Description

嵌板式冰箱 技术领域
本发明涉及可组装和拆分的嵌板(panel)式冰箱。
背景技术
现有技术提出了冰箱的各种各样的利用方法,其中,专利文献1(特开2015-158327号)提出了装在内置厨房(build-in kitchen)中的隔热嵌板组装式冰箱。专利文献1中记载的冰箱是用联结部件将隔热嵌板联结起来组装成箱体,从而可以设置在内置厨房内。
然而,专利文献1中记载的冰箱需要像普通的冰箱那样与作为冷藏室的箱体的后侧间隔开地设置冷却用风路。进一步地,需要在下侧的箱体处设置主要包括压缩机、冷凝器等与普通的冰箱同样的冷却机构,并设置贯通冰箱内外的配管配线等。因此,组装需要很多劳力和时间,如需拆分也需要很多劳力和时间。也就是说,特许文献1中记载的冰箱尽管是隔热嵌板组装式的,但是实际上需要很多的劳力和时间来进行组装和拆分。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,并且在于提供能容易地组装和拆分的嵌板式冰箱。
本发明的第一实施方式所涉及的嵌板式冰箱的特征在于其包括:
可装卸的多个隔热嵌板,其构成食品储藏室(pantry)的外壳的至少一部分,并形成冷藏收纳区域;
冷却单元,其相对于所述隔热嵌板的组装体可装卸,并且包括使供给至所述冷藏收纳区域的冷气流出的流出口和供流过了所述冷藏收纳区域内的气体流入的流入口;以及
冷气管道,其入侧与所述流出口连接,并且其出侧在所述冷藏收纳区域的上侧开口。
由于形成嵌板式冰箱的隔热嵌板构成了食品储藏室的一部分,因此不仅是需要冷藏的食品,还可以在食品储藏室中收纳各种各样的食品,包括不需要冷藏的普通 食品。特别地,由于嵌板式冰箱由组装式的隔热嵌板、相对于隔热嵌板的组装体可装卸的冷却单元以及从冷却单元向冷藏收纳区域供给冷气的冷气管道形成,因此嵌板式冰箱的组装拆分很容易。特别地,由于通过冷气管道从冷藏收纳区域的上侧供给冷气,因此可有效地冷却收纳的收纳物。
这样就可以提供可容易地组装和拆分的嵌板式冰箱。若冷却单元发生故障,也可以容易地更换。
本发明的第二实施方式所涉及的嵌板式冰箱的特征在于,在第一实施方式中,所述冷却单元载置在所述冷藏收纳区域的底板下侧,所述底板具有与所述流出口和所述流入口相对应的开口部,配设在所述流出口和所述流入口周围的密封部件与所述底板的下表面紧密接触,所述冷气管道在所述冷藏收纳区域内从下端部延伸到上侧区域。
根据本实施方式,仅将冷却单元载置在冷藏收纳区域的底板下侧,即可通过密封部件容易地在冷却单元与冷藏收纳区域之间进行气密联结。进一步地,通过在冷藏收纳区域内从下端部延伸到上侧区域的冷气管道,可以可靠地从冷藏收纳区域的上侧供给来自冷却单元的冷气。
本发明的第三实施方式所涉及的嵌板式冰箱的特征在于,在第一或第二实施方式中,所述冷却单元配设在地板下面,对所述冷却单元的冷却机构的构成设备进行冷却的气体在地板下面流动。
根据本实施方式,由于冷却单元配设在地板下面,因此可以确保上侧的用作冷藏收纳区域的空间更大。此外,在本实施方式中,使地板下面的气体流动并对冷却单元的冷却机构的构成设备进行冷却。由于地板下面的气体受室内温度变化的影响较小因此气温较稳定,因此可以以稳定的状态对冷却单元进行冷却。进一步地,由于冷却单元在地板下面,因此还可以缓和压缩机和冷却风扇引起的声音和振动的影响。
本发明的第四实施方式所涉及的嵌板式冰箱的特征在于,在第一至第三中的任一实施方式中,所述冷气管道起到支撑配设在所述冷藏收纳区域内的搁架的搁架支柱的作用。例如,通过在冷气管道中形成有用于安装用于支撑配设在冷藏收纳区域内的搁架的钩形件的钩形件安装孔,可将冷气管道用作搁架支柱。这样就减少了所设置的搁架支柱的数量,从而使得能够有效地活用冷藏收纳区域的空间。
本发明的第五实施方式所涉及的嵌板式冰箱的特征在于,在第一至第四种的任一实施方式中,所述冷气是温度比所述冷藏收纳区域的周围温度更低的气体,通过 所述冷气使所述冷藏收纳区域内达到8℃以上20℃以下范围的温度。
通过使冷藏收纳区域内的温度达到本实施方式这样的温度范围,使得能够恰当地保管这样的食品:例如在夏季,用室内温度保管所述食品的话气温过高,而将所述食品放入冰箱的冷藏室的话温度过低。
在如上所述的本发明中,可以提供可容易地组装和拆分的嵌板式冰箱。

首先参考图1A至图2来对本发明的一个实施形态所涉及的嵌板式冰箱4和具有该嵌板式冰箱4的食品储藏室2进行说明。这里,食品储藏室意指配设在厨房中的具有收纳空间的部件。本实施形态所涉及的食品储藏室2包括嵌板式冰箱4和配设在其上侧的普通收纳部6。嵌板式冰箱4包括:框体部20,具有冷藏收纳区域S1和单元设置区域S2;以及设置在单元设置区域S2中的冷却单元30。此外,普通收纳部6具有普通收纳容器S3。
嵌板式冰箱4的框体部20是由隔热嵌板10组装成的箱状的组装体,并且普通收纳部6是由普通嵌板12组装成的箱状的组装体。框体部20的冷藏收纳区域S1以及普通收纳部6的普通收纳区域S3都在前侧开口,可通过门8A和8B来开闭该开口,门8A和8B是安装在前侧的对开旋转门。隔热嵌板10是如下所示的具有隔热层的嵌板,并且普通嵌板12是没有隔热层的由树脂部件或木材形成的嵌板。门8A和8B由具有隔热层的板状部件形成,不仅覆盖普通收纳区域S3,还覆盖冷藏收纳区域S1。
<框体部>
接下来,对嵌板式冰箱4的框体部20进行更详细的描述。如图2所示,隔热嵌板10在厚度方向上具有三明治状夹层构造,由中央的聚氨酯板制成的隔热层10B和其两侧的外壳层10A构成。外壳层10A可以由树脂部件形成,也可以由木材形成。

冷气管道40具有由竖直部40A和水平部40B连接而成的大致L字形的侧面形状,竖直部40A的上侧开口,形成吹出口42。返回管道50是水平延伸的管道,左上侧开口,形成吸入口52。冷气管道40和返回管道50通过间隔46而间隔开。
如后文所述,从设置在底板16下侧的冷却单元30供给的冷气通过出侧开口部44流入冷气管道40的水平部40B,从水平部40B流向竖直部40A,并从上方的吹出口42供给至冷藏收纳区域S1内。流出到冷藏收纳区域S1内的冷气在冷藏收纳区域S1内流动,并流入从侧视图看与吹出口42呈对角位置的吸入口52。从吸入口52流入返回管道50的气体通过返回开口部54回到冷却单元30。

本实施形态所涉及的冷却单元30由气密地间隔开的冷却机构部U1和冷气生成部U2构成。冷却机构部U1处配设有冷却机构的构成设备,它们构成基于用于冷却配设在冷气生成部U2处的蒸发器62的冷媒的冷却循环。图中示出了构成冷却机构的压缩机72、冷凝器74,并且还示出了用于对这些设备进行冷却的冷却风扇76。冷却机构部U1的构成设备基本上是与构成普通冰箱的冷却机构的设备同样的设备,因此省略了更加详细的说明。

蒸发器62配设在冷气生成部U2的流入口34下侧,并且循环风扇64配设在流出口32下侧。循环风扇64的旋转轴被配设成自竖直方向稍微倾斜。
如图3所示的一体式盒式冷却单元30可以容易地设置在取下了罩子38的框体部20的单元设置区域S2中。在将冷却单元30插入到框体部20的最下部的隔热嵌板10与冷藏收纳区域S1的底板16之间时,密封部件36A、36B被稍微压缩,与冷藏收纳区域S1的底板16的下表面紧密接触(参考图5)。通过该经压缩的密封部件36A、36B使冷却单元30的冷气生成部U2与配设在上侧的冷气管道40和返回管道50成为气密连接的状态。

<冷气的流动>

例如,厨房的普通食品储藏室内大多数保管着米、小麦粉等的食品,但是由于没有专门具有冷却功能或隔热功能,因此其内部与室温相同,在夏天达到30℃以上,这样会有产生虫子、尘螨之类的危险。为此,存在期望食品储藏室内温度降低到不会产生虫子、尘螨之类的温度水平的需求。此外,比如寿司、便当之类的煮过一次的大米存在在普通冰箱的冷藏室或蔬菜室中被过度降温而变得不好吃的问题。如果是在冬天,可以将它们保管在玄关之类的温度较低的暗处,但是夏天的话没有这样 的地方。此外,在普通冰箱中,包括蔬菜室在内,被不需要降温至低于8度的温度带的食品所占据,引起了冰箱内空间不足的状况。
在本实施形态所涉及的嵌板式冰箱2中,通过将冷藏收纳区域S1内维持在8℃以上20℃以下范围的温度,即使是在夏天,也能在清洁的状态下不降低鲜度地保管米、小麦粉等的食材。进一步地,通过保管此前收纳在冰箱中的不需要降温至低于8度的温度带的食品,可以空出普通冰箱的空间来有效地使用。
下表示出了食品的种类和分类以及适合保管这些食品的温度和湿度。

从该表可以看出,通过使冷藏收纳区域S1内的温度达到8℃以上20℃以下范围的温度,即使是夏天也可以恰当地保管品种为寿司/便当、葡萄酒、白米、粉类的食品。此外,还考虑可以恰当地保管调味料、芝士等。此外,大多数的蔬果也可以在冷藏收纳区域S1得到恰当的保管。进一步地,还可以恰当地起到酒窖的作用。
在本实施形态所涉及的嵌板式冰箱4中,当气体通过蒸发器62时,气体所含的 水分被冻结并除去,从而进行除湿。由此,冷藏收纳区域S1内可以保持适合上述大多数食品的湿度水平。
通过如上所述使冷藏收纳区域S1内的温度达到8℃以上20℃以下范围的温度,可以恰当地保管这样的食品:在夏季在室温下保管所述食品的话气温过高,而将所述食品放入冰箱的冷藏室的话温度过低。通过将可在室温下保管的食品保管在食品储藏室2的上侧的普通收纳区域S3中并且将介意在室温下保管的食品保管在下侧的冷藏收纳区域S1中,可以有效且高效地使用食品储藏室2。
由于使冷藏收纳区域S1内的温度达到如上所述的温度范围不需要增大隔热嵌板10的隔热层10A的厚度,因此隔热嵌板10的厚度较薄,并且冷藏收纳区域S1的内部空间可以更大。由于冷却单元30也可以比较小型,因此可以增加食品储藏室2的收纳容量。本实施形态所涉及的冷却单元30具有基于压缩机72和冷凝器74的冷却机构,但是不限于此。根据冷藏收纳区域S1的容量,可以采用包括使用珀尔帖元件的冷却单元在内的任何其他冷却单元。
如上所述的本实施形态所涉及的嵌板式冰箱4包括:可装卸的多个隔热嵌板10,其构成食品储藏室2的外壳的至少一部分,并形成冷藏收纳区域S1;冷却单元30,其相对于隔热嵌板10的组装体可装卸,并且包括使供给至冷藏收纳区域S1的冷气流出的流出口32和供流过了冷藏收纳区域S1内的气体流入的流入口34;以及冷气管道40,其入侧与流出口32连接,并且其出侧42在冷藏收纳区域S1的上侧开口。
由于形成嵌板式冰箱4的隔热嵌板10构成了食品储藏室2的一部分,因此包括需要冷藏的食品以及不需要冷藏的普通食品在内的各种各样的食品都可以收纳在食品储藏室2中。特别地,由于嵌板式冰箱4是由组装式的隔热嵌板10、相对于隔热嵌板10的组装体可装卸的冷却单元30以及用于将冷气从冷却单元30供给至冷藏收纳区域S1的冷气管道40形成,因此可以容易地组装拆分嵌板式冰箱4。特别地,由于通过冷气管道40从冷藏收纳区域S1的上侧供给冷气,因此可以有效地冷却收纳物。
这样就可以提供可容易地组装和拆分的嵌板式冰箱4。即使冷却单元30发生故障,也可以容易地更换冷却单元30。
近年来,为了与厨房的设计相配,配设在厨房中的食品储藏室的大小和表面材质越来越多样化,而普通冰箱这样的生产体制和结构无法应对。在本实施形态所涉及的食品储藏室2中,只要使冷却单元30适合单元设置区域S2的尺寸,就可以组合各种形状、大小的隔热嵌板10和普通嵌板12,从而提供各种设计的能冷藏保管的 食品储藏室2。
进一步地,在本实施形态所涉及的嵌板式冰箱4中,冷却单元30载置在具有与流出口32和流入口34相对应的开口部44、54的冷藏收纳区域S1的底板16下侧,配设在流出口32和流入口34周围的密封部件36A、36B与底板16的下表面紧密接触,并且冷气管道40在冷藏收纳区域S1内从下端部延伸到上侧区域。
这样,仅将冷却单元30载置在冷藏收纳区域S1的底板16下侧,通过密封部件36A、36B即可容易地在冷却单元30与冷藏收纳区域之间气密联结。进一步地,通过在冷藏收纳区域S1内从下端部延伸到上侧区域的冷气管道40,可以可靠地从冷藏收纳区域S1的上侧供给来自冷却单元30的冷气。
尽管本实施形态所涉及的食品储藏室2包括冷藏收纳区域S1和普通收纳区域S3,但是不限于此。也可以整个食品储藏室2包括由隔热嵌板围住的冷藏收纳区域S1。在这种情况下,冷藏收纳区域S1可以划分成多个区域,通过调整冷气的供给量等,各区域的温度可以不同。
<起到搁架支柱的作用的冷气管道>
图6A是立体图,示出了配设在冷藏收纳区域S1左侧的搁架支柱22。图6B是立体图,示出了配设在冷藏收纳区域S1右侧的起到搁架支柱作用的冷气管道40。接下来,参考图6A和6B来对起到搁架支柱作用的冷气管道40进行说明。
通常,在冷藏收纳区域S1内,沿隔热嵌板10的内表面前后竖立地设置如图6A所示的两根搁架支柱22。搁架支柱22上在高度方向上以指定的间距设置钩形件安装孔,钩形件L安装到钩形件安装孔中,并且搁架(冷藏)R1载置在装好的钩形件L上。
在本实施形态中,在冷藏收纳区域S1的右侧不存在搁架支柱22,而是冷气管道40起到搁架支柱的作用。具体而言,在冷气管道40上形成前后两排用于安装钩形件L的钩形件安装孔48,它们在高度方向上以指定的间距形成。钩形件L安装到这些钩形件安装孔48中,搁架(冷藏)R1载置在安装好的钩形件L上。
两根搁架支柱22的钩形件安装孔和冷气管道40的前后两排钩形件安装孔48在高度方向上以指定的间距设在多个位置,使得它们具有相同的高度。通过搁架支柱22和冷气管道40,再四个位置支撑住搁架(冷藏)R1,从而使其能够设置在冷藏收纳区域S1的期望的高度处。图中仅示出了一个搁架(冷藏)R1,但是冷藏收纳区域S1内可以设置有多个搁架(冷藏)R1。
这样,通过在冷气管道40上形成用于安装用于支撑配设在冷藏收纳区域S1内 的搁架(冷藏)R1的钩形件L的孔48,可以利用冷气管道40作为搁架支柱。这样,减少了所设置的搁架支柱的数量,并且可以有效地活用冷藏收纳区域S1的空间。
在形成在冷气管道40上的钩形件安装孔48贯通构成冷气管道40的板状部件的情况下,在冷气管道40内流动的冷气通过钩形件安装孔48而流出到冷藏收纳区域S1内。在冷气管道40内流动的冷气总体上从上方开口的吹出口42流出到冷藏收纳区域S1内,但是除此之外,还有一定量的冷气经由钩形件安装孔48流出到冷藏收纳区域S1内,这样可以更有效地冷却冷藏收纳区域S1。
此时,也可以为了实现最佳的冷藏收纳区域S1的冷却而考虑以恰当的平衡来配设贯通的钩形件安装孔48和不贯通的钩形件安装孔48。此外,还可以通过用塞子等塞住贯通的钩形件安装孔48来在想要加强冷却的区域集中地从钩形件安装孔48供给冷气。例如,还可以通过在搁架(冷藏)R1正上方的区域集中地配设贯通的钩形件安装孔48来强化对载置在搁架(冷藏)R1上的收纳物的冷却。
(其他实施形态所涉及的嵌板式冰箱)
图7是侧视截面图,示意性地示出了具有本发明的其他实施形态所涉及的嵌板式冰箱4'的食品储藏室2'的内部构造,其中,冷却单元30配设在地板下面。在图7中,也用点线箭头示意性地示出对冷藏收纳区域S1进行冷却的气体的流动,并且用点划线箭头示意性地示出对冷却机构部U1的构成设备进行冷却的气体的流动。
在具有本实施形态所涉及的嵌板式冰箱4'的食品储藏室2'中,冷气单元30所设置于的单元设置区域S2配设在地板F下侧。与此同时,食品储藏室2'的对开门6A'、6B'终止于冷藏收纳区域S1的下端。这样,可以在不与地板F发生干扰的情况下开闭门6A'、6B'。
在本实施形态中,通过冷却单元30的冷却风扇76使地板下面的气体进入冷却机构部U1内,从而对压缩机72、冷凝器74等的冷却机构的构成设备进行冷却。这样,在本实施形态中,使地板下面的气体流动来对冷却单元的冷却机构的构成设备72、74等进行冷却。关于通过冷却单元30的冷气生成部U2来冷却冷气并供给至冷藏收纳区域S1的内容与上述一个实施形态所涉及的嵌板式冰箱4是同样的,因此省略进一步的说明。
由于本实施形态中冷却单元30配设在地板下面,因此可以确保上侧的用作冷藏收纳区域S1和普通收纳区域S3的空间更大。此外,由于地板下面的气体受室内温度变化的影响较小因此气温也更稳定,因此在本实施形态所涉及的嵌板式冰箱4'中,可以以稳定的状态对冷却单元30进行冷却。进一步地,由于冷却单元30在地板下 面,因此还可以缓和压缩机72和冷却风扇76引起的声音和振动的影响。
虽然说明了本发明的实施形态、实施方式,但是也可以在构成细节方面改变所公开的内容,并且也可以在不脱离所请求保护的本发明的范围和思想的情况下实现实施形态、实施方式中的要素的组合或顺序的变化等。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种嵌板式冰箱,其特征在于,其包括:
    可装卸的多个隔热嵌板,其构成食品储藏室的外壳的至少一部分,并形成冷藏收纳区域;
    冷却单元,其相对于所述隔热嵌板的组装体可装卸,并且包括使供给至所述冷藏收纳区域的冷气流出的流出口和供流过了所述冷藏收纳区域内的气体流入的流入口;以及
    冷气管道,其入侧与所述流出口连接,并且其出侧在所述冷藏收纳区域的上侧开口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的嵌板式冰箱,其特征在于,
    所述冷却单元载置在所述冷藏收纳区域的底板下侧,所述底板具有与所述流出口和所述流入口相对应的开口部,配设在所述流出口和所述流入口周围的密封部件与所述底板的下表面紧密接触,所述冷气管道在所述冷藏收纳区域内从下端部延伸到上侧区域。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的嵌板式冰箱,其特征在于,
    所述冷却单元配设在地板下面,对所述冷却单元的冷却机构的构成设备进行冷却的气体在地板下面流动。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的嵌板式冰箱,其特征在于,
    所述冷气管道起到支撑配设在所述冷藏收纳区域内的搁架的搁架支柱的作用。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的嵌板式冰箱,其特征在于,
    所述冷气是温度比所述冷藏收纳区域的周围温度更低的气体,
    通过所述冷气使所述冷藏收纳区域内达到8℃以上20℃以下范围的温度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的嵌板式冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱包括框体部和普通收纳部,所述框体部包括所述冷藏收纳区,所述普通收纳部由普通嵌板组装成箱状。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的嵌板式冰箱,其特征在于,所述框体部还包括单元设置区,所述冷却单元可拆卸的安装于所述单元设置区内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的嵌板式冰箱,其特征在于,所述冷却单元包括气密性间隔开的冷却机构部和冷气生成部,所述冷却机构部设置有所述流入口,所述冷气生成部设置有所述流出口。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的嵌板式冰箱,其特征在于,所述冷气管道覆盖所述流出口对应的开口部;冰箱内还设置有返回管道,所述返回管道覆盖所述流入口对应的开口部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的嵌板式冰箱,其特征在于,所述冷气管道包括水平部和竖直部,所述竖直部上方设置有吹出口,所述返回管道设置有吸入口,所述吹出口与所述吸入口呈对角位置设置。
