入溶剂。溶剂可以是去离子水。
在步骤608中,将溶剂从第一循环罐16经由第一管道18传输至分散器15处,并将预混合物从预混罐14经由第二管道19传输至分散器15处。分散器15的叶轮以第五转速转动以将预混合物与溶剂进行混合。第五转速可以是2250rpm。
在步骤610中,将预混合物与溶剂的混合物从分散器15经由第一管道18传输至第一循环罐16。
在步骤612中,使预混合物与溶剂的混合物在第一循环罐16与分散器15之间循环第三时长,得到预混合浆料。分散器15的叶轮以第五转速转动,第五转速可以是2250rpm。第一循环罐16以第六转速转动,第六转速可以是30rpm。第三时长可以是70分钟。
在步骤614中,使预混合浆料经由第一管道18在第一循环罐16和第二循环罐17之间循环第二时长,得到粗混合浆料。分散器15的叶轮以第四转速转动,第四转速可以是2250rpm。第一循环罐16和第二循环罐17也可以以30rpm的转速转动。第二时长可以是60分钟。
在步骤616中,使粗混合浆料、粘结剂和电极浆料经由第一管道18在第一循环罐16和第二循环罐17之间循环第一时长,得到可再利用浆料。粘结剂可以是丁苯乳液。分散器15的叶轮以第一转速转动,第一转速可以是1500rpm。第一循环罐16以第二转速转动,第二循环罐17以第三转速转动,第二转速和第三转速可以是30rpm。第一时长可以是15分钟。
在第一制浆流程中,第一原料、第二原料、溶剂和粘结剂的材料和重量配比可以如表1所示:

在第一制浆流程中,制浆温度可以是5-65摄氏度。
当电极浆料的粘度大于50毫帕·秒时,根据第二制浆流程对电极浆料进行制浆,第二制浆流程包括步骤618。
在步骤618中,使电极浆料经由第一管道18在第一循环罐16和第二循环罐17之间循环第四时长,得到可再利用浆料。第一管道18中的分散器15的叶轮以第七转速转动,第七转速可以是是1500rpm。第一循环罐16以第八转速转动,第二循环罐17以第九转速转动,第八转速和第九转速可以是30rpm。第四时长可以是15分钟。
在第二制浆流程中,制浆温度可以是5-65摄氏度。
在得到可再利用浆料之后,进行步骤620,检测可再利用浆料的粘度。检测过程中,第一循环罐16和第二循环罐17可以处于以30rpm转速转动的状态。
根据检测到的可再利用浆料的粘度和预设粘度范围,确定可再利用浆料是否可以被再次使用。预设粘度范围可以是30-1500毫帕·秒。在步骤622中,若可再利用浆料的粘度符合预设粘度范围,将可再利用浆料加入中转罐,以供电极涂布工艺再利用。

Claims (11)
- 一种浆料回收方法(200),包括:检测电极涂布工艺利用的电极浆料的粘度;响应于所述电极浆料的粘度不大于粘度阈值,根据第一制浆流程对所述电极浆料进行制浆,得到可再利用浆料;或响应于所述电极浆料的粘度大于所述粘度阈值,根据第二制浆流程对所述电极浆料进行制浆,得到可再利用浆料,其中,所述第二制浆流程不同于所述第一制浆流程。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法(200),其中,所述第一制浆流程包括:使由粉料与溶剂制备得到的粗混合浆料、粘结剂和所述电极浆料经由第一管道(18)在第一循环罐(16)和第二循环罐(17)之间循环第一时长,其中,所述第一管道(18)连接所述第一循环罐(16)和所述第二循环罐(17),所述第一管道(18)中设置有包括叶轮的分散器(15),所述叶轮以第一转速转动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法(200),其中,使由所述粉料与所述溶剂制备得到的所述粗混合浆料、所述粘结剂和所述电极浆料经由所述第一管道(18)在所述第一循环罐(16)和所述第二循环罐(17)之间循环包括:使所述第一循环罐(16)以第二转速转动,并且使所述第二循环罐(17)以第三转速转动,所述第二转速和所述第三转速小于所述第一转速。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法(200),其中,所述粉料包括第一原料和第二原料,所述第一制浆流程还包括以下步骤来制备所述粗混合浆料:在预混罐(14)中将所述第一原料和所述第二原料进行干混,得到预混合物;将所述预混合物与所述溶剂进行混合,得到预混合浆料;以及使所述预混合浆料经由所述第一管道(18)在所述第一循环罐(16)和所述第二循环罐(17)之间循环第二时长,得到所述粗混合浆料,其中,所述叶轮以第四转速转动,所述第四转速大于所述第一转速,所述第二时长大于所述第一时长。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法(200),其中,所述分散器(15)还经由第二管道(19)与所述预混罐(14)连接,将所述预混合物与所述溶剂进行混合,得到所述预混合浆料包括:在所述第一循环罐(16)中加入所述溶剂;将所述溶剂从所述第一循环罐(16)经由所述第一管道(18)传输至所述分散器(15)处,并将所述预混合物从所述预混罐(14)经由所述第二管道(19)传输至所述分散器(15)处,其中,所述叶轮以第五转速转动以将所述预混合物与所述溶剂进行混合,所述第五转速大于所述第一转速;将所述预混合物与所述溶剂的混合物从所述分散器(15)经由所述第一管道(18)传输至所述第一循环罐(16);以及使所述预混合物与所述溶剂的混合物在所述第一循环罐(16)与所述分散器(15)之间循环第三时长,得到所述预混合浆料,其中,所述叶轮以所述第五转速转动,所述第三时长大于所述第一时长。
- 根据权利要求5所述的方法(200),其中,使所述预混合物与所述溶剂的混合物在所述第一循环罐(16)与所述分散器(15)之间循环包括:使所述第一循环罐(16)以第六转速转动,所述第六转速小于所述第一转速。
- 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的方法(200),其中,所述第二制浆流程包括:使所述电极浆料经由第一管道(18)在第一循环罐(16)和第二循环罐(17)之间循环第四时长,其中,所述第一管道(18)连接所述第一循环罐(16)和所述第二循环罐(17),所述第一管道(18)中设置有包括叶轮的分散器(15),所述叶轮以第七转速转动。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法(200),其中,使所述电极浆料经由所述第一管道(18)在所述第一循环罐(16)和所述第二循环罐(17)之间循环包括:使所述第一循环罐(16)以第八转速转动,并且使所述第二循环罐(17)以第九转速转动,所述第八转速和所述第九转速小于所述第七转速。
- 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的方法(200),还包括:检测所述可再利用浆料的粘度;以及响应于所述可再利用浆料的粘度符合预设粘度范围,将所述可再利用浆料加入中转罐以供所述电极涂布工艺再利用。
- 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的方法(200),其中,所述电极涂布工艺包括凹版印刷工艺,所述电极浆料包括阳极浆料。
- 根据权利要求10所述的方法(200),其中,所述阳极浆料包括羧甲基纤维素钠、丁苯乳液、导电碳粉和去离子水,所述粘度阈值大于等于40毫帕·秒且小于等于60毫帕·秒。
