Abstract

本開示に係るヒートポンプシステムは、冷凍サイクル装置と、冷凍サイクル装置の消費電力を計測する電力計と、冷凍サイクル装置の能力を検出する能力検出器と、消費電力と冷凍サイクル装置の能力とから算出される実COPがCOP保護値以下とならないように冷凍サイクル装置の運転容量を低下させるCOP保護制御を行うように構成された処理回路と、COP保護値を補正するCOP保護値補正機能と、を備える。COP保護値補正機能は、リモコン装置またはモバイル端末に搭載されている。

Description

ヒートポンプシステム
 本開示は、ヒートポンプシステムに関する。
 下記特許文献1には、ヒートポンプサイクルを用いて給湯用の液体を加熱し、その加熱された液体を貯湯タンクに蓄えるヒートポンプ給湯装置において、ヒートポンプサイクルの制御手段として加熱能力を目標とする場合と運転効率を目標とする場合を切り替える優先順位制御手段を備えたことを特徴とするヒートポンプ給湯装置が開示されている。
日本特開2005-127588号公報
 上述した従来の装置では、運転効率優先時は給湯運転開始から常に圧縮機周波数が低くなり、加熱能力が低下するので湯切れとなる可能性が高まる。
 本開示は、上述のような課題を解決するためになされた。本開示の目的は、給湯運転を短時間で完了することと、COP(Coefficient Of Performance)を高くすることとを両立する上で有利になるヒートポンプシステムを提供することである。
 本開示に係るヒートポンプシステムは、冷凍サイクル装置と、冷凍サイクル装置の消費電力を計測する電力計と、冷凍サイクル装置の能力を検出する能力検出器と、消費電力と冷凍サイクル装置の能力とから算出される実COPがCOP保護値以下とならないように冷凍サイクル装置の運転容量を低下させるCOP保護制御を行うように構成された処理回路と、COP保護値を補正するCOP保護値補正機能と、を備えたものである。
 本開示によれば、給湯運転を短時間で完了することと、COPを高くすることとを両立する上で有利になるヒートポンプシステムを提供することが可能となる。

 以下、図面を参照して実施の形態について説明する。各図において共通または対応する要素には、同一の符号を付して、説明を簡略化または省略する。以下の説明において、「水」または「湯」との記載は、原則として、液体の水を意味し、冷水から熱湯までもが含まれうるものとする。また、以下に示す実施の形態に示した構成は、本開示に係る技術的思想の一例を示すものであり、別の公知の技術と組み合わせることも可能であるし、本開示に記載の複数の技術的思想を組み合わせることも可能である。また、本開示の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で、構成の一部を省略または変更することも可能である。
実施の形態1.
<機器構成>
 図1は、本開示の実施の形態1に係るヒートポンプシステム100のシステム回路図である。図1に示すように、ヒートポンプシステム100は、蒸気圧縮式冷凍サイクル(ヒートポンプサイクル)の冷媒回路51と加熱循環回路52の一部とを搭載したヒートポンプユニット301と、加熱循環回路52の一部と貯湯回路53とを搭載した貯湯タンクユニット302と、加熱循環回路52の一部により構成され、室内を暖房する暖房ユニット305a,305bとを備えている。ヒートポンプユニット301と貯湯タンクユニット302とは、熱媒体配管303及び熱媒体配管304を介して接続されている。貯湯タンクユニット302と暖房ユニット305a,305bとは、熱媒体配管306及び熱媒体配管307を介して接続されている。また、貯湯タンクユニット302は、給湯端末(例えば、台所あるいは洗面所等の蛇口)に繋がる給湯管308と、水道等の水源から給水するための給水管309とに接続されている。ヒートポンプシステム100は、給湯機能と空調機能を備えた給湯空調システムに相当する。
 ヒートポンプユニット301の冷媒回路51に用いられる冷媒は、特に限定されず、例えば、R410A、R32、HFO-1234yf、炭化水素あるいは二酸化炭素のような自然冷媒、などを用いることができる。また、加熱循環回路52に用いられる熱媒体は、特に限定されず、例えば、水、エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ナイブライン(ナイブラインは登録商標)、あるいはこれらの混合物、などの液体を用いることができる。また、エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ナイブラインなどは、任意の濃度のものを用いることができる。
 このヒートポンプシステム100は、例えば一般住宅あるいはオフィスビル等に設置される。ヒートポンプシステム100は、貯湯タンクユニット302にて選択された給湯指令(給湯ON/OFF)又は暖房指令(暖房ON/OFF)を処理することができる。
<ヒートポンプユニット301>
 ヒートポンプユニット301は、圧縮機1と、凝縮器2と、膨張弁3と、蒸発器4とを冷媒配管により環状に接続した冷媒回路51を搭載している。圧縮機1は、冷媒を吸入し圧縮して高温高圧の状態にする。圧縮機1は、例えばインバータ制御により、回転速度が制御されるタイプのものが好ましい。凝縮器2は、熱媒体と冷媒とを熱交換させることで、熱媒体を加熱し、冷媒を冷却する。凝縮器2は、例えばプレート式熱交換器により構成される。膨張弁3は、冷媒を減圧して低温低圧の状態にする。膨張弁3の開度は、可変である。蒸発器4は、外気と冷媒を熱交換させることで、外気から熱を吸収して冷媒を加熱する。蒸発器4は、例えば、伝熱管と多数のフィンとにより構成されたクロスフィン式のフィン・アンド・チューブ型空気熱交換器で構成される。蒸発器4には送風機5が設置されている。送風機5により、外気を吸入して、蒸発器4にて熱交換した後に、その空気を外部に排出する。送風機5は、プロペラファン等のファンと、このファンを駆動する、例えば、DCファンモータからなるモータとを備えている。送風機5は、供給する空気の流量を可変とするように構成される。ヒートポンプユニット301は、冷凍サイクル装置に相当する。
 ヒートポンプユニット301は、更に、圧縮機1から吐出される冷媒の圧力を検出する圧力センサ201と、圧縮機1から吐出される冷媒の温度を検出する温度センサ202と、凝縮器2から流出する冷媒の温度を検出する温度センサ203と、蒸発器4に流入する冷媒の温度を検出する温度センサ204と、蒸発器4に流入する空気の温度すなわち外気温度を検出する温度センサ205と、凝縮器2に流入する熱媒体の温度を検出する温度センサ206と、凝縮器2から流出する熱媒体の温度を検出する温度センサ207とを備えている。
<貯湯タンクユニット302>
 貯湯タンクユニット302には、熱媒体ポンプ6、三方弁7、加熱熱交換器8、水ポンプ9、貯湯タンク10、及び混合弁11等が搭載されている。熱媒体ポンプ6は、加熱循環回路52にて熱媒体を循環させる機能を有している。熱媒体ポンプ6は、可変速式のもの(例えばインバータ制御によるもの)でもよいし、あるいは一定速式のものでもよい。三方弁7は、熱媒体の流れ方向を切り換える流路切換手段として機能するものである。貯湯タンク10に湯を供給して貯湯タンク10に蓄熱する給湯運転の時には、熱媒体が加熱熱交換器8に流れるように三方弁7が切り換えられる。暖房運転時には、熱媒体が暖房ユニット305a,305bに流れるように三方弁7が切り換えられる。加熱熱交換器8は、熱媒体と水とを熱交換させることで、水を加熱し、熱媒体を冷却する。加熱熱交換器8は、例えばプレート式熱交換器により構成される。本実施形態では、加熱熱交換器8内で熱媒体と水とが逆方向に流れるように構成されている。水ポンプ9は、貯湯回路53にて水を循環させる機能を有している。水ポンプ9は、可変速式のもの(例えばインバータ制御によるもの)でもよいし、あるいは一定速式のものでもよい。貯湯タンク10は、加熱された湯及び加熱前の水を貯留する機能を有している。貯湯タンク10は、満水式である。貯湯タンク10の下部の接続点14には貯湯回路53の一端が接続されている。貯湯タンク10の下部のうち、接続点14よりも高い位置にある接続点17には貯湯回路53の他端が接続されている。水ポンプ9を駆動することにより、貯湯タンク10内の水が接続点14から流出し、加熱熱交換器8に送られて加熱された後、貯湯タンク10に戻り、接続点17から貯湯タンク10内に流入する。
 出湯管15は、貯湯タンク10の上部と混合弁11とを接続している。給水管309は、貯湯タンク10の下部と、混合弁11とにそれぞれ接続されている。混合弁11には更に給湯管308が接続されている。ユーザーの給湯要求に応じて、貯湯タンク10の上部から出湯管15へ湯が流出し、混合弁11に供給される。この際、出湯管15へ流出した湯と同量の低温水が給水管309から貯湯タンク10の下部に流入する。混合弁11は、出湯管15からの湯と、給水管309からの低温水とを混合して、給湯管308へ送水する。混合弁11は、湯と低温水との混合比を制御可能になっており、予め設定された温度の湯を生成する。
 貯湯タンクユニット302は、更に、加熱熱交換器8に流入する熱媒体の温度を検出する温度センサ208と、加熱熱交換器8から流出する熱媒体の温度を検出する温度センサ209と、加熱熱交換器8に流入する水の温度を検出する温度センサ210と、加熱熱交換器8から流出する水の温度を検出する温度センサ211と、貯湯タンク10内の水温を検出する温度センサ212と、給湯管308内の水温を検出する温度センサ216とを備えている。
<暖房ユニット305a,305b>
 暖房ユニット305a,305bは、暖房熱交換器としてのラジエータ12a,12b(パネルヒータ)を備えている。ラジエータ12a,12bに熱媒体を流すことによって、室内の空気を輻射により暖房する。
 本実施の形態では、暖房ユニットを2台にしているが、暖房ユニットを1台若しくは3台以上としても良い。また、本実施の形態では、暖房熱交換器をラジエータとしたが、例えばファンコイルユニットあるいは床暖房ヒータ等の他種の暖房熱交換器を用いても良く、複数種類の暖房熱交換器が混在した形態としても良い。
<ヒートポンプ制御装置101及びハイドロ制御装置121>
 ヒートポンプユニット301には、例えばマイクロコンピュータにより構成されたヒートポンプ制御装置101が設けられている。ヒートポンプ制御装置101は、処理回路に相当する。貯湯タンクユニット302には、例えばマイクロコンピュータにより構成されたハイドロ制御装置121が設けられている。ハイドロ制御装置121は、処理回路に相当する。図2は、ヒートポンプ制御装置101の構成を示したブロック線図である。ヒートポンプ制御装置101は、圧力センサ201あるいは温度センサ202,203,204,205,206,207などの出力に基づいて圧力あるいは温度の情報を取得する計測手段102と、ヒートポンプユニット301の運転状態(温度、圧力など)あるいは異常信号などをハイドロ制御装置121に送信したり、また逆に貯湯タンクユニット302の運転状態(温度、機器動作など)あるいは異常信号などをハイドロ制御装置121から受信したりするための通信手段103と、計測手段102により取得された計測情報に基づいて凝縮温度あるいは過冷却度などを演算する演算手段104と、上記計測情報あるいは演算手段104の演算結果等に基づいてヒートポンプユニット301の運転状態(圧縮機1の運転方法あるいは膨張弁3の開度など)を制御する制御手段105とを有している。なお、通信手段103は、例えば電話回線、LAN回線、無線通信などにより、後述する通信手段125と相互に通信を行うように構成されている。
 図3は、ハイドロ制御装置121の構成を示したブロック線図である。ハイドロ制御装置121には、温度センサ208,209,210,211,212,216の出力に基づいて温度の情報を取得する計測手段122と、加熱循環回路52を流れる熱媒体の種類などを記憶する記憶手段123と、ユーザーからの運転モードのON/OFF指令あるいは据付け業者からのインプット情報などの入力を認識する入力手段124と、貯湯タンクユニット302の運転状態(温度あるいは機器動作など)あるいは異常信号などをヒートポンプ制御装置101に送信したり、また逆にヒートポンプユニット301の運転状態(温度、圧力など)あるいは異常信号などをヒートポンプ制御装置101から受信したりするための通信手段125と、計測手段122により取得された計測情報に基づいて加熱熱交換器8に出入りする水の温度差及び加熱熱交換器8に出入りする熱媒体の温度差などを演算する演算手段126と、上記計測情報あるいは演算手段126の演算結果等に基づいて貯湯タンクユニット302の運転状態(熱媒体ポンプ6及び水ポンプ9の運転状態あるいは三方弁7の切り換えなど)を制御する制御手段127とを有している。
 また、ハイドロ制御装置121には、冷凍サイクル装置であるヒートポンプユニット301の消費電力を計測する電力計141と、リモコン装置251と、フローセンサ131とがさらに接続されている。フローセンサ131は、加熱循環回路52を流れる熱媒体の体積流量を検知する。
 リモコン装置251は、ユーザーインターフェースの例である。ユーザー等の人間は、リモコン装置251を操作することで、ヒートポンプシステム100を遠隔操作したり、各種の設定などを行ったりすることが可能である。ハイドロ制御装置121とリモコン装置251との間は、有線通信でも無線通信でもよい。リモコン装置251は、浴室に設置されてもよい。リモコン装置251は、台所に設置されてもよい。ヒートポンプシステム100は、異なる場所に設置された複数のリモコン装置251を備えてもよい。リモコン装置251は、表示部と、操作部と、音声出力部とを備える。表示部は、例えば、液晶ディスプレイまたは有機ELディスプレイでもよい。表示部は、例えば、ヒートポンプシステム100の状態に関する情報、ヒートポンプシステム100の設定内容に関する情報などを表示できる。表示部は、ユーザー等の人間に情報を報知する報知手段として機能する。操作部は、ユーザーが操作するためのボタン、ダイヤル、キーなどを含んでもよい。表示部は、操作部の機能を兼ね備えるタッチスクリーンでもよい。音声出力部は、ユーザー等の人間に情報を音声により報知する報知手段として機能する。リモコン装置251に代えて、あるいはリモコン装置251に加えて、例えばスマートフォンその他のモバイル端末401をユーザーインターフェースとして利用できるように構成してもよい。
 なお、実施の形態1では、ヒートポンプ制御装置101がヒートポンプユニット301に設置され、ハイドロ制御装置121が貯湯タンクユニット302に設置された構成となっているが、このような構成に限定されず、貯湯タンクユニット302にヒートポンプ制御装置101が設置されたり、ヒートポンプユニット301にハイドロ制御装置121が設置された構成としてもよい。また、ヒートポンプ制御装置101とハイドロ制御装置121とが一体化されていてもよい。また、ヒートポンプユニット301及び貯湯タンクユニット302以外の場所に制御装置(図示せず)を用意し、その制御装置がヒートポンプ制御装置101及びハイドロ制御装置121の一部又は全部の機能を引き受ける構成としても良い。
<運転モード>
 ヒートポンプシステム100は、暖房ユニット305a,305bに要求される暖房負荷及び貯湯タンクユニット302に要求される給湯要求に応じて、ヒートポンプユニット301、貯湯タンクユニット302及び暖房ユニット305a,305bに搭載されている各機器の制御を行い、暖房運転モード若しくは給湯運転モードを実行する。暖房運転モード若しくは給湯運転モードのON/OFFの情報は、ユーザーにより、若しくは時刻等に基づいて自動で、ハイドロ制御装置121の入力手段124に入力される。その入力情報は、通信手段125によりヒートポンプ制御装置101に送信される。以下、各運転モードにおける運転動作について説明する。
[暖房運転モード]
 まず、暖房運転モードについて説明する。暖房運転モードでは、三方弁7は、凝縮器2の出口と暖房ユニット305a,305bとを接続するように切り換えられる。この状態にてヒートポンプユニット301及び貯湯タンクユニット302の運転を実施する。そうすると、冷媒回路51では圧縮機1から吐出された高温・高圧のガス冷媒は、凝縮器2に流入し、熱媒体により冷却されて高圧液冷媒になる。その後、冷媒は、凝縮器2から流出し、膨張弁3にて減圧され低圧の二相冷媒となる。その後、冷媒は、蒸発器4に流入し、外気から熱を吸収して低圧ガス冷媒となる。その後、冷媒は、再び圧縮機1に吸入される。圧縮機1、膨張弁3及び送風機5は、計測手段102により計測された温度あるいは圧力に応じてヒートポンプ制御装置101の制御手段105により運転状態が制御されている。
 一方、加熱循環回路52では、熱媒体ポンプ6により送流された熱媒体が貯湯タンクユニット302より流出し、熱媒体配管304を経由してヒートポンプユニット301に流入する。熱媒体は、ヒートポンプユニット301に流入後、凝縮器2にて冷媒により加熱され、高温状態となる。この高温の熱媒体は、ヒートポンプユニット301より流出し、熱媒体配管303を経由して、再び貯湯タンクユニット302に流入する。熱媒体は、その後、三方弁7を経由して貯湯タンクユニット302から流出し、熱媒体配管306を経由して、暖房ユニット305a,305bに流入する。ラジエータ12a,12bにて熱媒体と室内空気とが熱交換することにより室内を暖房し、熱媒体は低温となる。低温となった熱媒体は、暖房ユニット305a,305bから流出し、熱媒体配管307を経由して貯湯タンクユニット302に流入し、再び熱媒体ポンプ6に流入する。熱媒体ポンプ6は、計測された温度あるいは圧力に応じて、ハイドロ制御装置121の制御手段127により運転状態が制御されている。なお、暖房運転モードでは、貯湯タンク10の水を加熱しないため、水ポンプ9は停止しており、貯湯回路53の水は流れていない。
[給湯運転モード]
 次に、給湯運転モードについて説明する。なお、図1中の矢印は、給湯運転モードにおける冷媒、熱媒体及び水の流れ方向を示している。給湯運転モードでは、三方弁7は、凝縮器2の出口と加熱熱交換器8の入口とを接続するように切り換えられる。この状態にてヒートポンプユニット301及び貯湯タンクユニット302の運転を実施する。そうすると、冷媒回路51では圧縮機1から吐出された高温・高圧のガス冷媒は、凝縮器2に流入し、熱媒体により冷却されて高圧液冷媒になる。冷媒は、その後、凝縮器2から流出し、膨張弁3にて減圧され低圧の二相冷媒となる。冷媒は、その後、蒸発器4に流入し、外気から熱を吸収して低圧ガス冷媒となる。冷媒は、その後、再び圧縮機1に吸入される。圧縮機1、膨張弁3及び送風機5は、計測手段102により計測された温度あるいは圧力に応じてヒートポンプ制御装置101の制御手段105により運転状態が制御されている。
 一方、加熱循環回路52では、熱媒体ポンプ6により送流された熱媒体は貯湯タンクユニット302より流出し、熱媒体配管304を経由してヒートポンプユニット301に流入する。熱媒体は、ヒートポンプユニット301に流入後、凝縮器2にて冷媒により加熱され、高温状態となる。この高温の熱媒体は、ヒートポンプユニット301より流出し、熱媒体配管303を経由して、再び貯湯タンクユニット302に流入する。熱媒体は、その後、三方弁7を経由して加熱熱交換器8に流入し、水と熱交換を行うことで水を加熱し、熱媒体は低温となる。この温度低下した熱媒体は、その後、再び熱媒体ポンプ6に流入する。
 一方、貯湯回路53では、貯湯タンク10の接続点14より流出した水が水ポンプ9により加熱熱交換器8へ送流される。この水は、加熱熱交換器8にて熱媒体により加熱されて、湯となる。加熱熱交換器8から流出した湯は、接続点17から貯湯タンク10に流入し、貯えられる。貯湯タンク10の接続点14より水が連続して流出し、湯が接続点17へ連続して流入することにより、貯湯タンク10内の水温は増加する。なお、給湯運転モードでは、室内の暖房を実施しておらず、暖房ユニット305a,305bに熱媒体は流れていない。
 上述したように、加熱熱交換器8にて加熱された水は、貯湯タンク10の下部の接続点17より貯湯タンク10内に流入する。貯湯タンク10の下部には、低温の水が存在している。加熱熱交換器8にて加熱された水が貯湯タンク10内に流入することで、貯湯タンク10全体の水温が上昇する。本実施の形態における給湯運転は、貯湯タンク10の全体を徐々に昇温させる運転動作となり、加熱熱交換器8にて複数回の熱交換がなされることにより貯湯タンク10に湯が貯まる。この加熱方式を循環加温という。循環加温では、加熱熱交換器8にて水を例えば5℃昇温させ、貯湯タンク10の水温を上昇させる。そのため、加熱熱交換器8に流入する水の温度は例えば25℃、30℃、・・・と上昇していき、それにつれて加熱熱交換器8から流出する水の温度も30℃、35℃、・・・と上昇していく。循環加温では、加熱開始初期は、貯湯タンク10の水温が低く、加熱熱交換器8に流入する熱媒体の温度及び加熱熱交換器8から流出する水の温度も低いので、凝縮器2から流出する熱媒体の温度及び凝縮器2に流入する熱媒体の温度が低くなる。そのため、ヒートポンプユニット301の運転効率が高い状態となる。
 水ポンプ9の制御方法は次の通りとなる。加熱熱交換器8に流入する熱媒体の温度を低く抑えるため、水の流量を多くして加熱熱交換器8から流出する水の温度を低くする。つまり、水ポンプ9は、例えば、加熱熱交換器8における水の入口出口間温度差が5℃程度となるような流量で、一定運転とする。例えば、加熱熱交換器8の加熱能力が9kWの場合、水の比熱が4.18kJ/kgK、水の密度が1000kg/mとすると、必要となる水の流量は25.84リットル/分となる。したがって、水ポンプ9としては、25.84リットル/分の流量を確保できるポンプを選定する。
 熱媒体ポンプ6においても、加熱熱交換器8における熱媒体の入口出口間温度差を水の入口出口間温度差以下とするためには、水の流量以上の熱媒体の流量を確保しなければならない。つまり、水ポンプ9の送水する水の流量が25.84リットル/分の場合、熱媒体ポンプ6としては、25.84リットル/分以上の流量を確保できるポンプを選定する必要がある。
 高圧液冷媒温度は、冷媒回路51を流れる冷媒の凝縮器2の出口での温度である。ヒートポンプユニット301の膨張弁3の制御においても、凝縮器2に流入する熱媒体の温度若しくは凝縮器2から流出する熱媒体の温度とのどちらか一方に応じて高圧液冷媒温度の目標値を設定し、高圧液冷媒温度が目標値となるように膨張弁3により制御する。高圧液冷媒温度の目標値は、例えば、凝縮器2に流入する熱媒体の温度より3℃高い値とすることができる。また、加熱熱交換器8における熱媒体の入口出口間温度差が5℃程度となるように熱媒体ポンプ6により制御されているため、凝縮器2の熱媒体の入口出口間温度差も5℃程度となる。そのため、凝縮器2に流入する熱媒体の温度がそれほど低くなっていないため、凝縮器2の過冷却度が目標値(例えば2℃)となるように膨張弁3を制御するようにしても良い。ここで、凝縮器2の過冷却度とは、圧力センサ201にて検出される圧力の飽和温度から、温度センサ203にて検出される温度を差し引いた値である。
 以上のようにすることで、ヒートポンプシステム100において、暖房運転と給湯運転とを実施することが可能であり、かつ、効率の高い給湯運転が実施できる。具体的には、貯湯タンク10の外部に設置した加熱熱交換器8を用いたことにより、伝熱性能が向上する。ヒートポンプユニット301に流入する熱媒体の温度を低くすることができるので、ヒートポンプユニット301を高い運転効率にて運転することができる。また、貯湯タンク10の外部に加熱熱交換器8を設置したため、加熱熱交換器8に不具合が発生した場合に取替えが容易にできるため、メンテナンス性も向上する。
 給湯要求と空調要求が同時にある場合には、給湯要求優先で、給湯運転を実施するが、給湯運転時間が第一所定時間(例えば1時間)に到達した場合には室内快適性のため、一時的に第二所定時間(例えば30分間)の暖房運転を実施する。そして、貯湯タンク10内の湯温が十分に高くなったら、空調要求に従って暖房運転を実施する。
 本実施の形態において、ヒートポンプユニット301の加熱能力は、冷凍サイクル装置の能力に相当している。ハイドロ制御装置121は、温度センサ208で検知される出口水温と、温度センサ209で検知される入口水温と、フローセンサ131で検知される熱媒体の流量とに基づいて、ヒートポンプユニット301の加熱能力[kW]を以下の式により算出できる。なお、熱媒体比熱と熱媒体密度は、記憶手段123に記憶されている。
 加熱能力=熱媒体流量×熱媒体比熱×熱媒体密度×(出口水温-入口水温)
 本実施の形態において、温度センサ208,209及びフローセンサ131は、冷凍サイクル装置の能力を検出する能力検出器に相当している。
 本実施の形態において、ヒートポンプ制御装置101とハイドロ制御装置121とは、給湯運転のときに、COP保護制御を行うように構成されている。COP保護制御は、実COPがCOP保護値以下とならないように冷凍サイクル装置の運転容量を低下させる制御である。COP保護値は、記憶手段123に記憶されている。ハイドロ制御装置121は、電力計141により計測されたヒートポンプユニット301の消費電力と、上記のようにして計算された加熱能力とから次式により実COPを算出する。
 実COP=加熱能力[kW]/消費電力[kW]
 圧縮機1の周波数が高いほど、冷凍サイクル装置の運転容量は高くなる。本実施の形態では、圧縮機1の周波数を低下させることで、冷凍サイクル装置の運転容量を低下させる。このような構成に限らず、複数台の圧縮機が設けられたシステムにおいては、運転する圧縮機の台数を減らすことで冷凍サイクル装置の運転容量を低下させてもよい。
 給湯運転中、凝縮器2に流入する熱媒体の温度は徐々に上昇する。凝縮器2に流入する熱媒体の温度が上昇するほど加熱能力は低下する。このため、COPも徐々に低下する。
 圧縮機1の周波数が低いほど、COPは高くなる。このため、圧縮機1の周波数を下げることで、実COPがCOP保護値以下とならないようにすることが可能となる。なお、COP保護値は、一例として、3.0でもよい。
 本実施の形態であれば、凝縮器2に流入する熱媒体の温度が高くない給湯運転の初期から中盤にかけては加熱能力を高い状態に維持し、凝縮器2に流入する熱媒体の温度が高くなってきたときにCOPを高く維持した動作になるため、給湯運転時間を湯切れしない程度の長さに維持しつつ、省エネルギーを達成することが可能となる。
 ヒートポンプシステム100は、COP保護値を補正するCOP保護値補正機能を有している。これにより、COP保護値を据え付け先物件の特性に応じた保護値に変更することができる。このため、据え付け先物件に対してより適合した運転状態に調整することができる。
 COP保護値補正機能は、リモコン装置251またはモバイル端末401に搭載されていてもよい。これにより、ユーザーまたは据え付け業者は、リモコン装置251またはモバイル端末401を操作することで、COP保護値を容易に補正することができる。COP保護値補正機能がモバイル端末401に搭載されている場合には、ユーザーが外出時などにもCOP保護値を補正することが可能となる。
 省エネ優先モードのON/OFFをユーザーがリモコン装置251またはモバイル端末401を操作することで選択可能となっていてもよい。省エネ優先モードは、通常モードに比べて、省エネルギーを優先した運転を行うモードである。ヒートポンプ制御装置101及びハイドロ制御装置121は、省エネ優先モードがONの場合にCOP保護制御を実施し、省エネ優先モードがOFFの場合にCOP保護制御を実施しないように構成されていてもよい。すなわち、省エネ優先モードがOFFの場合には、ヒートポンプ制御装置101は、実COPがCOP保護値以下になっても、圧縮機1の周波数を低下させない。これにより、ユーザーは、湯の消費量が多いと予め分かる場合には省エネ優先運転モードをOFFにすることで、給湯運転時間を短縮することができるので、湯切れを確実に回避することができる。
 ヒートポンプ制御装置101は、COP保護制御において圧縮機1の周波数が低下した状態で送風機5の回転数を低下させるように構成されていてもよい。これにより、圧縮機1が出力する冷媒流量に合わせて送風機5が出力する送風流量を調整することができるため、無駄なファン送風動力を削減することができ、省エネルギーとなる。
 ヒートポンプシステム100では、運転データをWi-Fi(登録商標)などの通信手段によりクラウド上に保存してもよい。COPあるいは外気温度は、クラウド上で過去所定期間の平均値として演算され、保存されてもよい。
 図4は、実施の形態1における制御動作を示すフローチャートである。以下、図4のフローチャートに沿って説明する。ステップS1として、ヒートポンプ制御装置101及びハイドロ制御装置121は、給湯運転を開始する。ここでは、圧縮機周波数を給湯周波数に固定し、送風機回転数を給湯回転数に固定する。給湯周波数は最大周波数でもよい。給湯回転数は最大回転数でもよい。
 次いで、ステップS2として、ハイドロ制御装置121は、電力計141により消費電力を測定し、加熱能力を演算して、実COPを演算する。次いで、ステップS3として、省エネ優先モードがONであるかどうかを判断する。省エネ優先モードがONでない場合には、処理はステップS8に進む。ステップS8では、ハイドロ制御装置121は、給湯運転が完了したかどうかを判断する。給湯運転が完了していない場合にはステップS2に戻る。給湯運転が完了した場合には、処理はステップS9に進み、給湯運転を終了する。
 ステップS3で省エネ優先モードがONであった場合には、ステップS5に進み、ハイドロ制御装置121は、実COPがCOP保護値以下であるかどうかを判断する。実COPがCOP保護値以下である場合には、処理はステップS6に進み、ヒートポンプ制御装置101は、圧縮機1の周波数を下げる処理を実施する。その後、処理はステップS8に進む。また、ステップS5で、実COPがCOP保護値以下でない場合には、処理はステップS8に進む。
 上述した実施の形態では、給湯運転のときにCOP保護制御を実施する例について説明したが、暖房運転のときにCOP保護制御を実施してもよい。
 図5は、実施の形態1におけるモバイル端末401の表示画面の例を示す図である。以下、給湯運転のときのモバイル端末401の表示画面の例について説明するが、リモコン装置251の表示画面についても同様である。
 図5に示すように、モバイル端末401の表示画面413には、給湯運転中の平均COPと外気温度の情報を表示する。外気温度の情報は、一日の平均気温、最低温度、最高温度を含む。平均COPの表示値は、過去1日または過去1週間の平均値である。
 また、モバイル端末401の表示画面413には、現在のCOP保護値が表示される。同じ画面でCOP保護値を設定変更できるようにしてもよい。
 このように、モバイル端末401の表示画面413には、COP保護値と外気温度とが同じ画面に表示される。外気温度とCOPとは相関関係が強いので、COP保護値と外気温度とが同じ画面に表示されることで、ユーザーがCOP増減に対する理由を理解する助力となる。
 外気温度あるいは平均COPは、過去の特定の時期または過去の値の推移が表示可能なようにしてもよい。そのようにすることで、COP増減に対するユーザーの理解の助力となる。
 また、モバイル端末401の表示画面413には、給湯時間の合計である合計給湯時間と、そのうちでCOP保護制御が実施された時間であるCOP保護時間とが表示されている。
 モバイル端末401の表示画面413に表示される上記データは、クラウド上で保存されていてもよい。
 図6は、実施の形態1におけるモバイル端末401の表示画面の他の例を示す図である。図6に示すように、モバイル端末401の表示画面415には、平均COPに代えて省エネ性を星の数で示す複数の星マークが表示されている。省エネ性という表示にすることで、COPという言葉に馴染みのないユーザーでも消費電力削減に関して認識を高めることができる。
 また、図5の表示画面413に対して図6の表示画面415では、COP保護値という記載を目標給湯運転時間という記載にしており、ユーザーには目標とする給湯運転時間の設定をさせるようにする。
 ハイドロ制御装置121は、1回の給湯要求が開始されてから終了するまでの時間中の合計給湯運転時間が目標給湯運転時間と一致するようにCOP保護値を調整する。1回の給湯要求が開始されてから終了するまでの時間とは、貯湯タンク10の湯が減って、給湯運転を開始してから湯の生成が完了するまでの時間である。
 図6の目標給湯運転時間は、給湯時間関係パラメータの例である。ヒートポンプシステム100は、給湯時間関係パラメータをユーザーまたは据え付け業者等が入力する入力手段124を備えている。リモコン装置251またはモバイル端末401を入力手段として利用してもよい。
 目標給湯運転時間の表示をすることで、COPに馴染みがないユーザーでも運転状態の要望に関する情報をヒートポンプシステム100に入力可能となり、COP保護値の補正に反映することができる。
 図6の例では、AM6:00-PM22:00の目標給湯運転時間が1時間30分とされ、PM22:00-AM6:00の目標給湯運転時間が3時間とされている。このように、一日のうちの複数の時間帯のそれぞれに対して異なる値の給湯時間関係パラメータを設定可能である。すなわち、目標給湯運転時間を複数の時間帯で別々に設定できるようにすることで、通常、夜間はユーザーが就寝しているので空調負荷が昼間よりも小さくなり、昼間の負荷によらず、夜間の空調負荷(冬場の場合は温水暖房負荷)に応じたCOP保護値を決めることが可能となる。
 目標給湯運転時間は3つの時間帯以上で設定できるようにしてもよい。例えば、日中の不在時間に相当する時間帯を追加してもよい。また、曜日に応じて目標給湯運転時間を別で設定できるようにしてもよい。例えば、休日と平日で目標給湯運転時間を分けてもよい。
 図7は、実施の形態1においてCOP保護値を自動で補正するためのフローチャートである。図7のステップS21で給湯運転が開始すると、ハイドロ制御装置121は、ステップS22として給湯運転時間を計測する。ステップS23で給湯運転が完了すると、ハイドロ制御装置121は、ステップS24として、給湯運転時間が給湯時間関係パラメータよりも長いかどうかを判断する。給湯運転時間が給湯時間関係パラメータよりも長い場合には、ステップS25に進み、COP保護値が小さくなるように補正する。その後、ステップS26に進む。これに対し、給湯運転時間が給湯時間関係パラメータよりも長くない場合には、そのままステップS26に進む。
 ステップS26では、給湯運転時間が給湯時間関係パラメータよりも短いかどうかを判断する。給湯運転時間が給湯時間関係パラメータよりも短い場合には、ステップS27に進み、COP保護値が大きくなるように補正する。その後、本フローチャートの処理を終了する。これに対し、給湯運転時間が給湯時間関係パラメータよりも短くない場合には、そのまま本フローチャートの処理を終了する。
 上述した例において、COP保護値補正機能は、給湯時間関係パラメータを用いてCOP保護値を自動で補正する。これにより、適切なCOP保護値を自動的に設定できる。
 図8は、図7のフローチャートの処理を実施した結果、n日目にCOP保護値の調整が完了した場合の動作例を示すグラフである。図8の例では、n日目の24時から6時の間の給湯運転時間が1日目よりも長くなっている。ここでは、給湯運転の途中で空調運転すなわち暖房運転になった後、再び給湯運転に戻っている。
 図9は、ヒートポンプ制御装置101及びハイドロ制御装置121の機能を実現する構成の一例を示す図である。ヒートポンプ制御装置101及びハイドロ制御装置121の各機能は、例えば、処理回路により実現される。処理回路は、専用ハードウェア600であってもよい。処理回路は、プロセッサ601およびメモリ602を備えていてもよい。処理回路の一部が専用ハードウェア600として形成され、且つ、当該処理回路は更にプロセッサ601およびメモリ602を備えていてもよい。図9に示す例において、処理回路の一部は専用ハードウェア600として形成されている。また、図9に示す例において、処理回路は、専用ハードウェア600に加えて、プロセッサ601およびメモリ602を更に備えている。
 一部が少なくとも1つの専用ハードウェア600である処理回路には、例えば、単一回路、複合回路、プログラム化したプロセッサ、並列プログラム化したプロセッサ、ASIC、FPGA、またはこれらを組み合わせたものが該当する。
 処理回路が少なくとも1つのプロセッサ601および少なくとも1つのメモリ602を備える場合、ヒートポンプ制御装置101及びハイドロ制御装置121の各部の機能は、ソフトウェア、ファームウェア、またはソフトウェアとファームウェアとの組み合わせにより実現される。
 ソフトウェアおよびファームウェアはプログラムとして記述され、メモリ602に格納される。プログラムは、コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体に記録されていてもよい。プロセッサ601は、メモリ602に記憶されたプログラムを読み出して実行することにより、各部の機能を実現する。プロセッサ601は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、中央処理装置、処理装置、演算装置、マイクロプロセッサ、マイクロコンピュータあるいはDSPともいう。メモリ602には、例えば、RAM、ROM、フラッシュメモリー、EPROMおよびEEPROM等の不揮発性または揮発性の半導体メモリ、または磁気ディスク、フレキシブルディスク、光ディスク、コンパクトディスク、ミニディスクおよびDVD等が該当する。
 このように、処理回路は、ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、ファームウェア、またはこれらの組み合わせによって、ヒートポンプ制御装置101及びハイドロ制御装置121の機能を実現することができる。なお、ヒートポンプ制御装置101及びハイドロ制御装置121の各機能は、複数の機器が連携することで実現されてもよいし、単一の機器によって実現されてもよい。また、ヒートポンプ制御装置101及びハイドロ制御装置121の各機能の少なくとも一部は、外部ネットワーク上のサーバ等に実装されていてもよい。

Claims (5)

  1.  冷凍サイクル装置と、
     前記冷凍サイクル装置の消費電力を計測する電力計と、
     前記冷凍サイクル装置の能力を検出する能力検出器と、
     前記消費電力と前記冷凍サイクル装置の能力とから算出される実COPがCOP保護値以下とならないように前記冷凍サイクル装置の運転容量を低下させるCOP保護制御を行うように構成された処理回路と、
     前記COP保護値を補正するCOP保護値補正機能と、
     を備えたヒートポンプシステム。
  2.  前記COP保護値補正機能は、リモコン装置またはモバイル端末に搭載されている請求項1に記載のヒートポンプシステム。
  3.  前記リモコン装置または前記モバイル端末の表示部には、前記COP保護値と外気温度とが同じ画面に表示される請求項2に記載のヒートポンプシステム。
  4.  給湯時間に関係する給湯時間関係パラメータを入力する入力手段を備え、
     前記COP保護値補正機能は、前記給湯時間関係パラメータを用いて前記COP保護値を自動で補正する請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のヒートポンプシステム。
  5.  一日のうちの複数の時間帯のそれぞれに対して異なる値の前記給湯時間関係パラメータを設定可能である請求項4に記載のヒートポンプシステム。
