技术领域
本申请涉及保护驱动器件领域,尤其涉及一保护驱动器件的离合卷扬结构。
背景技术
因现有技术中的一些离合卷扬结构,只是具备一个简单的收放功能,而在有些场合,比如用在无人机投放货物过程中,比如电机由于货物的重量会比较重,在投放货物的过程中,由于瞬时力过大,会对离合卷扬结构中的收线驱动器件,比如电机等收线驱动器件造成损坏,因此需要将收线驱动器件脱离保护起来,为此有必要设计一款专门针对保护驱动器件的离合卷扬结构。
发明内容
本申请目的在于提供一种保护驱动器件的离合卷扬结构,安全性好,集成度高,在使用时能良好地保护驱动器件。
为达此目的,本申请采用以下技术方案:
本申请提供一种保护驱动器件的离合卷扬结构,包括:
底板;
传动机构,所述传动机构固定连接于所述底板上;
绞轮,所述绞轮连接于所述传动机构;
摩擦轮,所述摩擦轮连接于所述底板上,所述摩擦轮配置为能够抵接或脱 离所述绞轮。
作为优选,所述传动机构包括:
舵机,所述舵机固定连接于所述底板上;
舵机连杆,所述舵机用于驱动所述舵机连杆;
滑杆,所述滑杆的一端连接于所述舵机连杆,所述滑杆远离所述舵机连杆的一端连接于所述绞轮。
作为优选,所述保护驱动器件的离合卷扬结构还包括:
电机,所述电机连接于所述底板,用于驱动所述摩擦轮转动。
作为优选,所述传动机构还包括弹簧,所述弹簧套接于所述滑杆上,为所述绞轮提供恢复力。
作为优选,所述绞轮为聚氨酯绞轮。
作为优选,所述所述摩擦轮为聚氨酯摩擦轮。
作为优选,所述还包括轮架,所述轮架用于支撑所述绞轮。
作为优选,所述绞轮上设置有绳索,用于收放货物。
作为优选,所述绳索为凯夫拉绳索。
作为优选,所述底板的材质为碳纤维。
本申请的有益效果:
本申请所提供的离合卷扬结构,在使用的过程中,会将收线驱动器件脱离保护起来,通过收线驱动器件脱离放线机构,避免因瞬时力过大而损坏收线驱动器件,因此本离合卷扬结构安全性好,集成度高,在使用时能良好地保护驱动器件。

下面结合附图和实施方式进一步说明本申请的技术方案。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本申请,而非对本申请的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与本申请相关的部分而非全部。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

如图1所示,本申请提供了一种保护驱动器件的离合卷扬结构,具体包括底板100和固定连接于底板100上的传动机构200;此外,本申请提供的保护驱动器件的离合卷扬结构,还包括有连接于传动机构200的绞轮300以及连接于底板100上的摩擦轮400,具体地,该摩擦轮400配置为能够抵接或脱离绞轮300,用于实现保护电机等收线驱动器件。绞轮300还配置有一轮架301,用于支撑绞轮300。底板100的材料可以优选为碳纤维材料,质量轻,承载强度较好。
继续参照图1所示,本申请提供的保护驱动器件的离合卷扬结构,其传动机构200还包括有固定连接于底板100上的舵机201以及该舵机201驱动的舵机连杆202;除此之外,该传动机构200还包括有一滑杆203,该滑杆203的一端连接于舵机连杆202,而该滑杆203远离舵机连杆202的一端连接于绞轮300。
值得注意的是,传动机构200还包括有弹簧204,弹簧204套接于滑杆203上,其目的是为绞轮300提供恢复力。
进一步地,本申请所提供的保护驱动器件的离合卷扬结构,具体还包括有电机500,该电机500连接于底板100,用于驱动摩擦轮400的转动。
本申请中的绞轮300,可以采用多种材料制成,在本申请中,优选为聚氨酯材料制成的绞轮300,具备耐磨耗、耐化学侵蚀、高强度、高弹性、耐低压、吸震性强、耐撕裂,耐辐射,高承载和减震缓冲等良好性能。聚氨酯轮具备优良的吸音特性,轮子在运动过程中不产生噪音,可达到静音结果。同理,本申请中的摩擦轮400也同样采用聚氨酯材料制成,理由在此不再赘述。
使用时,舵机201控制舵机连杆202旋转,此时带动滑杆203平动,并且 克服弹簧204的推力,从而带动绞轮300脱离摩擦轮400,当绞轮300和摩擦轮400脱离后,绞轮300会变为自由转动状态,此时放线机构处于自由放线状态,放线时由于负载质量过大从而可能造成瞬时的冲击力较大,由于绞轮300和摩擦轮400互相分离,此时并不会对摩擦轮400造成冲击,从而保护与摩擦轮400相连接的电机。待负载完全放出后,舵机201再次启动,滑杆203在舵机连杆202的转动下被推动,绞轮300在弹簧204的作用下恢复并与摩擦轮400重新相接触,而后驱动与摩擦轮400相连接的电机旋转,带动绞轮300旋转。特别地,绞轮300上设置的绳索,优选采用凯夫拉绳索,凯夫拉绳索的抗拉性能较好,可以承载较大的载荷。

  1. 一种保护驱动器件的离合卷扬结构,其特征在于,包括:
    底板;
    传动机构,所述传动机构固定连接于所述底板上;
    绞轮,所述绞轮连接于所述传动机构;
    摩擦轮,所述摩擦轮连接于所述底板上,所述摩擦轮配置为能够抵接或脱离所述绞轮。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的保护驱动器件的离合卷扬结构,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括:
    舵机,所述舵机固定连接于所述底板上;
    舵机连杆,所述舵机用于驱动所述舵机连杆;
    滑杆,所述滑杆的一端连接于所述舵机连杆,所述滑杆远离所述舵机连杆的一端连接于所述绞轮。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的保护驱动器件的离合卷扬结构,其特征在于,所述保护驱动器件的离合卷扬结构还包括:
    电机,所述电机连接于所述底板,用于驱动所述摩擦轮转动。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的保护驱动器件的离合卷扬结构,其特征在于,所述传动机构还包括弹簧,所述弹簧套接于所述滑杆上,为所述绞轮提供恢复力。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的保护驱动器件的离合卷扬结构,其特征在于,所述绞轮为聚氨酯绞轮。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的保护驱动器件的离合卷扬结构,其特征在于,所述所述摩擦轮为聚氨酯摩擦轮。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的保护驱动器件的离合卷扬结构,其特征在于,所述还包括轮架,所述轮架用于支撑所述绞轮。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的保护驱动器件的离合卷扬结构,其特征在于,所述绞轮上设置有绳索,用于收放货物。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的保护驱动器件的离合卷扬结构,其特征在于,所述绳索为凯夫拉绳索。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的保护驱动器件的离合卷扬结构,其特征在于,所述底板的材质为碳纤维。
