Single granule was placed on the cylindrical side of the tester and the measurement ring was moved to zero mark of the device and then the device was placed straight on the granule. Pressure was slowly applied on the granule until the granule breaks. The amount of weight needed to break the granule was recorded and the measurement repeated 10 times and averaged for resuming final weight resistance parameter for each tested composition.
