背景技术
随着科技的发展,手机、平板电脑等电子设备广泛应用到日常生活中,手机、平板电脑等电子设备具有便于携带的优点,但是在观影、阅读等方面使用时,没有支点,手机、平板电脑等电子设备不便于支撑。
因此,通常设置落地支架、悬臂桌面支架、车载导航支架等来支撑手机、平板电脑等电子设备,将手机、平板电脑等电子设备呈现不同的倾斜角度,以便于观影、阅读等方面的使用。
而现有的支架,不便于调节手机、平板电脑等电子设备的旋转角度和倾斜角度,使得使用者的使用体验较差。

本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于电子设备的磁吸式支架,解决现有的支架,不便于调节手机、平板电脑等电子设备的旋转角度和倾斜角度,使得使用者的使用体验较差的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是提供一种用于电子设备的磁吸式支架,包括磁吸组件、连接组件和支撑件,磁吸组件用于吸附连接电子设备,连接组件用于连接磁吸组件与支撑件,支撑件用于支撑电子设备,磁吸组件与连接组件转动连接,用于调整电子设备的旋转角度,支撑件与连接组件铰接,用于调整电子设备的倾斜角度。
优选的,磁吸组件包括有安装件、磁吸件和盖合件,安装件的一侧设置有凹槽,磁吸件设置在凹槽内,盖合件与安装件连接盖合在磁吸件的外侧。
优选的,磁吸件与凹槽的形状适配,磁吸件为环状的磁铁。
优选的,连接组件包括有连接主件,连接主件包括有主体部,主体部中心处向外延伸出的第一连接部,以及径向贯穿主体部的第二连接部;第一连接部用于转动连接安装件,第二连接部用于铰接支撑件。
优选的,第二连接部内穿设有转轴,转轴的外侧套设有套管,套管与第二连接部适配。
优选的,第二连接部两端的连接主件上还设有衔接部,支撑件的铰接端有与衔接部适配的限位部,限位部与衔接部配合,用于限定支撑件相对于连接主件的转动角度。
优选的,连接主件还包括有密封部,密封部内设置有弹片,弹片的一端抵触在安装件的表面,弹片对应位置处的安装件上设置有圆周均匀分布的多个凸起。
优选的,弹片包括有与安装件平行的平行部,与安装件垂直的垂直部,以及连接平行部和垂直部的弯曲部;平行部用于固定弹片,垂直部的下端抵触在安装件的表面。

对于本实用新型的描述,非限定性的用图1中所示的标记“前”、“后”“上”“下”“左”“右”来促进对该实施例的理解,并不意在限制本实用新型。其中,前后方向表示横向,左右方向表示纵向,上下方向表示垂直方向。
图1-图11显示了本实用新型用于电子设备的磁吸式支架的实施例,包括磁吸组件10、连接组件20和支撑件30,磁吸组件10用于吸附连接电子设备,连接组件20用于连接磁吸组件10与支撑件30,支撑件30用于支撑电子设备,磁吸组件10与连接组件20转动连接,用于调整电子设备的旋转角度,支撑件30与连接组件20铰接,用于调整电子设备的倾斜角度。
本实用新型中,通过磁吸组件10能够便捷的吸附电子设备,便于电子设备的安装,安装完成后,通过磁吸组件10与连接组件20转动连接,能够使磁吸组件10相对于连接组件20旋转,即可便捷的使吸附在磁吸组件10上的电子设备进行旋转,从而使电子设备具有不同的旋转角度。还可以通过支撑件30与连接组件20铰接,调整连接组件20相对于支撑件30的倾斜角度,进而使得电子设备具有不同的倾斜角度。由此即可便捷的调整电子设备的旋转角度和倾斜角度,提高使用者的使用体验。
优选的,如图4所示,磁吸组件10包括有安装件101、磁吸件102和盖合件103,安装件101的一侧设置有凹槽1011,磁吸件102设置在凹槽1011内,盖合件103与安装件101连接盖合在磁吸件102外侧。
优选的,如图4所示,安装件101为圆盘形,凹槽1011环设在安装件101的边部。安装件101的中心处为转接部1012,转接部1012用于连接连接组件20。优选的,转接部1012的前部突出,后部凹陷。
磁吸件102是指任何可跟铁氧体磁铁,铝镍钴合金磁铁、稀土磁铁…等磁铁相互吸引的磁铁或金属。
优选的,如图4和图9所示,磁吸件102与凹槽1011的形状适配,磁吸件102为环状的磁铁,设置在凹槽1011内。通过磁铁吸附在电子设备的后盖处,电子设备可以为手机、平板电脑等。当电子设备的后盖无法吸附时,还可以在电子设备的后盖上粘贴铁片等,然后再使用磁吸件102吸附。
优选的,如图4所示,盖合件103包括有与凹槽1011适配的第一盖合部1031和与转接部1012适配的第二盖合部1032,第一盖合部1031盖合在凹槽1011的外侧,防止磁吸件102掉出,第二盖合部1032盖合在转接部1012,避免磁吸组件10与连接组件20的连接处外露。
优选的,如图4所示,连接组件20包括有连接主件201,连接主件201包括有主体部2011,主体部2011中心处向外延伸出的第一连接部2012,以及径向贯穿主体部2011的第二连接部2013,第一连接部2012用于转动连接安装件101,第二连接部2013用于铰接支撑件30。
优选的,如图5所示,第一连接部2012为圆环形凸起,第一连接部2012穿设在安装板的转接部1012内,与安装件101转动连接。由此可使连接主件201以及其铰接的支撑件30,相对于安装件101转动0°-360°。
优选的,如图4所示,第一连接部2012的两端均设置有垫片202,两个垫片202分别位于安装件101的两侧,由此能够提高第一连接部2012与安装件101连接的稳定性。
优选的,如图4所示,第二连接部2013为圆形通孔,第二连接部2013内穿设有转轴203,转轴203的两端铰接支撑件30。
优选的,如图4所示,转轴203的外侧套设有套管2031,套管2031与第二连接部2013适配。由此能够便于转轴203的转动增强阻尼,提高使用寿命。
优选的,套管2031与第二连接部2013的配合为过渡配合,过渡配合公差优选H6/k5,在外力较少时,套管2031与第二连接部2013之间有一定的摩擦力能够避免套管2031的转动,在有一定的外力时,能够通过外力使套管2031相对于第二连接部2013进行转动,由此可使支撑件30相对于连接主件201的转动任意角度,在对电子设备进行支撑时,使电子设备倾斜成不同的角度。
优选的,如图5所示,第二连接部2013两端的连接主件201上还设有衔接部2014,支撑件30的铰接端有与衔接部2014适配的限位部301,限位部301与衔接部2014配合,用于限定支撑件30相对于连接主件201的转动角度。支撑件30相对于连接主件201的转动角度为0°-85°。
优选的,如图5所示,衔接部2014包括有位于第二连接部2013两侧的第一限位面20141和第二限位面20142,限位部301为扇形,包括有扇形面两侧的第一侧面3011和第二侧面3012,当支撑件30与连接主件201之间的角度为0°时,第一侧面3011抵触在第一限位面20141处,当支撑件30与连接主件201之间的角度为85°时,第二侧面3012抵触在第二限位面20142处,由此将支撑件30相对于连接主件201的倾斜角度限制为0°-85°。
进一步的,如图4和图5所示,连接主件201还包括有密封部2015,密封部2015内设置有弹片204,弹片204的一端抵触在安装件101的表面,弹片204对应位置处的安装件101上设置有圆周均匀分布的多个凸起205。邻近弹片204的凸起205与弹片204平行或趋近于平行。连接主件201转动时,弹片204随着转动,弹片204转动时,触碰凸起205,发出机械哒哒声音。由此,连接主件201在转动时,具有声音提示,该声音又具有缓解精神压力的效果。
优选的,如图8所示,弹片204包括有与安装件101平行的平行部2041,与安装件101垂直的垂直部2042,以及连接平行部2041和垂直部2042的弯曲部2043,可通过柳接的方式将平行部2041固定在连接主件201的密封部2015内。垂直部2042的下端抵触在安装件101的表面。弯曲部2043连接平行部2041和垂直部2042,能够提高弹片204的弹性。便于弹片204随着连接主件201转动。
优选的,凸起205的横截面为弧形。可避免凸起205卡死弹片204。
优选的,如图10所示,支撑件30的自由端向内凹陷有容纳槽302,容纳槽302内设置有可移动的刀片40,刀片40的外侧设置有密封盖401,密封盖401用于盖合刀片40。
优选的,如图11所示,密封盖401滑动连接有滑块402,滑块402包括有与密封盖401滑动连接的滑动部4021,滑动部4021中部延伸出的固定部4022,以及滑动部4021上侧延伸出的抵触部4023,固定部4022用于固定刀片40。密封盖401内设置有固定轴4011,固定轴4011外侧套设有扭簧403,扭簧403的一伸出端穿设在抵触部4023中心的通孔处,另一伸出端抵触在密封盖401的内壁处。
当外力推动滑块402时,克服扭簧403的弹力,滑块402带动刀片40的端部滑出,可通过刀片40切割外物,拆解快递等。当外力消失后,扭簧403的弹力将刀片40带进容纳槽302内,避免刀片40外露。
密封盖401可通过扣合的方式与支撑件30连接。
优选的,如图6所示,容纳槽302的一端突出有螺纹台3021,另一端突出有凹扣台3022,密封盖401上设置有与螺纹台3021对应的螺孔,以及与凹扣台3022对应的凸起扣4012,螺纹台3021与螺孔通过螺栓连接。凸起扣4012扣合进凹扣台3022内,由此将密封盖401与支撑件30连接起来。
优选的,如图6所示,容纳槽302对应刀片40处,突出有多个圆弧台3023,通过圆弧台3023可支撑刀片40,便于刀片40的滑入滑出。
优选的,如图11所示,滑块402的四角处均向内延伸出有滑珠4024,滑珠4024抵触在密封盖401的表面,由此可便于滑块402相对于密封盖401的滑动。
由此可见,本实用新型公开了一种用于电子设备的磁吸式支架,通过磁吸组件能够便捷的吸附电子设备,便于电子设备的安装,安装完成后,通过磁吸组件与连接组件转动连接,使电子设备具有不同的旋转角度。通过支撑件与连接组件铰接,使得电子设备具有不同的倾斜角度。通过弹片发出机械哒哒声音,又具有缓解精神压力的效果。通过刀片增加支架的用途,提高使用的便捷性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于电子设备的磁吸式支架,其特征在于,包括磁吸组件、连接组件和支撑件,所述磁吸组件用于吸附连接电子设备,所述连接组件用于连接所述磁吸组件与所述支撑件,所述支撑件用于支撑所述电子设备,所述磁吸组件与所述连接组件转动连接,用于调整所述电子设备的旋转角度,所述支撑件与所述连接组件铰接,用于调整所述电子设备的倾斜角度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于电子设备的磁吸式支架,其特征在于,所述磁吸组件包括有安装件、磁吸件和盖合件,所述安装件的一侧设置有凹槽,所述磁吸件设置在所述凹槽内,所述盖合件与所述安装件连接盖合在所述磁吸件的外侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于电子设备的磁吸式支架,其特征在于,所述磁吸件与所述凹槽的形状适配,所述磁吸件为环状的磁铁。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的用于电子设备的磁吸式支架,其特征在于,所述连接组件包括有连接主件,所述连接主件包括有主体部,所述主体部中心处向外延伸出的第一连接部,以及径向贯穿所述主体部的第二连接部;所述第一连接部用于转动连接所述安装件,所述第二连接部用于铰接所述支撑件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于电子设备的磁吸式支架,其特征在于,所述第二连接部内穿设有转轴,所述转轴的外侧套设有套管,所述套管与所述第二连接部适配。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于电子设备的磁吸式支架,其特征在于,所述第二连接部两端的所述连接主件上还设有衔接部,所述支撑件的铰接端有与所述衔接部适配的限位部,所述限位部与所述衔接部配合,用于限定所述支撑件相对于所述连接主件的转动角度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于电子设备的磁吸式支架,其特征在于,所述连接主件还包括有密封部,所述密封部内设置有弹片,所述弹片的一端抵触在所述安装件的表面,所述弹片对应位置处的所述安装件上设置有圆周均匀分布的多个凸起。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于电子设备的磁吸式支架,其特征在于,所述弹片包括有与所述安装件平行的平行部,与所述安装件垂直的垂直部,以及连接所述平行部和垂直部的弯曲部;所述平行部用于固定所述弹片,所述垂直部的下端抵触在所述安装件的表面。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的用于电子设备的磁吸式支架,其特征在于,所述支撑件的自由端向内凹陷有容纳槽,所述容纳槽内设置有可移动的刀片,所述刀片的外侧设置有密封盖,所述密封盖用于盖合所述刀片。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的用于电子设备的磁吸式支架,其特征在于,所述密封盖滑动连接有滑块,所述滑块包括有与所述密封盖滑动连接的滑动部,所述滑动部中部延伸出的固定部,以及所述滑动部上侧延伸出的抵触部;所述固定部用于固定所述刀片;所述密封盖内设置有固定轴,所述固定轴的外侧套设有扭簧,所述扭簧的一伸出端穿设在所述抵触部中心的通孔处,另一伸出端抵触在所述密封盖的内壁处。
