Description

A Chinese medicine composition, arrhythmia treatment patch and preparation method thereof Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of medical supplies, and in particular to a Chinese medicine composition, an arrhythmia treatment patch and a preparation method thereof.
Background technique
The autonomic nervous system plays an important role in the occurrence and maintenance of atrial fibrillation and ventricular arrhythmias after myocardial infarction. Intervention of the autonomic nervous system to improve the efficacy of atrial fibrillation and ventricular arrhythmias is an effective method. Studies have shown that low-intensity vagus nerve stimulation can intervene in the cardiac autonomic nervous system to prevent and treat atrial fibrillation and ventricular arrhythmias after myocardial infarction.
In related technologies, interventions such as drugs, renal sympathetic denervation or vagus nerve stimulation can effectively reduce ventricular neural remodeling and reduce the risk of arrhythmias, especially fatal arrhythmias. However, antiarrhythmic drugs have a certain effect in treating arrhythmias. Although non-drug treatments can effectively treat ventricular arrhythmias after MI, they are mostly invasive operations with certain risks of complications and recurrence rates. Low-intensity ear edge vagus nerve stimulation is time-dependent and activity-restrictive, and requires patients to have high compliance.
Therefore, several common methods for treating arrhythmias in related technologies all have the problems of high requirements for clinical physicians, complicated treatment methods and strict requirements for treatment sites. They also have many requirements for patients and even have side effects such as complications. Therefore, there is still room for improvement.

The TRPV1 receptor is highly expressed in the neuronal cells of the vagus ganglion. The TRPV1 receptor is sensitive to heat stimulation and capsaicin. It is a non-selective ion channel with high permeability to calcium ions and can be activated by capsaicin to cause calcium ion influx. The vagus nerve is the longest and most widely distributed cranial nerve in the human body. Its neuronal cell bodies are located in the vagus ganglion, and its nerve fibers are distributed in the organs of the neck, chest, abdomen, and even pelvic cavity. It must play an important role in the conduction of visceral sensations.
Acupoint application is an ancient traditional Chinese medicine external treatment method. It combines acupuncture, meridians and traditional Chinese medicine theory. It directly applies Chinese medicine to acupoints, which produces micro-area chemical and thermal stimulation on the acupoints through Chinese medicine, and has a dual effect of medicine and acupoints. Through continuous stimulation of acupoints by drugs, it continuously acts on the meridians and internal organs throughout the body to dredge the meridians, harmonize qi and blood, strengthen the body and eliminate evil, regulate the functions of internal organs, balance yin and yang, and achieve the effect of curing and preventing diseases. Modern pharmacological research has proved that acupoint application therapy has the function of regulating the body's immune and endocrine functions, and has the function of enhancing the phagocytic function of the reticuloendothelial system, thereby promoting the dissipation and absorption of inflammation.
Acupoint application is a method of treating diseases externally. Acupoint application therapy is based on the holistic concept of the human body. It combines the viscera and meridians with drugs and uses TCM time medicine to maximize the effectiveness of the two. It is specifically manifested in the following three aspects: one is the role of meridians and acupoints; the second is the efficacy of Chinese medicine; and the third is the time effect of TCM. In addition, modern research has also confirmed that its role is also related to factors such as serum interferon, T lymphocytes, cytokines, lipid metabolism, and free radical levels. Therefore, exogenous non-invasive thermal stimulation of the ear edge vagus nerve branch with Chinese medicine is very helpful for the treatment of rapid arrhythmias.
