一种空调外机和空调器
本申请要求于2022年11月18日提交中国专利局、申请号为2022114493827、发明名称为“一种空调外机和空调器”的中国专利申请的优先权,其内容应理解为通过引用的方式并入本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及但不限于电器设备技术领域,具体是指一种空调外机和空调器。
背景技术
相关的空调外机,阀体(阀体包括高压阀体和低压阀体,高压阀体和低压阀体上均配备有防护罩)安装在壳体的右侧面、并向外凸出,采用纸箱包装时,空调外机右侧和纸箱之间的泡沫会在阀体处设置用于容纳和避让阀体的避让口,避让口造成纸箱和空调外机右侧在阀体处形成空区,左右夹持搬运过程中,纸箱在避让口处很容易因搬运夹持力而出现局部塌陷甚至破损的问题。
发明内容

本申请实施例提出的空调外机,包括:主体,其内部具有第一安装腔和第二安装腔,所述第一安装腔和所述第二安装腔在左右方向依次设置;安装板,设置在所述第二安装腔内、并分隔所述第二安装腔成第一子腔和第二子腔,所述第二子腔的腔壁具有与外界相通的开口;阀体,安装在所述安装板上,且所述阀体的对外接口位于所述第二子腔内,所述阀体的对内接口位于所述第一子腔;和压缩机,安装在所述第一子腔内,所述第二子腔位于所述压缩机的后方。
在一些示例性实施例中,所述第一子腔包括后侧部分、前侧部分和上侧部分,所述后侧部分位于所述第二子腔和所述第一安装腔之间,所述前侧部分位于所述第二子腔的前方,所述上侧部分位于所述第二子腔的上方。

需要说明,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如 果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本申请提供了一种空调外机,包装时泡沫不再需要设置用于容纳和避让阀体的避让口,这样泡沫能够设计成完全支撑空调外机右侧和纸箱,纸箱和空调外机右侧之间不再形成空区,因此空调外机包装好之后进行搬运的过程中,纸箱不会因搬运夹持力而出现局部塌陷甚至破损的问题。
本申请还提供了一种空调器。
如图1至图3所示,本申请实施例提出的空调外机,包括:主体100,主体100的内部具有第一安装腔和第二安装腔,第一安装腔和第二安装腔在左右方向依次设置;安装板200,安装板200设置在第二安装腔内、并分隔第二安装腔成第一子腔121和第二子腔122,第二子腔122位于第一子腔121的后侧,且第二子腔122的腔壁具有与外界相通的开口161;阀体300,阀体300安装在安装板200上,阀体300的对外接口位于第二子腔122内,阀体300的对内接口位于第一子腔121;和压缩机,压缩机安装在第一子腔121,第二子腔122位于压缩机的后方。
该空调外机,充分利用了主体100内部压缩机后侧的空间,将与空调内机相连接的阀体300通过安装板200设置在了压缩机后侧的空间内,因阀体300位于第二子腔122的内部,故制成的空调外机的外表面更规整、在左右方向的尺寸更小,这样空调外机在左右方向上所需的安装空间更小,并解决了相关技术因阀体300在空调外机的左侧面或右侧面外凸而影响空调外机美观性的问题;另外,空调外机包装好之后,纸箱与空调外机左侧之间的安装泡沫以及纸箱与空调外机右侧之间的安装泡沫不再需要设置用于容纳和避让阀体300的避让口,这样泡沫能够设计成完全支撑空调外机左侧和纸箱以及空调外机右侧和纸箱,纸箱和空调外机左侧之间以及纸箱和空调外机右侧之间不再形成空区,搬运时纸箱在避让口处不会再因搬运夹持力而出现局部塌陷的问题;再者,阀体300处于第二子腔122内部,不再需要配备防护罩,可有效降低空调外机的生产成本。
可以是,第二安装腔位于第一安装腔的右侧,此时第二子腔122的开口161可以是位于第二子腔122的右侧壁或后侧壁;或者可以是,第二安装腔位于第一安装腔的左侧,此时第二子腔122的开口161可以是位于第二子腔122的左侧壁或后侧壁;以上均可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本申请的设计思想,在此不再赘述,均应属于本申请的保护范围内。
其中,如图1至图3、图5和图6所示,第二子腔122的开口161设于第二子腔122的后侧壁,与阀体300相连接的空调内机的连接管路自空调外机的后侧穿过开口161伸入 第二子腔122内,与阀体300的对外接口进行连接,不会额外占用(用于安装空调外机的)安装机位在左右方向布置空调外机的空间。
在一些示例性实施例中,如图3所示,第二子腔122与第一安装腔在左右方向上被第一子腔121分隔开,第一子腔110包括后侧部分、前侧部分和上侧部分,第一子腔121的后侧部分分隔第二子腔122和第一安装腔,后侧部分用于容纳压缩机和室外换热器之间的连接管路,第一子腔121的前侧部分用于容纳压缩机,确保压缩机和室外换热器在第一子腔121内能够正常进行接管。上侧部分位于第二子腔122的上方,上侧部分还位于前侧部分的后方,上侧部分用于布置端子板500。第一安装腔内布置有风扇组件和室外换热器。
如图1至图10所示,下面以第二安装腔位于第一安装腔的右侧,第二子腔122的开口161位于第二子腔122的后侧壁为例进行详细说明。
在一些示例性实施例中,如图3、图8和图9所示,安装板200包括左右布置的第一立板210、前后布置的第二立板220以及水平布置的横板230,第一立板210位于第二立板220的前侧,横板230位于第一立板210和第二立板220的上方,第一立板210的左边缘与第二立板220的前边缘相连接,横板230的前边缘与第一立板210的上边缘相连接,横板230的左边缘与第二立板220的上边缘相连接,横板230的右边缘与第二安装腔的右侧壁相配合,横板230的后边缘与第二安装腔的后侧壁相配合,第一立板210的右边缘与第二安装腔的右侧壁相配合,第二立板220的后边缘与第二安装腔的后侧壁相配合,开口161位于第二立板220的右侧,第一立板210的下边缘和第二立板220的下边缘均同第二安装腔的底壁相配合。
在一些示例性实施例中,第二安装腔的底壁和安装板200的下端中的之一设有插槽、另一设有插筋,插筋插入插槽内,在第二安装腔的底壁先对安装板200进行预定位,待预定位之后再自右侧通过螺钉将安装板200固定在第二安装腔的右侧壁上、自后侧通过螺钉将安装板200固定在第二安装腔的后侧壁上、此种安装方式简单、容易操作,预定位操作利于实现螺钉孔位对准。可以是,安装板200的边缘处设有翻边,翻边上设置螺纹孔,第二安装腔的右侧壁和后侧壁设有通孔,螺钉穿过通孔旋紧在螺纹孔内。
可以是,第二安装腔的底壁设有插槽,安装板200的下部形成插筋,插筋和插槽可以设计成楔形导向配合结构,利于插筋快速插入插槽内;或者可以是,第二安装腔的底壁设有插筋,安装板200的下部设有插槽,插槽和插槽可以设计成楔形配合结构,利于插槽快速插装在插筋上;以上均可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本申请的设计思想,在此不再赘述,均应属于本申请的保护范围内。
可以是,安装板200为一体结构;或者可以是,安装板200为分体结构;以上均可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本申请的设计思想,在此不再赘述,均应属于本申请的保护范围内。
可以是,阀体300包括多个,多个阀体300在上下方向依次间隔设置,这样更利于同空调内机进行快速接管。此方案装配难度更低。
在一些示例性实施例中,如图1至图3所示,主体100包括:底盘130;中隔板140,中隔板140立设在底盘130上;面板,面板位于中隔板140的前方、并立设在底盘130上;侧后板160,位于中隔板140的一侧、并立设在底盘130上,开口161位于侧后板160上;和顶板170,顶板170安装在中隔板140、面板和侧后板160的上方,底盘130、顶板170、中隔板140、面板和侧后板160合围成第二安装腔。中隔板40分隔开第一安装腔和第二安装腔。
在一些示例性实施例中,如图3、图5和图6所示,侧后板160包括侧板和后板,后 板位于侧板和中隔板140之间,侧板的后边缘与后板的远离中隔板140的边缘相连接,开口161位于后板上,侧板上设有穿设口162,穿设口162的后端与开口161的远离中隔板140的一端连通,侧板上还设有穿线口163,穿线口163位于穿设口162的上方,第一子腔121内设有端子板500,端子板500倾斜设于第二子腔122的上方、并倾斜朝向穿线口163,空调内机的连接线路自开口161依次经过第二子腔122、穿设口162和穿线口163后,在第一子腔121内连接在端子板500上,此方案接线比较方便。其中,端子板500的朝向侧板的一端为端子板500的下端,且端子板500的下端固定在穿线口163的下口壁上。另外,可以在穿设口162和开口161的口壁处设置折边来提升侧后板160的强度。
在一些示例性实施例中,如图3和图10所示,空调外机还包括Z形结构的连接板400,第一立板210和第二立板220相连接的位置设有安装口240,阀体300穿设于安装口240、并固定在安装板200上,连接板400一端与侧板相连接、另一端与第二立板220相连接,连接板300和阀体300共同封堵安装口240,避免蚊虫、老鼠以及灰尘等自第二子腔122进入到第一子腔121内。其中,阀体300位于连接板300的后侧,阀体300的对内接口位于中隔板140和侧板之间。
在一些示例性实施例中,如图1至图3、图5和图6所示,侧后板160的朝向安装板200的侧面下部设有朝下延伸的舌片164,舌片164和侧后板160合围成朝下的卡口(可以是,侧板的下部和后板的下部均设有卡口),倾斜侧后板160,使侧板下部的卡口向下卡在底盘130的侧边上进行预定位,在预定位之后朝向中隔板140侧转动侧后板160的上部,使侧后板160转至竖直状态,此时后板的下部的卡口向下卡在底盘130的后边上进行预定位,再通过螺钉将侧后板160的上部同中隔板140以及面板进行固定连接,此种装配方式相对于自上向下插装侧后板160的方式,在安装机位比较高的场合,侧后板160装配难度更低,利于作业者安装和拆卸。
在一些示例性实施例中,如图1至图4所示,主体100还包括:沿前后方向立设的盖板180,盖板180位于侧板的背向中隔板140的一侧、并盖装在侧板上,对穿设口162和穿线口163进行遮盖封闭,避免蚊虫、老鼠、雨水以及灰尘等自穿线口163进行第一子腔121内,同时保证空调外机外露表面的美观性。
在一些示例性实施例中,如图3和图4所示,盖板180的顶部设有向上延伸的插舌,侧板的顶部设有插口,移动盖板180至插舌位于插口下方,然后自下向上推动盖板180,使插舌向上插入插口内进行预定位,在预定位后再通过螺钉将盖板180固定在侧板上,此方案盖板180拆卸和安装过程均比较简便。其中,顶板170的安装工序位于盖板180的安装工序之后。
在一些示例性实施例中,如图3、图5和图6所示,侧板上穿线口163和穿设口162之间的区域设有走线通道,走线通道可以设置成朝向中隔板140侧凹陷的走线槽165,走线槽165上下贯通,空调内机的连接线路穿设在走线槽165内,避免盖板180固定之后压持连接线路。
可以是,走线槽165为矩形槽;或者可以是,走线槽165为弧形槽等;以上均可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本申请的设计思想,在此不再赘述,均应属于本申请的保护范围内。
或者可以是,走线通道设置成走线孔等,也可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本申请的设计思想,在此不再赘述,也应属于本申请的保护范围内。
在一些示例性实施例中,如图3、图5和图6所示,走线槽165内固定安装有线卡166,线卡166将连接线路固定在走线槽165内,这样可以更好地避免盖板180固定好之后出现 盖板180和侧板压持连接线路的问题。
可以是,侧后板为右侧后板;或者可以是,侧后板为左侧后板;以上均可实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本申请的设计思想,在此不再赘述,均应属于本申请的保护范围内。
本申请实施例提出的空调器(图中未示出),包括空调内机和上述任一实施例所述的空调外机,空调内机的连接管路设置成自开口161伸入第二子腔122内、并连接在阀体300的对外接口处。
该空调器,具备上述任一实施例提出的空调外机的全部优点,在此不再赘述。
在一些示例性实施例中,空调内机的连接线路自开口161依次经过第二子腔122、穿设口162、走线槽165和穿线口163后,在第一子腔121内连接在端子板500上(参见图1至图3进行理解)。
综上所述,本申请实施例提出的技术方案,充分利用了主体内部压缩机后侧的空间,将与空调内机相连接的阀体通过安装板设置在了压缩机后侧的空间内,因阀体位于第二子腔的内部,故制成的空调外机的外表面更规整、在左右方向的尺寸更小,这样空调外机在左右方向上所需的安装空间更小,并解决了相关技术因阀体在空调外机的左侧面或右侧面外凸而影响空调外机美观性的问题;另外,空调外机包装好之后,纸箱与空调外机左侧之间的安装泡沫以及纸箱与空调外机右侧之间的安装泡沫不再需要设置用于容纳和避让阀体的避让口,这样泡沫能够设计成完全支撑空调外机左侧和纸箱以及空调外机右侧和纸箱,纸箱和空调外机左侧之间以及纸箱和空调外机右侧之间不再形成空区,搬运时纸箱在避让口处不会再因搬运夹持力而出现局部塌陷的问题;再者,阀体处于第二子腔内部,不再需要配备防护罩,可有效降低空调外机的生产成本。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种空调外机,包括:
    主体,其内部具有第一安装腔和第二安装腔,所述第一安装腔和所述第二安装腔在左右方向依次设置;
    安装板,设置在所述第二安装腔内、并分隔所述第二安装腔成第一子腔和第二子腔,所述第二子腔的腔壁具有与外界相通的开口;
    阀体,安装在所述安装板上,且所述阀体的对外接口位于所述第二子腔内,所述阀体的对内接口位于所述第一子腔;和
    压缩机,安装在所述第一子腔内,所述第二子腔位于所述压缩机的后方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调外机,其中,所述第一子腔包括后侧部分、前侧部分和上侧部分,所述后侧部分位于所述第二子腔和所述第一安装腔之间,所述前侧部分位于所述第二子腔的前方,所述上侧部分位于所述第二子腔的上方。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空调外机,其中,所述安装板包括第一立板、第二立板和横板,所述第一立板和所述第二立板相连接成折形结构,所述横板连接在所述第一立板和所述第二立板的上部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的空调外机,其中,所述阀体包括多个,多个所述阀体在上下方向依次设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的空调外机,还包括:连接板,所述安装板设有安装口,所述阀体穿设在所述安装口内、并固定在所述安装板上,所述连接板和所述阀体共同封堵所述安装口。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的空调外机,其中,所述主体包括:
    底盘;
    中隔板,立设在所述底盘上;
    面板,位于所述中隔板的前方、并立设在所述底盘上;
    侧后板,位于所述中隔板的一侧、并立设在所述底盘上,所述开口位于所述侧后板上;和
    顶板,安装在所述中隔板、所述面板和所述侧后板的上方,所述顶板、所述中隔板、所述面板、所述侧后板和所述底盘合围成所述第二安装腔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的空调外机,其中,所述侧后板包括相连接的侧板和后板,所述后板位于所述侧板和所述中隔板之间、并处于所述侧板的后侧,所述开口位于所述后板上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的空调外机,其中,所述侧板设有穿设口和穿线口,所述穿设口的后端与所述开口的远离所述中隔板的一端连通,所述穿线口位于所述穿设口的上方,所述第一子腔内设有端子板,所述端子板位于所述第二子腔的上方、并与所述穿线口相对应;所述主体还包括盖板,所述盖板安装在所述侧板的背向所述中隔板的一侧、并遮盖所述穿设口和所述穿线口。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的空调外机,其中,所述侧板的朝向所述盖板的侧面设有走线槽,所述走线槽位于所述穿线口和所述穿设口之间,所述走线槽内设有线卡。
  10. 一种空调器,包括空调内机和如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的空调外机,所述空调内机的连接管路设置成自所述开口伸入所述第二子腔内、并连接在所述阀体的对外接口处。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的空调器,其中,所述空调内机的连接线路自所述开口依次经过所述第二子腔、穿设口、走线槽和穿线口后连接在端子板上。
