Definitions
- This disclosure relates to a packaging container containing an absorbent sheet.
- Patent Document 1 describes a pet sheet that includes a water-permeable top sheet, a water-impermeable back sheet, and an absorbent placed between the top sheet and the back sheet, and is used by layering it on top of the excrement disposal sheet so as to cover urine stains formed on the excrement disposal sheet.
- the present disclosure therefore aims to provide a packaging container containing an absorbent sheet that allows the absorbent sheet to be easily removed.
- the packaging container containing absorbent sheets comprises a packaging container including a bottom panel, a top panel, a front panel, a back panel, a first side panel and a second side panel, and a plurality of absorbent sheets contained within the packaging container, the bottom panel and the top panel facing each other in the vertical direction, the front panel and the back panel facing each other in the depth direction, and the first side panel and the second side panel facing each other in the width direction, and each of the plurality of absorbent sheets includes a water-permeable top sheet, a back sheet on the opposite side of the top sheet, and an absorbent body disposed between the top sheet and the back sheet,
- the package is folded in half along the fold line and placed in a packaging container in an upright position with the fold line facing in the vertical direction.
- the packaging container has an opening line that is continuously formed on the front panel, back panel, first side panel, and second side panel, and is used to open the packaging container by separating the upper part of the container including the top panel from the lower part of the container including the bottom panel.
- the opening line In the vertical direction, the opening line is located closer to the bottom panel than the tops of the multiple absorbent sheets in the upright position, and the distance in the vertical direction between the opening line and the tops is smaller than the bending resistance of the absorbent sheet folded in half.
- the opening line is located closer to the bottom panel than the tops of the multiple absorbent sheets in an upright position, so when the packaging container is opened along the opening line and the upper part of the container is separated from the lower part, the upper parts of the multiple absorbent sheets are exposed from the packaging container through the opening.
- a user can insert their fingers into the packaging container through the opening and pick up the absorbent sheets in the thickness direction to remove them from the packaging container. Meanwhile, since each of the multiple absorbent sheets is folded in half along the fold line, they are unlikely to fall over inside the packaging container.
- the absorbent sheets are prevented from leaning against the lower part of the container and bending. Therefore, the upright position of the absorbent sheets is maintained, so this packaging container allows the absorbent sheets to be easily removed.
- the absorbent sheets may be folded in half and aligned in the width direction. With this packaging container, the absorbent sheets aligned in the width direction can be easily removed.
- the back sheet has an outer surface opposite to the inner surface facing the absorbent body, a hook-and-loop fastener is provided on the outer surface of the back sheet, and each of the multiple absorbent sheets may be folded in half along the fold line so that the back sheet is positioned on the inside.
- the multiple absorbent sheets may include a first row of absorbent sheets arranged in the width direction and a second row of absorbent sheets arranged in the width direction and adjacent to the first row of absorbent sheets in the depth direction, and the multiple absorbent sheets may be arranged in the packaging container so that the fold lines of the first row of absorbent sheets face each other.
- the hook-and-loop fastener of one of the first row of absorbent sheets and the second row of absorbent sheets is prevented from sticking to the surface sheet of the other of the first row of absorbent sheets and the second row of absorbent sheets. Therefore, the absorbent sheets can be individually removed from the packaging container.
- the back sheet is a resin film having an outer surface opposite to the inner surface facing the absorbent body, a hook-and-loop fastener is provided on the outer surface of the back sheet, and each of the multiple absorbent sheets may be folded in half along a fold line so that the top sheet is positioned on the inside.
- the hook-and-loop fastener is unlikely to adhere to a resin film. Therefore, by constructing the back sheet from a resin film, even if the sheet is folded in half along a fold line so that the top sheet is positioned on the inside, the hook-and-loop fastener is prevented from adhering to the back sheet of another absorbent sheet. Therefore, the absorbent sheets can be individually removed from the packaging container.
- the distance between the tear line and the top in the vertical direction may be greater than the bending resistance of the unfolded absorbent sheet. In this case, when the packaging container is opened along the tear line, the exposed portion of the absorbent sheet can be increased, so that the absorbent sheet can be easily removed from the packaging container.
- the opening line may be formed closer to the bottom plate than the center line of the packaging container in the vertical direction. In this case, when the packaging container is opened along the opening line, the exposed portion of the absorbent sheet can be increased, so that the absorbent sheet can be easily removed from the packaging container.
- the opening line is formed closer to the top panel than the center line of the multiple absorbent sheets in the vertical direction. In this case, the absorbent sheets are more likely to maintain an upright position, preventing them from leaning against the bottom of the container and bending.
- the distance between the opening line and the top in the vertical direction may be 50.2 mm or more and 95.2 mm or less.
- the exposed portion of the absorbent sheet can be increased while preventing the absorbent sheet from leaning against the bottom of the container and bending.
- the opening line includes a front opening line formed on the front panel, a rear opening line formed on the rear panel, a first side opening line formed on the first side panel, and a second side opening line formed on the second side panel, and the first side opening line may include a first portion connected to the front opening line, a second portion connected to the rear opening line, and a third portion disposed between the first and second portions and formed at a position shifted vertically relative to the first and second portions.
- the opening line can be easily broken starting from the third portion of the first side opening line.
- the second side opening line may be located closer to the top panel than the first and second parts of the first side opening line in the vertical direction, and the front opening line and the back opening line may extend in a direction inclined with respect to the width direction so as to approach the top panel as they approach the second side opening line.
- the front opening line and the back opening line are inclined as described above, when the packaging container is opened along the opening line, the height of the bottom of the container in the vertical direction increases as it approaches the second side panel.
- the absorbent sheets can be easily removed.
- the number of absorbent sheets is reduced, the absorbent sheets are supported by the second side panel and are less likely to fall over, so that the upright position of the absorbent sheets is maintained.
- the opening lines may be located at the same height at the boundary between the front panel and the first side panel, the boundary between the front panel and the second side panel, the boundary between the back panel and the first side panel, and the boundary between the back panel and the second side panel.
- the absorbent sheet can be removed from any direction.
- the packaging container has a stopper piece formed on at least one of the front panel and the back panel, which can be folded into the packaging container along a fold line, and the stopper piece may be located on the bottom panel side of the opening line in the vertical direction. In this case, by folding the stopper piece into the packaging container, the absorbent sheet inside the packaging container is supported by the stopper piece, and the absorbent sheet is prevented from falling over inside the packaging container.
- Each of the multiple absorbent sheets includes an absorbent section in which an absorbent body is disposed between a top sheet and a back sheet, and a flap section formed to surround the absorbent section and in which no absorbent body is disposed, and the stopper piece may come into contact with the absorbent section when folded into the packaging container along the fold line. Since the absorbent section has higher rigidity than the flap section, the absorbent sheet can be reliably supported by the stopper piece coming into contact with the absorbent section. This prevents the absorbent sheet from collapsing inside the packaging container.
- the upper edge of the stopper piece may be located closer to the opening line than the midline between the opening line and the bottom plate in the vertical direction. In this case, the absorbent sheet is more reliably prevented from falling over inside the packaging container.
- the packaging container may be a paper carton box.
- the opening line may include a perforation. In this case, the packaging container can be easily opened.
- the opening line may include a pair of upper and lower perforations and a zipper portion formed between the pair of upper and lower perforations. In this case, the packaging container can be easily opened.
- a packaging container containing an absorbent sheet includes a packaging container including a bottom panel, a top panel, a front panel, a back panel, a first side panel, and a second side panel, and a plurality of absorbent sheets contained within the packaging container, the bottom panel and the top panel facing each other in the vertical direction, the front panel and the back panel facing each other in the depth direction, and the first side panel and the second side panel facing each other in the width direction, and each of the plurality of absorbent sheets includes a water-permeable surface sheet, a back sheet on the opposite side of the surface sheet, an absorbent body arranged between the surface sheet and the back sheet, and a back sheet.
- the packaging container includes a release sheet that covers the outer surface of the absorbent sheet, and is placed in the packaging container in an upright position with its thickness direction facing the width direction.
- the packaging container has an opening line that is continuously formed on the front panel, back panel, first side panel, and second side panel, and is used to separate the upper part of the container including the top panel from the lower part of the container including the bottom panel to open the packaging container.
- the opening line is formed at a position closer to the bottom panel than the tops of the multiple absorbent sheets in the upright position, and the distance in the vertical direction between the opening line and the tops is smaller than the bending resistance of the absorbent sheets.
- the upright position of the absorbent sheet is maintained when the packaging container is opened, so the absorbent sheet can be easily removed.
- the distance between the tear line and the top in the vertical direction may be greater than the bending resistance of the absorbent sheet from which the release sheet has been peeled off.
- the exposed portion of the absorbent sheet can be made larger, making it easier to pick up the absorbent sheet from the thickness direction and to easily remove it from the packaging container.

- FIG. 13 is a diagram showing an example of a double zipper opening line.
- FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a packaging container 1 containing an absorbent sheet according to one embodiment.
- the packaging container 1 contains a pet sheet 2 shown in FIG. 2.
- the pet sheet 2 is an example of an absorbent sheet having water-absorbing properties.
- the packaging container 1 defines an internal space for containing multiple pet sheets 2.
- FIG. 3 shows a pet waste disposal sheet (hereinafter referred to as "disposal sheet") 100.
- the disposal sheet 100 is placed in a pet's breeding space (e.g., indoors) and is used to keep the breeding space clean. In other words, the disposal sheet 100 provides a space for the pet to excrete.
- the disposal sheet 100 may be placed directly on the floor or ground of the breeding space, or may be placed on a tray.
- the disposal sheet 100 has a rectangular planar shape and is equipped with a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorbent disposed between the top sheet and the back sheet. Pets excrete by standing on the disposal sheet 100. The disposal sheet 100 absorbs the pet's waste U.
- pets broadly include vertebrates and invertebrates, and typically include pet animals such as dogs, cats, rabbits, and hamsters. Pets also include animals other than mammals, such as birds, reptiles, and amphibians.
- Pet waste U typically includes urine, but also includes low-viscosity feces, saliva, blood, and other bodily fluids that can be absorbed by an absorbent. In the following explanation, an example of absorbing urine as waste U will be described.
- Pets tend to avoid excretion marks (urine marks) on the disposal sheet 100 when urinating. As a result, pets may urinate in an awkward position to avoid urine marks, resulting in the pet urinating outside the disposal sheet 100 and soiling the pet's space.
- users of the disposal sheet 100 e.g., pet owners
- replacing a usable disposal sheet 100 is not appropriate from an economic standpoint, nor from an environmental protection standpoint.
- the pet sheet 2 is used by placing it over the area of the disposal sheet 100 where the waste U has been absorbed (e.g., urine marks).
- the disposal sheet 100 By placing the disposal sheet 100 over the urine marks, the urine marks can be visually hidden, and it is possible to prevent the pet from avoiding the urine marks and urinating outside the disposal sheet 100.
- the disposal sheet 100 can be used repeatedly for a long period of time, which is an improvement in terms of economy and environmental protection.
- Figure 2 is a perspective view of an exemplary pet sheet 2.
- Figure 5 is a plan view of the pet sheet 2 as viewed from the back sheet 42 side, which will be described later.
- Figure 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the pet sheet 2 taken along line A-A in Figure 5.
- the pet sheet 2 has a main body 10 having a rectangular planar shape.
- the planar shape of the main body 10 is not limited to a rectangle, and any shape such as a polygon, circle, or ellipse may be adopted.
- the size of the main body 10 is determined according to the size or type of the pet that uses the pet sheet 2. Typically, the area of the pet sheet 2 in a planar view is smaller than the area of the treatment sheet 100.
- the main body 10 has a water-permeable top sheet 41, a back sheet 42 on the opposite side of the top sheet, and an absorbent 43 disposed between the top sheet 41 and the back sheet 42.
- the top sheet 41 has a surface 41a that faces the pet side (upward) during use.
- the top sheet 41 is made of a water-permeable nonwoven fabric, and moves urine excreted from the pet to the absorbent 43 side.
- nonwoven fabric that makes up the top sheet 41 include air-through nonwoven fabric, spunbond nonwoven fabric, and point-bond nonwoven fabric.
- the back sheet 42 is disposed on the opposite side of the top sheet 41 in the Z direction and is water-impermeable.
- the back sheet 42 has substantially the same dimensions as the top sheet 41 and is disposed so as to completely overlap the top sheet 41 when viewed in the Z direction.
- the back sheet 42 has an outer surface 42a that is placed on the treatment sheet 100 during use.
- the back sheet 42 is made of a resin film that is water-impermeable.
- a polyethylene film or a polypropylene film is used as the resin film that constitutes the back sheet 42.
- the back sheet 42 may be made of a nonwoven fabric that is water-repellent or hydrophobic, or may be a laminate in which a resin film and a nonwoven fabric are bonded together.
- the back sheet 42 prevents urine excreted on the pet sheet 2 from moving towards the disposal sheet 100.
- the back sheet 42 may be water permeable. This is because the disposal sheet 100 has the function of absorbing urine, so there is no major problem even if urine excreted on the pet sheet 2 moves towards the disposal sheet 100.
- the absorbent 43 is disposed between the top sheet 41 and the back sheet 42, and absorbs the pet's urine.
- the absorbent 43 has a substantially rectangular planar shape. As shown in FIG. 3, the absorbent 43 is one size smaller than the top sheet 41 and the back sheet 42, and is disposed in the center of the main body 10. As a result, the main body 10 is formed with an absorbent section 10a in which the absorbent 43 is disposed between the top sheet 41 and the back sheet 42, and a flap section 10b in which the absorbent 43 is not disposed between the top sheet 41 and the back sheet 42.
- the flap section 10b is a rectangular frame-shaped area in which the top sheet 41 and the back sheet 42 are bonded together without the absorbent 43 in between, and is formed to surround the absorbent section 10a. That is, the flap section 10b is formed along the outer edge of the pet sheet 2.
- the stiffness of the flap portion 10b is lower than that of the absorbent portion 10a because the absorbent body 43 is not present. In other words, the flap portion 10b is thin and soft, making it easy to pick up with your hands.
- the folded pet sheet 2 can be naturally unfolded by picking up and lifting the flap portion 10b.
- the absorbent body 43 includes an absorbent core 44 and a core wrap 45.
- the absorbent core 44 includes pulp and a superabsorbent polymer (SAP: Superabsorbent Polymer) and has water absorption properties.
- SAP superabsorbent Polymer
- the pulp used in the absorbent core 44 may be, for example, chemical pulp, cellulose fiber, rayon, acetate or other cellulose fiber.
- the SAP may be, for example, a starch-based, acrylic acid-based, or amino acid-based particulate or fibrous polymer.
- the core wrap 45 covers the surface of the absorbent core 44.
- the outer surface 42a of the back sheet 42 is provided with a hook-and-loop fastener 48 having a bonding surface 48a that can be bonded to the treatment sheet 100.
- the bonding surface 48a of the hook-and-loop fastener 48 engages with the surface of the treatment sheet 100.
- four rectangular hook-and-loop fasteners 48 are provided at the corners (four corners) of the outer surface 42a. These four hook-and-loop fasteners 48 are positioned so that the outer edge of each hook-and-loop fastener 48 is spaced apart from the outer edge of the back sheet 42.
- the hook-and-loop fasteners 48 are provided with their bonding surfaces 48a exposed to the outside.
- the joining surface 48a has multiple hooks protruding from the hook sheet.
- the multiple hooks on the joining surface 48a become entangled with the nonwoven fabric that constitutes the top sheet of the disposal sheet 100, thereby joining the pet sheet 2 to the disposal sheet 100.
- the shape of the multiple hooks is designed so that the joining surfaces 48a of the hook-and-loop fasteners 48 do not join together.
- the pet sheet 2 is folded in half along the fold line L1 and stored in the packaging container 1.
- the fold line L1 is a fold line for folding the pet sheet 2 in half, and extends in a straight line across the absorbent body 43 along the center line of the main body 10.
- This fold line L1 divides the main body 10 of the pet sheet 2 into a first portion 18A located on one side of the fold line L1 and a second portion 18B located on the other side of the fold line L1.
- the hook-and-loop fasteners 48 are arranged at positions offset from the fold line L1 (positions that do not overlap the fold line L1). More specifically, the four hook-and-loop fasteners 48 are arranged at positions that are linearly symmetrical with respect to the fold line L1.
- FIG. 7 shows the pet sheet 2 folded in half along the fold line L1 so that the back sheet 42 is arranged on the inside.
- the four hook-and-loop fasteners 48 are arranged at positions that are linearly symmetrical with respect to the fold line L1, so that when the pet sheet 2 is folded in half along the fold line L1, the two hook-and-loop fasteners 48 on the first portion 18A come into contact with the two hook-and-loop fasteners 48 on the second portion 18B.
- the hook-and-loop fasteners 48 are designed so that the joining surfaces 48a are not joined to each other, so that the first portion 18A and the second portion 18B are naturally separated from each other when folded in half.
- the pet sheet 2 is folded in half and stored in the packaging container 1. It is desirable that the pet sheet 2 can be easily removed and used immediately when the pet urinates.
- the packaging container 1 stores the pet sheet 2 so that it can be easily removed.

Note that, in another embodiment, the opening line 20 may be disposed above the center line of the packaging container 1 in the vertical direction Z (toward the front plate 13).
- the front plate 13 and the back plate 14 of the packaging container 1 may be formed with stopper pieces 35 for supporting multiple pet sheets 2 inside the packaging container 1.
- the stopper pieces 35 are formed by breaking perforations formed in the front plate 13 and the back plate 14, and can be folded into the packaging container 1 along a fold line 35a extending in the vertical direction Z.
- the stopper pieces 35 are located below the opening line 20 in the vertical direction Z (towards the bottom plate 11).
- the upper edge of the stopper pieces 35 may be located above the midline between the opening line 20 and the bottom plate 11 in the vertical direction Z (towards the opening line 20).
- the stopper piece 35 may be provided on only one of the front panel 13 and the back panel 14. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the stopper piece 35 is formed by breaking a substantially U-shaped perforation that opens on the left panel 15 side, but the stopper piece 35 may also be formed by breaking a substantially U-shaped perforation that opens on the right panel 16 side. The stopper piece 35 may also be bendable toward the inside of the packaging container 1 along a fold line that extends in the width direction X.
- the packaging container 1 When opening the packaging container 1, the user presses the left panel 15 directly above or below the third portion 25c of the left opening line 25, breaking the left opening line 25 starting from the third portion 25c. The entire opening line 20 is then broken. As a result, as shown in FIG. 9, the packaging container 1 is separated into an upper container portion 51 including the top panel 12 and a lower container portion 52 including the bottom panel 11.
- the multiple pet sheets 2 are contained in the packaging container 1 in an upright position with the fold line L1 facing in the vertical direction Z.
- the opening line 20 is located below (towards the bottom panel 11) the tops 2a of the multiple pet sheets 2 in the upright position. Therefore, when the packaging container 1 is separated into the upper container part 51 and the lower container part 52, the upper parts of the multiple pet sheets 2 contained in the packaging container 1 are exposed through the opening 36 formed between the upper container part 51 and the lower container part 52. Therefore, a user can insert his/her finger into the packaging container 1 through the opening 36 and pinch the exposed part of the pet sheet 2 from the thickness direction to remove it from the packaging container 1.
- FIG. 10 is a left side view of the opened packaging container 1.
- the distance H1 between the opening line 20 and the top 2a of the pet sheet 2 in the vertical direction Z is smaller than the bending resistance of the pet sheet 2 folded in half.
- the distance H1 between the opening line 20 and the top 2a of the pet sheet 2 in the vertical direction Z corresponds to the height of the exposed portion of the pet sheet 2 when the packaging container 1 is opened.
- the distance H1 is the difference between the height H2 of the pet sheet 2 in an upright state based on the bottom plate 11 and the height H3 of the opening line 20 based on the bottom plate 11.
- the distance H1 between the opening line 20 and the top 2a of the pet sheet 2 in the vertical direction Z is, for example, 50.2 mm or more and 95.2 mm or less.
- the bending resistance is an index showing bending resilience, and is measured using a bending resistance tester (for example, a bending resistance tester CAN-1MCA manufactured by Daiei Kagaku Seiki Seisakusho Co., Ltd.) that conforms to JIS L 1096 A method (45° cantilever method).
- a bending resistance tester for example, a bending resistance tester CAN-1MCA manufactured by Daiei Kagaku Seiki Seisakusho Co., Ltd.
- JIS L 1096 A method 45° cantilever method.
- the bending resistance of the pet sheet 2 folded in half can be measured as follows. First, a test piece of 30 mm x 100 mm is cut out from the absorbent part 10a of the pet sheet 2 folded in half, and the test piece is set on a table with a 45° inclined surface. Next, the test piece is pushed out at a speed of 5 mm/sec, and the push-out distance at the point where the angle is 150° with respect to the horizontal plane is measured. The measured push
- the distance H1 between the opening line 20 and the top 2a of the pet sheet 2 in the vertical direction Z is smaller than the bending resistance of the pet sheet 2 folded in half, so that when the packaging container 1 is opened, the pet sheet 2 is prevented from leaning against the lower part 52 of the container and bending, and the upright position is maintained. Therefore, in this packaging container 1, the pet sheet 2 can be easily removed.
- the distance H1 between the opening line 20 and the top 2a of the pet sheet 2 in the vertical direction Z may be greater than the stiffness of the pet sheet 2 in an unfolded state (before folding). In this case, the exposed portion of the pet sheet 2 can be increased when the packaging container 1 is opened, so that the pet sheet 2 can be easily removed from the packaging container 1.
- the multiple pet sheets 2 are folded in half with the back sheet 42 disposed on the inside and arranged in the width direction X inside the packaging container 1.
- the multiple pet sheets 2 may be arranged in two rows.
- the multiple pet sheets 2 include a first row of multiple pet sheets 2A arranged in the width direction X and a second row of multiple pet sheets 2B arranged in the width direction X.
- the first row of multiple pet sheets 2A and the second row of multiple pet sheets 2B are arranged adjacent to each other in the depth direction Y and are aligned in the depth direction Y.
- the first row of pet sheets 2A and the second row of pet sheets 2B are arranged in the packaging container 1 with their fold lines L1 facing each other. That is, the fold lines L1 of the first row of pet sheets 2A and the fold lines L1 of the second row of pet sheets 2B face each other.
- the hook-and-loop fasteners 48 of the first row of pet sheets 2A are prevented from sticking to the surface sheet 41 of the second row of pet sheets 2B, and the hook-and-loop fasteners 48 of the second row of pet sheets 2B are prevented from sticking to the surface sheet 41 of the first row of pet sheets 2A. Therefore, the first row of pet sheets 2A and the second row of pet sheets 2B are prevented from being joined, and the pet sheets 2 can be individually removed from the packaging container 1.
- the user moves the multiple pet sheets 2 in the packaging container 1 toward the left panel 15 as shown in FIG. 12, and folds the stopper pieces 35 formed on the front panel 13 and back panel 14 into the packaging container 1 along the fold lines 35a.
- the stopper pieces 35 folded into the packaging container 1 come into contact with the absorbent portion 10a of the pet sheets 2 in the packaging container 1, and the pet sheets 2 are supported by the stopper pieces 35.
- the pet sheets 2 are prevented from falling over inside the packaging container 1.
- the opening line 20 is located closer to the bottom plate 11 than the tops 2a of the multiple pet sheets 2 in the upright position, so when the packaging container 1 is opened along the opening line 20 and the container upper part 51 is separated from the container lower part 52, the upper parts of the multiple pet sheets 2 are exposed from the packaging container 1 through the opening 36. Therefore, a user can insert his/her finger into the packaging container 1 through the opening 36, pick up the pet sheet 2 in the thickness direction, and remove it from the packaging container 1. On the other hand, since each of the multiple pet sheets 2 is folded in half along the fold line L1, it is difficult for the pet sheet 2 to fall down in the packaging container 1.
- the distance H1 between the opening line 20 and the tops 2a of the pet sheet 2 in the vertical direction Z is smaller than the bending resistance of the pet sheet 2 folded in half, the pet sheet 2 is prevented from leaning against the container lower part 52 and bending. Therefore, the upright position of the pet sheet 2 is maintained, so that the pet sheet 2 can be easily removed according to this packaging container 1.
- the multiple pet sheets 2 are placed in the packaging container 1 in a state where they are folded in half so that the back sheet 42 is placed on the inside, but if the back sheet 42 is made of a resin film, the multiple pet sheets 2 may be placed in the packaging container 1 in a state where they are folded in half so that the top sheet 41 is placed on the inside. Since the hook-and-loop fastener 48 does not easily stick to the resin film, even if multiple pet sheets 2 are lined up in the width direction X inside the packaging container 1 in a state where they are folded in half so that the back sheet 42 is placed on the inside, the hook-and-loop fastener 48 is prevented from sticking to the back sheet 42 of other pet sheets 2.
- FIG. 13 is a perspective view showing a packaging container 1A according to another embodiment. Below, differences from the packaging container 1 shown in FIG. 1 will be mainly described, and overlapping descriptions will be omitted.
- the right opening line 26 formed on the right panel 16 of the packaging container 1A is positioned higher (closer to the top panel 12) than the left opening line 25 formed on the left panel 15. Accordingly, the front opening line 23 and the back opening line 24 of the packaging container 1A extend at an angle relative to the depth direction Y so as to head upward as they approach the right opening line 26.
- the packaging container 1A When a user opens the packaging container 1A along the opening line 20, as shown in FIG. 14, the packaging container 1A is separated into a container upper part 51 including the top panel 12 and a container lower part 52 including the bottom panel 11. At this time, since the front opening line 23 and the back opening line 24 are inclined, the height of the container lower part 52 in the vertical direction Z increases from the left panel 15 toward the right panel 16.
- the packaging container 1A when a large number of pet sheets 2 are stored, the user can easily remove the pet sheets 2 from the left panel 15 side.
- the pet sheets 2 are sequentially removed from the left panel 15 side and the number of pet sheets 2 stored in the packaging container 1A decreases, the pet sheets 2 are supported by the right panel 16 and are less likely to fall over. Therefore, it is easier to maintain the upright position of the right panel 16.
- FIG. 15 is a perspective view showing a packaging container 1B according to another embodiment. Below, differences from the packaging container 1 shown in FIG. 1 will be mainly described, and overlapping descriptions will be omitted.
- the packaging container 1B contains multiple pet sheets 3.
- the multiple pet sheets 3 contained in the packaging container 1B are not folded, and are arranged in the width direction X inside the packaging container 1B in an upright position with their thickness direction facing the width direction X.
- FIG. 16 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the pet sheet 3.
- the pet sheet 3 differs from the pet sheet 2 in that, in addition to the top sheet 41, back sheet 42, and absorbent body 43, the pet sheet 3 further includes an adhesive layer 46 and a release sheet 47.
- the adhesive layer 46 is provided so as to cover the outer surface 42a of the back sheet 42.
- the release sheet 47 covers the back sheet 42 via the adhesive layer 46. With this pet sheet 3, by peeling off the release sheet 47, the back sheet 42 can be attached to the treatment sheet 100 by the adhesive force of the adhesive layer 46.
- FIG. 17 is a left side view of the opened packaging container 1B. As shown in FIG. 17, the distance H1 between the opening line 20 and the top 3a of the pet sheet 3 in the vertical direction Z is smaller than the stiffness of the pet sheet 3 with the release sheet 47. Unlike the pet sheet 2, the pet sheet 3 is not folded in half, but the stiffness is increased by the amount of the release sheet 47.
- the pet sheet 3 is prevented from leaning against the lower part 52 of the container and bending when the packaging container 1B is opened, and the upright position is maintained.
- the distance H1 between the opening line 20 and the top 3a of the pet sheet 3 in the vertical direction Z may be greater than the stiffness of the pet sheet 3 from which the release sheet 47 has been peeled off. In this case, when the packaging container 1B is opened along the opening line 20, the exposed portion of the pet sheet 3 can be increased, so that the pet sheet 3 can be easily removed from the packaging container 1B by pinching it from the thickness direction.
- the packaging containers 1, 1A, 1B contain the pet sheets 2, 3, but the absorbent sheets contained in the packaging containers 1, 1A, 1B are not limited to the pet sheets 2, 3. For example, they may contain a disposal sheet 100.
- the opening line 20 may be a so-called double zipper type perforation including a pair of upper and lower perforations 20a, 20b and a zipper portion 20c formed between the upper and lower pair of perforations 20a, 20b.
- the opening line 20 can be easily broken by pulling the zipper portion 20c.
- the perforation 20a or the perforation 20b of the third part 25c of the left opening line 25 may be formed at a position shifted in the vertical direction Z with respect to the perforation 20a or the perforation 20b of the first part 25a and the second part 25b of the left opening line 25.
- the various embodiments described above can be combined to the extent that there is no contradiction.
