技术领域
本申请涉及刀具领域,特别涉及一种清洁刀具。
背景技术
真空镀膜设备是一种在较高真空度下进行镀膜的设备。在使用过程中,真空镀膜设备的蒸发机构、蒸发电极、挡板和真空腔上会沉积膜层,这些沉积的膜层需要及时清除。
目前,通常通过刀具来铲除真空镀膜设备上沉积的膜层。然而,现有的刀具清洁效率较低,无法有效清洁真空镀膜设备。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供了一种清洁刀具,以解决现有技术中刀具清洁效率较低的问题。
本申请实施例提供了一种清洁刀具,包括刀片,所述刀片包括第一刀刃和第二刀刃,所述第一刀刃与所述第二刀刃分别设于所述刀片的不同侧,所述第一刀刃具有尖角,所述第二刀刃为斜面刀刃,所述第二刀刃设于所述刀片的前端;所述清洁刀具还包括设于所述刀片背离所述第一刀刃一侧的第三刀刃。
本申请实施例提供的清洁刀具包括刀片,刀片包括第一刀刃和第二刀刃,第一刀刃具有尖角,能够清洁缝隙等狭小空间;第二刀刃为斜面刀刃,能够清洁各种物件的表面;第一刀刃与第二刀刃分别设于刀片的不同侧,使用功能互不影响。因此,上述清洁刀具具有多种清洁功能,既能够清洁物件的表面,还能够清洁缝隙等狭小空间,具有较高的清洁效 率,结构简单,使用方便。上述清洁刀具能够有效清洁真空镀膜设备,解决了现有技术中刀具清洁效率较低的问题。
在一些实施例中,所述刀片包括刀身和与所述刀身的前端一体设置的刀头,所述刀身具有相对设置的第一侧面和第二侧面,所述第一刀刃设于所述第一侧面或所述刀头上。
通过采用上述技术方案,第一侧面、第二侧面和刀头均可用于形成刀刃,本申请实施例提供的清洁刀具可灵活地设置第一刀刃与第二刀刃的位置,以适配不同的使用需求。
在一些实施例中,所述第一刀刃呈钩状,且所述第一刀刃自所述第一侧面延伸至所述刀头,所述第二刀刃设于所述刀头或所述第二侧面。
通过采用上述技术方案,第一刀刃呈钩状,清洁刀具不仅能使尖角插入缝隙内,还可使第一刀刃钩出缝隙内的膜层、残渣或其他污垢,方便快捷的清洁真空腔内的缝隙或凹槽,操作省时省力。
在一些实施例中,沿刀身的宽度方向,所述刀头相对于所述第一侧面凸出且所述尖角设于所述刀头凸出于所述刀身的端部。
在一些实施例中,沿刀身的长度方向,所述第一侧面相对于所述刀头凸出且所述尖角设于所述第一侧面凸出于所述刀头的端部。
通过采用上述技术方案,第一刀刃可设于第一侧面背离第二侧面的一侧,或者设于第一侧面朝向第二侧面的一侧,第一刀刃的设置方式灵活;由于第一刀刃的两端分别延伸至第一侧面和刀头,第一刀刃的强度较高、不易断裂,使用寿命较长;并且,第一刀刃的制作方式简单方便。
在一些实施例中,所述第一刀刃与所述第一侧面之间呈钝角或直角。
通过采用上述技术方案,第一刀刃与第一侧面之间呈钝角或直角,即第一刀刃的刃边为直边,第一刀刃为钝角钩状或直角钩状,同样可实现对缝隙等狭小空间的清洁,清洁刀具的结构简单,制作和使用均比较方便。
在一些实施例中,所述第三刀刃为斜面刀刃。
通过采用上述技术方案,第三刀刃与第二刀刃均为斜面刀刃,均可用于铲除或刮除物件表面的膜层或杂质;第二刀刃与第三刀刃的方向不同,可适用于不同的握持方式和行进方向,以适配不同清洁面的需求,或适配不同的使用习惯。另外,由于第二刀刃和第三刀刃均可用于清洁物件表面,无需频繁清洁刀刃上的污垢,降低了对清洁刀具的清洗频率,提升了清洁效率。
在一些实施例中,所述第三刀刃的刃口长度大于所述第二刀刃的刃口长度。
通过采用上述技术方案,可分别利用第二刃口和第三刃口清洁宽度不同的表面;另外,清洁刀具可利用第三刀刃打扫和归集铲掉的污垢和膜层,进一步提升了刀具使用的便利性,以及提升了清洁效率。
在一些实施例中,所述第二刀刃和所述第三刀刃中的至少一者为单面刀刃。
通过采用上述技术方案,单面刀刃能够更好地贴合于光滑的表面,例如真空腔的内壁面,清洁刀具可使用第二刀刃或第三刀刃方便地清除表面光滑物件的膜层,避免膜层铲除不净的问题。
在一些实施例中,所述第二刀刃的刃口斜度为60度至85度;和/或,所述第三刀刃的刃口斜度为60度至85度。
通过采用上述技术方案,可使刃口较为锋利,便于清除物件表面的膜层或其他污垢。
在一些实施例中,所述第三刀刃为钩状刀刃且所述第三刀刃自所述刀片背离所述第一刀刃的一侧延伸至所述刀片的前端。
通过采用上述技术方案,清洁刀具可利用第一刀刃或第三刀刃来清洁缝隙内的膜层或其他杂质,即使第一刀刃和第三刀刃中的一者断裂也不影响清洁刀具的使用功能,提升了清洁刀具的使用寿命。
在一实施例中,所述第二刀刃的两端分别连接所述第一刀刃与所述第三刀刃。
如此,清洁刀具的每个刀刃均可具有较高的强度,使用过程中不易发生断裂,且可避免污垢藏于相邻的刀刃之间。
在一些实施例中,所述清洁刀具还包括刀柄,所述刀柄包括两个可拆卸的固定部,所述刀片夹持于两个所述固定部之间。
通过采用上述技术方案,刀柄可拆卸地连接于刀片的一端,清洁刀具的制作方式简单,且刀柄的设置便于使用者握持清洁刀具,提升了操作的便利性。
在一些实施例中,每个所述固定部上设有连接孔,所述刀片上设有与所述连接孔对应的通孔,所述刀柄与所述刀片通过穿设于所述通孔和所述连接孔中的紧固件固定连接。
通过采用上述技术方案,清洁刀具的结构简单,组装方便,刀柄的实用性较强。

目前,在真空镀膜设备的使用过程中,真空镀膜设备的蒸发机构、蒸发电极、挡板和真空腔上会沉积膜层,这些沉积的膜层需要及时清除。
发明人研究发现,现有的刀具无法清除真空镀膜设备各个部位的膜层,刀具的功能单一,使用不便,清洁效率低,造成真空镀膜设备的维护较不方便。
为了解决刀具功能单一、使用不便、清洁效率低的问题,发明人经过深入研究,设计了一种清洁刀具。
该清洁刀具可用于清洁真空镀膜设备,例如清洁用于制造动力电池的真空镀膜设备,可以理解,清洁刀具还可用于清洁其他各种杂质或污垢的制造设备,或用于清洁其他各种装置,以及墙壁、地面等待清洁的表面。
本申请第一方面的实施例提出一种清洁刀具。请参照图1至图3,清洁刀具100包括刀片10,刀片10包括第一刀刃11和第二刀刃12,第一刀刃11与第二刀刃12分别设于刀片10的不同侧,第一刀刃11具有尖角111,第二刀刃12为斜面刀刃,第二刀刃12设于刀片10的前端;清洁刀具100还包括设于刀片10背离第一刀刃11一侧的第三刀刃13。
刀片10采用硬质材料制作而成,例如钨钢、合金等等。如此,刀片10具有较高的强度,清洁效率高,且使用寿命较长。
刀片10可呈长条形,但不限于此,例如,刀片10也可呈梯形、三角形、圆柱形或其他形状。其中,梯形、三角形是指刀片10的侧视结构,圆柱形是指刀片10的三维空间结构。
第一刀刃11和第二刀刃12分别设于刀片10的不同侧,例如,第一刀刃11和第二刀刃12设于刀片10的相对两侧,或者,第一刀刃11和第二刀刃12设于刀片10的相邻两侧,如此,第一刀刃11和第二刀刃12可分别使用,彼此不受影响。
尖角111可设于第一刀刃11的末端,末端是指第一刀刃11远离刀片10的本体的末端,第一刀刃11的末端为尖角111,即第一刀刃11的末端所形成的端角为锐角。如此,第一刀刃11可通过尖角111伸入缝隙等狭小空间内,从而清除缝隙等狭小空间内的膜层、残渣或其他污垢。
第二刀刃12为斜面刀刃,即第二刀刃12为通过斜面形成的刀刃。斜面刀刃的刃口可为两个斜面的相交边,此时斜面刀刃为双面刀刃;斜面刀刃的刃口也可为一个斜面与一个平面的相交边,此时斜面刀刃为单面刀刃。第二刀刃12可为单面刀刃或双面刀刃。由于第二刀刃12为斜面刀刃,第二刀刃12能够刮除物体表面的膜层或其他污垢,且不易损伤待清洁表面。
在使用清洁刀具100时,可将第一刀刃11的尖角111伸入缝隙等狭小空间内,以清除缝隙等狭小空间内的膜层、残渣或其他污垢,也可利用第一刀刃11的尖角111去除在物件表面粘结较为牢固的污垢;另外,还可利用第二刀刃12刮除物体表面的膜层或其他污垢,例如,第二刀刃12刮除真空腔的腔体表面附着的膜层。上述清洁刀具100可用于清洁真空镀膜设备,包括真空镀膜设备的蒸发机构、蒸发电极、挡板、辊类机构和真空腔,便于维护和清洁真空镀膜设备,结构简单,功能实用。
本申请实施例提供的清洁刀具100包括刀片10,刀片10包括第一刀刃11和第二刀刃12,第一刀刃11具有尖角111,能够清洁缝隙等狭小空间;第二刀刃12为斜面刀刃,能够清洁各种物件的表面;第一刀刃11与第二刀刃12分别设于刀片10的不同侧,使用功能互不影响。因此,上述清洁刀具100具有多种清洁功能,既能够清洁物件的表面,还可以清洁缝隙等狭小空间,具有较高的清洁效率,结构简单,使用方便。上述清洁刀具100能够有效清洁真空镀膜设备,解决了现有技术中刀具功能单一、清洁效率较低的问题。
刀片10包括刀身101和与刀身101的前端一体设置的刀头102,刀身101具有相对设置的第一侧面1011和第二侧面1012,第一刀刃11设于第一侧面1011或刀头102上。
刀头102设于刀身101的前端,本实施例对刀头102的形状不作限制。
刀身101的第一侧面1011和第二侧面1012为刀身101上较窄的侧面,以便于形成刀刃。在本实施例中,第一侧面1011与第二侧面1012相互平行,在其他实施中,第一侧面1011与第二侧面1012也可倾斜设置。
可以理解,刀身101还包括第三侧面1013和第四侧面(图未示),第三侧面1013和第四侧面可大致呈矩形,第一侧面1011的两侧连接于第三侧面1013和第四侧面的一端,第二侧面1012的两侧连接于第三侧面1013和第四侧面的另一端。第一侧面1011和第二侧面1012较窄,对应刀身101的厚度,第三侧面1013和第四侧面较宽,对应刀身101的宽度,且第一侧面1011、第二侧面1012、第三侧面1013和第四侧面的长度差异较小,该长度对应刀身101的长度。刀身101和刀头102一体设置,也就是第一侧面1011、第二侧面1012、第三侧面1013和第四侧面于长度方向上的相同端形成了刀头102。
第一刀刃11设于第一侧面1011或刀头102上,即第一刀刃11可设于刀身101的一侧面,也可设于刀头102上,无论设于刀片10的哪一侧,均可利用第一刀刃11上的尖角111清洁缝隙。可以理解,由于第二刀刃12与第一刀刃11设于刀片10的不同侧,若第一刀刃11设于第一侧面1011,则第二刀刃12可设于第二侧面1012或设于刀头102上;若第一刀刃11设于刀头102,则第二刀刃12可设于第一侧面1011或第二侧面1012。
通过采用上述技术方案,刀片10的刀身101具有第一侧面1011和第二侧面1012,第一侧面1011、第二侧面1012和刀头102均可用于形成刀刃,本申请实施例提供的清洁刀具100可灵活地设置第一刀刃11与第二刀刃12的位置,以适配不同的使用需求。
在一实施例中,第一刀刃11呈钩状,且第一刀刃11自第一侧面1011延伸至刀头102,第二刀刃12设于刀头102或第二侧面1012。
请参考图3,第一刀刃11自第一侧面1011延伸至刀头102,具体的,第一刀刃11自 第一侧面1011与刀头102的连接处延伸至刀头102;第一刀刃11呈圆弧形钩状,第一刀刃11的尖角111即为圆弧形钩状结构的钩尖。相应的,第二刀刃12设于刀头102。在另一种实施例中,第二刀刃12也可设于第二侧面1012。
通过采用上述技术方案,第一刀刃11呈钩状,第一刀刃11具有一定的长度,清洁刀具100不仅能使尖角111插入缝隙内,还可使第一刀刃11钩出缝隙内的膜层、残渣或其他污垢,方便快捷的清除干净真空腔的缝隙或凹槽内的杂质,操作省时省力。
可选的,第一刀刃11的厚度自第一侧面1011朝向尖角111逐渐减小,使得第一刀刃11较薄,方便伸入缝隙内。
如图3所示,在一实施例中,沿刀身101的宽度方向,刀头102相对于第一侧面1011凸出,尖角111设于刀头102凸出于刀身101的端部。
刀身101沿第一方向X延伸,第一方向X是刀身101的长度方向,沿垂直于第一方向X的第二方向Y,刀头102相对于第一侧面1011凸出且尖角111设于刀头102上。第二方向Y是刀身101的宽度方向。
沿第二方向Y,刀头102相对于第一侧面1011凸出,第一刀刃11可自第一侧面1011圆滑过度至刀头102凸出于第一侧面1011的端面,以形成钩状的第一刀刃11。
请参照图4,在另一实施例中,沿刀身101的长度方向(第一方向X),第一侧面1011相对于刀头102凸出且尖角111设于第一侧面1011凸出于刀头102的端部。
沿第一方向,第一侧面1011相对于刀头102凸出,则第一刀刃11可自刀头102圆滑过渡至第一侧面1011凸出于刀头102的端部,以形成钩状的第一刀刃11。
通过采用上述技术方案,第一刀刃11可设于第一侧面1011背离第二侧面1012的一侧,或者设于第一侧面1011朝向第二侧面1012的一侧,第一刀刃11的设置方式灵活;由于第一刀刃11的两端分别延伸至第一侧面1011和刀头102,第一刀刃11的强度较高、不易断裂,使用寿命较长;并且,第一刀刃11的制作方式简单方便。
第一刀刃11的形状不限于圆弧形钩状,只要能在末端形成尖角111即可。请参照图5, 第一刀刃11与第一侧面1011之间呈钝角;请参照图6,第一刀刃11与第一侧面1011之间呈直角。
如图5所示,第一刀刃11的两端分别延伸至刀头102和第一侧面1011,第一刀刃11的刃边为与第一侧面1011倾斜的斜边,同样可以在第一刀刃11的末端形成尖角111,以利用尖角111清洁缝隙;第二刀刃12可设于刀头102或第二侧面1012。
如图6所示,第一刀刃11的刃边自刀头102延伸至第一侧面1011,第一刀刃11与第一侧面1011相垂直,第一刀刃11的刃边为与第一侧面1011垂直的直边;第二刀刃12可设于刀头102或第二侧面1012。
通过采用上述技术方案,第一刀刃11与第一侧面1011之间呈钝角或直角,即第一刀刃11的刃边为直边,第一刀刃11为钝角钩状或直角钩状,同样可实现对缝隙等狭小空间的清洁,清洁刀具100的结构简单,制作和使用均比较方便。
请再次参照图1至3,在一些实施例中,第二刀刃12设于刀片10的前端,清洁刀具100还包括设于刀片10背离第一刀刃11一侧的第三刀刃13,即第三刀刃13设于第二侧面1012。
第二刀刃12设于刀片10的前端,即第二刀刃12设于刀头102上且位于刀头102背离刀身101的一侧,同时,第一刀刃11自第一侧面1011延伸至刀头102,因此,第一刀刃11可与第二刀刃12相连,第一刀刃11与第二刀刃12之间没有间隙,方便使用。第三刀刃13的结构可与第一刀刃11或第二刀刃12相同,也可与第一刀刃11、第二刀刃12均不同,以进一步丰富清洁刀具100的功能。相似的,请参照图5至图7,清洁刀具100也包括第一刀刃11、第二刀刃12和第三刀刃13。在其他实施例中,例如图4所示的实施例,清洁刀具100也可仅包括第一刀刃11和第二刀刃12。
由于第一刀刃11设于第一侧面1011,第二刀刃12设于刀头102上,第三刀刃13设于第二侧面1012,如此,刀片10的三侧分别设有刀刃,提升了清洁的刀具的使用功能和清洁效率。
请参照图1至图3、图5至图6,第三刀刃13为斜面刀刃。
第三刀刃13与第二刀刃12均为斜面刀刃,均可用于铲除或刮除物件表面的膜层或其他杂质。由于第二刀刃12设于刀头102且第三刀刃13设于第二侧面1012,第二刀刃12与第三刀刃13可相连接,即第二刀刃12与第三刀刃13之间没有间隙,第二刀刃12与第三刀刃13的连接点形成一个尖端,可以用于清除难以清理的污垢。可以理解,第二刀刃12与第三刀刃13也可不连接。
在使用时,可使用清洁刀具100的第一刀刃11清洁缝隙内的杂质,使用第二刀刃12或第三刀刃13清洁物件表面,第二刀刃12与第三刀刃13的方向不同,可适用于不同的握持方式和行进方向,以适配不同清洁面的需求,或适配不同的使用习惯。另外,由于第二刀刃12和第三刀刃13均可用于清洁物件表面,无需频繁清洁刀刃上的污垢,降低了对清洁刀具100的清洗频率,提升了清洁效率。
可选的,第三刀刃13的刃口长度大于第二刀刃12的刃口长度。
具体的,在一实施例中,第二刀刃12、第三刀刃13均为斜面刀刃,第二刀刃12的刃口沿着第二方向Y延伸,第三刀刃13的刃口沿着第一方向X延伸,因此,第三刀刃13的刃口长度即第三刀刃13沿第一方向X延伸的长度,第二刀刃12的刃口长度即为第二刀刃12沿着第二方向Y延伸的长度。
由于第三刀刃13的刃口长度大于第二刀刃12的刃口长度,在使用时,可推动刀片10沿第一方向X移动并通过第二刀刃12铲除平面上的污垢和膜层,清洁时的阻力较小;然后,利用第三刀刃13将清洁后的污垢和膜层打扫出来。当然,也可利用刃口长度不同的第二刀刃12和第三刀刃13分别清洁宽度不同的表面。
通过采用上述技术方案,可分别利用第二刀刃和第三刀刃清洁宽度不同的表面;另外,清洁刀具100可利用第三刀刃13打扫和归集铲掉的污垢和膜层,进一步提升了刀具使用的便利性,以及提升了清洁效率。
可以理解,在其他实施例中,第三刀刃的长度也可等于或小于第二刀刃12的刃口长 度,另外,第二刀刃、第三刀刃的延伸方向也可相对于第一方向X倾斜设置。
在一些实施例中,第二刀刃12和第三刀刃13中的至少一者为单面刀刃。
可选的,第二刀刃12和第三刀刃13均为单面刀刃,第二刀刃12的刃口为一个斜面与第四侧面的相交边,第三刀刃13的刃口为另一个斜面与第四侧面的相交边,第四侧面可为平面。
可选的,第二刀刃12和第三刀刃13中的一者为单面刀刃,另一者为双面刀刃。
通过采用上述技术方案,单面刀刃能够更好地贴合于光滑的表面,例如真空腔的内壁面,清洁刀具100可使用第二刀刃12或第三刀刃13方便地清除表面光滑物件的膜层,避免膜层铲除不净的问题。
在一些实施例中,第二刀刃12的刃口斜度为60度至85度。
在一些实施例中,第三刀刃13的刃口斜度为60度至85度。
在一些实施例中,第二刀刃12和第三刀刃13的刃口斜度均为60度至85度。
其中,刃口斜度即形成刃口的两个表面之间的夹角,当刀刃为单面刀刃时,刃口斜度为形成刃口的斜面与第四侧面之间的夹角。
刃口斜度为60度至85度,可使刃口较为锋利,便于清除物件表面的膜层或其他污垢。
在一实施例中,第二刀刃12的刃口斜度为75度;在一些实施例中,第三刀刃13的刃口斜度也为75度。在一些实施例中,第二刀刃12和第三刀刃13的刃口斜度均为75度。
可选的,第二刀刃12和第三刀刃13的刃口斜度均为75度,如此两个刀刃均可有效清洁物件的表面;可以理解,也可将第二刀刃12和第三刀刃13中一者的刃口斜度设置为75度,另一者的刃口斜度可选自60度至85度的范围,使用刃口斜度为75度的刀刃来清洁真空腔的上壁面、侧壁面,使用另一刀刃来清洁真空腔的底面。
通过采用上述技术方案,当刃口斜度为75度时,该刀刃可有效地清洁物件的表面。
第三刀刃13的形状不限于斜面刀刃。请参照图7,在一些实施例中,第三刀刃13为钩状刀刃且第三刀刃13自刀片10背离第一刀刃11的一侧延伸至刀片10的前端,刀片10 的前端为刀头102,即第三刀刃13自第二侧面1012延伸至刀头102。
具体的,清洁刀具100包括第一刀刃11、第二刀刃12和第三刀刃13,第一刀刃11为圆弧形钩状且自第一侧面1011延伸至刀头102,第二刀刃12设于刀头102背离刀身101的一侧,第三刀刃13为圆弧形钩状。
可选的,第二刀刃12的两端分别凸出于刀身101,第二刀刃12大致呈燕尾型。
通过采用上述技术方案,清洁刀具100可利用第一刀刃11或第三刀刃13来清洁缝隙内的膜层或其他杂质,即使第一刀刃11和第三刀刃13中的一者断裂也不影响清洁刀具100的使用功能,提升了清洁刀具100的使用寿命。
在一实施例中,第二刀刃12的两端分别连接第一刀刃11与第三刀刃13。
第二刀刃12的一端与第一刀刃11连接,二者之间没有间隙;第二刀刃12的另一端与第三刀刃13连接,二者之间没有间隙。
如此,清洁刀具100的每个刀刃均可具有较高的强度,使用过程中不易发生断裂,且可避免污垢藏于相邻的刀刃之间。
请再次参照图1至图3,清洁刀具100还包括刀柄20,刀柄20可拆卸地连接于刀片10的一端。刀柄20包括两个固定部21,刀片10夹持于两个固定部21之间。
刀柄20便于使用者握持清洁刀具100,刀柄20的材质可为不锈钢等硬质材料,也可为木制、塑料等。
在其他实施例中,刀柄20也可以省略。
通过采用上述技术方案,刀柄20可拆卸地连接于刀片10的一端,清洁刀具100的制作方式简单,且刀柄20的设置便于使用者握持清洁刀具100,提升了操作的便利性。
在一实施例中,每个固定部21上设有连接孔211,刀片10上设有与连接孔211对应的通孔1014,刀柄20与刀片10通过穿设于通孔1014和连接孔211中的紧固件30固定连接。
固定部21可沿着刀身101的延伸方向延伸且具有一定的长度,以方便握持;两个固 定部21可为分体结构,也可为一体结构。刀片10上的连接孔211设于刀身101背离刀头102的一端,连接孔211的数量可为一个或多个;紧固件30可为铆柱、螺钉等连接紧固件30。
在组装时,将两个固定部21分别置于刀片10的两侧,然后将紧固件30固定穿设于两个固定部21的连接孔211和刀片10的通孔1014内即可。
通过采用上述技术方案,清洁刀具100的结构简单,组装方便,刀柄20的实用性较强。
如图1至图3所示,在一实施例中,清洁刀具100包括刀片10和可拆卸地连接于刀片10的刀柄20,刀柄20用于握持以操控刀片10。刀片10包括刀身101和与刀身101的前端一体设置的刀头102,刀身101具有相对设置的第一侧面1011和第二侧面1012,刀片10上设有第一刀刃11、第二刀刃12和第三刀刃13,其中,第一刀刃11呈圆弧形钩状,且第一刀刃11自第一侧面1011延伸至刀头102;第二刀刃12和第三刀刃13均为单面刀刃,第二刀刃12设于刀头102且第三刀刃13设于第二侧面1012。
以用于清洁真空镀膜设备为例,第一刀刃11用于清除真空腔或真空镀膜设备的其他结构件的缝隙内的膜层、残渣或其他污垢,第二刀刃12和第三刀刃13均可用于刮除蒸发机构、蒸发电极、挡板和真空腔的腔壁上的膜层或其他污垢,且第三刀刃13还可清扫刮掉的污垢。
因此,上述实施例的清洁刀具100能够有效清洁和维护真空镀膜设备或其他设备,具有多种清洁方式和清洁功能,结构简单,使用方便,提升了清洁效率。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种清洁刀具,包括刀片,其特征在于:所述刀片包括第一刀刃和第二刀刃,所述第一刀刃与所述第二刀刃分别设于所述刀片的不同侧,所述第一刀刃具有尖角,所述第二刀刃为斜面刀刃,所述第二刀刃设于所述刀片的前端;所述清洁刀具还包括设于所述刀片背离所述第一刀刃一侧的第三刀刃。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的清洁刀具,其特征在于:所述刀片包括刀身和与所述刀身的前端一体设置的刀头,所述刀身具有相对设置的第一侧面和第二侧面,所述第一刀刃设于所述第一侧面或所述刀头上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的清洁刀具,其特征在于:所述第一刀刃呈钩状,且所述第一刀刃自所述第一侧面延伸至所述刀头,所述第二刀刃设于所述刀头或所述第二侧面。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的清洁刀具,其特征在于:沿所述刀身的宽度方向,所述刀头相对于所述第一侧面凸出,所述尖角设于所述刀头凸出于所述刀身的端部。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的清洁刀具,其特征在于:沿所述刀身的长度方向,所述第一侧面相对于所述刀头凸出,所述尖角设于所述第一侧面凸出于所述刀头的端部。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的清洁刀具,其特征在于:所述第一刀刃与所述第一侧面之间呈钝角或直角。
  7. 如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的清洁刀具,其特征在于:所述第三刀刃为斜面刀刃。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的清洁刀具,其特征在于:所述第三刀刃的刃口长度大于所述第二刀刃的刃口长度。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的清洁刀具,其特征在于:所述第二刀刃和所述第三刀刃中的至少一者为单面刀刃。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的清洁刀具,其特征在于:所述第二刀刃的刃口斜度为60度至85度;和/或,所述第三刀刃的刃口斜度为60度至85度。
  11. 如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的清洁刀具,其特征在于:所述第三刀刃为钩状刀 刃且所述第三刀刃自所述刀片背离第一刀刃的一侧延伸至所述刀片的前端。
  12. 如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的清洁刀具,其特征在于:所述第二刀刃的两端分别连接所述第一刀刃与所述第三刀刃。
  13. 如权利要求1-12中任一项所述的清洁刀具,其特征在于:所述清洁刀具还包括刀柄,所述刀柄包括两个可拆卸的固定部,所述刀片夹持于两个所述固定部之间。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的清洁刀具,其特征在于:每个所述固定部上设有连接孔,所述刀片上设有与所述连接孔对应的通孔,所述刀柄与所述刀片通过穿设于所述通孔和所述连接孔中的紧固件固定连接。
