一种猫砂添加剂及其制备方法和应用 技术领域
本申请属于宠物用品领域,具体涉及一种猫砂添加剂及其制备方法和应用,尤其涉及一种密度低的猫砂添加剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
对于猫砂添加剂的制备方法而言,传统制粒方法一般通过将液体、粉末基底和粘合剂混合后挤压成型,后经过加热快速烘干。这样的方法通常需要的液体量较大,面对昂贵或难以稀释的液态有效成分操作不便,成本也大大提升。同时传统的挤压制粒法使用瓜尔豆胶作为粘合剂,通过挤压与热成型工艺进行制备,易导致颗粒密度过大,而颗粒密度过大又会使得添加剂沉入猫砂下部,失去效果,且通常需要添加大量粘合剂,从而颗粒的吸水性较差,吸水速率缓慢且制成后的颗粒难以快速溶于水。并且传统制粒的干燥方法多为烘干,而高温容易导致液体有效成分中热敏物质发生变性或反应,影响猫砂添加剂的效果。
因此,如何提供一种密度低、吸水性好、制备简单、成本低的猫砂添加剂的制备方法,成为了亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
以下是对本文详细描述的主题的概述。本概述并非是为了限制权利要求的保护范围。
针对相关技术的不足,本申请的目的在于提供一种猫砂添加剂及其制备方法和应用,尤其提供一种密度低的猫砂添加剂及其制备方法和应用。本申请提供的制备方法操作简单,所需液体成分少,成本低,制备得到的添加剂密度低,吸水性好,不易碎裂,质量高。
为达到此目的,本申请采用以下技术方案:
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种猫砂添加剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
将液体成分滴至固体基料上,固体基料自动结团形成颗粒,之后分离收集颗粒,冻干得到所述猫砂添加剂。
所述液体成分包括水。
所述固体基料以重量份数计包括粘合剂5-10份、预糊化淀粉40-60份和微晶纤维素40-45份。
其中,粘合剂的份数可以是5份、6份、7份、8份、9份或10份等,预糊化淀粉的份数可以是40份、42份、44份、46份、48份、50份、52份、54份、56份、58份或60份等,微晶纤维素的份数可以是40份、41份、42份、43份、44份或45份等,但不限于以上所列举的数值,上述数值范围内其他未列举的数值同样适用。
上述制备方法通过将液体成分直接滴至采用特定的原料制成的固体基料上,能够自动结团形成颗粒,节省大量液体成分,节省了成本;之后通过振动筛将颗粒与固体基料分离,回收的固体基料可继续用于制备;而采用冻干方式进行干燥也能避免常规高温干燥对液体有效成分中热敏物质的破坏;得到的颗粒添加剂密度低,吸水性好,不易碎裂,质量高,产量高。
在一个实施例中,所述粘合剂包括羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酸钠、黄原胶、瓜尔豆胶或果胶中任意一种或至少两种的组合,例如聚丙烯酸钠和羟丙基甲基纤维素的组合、聚丙烯酸钠和黄原胶的组合或黄原胶和瓜尔豆胶的组合等,但不限于以上所列举的组合,上述组合范围内其他未列举的组合同样适用。
在一个实施例中,所述粘合剂为聚丙烯酸钠和羟丙基甲基纤维素的组合。
上述特定粘合剂能够有效与滴下的液体成分结合形成颗粒,产品密度低,吸水性好,不易碎裂,质量高,能够经受振动筛不碎裂;同时采用特定粘合剂能够进一步提高产品的质量和产量。

聚丙烯酸钠购自于睢县优宝嘉食品有限公司;
羟丙基甲基纤维素购自于河南千志商贸有限公司;
微晶纤维素购自于睢县优宝嘉食品有限公司。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种猫砂添加剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
液体成分包括乙醇30份、丙酮20份、黄原胶25份、3,3'-二羟基联苯胺0.5份、四甲基联苯胺0.5份、过氧化氢1份、过氧化氢异丙苯1份、EDTA-2Na 0.25份、水50份,柠檬酸2.5份,将上述成分混合即得。
固体基料以重量份数计为聚丙烯酸钠3.5份、羟丙基甲基纤维素3.5份、预糊化淀粉50份、微晶纤维素43份,将上述成分混合即得。
将固体基料运送至投料口,通过投料口均匀平铺于传送带(2m/min)上形成3cm厚的粉床;将液体成分运送至液体投料口,液体投料口链接多个输液管与滴液针头(10个),滴液针头间隔3cm在固定横杆上一字排开,垂直于传送带,距传送带5cm高。调整输液管上的调速器,控制液体滴落速度为1滴/s,使得液体成分滴落至粉床上形成颗粒;之后传送带上剩余的粉床与制成的颗粒被运送入振动筛,颗粒通过振动筛被收集后装入托盘等待干燥,粉末通过传送带回到固体投料口循环形成粉床,装满颗粒的托盘运送至冻干仓进行冻干后通过分装机分装,得到所述猫砂添加剂。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种猫砂添加剂的制备方法,具体步骤中除固体基料以重量份数计包括聚丙烯酸钠2.5份、羟丙基甲基纤维素2.5份、预糊化淀粉40份、微晶纤维素40份外,其余与实施例1一致。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种猫砂添加剂的制备方法,具体步骤中除固体基料以重量份数计包括聚丙烯酸钠5份、羟丙基甲基纤维素5份、预糊化淀粉60份、微晶纤维素45份外,其余与实施例1一致。
实施例4
本实施例提供了一种猫砂添加剂的制备方法,具体步骤中除固体基料中将羟丙基甲基纤维素替换为等量的聚丙烯酸钠外,其余与实施例1一致。

效果测试:
测试观察实施例1-14的制备方法中单位时间产量,结果如下:

从以上数据可以发现,本申请制备方法得到的添加剂不易碎裂,质量高,产量高;比较实施例1、4-6可以发现,本申请通过采用特定的粘结剂组合,能够进一步提高产品的质量,使得产品在经过振动筛时碎裂情况更低,最终得到的产量更高;比较实施例1、7-10可以发现,本申请通过控制液体的滴落速度,能够进一步提高产品的质量,提高产量;比较实施例1、11-14可以发现,本申请通过控制传送带的传送速率,能够进一步提高产品的质量,提高产量。
吸水性测试:
将实施例1提供的产品与对比例1中的市售猫砂添加剂进行吸水性测试。在盆中倒入1kg待测样品,之后于中心处缓慢倒入500g水,等待结团后铲出结团部分,称量剩余部分质量,结果如下:
从以上数据可以发现,本申请提供的猫砂添加剂相比现有产品具有更优秀的吸水性,仅需更少的添加剂即可吸收相同的水分,能够有效吸收宠物排泄物,防止其污染猫砂及周围环境。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种猫砂添加剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
    将液体成分滴至固体基料上,固体基料自动结团形成颗粒,之后分离收集颗粒,冻干得到所述猫砂添加剂;
    所述液体成分包括水;
    所述固体基料以重量份数计包括粘合剂5-10份、预糊化淀粉40-60份和微晶纤维素40-45份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,所述粘合剂包括羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酸钠、黄原胶、瓜尔豆胶或果胶中任意一种或至少两种的组合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其中,所述粘合剂为聚丙烯酸钠和羟丙基甲基纤维素的组合。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的制备方法,其中,所述液体成分中还包括有效成分,所述有效成分包括联苯胺类化合物、过氧化物、消毒剂或稳定剂中任意一种或至少两种的组合。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的制备方法,其中,所述将液体成分滴至固体基料通过滴液针头进行;
    可选地,所述滴液针头的个数为至少两个。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其中,所述滴液针头之间的间距为2.5-3.5cm。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的制备方法,其中,所述固体基料位于传送带上,所述滴液针头垂直于传送带;
    可选地,所述滴液针头距离传送带的高度为4-6cm;
    可选地,所述传送带的传送速率为1.5-2.5m/min。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的制备方法,其中,所述液体成分滴至 固体基料的速率为0.8-1.2滴/s;
    可选地,所述颗粒通过振动筛与固体基料分离。
  9. 一种根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的制备方法制备得到的猫砂添加剂。
  10. 一种根据权利要求9所述的猫砂添加剂在制备猫砂中的应用。
