Le mécanisme tampon (124) comprend une pluralité de bacs à matériau (1240), et le premier mécanisme de levage (121) entraîne le mécanisme de transfert (123) et le mécanisme tampon (124) pour monter et descendre de façon à recevoir ou à envoyer des matériaux.
