本发明涉及一种帐篷及其顶部结构。
背景技术
现有的顶部收折结构为架杆向上翻折,收折条件受产品底版尺寸限制,导致在产品设计时运用该结构是无法将产品做大。例如CN204983894U公开了一种自动撑开的帐篷支架的顶部结构,包括盘头,盘头通过连接件连接有支撑杆,在所述的盘头上开设有多个卡槽,所述的卡槽的侧壁上开设有扭簧支撑面和支撑杆连接件插接槽,在支撑杆和盘头连接处设有扭簧,在支撑杆上设有扭簧容纳槽。又例如CN203716615U公开了一种简单顶帐篷的顶部结构有一连接座,连接座上呈径向对应帐篷顶杆的数量分布有连接块,顶杆的头部设有连接头连接至连接块上,连接块的两侧上分别对称设置有一定位凸销,连接头的前端形成一开槽,开槽中的两片体的内侧面上分别凹设形成一纵向的定位卡槽,定位卡槽中的前纵边上形成一曲挡面,定位卡槽的后纵边则形成有一作为定位凸销活动支点的弧形面,定位凸销定位在定位卡槽中。以上的架杆的收折结构均未向上收折
发明内容
本发明提供一种帐篷顶部结构,该帐篷顶部结构包括座体以及至少两组支撑结构,座体包括顶座以及设置在顶座下方的底座,所述支撑结构包括撑杆与翻折机构,撑杆转动连接在顶座上,翻折机构设置在底座与撑杆之间,所述撑杆具有相较于顶座向外侧展开的展开状态与相较于顶座向下翻折的收折状态,翻折机构能够驱动撑杆在收折状态与展开状态之间转换。
作为优选,所述底座上形成竖直延伸的滑轨,所述翻折机构与该滑轨滑动配合。
作为优选,所述翻折机构包括连杆滑块机构与弹性件,所述连杆滑块机构与滑轨滑动配合,所述的弹性件常驱动连杆滑块组件支撑撑杆处于展开状态。
作为优选,所述连杆滑块机构至少包括连杆与滑块,所述连杆的第一端与撑杆铰接,所述连杆的第二端与滑块铰接,所述的滑块与滑轨滑动配合。

本发明提供的多个撑杆各自独立翻折或展开,弹性件常驱动其处于展开状态,收折时,向下翻折撑杆,撑杆收折,相较于现有的撑杆向上翻折,本发明提供的帐篷顶部结构收折体积显著降低,且各个撑杆独立展开或收折,收折过程轻缓可控,安全性提高。

通过本发明提供的帐篷顶部结构可以将帐篷撑开或收折,与现有的联动收折或撑开相比,本发明提供的帐篷顶部结构的撑杆可以独立撑开或收折,收折或展开动作更加可控且安全性更高。且本发明提供的撑杆在收折的过程中向下翻转收折,与现有的收折翻转方式相反,不受尺寸的限制,应用范围更广。
请参阅图1-图4,为了保证翻折结构的向下收折或向上撑开,所述底座2上形成竖直延伸的滑轨5,所述翻折机构与该滑轨5滑动配合,如此,当每个翻折机构各自独立沿着滑轨向上滑动时,每个翻折机构带动相应的撑杆展开,当每个翻折机构各自独立沿着滑轨向下滑动时,每个翻折机构带动相应的撑杆收折,实现各个各自独立的撑开或收折。

在一些实施例中,所述连杆通过铰接座9与撑杆铰接;可以理解的是,为了最终实现撑杆3的收折,连杆在处于收折时不发生支撑力至撑杆,连杆7在处于收折状态时需要处于竖向位置,如此,连杆7与撑杆3之间形成死点,因此铰接座允许连杆能够从适于支撑撑杆的倾斜位置转动至与弹簧同轴的竖向位置。可选地,所述的铰接座具有一套管91以及一形成于套管外侧的铰接部B92,套管91套装在撑杆上,铰接部B92与连杆转动连接。
在本实施例中,所述顶座1通过中心杆10与底座连接,所述结构包括六组支撑结构,六个撑杆沿顶座圆周分布,能够彼此独立的撑开或收折。

  12. 一种帐篷,其特征在于,该帐篷包括帐篷软面以及权利要求1-11任意一项所述的帐篷顶部结构,所述帐篷顶部结构将帐篷软面展开或收折。
