- one or more cancellation requests may be classified into either a first request performing first processing or a second request performing second processing.
- the first processing may be processing (normal processing) that performs a defined operation in response to a cancellation request
- the second processing may be processing (exception processing) that performs an exception operation of the defined operation in response to the cancellation request.
- one or more cancellation requests can be classified into a request to perform a defined operation (first request) and a request to perform an exceptional operation (second request).
- the reservation pattern extracted as a result of the reservation pattern extraction operation (S520) may be used in this classification operation (S530).
- one or more reserved patterns may be used in the classification operation (S530). For example, accommodations corresponding to a user account or accommodation product may be identified and one or more reservation patterns related to the user account may be used in the classification operation (S530).
- classifying the one or more cancellation requests into one of a first request performing a first processing and a second request performing a second processing includes: the user sending the cancellation request; It may include calculating the reservation cancellation rate of the account and, if the reservation cancellation rate is higher than the standard cancellation rate, classifying the cancellation request of the user account as a second request.
- the reservation cancellation rate may refer to the number of canceled reservation information compared to the total number of reservation information in the user account. That is, one or more reservation patterns corresponding to the user account may be used to calculate the reservation cancellation rate.
- the standard cancellation rate is a standard cancellation rate for classification as a second request, and the platform operating entity can implement the platform by changing the standard cancellation rate as much as possible depending on the actual implementation case.
- the classification operation is described as a ratio, but the ratio may be replaced with something that can be recognized as equivalent to the ratio (e.g., number, number of times, etc.).
- the standard cancellation rate may be determined to be higher as the number of valid reservations of the user account increases.
- the number of valid reservations may refer to the number of reservations for accommodation products that have not been canceled in the user account. In other words, it may mean the total number of reservation information in the user account minus the number of canceled reservation information. According to this embodiment, by increasing the standard cancellation rate of user accounts with a large number of valid reservations, it is possible to implement an environment in which free reservations and cancellations can be made for user accounts with high reservation reliability.
- the step of classifying the one or more cancellation requests into one of a first request performing a first processing and a second request performing a second processing includes: It may include calculating a reservation cancellation rate of an accommodation facility and, if the reservation cancellation rate is higher than a standard cancellation rate, classifying a cancellation request for an accommodation product as a second request.
- the reservation cancellation rate may refer to the number of canceled reservation information compared to the total number of reservation information of accommodation facilities corresponding to the accommodation product. That is, one or more reservation patterns corresponding to accommodation facilities may be used to calculate the reservation cancellation rate.
- the standard cancellation rate is a standard cancellation rate for classification as a second request, and the platform operating entity can implement the platform by changing the standard cancellation rate as much as possible depending on the actual implementation case.
- the classification operation (S530) is described as a ratio, but the ratio may be replaced with something that can be recognized as equivalent to the ratio (e.g., number, number of times, etc.).
- the baseline cancellation rate may be determined to be higher as the number of valid reservations for the accommodation increases.
- the number of valid reservations may refer to the number of reservations for accommodation products that have not been canceled by the accommodation facility. In other words, it may mean the total number of reservation information for accommodations minus the number of canceled reservation information. According to this embodiment, by increasing the standard cancellation rate of accommodations with a large number of valid reservations, it is possible to create an environment in which free reservations and cancellations of reservations for accommodations with high reservation reliability are possible.
- the step of classifying the one or more cancellation requests into one of a first request performing a first processing and a second request performing a second processing corresponds to an accommodation product. It may include the step of calculating the total penalty amount due to cancellation of the reservation of the accommodation facility being made, and if the total penalty amount is more than the standard amount, classifying the cancellation request for the accommodation product as a second request.
- the total penalty may refer to the total amount of penalty incurred according to canceled reservation information of the accommodation corresponding to the accommodation product. That is, one or more reservation patterns corresponding to accommodations may be used to calculate the total penalty amount.
- the penalty is a compensation to compensate for the supplier's disadvantage in an environment that reduces the user's burden (e.g., an environment in which compensation is paid by the operating entity instead of the user's penalty).
- the standard amount is the standard amount for classification as a second request, and the platform operator can implement the platform by changing the standard amount as much as necessary depending on the actual implementation case.
- the classification operation (S530) is described as a sum of amounts, but the sum may be replaced by something that can be recognized as equivalent to the sum (e.g., a ratio, etc.).
- the base amount may be determined to be higher as the number of valid reservations for the accommodation increases.
- classifying the one or more cancellation requests into one of a first request performing a first processing and a second request performing a second processing includes: When a reservation request for an accommodation product and a cancellation request corresponding to the reservation request are sent from the user terminal 120 within a standard period from the step of identifying the change point in attribute information and the change point, classifying the cancellation request as a second request May include steps.

That is, if a reservation request and a cancellation request corresponding to the reservation request are transmitted to the user terminal 120 within the reference period from the time of change in the attribute information of the accommodation product, the cancellation request may be classified as a second request.
- the provider and the user have the same intention (e.g., the intention to intentionally generate a penalty, etc.), change the attribute information using the provider terminal 140, and use the user terminal 120 within the standard period to collect the penalty.
- Requests that generate can be classified as requests for exception handling.
- the provider and the user may be substantially the same person. If the changed attribute information is reservation fee information, the provider and user may transmit a request with the intention of intentionally generating an excessively calculated penalty, and according to this embodiment, the request may be classified as a request for exception processing. there is.
- the reference period in one embodiment, it may be determined based on the time interval of the change point and date information corresponding to the accommodation product. For example, when the change point and date information are adjacent, the standard period may be determined to be longer than when they are not adjacent. If the change point and date information are adjacent, a penalty may be intentionally incurred, so by determining the standard period to be long, a False Negative according to the classification operation (S530), e.g., a request that should be classified as a second request, is classified as a first request. classification) can be reduced.
- S530 False Negative according to the classification operation
- one or more rules of the above-described classification operation (S530) are mixed, so that the cancellation request may be classified as either a first request or a second request. That is, if one or more rules are mixed and the classification operation (S530) is executed, the result value of each rule is processed as a binary number (e.g., 0 or 1), a weight is applied to the result value, and the weighted sum is performed. Based on the result value of , the cancellation request may be classified as either a first request or a second request.
- the weight can be understood as the importance given to the rule for classification into the second request, and the platform operator can implement the platform by changing the weight as much as necessary according to the actual implementation case.
- step S540 for the second request, second processing may be performed. That is, the reservation processing device 110 may perform exception processing for a request classified as a second request.
- performing the second processing may include disabling processing of reservation cancellations for accommodation products according to the cancellation request determined as the second request.
- Deactivation can be understood as processing that does not execute reservation cancellation processing (i.e., an operation defined in response to a cancellation request).
- the step of performing the second processing includes performing processing of reservation cancellation for an accommodation product by reducing the refund amount according to the cancellation request determined as the second request by a standard percentage. May include steps. If the platform is implemented in an environment where the entire reservation deposit is refunded, the reservation cancellation can be performed by reducing the entire reservation deposit by a standard percentage.
- the standard rate is a rate that changes the refund amount according to exception handling, and the platform operator can implement the platform by changing the standard rate as much as possible depending on the actual implementation case.
- performing the second processing may include deleting the accommodation product corresponding to the second request from the reservation platform. Additionally, you can delete it from a specific category on the reservation platform (e.g., a category where the reservation fee is fully refundable, etc.). Furthermore, the entire accommodation product of the accommodation facility related to the accommodation product can be deleted from the reservation platform or a specific category.
- performing the second processing may include transmitting, to the user terminal corresponding to the user account, a notification informing of the second processing corresponding to the second request.
- a notification is sent from the reservation processing device 110
- the user terminal 120 sends the message in various ways (e.g., status bar notification, heads-up notification, lock screen notification, app icon badge notification, wearable device notification, etc.). It can be expressed.
- the user can confirm that the second processing is in progress, and if the cancellation request is due to a misunderstanding, the user can correct the cancellation request through the notification.
