Abstract

ガスタービンエンジンの始動時における回転部材の逆回転発生を判定可能なガスタービンエンジンの制御装置およびガスタービンエンジン車を提供する。 ガスタービンエンジンの制御装置は、ガスタービンエンジンのインペラを駆動し、吸気口から続く空気流通部に設置された空気流量センサの検出値に基づいて、インペラの始動時に空気流量センサで検出された空気流量が判定基準値の範囲にあるか否かを検出することで、ガスタービンエンジンの始動時における回転部材の逆回転の発生を判定する。

Description

ガスタービンエンジンの制御装置、および移動体
 本開示は、ガスタービンエンジンの制御装置と、これらガスタービンエンジンと制御装置を搭載するガスタービンエンジン車などの移動体に関する。
 現代社会において移動手段は不可欠であり、日常において車両や航空機などの様々な移動体が実用化されている。その中でも、例えば特許文献1に例示されるように、ガスタービンエンジンによって発電機を駆動し、この発電機で得られる電力を電動モータなどの駆動系に供給する車両が知られている。
 一般的にガスタービンエンジンは作動時に高速で回転するため、安定した駆動を実現するためには定期的なメンテナンスも欠かせない。従って、例えば特許文献2に例示されるように、ガスタービンエンジンの試験において検出された欠陥が、エンジンの性能問題に関連しているのか、それともエンジン性能とは無関係な問題に関連しているのかを評価する方法なども提案されている。

 上述した各特許文献に限らず現在の技術では未だ市場のニーズを満たしているとは言えず以下に述べる課題が存在する。
 すなわち、ガスタービンエンジンが組み付けミスなど何らかの要因で通常の回転方向とは逆に回転(以下、「逆回転」とも称する)した場合、吸気口に流入すべき空気が乱れて通常の燃焼が起こらない。このような場合において、そのまま燃焼動作が継続された場合には、ガスタービンエンジンの内部で異常が発生し、場合によってはガスタービンエンジンの破損に帰結してしまう。
 これに対してガスタービンエンジンにおけるロータの回転数はセンサを用いて検出可能ではあるが、ガスタービンエンジンに搭載される一般的な回転検出機構では回転方向までは検知することができない。なお、かような回転検出機構に対して回転方向まで検知させる機能を付加することはできるものの、例えばセンサのコストアップや制御装置側での演算負荷の増大に帰結する。
 本開示は、上記した課題を一例に鑑みて為されたものであり、コストアップや制御装置の演算負荷の増大を抑制しつつ、ガスタービンエンジンの始動時における回転部材の逆回転発生を判定可能なガスタービンエンジンの制御装置およびこの制御装置を搭載する移動体を提供することを目的とする。
 上記課題を解決するため、本開示のある観点によれば、吸気口に設けられるインペラと前記インペラの後段に配置されたタービンを備えたガスタービンエンジンを制御する制御装置であって、一つ又は複数のプロセッサと、前記一つ又は複数のプロセッサと通信可能に接続された一つ又は複数のメモリと、を備え、前記プロセッサは、前記インペラを駆動し、前記吸気口から続く空気流通部に設置された空気流量センサの検出値に基づいて、前記インペラの始動時に前記空気流量センサで検出された空気流量が判定基準値の範囲にあるか否かを検出することで、前記ガスタービンエンジンの始動時における回転部材の逆回転の発生を判定するガスタービンエンジンの制御装置が提供される。
 本開示によれば、ガスタービンエンジンの始動時の空気流量とエンジンの回転方向とを関連付けることで、コストアップや制御装置の演算負荷の増大を抑制しつつガスタービンエンジンの始動時における逆回転の発生を判定することができる。

 次に本開示の好適な実施形態について説明する。なお、本明細書及び図面において、実質的に同一の機能構成を有する構成要素については、同一の符号を付することにより重複説明を省略する。また、以下で詳述する以外の構成については、上記した特許文献を含む公知のガスタービンエンジンに関する要素技術や構成を適宜補完してもよい。
[第1実施形態]
<ガスタービンエンジン車GTV>
 図1及び図2は、本実施形態に係るガスタービン30とその制御装置100を含むガスタービンエンジン車GTVの構成例と機能ブロックをそれぞれ示す模式図である。なお本実施形態のガスタービン30とその制御装置100は、例えば車両、航空機あるいは船舶など公知の種々の移動体に対して適用が可能である。以下、上記した移動体の一例として車両(ガスタービンエンジン車)を例にして説明を継続する。
 ガスタービンエンジン車GTVは、図2に示すように、車両の駆動トルクを生成する駆動力源21から出力される駆動トルクを左前輪3LF、右前輪3RF、左後輪3LR及び右後輪3RR(以下、特に区別を要しない場合には「車輪3」と総称する)に伝達する四輪駆動車として構成されている。
 駆動力源21は、本実施形態では前輪側に配置された公知の電動モータが例示できる。この駆動力源21は、図示しない変速機や前輪差動機構5F及び後輪差動機構5Rを介して前輪駆動軸2F及び後輪駆動軸2Rに伝達される駆動トルクを出力し得る。
 なお、本実施形態の駆動力源21としての電動モータは、前輪側と後輪側でそれぞれ1つずつ配置されていてもよく、あるいは各車輪3にそれぞれ1つの電動モータが配置される形態であってもよい。また、本実施形態のガスタービンエンジン車GTVは、四輪駆動車として構成されているが、上記した電動モータが前輪又は後輪を駆動する2輪駆動車であってもよい。また、駆動力源21は、上記した電動モータに加えて、さらにガソリンエンジンやディーゼルエンジンなど公知の内燃機関を更に備えていてもよい。
 かような駆動力源21に所望の電力を供給する電源システムは、例えば後述するガスタービン30と、このガスタービン30に燃料を供給する公知の燃料供給機構40と、ガスタービン30からの駆動力を受けて発電を行う公知の発電機45と、この発電機45で発生した電力などを貯蔵可能なリチウムイオン二次電池や鉛蓄電池などの公知の二次電池50と、公知のコンバータ22と、これらを制御する制御装置100と、を含んでいる。
 図2に示すように、ガスタービン30は、上記した発電機45及びコンバータ22などを介して駆動力源21(電動モータ)を含む負荷に接続されている。また、燃料供給機構40は、制御装置100の制御によってガスタービン30へ供給する燃料の量を調整可能な公知の燃料供給バルブ41を含んで構成されていてもよい。
 コンバータ22は、直流電流と交流電流との変換を行う公知のAC/DCコンバータや、直流電流の電圧を所望の電圧に調整する公知のDC/DCコンバータを含んで構成されている。従って、ガスタービン30及び発電機45によって生成された電力は、このコンバータ22を介して変換された後に、例えば二次電池50で貯蔵され又は駆動力源21に供給さ得る。
 また、本実施形態のガスタービンエンジン車GTVは、運転制御に用いられる装備として、上記した駆動力源21、電動ステアリング装置8及びブレーキ装置4LF、4RF、4LR、4RR(以下、特に区別を要しない場合には「ブレーキ装置4」と総称する)を備えている。
 前輪駆動軸2Fには電動ステアリング装置8が設けられている。電動ステアリング装置8は図示しない電動モータやギヤ機構を含み、車両駆動制御装置20により制御されることによって左前輪3LF及び右前輪3RFの操舵角を調節する。
 車両駆動制御装置20は、ガスタービンエンジン車GTVの駆動トルクを出力する駆動力源21、ステアリングホイール9、操舵輪の操舵角を制御する電動ステアリング装置8、及び、ガスタービンエンジン車GTVの制動力を制御するブレーキ装置4の駆動などを制御する公知の一つ又は複数の電子制御装置(ECU:Electronic Control Unit)を含む。車両駆動制御装置20は、駆動力源21から出力された出力を変速して車輪3へ伝達する変速機の駆動を制御する機能を備えていてもよい。
 制御装置100は、一つ又は複数のプロセッサ(CPU(Central Processing Unit))と、前記一つ又は複数のプロセッサに通信可能に接続される一つ又は複数のメモリと、を備えて構成されている。制御装置100は、後述する吸気口31aに設けられるインペラ31cと、このインペラ31cの後段に配置されたタービン32とを備えたガスタービン30を制御する機能を有して構成されている。また、制御装置100は、後述するガスタービン30の回転方向を判定する判定装置10としても機能する。
 この制御装置100は、車載可能な公知の通信装置CDを介してインターネットなどの公知の外部ネットワークNTと接続可能に構成されていてもよい。
 かような制御装置100には、直接的に又はCAN(Controller Area Network)やLIN(Local Inter Net)等の通信手段を介して、上記した通信装置CD、後述する空気流量センサSRを含むセンサ類SR、ハードディスクなど公知の記憶装置MD、公知の車載スピーカSPやディスプレイDPを含む提示装置PDなどが電気的に接続されている。なお本実施形態に適用可能なセンサ類SRとしては、ガスタービンエンジン車GTV周囲における外気温を検出可能な公知の外気温センサSR、ガスタービンエンジン車GTV周囲における気圧を検出可能な公知の気圧センサSRの他に、角速度センサなど車載される公知の種々の車載センサがさらに例示できる。
<ガスタービンエンジン>
 次に図3を参照しつつ、ガスタービン30と燃料供給機構40を含む本実施形態のガスタービンエンジンについて説明する。
 同図に示すように、ガスタービン30は、吸気口31aにインペラ31cを備えた圧縮機31、燃焼器35の後段に配置されたタービン32、圧縮機31とタービン32とを連結する駆動軸33、タービン32と同軸に配置された出力軸34、および、圧縮機31の後段に配置された燃焼器35などを含んで構成されている。
 圧縮機31は、空気を取り入れる吸気口31aから外気(空気)を取り込み、インペラ31cを介してこの取り込んだ空気を圧縮する機能を有して構成されている。この吸気口31aから続くインペラ31cの前段部における空気流通部31bには、吸気口31aから取り込んだ空気の流量を計測可能な公知の空気流量センサSRが設けられている。従って制御装置100は、上記した空気流量センサSRを介して、圧縮機31に流入する空気流量を検出することが可能となっている。
 タービン32は、上記したインペラ31cと連結された駆動軸33と接続されるロータ32aを備えて構成される。また、ロータ32aは、不図示の三相交流モータなどの公知のスタータモータによって始動することが可能となっている。このときロータ32aはインペラ31cと駆動軸33を介して連結されていることから、ロータ32aの駆動に応じてインペラ31cも同調して回転し得る。
 以上のとおり構成された本実施形態のガスタービン30では、制御装置100による制御の下でスタータモータによってロータ32a及びインペラ31cを備えた駆動軸33が始動(回転)すると、このインペラ31cの回転によって圧縮機31で取り込まれた空気が圧縮されて公知の燃焼器35へ供給される。
 このとき制御装置100は、上記した燃料供給バルブ41を介して燃料供給機構40から燃料を燃焼器35へ供給して燃焼させることで、燃焼された高速の気体がタービン32へ供給される。この高速の気体によりタービン32内のロータ32aが回転することで、出力軸34を介して発電機45に駆動力(回転)が伝達され、これにより発電機45で所望の発電が行われる。
<判定装置10>
 次に図4を用いて、本実施形態におけるガスタービンエンジンの始動時における逆回転の発生有無を判定する判定装置10について説明する。
 すなわち、例えばガスタービンエンジンの組み立て工程における三相交流モータの配線ミスやインバータの配線ミスなどによって、ガスタービンエンジンの始動時に正規の回転でなく上記した逆回転が発生し得ることが判明した。かような逆回転が発生した場合には、適切な対処が遅れた場合にはガスタービンエンジンの損傷などが発生し得る。
 これに対して本実施形態の判定装置10は、上述したスタータモータを介してインペラ31c(又はロータ32a)を駆動し、空気流量センサSRの検出値に基づいてインペラ31cの始動時に空気流量センサSRで検出された空気流量が判定基準値の範囲にあるか否かを検出する。
 そして制御装置100は、この空気流量が判定基準値の範囲にあるか否かに基づいて、ガスタービンエンジンの始動時における回転部材における逆回転の発生を判定する。より具体的に本実施形態における「回転部材」とは、圧縮機31におけるインペラ31cと、タービン32におけるロータ32aと、の少なくとも1つが例示できる。
 図4に示すように、本実施形態の判定装置10は、空気流量計測部10A、環境因子計測部10B、および回転方向判定部10Cを含んで構成されている。上述したとおり、判定装置10は、本実施形態の制御装置100が実行する一つの機能として構成されている。図4に示すように、制御装置100は、駆動制御部11および提示制御部12を含んで構成されていてもよい。
 空気流量計測部10Aは、上記した圧縮機31の吸気口31aから取り込まれて空気流通部31bを流れる空気の流量を計測する機能を有して構成されている。より具体的に空気流量計測部10Aは、上記した空気流量センサSRを介して空気流通部31bを流れる空気の流量を計測することができる。
 環境因子計測部10Bは、ガスタービン30の周囲における温度、気圧などの環境因子を計測する機能を有して構成されている。ここで本実施形態における「環境因子」とは、例えば上記した温度や気圧などガスタービンエンジンの出力に影響を与え得るガスタービン周囲のパラメータを言う。
 より具体的に環境因子計測部10Bは、上記した外気温センサSRを介して車両周囲の外気温を計測することができる。また、環境因子計測部10Bは、上記した気圧センサSRを介して車両周囲の気圧を計測することができる。なお上記では環境因子の一例として外気温と気圧を例にして説明したが、環境因子の例として例えば車両周囲の湿度など他の公知のパラメータを追加してもよい。
 回転方向判定部10Cは、上記した空気流量センサSRの検出値に基づいて、ガスタービンエンジンの始動時における回転部材(インペラ31cおよびロータ32aの少なくとも1つ)の逆回転を検出する機能を有して構成されている。より具体的に回転方向判定部10Cは、インペラ31cの始動時に空気流量センサSRで検出された空気流量が判定基準値の範囲にあるか否かを検出することで、上記した回転部材における逆回転の発生有無を判定することができる。
 なお、上記した判定基準値の範囲については、ガスタービン30の規模や定格出力などに基づいて、実験やシミュレーションで予め算出することができる。一例として、本実施形態における判定基準値の範囲として、10.0g/s~15.0g/sが例示できる。
 なお回転方向判定部10Cは、ガスタービンエンジンの始動時における環境因子(気温や気圧など)に基づいて、上記した空気流量の判定基準値を可変させてもよい。より具体的に制御装置100は、外気温や気圧ごとに予め規定された判定基準値の参照情報を参照してもよい。かような判定基準値の参照情報は、例えば外気温や気圧ごとに上記した判定基準値の範囲の最適値が規定されたテーブル情報として、上記した記憶装置MDや不図示の外部サーバなどに予め保持されていてもよい。
 一例として、上記した参照情報は、外気温が高くなるほど判定基準値の流量が下がるように設定されていてもよい。逆に言えば上記した参照情報は、外気温が低くなるほどに判定基準値の流量が上がるように設定することができる。
 また、他の一例として、上記した参照情報は、気圧が低くなるほど判定基準値の流量が下がるように設定されていてもよい。逆に言えば上記した参照情報は、気圧が高くなるほどに判定基準値の流量が上がるように設定することができる。
 かようなテーブル情報は、所定の範囲で区分けされた外気温や気圧ごとに実験又はシミュレーションを行って最適値をそれぞれ測定することで、予め算出できる。
 駆動制御部11は、上記した回転方向判定部10Cの判定結果に基づいて、ガスタービンエンジン車GTVの駆動を制御する機能を有して構成されている。より具体的に駆動制御部11は、上記した回転方向判定部10Cによって回転部材が逆回転していると判定された場合には、例えばガスタービン30の駆動を停止する制御を行ってもよい。
 提示制御部12は、公知の車載スピーカSPやディスプレイDPを含む提示装置PDを介して、上記したガスタービン30を含むガスタービンエンジンの駆動状態や上記した判定結果など各種情報を提示する処理を実行する。なお提示制御部12は、上記した各種情報を、車載された提示装置PDを介して乗員に提示してもよいし、乗員が所持するスマートフォンなどの外部端末にアクセスして提示する制御を行ってもよい。
 <ガスタービン始動時における回転方向判定方法>
 次に図5及び図6も参照しつつ、本実施形態における判定装置10を含む制御装置100によって実行可能な、ガスタービン始動時における回転方向判定方法について説明する。なお、当該回転方向判定方法は、コンピュータが読み取り可能なプログラムのアルゴリズムとして用いられてもよい。かようなアルゴリズムを有するプログラムは、例えば公知のネットワークを介してガスタービンエンジン車GTVにダウンロード可能に流通したり、記録媒体に格納された形で流通し得る。
 以下では、例えばユーザがガスタービンエンジン車GTVに搭乗してシステムを起動して走行を開始したときを例にして説明する。
 まずステップ10Aで、制御装置100は、上記したガスタービン30を含むガスタービンエンジンが始動したか否かを検出する。なおステップ10Aでガスタービンエンジンが未だ始動していない場合には、後述するステップ100においてシステムがOFFとなったか否かが判定されると共に、システムがOFFとなっていない場合にはこのステップ10Aに戻って処理が繰り返される。
 そしてステップ10Aでガスタービンエンジンが始動したと判定された場合、続くステップ20Aにおいて、ガスタービン始動時における回転方向を判定するための判定条件が成立したか否かが検出される。かような判定条件としては、例えばガスタービンエンジンが定格出力を出せる準備が整ったかなどを基準に設定されてもよい。すなわち上記判定条件の一例として、上記したスタータモータによる始動によってガスタービン30のロータ32aにおける回転数が所定範囲(例えば5000rpm~10000rpmの範囲内)となったか、などが例示できる。
 なお本例では上記回転数の範囲として5000~10000rpmを例示するが、このような所定範囲としてはタービンの規模や定格出力などに応じて適宜設定してもよい。
 ステップ20Aにおいて何らかの要因で判定条件が成立しない場合(ステップ20AでNo)には、ステップ100に移行して上記と同様の処理が実行される。一方でステップ20Aにおいて上記した判定条件が成立した場合(ステップ20AでYes)には、次いでステップ30Aへ移行してガスタービンエンジンの始動時における回転方向の判定処理が実行される。
 すなわち、図6に示すように、ステップ30Aにおけるガスタービンエンジンの始動時における回転方向の判定処理では、まずステップ31において、制御装置100は、公知の回転数検出センサ(不図示)を介して、スタータモータで始動したロータ32aの回転数を確認する。ここで、上記した記憶装置MDなどにはロータ32aの回転数に対応した空気流量の範囲情報が予め保持されている。
次いでステップ32において、制御装置100の空気流量計測部10Aは、上述した空気流量センサSRを介して、インペラ31cの始動時において空気流通部31bを流れる空気の流量を計測する。このときステップ32において、制御装置100の環境因子計測部10Bは、例えば上記した外気温センサSRを介して車両周囲の外気温を計測してもよい。
 次いでステップ33において、制御装置100の回転方向判定部10Cは、空気流量計測部10Aの検出値(空気流通部31bを流れる空気の流量)に基づいて、インペラ31cの始動時に空気流量センサSRで検出された空気流量が判定基準値の範囲にあるか否かを検出する。より具体的に制御装置100の回転方向判定部10Cは、ステップ31で取得したロータ32aの回転数に基づいて上記した空気流量の範囲情報を取得し、この範囲情報に含まれる判定基準値(一例として、上記した10.0g/s~15.0g/s)の範囲内にあるかを判定することができる。このとき制御装置100の回転方向判定部10Cは、ステップ32で車両周囲の外気温など環境因子の情報を取得している場合には、この環境因子の値に基づいて上記した判定基準値を調整(例えば上限及び下限の少なくとも一方を可変するなど)してもよい。
 このように回転方向判定部10Cは、ステップ33において上記した空気流量が判定基準値の範囲内でなければ、続くステップ34Aにおいてガスタービンエンジンは逆回転を行っていると判定してステップ30Aを完了する。一方、ステップ33において上記した空気流量が判定基準値の範囲内であれば、回転方向判定部10Cは、続くステップ34Bにおいてガスタービンエンジンは順回転(すなわち適正な回転)を行っていると判定してステップ30Aを完了する。
 以上のステップ30Aにおける回転方向判定処理によってガスタービンエンジンの回転方向が判定された後は、続くステップ40Aにおいて、制御装置100は、ガスタービンエンジンの回転方向は正常(順回転)か否かを判定して、正常(すなわち順回転)であればステップ100へ移行する。
 一方でステップ40Aにおいて上記回転方向が正常でないと判定された場合、制御装置100の提示制御部12は、上記した提示装置PDを介して、ガスタービン30を含むガスタービンエンジンの駆動状態や、逆回転が発生しているなどの警告情報をユーザに対して提示することができる。
 また、ガスタービンエンジンの始動時において逆回転が発生していることから、制御装置100の駆動制御部11は、続くステップ60Aにおいて、ガスタービン30の駆動を緊急停止する制御を行うことができる。これによりガスタービンエンジンの損傷などを早期に抑制することが可能となっている。
 なお、図示されるとおり、ステップ60Aの後で本実施形態の回転方向判定方法が完了するが、例えばステップ60Aの後はステップ100に移行してシステムがOFFとなったか否かを判定してもよい。
 以上で説明したガスタービン始動時における回転方向判定方法によれば、ガスタービンエンジンの始動時の空気流量とエンジンの回転方向とを関連付け、ガスタービンエンジンの始動時において回転部材(インペラ31cやロータ32a)の逆回転の発生を検出できることから、例えば上記した組み付けミスなどによるガスタービンエンジンの損傷などが抑制できる。
[第2実施形態]
 以下、図7及び図8を用いて第2実施形態に係るガスタービンエンジンの制御装置100について説明する。上述した第1実施形態においては、空気流量センサの検出値に基づいてガスタービンエンジンの始動時における回転部材の逆回転の発生を判定していた。これに対して第2実施形態の制御装置100では、第1実施形態における判定処理をベースとして、前記した空気流量センサの故障と前記した回転部材の逆回転とをさらに峻別する点に主とした特徴がある。
 従って以下に述べる第2実施形態の説明では、上記した特徴について主に説明することとし、既述した第1実施形態と同じ機能を有する構成要素について同じ参照番号を付すと共にそのような構成要素の説明は適宜省略する。
 すなわち本実施形態において、制御装置100は、第1実施形態で既述したステップ10Aからステップ30Aを経ることで、ガスタービンエンジンの始動時における回転方向が判定される。
 次いでステップ40Bにおいて、制御装置100は、ガスタービンエンジンが逆回転しているか否かを確認する。そしてガスタービンエンジンが逆回転しておらず順回転である場合(ステップ40BでNo)には、既述したステップ100へ移行する。
 一方でガスタービンエンジンが逆回転していると判定された場合(ステップ40BでYes)には、制御装置100は、ステップ50Bに移行して以下に示す装備故障判定処理を実行する。
 すなわち、図8に示すように、制御装置100は、まずステップ51において公知の回転数検出センサ(不図示)を介してロータ32aの回転数を検出する。次いでステップ52において、制御装置100は、上記した空気流量センサSRを介して、インペラ31cの始動時において空気流通部31bを流れる空気の流量(1回目)を計測する。なお、ステップ52における処理は上述したステップ32における処理と同様であることから、このステップ52は適宜省略してもよい。
 続いてステップ53において、制御装置100は、スタータモータを制御して、最初の回転方向とは逆方向となるようにロータ32aを逆回転で駆動させる。次いでステップ54において、制御装置100は、上記した空気流量センサSRを介して、空気流通部31bを流れる空気の流量(2回目)を計測する。
 そして制御装置100は、続くステップ55において、空気流量センサSRで検出された空気流量が判定基準値の範囲にあるか否かを検出する。より具体的に制御装置100は、ステップ31と同様の手法にて、ロータ32aの回転数に基づいて上記した空気流量の範囲情報を取得し、この範囲情報に含まれる判定基準値の範囲内にあるかを判定することができる。
 ここで、仮に上記した回転部材が組み付けミスによって逆回転している場合には、ステップ53でロータ32aを逆回転させていることから、ステップ55では正規の回転方向(すなわち順回転)で回転した場合と同じ状態となっていると推定できる。
 従って、制御装置100は、ステップ5において検出された空気流量が上記した判定基準値の範囲にあれば、ステップ56Bに移行してガスタービンエンジンが逆回転していると判定できる。そしてステップ56Bにおいてガスタービンエンジンが逆回転していることを判定した後は、本実施形態の故障判定処理を完了してステップ60Bに移行する。
 一方で制御装置100は、ステップ5において検出された空気流量が上記した判定基準値の範囲になければ、ステップ56Aに移行して装備品(本例では空気流量センサSR)が故障している可能性があると判定できる。そしてステップ56Aにおいて装備品が故障している可能性があることを判定した後は、本実施形態の故障判定処理を完了してステップ60Bに移行する。
 このように本実施形態の制御装置100は、ロータ32a及びインペラ31cを順方向(正回転)に回転させた後で逆方向(逆回転)に回転させて、この間に検出される空気流量センサSRの測定値に基づいて、この装備品(空気流量センサSR)の故障と回転部材の逆回転とを峻別することが可能となっている。
 そして上記したステップ50Bにおける故障判定処理を完了した後、続くステップ60Bにおいて、制御装置100は、上記した提示装置PDを介して、ガスタービン30を含むガスタービンエンジンにおける逆回転発生の有無や、装備品(本例では空気量センサ)が故障している可能性があるなどの警告情報をユーザに対して提示することができる。
 さらに制御装置100は、続くステップ70において、上記した第1実施形態と同様に、ガスタービン30の駆動を緊急停止する制御を行うことができる。これにより、装備品の故障と回転部材の組付けミスを峻別しつつ、ガスタービンエンジンの損傷などを早期に抑制することが可能となっている。
 なお本実施形態では、ガスタービンエンジンに搭載される装備品の一例として空気流量センサSRを示したが、本開示は上記の例には限定されない。例えば装備品の一例としてタービン内の圧力を測定可能な圧力センサなど他部品の故障に対し、上記した装備故障判定処理を応用してもよい。
 <コンピュータプログラム、記録媒体>
 なお上記した判定装置の各機能を実現するコンピュータプログラムは、吸気口に設けられるインペラと前記インペラの後段に配置されたタービンを備えたガスタービンエンジンを制御する制御装置に適用されるコンピュータプログラムであって、一つ又は複数のプロセッサに、スタータモータを介してインペラ(又はロータ)を駆動させること、吸気口から続く空気流通部に設置された空気流量センサの検出値に基づいてインペラの始動時に空気流量センサで検出された空気流量が判定基準値の範囲にあるか否かを検出すること、及び、前記空気流量が判定基準値の範囲にあるか否かに基づいてガスタービンエンジンの始動時における回転部材(インペラ及びロータの少なくとも一方)の逆回転の発生を判定すること、を含む処理を実行させ得る。
 さらに判定装置を含む制御装置の各機能を実現するコンピュータプログラムは、上記したアルゴリズムに加え、(α)ガスタービンエンジンの始動時における環境因子(気温や気圧など)に基づいて上記した空気流量の判定基準値を可変させること、(β)インペラを順方向(正回転)に回転させた後で逆方向(逆回転)に回転させて、この間に検出される空気流量センサの測定値に基づいて、空気流量センサの故障と上記した回転部材の逆回転とを峻別すること、などをさらに実行させ得る。
 また、かようなコンピュータプログラムは、例えば公知の上記した記録媒体に格納される形態であってもよいし、クラウドなど公知のサーバからガスタービンエンジン車GTVに通信装置CDを介してダウンロードされる形態であってもよい。
 以上、添付図面を参照しながら本開示の好適な実施形態について詳細に説明したが、本開示の技術はかかる例に限定されない。本開示の属する技術の分野における通常の知識を有する者であれば、特許請求の範囲に記載された技術的思想の範疇内において、各種の変更例又は修正例に想到し得ることは明らかであり、これらについても、当然に本開示の技術的範囲に属するものと了解される。

Claims (4)

  1.  吸気口に設けられるインペラと前記インペラの後段に配置されたタービンを備えたガスタービンエンジンを制御する制御装置であって、
     一つ又は複数のプロセッサと、前記一つ又は複数のプロセッサと通信可能に接続された一つ又は複数のメモリと、を備え、
     前記プロセッサは、
     前記インペラを駆動し、
     前記吸気口から続く空気流通部に設置された空気流量センサの検出値に基づいて、前記インペラの始動時に前記空気流量センサで検出された空気流量が判定基準値の範囲にあるか否かを検出することで、前記ガスタービンエンジンの始動時における回転部材の逆回転の発生を判定する、
     ガスタービンエンジンの制御装置。
  2.  前記プロセッサは、
     前記始動時における環境因子に基づいて、前記空気流量の判定基準値を可変させる、
     請求項1に記載のガスタービンエンジンの制御装置。
  3.  前記プロセッサは、
     前記インペラを順方向に回転させた後で逆方向に回転させて、この間に検出される前記空気流量センサの測定値に基づいて、前記空気流量センサの故障と前記回転部材の逆回転とを峻別する、
     請求項2に記載のガスタービンエンジンの制御装置。
  4.  吸気口にインペラを備えた圧縮機と、前記インペラの前段における空気流通部に設置された空気流量センサと、前記圧縮機の後段に配置された燃焼器と、前記燃焼器の後段に配置されたロータを備えたタービンと、前記タービンと同軸に配置された出力軸と、を備えたガスタービンエンジンと、
     前記ガスタービンエンジンを制御する請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のガスタービンエンジンの制御装置と、
     を備えたガスタービンエンジン車。
