本发明属于电池生产技术领域,特别是涉及一种铅酸电池包码垛包装线。
背景技术
蓄电池是一种重要的电能载体,广泛应用于汽车、家电、电子设备等领域。随着绿色经济的发展,蓄电池的需求量正逐年攀升。蓄电池成品生产完,在最后需要进行打包装箱,如开箱、放泡沫、套袋等工序都需要人工来完成,这些工序通常集中在打包机处,并由两至三人合作完成。
随着生产效率需求的逐渐增大,时常出现员工因随机因素跟不上生产节拍的现象,员工的操作工位随产品向线体后方移动。而打包工序作为产线最后的人工操作工序,常常因为员工跟不上生产节拍,在打包工序处发生堵料现象。此时,只能按下产线的急停按钮,将整条产线暂停。而这种暂停的方式,将导致整条线的工人及设备均处于暂停状态。再次启动后,线体难以立即达到正常生产效率,导致线体产能严重损失。且暂停对线体设备的损耗较大,增加了设备故障的发生率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种铅酸电池包码垛包装线,通过在封箱机前设置用于将电池套装在包装箱内的装箱缓冲线体,装箱缓冲线体给员工操作留下了充足的缓冲时间,解决了现有生产过程中,员工操作跟不上节拍时,需要将线体暂停,导致线体产能损失严重的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明为一种铅酸电池包码垛包装线,沿电池输送方向,包括用于将电池套装在包装箱内的装箱缓冲线体、设置在装箱缓冲线体后方的封箱机、设置在封箱机后方用于将箱体缠绕打包带的打包机、设置在打包机后方的下料线体以及设置在下料线体一侧的码垛机。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,还包括设置在装箱缓冲线体前方的贴码检测线体,用于在电池外壳上张贴条码,并检查电池的外壳有无划痕等外观不良。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述贴码检测线体的一侧固定安装有一支架,所述支架上排列固定有若干物料盒,便于将不同种类的条码放置在不同的物料盒内。所述物料盒上配合有盒盖,所述盒盖在靠近贴码检测线体的一端设有一条形开口,便于员工将条码从条形开口拉出操作。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,还包括设置在贴码检测线体前方的称重线体用于检测电池的重量是否合格以判断电池内的酸液添加量是否达标。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述称重线体的一侧设有用于校准称重线体的校准控制台,所述校准控制台上放置有校准称,提升称重线体的测量精度。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述称重线体的另一侧设有不良品转运线体,所述不良品转运线体的底部设有滚轮,便于将不良品转移到返修区进行返工。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述码垛机包括夹持机构和用于带 动夹持机构运动的机械手。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述夹持机构包括一支撑杆和对称设置在支撑杆上的两夹板组件,所述夹板组件包括夹板和用于带动夹板运动的伸缩缸,两所述夹板与支撑杆垂直设置,两所述夹板的一端与支撑杆的下表面滑动连接。

本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过在封箱机前设置用于将电池套装在包装箱内的装箱缓冲线体,在员工跟不上线体节拍的情况下,装箱缓冲线体给员工操作留下了充足的缓冲时间,避免将整条产线暂停,从而保证了产线的生产效率。
2、本发明通过设置码垛机,码垛机包括夹持机构和用于带动夹持机构运动的机械手,夹持机构包括一支撑杆和对称设置在支撑杆上的两夹板组件,夹板组件包括夹板、伸缩缸、支撑块、第一驱动块和第二驱动块,需要夹持电池包时,伸缩缸伸长,推动第一驱动块、第二驱动块和支撑块逐 渐趋于一条直线,通过第一驱动块、第二驱动块和支撑块之间的相互作用力对伸缩缸的伸缩力进行放大,避免直接靠伸缩缸带动夹板运动夹紧电池包,存在夹持力不足,导致电池包掉落损坏的现象,保证产品下线的合格率。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

请参阅图1-图2所示,本实施例提供了一种铅酸电池包码垛包装线,沿电池包的输送方向依次包括:用于将电池套装在包装箱内的装箱缓冲线体100;设置在装箱缓冲线体100后方的封箱机200;设置在封箱机200后方用于将箱体缠绕打包带的打包机300;设置在打包机300后方的下料线体400以及设置在下料线体400一侧的码垛机500。工作时,成品电池输送到装箱缓冲线体100,在装箱缓冲线体100对电机进行开箱、放泡沫、套袋、放附件等操作。随后,电池在包装箱内传输到封箱机200进行封箱;接着,封装好的包装箱输送到打包机300进行缠绕打包带。最后打包好的电池包输送到下料线体400,由码垛机500对电池包进行码放。其中,装箱缓冲线体100、封箱机200、打包机300和下料线体400均基于动力滚轮输送线设计。
请参阅图3-图6所示,码垛机500包括夹持机构和用于带动夹持机构运动的机械手1。夹持机构包括一支撑杆2和对称设置在支撑杆上的两夹板组件,夹板组件包括夹板3和用于带动夹板3运动的伸缩缸4,伸缩缸4采用气缸。两夹板3与支撑杆2垂直设置。支撑杆2的下表面固定安装有滑轨201,夹板3的上端部固定安装有滑块301,滑块301与滑轨201滑动连 接,实现两夹板3可沿支撑杆作相向滑动,用于夹紧或松开电池包。
此外,为提升两夹板之间的夹持稳定性,夹板组件还设计有支撑块5、第一驱动块6和第二驱动块7,支撑块5固定安装在支撑杆2的两端部,第一驱动块6的一端与夹板3靠近支撑块5的一侧面铰接,第一驱动块6的另一端与第二驱动块7的一端铰接,第二驱动块7的另一端与支撑块5铰接。支撑杆2的两端部固定连接有用于固定伸缩缸4的连接件8,伸缩缸4的一端与连接件8铰接,伸缩缸4的另一端与第一驱动块6和第二驱动块7的铰接处铰接,使得伸缩缸4垂直于支撑杆2设置。需要夹持电池包时,伸缩缸4伸长,推动第一驱动块6、第二驱动块7和支撑块5逐渐趋于一条直线,通过第一驱动块6、第二驱动块7和支撑块5之间的相互作用力,对伸缩缸4的伸缩力进行放大,从而避免直接靠伸缩缸带动夹板运动夹紧电池包,存在夹持力不足,导致电池包掉落损坏的现象,保证产品下线的合格率。
实施例二
基于实施例一,实施例二的不同之处在于:
请参阅图7-图8所示,在装箱缓冲线体100的前方还设置了贴码检测线体600,用于对合格的电池进行贴码,并检查电池的外观有无划痕等不良,保证电池的一次下线合格率。
此外,为方便员工贴码操作,在贴码检测线体600的一侧固定安装有一支架9,支架9上排列固定有多个用于放置条码的物料盒10,物料盒的数量根据需要贴的条码种类设置,并在物料盒上贴上标签,避免取用混乱。物料盒10上配合有盒盖11,盒盖11与物料盒10之间可采用卡接或铰接的 形式,便于打开,向物料盒内放条码。盒盖11在靠近贴码检测线体600的一端设有一条形开口1101,便于员工根据取用需求,将条码从条形开口1101内拉出,提升贴条码工序的操作效率。
实施例三
基于实施例二,实施例三的不同之处在于:
请参阅图9所示,同样为保证产品的下线合格率,避免打包的电池需返工拆包,在贴码检测线体600的前方设置了称重线体700。称重线体700用于检测电池的重量是否合格,以判断电池内的酸液添加量是否达标。称重线体700的主要工作原理为:物料放置在线体上,聚氨酯弹性体便会因为遭受物料的工作压力而形变,聚氨酯弹性体的形变又造成它表层的电阻应变片跟随形变,电阻应变片的形变又造成它的电阻值更改,然后电阻值的扩大或减少标值便会经过检验电源电路转化成电子信号,进而就可以显示信息出物件的净重。
称重线体700的一侧还设有用于校准称重线体的校准控制台12,校准控制台12上放置有校准称13,若称重线体700判断电池重量不合格时,可手动对不合格电池进行二次测量,并结合测量结果对称重线体700进行校准,以保证测量精度。称重线体700的另一侧设有不良品转运线体800,不良品转运线体800的底部设有滚轮,不合格的电池壳暂存在不良品转运线体800上,并统一转运到返修区进行返修。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种铅酸电池包码垛包装线,其特征在于,沿电池输送方向,包括:
    用于将电池套装在包装箱内的装箱缓冲线体(100);和
    设置在装箱缓冲线体(100)后方的封箱机(200);和
    设置在封箱机(200)后方用于将箱体缠绕打包带的打包机(300);和
    设置在打包机(300)后方的下料线体(400);以及
    设置在下料线体(400)一侧的码垛机(500)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种铅酸电池包码垛包装线,其特征在于,还包括设置在装箱缓冲线体(100)前方的贴码检测线体(600)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种铅酸电池包码垛包装线,其特征在于,所述贴码检测线体(600)的一侧固定安装有一支架(9),所述支架(9)上排列固定有若干物料盒(10),所述物料盒(10)上配合有盒盖(11),所述盒盖(11)在靠近贴码检测线体(600)的一端设有一条形开口(1101)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种铅酸电池包码垛包装线,其特征在于,还包括设置在贴码检测线体(600)前方的称重线体(700)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种铅酸电池包码垛包装线,其特征在于,所述称重线体(700)的一侧设有用于校准称重线体的校准控制台(12),所述校准控制台(12)上放置有校准称(13)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种铅酸电池包码垛包装线,其特征在于,所述称重线体(700)的另一侧设有不良品转运线体(800),所述不良品转运线体(800)的底部设有滚轮。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种铅酸电池包码垛包装线,其特征在于, 所述码垛机(500)包括夹持机构和用于带动夹持机构运动的机械手(1)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种铅酸电池包码垛包装线,其特征在于,所述夹持机构包括一支撑杆(2)和对称设置在支撑杆上的两夹板组件,所述夹板组件包括夹板(3)和用于带动夹板(3)运动的伸缩缸(4),两所述夹板(3)与支撑杆(2)垂直设置,两所述夹板(3)的一端与支撑杆(2)的下表面滑动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种铅酸电池包码垛包装线,其特征在于,所述支撑杆(2)的下表面固定安装有滑轨(201),所述夹板(3)的上端部固定安装有滑块(301),所述滑块(301)与滑轨(201)滑动连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种铅酸电池包码垛包装线,其特征在于,所述夹板组件还包括支撑块(5)、第一驱动块(6)和第二驱动块(7),所述支撑块(5)固定安装在支撑杆(2)的两端部,所述第一驱动块(6)的一端与夹板(3)靠近支撑块(5)的一侧面铰接,所述第一驱动块(6)的另一端与第二驱动块(7)的一端铰接,所述第二驱动块(7)的另一端与支撑块(5)铰接;
    所述支撑杆(2)的两端部固定连接有用于固定伸缩缸(4)的连接件(8),所述伸缩缸(4)的一端与连接件(8)铰接,所述伸缩缸(4)的另一端与第一驱动块(6)和第二驱动块(7)的铰接处铰接,所述伸缩缸(4)垂直于支撑杆(2)设置。
