Description
本发明具体涉及一种香氛器。
随着社会的发展进步,消费者对于产品的用户体验具有逐步增高的趋势,基于此,部分车辆上开始提供车载香氛装置,其用于将特定的味道的气体释放入车舱内的空气中,使车辆驾驶员及乘客感觉更舒适。现有的车载香氛器可以切换香型的一般都包括分流轴套以及转动配合在分流轴套内的分流转子、气管等部件,部件繁多、结构复杂,导致香氛器尺寸过大,在车内安装位置受限。
发明内容
为克服现有设备存在的缺陷,本发明在于提供一种香氛器。
本发明是这样实现的:一种香氛器,包括复数个进气孔、一出气口、一香氛套筒、复数个香氛弹、一风机,以及一香氛切换结构;复数个香氛弹均设于香氛套筒内,且各所述香氛弹上均具有一散香口;所述香氛切换结构包括电机,以及从上至下依次设置的切换件、导风罩和复数个活动阀;所述电机驱动切换件转动;所述切换件包括一转轴和复数个切换部,复数个切换部间隔设于转轴轴上并位于转轴周向的不同方向上;所述导风罩设于香氛套筒上面,所述导风罩上间隔设有复数个引流口组,每个所述引流口组均包含两引流口;复数个所述切换部、复数个引流口组、复数个活动阀与复数个散香口四者分别一一对应设置,且每个活动阀均封堵所对应的两所述引流口;任一所述切换部均可驱使所对应的活动阀向下移动,以使相应的两所述引流口与对应的散香口导通;两所述引流口中的一个与所述复数个进气孔连通,另一个引流口与所述风机、出气口依次连通。
优选地,所述香氛套筒包括复数个香氛室,每个所述香氛室均具有复数个通风口;
每个所述香氛弹均插设于一香氛室中,一所述散香口、相应的一香氛室的复数个通风口与相应的两引流口(31a)三者一一对应设置。
优选地,所述切换件还包括复数个操作构件,复数个操作构件间隔套设所述转轴上;所述操作构件包括连接部和所述切换部,所述切换部一体连接于所述连接部并凸出于所述连接部;所述连接部与活动阀不接触。
优选地,所述活动阀包括两水平板、一插筒和一弹性部件,两所述水平板分别紧贴于导风罩上相应的两引流口的底面;所述插筒对应设于一所述切换部的下方,当所述切换部驱使插筒向下移动时,两所述水平板移离两所述引流口;当所述切换部离开插筒时,所述弹性部件驱使插筒复位。
优选地,所述插筒具有一开口端和一封闭端,插筒的封闭端穿设于导风罩上;所述弹性部件置于插筒内,弹性部件的下端伸出插筒的开口端并抵接于香氛套筒上。
优选地,所述活动阀还包括一凹槽,所述凹槽衍接于两水平板之间,形成一倒“几”形结构,所述凹槽的底面设有一开口部,所述插筒设于所述凹槽上,且所述开口部与插筒的开口端相贯通;所述导风罩的背面对应于两所述引流口之间设有两坚棱,所述两坚棱的中部设有一槽口,所述槽口从两坚棱的底面延伸至导风罩的顶面;所述凹槽套设于两坚棱上,所述插筒的封闭端穿过所述槽口。
优选地,所述插筒的封闭端上还设有一凸圆,所述切换件相应的一所述切换部随转轴转动时可对所述凸圆施加一向下的作用力,驱使所述插筒向下移动。
优选地,还包括一转套,所述转套上设有一容置腔、复数个进气孔和一吸气口;所述切换件设于所述容置腔内,每个所述活动阀的插筒均穿入所述容置腔内,且该插筒与相应的一所述切换部对应设置。
优选地,所述香氛套筒的前端面设有一第一磁铁,每个所述香氛弹的前端均设有一第二磁铁,且复数个所述第二磁铁均与所述第一磁铁吸合。
优选地,每个所述香氛室的顶面向下凹陷,形成一凹平面,复数个通风口均设于所述凹平面上;所述导风罩的背面分割有复数个导流区,且复数个导流区与复数个香氛室一一对应设置,每个导流区均覆盖于一香氛室上面,且该导流区的内表面与所述凹平面围合成一导流腔;复数个所述引流口组分别一一对应设于复数个导流区上。
本发明的优点在于:提供一种全新结构的香氛切换结构,结构简单,部件精简,香氛器的体积小,其中活动阀的两水平板密封导风罩上相应的两引流口,密封效果好。

请再参阅图1和图4,一种香氛器100,包括复数个进气孔(52)、一出气口(未图示)、一香氛套筒6、复数个香氛弹7、一风机(未图示),以及一香氛切换结构J;所述香氛套筒6的前端面设有一第一磁铁8,所述香氛套筒6包括复数个香氛室61,每个所述香氛室61均具有复数个通风口611;每个所述香氛室61的顶面向下凹陷,形成一凹平面612,复数个通风口611均设于所述凹平面612上。复数个香氛弹(7)均设于香氛套筒(6)内,即每个所述香氛弹7均插设于一香氛室61中,且各所述香氛弹7上具有一散香口71;每个所述香氛弹7的前端均设有一第二磁铁(未图示),且复数个所述第二磁铁均与所述第一磁铁8吸合。

请再参阅图1、图4、图6和图8,所述电机1驱动切换件2转动;所述切换件2设于所述容置腔51内,所述切换件2包括一转轴21、复数个操作构件22和复数个切换部22a,复数个切换部22a间隔设于转轴21轴上并位于转轴21周向的不同方向上。复数个操作构件22间隔套设所述转轴21上,即所述操作构件22包括连接部22b和所述切换部22a,所述切换部22a一体连接于所述连接部22b并凸出于所述连接部22b,复数个所述切换部22a位于转轴21周向的不同方向上;所述连接部22b与活动阀4不接触。复数个所述切换部22a、复数个引流口组31、复数个活动阀4与与复数个散香口(71)四者一一对应设置,且每个活动阀4均封堵所对应的两所述引流口31a;任一所述切换部22a均可驱使所对应的活动阀4向下移动,以打开导风罩3上相应的两引流口31a,以使相应的两所述引流口(31a)与对应的散香口(71)导通。通过电机1驱动转轴21绕自身轴线转动,当转轴21转动至不同的角度时,转轴21上不同的操作构件22的切换部22a与其对应的活动阀4抵接,以驱动该活动阀4向下移动,以将该活动阀4对应的引流口31a打开。当活动阀4打开时,导风罩3上每个引流口组31均与一香氛室61连通,每个引流口组31与相应的一香氛室61的导通至关闭对应切换件2的一个转动行程,这样转轴21的转动行程不同,对应转动行程的香氛室61通过引流口组31与车舱连通,如此用户可根据需要,使转轴21在不同的转动行程之间进行切换,以使不同的香氛室61与车舱连通,从而向车舱内提供不同味道的香氛气体,满足用户对香氛味道的多样性的需求。当电机1驱动切换件2转动至不同角度时,切换件2与各香氛室61的相对位置未发生改变,而切换件2上的切换部22a沿切换件2的周向位置发生变化,当切换件2上的切换部22a转动至与对应的活动阀4抵接后,随着切换件2的继续转动,所述切换部22a可以驱动
对应活动阀4向下移动,打开导风罩3上相应的两引流口31a,相应的一香氛室61内的香氛气体经被打开的一所述引流口31a、吸气口53、风机,出气口最后释放至车舱内,以提高用户的舒适性。
请再参阅图1、图4和图7-8,所述活动阀4包括两水平板41、一插筒42、一凹槽44和一弹性部件43,两所述水平板41分别紧贴于导风罩3上相应的两引流口31a的底面;所述凹槽44衍接于两水平板41之间,形成一倒“几”形结构,所述凹槽44套设于两所述坚棱32上,所述凹槽44的底面设有一开口部。所述插筒42具有一开口端421和一封闭端422,所述插筒42设于所述凹槽44上,且所述开口部与插筒42的开口端421相贯通;插筒42的封闭端422穿设于导风罩3上,即所述插筒42的封闭端422穿过所述槽口321,所述槽口321对插筒42起定位和导向作用,当活动阀4向下移动至停止时,插筒42一直处于所述槽口321中不会脱出,向下移动方向不会发生偏斜。每个所述活动阀4的插筒42均穿入所述容置腔51内,且该插筒42与相应的一所述切换部22a对应设置,即所述插筒42对应设于一所述切换部22a的下方,当所述切换部22a驱使插筒42向下移动时,两所述水平板41移离两所述引流口31a;当所述切换部22a离开插筒42时,所述弹性部件43驱使插筒42复位。所述弹性部件43置于插筒42内,且弹性部件43的下端伸出插筒42的开口端421并抵接于所述凹平面612上。所述插筒42的封闭端422上还设有一凸圆423,所述切换件2相应的一所述切换部22a随转轴21转动时可对所述凸圆423施加一向下的作用力,驱使所述插筒42向下移动,所述凸圆423与所述切换部22a之间为点接触,接触面小,所述切换部22a对所述凸圆423施加的作用力更大更集中,且所述切换部22a能更顺畅地沿过所述凸圆423。
请再参阅图1和图6,所述行程开关9包括控制转盘91、光电开关92和PCB板(未图示);所述控制转盘91安装在切换件2上,所述电机1、光电开关92均与PCB板电性连接;所述控制转盘91活动配合在光电开关92内,所述控制转盘91设有复数组信号模组911,各组信号模组911均包括一定位模组911a和一判断模组911b,定位模组911a紧邻判断模组911b设置,且各组信号模组911中的判断模组911b各不相同。所述判断模组911b包括至少一个短孔,各组判断模组911b中的短孔的数量不同;所述定位模组911a包括一个长孔;所述短孔的深度小于所述长孔的深度。在使用过程中,PCB板能够通过判断模组911b区别香氛切换结构J不同的工作状态,并通过定位模组911a控制香
氛切换结构J执行相应的工作状态。各所述香氛弹7内部均设有ID识别模块(未图示),各所述ID识别模块均与PCB板电连接。各香氛弹7分别具有不同香氛味道,所述ID识别模块用于记录香氛弹7的香氛类型和其它的香氛ID信息,使得该香氛弹7具有可识别性;PCB板可对ID识别模块进行识读,将识读到的香氛类型等信息发送至终端显示,供用户选择香型。
本发明的香氛切换结构J结构简单,其中活动阀4的两水平板41密封导风罩3上相应的两引流口31a,用一个面密封风道,密封效果好。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是熟悉本技术领域的技术人员应当理解,我们所描述的具体的实施例只是说明性的,而不是用于对本发明的范围的限定,熟悉本领域的技术人员在依照本发明的精神所作的等效的修饰以及变化,都应当涵盖在本发明的权利要求所保护的范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种香氛器(100),其特征在于:包括复数个进气孔(52)、一出气口、一香氛套筒(6)、复数个香氛弹(7)、一风机,以及一香氛切换结构(J);复数个香氛弹(7)均设于香氛套筒(6)内,且各所述香氛弹(7)上均具有一散香口(71);所述香氛切换结构(J)包括电机(1),以及从上至下依次设置的切换件(2)、导风罩(3)和复数个活动阀(4);所述电机(1)驱动切换件(2)转动;所述切换件(2)包括一转轴(21)和复数个切换部(22a),复数个切换部(22a)间隔设于转轴(21)轴上并位于转轴(21)周向的不同方向上;所述导风罩(3)设于香氛套筒(6)上面,所述导风罩(3)上间隔设有复数个引流口组(31),每个所述引流口组(31)均包含两引流口(31a);复数个所述切换部(22a)、复数个引流口组(31)、复数个活动阀(4)与复数个散香口(71)四者分别一一对应设置,且每个活动阀(4)均封堵所对应的两所述引流口(31a);任一所述切换部(22a)均可驱使所对应的活动阀(4)向下移动,以使相应的两所述引流口(31a)与对应的散香口(71)导通;两所述引流口(31a)中的一个与所述复数个进气孔(52)连通,另一个引流口(31a)与所述风机、出气口依次连通。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种香氛器(100),其特征在于:所述香氛套筒(6)包括复数个香氛室(61),每个所述香氛室(61)均具有复数个通风口(611);每个所述香氛弹(7)均插设于一香氛室(61)中,一所述散香口(71)、相应的一香氛室(61)的复数个通风口(611)与相应的两引流口(31a)三者一一对应设置。
- 如权利要求2所述的一种香氛器(100),其特征在于:每个所述香氛室(61)的顶面向下凹陷,形成一凹平面(612),复数个通风口(611)均设于所述凹平面(612)上;所述导风罩(3)的背面分割有复数个导流区(33),且复数个导流区(33)与复数个香氛室(61)一一对应设置,每个导流区(33)均覆盖于一香氛室(61)上面,且该导流区(33)的内表面与所述凹平面(612)围合成一导流腔(c);复数个所述引流口组(31)分别一一对应设于复数个导流区(33)上。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种香氛器(100),其特征在于:所述切换件(2)还包括复数个操作构件(22),复数个操作构件(22)间隔套设所述转轴(21)上;所述操作构件(22)包括连接部(22b)和所述切换部(22a),所述切换部(22a)一体连接于所述连接部(22b)并凸出于所述连接部(22b);所述连接部(22b)与活动阀(4)不接触。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种香氛器(100),其特征在于:所述活动阀(4)包括两水平板(41)、一插筒(42)和一弹性部件(43),两所述水平板(41)分别紧贴于导风罩(3)上相应的两引流口(31a)的底面;所述插筒(42)对应设于一所述切换部(22a)的下方,当所述切换部(22a)驱使插筒(42)向下移动时,两所述水平板(41)移离两所述引流口(31a);当所述切换部(22a)离开插筒(42)时,所述弹性部件(43)驱使插筒(42)复位。
- 如权利要求5所述的一种香氛器(100),其特征在于:所述插筒(42)具有一开口端(421)和一封闭端(422),插筒(42)的封闭端(422)穿设于导风罩(3)上;所述弹性部件(43)置于插筒(42)内,且弹性部件(43)的下端伸出插筒(42)的开口端(421),并抵接于香氛套筒(6)上。
- 如权利要求6所述的一种香氛器(100),其特征在于:所述活动阀(4)还包括一凹槽(44),所述凹槽(44)衍接于两水平板(41)之间,形成一倒“几”形结构,所述凹槽(44)的底面设有一开口部(441),所述插筒(42)设于所述凹槽(44)上,且所述开口部与插筒(42)的开口端(421)相贯通;所述导风罩(3)的背面对应于两所述引流口(31a)之间设有两坚棱(32),所述两坚棱(32)的中部设有一槽口(321),所述槽口(321)从两坚棱(32)的底面延伸至导风罩(3)的顶面;所述凹槽(44)套设于两坚棱(32)上,所述插筒(42)的封闭端(422)穿过所述槽口(321)。
- 如权利要求6所述的一种香氛器(100),其特征在于:所述插筒(42)的封闭端(422)上还设有一凸圆(423),所述切换件(2)相应的一所述切换部(22a)随转轴(21)转动时可对 所述凸圆(423)施加一向下的作用力,驱使所述插筒(42)向下移动。
- 如权利要求6所述的一种香氛器(100),其特征在于:还包括一转套(5),所述转套(5)上设有一容置腔(51)、所述复数个进气孔(52)和一吸气口(53);所述切换件(2)设于所述容置腔(51)内;每个所述活动阀(4)的插筒(42)均穿入所述容置腔(51)内,且该插筒(42)与相应的一所述切换部(22a)对应设置;另一个引流口(31a)与所述、吸气口(53)风机、出气口依次连通。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种香氛器(100),其特征在于:所述香氛套筒(6)的前端面设有一第一磁铁(8),每个所述香氛弹(7)的前端均设有一第二磁铁,且复数个所述第二磁铁均与所述第一磁铁(8)吸合。
