Description
본 개시는 스트링 리페어 장치 및 스트링 리페어 방법에 관한 것이다.
솔라셀, 즉 태양전지는 p-n 접합으로 이루어진 다이오드가 기판에 배치되어 형성된다. 태양광이 솔라셀에 조사되면 전자-정공쌍인 엑시톤(exiton)이 생성되고, 엑시톤이 분리되면서 전자는 n층으로 이동하고, 정공은 p층으로 이동하며, 이에 따라 p-n 접합부에 광기전력이 발생한다.
태빙(tabbing)은 와이어를 이용해 복수 개의 솔라셀을 전기적으로 연결해 하나의 솔라셀 모듈인 스트링을 형성하는 공정이다. 스트링은 복수 개의 솔라셀의 전면과 후면에 복수 개의 와이어가 교대로 배치되어 일렬로 연장된다. 하나의 솔라셀의 전면에 배치된 와이어는 인접하는 솔라셀의 후면에 배치된 후 다음 솔라셀의 전면에 배치되는 방식으로 교대로 배치된다.
그런데 종래에는 스트링에 포함된 일부 솔라셀이 불량이거나, 솔라셀에 파손이 발생하거나, 솔라셀에 와이어가 제대로 접합되지 않는 경우, 사람이 직접 스트링에서 해당 솔라셀을 제거하고 새로운 솔라셀로 교체해야 하는 번거로움이 있다.
특히 불량 솔라셀을 새로운 솔라셀로 교체한 후 와이어를 새로운 솔라셀에 부착할 때, 사람이 직접 와이어를 부착해야 하기 때문에 안전 문제가 발생하거나 작업 효율이 떨어지는 문제가 있다. 또한 종래에는 사람이 직접 와이어에 도포된 솔더를 열풍 등으로 가열하여 용융시킨 후 솔라셀에 부착하기 때문에 작업 속도가 느리고 와이어 부착 품질이 떨어지는 문제가 있다.
본 개시의 여러 실시예들에 따른 스트링 리페어 장치 및 스트링 리페어 방법은 스트링의 리페어 공정을 자동화하고, 리페어 공정 시 와이어를 솔라셀에 용이하고 확실하게 부착할 수 있는 스트링 리페어 장치 및 스트링 리페어 방법을 제공할 수 있다.

상기 접합 장치는 상기 교체된 솔라셀의 일측에 인접한 솔라셀의 복수 개의 와이어를 상기 교체된 솔라셀의 복수 개의 제1열의 프린팅 영역에 접합하고, 상기 교체된 솔라셀의 복수 개의 와이어를 상기 교체된 솔라셀의 타측에 인접한 솔라셀의 복수 개의 제1열의 프린팅 영역에 접합할 수 있다.

상기 가열부는 상기 코어와 동일한 개수로 구비되는 복수 개의 삽입부 및 인접한 삽입부를 연결하며 소정의 간격으로 이격되어 있는 복수 개의 지지부를 포함하고, 상기 복수 개의 코어는 상기 삽입부에 삽입되는 내측부 및 상기 내측부를 둘러싸도록 배치되며 소정의 간격으로 이격되어 있는 복수 개의 외측부를 각각 포함할 수 있다.
상기 내측부는 원기둥 형상을 가지며 상기 삽입부의 직경과 동일하거나 그보다 작은 직경을 갖고, 상기 복수 개의 지지부는 상기 복수 개의 외측부 사이의 간격에 삽입될 수 있다.
상기 접합 장치는 상기 복수 개의 코어 및 상기 가열부에 배치되는 절연성의 충진 부재를 더 포함할 수 있다.

검사 장치(3)는 태빙 장치(2)에서 만들어진 스트링(S)의 불량 또는 이물을 검사할 수 있다. 예를 들어 검사 장치(3)는 비전 카메라를 이용해 스트링(S)의 전면과 후면 전체를 촬영하여 솔라셀(C)이 손상되었는지, 와이어(W)와 솔라셀(C)의 연결이 양호한지, 솔라셀(C)에 이물이 있는지 등을 검사할 수 있다. 검사 결과가 정상일 경우, 스트링(S)은 별도의 리페어 공정 없이 다음 공정으로 이송될 수 있다. 만약 검사 결과가 불량일 경우, 스트링(S)은 스트링 리페어 장치(1)로 이송될 수 있다. 또한 검사 장치(3)는 리페어가 완료된 스트링(S)에 대해서도 검사를 실시해, 리페어가 제대로 되었는지 검사할 수 있다.
스트링 리페어 장치(1)는 검사 장치(3)에서 불량으로 판정된 스트링(S)을 보수 및 교체할 수 있다. 예를 들어 스트링 리페어 장치(1)는 스트링(S)에 포함된 복수 개의 솔라셀(C) 중 검사 장치(3)가 불량 솔라셀(NC)로 판정한 솔라셀(C)을 양호한 솔라셀(GC)로 교체할 수 있다.
스트링 리페어 장치(1)는 스테이지(10), 이동 가이드(20), 정렬 장치(30), 분리 장치(40), 접합 장치(50), 로봇 암(60), 운반 장치(70), 매거진(80) 및 컨트롤러(90)를 포함할 수 있다.
스테이지(10)는 스트링 리페어 장치(1)의 일측에 제1방향(예를 들어 도 1의 X축 방향)으로 배치되어 스트링(S)을 지지할 수 있다. 스테이지(10)는 스트링(S)을 지지하기 위한 기구적 장치(예를 들어 그리퍼 또는 클램핑 수단)를 포함하거나, 흡착 방식으로 스트링(S)을 지지할 수 있다. 검사 장치(3)에서 스트링(S)이 불량으로 판정되면 운반 장치(70)는 스트링(S)을 스테이지(10)의 상면에 안착시킬 수 있다.
예를 들어 스테이지(10)는 세 부분으로 분할될 수 있다. 중심부에 위치한 스테이지(10)에 교체 대상이 되는 불량 솔라셀(NC)이 위치하고, 나머지 양측의 스테이지(10)에 나머지 양호한 솔라셀(GC)이 각각 위치할 수 있다. 또는 스트링(S)에 포함된 불량 솔라셀(NC)이 제1방향으로 가장 앞에 위치해 있거나 가장 뒤에 위치한 솔라셀(C)인 경우, 불량 솔라셀(NC)은 어느 하나의 스테이지(10)에 안착되고 나머지 양호한 솔라셀(GC)은 나머지 스테이지(10)에 안착되며 하나의 스테이지(10)는 비어있는 상태일 수 있다.
예를 들어 스테이지(10)는 높이 방향으로 승강하여 불량 솔라셀(NC)의 높이를 인접한 양호한 솔라셀(GC)의 높이와 조절할 수 있다. 도 2a에 나타낸 바와 같이, 스트링(S)에 포함된 복수 개의 솔라셀(C)은 스테이지(10)에 안착될 수 있으며 이때 스테이지(10)에 포함된 세 부분은 모두 동일한 높이로 위치할 수 있다. 그리고 도 2b에 나타낸 바와 같이, 불량 솔라셀(NC)이 위치한 스테이지를 기준으로 전방과 후방(예를 들어 도 2b의 좌측과 우측)으로 인접한 두 스테이지(10)가 각각 상승 및 하강하여 불량 솔라셀(NC)과 인접한 두 양호한 솔라셀(GC) 사이에 높이 차이를 형성할 수 있다. 이와 같이 불량 솔라셀(NC)과 인접한 양호한 솔라셀(GC)을 연결하는 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 절단하기 쉽도록 스테이지(10)의 높이가 조절될 수 있다. 스테이지(10)는 그 자체가 높이 방향으로 이동하거나 틸팅 동작을 통해 높이를 조절할 수 있다.
스테이지(10)는 제1방향(예를 들어 도 1의 X축 방향)으로도 이동 가능할 수 있다. 불량 솔라셀(NC)이 안착된 스테이지(10)를 중심으로 양측에 위치한 스테이지(10)들이 길이 방향으로 전진 또는 후퇴할 수 있다.
불량 솔라셀(NC)이 안착된 스테이지(10)는 회전 가능할 수 있다. 예를 들어 도 2e에 나타낸 바와 같이, 와이어(W)가 절단되고 나서 불량 솔라셀(NC)을 배출하기 위해 스테이지(10)는 시계 방향 또는 반시계 방향으로 회전할 수 있다. 이에 따라 스테이지(10)에 안착된 불량 솔라셀(NC)이 스테이지(10)에서 배출되고, 다시 스테이지(10)가 원래 위치로 회전한 뒤에 새로운 양호한 솔라셀(GC)이 스테이지(10)에 안착될 수 있다.
이동 가이드(20)는 각각의 스트링 리페어 공정에 따라 정렬 장치(30), 분리 장치(40) 및 접합 장치(50)를 지정된 경로를 따라 이동시킬 수 있다. 또한 이동 가이드(20)는 스트링(S)에서 불량 솔라셀(NC)이 제거된 후 매거진(80)에 적재된 양호한 솔라셀(GC)을 불량 솔라셀(NC)이 있던 위치로 이동시킬 수 있다.
이동 가이드(20)는 제1수평가이드(21), 제2수평가이드(22), 제1이동헤드(23), 제2이동헤드(25), 제3수평가이드(27) 및 제3이동헤드(29)를 포함할 수 있다.
제1수평가이드(21)는 스테이지(10)와 나란히 제1방향(예를 들어 도 1의 X축 방향)으로 연장되며 스테이지(10)와 이격될 수 있다. 제1수평가이드(21)에는 제1이동헤드(23)가 연결되며, 제1이동헤드(23)는 제1수평가이드(21)를 따라 이동하면서 스테이지(10)에 놓인 스트링(S)에 작업을 실시할 수 있다.
제2수평가이드(22)는 스테이지(10)를 기준으로 제1수평가이드(21)의 반대측에 위치하며 스테이지(10)와 나란할 수 있다. 제2수평가이드(22)에는 제2이동헤드(25)가 연결되며, 제2이동헤드(25)는 제2수평가이드(22)를 따라 이동하면서 스테이지(10)에 놓인 스트링(S)에 작업을 실시할 수 있다.
제1이동헤드(23)에는 정렬 장치(30) 및 분리 장치(40)가 연결될 수 있다. 예를 들어 도 1에 나타낸 바와 같이, 제1이동헤드(23)의 일측에는 정렬 장치(30)가 연결되고 정렬 장치(30)의 반대측인 타측에는 분리 장치(40)가 연결될 수 있다. 따라서 제1이동헤드(23)가 이동하면 제1이동헤드(23)에 배치된 정렬 장치(30)와 분리 장치(40)가 함께 이동할 수 있다. 제1이동헤드(23)는 분리 장치(40)가 스트링(S) 중 불량 솔라셀(NC)의 분리하고자 하는 와이어(W) 상에 위치하도록 이동할 수 있다. 그리고 제1이동헤드(23)는 정렬 장치(30)가 커터(67)에 의해 절단된 와이어(W) 상에 위치하도록 이동할 수 있다. 또한 제1이동헤드(23)는 높이 방향(Z축 방향)으로 이동하여 장착된 정렬 장치(30) 및 분리 장치(40)를 동시에 또는 개별적으로 승강시킬 수 있다.
제1이동헤드(23)는 복수 개의 제1이동헤드(23)를 포함하며, 각각의 제1이동헤드(23)에 정렬 장치(30)와 분리 장치(40)가 연결될 수 있다. 또는 제1이동헤드(23)는 복수 개의 제1이동헤드(23)를 포함하며, 복수 개의 제1이동헤드(23)에는 각각 하나의 정렬 장치(30) 또는 하나의 분리 장치(40)가 연결될 수 있다.
제2이동헤드(25)에는 접합 장치(50)가 연결될 수 있다. 예를 들어 제2이동헤드(25)는 정렬 장치(30)에 의해 정렬된 와이어(W)로 이동하여 접합 장치(50)가 절단된 와이어(W) 및 새로운 양호한 솔라셀(GC)에 부착된 와이어(W) 상에 위치하도록 할 수 있다. 또한 제2이동헤드(25)는 높이 방향(Z축 방향)으로 이동하여 장착된 접합 장치(50)를 승강시킬 수 있다. 또는 제2이동헤드(25)는 복수 개의 제2이동헤드(25)를 포함할 수 있다.
제3수평가이드(27)는 스테이지(10)와 나란히 제1방향으로 연장되며 제1수평가이드(21)와 인접할 수 있다. 또는 제3수평가이드(27)는 제2수평가이드(22) 측에 연결될 수도 있다. 제3수평가이드(27)에는 제3이동헤드(29)가 연결되며, 제3이동헤드(29)는 제3수평가이드(27)를 따라 이동하면서 매거진(80)에 적재된 양호한 솔라셀(GC)을 지지하여 불량 솔라셀(NC)이 있던 위치로 이동시킬 수 있다.
정렬 장치(30)는 이동 가이드(20)를 따라 이동하면서 스테이지(10)에 놓인 스트링(S)의 와이어(W)를 정렬할 수 있다. 정렬 장치(30)는 스테이지(10)에서 불량 솔라셀(NC)이 배출되고 양호한 솔라셀(GC)이 스테이지(10)에 위치하면 다른 솔라셀(C)에 부착된 와이어(W)와 인접한 두 솔라셀(GC)에 부착된 와이어(W)를 정렬할 수 있다.
정렬 장치(30)는 교체된 솔라셀(GC)에 부착된 복수 개의 와이어(W)와, 교체된 솔라셀(GC)과 인접한 두 솔라셀(GC)의 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 복수 개의 프린팅 영역(PA)에 각각 정렬시킬 수 있다. 또한 정렬 장치(30)는 접합 장치(50)가 와이어(W)를 접합할 때 접합 장치(50)와 인접한 위치에서 와이어(W)를 지지할 수 있다. 정렬 장치(30)는 제1수평가이드(21)와 연결된 제1이동헤드(23)에 연결될 수 있다.
정렬 장치(30)는 교체된 솔라셀(GC)의 복수 개의 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA)에, 교체된 솔라셀(GC)과 일측으로 인접한 솔라셀(GC)(예를 들어 도 3 및 도 4를 기준으로 교체된 솔라셀(GC)의 전방에 위치하는 솔라셀(GC))의 복수 개의 와이어(W)가 위치하도록 정렬할 수 있다. 또한 정렬 장치(30)는 교체된 솔라셀(GC)의 타측으로 인접한 솔라셀(GC)(예를 들어 도 3 및 도 4를 기준으로 교체된 솔라셀(GC)의 후방에 위치하는 솔라셀(GC))의 복수 개의 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA)에 교체된 솔라셀(GC)에 부착된 복수 개의 와이어(W)가 위치하도록 정렬할 수 있다.
정렬 장치(30)는 솔라셀(C)의 상면에서 소정의 높이만큼 이격된 위치까지 1차 하강하여 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 아래로 정렬할 수 있다. 그리고 정렬 장치(30)는 하단이 솔라셀(C)의 상면과 접촉하도록 2차 하강한 후 복수 개의 와이어(W)가 복수 개의 프린팅 영역(PA) 중 복수 개의 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA) 내에 위치하도록 제2방향으로 정렬할 수 있다.
정렬 장치(30)는 교체된 솔라셀(CG)의 복수 개의 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA)에 대응되는 제1위치(P1)에서 1차 하강할 수 있다. 그리고 정렬 장치(30)는 후방으로 소정의 거리만큼 이동하여 제2위치(P2)에서 2차 하강하여 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 솔라셀(C)의 상면에 가압한 후, 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 폭 방향으로 정렬할 수 있다(예를 들어 도 2g 및 도 2h). 또한 정렬 장치(30)는 교체된 솔라셀(CG)의 타측에 인접한 솔라셀(GC)의 복수 개의 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA)에 대응되는 제3위치(P3)에서 1차 하강 후 후방으로 소정의 거리만큼 이동하여 제4위치(P4)에서 2차 하강하여 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 솔라셀(C)의 상면에 가압한 후, 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 폭 방향으로 정렬할 수 있다(도 2i 및 도 2j).
분리 장치(40)는 솔라셀(C)에 부착된 와이어(W)를 제거할 수 있다. 분리 장치(40)는 제1이동헤드(23)에 장착되며 불량 솔라셀(NC)에 부착된 솔라셀(C)을 제거하는 데 이용될 수 있다. 예를 들어 도 2b에 나타낸 바와 같이, 불량 솔라셀(NC)을 기준으로 양측의 양호한 솔라셀(C)을 지지하는 스테이지(10)가 각각 상승 및 하강한 상태에서 분리 장치(40)가 불량 솔라셀(NC)의 위로 이동할 수 있다. 여기서 분리 장치(40)는 불량 솔라셀(NC)의 단부(예를 들어 도 2b의 좌측 단부)에 인접할 수 있다. 분리 장치(40)는 불량 솔라셀(NC)의 단부에서 가장 가까운 프린팅 영역(PA)에 부착된 와이어(W)에 대응되도록 위치할 수 있다. 분리 장치(40)는 불량 솔라셀(NC)의 전방에 위치한 양호한 솔라셀(GC)에서 연장되는 복수 개의 와이어(W)가 불량 솔라셀(NC)의 단부에서 가장 가까운, 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA)를 지나 불량 솔라셀(NC)의 상면에서 분리되도록 할 수 있다. 따라서 양호한 솔라셀(GC)의 와이어(W)를 충분히 길게 확보하여, 와이어(W)가 새로운 양호한 솔라셀(GC)의 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA)에 안정적으로 접합되도록 할 수 있다.
분리 장치(40)는 열풍기일 수 있다. 분리 장치(40)는 고온의 공기 또는 소정의 분위기를 만족하는 기체를 와이어(W) 상에 분사하여, 와이어(W)와 솔라셀(C) 간의 솔더를 용융시켜 와이어(W)를 솔라셀(C)에서 분리할 수 있다.
분리 장치(40)는 하나의 솔라셀(C)에 부착되는 복수 개의 와이어(W)와 동일한 개수로 구비될 수 있다. 분리 장치(40)는 12개의 배출구를 통해 12개의 와이어(W)에 열풍을 동시에 분사할 수 있다. 또는 분리 장치(40)는 하나의 솔라셀(C)에 부착되는 복수 개의 와이어(W)보다 적은 개수로 구비될 수 있다. 분리 장치(40)는 6개의 배출구를 통해 6개의 와이어(W)에 열풍을 분사한 후 이동하여 나머지 6개의 와이어(W)에 재차 열풍을 분사할 수 있다.
접합 장치(50)는 정렬 장치(30)에 의해 정렬된 와이어(W)를 새로운 양호한 솔라셀(GC)에 접합할 수 있다. 예를 들어 도 2h에 나타낸 바와 같이, 불량 솔라셀(NC)이 양호한 솔라셀(GC)로 교체된 후에, 전방의 양호한 솔라셀(GC)에서 연장되는 복수 개의 와이어(W)가 정렬 장치(30)에 의해 불량 솔라셀(NC)의 복수 개의 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA) 상에 정렬될 수 있다. 그리고 접합 장치(50)가 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 교체된 양호한 솔라셀(GC)의 복수 개의 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA)에 접합할 수 있다. 또한 도 2j에 나타낸 바와 같이, 교체된 양호한 솔라셀(GC)에서 연장되는 복수 개의 와이어(W)가 후방의 양호한 솔라셀(GC)의 복수 개의 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA) 상에 정렬 장치(30)에 의해 정렬될 수 있다. 그리고 접합 장치(50)가 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 양호한 솔라셀(GC)의 복수 개의 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA)에 접합할 수 있다.
접합 장치(50)는 고주파 용접 방식의 접합 장치일 수 있다. 접합 장치(50)는 고주파 전류를 통해 복수 개의 와이어(W)에 도포된 솔더를 용융시켜 프린팅 영역(PA)에 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 접합할 수 있다.
접합 장치(50)는 하나의 솔라셀(C)에 부착되는 복수 개의 와이어(W)와 동일한 개수로 구비될 수 있다. 접합 장치(50)는 12개의 와이어(W)를 동시에 솔라셀(C)에 접합할 수 있다. 또는 접합 장치(50)는 하나의 솔라셀(C)에 부착되는 복수 개의 와이어(W)보다 적은 개수로 구비될 수 있다. 접합 장치(50)는 6개의 와이어(W)를 솔라셀(C)에 접합한 후 이동하여 나머지 6개의 와이어(W)를 재차 솔라셀(C)에 접합할 수 있다.
접합 장치(50)는 제1하우징(51), 제2하우징(52), 연결부(53), 코어(54), 가열부(55) 및 평판부(56)를 포함할 수 있다.
예를 들어 도 5에 나타낸 바와 같이, 제1하우징(51)은 접합 장치(50)의 하부에 배치되며 접합 장치(50)의 다른 구성을 지지 및 보유할 수 있다. 제1하우징(51)은 내부 공간을 구비하는 직육면체 또는 이와 유사한 형상을 가지며 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 향하는 저면은 적어도 일부가 개방된 상태일 수 있다. 제1하우징(51)의 내부에는 복수 개의 코어(54)와 복수 개의 코어(54)를 감싸는 가열부(55)가 있고, 제1하우징(51)의 저면에 평판부(56)가 있을 수 있다. 또한 제1하우징(51)의 일측으로 삽입된 연결부(53)가 가열부(55)로 전류를 전달할 수 있다.
제2하우징(52)은 제1하우징(51)의 위에 배치되어 접합 장치(50)를 제어하기 위한 장치와, 컨트롤러(90) 등 외부 장치와 통신하기 위한 통신 장치를 포함할 수 있다.
연결부(53)는 일측이 가열부(55)와 연결되고 타측이 외부 전원과 연결되어 가열부(55)로 전류를 전달할 수 있다. 연결부(53)는 일부가 제1하우징(51)의 내부에 삽입되어 가열부(55)와 연결되고, 나머지 일부는 위로 연장되어 외부 전원과 연결될 수 있다. 연결부(53)는 얇은 플레이트로서 금속으로 이루어질 수 있다. 예를 들어 연결부(53)에서 가열부(55)로 흐르는 전류는 고주파 전류로서, 주파수는 800khz 이상, 830khz 이상 또는 900khz 이상일 수 있다. 또한 전류의 출력은 0.5kw 이상, 0.7kw 이상 또는 0.9kw 이상일 수 있다.
코어(54)는 제1하우징(51)의 일측에 복수 개 구비되며 가열부(55)에 의해 적어도 일부가 감싸진 형태로 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어 도 5 및 도 6에 나타낸 바와 같이, 코어(54)는 제1하우징(51)의 하부에 제1방향(예를 들어 도 5의 X축 방향)으로 이격된 복수 개의 코어(54)를 포함할 수 있다. 접합 장치(50)가 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 솔라셀(C)에 접합하기 위한 위치에 도달했을 때, 각각의 코어(54)는 각각의 프린팅 영역(PA)에 대응되도록 위치할 수 있다. 따라서 도 6에 나타낸 바와 같이, 두 가닥의 와이어(W)가 하나의 코어(54)에 대응될 수 있다. 코어(54)의 개수는 접합 장치(50)가 한번에 접합하고자 하는 프린팅 영역(PA)의 개수와 동일할 수 있다. 예를 들어 코어(54)는 총 6개이며, 접합 장치(50)는 2번에 걸쳐 12개의 프린팅 영역(PA)에 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 접합할 수 있다. 또는 코어(54)는 12개의 코어(54)를 포함하고, 접합 장치(50)는 1번의 접합 동작으로 12개의 프린팅 영역(PA)에 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 접합할 수 있다.
코어(54)의 외측에는 가열부(55)가 있으며, 가열부(55)에 전류가 흐르면 코어(54)가 가열될 수 있다. 코어(54)는 자속 밀도를 집중시켜 와이어(W)를 가열할 수 있다. 예를 들어 도 6에 나타낸 바와 같이, 가열부(55)에 고주파 전류가 흐르면 코어(54)를 중심으로 방사형의 고주파 파형이 형성되며, 코어(54)의 중심부가 고주파 세기가 가장 강하고 온도도 가장 높을 수 있다.
코어(54)의 중심부에 대응되는 위치에서 와이어(W)와 프린팅 영역(PA)의 접합이 이루어질 수 있다. 예를 들어 도 6에 나타낸 바와 같이, 접합 장치(50)는 한 쌍의 와이어(W)가 각각의 코어(54)에 대응되도록 위치한 상태에서 접합 동작을 실시할 수 있다. 여기서 한 쌍의 와이어(W)는 교체된 솔라셀(GC)의 와이어(W)와 인접한 양호한 솔라셀(GC)의 와이어(W)일 수 있다. 또한 한 쌍의 와이어(W)는 코어(54)의 중심부에 위치하되, 서로 이격된 상태를 유지할 수 있다. 한 쌍의 와이어(W)는 길이 방향으로 적어도 일부가 코어(54)를 지날 수 있다.
코어(54)는 내열성과 전기 저항이 높은 강자성체일 수 있다. 예를 들어 코어(54)는 페라이트로 이루어지며 세라믹으로 소결될 수 있다. 코어(54)는 비투자율이 1 이상, 전기 저항율이 1Ωm 이상일 수 있다.
코어(54)는 원기둥 형상을 가지며 일부는 가열부(55)의 내측에 삽입되고 나머지 일부는 가열부(55)의 외측에 배치될 수 있다. 예를 들어 도 7에 나타낸 바와 같이, 코어(54)는 내측부(541) 및 외측부(542)를 포함할 수 있다. 내측부(541)는 코어(54)의 반경 방향으로 중심부에 형성되며 가열부(55)의 삽입부(551)와 동일한 높이를 가질 수 있다. 내측부(541)는 가열부(55)의 삽입부(551)에 삽입되며 가열부(55)에 고주파 전류가 흐르면 가열되어 와이어(W)에 도포된 솔더를 용융시켜 와이어(W)를 프린팅 영역(PA)에 접합할 수 있다.
내측부(541)는 직경 D1을 갖는 원기둥 형상을 포함할 수 있다. 내측부(514)의 직경 D1은 삽입부(551)의 직경 D2와 동일하거나 그보다 클 수 있다. 예를 들어 D1이 D2와 동일하여 내측부(541)의 외주면이 삽입부(551)의 내주면과 접촉하여 내측부(541)가 삽입부(551)에 끼워 지지될 수 있다. 또는 내측부(541)가 삽입부(551)에 원활히 삽탈되도록 D1은 D2보다 작을 수 있다. 예를 들어, D2는 D1의 약 1.05배 내지 약 1.2배일 수 있다. D1은 1 내지 10 mm이고, D2는 D1보다 0.5 내지 2 mm 더 클 수 있다.
외측부(542)는 내측부(541)의 외주면에서 일정한 간격만큼 이격되어 내측부(541)의 적어도 일부를 감쌀 수 있다. 코어(54)가 가열부(55)에 삽입된 상태에서 외측부(542)는 삽입부(551)의 외측에 있을 수 있다. 외측부(542)는 1개의 내측부(541)의 주위에 복수 개 배열될 수 있다. 예를 들어 도 7에 나타낸 바와 같이, 한 쌍의 외측부(542)가 1개의 내측부(541)를 기준으로 서로 대향할 수 있다. 한 쌍의 외측부(542)는 소정의 간격으로 이격되며, 상기 간격 사이에 삽입부(551)와 삽입부(551)를 연결하는 지지부(552)가 끼워질 수 있다.
가열부(55)는 일측이 연결부(53)와 연결되며 연결부(53)로부터 전류를 공급받아 가열될 수 있다. 가열부(55)는 복수 개의 코어(54)를 지지하며 제1하우징(51)의 하부에 있을 수 있다. 가열부(55)는 금속 등과 같은 전도성 재질일 수 있다.
가열부(55)는 삽입부(551), 지지부(552), 제1단부(553) 및 제2단부(554)를 포함할 수 있다.
삽입부(551)는 코어(54)를 지지하며 코어(54)와 동일한 개수로 구비될 수 있다. 예를 들어도 7에 나타낸 바와 같이, 삽입부(551)는 코어(54)의 내측부(541)를 감싸도록 코어(54)와 동축 상에 있으며 원형일 수 있다. 삽입부(551)가 내측부(541)를 감싼 상태에서 가열부(55)에 고주파 전류가 흐르면 코어(54)가 가열될 수 있다. 삽입부(551)의 내주면은 내측부(541)의 외주면과 접하거나 그로부터 반경 방향으로 이격될 수 있고, 삽입부(551)의 외주면은 외측부(542)의 내측면을 마주 볼 수 있다.
지지부(552)는 인접하는 2개의 삽입부(551) 사이에 있을 수 있다. 지지부(552)는 평행한 한 쌍의 플레이트로서 2개의 삽입부(551)를 서로 물리적 및 전기적으로 연결할 수 있다. 지지부(552)의 한 쌍의 플레이트는 서로 접촉하여 단락이 발생하지 않도록 간격 G만큼 이격될 수 있다. 간격 G는 0.5 내지 5 mm일 수 있다. 예를 들어 간격 G는 1 내지 2 mm일 수 있다.
제1부분(553)은 가열부(55)의 단부(예를 들어 도 7의 좌측 단부)에서 연장되며 제2부분(554)은 제1부분(553)에서 연장될 수 있다. 제2부분(554)은 연결부(53)와 연결되어 전류를 가열부(55)의 다른 구성요소로로 전달할 수 있다. 제1부분(553) 및 제2부분(554)은 전체적으로 T자 형상을 가질 수 있다.
예를 들어 도 8에 나타낸 바와 같이, 코어(54)와 가열부(55)는 각각의 하단이 동일한 평면 상에 위치할 수 있다. 또는 코어(54)의 하단이 가열부(55)의 하단보다 아래에 위치할 수 있다.
평판부(56)는 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 마주 보도록 제1하우징(51)의 아래에 있을 수 있다. 평판부(56)는 넓은 플레이트 형상의 부재로서 상면은 복수 개의 코어(54) 및/또는 가열부(55)를 향하고, 하면은 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 향할 수 있다. 평판부(56)는 내열성이 우수한 재질로 이루어지며, 예를 들어 지르코니아로 이루어질 수 있다.
평판부(56)는 복수 개의 와이어(W)와 직접 접촉할 수 있다. 예를 들어 도 9에 나타낸 바와 같이, 평판부(56)는 프린팅 영역(PA)에 있는 두 가닥의 와이어(W)와 접촉하며 그 위에는 코어(54)의 내측부(541)가 있을 수 있다. 도 9에는 평판부(56)의 상면이 내측부(541)와 접촉하는 것으로 나타냈으나, 접합 장치(50)가 후술하는 충진 부재(57)를 포함할 경우, 평판부(56)와 내측부(541)는 충진 부재(57)에 의해 이격될 수 있다.
평판부(56)는 가장자리가 제1하우징(51)에 지지되어 있으므로, 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 균일하게 가압할 수 있다. 평판부(56)는 코어(54) 및/또는 가열부(55)가 직접 와이어(W)를 가열하는 경우에 비해 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 안정적으로 가열할 수 있다. 평판부(56)는 제1하우징(51)의 저면보다 작은 길이와 폭을 가질 수 있다. 또는 평판부(56)는 복수 개의 와이어(W)와 접촉하지 않도록 높이 방향으로 복수 개의 와이어(W)와 이격될 수 있다.
접합 장치(50)는 충진 부재(57)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어 도 8에 나타낸 바와 같이, 충진 부재(57)는 제1하우징(51)의 내부에 충진되어 코어(54)와 가열부(55) 사이에 있을 수 다. 접합 장치(50)는 외부 충격 등으로 인해 코어(54) 및 가열부(55)가 단락되지 않도록 하며, 내열성과 절연성이 우수한 물질을 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어 충진 부재(57)는 에폭시와 같은 비전도성의 수지 계열 물질일 수 있다. 충진 부재(57)는 제1하우징(51)의 내측면과 평판부(56)에 의해 구획되는 영역에 있을 수 있다. 또한 충진 부재(57)는 코어(54)와 가열부(55)의 하부를 감싸도록 코어(54) 및 가열부(55)와 평판부(56) 사이에 있을 수 있다.
접합 장치(50)는 접합 과정에서 일부가 정렬 장치(30)에 지지될 수 있다. 예를 들어 도 10에 나타낸 바와 같이, 정렬 장치(30)가 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 정렬한 상태에서 접합 장치(50)는 제1하우징(51)의 저면 일부가 정렬 장치(30)와 접촉할 수 있다. 여기서 정렬 장치(30)는 제2위치(P2)에 있고 접합 장치(50)는 제1위치(P1)(도 2h)에 있거나, 정렬 장치(30)는 제4위치(P4)에 있고 접합 장치(50)는 제3위치(P3)(도 2j)에 있을 수 있다. 예를 들어 정렬 장치(30)는 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 높이 방향과 폭 방향으로 정렬하기 위해 제1정렬플레이트(37) 및 제2정렬플레이트(39)를 포함할 수 있다. 그리고 접합 장치(50)의 제1하우징(51)의 저면 가장자리는 제1정렬플레이트(37) 및/또는 제2정렬플레이트(39)에 지지될 수 있다. 접합 장치(50)가 정렬 장치(30)에 지지됨으로써 접합 장치(50)는 보다 안정적으로 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 접합할 수 있다.
로봇 암(60)은 스테이지(10)의 일측에 배치되어 검사 동작, 절단 동작, 접합 동작 등을 실시할 수 있다. 예를 들어 로봇 암(60)은 6축 로봇으로서 비전 카메라(61), 단일 커터(63), 단일 접합 장치(65) 및 커터(67)를 포함할 수 있다. 도 1에 나타낸 바와 같이, 비전 카메라(61), 단일 커터(63), 단일 접합 장치(65) 및 커터(67)는 시계 방향 또는 반시계 방향을 따라 위치하며, 로봇 암(60)이 90도씩 회전하면서 각각의 구성요소를 스트링(S) 상의 공정 위치에 위치시킬 수 있다.
비전 카메라(61)는 스트링 리페어의 각 공정이 종료된 후 해당 공정이 제대로 진행되었는지 검사할 수 있다. 예를 들어 비전 카메라(61)는 커터(67)에 의한 와이어(W) 절단 공정 후 와이어(W)의 절단면을 확인하여 와이어(W)가 제대로 절단되었는지 판단할 수 있다. 또한 비전 카메라(61)는 접합 장치(50)에 의해 와이어(W)가 솔라셀(C)에 제대로 부착되었는지 확인할 수 있다. 이 외에도 필요에 따라 비전 카메라(61)는 스트링 리페어의 다른 공정을 확인하는 데 이용될 수 있다. 예를 들어 비전 카메라(61)는 스트링(S)이 스테이지(10)에 제대로 안착되었는지, 분리 장치(40)에 의해 와이어(W)가 제대로 분리되었는지, 불량 솔라셀(NC)이 배출되고 새로운 양호한 솔라셀(GC)이 안착되었는지 등을 검사할 수 있다.
단일 커터(63)와 커터(67)는 와이어(W)를 절단할 수 있다. 예를 들어 분리 장치(40)가 와이어(W)를 분리시키고 나면, 도 2c에 나타낸 바와 같이 커터(67)가 불량 솔라셀(NC)의 상면에서 분리된 와이어(W)를 절단할 수 있다. 커터(67)는 하나의 솔라셀(C)에 부착되는 복수 개의 와이어(W)와 동일한 개수로 구비될 수 있다. 또는 커터(67)는 하나의 솔라셀(C)에 부착되는 복수 개의 와이어(W)보다 적은 개수로 구비될 수 있다. 커터(67)의 블레이드 개수는 4개이며, 커터(67)는 세 차례의 절단 동작을 통해 12개의 와이어(W)를 절단할 수 있다.
또한 도 2c에 나타낸 바와 같이, 커터(67)는 불량 솔라셀(NC)의 상면에서 분리된 와이어(W)를 절단한 후, 불량 솔라셀(NC)의 와이어(W)가 연장되는 양호한 솔라셀(GC)로 이동할 수 있다. 커터(67)는 양호한 솔라셀(GC)의 일 단부에서 와이어(W)를 절단할 수 있다.
단일 커터(63)는 커터(67)에 의한 절단 동작이 완료된 후, 비전 카메라(61)가 와이어(W)의 절단면을 검사한 후에 절단이 제대로 이루어지지 않은 것으로 판정되면 추가 절단 동작을 실시할 수 있다. 예를 들어 단일 커터(63)는 하나의 와이어(W)를 절단할 수 있도록 블레이드를 구비할 수 있다. 비전 카메라(61)가 복수 개의 와이어(W) 중 절단이 제대로 이루어지지 않은 와이어(W)를 감지하면, 단일 커터(63)는 해당 와이어(W)로 이동하여 다시 1개씩 절단 동작을 실시할 수 있다.
단일 접합 장치(65)는 접합 장치(50)에 의한 접합 동작이 완료된 후, 비전 카메라(61)가 와이어(W)의 접합 위치를 검사한 후에 접합이 제대로 이루어지지 않은 것으로 판정되면 추가 접합 동작을 실시할 수 있다. 예를 들어 단일 접합 장치(65)는 하나의 와이어(W)를 솔라셀(C)에 접합할 수 있는 고주파 용접 방식의 접합 장치로서, 접합 장치(50)와 동일한 원리로 작동할 수 있다. 비전 카메라(61)가 복수 개의 와이어(W) 중 접합이 제대로 이루어지지 않은 와이어(W)를 감지하면, 단일 접합 장치(65)는 해당 와이어(W)로 이동하여 다시 1개씩 접합 동작을 실시할 수 있다.
운반 장치(70)는 스트링 리페어 장치(1)의 외부에 있던 스트링(S)을 내부로 운반하거나, 스트링 리페어 장치(1) 내에서 스트링(S)을 운반할 수 있다. 예를 들어 운반 장치(70)는 검사 장치(3)에서 불량으로 판정된 스트링(S)을 스테이지(10)로 운반시키고, 리페어가 완료된 스테이지(10)를 스트링 리페어 장치(1)의 외부로 운반할 수 있다. 또한 운반 장치(70)는 리페어가 완료된 스테이지(10)를 다시 검사 장치(3)로 운반하여, 스트링(S)이 제대로 리페어되었는지 검사하도록 할 수 있다.
매거진(80)은 복수 개의 양호한 솔라셀(GC)을 보유할 수 있다. 스테이지(10)가 불량 솔라셀(NC)을 배출하면, 제3이동헤드(29)가 매거진(80)에 적재된 양호한 솔라셀(GC)을 지지한 상태에서 배출된 불량 솔라셀(NC)이 있던 위치로 제3수평가이드(27)를 따라 이동할 수 있다. 그리고 해당 위치의 스테이지(10)에 지지하고 있던 양호한 솔라셀(GC)을 위치시킬 수 있다.
컨트롤러(90)는 스트링 리페어 장치(1)의 다른 구성요소와 유무선으로 연결되어 이들 구성요소를 제어할 수 있다. 예를 들어 컨트롤러(90)는 스테이지(10)의 승강 및 전후진 동작을 제어할 수 있다. 또한 컨트롤러(90)는 이동 가이드(20)를 제어하여 정렬 장치(30), 분리 장치(40) 및 접합 장치(50)의 위치를 조절하고, 정렬 장치(30), 분리 장치(40) 및 접합 장치(50)의 각각의 동작을 제어할 수 있다. 또한 컨트롤러(90)는 로봇 암(60)을 제어하여, 비전 카메라(61), 단일 커터(63), 단일 접합 장치(65) 및 커터(67)의 동작을 제어할 수 있다.
컨트롤러(90)는 메모리, 프로세서, 논리 회로, 룩업(look-up) 테이블 등 하나 이상의 마이크로프로세서 또는 다른 제어 장치를 통해 각각의 제어 기능을 실행하는 직접 회로 구조를 이용할 수 있다. 컨트롤러(90)는 특정 논리 기능을 실행하기 위한 하나 이상의 실행 가능한 지시를 포함하는 모듈, 프로그램 또는 코드의 일부로 구현될 수 있다. 컨트롤러(90)는 각각의 기능이나 마이크로프로세서 등을 실행하는 중앙 처리 장치와 같은 프로세서를 포함하거나 이에 의해 구현될 수 있다. 컨트롤러(90)는 외부 장치 등과 데이터를 송수신할 수 있는 통신 장치를 포함할 수 있다. 통신 장치는 디지털 모뎀, RF 모뎀, 안테나 회로, 와이파이 칩 및 관련 소프트웨어 및/또는 펌웨어의 하나 이상의 조합을 포함할 수 있다.
다음 스트링 리페어 장치(1)의 동작과 스트링 리페어 방법을 설명한다.
스트링 리페어 방법은 길이 방향을 따라 복수 개의 열을 이루며 복수 개의 와이어(W)가 각각 부착되어 있는 복수 개의 프린팅 영역(PA)을 포함하는 복수 개의 솔라셀(C) 및 복수 개의 솔라셀(C)을 연결하는 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 포함하는 스트링(S)을 스테이지(10)에 위치시키는 단계, 복수 개의 솔라셀(C) 중 불량 솔라셀(NC)과 불량 솔라셀(NC)과 인접한 두 솔라셀(C) 사이에 연결된 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 절단하는 단계, 불량 솔라셀(NC)을 새로운 솔라셀(C)로 교체하는 단계, 교체된 솔라셀(GC)에 부착된 복수 개의 와이어(W)와 교체된 솔라셀(GC)과 인접한 솔라셀(C)의 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 정렬하는 단계 및 교체된 솔라셀(GC)의 일측에 인접한 솔라셀(C)의 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 교체된 솔라셀(GC)에 접합하고, 교체된 솔라셀(GC)의 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 교체된 솔라셀(GC)의 타측에 인접한 솔라셀(C)에 접합하는 단계를 포함하고, 접합하는 단계는 고주파로 복수 개의 와이어(W)에 도포된 솔더를 용융시킬 수 있다.
스트링 리페어 방법에서 접합하는 단계는 복수 개의 코어(54) 및 복수 개의 코어(54)를 감싸며 전류가 흐르면 가열되는 가열부(55)를 포함하는 접합 장치(50)로 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 접합하되, 복수 개의 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA)에 각각 위치한 복수 개의 와이어(W)가 복수 개의 코어(54)의 중심부에 위치한 상태에서 접합 동작을 실시할 수 있다.
먼저 검사 장치(3)가 스트링(S)을 불량으로 판정하면 컨트롤러(90)는 운반 장치(70)에 신호를 보내고, 운반 장치(70)가 해당 스트링(S)을 스테이지(10)에 안착시킨다(도 2a). 운반 장치(70)는 스트링(S)에 포함된 불량 솔라셀(NC)이 스테이지(10)의 중심부에 위치하도록 하고, 나머지 양호한 솔라셀(GC)들은 스테이지(10)의 다른 부분에 위치하도록 스트링(S)을 운반한다.
다음 컨트롤러(90)는 스테이지(10)에 승강 신호를 보내고 분리 장치(40)를 불량 솔라셀(NC)로 이동시킨다(도 2b). 불량 솔라셀(NC)이 안착된 스테이지(10)를 기준으로 전방에 위치한 스테이지(10)는 상승하고 후방에 위치한 스테이지(10)는 하강하여, 양호한 솔라셀(GC)과 불량 솔라셀(NC) 간의 높이 차리를 형성한다. 그리고 분리 장치(40)가 불량 솔라셀(NC)의 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA)에 대응되도록 위치한 상태에서 와이어(W)를 가열하여, 와이어(W)를 불량 솔라셀(NC)에서 분리한다. 그리고 컨트롤러(90)는 로봇 암(60)에 절단 신호를 보내고, 로봇 암(60)은 와이어(W)가 분리된 위치로 이동해 커터(67)로 와이어(W)를 절단한다. 도 3에 나타낸 바와 같이, 절단된 와이어(W)는 나중에 교체된 솔라셀(GC)의 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA)보다 후방으로 더 길게 연장되도록 절단될 수 있다. 또한 커터(67)는 불량 솔라셀(NC)에서 연장되는 와이어(W)를 불량 솔라셀(NC)의 후방에 위치한 양호한 솔라셀(GC)의 전방 단부에서 절단한다(도 2c 및 도 2d). 커터(67)가 와이어(W)를 절단하는 순서는 반대로 실시되거나, 복수 개의 커터(67)가 동시에 각각의 와이어(W)를 절단할 수도 있다.
커터(67)의 절단이 제대로 이루어졌는지 비전 카메라(61)로 확인할 수 있다. 예를 들어 컨트롤러(90)는 커터(67)의 절단 동작 후 로봇 암(60)에 검사 신호를 보내고, 로봇 암(60)은 와이어(W)의 절단면을 비전 카메라(61)로 확인한다. 와이어(W)가 제대로 절단되었으면 컨트롤러(90)는 다음 공정을 실시한다. 와이어(W)가 제대로 절단되지 않은 경우, 로봇 암(60)은 단일 커터(63)를 이용해 제대로 절단되지 않은 와이어(W)를 개별적으로 절단한다.
그리고 컨트롤러(90)는 스테이지(10)에 배출 신호를 보내고, 불량 솔라셀(NC)을 지지하는 스테이지(10)가 회전하여 불량 솔라셀(NC)을 배출한다(도 2e). 따라서 도 2e에 나타낸 바와 같이 배출된 불량 솔라셀(NC)이 있던 스테이지(10)는 비게 된다. 다음 컨트롤러(90)는 스테이지(10)에 승강 신호를 보내고, 매거진(80) 또는 제3이동헤드(29)에 픽업 신호를 보낸다. 비어있는 스테이지(10)를 기준으로 양측에 위치한 스테이지(10)가 각각 하강 및 상승하여 다시 원래 위치로 돌아오고, 제3이동헤드(29)가 새로운 양호한 솔라셀(GC)을 지지하여 비어있는 스테이지(10)에 안착시킨다(도 2f).
다음 컨트롤러(90)는 정렬 장치(30)에 정렬 신호를 보낸다. 정렬 장치(30)는 불량 솔라셀(NC)의 복수 개의 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA)에 대응되는 위치, 즉 제1위치(P1)으로 이동한 후 1차 하강한다(도 2g). 이에 따라 전방에 위치한 양호한 솔라셀(GC)에서 연장되어 새로운 양호한 솔라셀(GC)의 상부로 뻗어있던 복수 개의 와이어(W)가 아래로 정렬된다. 그리고 다시 정렬 장치(30)가 상승한 후 후방으로 이동하여 제2위치(P2)으로 이동한 후 2차 하강한다. 2차 하강한 정렬 장치(30)는 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 아래로 가압하면서 폭 방향으로 모아, 전방에 위치한 양호한 솔라셀(GC)에서 연장되는 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 복수 개의 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA)에 각각 위치시킨다.
그리고 접합 장치(50)가 컨트롤러(90)의 신호를 받아 제1위치(P1)으로 이동 후 하강한다. 접합 장치(50)는 하나의 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA)에 각각 배치되는 두 가닥의 와이어(W), 즉 전방에 위치한 양호한 솔라셀(GC)에서 연장되는 와이어(W) 및 교체된 양호한 솔라셀(GC)에 부착된 와이어(W)를 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA)에 접합한다(도 2h). 컨트롤러(90)는 외부 전원으로부터 접합 장치(50)로 전류를 공급하고, 전류는 연결부(53)를 거쳐 가열부(55)로 이동하여 코어(54)가 가열될 수 있다. 예를 들어 도 6에 나타낸 바와 같이, 접합 장치(50)의 코어(54)의 중심부에 두 가닥의 와이어(W)가 위치할 수 있다. 여기서 두 가닥의 와이어는 길이 방향으로 코어(54)의 중심부에 중첩되도록 위치하되, 서로 이격하여 배치될 수 있다.
정렬 장치(30)는 다시 후방으로 이동하여 후방에 위치한 양호한 솔라셀(GC)의 제복수 개의 1열의 프린팅 영역(PA)에 대응되는 위치, 즉 제3위치(P3)으로 이동한 후 1차 하강한다(도 2i). 이에 따라 교체된 양호한 솔라셀(GC)에서 연장되어 후방에 위치한 양호한 솔라셀(GC)의 상부로 뻗어있던 복수 개의 와이어(W)가 아래로 정렬된다. 그리고 다시 정렬 장치(30)가 상승한 후 후방으로 이동하여 제4위치(P4)으로 이동한 후 2차 하강한다. 2차 하강한 정렬 장치(30)는 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 아래로 가압하면서 폭 방향으로 모아, 교체된 양호한 솔라셀(GC)에서 연장되는 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 복수 개의 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA)에 각각 위치시킨다.
그리고 접합 장치(50)가 컨트롤러(90)의 신호를 받아 제3위치(P3)으로 이동 후 하강한다. 접합 장치(50)는 하나의 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA)에 각각 배치되는 두 가닥의 와이어(W), 즉 교체된 양호한 솔라셀(GC)에서 연장되는 와이어(W) 및 후방에 위치한 양호한 솔라셀(GC)에 부착된 와이어(W)를 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA)에 접합한다(도 2j). 컨트롤러(90)는 외부 전원으로부터 접합 장치(50)로 전류를 공급하고, 전류는 연결부(53)를 거쳐 가열부(55)로 이동하여 코어(54)가 가열될 수 있다. 예를 들어 도 6에 나타낸 바와 같이, 접합 장치(50)의 코어(54)의 중심부에 두 가닥의 와이어(W)가 위치할 수 있다. 여기서 두 가닥의 와이어는 길이 방향으로 코어(54)의 중심부에 중첩되도록 위치하되, 서로 이격될 수 있다.
접합 장치(50)는 두 차례에 나누어 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 접합할 수 있다. 예를 들어 도 3에 나타낸 바와 같이, 접합 장치(50)는 6개의 코어(54)를 포함하며, 12개의 와이어(W) 중 일측에 위치한 6개의 와이어(W)에 대응되는 제1위치(P1) 또는 제3위치(P3)로 이동할 수 있다. 여기서 정렬 장치(30)는 제2위치(P2) 또는 제4위치(P4)에서 복수 개의 와이어(W)를 정렬한 상태이며, 접합 장치(50)는 적어도 일부가 정렬 장치(30)에 지지된 상태일 수 있다. 6개의 와이어(W)에 대해 접합이 완료되면 접합 장치(50)는 12개의 와이어(W) 중 일측에 위치한 6개의 와이어(W)에 대응되는 제1위치(P1) 또는 제3위치(P3)로 이동하여 다시 접합 동작을 실시한다(도 4).
도 5에 나타낸 바와 같이, 교체된 양호한 솔라셀(GC)의 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA)과, 후방에 위치한 양호한 솔라셀(GC)의 제1열의 프린팅 영역(PA)에 와이어(W)가 접합된다. 이에 따라 스트링(S)에 포함된 복수 개의 솔라셀(C)이 모두 와이어(W)에 의해 전기적으로 연결된다.
접합이 제대로 이루어졌는지 비전 카메라(61)로 확인할 수 있다. 예를 들어 컨트롤러(90)는 접합 장치(50)의 접합 동작 후 로봇 암(60)에 검사 신호를 보내고, 로봇 암(60)은 프린팅 영역(PA)에 접합된 와이어(W)의 상태를 비전 카메라(61)로 확인한다. 와이어(W)가 프린팅 영역(PA)에 제대로 접합되었으면 컨트롤러(90)는 다음 공정을 실시한다. 와이어(W)가 프린팅 영역(PA)에 제대로 접합되지 않은 경우, 로봇 암(60)은 단일 접합 장치(65)를 이용해 제대로 접합되지 않은 와이어(W)를 개별적으로 접합한다.
이와 같이 도면에 도시된 실시예를 참고로 본 발명을 설명하였으나, 이는 예시에 불과하다. 해당 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 갖는 자라면 실시예로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 다른 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 충분히 이해할 수 있다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호 범위는 첨부된 청구범위에 기초하여 정해져야 한다.
본 개시는 스트링 리페어 장치 및 스트링 리페어 방법에 관한 산업에 이용될 수 있다.
Claims (10)
- 길이 방향을 따라 복수 개의 열을 이루며 복수 개의 와이어가 각각 부착되어 있는 복수 개의 프린팅 영역을 포함하는 복수 개의 솔라셀 및 상기 복수 개의 솔라셀을 연결하는 복수 개의 와이어를 포함하는 스트링을 지지하는 스테이지; 및교체된 솔라셀의 일측에 인접한 솔라셀의 복수 개의 와이어를 상기 교체된 솔라셀에 접합하고, 상기 교체된 솔라셀의 복수 개의 와이어를 상기 교체된 솔라셀의 타측에 인접한 솔라셀에 접합하는 접합 장치;를 포함하고,상기 접합 장치는 고주파로 상기 복수 개의 와이어에 도포된 솔더를 용융시키는, 스트링 리페어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접합 장치는 상기 교체된 솔라셀의 일측에 인접한 솔라셀의 복수 개의 와이어를 상기 교체된 솔라셀의 복수 개의 제1열의 프린팅 영역에 접합하고, 상기 교체된 솔라셀의 복수 개의 와이어를 상기 교체된 솔라셀의 타측에 인접한 솔라셀의 복수 개의 제1열의 프린팅 영역에 접합하는, 스트링 리페어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접합 장치는제1하우징;상기 제1하우징의 하부에 있는 복수 개의 코어;상기 복수 개의 코어를 지지하는 가열부; 및상기 가열부에 전류를 공급하는 연결부;를 포함하고,상기 복수 개의 코어는 상기 가열부에 고주파 전류가 흐르면 가열되어 상기 복수 개의 와이어에 도포된 솔더를 용융시키는, 스트링 리페어 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 가열부는상기 코어와 동일한 개수로 구비되는 복수 개의 삽입부; 및인접한 삽입부를 연결하며 소정의 간격으로 이격되어 있는 복수 개의 지지부;를 포함하고,상기 복수 개의 코어는상기 삽입부에 삽입되는 내측부; 및상기 내측부를 둘러싸며 소정의 간격으로 이격되어 있는 복수 개의 외측부;를 각각 포함하는, 스트링 리페어 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 내측부는 원기둥 형상을 가지며 상기 삽입부의 직경과 동일하거나 그보다 작은 직경을 갖고,상기 복수 개의 지지부는 상기 복수 개의 외측부 사이의 간격에 삽입되는, 스트링 리페어 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 접합 장치는 상기 복수 개의 코어 및 상기 가열부에 있는 절연성의 충진 부재를 더 포함하는, 스트링 리페어 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 접합 장치는 상기 복수 개의 와이어와 마주 보도록 상기 제1하우징의 저면에 있는 평판부를 더 포함하는, 스트링 리페어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스트링 리페어 장치는 상기 스트링에서 불량 솔라셀이 교체된 후, 교체된 솔라셀에 부착된 복수 개의 와이어와 상기 교체된 솔라셀과 인접한 두 솔라셀의 복수 개의 와이어를 정렬하는 정렬 장치를 더 포함하고,상기 접합 장치는 상기 정렬 장치가 상기 복수 개의 와이어를 정렬하면, 적어도 일부가 상기 정렬 장치에 지지된 상태에서 상기 복수 개의 와이어를 상기 복수 개의 프린팅 영역에 접합하는, 스트링 리페어 장치.
- 길이 방향을 따라 복수 개의 열을 이루며 복수 개의 와이어가 각각 부착되어 있는 복수 개의 프린팅 영역을 포함하는 복수 개의 솔라셀 및 상기 복수 개의 솔라셀을 연결하는 복수 개의 와이어를 포함하는 스트링을 스테이지에 위치시키는 단계;상기 복수 개의 솔라셀 중 불량 솔라셀과 상기 불량 솔라셀과 인접한 두 솔라셀 사이에 연결된 복수 개의 와이어를 절단하는 단계;상기 불량 솔라셀을 새로운 솔라셀로 교체하는 단계;교체된 솔라셀에 부착된 복수 개의 와이어와 상기 교체된 솔라셀과 인접한 솔라셀의 복수 개의 와이어를 정렬하는 단계; 및상기 교체된 솔라셀의 일측에 인접한 솔라셀의 복수 개의 와이어를 상기 교체된 솔라셀에 접합하고, 상기 교체된 솔라셀의 복수 개의 와이어를 상기 교체된 솔라셀의 타측에 인접한 솔라셀에 접합하는 단계;를 포함하고,상기 접합하는 단계는 고주파로 상기 복수 개의 와이어에 도포된 솔더를 용융시키는, 스트링 리페어 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 접합하는 단계는 복수 개의 코어 및 상기 복수 개의 코어를 감싸며 전류가 흐르면 가열되는 가열부를 포함하는 접합 장치로 상기 복수 개의 와이어를 접합하되, 상기 복수 개의 제1열의 프린팅 영역에 각각 위치한 복수 개의 와이어가 상기 복수 개의 코어의 중심부에 위치한 상태에서 접합 동작을 실시하는, 스트링 리페어 방법.
