生活中经常使用直发装置将头发烫直以达到美发效果,改变头发造型的理想温度约为60℃,温度越高对头发伤害越大,高温环境下头发的毛鳞片会被严重破坏,头发内部的水分和营养成分容易流失,使头发变黄、变干枯毛躁。
但现有的一些直发装置,通电发热后其发热部位温度较高,最高可达200℃左右;这些直发装置在使用时其发热部位直接接触头发,使头发迅速升温至较高的温度,且头发上的这部分热量散热较慢,导致头发持续处于高温状态;过热的温度会破坏头发的纤维蛋白使头发干枯无弹性从而损伤头发,使用体验较差。

本实用新型所要解决的问题是提供一种低温直发装置,通过吹风口对头发吹出热风进行加热,通过吸风口组对加热后的头发降温定型,避免头发持续处于高温状态下受到损伤,使用安全可靠,且易于造型。

为解决所述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种低温直发装置,包括:本体,所述本体上设置有风道、加热单元、吸风单元和吹风单元,所述加热单元用于对所述风道内的空气进行加热,所述风道连通有吹风口和吸风口组,所述吹风单元用于带动所述风道内加热后的空气从所述吹风口吹出以对头发进行加热,所述吸风单元用于将头发周围的空气从所述吸风口组吸入所述风道内以降温;所述吹风口用于吹出热风对头发进行加热,所述吸风口组用于将加热后头发周围的空气吸入所述风道内,以对头发进行降温定型,避免头发持续处于高温状态下受到损伤,使用安全可靠,且易于造型。
进一步的,所述风道内设置有风扇,所述加热单元置于所述风道内,所述风扇具有吹风面和吸风面,所述吹风面构成所述吹风单元,所述吸风面构成所述吸风单元;所述风扇转动从而带动风道内的空气流动;在所述风扇的作用下,外界的空气从所述吸风口组处进入所述风道,所述风道内的空气经所述加热单元加热后从所述吹风口处吹出,以对流的方式传递热量给头发,避免高温的发热部位直接接触头发造成损伤。
进一步的,所述吸风口组沿拉直头发的方向设置于所述吹风口的后端。

本实用新型低温直发装置,通过吹风口对头发吹出热风进行加热,通过吸风口组对加热后的头发降温定型,避免头发持续处于高温状态下受到损伤,使用安全可靠,且易于造型;加热单元包括电热元件以及散热件,散热件与电热元件接触进行热传导,以将电热元件的热量散发至风道内,避免电热元件的热量无法及时传递至风道内的空气;风扇吹出的风沿导流条流动,使得吹过散热件的空气流动更加平稳,从而使得吹过散热件的空气受热均匀以达到对头发的均匀加热;导流条同时能够增加与空气的接触面积,提升散热件的散热效果;拉直过程中,吹风口先对头发吹热风加热,再下拉本体并与头发进行相对滑动,使得加热后的这部分头发位于第一吸风口与第二吸风口之间吸风,从而快速带走这部分头发的热量以达到定型的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。
参阅图1-图9,本实用新型提供一种低温直发装置,包括:本体1,本体1上设置有风道101、加热单元3、吸风单元和吹风单元,加热单元3用于对风道101内的空气进行加热,风道101连通有吹风口102和吸风口组103,吹风单元用于带动风道101内加热后的空气从吹风口102吹出以对头发进行加热,吸风单元用于将头发周围的空气从吸风口组103吸入风道101内以降温;吹风口102用于吹出热风对头发进行加热,吸风口组103用于将加热后头发周围的空气吸入风道101内,以对头发进行降温定型,避免头发持续处于高温状态下受到损伤,使用安全可靠,且易于造型。
参阅图2和图5,风道101内设置有风扇2,加热单元3置于风道101内,风扇2具有吹风面和吸风面,吹风面构成吹风单元,吸风面构成吸风单元;风扇2转动从而带动风道101内的空气流动;在风扇2的作用下,外界的空气从吸风口组103处进入风道101,风道101内的空气经加热单元3加热后从吹风口102处吹出,以对流的方式传递热量给头发,避免高温的发热部位直接接触头发造成损伤。
参阅图2,吸风口组103沿拉直头发的方向设置于吹风口102的后端,拉直头发的方向为从发根向发尾拉直的方向,直发时先将头发靠近发根的部位放置于吹风口102处加热,再将本体1沿拉直头发的方向移动,使得先前加热过的头发置于吸风口组103处吸风降温。
参阅图1、图2和图5,加热单元3置于吹风口102与风扇2之间,风扇2朝加热单元3一侧吹风;便于风扇2将加热单元3加热后的空气从吹风口102吹出;风扇2包括扇叶201以及与扇叶连接的高速无刷电机202,高速无刷电机具有噪音小、运行平稳的优点。
参阅图1和图2,本体1内设置有PCB板4,PCB板4置于风扇2与吸风口组103之间的风道101内,PCB板4电连接有电源线7,电源线7与外部电源通电,以对本体1内的PCB板4、加热单元3、风扇2等电元件供电;加热单元3及风扇2均与PCB板4电连接,通过PCB板4对加热单元3及风扇2进行供电,且可通过PCB板4分别对加热单元3及风扇2进行控制,可在PCB板4上连接控制按钮以实现控制加热单元3的加热温度,使用方便。
参阅图2、图5、图6和图7,PCB板4上电性连接有用于控制加热单元3温度的控温机构,控温机构包括温度传感器51和电控开关52,温度传感器51置于加热单元3与吹风口102之间的风道101内,温度传感器51包括测温头,通过测温头对其周围空气进行测温,并将测得温度转化为电信号传递给PCB板4;当测得温度小于PCB板4程序的预设温度,则电控开关52控制加热单元3通电加热;当测得温度达到或超过PCB板4程序的预设温度时,则电控开关52控制加热单元3停止加热,以达到恒温的目的,防止加热单元3温度过高损伤头发;加热后头发周围带热量的空气从吸风口组103带入至风道101内,在风扇2的作用下流动至加热单元3处进行加热,提升加热效率;由于这部分空气本身带有热量,此时加热单元3能够适当降低功率来对这部分空气进行加热,使用更加节能;本实施例中预设温度可设为80-100℃范围内的一个温度,从而使得吹风口102所吹出的热风约为80-100℃。
参阅图1、图5、图6、图7和图8,加热单元3包括电热元件301以及与电热元件301接触的散热件302,散热件302与电热元件301接触进行热传导,以将电热元件301的热量散发至风道101内,避免电热元件301的热量无法及时传递至风道101内的空气;散热件302一体成型有多个用于对风道101内的空气进行导流的导流条3021,风扇2吹出的风沿导流条3021流动,使得吹过散热件302的空气流动更加平稳,从而使得吹过散热件302的空气受热均匀,进而使得吹风口102吹出的热风温度均匀以达到对头发的均匀加热;导流条3021同时能够增加与空气的接触面积,提升散热件302的散热效果;导流条3021包括凸条3022和凸筋3023,凸条3022一端与散热件302连接,凸筋3023一端与凸条3022连接,散热件302通过导流条3021增加与空气的接触面积,提升导热效果。
参阅图5、图7和图8,电热元件301为电加热棒,散热件302为中空状的散热管,凸条3022和凸筋3023均沿散热管轴线方向延伸;电热元件301套装在散热件302内侧,电加热棒的外壁与散热管的内壁接触进行导热,导热效果好,且电加热棒在散热管内不易发生晃动,工作稳定。
参阅图1-图4,本体1包括上夹板11以及可相对上夹板11浮动的下夹板12,上夹板11一端与下夹板12一端铰接;上夹板11的内腔与下夹板12的内腔通过通道6连通形成风道101,上夹板11上设置与上夹板11内腔连通的第一中空导柱114,下夹板12上设置有与下夹板12内腔连通的第二中空导柱123,第一中空导柱114插接至第二中空导柱123内侧,以使第一中空导柱114与第二中空导柱123连通,通道6形成于第一中空导柱114内侧;第一中空导柱114的向下延伸的长度大于第二中空导柱123向下延伸的长度,使得上夹板11与下夹板12在进行相对浮动的过程中第一中空导柱114与第二中空导柱123始终连通;吹风口102成型于下夹板12,吹风口102设置有多个且均倾斜设置于下夹板12上,使得头发受热均匀;吸风口组103包括第一吸风口111以及与第一吸风口111对应的第二吸风口121,上夹板11与下夹板12合拢时第一吸风口111置于第二吸风口121的正上方,第一吸风口111成型于上夹板11,第二吸风口121成型于下夹板12,第二吸风口121设置在吹风口102的一侧;直发时用右手握持住上夹板11与下夹板的铰接端,将头发置于另一端的上夹板11与下夹板12之间并稍稍夹紧,夹紧后对头发由上至下进行拉直;拉直过程中,吹风口102先对头发吹热风加热,再下拉本体1并与头发进行相对滑动,使得加热后的这部分头发位于第一吸风口111与第二吸风口121之间吸风,从而快速带走这部分头发的热量以达到定型的效果,保护发质且易于造型;参阅图2,箭头方向为空气流动示意方向。
参阅图1、图5、图6和图7,下夹板12上设置有第一隔套8以及与第一隔套8一端连接的第二隔套9,第二隔套9与吹风口102连通;加热单元3以及温度传感器51均置于第二隔套9内,风扇2置于第一隔套8内,使得风扇2吹出的风沿第一隔套8进入第二隔套9内,然后经加热单元3加热后从吹风口102吹出。
参阅图1和图9,下夹板12包括弧形凸起部122,上夹板11设置有与弧形凸起部122对应的弧形凹槽112,上夹板11与下夹板12合拢时,弧形凸起部122对应落入弧形凹槽112内,直发时将头发置于弧形凸起部122与弧形凹槽112之间,增加头发与本体1之间的摩擦力,便于拉直头发;吹风口102成型于弧形凸起部122上,便于在拉直头发的同时对头发进行吹热风加热;上夹板11开设有与吹风口102对应的通槽113,通槽113设置有多个,上夹板11与下夹板12合拢状态时,吹风口102所吹出的风能够经过通槽113贯穿上夹板11后吹出,避免吹风口102所吹出的风被上夹板11挡住导致流动不平稳吹散头发,使得吹风口102吹出的风更加平稳流畅,头发加热均匀。
本实用新型低温直发装置,拉直过程中,吹风口先对头发吹热风加热,再下拉本体并与头发进行相对滑动,使得加热后的这部分头发位于第一吸风口与第二吸风口之间吸风,从而快速带走这部分头发的热量以达到定型的效果;通过吹风口对头发吹出热风进行加热,通过吸风口对组加热后的头发降温定型,避免头发持续处于高温状态下受到损伤,使用安全可靠,且易于造型;加热单元包括电热元件以及散热件,散热件与电热元件接触进行热传导,以将电热元件的热量散发至风道内,避免电热元件的热量无法及时传递至风道内的空气;风扇吹出的风沿导流条流动,使得吹过散热件的空气流动更加平稳,从而使得吹过散热件的空气受热均匀以达到对头发的均匀加热;导流条同时能够增加与空气的接触面积,提升散热件的散热效果。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种低温直发装置,包括:本体(1),其特征在于,所述本体(1)上设置有风道(101)、加热单元(3)、吸风单元和吹风单元,所述加热单元(3)用于对所述风道(101)内的空气进行加热,所述风道(101)连通有吹风口(102)和吸风口组(103),所述吹风单元用于带动所述风道(101)内加热后的空气从所述吹风口(102)吹出以对头发进行加热,所述吸风单元用于将头发周围的空气从所述吸风口组(103)吸入所述风道(101)内以降温。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的低温直发装置,其特征在于,所述风道(101)内设置有风扇(2),所述加热单元(3)置于所述风道(101)内,所述风扇(2)具有吹风面和吸风面,所述吹风面构成所述吹风单元,所述吸风面构成所述吸风单元。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的低温直发装置,其特征在于,所述吸风口组(103)沿拉直头发的方向设置于所述吹风口(102)的后端。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的低温直发装置,其特征在于,所述加热单元(3)置于所述吹风口(102)与所述风扇(2)之间,所述风扇(2)朝所述加热单元(3)一侧吹风。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的低温直发装置,其特征在于,所述本体(1)内设置有PCB板(4),所述加热单元(3)及所述风扇(2)均与所述PCB板(4)电连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的低温直发装置,其特征在于,所述PCB板(4)上连接有用于控制所述加热单元(3)温度的控温机构,所述控温机构包括温度传感器(51)和电控开关(52),所述温度传感器(51)置于所述加热单元(3)与所述吹风口(102)之间的所述风道(101)内。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的低温直发装置,其特征在于,所述加热单元(3)包括电热元件(301)以及与所述电热元件(301)接触的散热件(302)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的低温直发装置,其特征在于,所述散热件(302)一体成型有多个用于对所述风道(101)内的空气进行导流的导流条(3021)。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的低温直发装置,其特征在于,所述电热元件(301)为电加热棒,所述散热件(302)为中空状的散热管,所述电热元件(301)套装在所述散热件(302)内侧。
  10. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的低温直发装置,其特征在于,所述本体(1)包括上夹板(11)以及可相对所述上夹板(11)浮动的下夹板(12),所述上夹板(11)的内腔与所述下夹板(12)的内腔连通形成所述风道(101),所述吹风口(102)成型于所述下夹板(12),所述吸风口组(103)包括第一吸风口(111)以及与所述第一吸风口(111)对应的第二吸风口(121),所述第一吸风口(111)成型于所述上夹板(11),所述第二吸风口(121)成型于所述下夹板(12)。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的低温直发装置,其特征在于,所述下夹板(12)包括弧形凸起部(122),所述上夹板(11)设置有与所述弧形凸起部(122)对应的弧形凹槽(112),所述吹风口(102)成型于所述弧形凸起部(122)上,所述上夹板(11)开设有与所述吹风口(102)对应的通槽(113)。
