Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition, arrhythmia treatment application and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of medical supplies, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition, arrhythmia treatment application and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The autonomic nervous system plays an important role in the occurrence and maintenance of atrial fibrillation and ventricular arrhythmia after myocardial infarction, and intervention of autonomic nerves to improve the efficacy of atrial fibrillation and ventricular arrhythmia is an effective method. Studies show that the low-intensity vagus nerve stimulation can interfere with the cardiac autonomic nerve to achieve the effect of preventing and treating atrial fibrillation and ventricular arrhythmia after myocardial infarction.
In the related art, the intervention of medicines, renal sympathetic denervation or vagal nerve stimulation and the like can effectively reduce the nerve reconstruction of ventricles and reduce the occurrence risk of arrhythmia, especially lethal arrhythmia. However, antiarrhythmic drugs have a certain effect of treating arrhythmia, and non-drug treatment can effectively treat ventricular arrhythmia after MI, but is often an invasive procedure, and has a certain risk of complication occurrence and recurrence rate; whereas low intensity earwax vagal stimulation is time dependent and activity limiting, requiring high patient compliance.

Neuronal cell TRPV1 receptors on the vagus nerve node are highly expressed. TRPV1 receptors are sensitive to thermal stimuli and capsaicin, a non-selective ion channel with high permeability to calcium ions, and can be activated by capsaicin to cause calcium ion influx. The vagus nerve is used as the brain nerve with the longest stroke and the widest distribution range in the human body, the neuron cell body of the vagus nerve is positioned in the vagus nerve node, and the nerve fiber is distributed in the organs of the neck, the chest and the abdominal cavity, even the organs of the pelvic cavity, and plays an important role in the transmission process of the internal organ feeling.
The acupoint application chocolate method is an external-depletion method of ancient Chinese traditional medicine in China, combines the acupuncture, meridian and Chinese medicine theory, directly applies the Chinese medicine to the acupoint, and generates micro-area chemical and thermal stimulation to the acupoint by the Chinese medicine, thereby having the dual functions of medicine and acupoint. The medicine continuously stimulates the acupoints and continuously acts on the whole viscera to dredge the channels and collaterals, harmonize qi and blood, strengthen body resistance and eliminate pathogenic factors, regulate viscera functions, balance yin and yang, and achieve the effects of curing and preventing diseases. Modern pharmacological research proves that the acupoint application therapy has the functions of regulating organism immunity and endocrine, and enhancing reticuloendothelial system phagocytosis, thereby promoting inflammation dissipation and absorption.
The acupoint application is a method for treating the chorea externally. The acupoint application therapy is based on the concept of human body, and combines viscera, channels and collaterals with medicines, so that the acupoint application therapy and the medicine therapy achieve maximum effect by utilizing traditional Chinese medicine time medicine. The following three aspects are specifically shown; first, the meridian points act; secondly, the drug effect of the traditional Chinese medicine; thirdly, the time effect of traditional Chinese medicine. In addition, modern researches have also confirmed that the effects of the compounds are also related to factors such as serum interferon, T lymphocytes, cytokines, lipid metabolism, free radical level and the like. Thus, exogenously administered traditional Chinese medicine thermal stimulation of the noninvasive auricular vagus nerve branch is helpful for the treatment of tachyarrhythmias.
