本公开属于户外用品领域,涉及一种户外遮蔽产品,具体涉及一种可收折的帐篷和遮阳伞。
背景技术
帐篷是户外常使用的一种户外遮蔽产品,尤其是可折叠式帐篷越来越受到消费者欢迎。已有的一种可折叠帐篷,包括多个支撑腿、连接在该多个支撑腿之间的顶杆组件及屋檐组件,顶杆组件和屋檐组件均包括多个转动连接的杆件。这些杆件的长径比较大,而且通常较长,因此需要较高的强度,避免杆件弯折。尤其是杆件的连接处通常需要开设供枢轴等连接件插入的连接孔,为杆件的主要受力部位,更是需要有足够的强度。
发明内容
本公开涉及一种户外遮蔽产品,能够在避免过多增加杆件重量的前提下,增强杆件强度。
本公开的一个方面提供一种户外遮蔽产品,包括一杆组件,所述杆组件包括:
一第一杆,其具有中空的第一内腔;及
一第一内衬加强件,其用于加强所述第一杆的结构强度;
其中,所述内衬加强件设置在所述第一内腔中且位于所述第一杆的中部。
本文中,杆件的“中部”是指杆件的两端部之间的任一处,两个端部除外;优选为从杆件长度的1/5处到4/5处的区域中的任一部分。
在一些实施例中,所述杆组件中,用于加强所述第一杆的结构强度的部件仅包括所述第一内衬加强件。

本公开具有如下优点:本公开的户外遮蔽产品的杆组件,在杆的连接部内插入内衬加强件,对杆的强度进行加强,尤其是加强了杆中部等薄弱部位的强度(例如对帐篷的屋檐杆、顶杆或遮阳伞的伞骨等长杆的中部进行加强),有效避免杆件弯折,同时不过多增加杆组件的重量;从而能够在不过多增加帐篷或遮阳伞的总体重量的前提下,使帐篷或遮阳伞等户外遮蔽产品的具有较高的强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本公开的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本公开的优点和特征能更易于被本领域的技术人员理解。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本公开,但并不构成对本公开的限定。此外,下面所描述的本公开各个实施方式中所涉及到的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以互相结合。
本实施例提供一种户外遮蔽产品的杆组件,具体是一种可收折户外遮蔽用品的折叠杆组件。该可收折的户外遮蔽用品为可收折帐篷或遮阳伞,其具有一或多个上述的杆组件。上述的杆组件具有展开状态和折叠状态;当可收折的户外遮蔽用品展开后,上述的杆组件处于展开状态;当可收折的户外遮蔽用品收折后,上述的杆组件处于折叠状态。
图1示出了根据本实施例的一种户外遮蔽产品的一个实例,具体为可收折的帐篷。参照图1所示,该可收折的帐篷包括可收折的帐篷架1,所述帐篷架1包括多个支撑腿11、多个屋檐架12及顶架13,所述屋檐架12连接于相邻两个支撑腿11之间,所述顶架13连接于所述多个支撑腿11的上端部,所述屋檐架12和/或所述顶架13包括一或多个杆组件2。具体到图1所示的帐篷架1中,每个屋檐架12包括依次转动连接的三个杆组件2。在其他一些示例中,顶架13也可采用一或多个上述的杆组件2。
结合图2所示,每个杆组件2包括第一杆21,第一杆21具有第一连接部,该第一连接部和户外遮蔽产品的第二部件连接。该第二部件具体为具有第二连接部的第二杆22。进一步 地,第一杆21的中部和第二杆22的中部相转动连接,则第一连接部位于第一杆21的中部,第二连接部位于第二杆22的中部。本文中,杆件的“中部”是指杆件的两个端部之间的任一处,两个端部除外;优选为从杆件长度的1/5处到4/5处的区域中的任一部分。
该杆组件2还包括一个或多个用于加强杆件的结构强度的内衬加强件23,第一杆21具有中空内腔,第一杆21的内腔中设有一个所述内衬加强件23且该内衬加强件23位于第一连接部的内侧;第二杆22具有中空内腔,第二杆22的内腔中设有另一个所述内衬加强件23且该内衬加强件23位于所述第二连接部的内侧。也就是说,内衬加强件23位于第一杆21及第二杆22的中部内。还需要说明的是,用于加强第一杆21的结构强度的部件仅包括上述的内衬加强件23,用于加强第二杆22的结构强度的部件仅包括上述的内衬加强件23,不再额外设置其他的加强结构。
下面以第一杆21为例来对杆组件2的结构进行详细描述。图3示出了第一杆21的侧视图,图4示出了第一杆21的轴测图,图4中第一连接部的部分未示出,以便于显示出第一杆21内的内衬加强件23。结合图3和图4所示,内衬加强件23为空心的内衬管,内衬管塞在第一杆21内;进一步地,内衬管和第一杆21的形状相配合,二者的垂直于第一杆21的长度方向的截面为圆形或椭圆形的闭合环状,内衬管和第一杆21的内壁贴合接触。在其他一些示例中,内衬加强件23为内衬支架;例如由两组内衬条交叉形成的十字支架等,其和第一杆21的内壁紧密配合,例如固定连接或抵紧接触。
具体地,上述第一连接部包括贯通开设于第一杆21的管壁上的第一连接孔210,内衬加强件23上贯通开设有第二连接孔230,第一连接孔210和第二连接孔230对齐连通。第二杆22具有连接销24或连接有连接销24,连接销24插于第一连接孔210和第二连接孔230中。进一步地,该连接销24用作枢轴,第一杆21和第二杆22通过该连接销24枢接,从而第一杆21和第二杆22可绕连接销24相对转动地连接,从而使得杆组件2具有展开状态和折叠状态。帐篷架1在展开后,杆组件2处于展开状态,第一杆21和第二杆22相对展开;帐篷架1在折叠后,杆组件2处于折叠状态,第一杆21和第二杆22靠拢,即第一杆21的一端部和第二杆22的一端部相靠拢,第一杆21的另一端部和第二杆22的另一端部相靠拢。
相应地,第二杆22的第二连接部包括贯通开设于第二杆22的管壁上的第三连接孔220,第二杆22的中部也塞有一个空心的内衬管。该内衬管和第二杆22的形状相配合,二者的垂 直于第二杆22的长度方向的截面为圆形或椭圆形的闭合环状,该内衬管和第二杆22的内壁贴合接触。上述第二连接部包括贯通开设于第二杆22的管壁上的第三连接孔220,该内衬加强件23上也贯通开设有第二连接孔230。第一连接孔210、各第二连接孔230、及第三连接孔220对齐连通,连接销24插入这些连接孔中,实现第一杆21和第二杆22的枢轴连接。
第一杆21内的内衬加强件23沿第一杆21长度方向的尺寸小于第一杆21的长度的20%。第二杆22内的内衬加强件23沿第二杆22长度方向的尺寸小于第一杆21的长度的20%。内衬加强件23为一段中空的塑料管或金属管。
在本实施例中,第一杆21和第二杆22分别用作帐篷屋檐架12的屋檐杆。在其他一些实施例中,第一杆21和第二杆22还可以用于帐篷顶架13的杆件;或,第一杆21用作帐篷的屋檐杆,第二杆22用作帐篷的支撑腿11;或第一杆21用作帐篷顶架13的杆件,第二杆22用作帐篷的支撑腿11。
本实施例的户外遮蔽用品的另一个示例为遮阳伞,其具有一或多个上述的杆组件2。
具体地,参照图5至图7所示,该遮阳伞包括支架100和覆于支架100上部的伞布104。支架100包括支撑杆101、多个伞骨102及多个斜杆103。支撑杆101沿上下方向延伸;伞骨102具有内端部和外端部,伞骨102的内端部枢接于支撑杆101的上端部,外端部以支撑杆101的上端部为圆心向外辐射延伸;斜杆103具有内端部和外端部,斜杆103的内端部枢接于滑套1011,滑套1011可沿上下方向滑动地套于支撑杆101上。每个斜杆103的外端部枢接于一个对应的伞骨102的中部,滑套1011上下滑动即可将支架100展开或收拢。
每个伞骨102和每个斜杆103即构成一个上述的杆组件2,即,杆组件的第一杆用作伞骨102,第二杆用作斜杆103。第二杆的一个端部可转动地连接于第一杆的中部,从而伞骨102的中部插设内衬加强件,斜杆103的外端部和伞骨102的中部及其中的内衬加强件枢接。
本实施例的杆组件,在杆的连接部内插入内衬加强件,对杆的强度进行加强,尤其是加强了连接部等薄弱部位的强度,同时不过多增加杆组件的重量;从而能够在不过多增加帐篷或遮阳伞的总体重量的前提下,使帐篷或遮阳伞等户外遮蔽用品的具有较高的强度。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种户外遮蔽产品,包括一杆组件,所述杆组件包括:
    一第一杆,其具有中空的第一内腔;及
    一第一内衬加强件,其用于加强所述第一杆的结构强度;
    其中,所述内衬加强件设置在所述第一内腔中且位于所述第一杆的中部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的户外遮蔽产品,其特征在于,所述杆组件中,用于加强所述第一杆的结构强度的部件仅包括所述第一内衬加强件。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的户外遮蔽产品,其特征在于,所述第一内衬加强件包括和所述第一杆的内壁配合的一空心内衬管或一内衬支架。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的户外遮蔽产品,其特征在于,所述空心内衬管或所述内衬支架和所述第一杆的内壁抵紧接触和/或固定连接。
  5. 根据任一前述权利要求所述的户外遮蔽产品,其特征在于,所述第一杆具有一第一连接部,所述杆组件还包括一连接于所述第一连接部的第二部件,所述内衬加强件位于所述第一连接部的内侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的户外遮蔽产品,其特征在于,所述第一连接部包括一第一连接孔,所述内衬加强件上设有一第二连接孔,所述第一连接孔和所述第二连接孔对齐并连通,所述第二部件具有一连接销或连接有一连接销,所述连接销插于所述第一连接孔和所述第二连接孔中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的户外遮蔽产品,其特征在于,所述杆组件具有展开状态和折叠状态,所述第一杆和所述第二部件通过所述连接销枢接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的户外遮蔽产品,其特征在于,所述第二部件包括具有一第二连 接部的一第二杆,所述第二连接部和所述第一杆的所述第一连接部连接,所述第二杆具有中空的第二内腔,所述第二杆的所述第二内腔中设有第二内衬加强件且该第二内衬加强件位于所述第二连接部的内侧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的户外遮蔽产品,其特征在于,所述杆组件中,用于加强所述第二杆的结构强度的部件仅包括所述第二内衬加强件。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的户外遮蔽产品,其特征在于,所述第二内衬加强件包括和所述第二杆的内壁相连接或接触的一空心内衬管或一内衬支架。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的户外遮蔽产品,其特征在于,所述第二连接部包括一第三连接孔,所述第二杆内的所述第二内衬加强件上设有一第二连接孔,所述第一连接孔、各所述第二连接孔、及所述第三连接孔对齐且所述连接销插入其中。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的户外遮蔽产品,其特征在于,所述第二内衬加强件沿所述第二杆的长度方向的尺寸小于所述第二杆的长度的20%,所述第二内衬加强件设置于所述第二杆长度的1/5处到4/5处的区域中。
  13. 根据任一前述权利要求所述的户外遮蔽产品,其特征在于,所述第一内衬加强件沿所述第一杆的长度方向的尺寸小于所述第一杆的长度的20%,所述第一内衬加强件设置于所述第一杆长度的1/5处到4/5处的区域中。
  14. 根据任一前述权利要求所述的户外遮蔽产品,其特征在于,所述第一内衬加强件为中空的塑料管或金属管。
  15. 根据任一前述权利要求所述的户外遮蔽产品,其特征在于,所述户外遮蔽产品包括帐篷或遮阳伞。
  16. 一种可收折的帐篷,包括可收折的帐篷架,所述帐篷架包括:
    多个支撑腿;
    多个屋檐架,每个所述屋檐架连接于所述多个支撑腿中的相邻两个之间;及
    顶架,其连接于所述多个支撑腿的上端部;
    其中,至少一个所述屋檐架和/或所述顶架包括杆组件,所述杆组件包括:
    一第一杆,其具有中空的第一内腔;及
    一第一内衬加强件,其用于加强所述第一杆的结构强度;
    其中,所述内衬加强件设置在所述第一内腔中且位于所述第一杆的中部。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的帐篷,其特征在于,所述杆组件还包括第二杆,所述第二杆具有第二连接部,所述第二连接部和所述第一杆的所述第一连接部连接,所述第二杆具有中空的第二内腔,所述第二杆的所述第二内腔中设有第二内衬加强件且该第二内衬加强件位于所述第二连接部的内侧。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的帐篷,其特征在于,所述第一杆、所述第一内衬加强件、所述第二杆及所述第二内衬加强件通过一枢轴相转动连接,从而所述杆组件具有展开状态和折叠状态;所述帐篷展开后所述杆组件处于所述展开状态,所述帐篷收折后所述杆组件处于所述折叠状态。
  19. 一种遮阳伞,包括支架及覆于所述支架上的伞布,所述支架包括一或多个杆组件,所述杆组件包括:
    一第一杆,其具有中空的第一内腔,所述第一杆为所述支架的伞骨或伞骨的一部分;及
    一第一内衬加强件,其用于加强所述第一杆的结构强度;
    其中,所述内衬加强件设置在所述第一内腔中且位于所述第一杆的中部;
    所述支架还包括沿上下方向延伸的支撑杆,所述伞骨具有内端部和外端部,所述伞骨的内端部 枢接于所述支撑杆的上端部。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于,所述杆组件还包括第二杆,所述第二杆为所述支架的斜杆或斜杆的一部分,所述斜杆具有内端部,所述斜杆的所述内端部可转动且可沿上下方向滑动地连接于所述支撑杆,所述第二杆的外端部枢接于所述第一杆的所述第一连接部,所述第二杆具有中空的第二内腔,所述第二杆的所述第二内腔中设有第二内衬加强件且该第二内衬加强件位于所述第二连接部的内侧。
