Description

一种定制化拼接模压成型床垫 技术领域
本发明涉及一种定制化拼接模压成型床垫,属于模压成型床垫的技术领域。
背景技术
床垫,是为了保证消费者获得健康和舒适睡眠而使用的一种介于人体和床之间的物品。床垫材质繁多,不同材料制作的床垫能给人带来不同的睡眠效果。
床垫的种类繁多,包括棕榈床垫、乳胶床垫、弹簧床垫、充气床垫等等,人们一般根据床垫的软硬度、接触舒适性来进行适宜的床垫选择。
目前市场上的床垫多为复合型床垫,即存在内置弹簧层、乳胶层、透气层等复合结构,采用层状结合后再通过外套绗缝等方式实现外包层成型,整体结构较为复杂,生产成本较高,因此价格较为昂贵。
市场上还存在简单层复合的床垫产品,例如棕榈床垫、乳胶床垫、聚氨酯材料床垫,此类床垫结构简单,多为单材料压合成型,再进行简单的外套包裹即可满足床垫成型需求,具备成本较低生产方便的特性。
而无论是复合型床垫还是简单层结构床垫,其床垫的支撑面弹力都较为均匀,无法满足差异化弹性支撑需求,另外,床垫均具备外套包裹层,用于对内部材料阻隔及保护,包裹层成型也较为复杂,无疑增加了床垫的生产周期及生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述现有技术的不足,针对传统床垫的支撑面存在弹力分布均匀的问题,提出一种定制化拼接模压成型床垫。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种定制化拼接模压成型床垫,包括床垫基层、设置在床垫基层上的支撑层,所述支撑层上设有至少一个支撑区,所述支撑区内设有至少一个用于改变所述支撑区局部弹性的拼接块,
所述床垫基层、所述支撑层及所述拼接块相模压一体成型。
优选地,所述支撑区由若干拼接块拼接成型。
优选地,所述支撑层上设有两个相拼合的所述支撑区。
优选地,所述支撑层与所述床垫基层之间、任意支撑区内所述拼接块之间、两个所述支 撑区之间分别粘结一体。
优选地,所述支撑层由至少两种弹性力相差异的材料拼接成型。
优选地,所述支撑层的顶部设有顶部复合面层,所述床垫基层的底部设有底部复合面层,所述顶部复合面层、所述支撑层、所述床垫基层、所述底部复合面层相模压一体形成复合体,
所述复合体的外周设有由所述顶部复合面层和所述底部复合面层相压合形成的拼接外轮廓。
优选地,所述复合体的顶部设有模压凹凸结构
本发明的有益效果主要体现在:
1.采用床垫基层与具备弹性改善的支撑层相模压一体成型设计,满足床垫上分区弹性差异改善需求,使得床垫具备丰富弹性体感。
2.通过拼接块形成的支撑区能实现较为丰富地差异化支撑,应用更巧妙丰富,适于定制化设计生产。
3.具备一次模压成型的保护套层结构,使得床垫生产加工更高效,整体模压成型结构更可靠稳定。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
下面结合附图和实施例对本申请作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描 述,附图中仅示出了与有关发明相关的部分。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
本发明提供一种定制化拼接模压成型床垫,如图1至图4所示,包括床垫基层1、设置在床垫基层1上的支撑层2,支撑层2上设有至少一个支撑区3,支撑区3内设有至少一个用于改变支撑区局部弹性的拼接块4,床垫基层、支撑层及拼接块相模压一体成型。
具体地实现过程及原理说明:
现有技术中的模压床垫为单层或多层直接压制成型,单层或多层为单一材料单一厚度的设计,因此其在模压成型后,床垫的弹性力较为均匀。
本案中,采用了床垫基层1、支撑层2及拼接块的模压成型结构,满足一次模压成型需求,该模压属于现有技术,在此不再赘述,其主要用于批量化成型,具备较高地生产效率,同时成本相较传统复合型床垫来讲较低。
该案中,床垫基层1的属性即为床垫支撑性结构,其主要确保床垫存在一定地结构强度与硬度,在搬运周转过程中不易产生较大形变,同时能给支撑层2提供弹力支撑基础。
而支撑层2为对人体支撑的层状结构体,其具备优异弹性与回弹特性,满足使用舒适度需求,本案中,采用了至少一个拼接块4的设计,使得其能对支撑区3内的局部弹性改善,满足特定接触弹性调整需求。
实施例一
如图1所示,该支撑层2上具备用于搭载拼接块4的镂空部5,在镂空部5内搭载该拼接块4,从而实现了整体结构的支撑区3构建与局部的弹性改善。
该拼接块4与支撑层2的主体材料为同材或者异材,在同材时,拼接块4采用厚度差异实现弹性局部变化,即在热模压后使得支撑面整体为成型平面,此时拼接块4孔隙率得到压缩或者释放,从而改变了其弹性。
细化地说明,从图中可知,该拼接块主要用于改善头颈、背部、臀部的支撑弹性,如此提高了舒适性。
当然,人体睡卧存在各种支撑需求,可以根据人们的使用习惯进行相应地定制化布置,极大地满足个人定制的弹性舒适度需求。
实施例二
如图2所示,该支撑区3由若干拼接块4拼接成型。而且支撑层由至少两种弹性力相差异的材料拼接成型。即拼接块存在弹力差异。
即整个支撑区3由多个拼接块4拼接成型,其可以形成头枕区、背靠区、腰垫区、臀垫区、腿垫区等,如此使得其弹性差异化配合更丰富。
拼接块4可以采用高回弹海绵、低回弹海绵等,也可以选择仿生蜂巢棉、乳胶、TPE、炭纤维结构体、生物纤维结构体等,仅需要满足改变局部弹性的拼接组合,均在本案的保护范围之内。
实施例三
如图3所示,支撑层上设有两个相拼合的支撑区3。
具体地说明,床垫包括单人床、双人床,一般情况下,一个支撑区3即对应一个单人的支撑位,通过差异化的支撑区3相结合,能提供两种睡卧支撑体验,床垫弹性体验更丰富,尤为适用于定制化生产需求。
在一个具体实施例中,支撑层与所述床垫基层之间、任意支撑区内拼接块之间、两个支撑区之间分别粘结一体。
需要说明的是,一般情况下,床垫基层1、支撑层2均采用具备热模压结合力的材料,例如聚氨酯等材料进行,当选择一些无热融结合力的材料拼接快时,即通过热熔胶等赋予其组成结构相互之间的复合粘结力。
实施例四
如图4所示,支撑层的顶部设有顶部复合面层6,床垫基层的底部设有底部复合面层7,顶部复合面层、支撑层、床垫基层、底部复合面层相模压一体形成复合体。
复合体的外周设有由顶部复合面层和底部复合面层相压合形成的拼接外轮廓8。
具体地说明,该复合体即为床垫成型的内芯结构,一般情况下,还需要进行外包裹的绗缝等作业才能制得成品。
本案中,采用了顶部复合面层6和底部复合面层7的一体模压方式,其在内芯成型的同时,能实现由顶部复合面层6和底部复合面层7构成的外包裹成型,并且形成了拼接外轮廓8,使得其形成一体式床垫整体。
当然,在实际模压过程中,可以采用外凸式拼接外轮廓或者内凹式拼接外轮廓结构,外露的可以采用包边结构进行保护。内凹的可以在模压成型前进行翻边,使得翻边嵌入床垫基层1与支撑层2的间隙内。
在一个具体实施例中,复合体的顶部设有模压凹凸结构。附图中省略了该结构的图示,该结构属于现有技术,但是在本案中应用时,其不仅仅能提供一定地触感差异,还能实现一 定地拼接缝形态定型,使得表面更规整美观。
通过以上描述可以发现,一种定制化拼接模压成型床垫,采用床垫基层与具备弹性改善的支撑层相模压一体成型设计,满足床垫上分区弹性差异改善需求,使得床垫具备丰富弹性体感。通过拼接块形成的支撑区能实现较为丰富地差异化支撑,应用更巧妙丰富,适于定制化设计生产。具备一次模压成型的保护套层结构,使得床垫生产加工更高效,整体模压成型结构更可靠稳定。

  1. 一种定制化拼接模压成型床垫,其特征在于:
    包括床垫基层、设置在床垫基层上的支撑层,所述支撑层上设有至少一个支撑区,所述支撑区内设有至少一个用于改变所述支撑区局部弹性的拼接块,
    所述床垫基层、所述支撑层及所述拼接块相模压一体成型。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种定制化拼接模压成型床垫,其特征在于:
    所述支撑区由若干拼接块拼接成型。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述一种定制化拼接模压成型床垫,其特征在于:
    所述支撑层上设有两个相拼合的所述支撑区。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述一种定制化拼接模压成型床垫,其特征在于:
    所述支撑层与所述床垫基层之间、任意支撑区内所述拼接块之间、两个所述支撑区之间分别粘结一体。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述一种定制化拼接模压成型床垫,其特征在于:
    所述支撑层由至少两种弹性力相差异的材料拼接成型。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述一种定制化拼接模压成型床垫,其特征在于:
    所述支撑层的顶部设有顶部复合面层,所述床垫基层的底部设有底部复合面层,所述顶部复合面层、所述支撑层、所述床垫基层、所述底部复合面层相模压一体形成复合体,
    所述复合体的外周设有由所述顶部复合面层和所述底部复合面层相压合形成的拼接外轮廓。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述一种定制化拼接模压成型床垫,其特征在于:
    所述复合体的顶部设有模压凹凸结构。
