技术领域
本发明涉及电视操作系统,该电视操作系统由发布视像内容的服务器系统、接收用于选择视像内容的元数据并进行转换的中间共有服务器、以及接收已被转换成视像内容的元数据的接收终端构成,通过接收该元数据并进行画面示出,从而能够容易地选择通过通信而发布的视像内容。
背景技术
近年来,由于网络的进化,变得更多地实施动态图像发布服务。尤其是,大型、大画面的电视接收机不仅如迄今为止那样接收广播,还通过连接于网络并播放被发布过来的动态图像,从而变得能够以更高画质享受具有临场感的视像。这由于网络的高速化、电视接收机的处理性能的提高而变得可能,认为今后用电视接收机对由网络提供的各种各样的视像内容进行显示、操作的机会进一步增加。
在这样的状况下,收看者期望能够更简单地从通过通信发布的多个的视像内容中选择喜欢的视像内容的方法。发布视像内容的发布运营商、或者视像内容的提供者也为了对于收看者使视像内容更容易了解并能够选择,而进行了努力。例如,为了对于收看者使视像内容能够连续地收看,而进行了将视像内容系列(series)化地显示,并进行下次以后的预告等努力。最近,进行了如下这样的尝试:将系列进一步细分化,以上演季、以及剧集(episode)这种结构化的状态对于收看者说明连续的内容整体。例如,能够利用xxx系列、xxx上演季(season)、剧集第x集这种结构来促进收看者的连续收看。
另外,通常,视像内容的提供者为了使收看者在收看视像内容时知晓视像内容的内容,而使用元数据来说明视像内容。此处所说的元数据是指,用于定义视像内容的标题、概要、演出者等的数据,进一步,还能够为了使收看者容易理解而提供缩略图等图像信息。
上述那样的系列、上演季、剧集这种结构化也能够通过使用元数据来实现,认为今后利用结构化的元数据来提供动态图像发布内容的情况会进一步地增加。因此,在大画面、体验扣人心弦的视像内容的电视接收机中,也变得需要对应这样的结构化的元数据。
然而,当前的电视接收机因为对于大画面通过遥控器操作来选择节目,所以与个人计算机、智能手机相比,操作系统大幅不同,因此,处于对于结构化的元数据的对应未充分地进行的状况。在广播的情况下,能够利用处于遥控器上的表示频道的快选(direct)按钮,并且,启动节目表、或者节目一览等,从而容易地选择节目,但是,在利用结构化的元数据来选择由网络发布的视像内容时,需要使用遥控器从系列、上演季、剧集这种多个画面中依次不断地提取内容,操作性变得极差。另外,视像内容的提供者也并非全部相同,结 构化的元数据有的情况下也成为仅按剧集或者仅按上演季的等级的发布等不同的格式。希望提供如下方法:即使在这样的不同形态的元数据被传送过来的情况下,也不会给收看者带来混乱,并且能够容易地选择期望的视像内容。

发明内容
在当前的电视接收机中,利用遥控器从节目表、节目一览中选择视像内容。另一方面,最近,用于选择基于动态图像发布的视像内容的元数据被结构化为系列、上演季、剧集。在电视接收机的收看增加的期间,希望一种电视接收机的用户界面,其在使用这样的结构化的元数据来表现视像内容时,也能够容易地选择视像内容。
然而,在以往的电视接收机中,在接收结构化的元数据的情况下,存在下述这样的问题。
1)在当前的电视接收机中为主力的广播的节目表、节目一览的元数据是基于标准规范的,与此不同,通信中的元数据没有规范,按发布的每个电视平台而不同,广播与通信的元数据的整合性差。
2)与广播不同,在通信中,存在多种多样的视像发布系统,不会发布统一的结构化的元数据,因此,电视接收机中的对应是困难的。
3)难以用将实时的视像发布和漏看发布的那样的VOD型的发布结构化而成的元数据来无缝地(seamless)选择视像内容。
对于以上那样的问题,在本发明中,提供下述那样的解决方法。
1)对元数据追加信息,提供用于向收看者进行容易选择的画面示出的灵活性。
2)将从多个发布系统发送的元数据变更成在电视接收机中容易处理的形态。
3)通过提供将结构化的元数据以自上而下(top-down)和自下而上(bottom up)的双方向的处理来制作画面的格式,从而使得让收看者容易理解的画面制作成为可能。
在图20中示出当前的视像发布系统的实施例。
在处于发布系统20000中的发布内容部20001中放置的视像内容由编码器20002进行视像声音的压缩,并被输入到复用发布部20003。另一方面,节目选择所需的节目信息由节目信息部20004生成,被输入到复用发布部20003并被复用于视像声音流而被送出。复用的视像声音流经过作为通信路径的流发布网络20200,并被传送到电视接收机20100。在电视接收机20100中,利用接收分离20103来接收在通信路径中传送过来的流,并将已被复用的节目信息和视像声音流分离。分离出来的视像声音流被输入到解码器20102,由解码器20102将已被压缩的视像声音流解码。解码后的视像声音被输入到内容显示部20101,视像声音被示出。
另一方面,分离出来的节目信息被输入到节目信息处理20104,生成节目的选择画面。此时,与广播接收时不同,向收看者示出图标,或者示出节目的一览画面。通常,在基于通信的发布中,为了通过VOD(Video On Demand:视频点播)进行没有时间概念的内容选择,而生成节目的一览。在20105中生成的图标或者节目一览被输入到内容显示部20101并进行示出。
对于以上的处理,基于从用户所操作的遥控器20107输出的信号,由控制部20106控制各部,从而实施。
在图21中示出构成节目表的节目信息的现有例。
首先,关于元数据的形式,以频道信息为例进行说明。
图21的频道信息21010具有服务ID、服务名、服务标志作为要素。在此,作为元数据的显示形式,在分别定义了记号的基础上决定了值。例如,在将服务ID以service_id、将服务名以service_name、将服务标志以service_logo_url这样的记号定义的情况下,如下这样决定值。

在此,各个值是作为例子而示出的。更具体而言,使用JSON(JavaScript Object Notation)形式等,以图21的频道信息的JSON记述21011所示那样的格式进行了定义。JSON由IETF STD 90RFC8259规定。
以下的说明中,为了更容易理解,元数据以内含有在频道信息21010中示出的要素名的形式来进行说明。
在节目表画面21060中,为了选择x年x月x日的视像内容,而以广播电视一览形式显示了内容。在此,在x年x月x日的节目表信息21000中,存在节目信息清单21001,节目信息清单21001能够将多个节目信息21020作为列表而收容。利用该节目信息清单21001中包含的多个节目信息21020构成节目表画面21060。作为节目信息21020的要素的节目ID21021用于节目信息的识别,节目名21022的值被作为节目表画面21060的内容1A的标题21053而显示,节目说明21023被作为节目表画面20160的节目说明21054而显示,节目缩略图21026被作为节目表画面21060的缩略图21055而显示。另外,节目开始时间21024被作为节目表画面21060的时刻21052而显示,在与节目的长度21025相应的区域中显示标题等信息。
节目种类(Genre)21027示出新闻、体育、娱乐等视像内容的属性。
节目表画面能够由当前能收看的当前节目、将来能收看的将来节目、已经发布的过去节目这3种构成,并应用各自对应的视频信息21040。当前节目的视频信息21040通过当前节目的视频ID21028来确定,将来节目的视频信息21040通过将来节目的视频ID21029来确定,过去节目的视频信息21040通过过去节目的视频ID21030来确定。这样利用收看时的时刻和节目开始时间21024来确定不同的视频信息21028~21030。
视频信息21040具有用于根据外部信息确定的视频ID21041,进一步,利用内容名21042表示视像内容的标题。在内容说明21043中示出视像内容的概要,另外,视频缩略图21044被利用为针对视像内容的缩略图,通过视频种类21045来示出视像内容属于新闻、体育、娱乐等中的哪个种类。视频URL21046示出用于确定发布视像声音的流的服务器的URL(Uniform Resource Locator:统一资源定位符),演出者名21047示出视像内容中出演的演员,职员21049示出制作了视像内容的导演等。
如以上所述,视频信息21040对于节目信息记载了更详细的信息,但是,也存在一部分的信息重复的部分,因此,在构成节目表画面21060时,优先地显示节目信息21020的信息。此外,在收看者选择视像内容时,用遥控器的上下左右按钮等使光标21050移动, 并按下确定等按钮。
以上的动作是特定的频道的特定的日期时间的节目表的动作,实际上,因为特定的频道构成多个日期时间的节目表,所以,导入频道信息21010。频道信息21010收纳有服务ID21011、服务名21012、服务标志21013、x年x月x日的节目表信息的清单21014。服务ID21011是用于在节目表画面的频道21051中显示的值,服务名21012显示各频道的名称。此外,服务标志21013是为了使得频道容易识别而对收看者辅助地使用的信息。

在以请求(on-demand)形式选择视像发布内容时,利用系列、上演季、剧集这3个层来示出内容的情况较多。收看者首先从视像内容的系列的显示之中选择期望的内容。
图23的系列的一览23010示出了影像内容的系列1~系列6的一览,例如,当将系列1对准光标23011并用遥控器的确定按钮等进行了选择时,显示处于系列1之中的上演季的一览23020。在上演季的一览23020中,排列有上演季1~上演季3。在此,当将光标23021对准上演季1并用遥控器的确定按钮等进行了选择时,显示处于上演季1之中的剧集的一览23030。在剧集的一览23030中显示剧集11~16。在此,当将光标23031对准上演季1并用遥控器的确定按钮等进行了选择时,剧集11被选择,开始视像内容的播放。
这样,由系列、上演季、剧集形成的三层结构的节目示出及节目的选择操作由收看者在各层级中实施选择,逐渐探索层级。

为了在电视接收机中实施具有这样的层级结构的系列、上演季、剧集的三层结构的节目示出,需要取得与具有时间轴信息的节目表或者不具有时间轴信息的节目一览的整合性。图21中说明的节目表能够一眼纵观当前发布中的视像内容、今后发布的视像内容、或者已经发布的内容,如果选择期望的内容,则立即开始视像内容的播放。另外,图22中说明的节目一览尽管没有时间信息,但是能够一下子纵观视像内容,通过选择期望的内容,能够立即播放视像内容。另一方面,系列、上演季、剧集的三层结构无法直接地对应于这些节目表、节目一览。
图23中说明的系列、上演季、剧集的三层结构虽然适合于例如长期地发布的电视剧等,但是,难以适应单发的电影、实时性高的报道等内容,不一定成为系列、上演季、剧集的三层结构,而会产生由上演季、剧集的二层结构、或者仅有剧集的一层结构构成的情况。在将这样的层结构不同的元数据在节目表、节目一览中示出的情况下,需要进行元数据的转换等处理。
尤其是,如果想要无缝地选择当前发布的实时的发布内容和已经完成了发布的过去节目即跳过内容等,则在系列、上演季、剧集的三层结构的情况下,需要从各自不同的系列起不断地探索层级,难以进行快速转换频道(zapping)那样的简便的操作。在电视接收机中,为了能够利用基于节目表、节目一览进行的比较简单的操作来以同一操作无缝地选择实时的视像发布和跳过发布那样的VOD型的发布,而进行了努力。
如以上所述,在基于由系列、上演季、剧集的三层结构构成的元数据在电视接收机中 进行显示的情况下,存在问题。
在节目信息发布系统中,具有:发布系统,其经由网络将视像声音流发布到电视接收机,生成用于选择节目的元数据并将节目信息发送到中间共有服务器;以及所述中间共有服务器,其从所述发布系统接收所述元数据,在累积了所述元数据之后将编辑过的元数据发送到所述电视接收机。
在电视接收机中,从发布系统接收视像声音流,从中间共有服务器接收所述发布系统发布的元数据作为节目信息。
本发明涉及一种电视操作系统,包括:发布视像内容的服务器系统;接收用于选择视像内容的元数据并进行转换的中间共有服务器;以及接收视像内容和转换后的元数据的接收终端,该电视操作系统通过接收该元数据,并进行画面示出,从而能够容易地选择通过通信发布的视像内容。尤其是,带来如下的效果:对于如系列、上演季、剧集那样结构化的数据,定义能够灵活地对应的元数据,能够由收看者简单地选择期望的内容。

以下,关于本发明的实施方式,参照附图详细地说明。
关于本发明的元数据及与其相伴的画面示出、以及操作,提供下述的解决方法。
1)对于元数据追加信息,给出使收看者容易选择的用于画面示出的灵活性。
2)将从多个发布系统发送的元数据向在电视接收机中容易处理的形态变更。
3)提供将结构化的元数据以自上而下和自下而上的双方向的处理来制作画面的格式。
·配置中间共有服务器,对从多个发布系统输出的元数据进行整合,向电视接收机发送。
·向元数据(视频组)中导入关联节目信息,将多个视像内容建立关联,以关联的组进行示出。
·元数据(视频组)中,自由地制作关联节目、系列、上演季、剧集的组合,以任一组合均能够进行画面显示。
·画面显示能够将基于系列、上演季的层级显示和基于剧集、视频信息的直接选择进行混合而显示。
·对元数据(视频信息)追加服务ID,能够进行频道与关联节目、系列、上演季、剧集之间的建立关系。决定任一个关联节目、系列、上演季、剧集属于哪个频道,按照每个频道来显示关联节目、系列、上演季、剧集。
·能够根据剧集生成节目信息,构成节目表画面。
·能够根据剧集生成视频组,构成节目表画面。
·当选择了层级化的系列、上演季时,被展开并以剧集的等级来显示。
·当在动态图像播放中用遥控器按钮进行了规定的操作时,显示收看中的动态图像所属的已层级化的系列、或者上演季的剧集。
·当在动态图像播放中用遥控器按钮进行了规定的操作时,显示关联的剧集。
·当在动态图像播放中接近结束时,自动显示下次以后的剧集。
·在另行存在内容提供者的情况下,通过对内容提供者的标识符和内容提供者的信息扩展元数据,从而将内容提供者的信息显示在画面上。
·通过对个别地发布的元数据进行整合,将元数据以外的检索用的关键词发送到其他检索服务器,将元数据与关键词建立关联,从而用元数据将检索结果发送到电视接收机,并示出检索结果内容。
(第1实施方式)
在图1中示出基于本发明的节目信息发布系统及电视接收机的第1实施例。
发布系统1100由发布内容部1101、编码器1102、发布部1103、节目信息部1104构成。由发布内容部1101输出的视像内容被编码器1102压缩,向发布部1103输入。在发布部1103中,将视像声音流向流发布网络1400输出。
与现有例的差别在于以下这一点:节目信息部1104的输出在发布部1103中不被复用于流,而是向中间共有服务器1500输出。节目信息部1104生成用于选择节目的元数据,并向中间共有服务器1500输出。
发布系统1200及发布系统1300也进行与发布系统1100同样的动作。
中间共有服务器由接收部1501、节目信息累积部1503、发送部1502构成。接收部1501接收由发布系统1100、1200、1300输出的元数据,并累积在节目信息累积部1503中。从各个发布系统发送的元数据在节目信息累积部1503中被整合和/或编辑之后,由发送部1502向电视接收机1600、1700发送。在本实施例中,例示了发布系统为3个、电视接收机为2个的构成,但是,即使发布系统、电视接收机都增加,也能够通过提高中间共有服务器的接收、发送能力来对应。
电视接收机1600由接收部1603、解码器1602、内容显示部1601、节目信息处理部1604、选择画面部1605、控制部1606、遥控器1607构成。接收部1603接收经由流发布网络1400发送过来的视像声音流,并向解码器1602输出。在解码器中对被压缩的视像声音流进行解码,向原本的视像内容复原,并向内容显示部1601输出。另一方面,在节目信息处理部1604中接收由中间共有服务器1500发送过来的元数据,并将元数据的处理结果向选择画面部1605输出。在选择画面部中,构成用于节目选择的画面,并将结果向内容显示部1601输出。在此,收看者通过使用遥控器1607,向控制部1606发送命令,从而执行规定的处理。
电视接收机1700由接收部1703、解码器1702、内容显示部1701、节目信息处理1704、选择画面部1705、控制部1706、遥控器1707构成。电视接收机1700也进行与电视接收机1600同样的动作。
在图2中示出基于本发明的元数据的例子。图2是图1的中间共有服务器1500作为节目信息进行发送的元数据的构成例。
对于通过构成图21的节目表的节目表信息的现有例和构成图22的节目一览的节目一览信息的现有例来说明的元数据,在图2中,作为节目一览信息的要素而变更成视频组2001,在视频信息中,追加了系列ID2011、上演季ID2012、剧集ID2013、关联节目ID2014、服务ID2015。另外,新追加了关联节目信息2020、视频组2030、运营商信息2040。并非新变更、追加的部分与图21、图22所示的元数据完全相同。
节目一览信息2000的属性即视频组2001的内容被定义为视频组2030。在视频组2030中,内含有视频信息清单2031、系列信息清单2032、上演季信息清单2033、剧集信息清单2034,视频信息清单2031能够将视频信息2010以清单形式收容多个。系列信息清单2032、上演季信息清单2033、剧集信息清单2034能够将图24所示的系列信息清单24010、上演季信息清单24020、剧集信息清单24030分别收容多个。
因此,节目一览信息2000能够利用视频信息清单2031、系列信息清单2032、上演季信息清单2033、剧集信息清单2034的任一个、或者组合来构成节目一览,相对于以往的节目一览能够灵活地对应。
运营商信息2040由运营商ID2045、运营商名2041、运营商标志2042、利用规章2043、隐私权保护(简称PP)2044构成。在图20所示的以往的网络发布系统中,虽然发布来自单独的发布系统的元数据,但是,在图1所示的基于本发明的第1实施例中,发布系统构成有多个,利用中间共有服务器,识别是从哪一个发布系统发送的元数据,并利用运营商信息2040向电视接收机传递信息。
运营商ID2045是用于唯一地识别多个发布系统的ID,运营商名2041是表示发布系统的名称,为了使收看者容易地知道发布系统而显示运营商标志2042。另外,因为发布运 营商为多个,所以实施服务时的针对收看者的利用规章2043、及隐私权保护(PP)2044也能够用清单结构记载多个。
在视频信息2010中,追加了关联节目ID2014,所谓关联节目,如关联节目信息2020所示,由关联节目ID2021和视频信息清单2022构成。关联节目信息2020是为了将多个视像内容按照内容应用者的意图作为一个总结进行定义而被导入的。在内部存在的视频信息清单2022中,能够收容多个视频信息2010。
在视频信息还追加了系列ID2011、上演季ID2012、剧集ID2013、服务ID2015。这使得该视频信息与系列、上演季、剧集的三层结构及频道信息之间的连接(link)成为可能。
图3示出本发明的元数据的关系的说明图。示出视频信息中追加的系列ID3011、上演季ID3012、剧集ID3013、关联节目ID3014、服务ID3015的动作。
如图25所示,在系列、上演季、剧集的三层结构中,构成3个层级结构。
在系列信息3001之下,存在上演季信息3011~3013,在上演季信息3011之下,存在剧集信息3021~3023,在上演季信息3012之下,存在剧集信息3024~3026,在上演季信息3013之下,存在剧集信息3027~3029。在以往的系列、上演季、剧集的三层结构中,虽然构成该3个层级,但是,在本发明的元数据的结构中,能够利用视频信息所包含的剧集ID,在剧集信息之下追加视频信息。
视频信息3031中包含的剧集ID3043示出剧集信息3021,能够将剧集信息3021与视频信息3031关联。在其他视频信息3032~3039中也同样地包含剧集ID,因此,能够将上位的剧集信息与视频信息关联。
另外,因为在视频信息中包含系列ID、上演季ID,所以能够确定该视频信息处于哪个剧集之下、该视频信息处于哪个上演季信息之下、该视频信息处于哪个系列信息之下。例如,视频信息3039属于剧集信息3029、上演季信息3013、系列信息3001。另外,因为在视频信息中内含服务ID,所以能够确定属于哪个频道。例如,能够确定视频信息3039属于频道信息3050。
这样,在本发明的元数据中,通过确认视频信息的中的ID,从而能够确定属于系列、上演季、剧集的三层结构的哪个位置,另外,能够确认属于哪个频道。
在图4中示出本发明的节目信息发布系统和电视接收机的节目一览信息的例子。本发明的节目一览信息4000内含视频组4011。视频组4011具有系列信息清单4021、上演季信息清单4022、剧集信息清单4023、视频信息清单4024的某一个、或者它们的组合作为属性。当由发布系统发送过来节目一览信息时,在中间共有服务器4060的接收部4064中接收节目一览信息。接收到的节目一览信息被输出到ID检测部4061,检测处于内部的ID,将结果向判定部4062输出,在判别了系列信息、上演季信息、剧集信息、视频信息之后,由发送部4065输出视频组中包含的数据。判定部4062基于ID检测结果对于元数据如图4的带圈数字1至带圈数字5那样将信息任意地组合、编辑并发送到发送部4065。
作为视频组的例子,例示5个。视频组4031示出了具有系列信息清单的情况,由系列信息4041、4042构成。视频组4032示出了具有上演季信息清单的情况,由上演季信息4043、4044构成。视频组4033示出了具有剧集信息清单的情况,由剧集信息4045、4046构成。视频组4034示出了具有视频信息清单的情况,由视频信息4047、4048构成。视频信息4035被混合,具有上演季信息清单和剧集信息清单,由上演季信息4049、剧集信息 4050构成。这样,在视频组中,能够自由地发送系列信息、上演季信息、剧集信息、视频信息。
视频组内的信息不必全部利用,只要具有至少1个即可。

在视频组由系列信息清单构成的情况下,在节目一览的初始画面6002中显示系列的标题和系列的说明的一览。当收看者选择某个系列时,在节目一览6003中显示上演季的标题和上演季的说明的一览。当收看者选择某个上演季时,在节目一览6004中显示剧集的标题的一览。收看者通过选择期望的剧集,能够收看视像内容。
在视频组由上演季信息清单构成的情况下,在节目一览的初始画面6012中,显示上演季的标题和上演季的说明的一览。当收看者选择了某个系列时,在节目一览6013中,显示剧集的标题的一览。收看者通过选择期望的剧集,能够收看视像内容。

剧集信息7000将剧集ID7001、视频ID7002、剧集名7003、剧集说明7004、内容的长度7005、节目开始时刻7006、节目结束时刻7007、剧集缩略图7008作为属性而定义。 另一方面,节目一览信息7010由视频组7011构成,视频组7030由视频信息7031、7032构成。
在此,剧集信息7000不被包含在视频组中,当想要在节目一览中示出剧集信息时,能够通过剧集信息中包含的视频ID来确定视频信息,并将剧集信息中包含的信息拷贝到视频信息中,从而根据剧集信息生成视频信息。例如,通过以剧集信息的剧集名、剧集说明、剧集缩略图来覆盖作为视频信息的属性而定义的内容名、内容说明、视频缩略图,从而能够进行节目一览显示。
另一方面,为了显示节目表画面7070,需要节目信息7040,但是,通过从剧集信息7000生成节目信息7040,从而能够进行节目表画面7070的示出。通过将作为剧集信息的属性而定义的剧集名7003向节目信息7040的节目名7042拷贝,将剧集说明7004向节目说明7043拷贝,将节目开始时刻7006向节目公开时间7044拷贝,将节目结束时刻7007和节目开始时刻7006利用差分运算7051进行减算,从而生成节目的长度7045,通过将剧集缩略图7008向节目缩略图7046拷贝,从而能够生成节目信息。
利用以上的动作,使用系列、上演季、剧集的三层结构的剧集部分,生成视频信息、节目信息等不足的属性,从而能够显示节目一览画面、节目表画面。
在图8中示出本发明的来自不同的多个发布系统的元数据的电视接收机的示出例。发布系统8000、8010、8020将各自的元数据向中间共有服务器发送。在此,发布系统8000由系列信息8002构成视频组8001,发布系统8010由上演季信息8012构成视频组8011,发布系统8020由剧集信息8022、8023构成视频组8021。中间共有服务器8100接收这些元数据。在从发布系统8000发送的元数据中包含视频组8001,在中间共有服务器8100的接收部8050中接收。在接收部8050中,用ID检测8051来检测ID,并利用判定部8052来判定是系列信息。在剧集输出部8053中,从系列信息8002提取上演季信息,进一步提取剧集信息并向信息累积部8080输出。
同样地,由接收部8060接收从发布系统8010发送过来的元数据。在接收部8060中,用ID检测8061来检测ID,利用判定部8062来判定是上演季信息。在剧集输出部8063中,从上演季信息8012提取剧集信息并向信息累积部8080输出。
进一步,在接收部8070中接收从发布系统8020发送过来的元数据。在接收部8070中,用ID检测8071来检测ID并利用判定部8072来判定是剧集信息。在剧集输出部8073中,将剧集信息8022、8023向信息累积部8080输出。
通过以上的动作,在信息累积部8080中,从发布系统8000、8010、8020发送过来不同的视频组,但是,在信息累积部8080中,全部展开到剧集的等级。信息累积部8080将元数据向发送部8090输出。发送部8090的重构部8091重构元数据,将被展开的剧集信息8041、8042、8043再次收集并输出到视频组8040。
发送部8090的输出元数据均是由剧集信息构成的视频组,因此,在电视接收机中示出的节目一览8030中,均为剧集的一览显示。
这样,通过利用中间共有服务器将以不同的层级发送过来的元数据均对齐到相同的等级,从而电视接收机侧能够容易地进行一览显示。
在图9中示出来自本发明的多个发布系统的不同的元数据的电视接收机的示出例。视频组9000由系列信息9001、9002、上演季信息9003、9004、剧集信息9005、9006、9007构成。
示出利用视频组9000以不同结构的状态显示了节目一览的情况。画面9010示出系列标题和系列说明9011、9012,示出上演季标题和上演季说明9013、9014,显示剧集9015、9016、9017。
另一方面,通过画面9020说明从视频组9000仅展开上演季信息9003、9004,并提取了剧集的情况。系列9021、9022未被展开,因此,显示系列标题、系列的说明。上演季9030显示上演季标题9031和缩略图9032,同时显示被展开的剧集9033、9034、9035。同样地,上演季9040显示上演季标题9041和缩略图9042,同时,显示被展开的剧集9043、9044、9045。收看者通过选择被展开的剧集9033、9034、9035、9043、9044、9045,从而能够立即收看视像内容。
在图10中示出本发明的电视接收机的包含频道的混在显示的例子。
作为构成混在显示画面10050的元数据,使用频道信息10100和视频组10000。视频组10000由视频信息10010、10020、10030、10040构成。本例中,因为数据结构复杂,所以用树型的结构图来实施说明,另外,将为了构成混在显示画面10050而直接使用的属性作为中心进行说明,所以将与说明不直接相关的属性作为其它。
视频信息10010由服务ID10011、关联节目ID10012、系列ID10013构成,视频信息10020由服务ID10021、关联节目ID11022、系列ID10023构成,视频信息10030由服务ID10031、关联节目ID11032、系列ID10033构成,视频信息10040由服务ID10041、关联节目ID11042、系列ID10043构成。
混在显示画面10050由频道10051、10052、10053、10054、关联节目10060、系列10070、系列10080构成。在此,按照各视频信息的服务ID进行重排。通过将服务ID相同的视频信息集中,从而制作每个频道的内容的集合。在混在显示画面10050中,将具有表示频道10051的服务ID的视频信息集中,将关联节目、系列信息在画面上示出。因此,混在显示画面10050上被显示的关联节目10060、系列10070、系列10080属于频道10051。同样地,关于频道10052,也能够通过将具有表示频道10052的服务ID的视频信息集中,从而显示属于频道10052的关联节目、系列。同样地,对于频道10053、10054也能够进行同样的动作。
在图11中示出本发明的电视接收机的光标移动和画面动作的例子。
在混合画面11000中,光标11001处于剧集10004的位置。在从该状态起将光标向右移动了2次的情况下,光标11015从剧集11012经过11013向1104移动。在此,在混合画面11000中,曾经看不见的剧集11013、11014出现在画面上。另外,当从混合画面11010的状态起将光标向下移动一次时,光标11025向剧集11024移动。此时,不会影响到关联节目11026、及系列11028,在系列11027之中出现下一行的剧集11022、11023、11024。
通过这样的动作,能够对收看者提供容易分清的操作。
在图12中示出本发明的电视接收机的画面选择动作的例子。
在混合画面12000中,光标12001处于剧集12003的位置,收看者选择该剧集。画面移动到混合画面12050,在画面上显示剧集13的节目缩略图12020、节目的详细说明12021、播放按钮12022、选择的前后的剧集12011、12012、12013。在本例中,在选择了剧集时,不会立即进行播放,通过向收看者示出剧集的详细信息,从而能够传达更详细的剧集的内容。
在图13中示出本发明的电视接收机的动态图像播放的例子。
详细画面13000与图12所示的混合画面12050同等。通过按下处于详细画面13000中的播放按钮13001,从而开始动态图像播放。通过在动态图像播放画面13010中按下遥控器的停止按钮,从而在播放动态图像画面13020的下方部分显示时间条13021。另外,当将光标向下移动时,在播放动态图像的下方部分,显示剧集13031、13032、13033。
通过以上的动作,能够对当前正在向收看者播放的视像内容进行停止、快进,另外,能够知晓在当前正在播放的视像内容的前后存在什么样的剧集。
在图14中示出本发明的电视接收机的播放动作结束时的例子。
当动态图像播放画面14001成为结束近前的状态时,在播放动态图像画面14011的下方部分出现当前正在收看的下次以后的剧集14012、14013、14014。另外,如果保持原样的状态,则动态图像播放会结束,并自动地开始下次的剧集14012的播放。
这样,通过自动地将剧集播放下去,从而收看者能够容易地持续收看。
在图15中示出基于本发明的节目信息发布系统和电视接收机的第2实施例。
在本实施例中,多个内容提供者与发布系统连接,将不同的视像内容向发布系统提供。内容提供者15001~15005连接于发布系统1100,在发布系统1100的接收部1101中接收来自各个内容提供者15001~15005的视像内容。在接收部1101中,将接收到的视像内容以时分方式复用,并向编码器1102输出。此后的处理与图1所示的第1实施例同等。
同样地,内容提供者15005连接于发布系统1200,在发布系统1200的接收部1201中接收来自内容提供者15005的视像内容。在接收部1201中,将接收到的视像内容以时分方式复用,并向编码器1202输出。此后的处理与图1所示的第1实施例同等。
进一步,内容提供者15006~15007连接于发布系统1300,在发布系统1300的接收部1301中接收来自各个内容提供者15006~15007的视像内容。在接收部1301中,将接收到的视像内容以时分方式复用,并向编码器1302输出。此后的处理与图1所示的第1实施例同等。
在图16中示出本发明的第2实施例的节目信息发布系统的元数据的例子。
对于第1实施例的元数据,在视频信息中追加了内容提供者ID,另外,在运营商信息中追加了内容提供者清单。进一步,追加了内容提供者信息16010。内容提供者信息16010由内容提供者ID16011、内容提供者名16012、内容提供者标志16013构成。内容提供者信息16010是图15所示的与内容提供者相关的信息,在使收看者了解内容提供者的信息的情况下使用。
在图17中示出本发明的电视接收机的第2实施例的动作例。
基于处于视频信息17000中的提供者ID17001,从内容提供者清单17010中选择规定的内容提供者信息17011。将内容提供者信息17011的内容示出在内容提供者信息17030中。内容提供者信息17030由内容提供者ID17031和内容提供者名17032构成。
在节目一览画面17020中显示了内容的一览。在显示对应于视频信息17000的内容16021时,根据内容提供者信息17011中包含的信息,将提供者名16022显示在画面上。
这样,在本发明的第2实施例中,即使内容的提供者与发布系统是分离的,也能够将内容的提供者的信息示出在画面上,能够向收看者传递内容的提供源。
在图18中示出本发明的节目信息发布系统和电视接收机的第3实施例。
与第1实施例的差异在于,追加了检索服务器19000,另外,在各发布系统1100、1200、1300中追加了节目网络信息部1105、1205、1305。在第3实施例中,实现了仅通过在中 间共有服务器中累积的元数据不能进行检索的关键词检索。
在发布系统1100中,与第1实施例同样地,节目信息部1104将元数据向中间共有服务器发送。另一方面,节目网络信息部1105向检索服务器19000发送关键词。在此,节目网络信息部1105生成节目信息部1104的元数据中不出现的关键词,并向检索服务器发送。
例如,对于处于节目信息部1104的视频信息中的、演出者、职员,节目网络信息部1105在除了演出者、职员之外,追加了演出者所出演的其他节目、职员中包含的导演的其他作品名等在元数据中不出现的信息。
在发布系统1200、1300中,也进行与发布系统1100同样的动作。
在检索服务器19000中,在接收部19005中接收来自发布系统1100、1200、1300的节目网络信息。接收部19005将接收到的节目网络信息向节目网络信息累积部19002累积。另一方面,接收部19001从中间共有服务器1500接收元数据的一部分。接收部19001将作为从中间共有服务器1500接收到的元数据的一部分的视频信息向节目网络信息累积部19002累积。因此,在节目网络信息累积部19002中累积节目网络信息和视频信息。
另一方面,在电视接收机1600追加了收发部1608。收发部1608接收来自收看者的关键词,并向检索服务器19000发送。另外,此后,接收检索服务器19000的检索结果,并通知收看者。
同样地,电视接收机1700也追加了收发部1708,但是,进行与电视接收机1600同样的动作。
在检索服务器19000中,在收发部19004中接收从电视接收机1600发送的关键词。将接收到的关键词输入到检索服务器19000的检索引擎19003。检索引擎19003基于累积在节目网络信息累积部19002中的信息而进行检索,获得结果。获得了检索结果的检索引擎19003将结果向收发部19004输入。收发部19004向发送关键词过来的电视接收机1600发送检索结果。
在图19中示出本发明的节目信息发布系统和电视接收机的第3实施例的横跨检索的动作例。结合图18的构成图来说明。
在各个发布系统1100、1200、1300的节目网络信息部1105、1205、1305中生成的数据示出于19000、19010、19020。在发布系统1100中生成的数据19000由多个关键词和视频ID的成对构成。同样地,在发布系统中生成的数据19010、19020也由多个关键词和视频ID的对构成。在这样的状态下,各个发布系统将与发布的节目信息相关联的关键词记录在节目网络信息累积部19002中。
当输入了来自检索引擎19003的关键词时,在发布系统数据19000、19010、19020之中进行检索,发现匹配的关键词。此后,将发现的关键词的成对的视频ID向检索引擎19003输出。在节目网络信息累积部19002中累积有视频信息,检索引擎19003根据获得的视频ID检索视频信息,将多个视频信息集中而形成视频组。
例如,利用检索引擎19003在发布系统的数据19000中获取匹配的关键词19001的成对的视频ID19002,同样地,利用检索引擎19003在发布系统数据19010中获取匹配的关键词19011的成对的视频ID19012,进一步,利用检索引擎19003在发布系统数据19020中获取匹配的关键词19021的成对的视频ID19022。
检索引擎19003根据获取到的视频ID19002、19012、19022从节目网络信息累积部 19002获取视频信息19062、19063、19064,并构成视频组19061。
接下来,说明针对收看者的画面构成。
在收看者实施检索时,示出检索画面19030。在检索画面19030中存在关键词输入部分19031,收看者使用遥控器的键来输入关键词。在此输入的关键词为被输入到检索引擎19003中的关键词。
另一方面,当电视接收机接收到视频组19061时,示出节目一览画面19070。在节目一览画面19070中,示出与构成视频组19061的视频信息19062、19063、19064对应的视像内容19071、191072、19073。
如以上所述,在本发明的第3实施例中,收看者能够横跨各发布运营商地利用关键词来检索期望的视像内容,利便性提高。

一种节目信息发布系统,其特征在于,具有:
发布系统,其经由网络将视像声音流发布到电视接收机,生成用于选择节目的元数据并将节目信息发送到中间共有服务器;以及
所述中间共有服务器,其从所述发布系统接收所述元数据,在累积了所述元数据之后将编辑的元数据发送到所述电视接收机。

·画面显示能够对基于系列、上演季的层级显示和基于剧集、视频信息的直接选择进行混合而显示。
·在元数据(视频信息)中追加服务ID,能够进行频道与关联节目、系列、上演季、剧集之间的建立关系。决定任一个关联节目、系列、上演季、剧集属于哪个频道,对每个频道显示关联节目、系列、上演季、剧集。
·能够根据剧集生成节目信息,并构成节目表画面。
·能够根据剧集生成视频组,并构成节目表画面。
·当选择了被层级化的系列、上演季时,进行展开而以剧集的等级来显示。
·当在动态图像播放中用遥控器按钮进行了规定的操作时,收看中的动态图像所属的被层级化的系列、或者上演季的剧集会被显示。
·当在动态图像播放中用遥控器按钮进行了规定的操作时,关联的剧集会被显示。
·当在动态图像播放中接近结束时,下次以后的剧集被自动显示。
·在另行存在内容提供者的情况下,通过对内容提供者的标识符和内容提供者的信息扩展元数据,从而在画面上示出内容提供者的信息。
·通过对个别地发布的元数据进行整合,并将元数据以外的检索用的关键词发送到其他检索服务器,将元数据和关键词建立关联,从而通过元数据将检索结果发送到电视接收机,并示出检索结果内容。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种节目信息发布系统,其中,
    所述节目信息发布系统具备:
    发布系统,其经由网络将视像声音流发布到电视接收机,生成用于选择节目的元数据并将节目信息发送到中间共有服务器;以及
    所述中间共有服务器,其从所述发布系统接收所述元数据,在累积了所述元数据之后将编辑的元数据发送到所述电视接收机。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的节目信息发布系统,其中,
    在所述发布系统发布的元数据中,至少包含上演季信息、剧集信息、及系列信息中的任一者。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的节目信息发布系统,其中,
    在所述发布系统发布的元数据中,作为视频组信息,包含视频信息清单、系列信息清单、上演季信息清单、及剧集信息清单中的任一者。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的节目信息发布系统,其中,
    在所述中间共有服务器中,将所述视频组的关联节目信息、系列、上演季、剧集任意地组合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的节目信息发布系统,其中,
    在所述发布系统为多个的情况下,对多个所述发布系统的元数据进行整合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的节目信息发布系统,其中,
    对所述元数据关联关键词。
  7. 一种电视接收机,其中,
    从发布系统接收视像声音流,
    从中间共有服务器接收所述发布系统发布的元数据作为节目信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电视接收机,其中,
    在所述元数据中至少包含上演季信息、剧集信息、及系列信息中的任一者。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电视接收机,其中,
    根据所述剧集信息生成节目信息,将节目表进行画面显示。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电视接收机,其中,
    所述节目表在选择了层级化的系列、上演季时进行展开并以剧集的等级来显示。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的电视接收机,其中,
    基于从所述中间共有服务器接收到的所述元数据,显示收看中的动态图像所属的被层级化的系列、或者上演季的剧集。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的电视接收机,其中,
    在动态图像播放中接近结束时,显示下次以后的剧集。
