Description
本公开涉及电子雾化技术领域,尤其涉及一种雾化液及包含所述电子雾化液的雾化器、电子雾化装置。
电子雾化装置,在保证尼古丁摄入的同时,避免了焦油、一氧化碳等对人体的损害。常规雾化液通常以丙二醇(PG)、丙三醇(VG)等为溶剂,添加尼古丁、有机酸和香精等物质,通过电阻加热的方式,实现“烟雾”(即气溶胶)的生成。
尽管电子雾化装置的危害明显减小,但仍对个人与环境存在着一定的损伤,特别是丙二醇与丙三醇带来的危害。
丙二醇与丙三醇作为溶剂,在雾化液中的含量往往在80%以上,比例通常在4:6到6:4之间。一方面,丙二醇和丙三醇容易在高温下发生化学反应,产生甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛等醛、酮类有害物质。尤其在300℃以上,有害物质的含量将大大增加。另一方面,丙三醇具有很强的吸湿性,在人体呼吸道中将吸收4~8倍于自身质量的水分,不仅导致“口干”的口感体验,也影响呼吸系统的湿度环境,干扰呼吸道纤毛的正常工作。其次,雾化液产生的气溶胶成为新的空气污染源并同样影响周围人群。与无烟空气对比,雾化液产生的烟雾(主要含有丙二醇、丙三醇、挥发性有机物、尼古丁和重金属等物质)可造成PM 1.0值高出14~40倍,PM 2.5值高出6~86倍不等。
因此,需要提供一种对吸入者、对非吸入人群以及对环境更为友好的雾化液。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开的主要目的在于提供一种对吸入者减害率更高,口感更舒适,且对环境和周围人群更友好的雾化液及电子雾化装置。
为此,本公开的第一方面提供一种雾化液,其中以所述雾化液总重量计,所述雾化液包括:70wt%以上的水和0.1~2wt%的至少两种表面活性剂,所述至少两种表面活性剂包括至少一种选自亲油型表面活性剂中的表面活性剂A和至少一种选自亲水型表面活性剂中的表面活性剂B。
所述亲油型表面活性剂具有亲水亲油平衡值HLB<9。
根据一些实施方式,所述亲油型表面活性剂为脂肪酸、司盘、亲油型聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂、多羟基脂肪酸酯类表面活性剂、甘油酯类表面活性剂、糖酯类表面活性剂和寡聚乙二醇脂肪酸类表面活性剂。
所述亲水型表面活性剂具有亲水亲油平衡值HLB>9。
根据一些实施方式,所述亲水型表面活性剂为吐温、脂肪酸盐、烷基芳基磺酸盐、季铵盐、亲水型聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂、甜菜碱类表面活性剂和氨基酸类表面活性剂。
根据一些实施方式,所述雾化液还包括选自尼古丁、呈香物质和有机酸中的至少一种。

本公开的第三方面提供一种电子雾化装置,包括上述雾化器和电池组件,所述电池组件用于给所述雾化器供电。
本公开提供的雾化液为水基溶液,不含丙三醇,丙二醇的含量也在10%以下,大降低了有机溶剂含量,从而极大减少了高温产生有害醛类物质,并消除了“口干”的不良体验。此外,由于水基雾化液的气溶胶主体是水,相比丙二醇-丙三醇体系,其产生的气溶胶在空气中将迅速挥发消散,从而大大降低了烟雾成分在空气中的传播,减小环境污染与对他人的危害。

本公开的实施方式提供一种水基雾化液。以雾化液总质量计,该水基雾化液中的水含量高达70wt%以上,并含有0.1~1wt%的至少两种表面活性剂。表面活性剂使不溶于水或在水中溶解度有限的口味组分,如尼古丁、呈香物质、有机酸、甜味剂和/或凉味剂等,通过表面活性剂均匀且稳定地分散在雾化液中。根据一些实施方式,所述雾化液形成了乳液。
表面活性剂的分子中亲水和亲油基团对油或水的综合亲和力称为亲水亲油平衡值(hydrophilic-lipophilic balance,HLB value)。根据经验,一般将表面活性剂的亲水亲油平衡值范围限定在0~40,其中非离子表面活性剂的亲水亲油平衡值范围为0~20。亲水型表面活性剂有较高的亲水亲油平衡值(HLB>9),亲油型表面活性剂有较低的亲水亲油平衡值(HLB<9)。实际使用过程中往往需要合适的复配处方以满足特定需求。
根据本公开,至少两种表面活性剂包括至少一种选自亲油型表面活性剂中的表面活性剂A和至少一种选自亲水型表面活性剂中的表面活性剂B。
表面活性剂A(亲油型表面活性剂)为选自脂肪酸、司盘、亲油型聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂、多羟基脂肪酸酯类表面活性剂、甘油酯类表面活性剂、糖酯类表面活性剂、寡聚乙二醇脂肪酸类表面活性剂中的至少一种。
脂肪酸类表面活性剂,如C6~C18烷基或烯基羧酸,实例如油酸、月桂酸、己酸等,但不限于此。司盘为失水山梨醇三油酸酯类表面活性剂,如 司盘40-100,实例如司盘60、司盘80等,但不限于此。亲油型聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂,其中聚氧乙烯基的聚合度为2-4,如聚氧乙烯油醇醚、聚氧乙烯山梨醇蜂蜡、聚氧乙烯油醇酯等,但不限于此。多羟基脂肪酸酯类表面活性剂,如乙二醇脂肪酸酯、丙二醇脂肪酸酯等,其中脂肪酸可为C6-C18的烷基羧酸,但不限于此。甘油酯类表面活性剂,如单-、双-或三-(C6-C18烷基)甘油酯,实例如单硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸甘油三脂等,但不限于此。糖酯类表面活性剂,如蔗糖(C6-C18烷基酸)酯、内酯槐糖脂,实例如甲基葡萄糖倍半硬脂酸酯等,但不限于此。寡聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯类表面活性剂,如寡聚乙二醇单或双(C6-C18烷基)羧酸酯,实例如如二乙二醇单月桂酸酯、三乙二醇双硬脂酸酯等,但不限于此。
表面活性剂B(即,亲水型表面活性剂)为选自吐温、脂肪酸盐、烷基芳基磺酸盐、季铵盐、亲水型聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂、甜菜碱类表面活性剂和氨基酸类表面活性剂中的至少一种。
吐温是聚氧乙烯(5EO)失水山梨醇单油酸酯类化合物,如吐温40-100,实例如吐温80、吐温100等,但不限于此。脂肪酸盐类表面活性剂,如C6~C18烷基或烯基羧酸盐表面活性剂、C6~C18烷基或烯基磺酸盐表面活性剂等,实例如油酸钠、月桂酸钠、十六烷基磺酸钠等,但不限于此。烷基芳基磺酸盐类表面活性,如C6~C18烷基苯基磺酸盐,实例如十二烷基苯磺酸钠,十六烷基苯磺酸钠等,但不限于此。季铵盐类表面活性剂,如C10~C18烷基三甲基卤化铵、C10~C18烷基三乙基卤化铵,实例如溴化十六烷基三甲铵、十二烷基三乙基溴化铵、十烷基三甲基溴化铵等,但不限于此。亲水型聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂,其中聚氧乙烯基的聚合度为5-10,实例如C6-C18烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、C6-C18醇基聚氧乙烯醚以及C6-C18烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚等,实例如椰油醇聚氧乙烯醚、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯羊毛醇醚等,但不限于此。甜菜碱类表面活性剂,如C10-C18烷基二甲基甜 菜碱,实例如十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、十四烷基二甲基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱,但不限于此。氨基酸类表面活性剂,实例如月桂酰谷氨酸钠、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠、棕榈油酰谷氨酸钾等,但不限于此。
本发明人发现,使用两种以上的表面活性剂组合,特别是使用亲油型和亲水型表面活性剂的组合可以获得更令人满意的分散效果,各种口味组分可以更均匀地分散,且雾化液可稳定存在。
特别从乳化速度、乳化效果、乳液稳定性以及对不同口味的适应性方面看,亲水型表面活性剂与亲油型表面活性剂组合表现出了更为优异的效果。其中,特别优选的表面活性剂的组合例如:吐温80和司盘80;油酸钠、内酯槐糖脂和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚等。
根据本公开的实施方式,表面活性剂的总量在0.1~2wt%的范围内。低于0.1wt%的用量将导致乳化不完全且乳液不稳定,而高于2wt%的用量无法进一步提高乳化效果,甚至可出现表面活性剂析出沉淀现象。
根据一些优选的实施方式,表面活性剂由0.1~1wt%的表面活性剂A和0.1~1wt%的表面活性剂B组成。其中,表面活性剂A可以选择一种或多种,表面活性剂B也同样可以选择一种或多种。
雾化液通常含有尼古丁、呈香物质、有机酸等口味物质。根据一些实施方式,雾化液还可含有甜味剂、凉味剂等进一步改善口味的物质。
尼古丁为使用者提供抽吸的满足感的主要物质。在一些实施方式中,以电子雾化液总重量计,尼古丁的含量可为0~5wt%。尼古丁的含量可根据口味确定,甚至可以不含尼古丁。可列举的用量,例如0.1wt%、0.2wt%、0.3wt%、0.5wt%、0.8wt%、1.0wt%、1.5wt%、2wt%、3wt%、4wt%等或这些含量中任意两者组成的范围。在一个优选实施方式中,尼古丁的含量为0%~2wt%。
有机酸用于中和尼古丁对喉部产生的刺激感。可列举的有机酸例如: 苯甲酸、酒石酸、乳酸、乙酰丙酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸等。本公开对有机酸的种类没有特别限制,常规用于雾化液的那些均可使用。在一些实施方式中,以电子雾化液总重量计,有机酸的含量可为0~15wt%。有机酸的含量可根据口味,例如尼古丁用量相应确定,甚至可以不含有机酸。可列举的用量,例如0.1wt%、0.2wt%、0.3wt%、0.5wt%、0.8wt%、1.0wt%、1.5wt%、2wt%、5wt%、10wt%、15wt%等或这些含量中任意两者组成的范围。在一个优选实施方式中,有机酸的质量分数为0wt%-6wt%。
呈香物质包括香精、香料等,产生香气,为使用者提供不同的风味口感。本公开对呈香物质的种类没有特别限制,常规用于雾化液的那些均可使用。在一些实施方式中,以电子雾化液总重量计,呈香物质的含量可为5~15wt%。可列举的含量,例如5wt%、5.5wt%、6wt%、6.5wt%、7wt%、7.5wt%、8wt%、9wt%、10wt%、12wt%、15wt%等或这些含量中任意两者组成的范围。优选地,以电子雾化液总重量计,呈香物质的质量分数为5wt%-10wt%。
凉味剂能够提供清凉的口感。凉味剂是实例如WS-23、薄荷脑等。本公开对凉味剂的种类没有特别限制,常规用于雾化液的那些均可使用。凉味剂的用量基于雾化液的总重量可为0~1wt%。可列举的含量,例如0.1wt%、0.2wt%、0.3wt%、0.4wt%、0.5wt%、0.6wt%、0.8wt%、1.0wt%等或这些含量中任意两者组成的范围。
甜味剂是能够产生甜味感受的化学物,降低或掩盖雾化液中其他组分,如凉味剂带来的苦涩口味。甜味剂的实例如甜菊糖苷、纽甜。本公开对甜味剂的种类没有特别限制,常规用于雾化液的那些均可使用。甜味剂的用量基于雾化液的总重量可为0~1wt%。可列举的含量,例如0.05wt%、0.1wt%、0.2wt%、0.3wt%、0.4wt%、0.5wt%、0.6wt%、0.8wt%、1.0wt%等或这些含量中任意两者组成的范围。优选地,以电子雾化液总重量计,甜味剂的质 量分数为0wt%~0.5wt%。
根据一些实施方式,本公开的雾化液还可包括少量乙醇和少量的丙二醇(PG)。
乙醇的作用是作为助混剂进一步稳定乳液。相对于雾化液的总重量,乙醇的用量是5~10wt%。可列举的含量,例如5wt%、6wt%、7wt%、8wt%、9wt%、10wt%或这些含量中任意两者组成的范围。
丙二醇作为有机溶剂用于事先将在水中溶解度较低的有机组分,如尼古丁、香精、香料、有机酸等配制为丙二醇溶液,以方便后续配制雾化液。在雾化液中,丙二醇的总含量不超过10wt%,优选在5~10wt%的范围内。可列举的含量,例如5wt%、6wt%、7wt%、8wt%、9wt%、10wt%或这些含量中任意两者组成的范围。
本公开还提供一种雾化器,包括雾化组件、储液仓和电子雾化液。储液仓用于存储上述雾化液,雾化组件与储液仓流体连通,以将储液仓中存储的雾化液雾化并输送(喷出)到雾化器外部。本公开的雾化液可适用于各种雾化组件类型,例如电阻加热雾化组件、平片超声雾化组件、振动筛孔雾化组件、静电雾化组件、红外雾化组件和微波雾化组件等类型,但不限于此。较优选地,雾化组件的类型为振动筛孔雾化组件。
本公开还提供一种电子雾化装置,包括雾化器和电池组件。电池组件用于给雾化器供电。
下面将结合具体实施例来进一步详细描述本公开,其目的仅仅是说明性的,而不是旨在限制本公开的范围。
实施例
实施例1不同表面活性剂配方的乳化效果
固定乳液配方中除表面活性剂外的组分为1wt%尼古丁、3wt%酒石酸、10wt%呈香物质、0.5wt%凉味剂(ws-23)、0.5wt%甜味剂(纽甜)、6wt%乙醇、 6wt%丙二醇和73wt%的水,各组分百分含量之和为100wt%。先将上述组分混合获得混合液,然后添加以前述组分重量之和计,总量为0.25wt%的不同种类的表面活性剂(具体见下表1-1)进行乳化。乳化过程均采用涡旋混合仪振荡涡旋方式混合,分别测试不同表面活性剂配方对西瓜口味、草莓口味与烟草口味雾化液配方的乳化速度、乳化效果与乳液稳定性。乳化速度为测定室温下通过涡旋混合后乳化程度最高时所需的最少时间。乳化效果为通过涡旋完成后目测乳液的均一性区分,若所有组分皆均匀混合不分相则定义为完全乳化,若残留少量水相/油相定义为部分乳化,若未发生油水混合则定义为不乳化。乳液稳定性为目测条件下保持乳液完全乳化的时间。结果如表1-2所示。其中,乳化稳定性不足0.1天的均以0.1天表示,大于7天的均以7天表示。

由上表可见采用两种或更多种表面活性剂时,对不同口味的配方的乳化效果和稳定时间要优于大部分仅使用一种表面活性剂的情况。而同时使用亲油型(A)和亲水型(B)表面活性剂的第21-24号复配表面活性剂对 不同的口味配方均可完全乳化,且乳液稳定性明显好于仅使用其中一种表面活性剂的情况。
实施例2表面活性剂的不同添加量对乳化效果的影响
固定乳液配方中除表面活性剂外的组分为1wt%尼古丁、3wt%酒石酸、10wt%呈香物质、0.5wt%凉味剂(ws-23)、0.5wt%甜味剂(纽甜)、6wt%乙醇、6wt%丙二醇和73wt%的水,各组分百分含量之和为100wt%。先将上述组分混合获得混合液,然后添加以前述组分重量之和计,不同含量的表面活性剂配方。乳化过程均采用涡旋混合仪振荡涡旋方式混合,分别测试不同表面活性剂含量对西瓜口味、草莓口味与烟草口味雾化液配方的乳化速度、乳化效果与乳液稳定性(测定方法与实施例1相同)。表面活性剂配方分别为吐温80(表面活性剂A)+司盘80(表面活性剂B)体系与油酸钠(表面活性剂A)+内酯槐糖脂(表面活性剂B1)+月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚(表面活性剂B1)体系,表面活性剂的配方如表2-1所示。乳液稳定性测试中,乳化稳定性不足0.1天的均以0.1天表示,大于7天的均以7天表示,结果如表2-2所示。

由上表可见,表面活性剂的总添加量过低(低于0.1wt%)不能完全乳化或不能乳化,而表面活性剂的总添加量过高(例如达3wt%)则可能出现乳化后再析出的情况。可见合适的表面活性剂的总添加量为0.1wt%~2wt%。
实施例3
西瓜口味水基雾化液。其组分含量为:水70.13%、PG 9.20%、乙醇9.35%、油酸(表面活性剂A)0.28%、聚氧乙烯单油酸酯(表面活性剂B1)0.27%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(表面活性剂B2)0.2%、西瓜味香精5.61%、尼古丁1.87%、柠檬酸2.81%,甜味剂0.05%和凉味剂0.28%。用涡旋混合仪振荡涡旋5min,得到均匀稳定的白色乳液。
实施例4
草莓口味水基雾化液。其组分含量为:水70.22%、PG 5.62%、乙醇5.62%、司盘80(表面活性剂A)0.11%、吐温80(表面活性剂B)0.11%、草莓味香精9.36%、尼古丁1.87%、苹果酸5.62%、甜味剂0.46%和凉味剂1%。用涡旋混合仪振荡涡旋5min,得到均匀稳定的白色乳液。
实施例5
烟草口味水基雾化液。其组分含量为:水78.20%、PG 5.25%、乙醇5.38%、硬脂酸甘油三酯(表面活性剂A1)0.13%、硬脂酸甘油酯(表面活性剂A2)0.13%和司盘60(表面活性剂A3)0.23%、月桂酰谷氨酸钠(表面活性剂B)0.10%、烟草味香精5.38%、尼古丁1.96%、苯甲酸2.93%、甜味剂0.12%和凉味剂0.2%。用涡旋混合仪振荡涡旋5min,得到均匀稳定的淡黄色乳液。
实施例6
奶香烟草口味水基雾化液。其组分含量为:水76.82%、PG 5.50%、乙醇5.63%、内酯槐糖酯(表面活性剂A)0.10%、油酸钠(表面活性剂B1)0.10%、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚(表面活性剂B2)0.10%、奶香烟草味香精9.73%、尼古丁1.23%、甜味剂0.58%和凉味剂0.2%。用涡旋混合仪振荡涡旋5min,得到均匀稳定的白色乳液。
实施例7
可乐口味水基雾化液。其组分含量为:水79.50%、PG 6.43%、乙醇5.47%、乙二醇棕榈酸酯(表面活性剂A)0.50%、溴化十六烷基三甲铵(表面活性剂B)0.50%、奶香烟草味香精5.47%、尼古丁0.50%、乳酸0.99%、甜味剂0.33%和凉味剂0.33%。用涡旋混合仪振荡涡旋5min,得到均匀稳定的白色乳液。
比较例1
市售的换弹式加热雾化液,其中丙二醇含量为57%,丙三醇含量为38%,此外还包括尼古丁盐、甜味剂与凉味剂等添加剂。
比较例2
市售的换弹式加热雾化液,其中丙二醇含量为36%,丙三醇含量为54%,此外还包括尼古丁盐、甜味剂与凉味剂等添加剂。
比较例3
市售的换弹式加热雾化液,其中丙二醇含量为44%,丙三醇含量为44%,此外还包括尼古丁盐、甜味剂与凉味剂等添加剂。
对上述实施例3~7的雾化液和比较例1~3的雾化液分别进行性能测试如下。
测试例1雾化的气溶胶中有害有机物的含量测定
通过振动筛孔型雾化器具以及电阻加热型雾化器具分别对实施例3~7进行雾化。其中,通过振动筛孔雾化方案雾化的实施例命名为实施例3-1、4-1、5-1、6-1、7-1;通过电阻加热雾化方案雾化的实施例命名为实施例3-2、4-2、5-2、6-2、7-2。振动筛孔雾化方案采用的筛网孔径为2μm,调节超声功率保证雾化量在9.0mg/puff以上,电阻加热雾化方案采用棉芯作为雾化芯,调节加热功率保证雾化量在9.0mg/puff以上。比较例1~3分别由各自匹配的加热器具雾化,雾化量分别为8.5mg/puff、8.5mg/puff与8.0mg/puff。利用抽吸机以国家标准GB 41700-2022附录D方式采集烟气,并以国家标准GB 41700-2022附录F方式对醛、酮含量进行测试,即以2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)溶液捕集雾化液释放物中的2,3-丁二酮、甲醛、乙醛和丙烯醛并衍生化,而后用高效液相色谱法测定,结果如表3所示。

从结果可看出,实施例3~7水基雾化液无论以优选的振动筛孔雾化的形式,或是传统的电阻加热形式进行雾化,其醛、酮含量均远小于比较例1~3,对环境几乎不产生烟雾污染,周围人群也基本无害。
测试例2吸入者对“口干”程度的测评
采用测量人体在抽吸比较例或实施例前后的口腔湿润程度来客观评价抽吸普通雾化液与本实施例后其口腔的口干程度。具体测量方案是:
使被观察者(共12名)分12天分别测试实施例3~7的雾化液及比较例1~3的雾化液对口腔润湿程度的影响,每天测试一例。其中实施例的雾化液均分别以振动筛孔雾化和电阻加热雾化两种方式进行测试。通过振动筛孔雾化方案雾化的实施例命名为实施例3-1、4-1、5-1、6-1、7-1;通过电阻加热雾化方案雾化的实施例命名为实施例3-2、4-2、5-2、6-2、7-2。抽吸市售雾化液或者本实施例雾化液前均饮用纯净水20ml,此后保持沉默并静坐于观察室中。10min后将普通棉签轻置于被观察者舌尖约10mm后的舌粘膜中心处取样,等待10s取出棉签后将其折断放入异丙醇溶液中。测试 前后分别称量棉签与异丙醇溶液的质量,由两者差值计算取样质量。测量完成后,让12名被观察者抽吸实施例的雾化液或比较例的雾化液。被观察者抽吸时采用抽3s、停8s的方案共抽吸5min。抽吸完成后在被观察者的同样位置以相同方法用棉签采样,测量并计算取样质量。实验完成后采用卡尔费休水分测定仪(V20S)测量含有棉签的异丙醇溶液水分值,得到水分值后除以对应的取样质量,进行归一化处理,即可得到被观察者在抽吸实施例或比较例后的舌尖表皮水分值(以表征口腔湿润程度)。每组测试结果去掉异常值后,取上、下限值构成最终的舌尖表皮水分值范围。具体实验结果如表4所示。

由上表可知,抽吸本实施例(3-1~7-1以及3-2~7-2)的被观察者在抽吸前后其舌尖表皮水分仅出现1%-9%的下降,而抽吸比较例1~3的被观察者在抽吸后的舌尖表皮水分平均下降了19%-36%,因此,抽吸含本实施例的雾化液可缓解甚至解决抽吸普通PG/VG体系雾化液后的口干症状。
测试例3雾化液产生的气溶胶中的“烟雾”量
将市售比较例1~3的雾化液(使用各自匹配加热器具)以及实施例3~7的雾化液(使用振动筛孔雾化器记为实施例3-1~7-1;使用电阻加热雾化器记为实施例3-2~7-2)抽吸产生的烟雾用激光照射,激光照射位置距离出雾端10cm,测量激光穿过烟雾后的透光率。气溶胶浓度越大,对光的遮挡越大,因而透光率将越低。记录各实施例和比较例照射后30s内透光率的平均值,如下表5所示。

结果显示,实施例3-1~7-1以及3-2~7-2的雾化液产生的气溶胶的光透过率远高于传统丙二醇-丙三醇-体系雾化液产生的气溶胶的光透过率。实施例3-1~7-1以及3-2~7-2的雾化液产生的气溶胶平均光透过率在90%以上,说明气溶胶在离出雾端10cm处已基本消失,而丙二醇丙三醇体系产生的气溶胶的光透过率仅在55%~61%,说明气溶胶仍稳定存在。

Claims (11)
- 一种雾化液,其中以所述雾化液总质量计,所述雾化液包括:70wt%以上的水和0.1~2wt%的至少两种表面活性剂,所述至少两种表面活性剂包括至少一种选自亲油型表面活性剂中的表面活性剂A和至少一种选自亲水型表面活性剂中的表面活性剂B。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化液,其中,所述亲油型表面活性剂具有亲水亲油平衡值HLB<9。
- 根据权利要求2所述的雾化液,所述亲油型表面活性剂为脂肪酸、司盘、亲油型聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂、多羟基脂肪酸酯类表面活性剂、甘油酯类表面活性剂、糖酯类表面活性剂和寡聚乙二醇脂肪酸类表面活性剂。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化液,其中,所述亲水型表面活性剂具有亲水亲油平衡值HLB>9。
- 根据权利要求4所述的雾化液,其中,所述亲水型表面活性剂为吐温、脂肪酸盐、烷基芳基磺酸盐、季铵盐、亲水型聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂、甜菜碱类表面活性剂和氨基酸类表面活性剂。
- 根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的雾化液,其中,所述雾化液还包括选自尼古丁、呈香物质和有机酸中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求6所述的雾化液,其中,以所述雾化液总重量计,所述雾化液包括:70~80wt%的水、5~10wt%的丙二醇、5~10wt%的乙醇、5~15wt%的呈香物质、0.1~1wt%的表面活性剂A、0.1~1wt%的表面活性剂B、0~5wt%的尼古丁和0~15wt%的有机酸。
- 根据权利要求6所述的雾化液,还包括选自甜味剂和凉味剂中的至少一种。
- 一种雾化器,包括储液仓、雾化组件与根据权利要求1~8中任一项所述的雾化液,其中所述储液仓用于容纳所述雾化液,所述雾化组件流体连通地与所述储液仓连接,并用于使所述雾化液形成气溶胶。
- 根据权利要求9所的雾化器,其中所述雾化组件的雾化方式选自电阻加热雾化、平片超声雾化、振动筛孔雾化、静电雾化、红外雾化和微波雾化。
- 一种电子雾化装置,包括权利要求9或10所述的雾化器和电池组件,所述电池组件用于给所述雾化器供电。
