技术领域
本申请涉及连接器技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种连接器组件。
背景技术
在汽车上,位置保持装置(CPA)通常用于电连接器中,以便确保电连接器主体被适当地锁定和配合在一起。现在的技术趋势使得电连接器越来越小型化,导致电连接器的解锁结构也越来越小。另外加上防误触碰的设计需求,电连接器的解锁存在进一步的操作困难。因此,需要设计一种同时满足上述要求结构的连接器组件。
发明内容
本申请的目的是提供一种连接器组件,包括:
相互对插的插头和插座,所述插头和所述插座上分别设置相互卡接的卡接槽和卡接弹片,所述插头和所述插座通过所述卡接槽和所述卡接弹片配对卡接以固定连接;
以及位置保持装置,所述位置保持装置设置为防止所述卡接弹片被误触碰导致与所述卡接槽脱离,从而使所述插头和所述插座的非预期脱离;
所述位置保持装置上设置按压臂,所述按压臂与所述卡接弹片抵接,按压所述按压臂带动所述卡接弹片并使所述卡接弹片与所述卡接槽脱离。
本申请具有以下技术效果:
目前电连接器越来越小型化,导致解锁结构也越来越小,再加上防误触碰设计需求,由此电连接器解锁结构周边会设计一些防护结构。以上因素综合在一起使得电连接器的解锁会存在操作困难。所以此时设置按压臂,能够解决按压困难的问题,用较小的力作用在按压臂上,进一步作用在卡接弹片上,就可以实现插头和插座的解锁,方便快捷。

一种连接器组件,如图1-图13所示,包括:相互对插的插头1和插座2,插头1 和插座2上分别设置相互卡接的卡接槽52和卡接弹片60,插头1和插座2通过卡接槽52和卡接弹片60配对卡接而固定连接;以及位置保持装置4,位置保持装置4的设置用于防止卡接弹片60被误触碰导致与卡接槽52脱离,从而使插头1和插座2的非预期脱离;位置保持装置4上还设置按压臂40,按压臂40与卡接弹片60抵接,在按压该按压臂40时,按压臂40会带动卡接弹片60并使卡接弹片60与卡接槽52脱离。
在插座2与插头1进行对插时,插头1和插座2通过卡接槽52和卡接弹片60卡紧锁紧,防止插头1和插座2脱离。

如图3所示,卡接槽52的两侧设置压块,压块51上设置斜面53,当插头1和插座2对插后,压块的斜面53与位置保持装置4抵接,将位置保持装置4从固定槽61中推出。进而,位置保持装置4从固定槽61中脱离,使位置保持装置4能够推入到如图12所示的保持位置。
在本申请的实施例中,插座2与位置保持装置4可以实现预安装,预安装的位置保持装置4处于预装位置,具体的如图4所示。
插头1与插座2对插的过程中,压块给位置保持装置4一个向下的作用力,以将位置保持装置4从固定槽61中脱出。进一步,向前(如图1中所示左方为向前,右方为向后)推动位置保持装置4,位置保持装置4与卡接弹片60抵接防止卡接弹片60受到向下的压力而导致插头1和插座2脱离,此时的位置保持装置4起到锁定作用。
插头1和插座2解锁时,首先需要向后先退位置保持装置4,正常的解锁步骤需要手动按压卡接弹片60,使卡接弹片60受力后产生向下的位移,从而实现插头1和插座2的解锁。目前连接器越来越小型化,导致解锁结构也越来越小,再加上防误触碰设计要求,故连接器解锁结构周边会设计一些防护结构。以上因素综合在一起使得连接器的解锁会存在操作困难。
所以此时设置按压臂40,能够解决按压困难的问题,用较小的力作用在按压臂40上,以进一步作用在卡接弹片60上,从而可以实现方便快捷地解锁插头1和插座2。
本申请实施例的结构,在插头1和插座2进行解锁时,需要向后先退位置保持装 置4,再进一步对锁扣装置施加作用力,才能实现插头1和插座2的解锁脱离,基于此双重解锁步骤,能够保证连接器的使用安全,另外,本申请还具有方便操作的特点,利于装配和检修。
在一实施方式中,如图7-图9所示,位置保持装置4包括基体10和设置在基体10上的插接臂20,插接臂20为两个,两个插接臂20从基体10侧面沿位置保持装置4的插入方向延伸,两个插接臂20的前端通过横梁21连接;按压臂40的后端与基体10连接,按压臂40的前端呈悬臂设置。
具体的如图4所示,具体的为位置保持装置4的横梁21容纳在固定槽61中,固定槽61限制位置保持装置4进一步向前推动,使位置保持装置4保持在预装位置。
如图9所示,插接臂20中还包括至少一个弯折部23,弯折部23两端的延伸方向呈设定的角度。
插接臂20包括弯折部23,保证插接臂20在自然状态下斜向上翘起,方便横梁21更好的置于固定槽61中。在没有外力的作用下,横梁21不易脱出,防止将位置保持装置4直接被推到保持位置。
弯折部23的两端呈预设角度,保证在预装位置时,横梁21与固定槽61成干涉状态,使横梁21紧贴固定槽61的底部,增强固定效果。
在一实施方式中,如图7所示,插接臂20与按压臂40位于基体10的同侧。为了保证按压臂40与卡接弹片60的位置相对应,辅助按压部42在基体10底面平面的投影,处于两个插接臂20在基体10底面平面的投影之间。
在一实施方式中,插接臂20上设置有至少一个止压块22,横梁21与固定槽61卡接时,此时位置保持装置4保持在预装位置,止压块22与卡接弹片60之间设置预定间隙使二者之间保持一定的距离。止压块22的厚度沿插入方向逐渐减小。止压块22位于卡接弹片60下方,并与卡接弹片60抵接。
插头1和插座2处于锁定时,如图12所示,卡接弹片60推入到卡接槽52内时,此时横梁21与固定槽61脱离。在位置保持装置4的作用下,止压块22位于卡接弹片60的下方,并与卡接弹片60抵接。当按压卡接弹片60时,卡接弹片60被止压块22阻挡不能移动,防止卡接弹片60受到压力而产生向下的位移。进而避免插头1和插座2在非人为因素下而产生脱离的情况发生,此时位置保持装置4处于保持位置,插座2的上方有容纳按压臂40的槽(未标号),按压臂40的前端容置在槽内呈保持状态。
插头1和插座2解锁时,推动位置保持装置4,止压块22与卡接弹片60之间不再抵接,有一定的间隙距离,此时卡接弹片60重新回到悬臂状态,此时位置保持装置 4处于预装位置。
按压按压臂40时,按压臂40和卡接弹舌62的上表面抵接,按压力使卡接弹片60整体受到向下的压力,按压臂40带动卡接弹片60移动到能够使卡接弹片60和卡接槽52脱离的位置,使卡接弹片60与卡接槽52脱离,从而插头1和插座2解锁。
在一实施方式中,如图9所示,按压臂40包括依次连接的倾斜部41、按压部42和接触部43,倾斜部41的一端与基体10连接,接触部43为自由端。
具体的,当位置保持装置4位于预装位置时,止压块22与卡接弹片60具有设定的距离,按压按压部42时,接触部43与卡接弹片60上表面抵接,从而接触部43带动卡接弹片60移动到卡接弹片60和卡接槽52脱离的位置。
倾斜部41从与基体10连接的一端到与按压部42连接的一端,横截面积逐渐变小。插头1和插座2的插拔,需要对位置保持装置4进行多次按压,所以与基体10连接的一端需要保证一定的强度,另一端保证一定的弹性。
进一步地,接触部43形状为L形,L形一端与按压部42连接,另一端在接近插接臂20的方向设置。L形拐弯的位置设置加强肋45,加强肋45所在平面垂直L形的平面。加强肋45的设置能够保证接触部43的强度,以及保证使用寿命。
在一实施方式中,卡接弹片60包括相互连接的卡接部63和弹舌62。具体的,卡接部63与卡接槽52卡接,卡接部63一端与插头1或插座2连接,另一端与弹舌62连接。在卡接部的一侧设置容纳位置保持装置4的固定槽61。按压按压部42后,按压部42带动接触部43推动弹舌62,使卡接弹片60从卡接槽52中脱离。
具体的,在位置保持装置4的作用下,止压块22与弹舌62抵接。通过按压部42按压弹舌62,按压力使卡接弹片60整体受到向下的压力,进而使卡接部63与卡接槽52脱离,从而实现插头1和插座2的解锁。
在一实施方式中,如图9所示,按压部42上表面设置至少一个防滑凸起44,防滑凸起44的延伸方向垂直于插接方向(例如为插入方向)延伸设置。
防滑凸起44的设置能够在力作用在按压部42的时候保证按压的有效性。
在一实施方式中,位置保持装置4还包括固定部30,固定部30形状为L型并对称设置在基体10的两侧;固定部30内表面与插接臂20的侧面围成引导槽31,引导槽31沿插头1和插座2插入方向延伸。
固定部30的外表面上设置有至少一个加强筋35,加强筋35延伸的方向垂直于插入方向。
如图8所示,加强筋35的设置既可以增加固定部30的强度,延长固定部30的强 度,又可以在推动位置保持装置4的时候,增大摩擦力,从而方便操作。
在一实施方式中,引导槽31包括相对设置的两个侧面和与侧面连接的底面,底面上设有至少一个凹槽32,插头1或插座2上相对设有与引导槽31配合的引导肋70,引导肋70上设置凸起72。保持位置具体可以为,将卡接弹片60推入到卡接槽52内,插头1或插座2与位置保持装置4通过凹槽32与凸起72卡接配合,此时的位置保持装置4处于保持位置。
如图4-图7所示,由于引导槽31和引导肋70配合,方便了位置保持装置4与插座2的插接。引导槽31的两侧分别由固定部30的内表面和插接臂20的内表面围成墙体,通过墙体能够防止异物进入连接器中,起到防异物的效果。
如图6和图13可知,引导肋70上设置有圆弧形凸起72,当位置保持装置4被推至保持位置时,通过凸起72和凹槽32的配合,实现位置保持装置4在最终位置上的保持。
在一实施方式中,如图9所示,底面在接近横梁21的端部设置有引导斜面33。
在一实施方式中,如图9所示,底面在远离横梁21的端部设置有台阶34。
当位置保持装置4与插座2预安装时,位置保持装置4处于预装位置,引导斜面33起到引导作用与凸起72配合,继续推动位置保持装置4,使得凸起72和凹槽32配合,从而位置保持装置4处于保持位置。
当需要解锁时,反向推动位置保持装置4,位置保持装置4由于凹槽32的圆滑引导作用挤压凸起72,使位置保持装置4回到预装位置。
位置保持装置4的端部设置有台阶34,参考图6、9和13,在解锁过程反向推动位置保持装置4时,台阶34与引导肋70后面设置的挡台(未标号)相互配合,实现位置保持装置4的防退,避免脱出。
如图13所示,引导肋70上分别贯穿设有至少一个长条孔73,长条孔73沿引导肋70的延伸方向设置。
如图13所示,当推动位置保持装置4时,由于引导斜面33的挤压作用,凸起72连同引导肋70向下发生形变,使位置保持装置4推动到保持位置,凸起72的挤压力消失,引导肋70恢复原状。长条孔73的设置,能够保证在解锁和锁定过程中,推动位置保持装置4时,省力的同时,减小位置保持装置4和引导肋70之间的摩擦,提高使用寿命。
虽然已经通过例子对本申请的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本申请的范围。本领 域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本申请的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本申请的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种连接器组件,其特征在于,包括:
    相互对插的插头和插座,所述插头和所述插座上分别设置相互卡接的卡接槽和卡接弹片,所述插头和所述插座通过所述卡接槽和所述卡接弹片对配卡接而固定连接;
    以及位置保持装置,所述位置保持装置的设置用于防止所述卡接弹片被误触碰导致与所述卡接槽脱离,从而使所述插头和所述插座的非预期脱离;以及
    所述位置保持装置上设置按压臂,所述按压臂与所述卡接弹片抵接,按压所述按压臂带动所述卡接弹片并使所述卡接弹片与所述卡接槽脱离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,所述位置保持装置包括基体和设置在所述基体上的插接臂,所述插接臂为两个,两个所述插接臂从所述基体侧面沿所述位置保持装置的插入方向延伸,两个所述插接臂的前端通过横梁连接;以及
    所述按压臂的后端与所述基体连接,所述按压臂的前端呈悬臂设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,所述插接臂与所述按压臂位于所述基体的同侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,所述卡接弹片上设置容纳所述横梁的固定槽,所述横梁与所述固定槽卡接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,所述插接臂上设置有至少一个止压块,所述横梁与所述固定槽卡接时,所述止压块与所述卡接弹片之间设置有预定间隙;以及
    所述横梁与所述固定槽脱离后,所述卡接弹片推入到所述卡接槽内,所述止压块与所述卡接弹片抵接。
  6. 根据权利要5所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,所述按压臂包括依次连接的倾斜部、按压部和接触部,所述倾斜部的一端与所述基体连接,所述接触部为自由端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,所述卡接弹片包括相互连接的卡接部和弹舌,所述卡接部一端与所述插头或所述插座连接,另一端与所述弹舌连接,按压所述按压部带动所述接触部推动所述弹舌,使所述卡接片从所述卡接槽中脱离。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,所述按压部上表面设置至少一个防滑凸起,所述防滑凸起的延伸方向垂直于插接方向延伸设置。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,所述位置保持装置还包括固定部,所述固定部形状为L型并对称设置在所述基体的两侧,所述固定部内表面与所 述插接臂的侧面围成引导槽,所述引导槽沿所述插头和所述插座插入方向延伸。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,所述引导槽包括相对设置的两个侧面和与所述侧面连接的底面,所述底面上设有至少一个凹槽,所述插头或所述插座两侧相对设有与所述引导槽配合的引导肋,所述引导肋上设置凸起,所述卡接弹片推入到所述卡接槽内,所述插头或所述插座与所述位置保持装置通过所述凹槽与凸起卡接配合而固定连接。
