Abstract
Un appareil d'excision de trabéculum cornéoscléral, comprenant une coque et un ensemble de coupe. L'ensemble de coupe comprend un tube externe et une tige interne ; le tube externe est disposé de façon mobile sur la coque, une extrémité du tube externe est un orifice d'excision, et l'orifice d'excision est situé à l'extérieur de la coque. La tige interne est reliée à la coque ; la tige interne pénètre dans le tube externe ; la tige interne est pourvue d'une extrémité d'insertion ; l'extrémité d'insertion est située à l'extérieur du tube externe et à proximité de l'orifice d'excision ; un évidement d'excision est formé dans la paroi latérale de l'extrémité d'insertion ; l'extrémité d'insertion est mise en correspondance avec l'orifice d'excision ; l'extrémité d'insertion est utilisée pour pénétrer à travers le tissu de trabéculum cornéoscléral ; et lorsque le tube externe se déplace vers l'extrémité d'insertion, l'extrémité d'insertion et l'orifice d'excision coopèrent et peuvent être utilisés pour exciser le tissu de trabéculum cornéoscléral dans l'évidement d'excision.
