Description

一种带压带尾机构的钢卷鞍座 技术领域
本发明涉及冶金的技术领域,具体涉及一种带压带尾机构的钢卷鞍座。
背景技术
在冷轧带钢连续生产领域,成品带钢由卷取机卷取为钢卷,然后经由钢卷车运输至钢卷鞍座上。成品钢卷为满足运输、交货需要,一般需要在包装机组进行包装作业,即在打捆鞍座工位对钢卷进行打捆作业。参见图1所示,在实际生产过程中,钢卷100放置在鞍座200时,钢卷100最后一外圈的带尾会因自重而下耷,生产薄带钢时下耷更为明显,导致在全自动打捆机打捆作业时,打捆带导槽伸进去的时候会与下耷的钢卷的带尾产生干涉,造成钢卷的带尾破损和打捆带导槽损坏,影响设备安全与成材率。
发明内容
针对目前下耷的带尾容易与打捆带导槽产生干涉,造成设备与带钢损坏的技术缺陷,本发明提供一种带压带尾机构的钢卷鞍座,以解决上述问题。
本发明采用如下技术方案实现:
本发明提出一种带压带尾机构的钢卷鞍座,包括鞍座本体和压带尾机构,所述压带尾机构固定设于鞍座本体上,压带尾机构包括第一杠杆组件和第二杠杆组件,第一杠杆组件包括第一下压部、第一摆部和第一回转轴,第一回转轴位于鞍座本体上,第一下压部和第一摆部设于第一回转轴的两侧,并可分别相对第一回转轴转动;第二杠杆组件包括第二下压部、第二摆部和第二回转轴,第二回转轴位于鞍座本体上,第二下压部和第二摆部设于第二回转轴的两侧,并可分别相对第二回转轴转动;第一下压部和第二下压部位于相互靠近的一侧,钢卷设于第一下压部和第二下压部之上,钢卷的带尾位于第一摆部或第二摆部上。
其中,为了保证第一摆部或第二摆部对钢卷的带尾的抬起和压紧作用,所述第一摆部和第二摆部均包括摆杆和设于摆杆之上的抵压件,抵压件位于摆杆远离第一下压部和第二下压部的一端。
其中,为了避免钢卷带尾与抵压件为刚性碰撞而出现带尾损坏的情况,所述抵压件包括压板和压板底座,压板和压板底座之间通过弹性件缓冲连接。
其中,为了保证抵压件对钢卷的带尾的良好的贴合,所述压板底座与摆杆枢接,压板底座可相对摆杆转动。

其中,基于安装便利性和装配优化的考虑,所述压带尾机构设于鞍座本体的至少一支撑座上,压带尾机构的第一下压部和第二下压部活动设于容纳腔中,第一摆部和第二摆部分设于两个支撑台面相互远离的一端。
其中,为了避免对打捆机捆带导槽的进出造成干涉,所述支撑座之间留有一定间隙。
其中,为了防止损伤钢卷表面,所述支撑台面的上表面设有橡胶缓冲件。
采用上述方案后,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过钢卷下压至第一下压部和第二下压部之上,以带动第一摆部和第二摆部摆起,从而使位于第一摆部或第二摆部上的带尾抬起并压紧,当钢卷抬起,离开第一下压部和第二下压部时,第一摆部和第二摆部自动摆下;即,压带尾机构的杠杆组件使得通过钢卷自身的重力以自动实现带尾的抬起与压紧,无需额外增加动力及检测机构以实现带尾的自动压紧,设备简单紧凑,维护方便;且钢卷带为的抬起避免钢卷带尾与打捆机的打捆带导槽干涉,减少自动打捆机作用的故障率,减少因钢卷的带尾的下耷导致的设备故障及钢卷损伤。

其中,为了保证钢卷3稳定限位于支撑座11上,两个支撑台面111从相互远离的外侧到相互靠近的内侧逐渐向下倾斜,形成一倾斜面,如此使得每个支撑座11的两个支撑台面111和容纳腔112整体大致呈V形结构,便于钢卷置于支撑座11上。进一步地,为了防止损伤钢卷3表面,支撑台面111的上表面设有橡胶缓冲件。
参阅图2和图4所示,支撑座11之间留有一定间隙,支撑座11之间的间隙可供打捆机的捆带导槽进出,以便于实现对钢卷3进行打捆作用。如此,支撑座11设置的数量由需对钢卷3打捆带的数量确定。本实施例中,仅需对钢卷进行打一道捆带操作,因此,支撑座11的数量为两个。进一步地,为了便于打捆机的捆带导槽的进出,鞍座本体1上固定设有具有一定高度的加强 筋,支撑座11固定设于加强筋上,如此,以避免对打捆机捆带导槽的进出造成干涉。
本带压带尾机构的钢卷鞍座的具体工作过程如下:
参阅图5所示,钢卷3沿着轴向方向置于鞍座本体1的支撑座11的支撑台面111上,支撑台面111限位钢卷3,并且钢卷3的重量将第一下压部211和第二下压部221向下压,以带动第一摆部212和第二摆部222向上摆起,从而使位于第一摆部212或第二摆部222上的带尾抬起并压紧;打捆机的打捆带导槽从两个支撑座11之间的间隙穿过,以对钢卷3进行打捆作业;
参阅图6所示,完成打捆作业后,钢卷3抬起,以从鞍座本体1的支撑座11上离开,同时,钢卷3离开第一下压部211和第二下压部时221,在拉簧304的作用下,第一摆部212和第二摆部222自动摆下,以便钢卷3向前步进通过。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上对本发明做出的各种变化,均落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带压带尾机构的钢卷鞍座,其特征在于:包括鞍座本体和压带尾机构,所述压带尾机构固定设于鞍座本体上,压带尾机构包括第一杠杆组件和第二杠杆组件,第一杠杆组件包括第一下压部、第一摆部和第一回转轴,第一回转轴位于鞍座本体上,第一下压部和第一摆部设于第一回转轴的两侧,并可分别相对第一回转轴转动;第二杠杆组件包括第二下压部、第二摆部和第二回转轴,第二回转轴位于鞍座本体上,第二下压部和第二摆部设于第二回转轴的两侧,并可分别相对第二回转轴转动;第一下压部和第二下压部位于相互靠近的一侧,钢卷设于第一下压部和第二下压部之上,钢卷的带尾位于第一摆部或第二摆部上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带压带尾机构的钢卷鞍座,其特征在于:所述第一摆部和第二摆部均包括摆杆和设于摆杆之上的抵压件,抵压件位于摆杆远离第一下压部和第二下压部的一端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带压带尾机构的钢卷鞍座,其特征在于:所述抵压件包括压板和压板底座,压板和压板底座之间通过弹性件缓冲连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的带压带尾机构的钢卷鞍座,其特征在于:所述压板底座与摆杆枢接,压板底座可相对摆杆转动。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的带压带尾机构的钢卷鞍座,其特征在于:所述抵压件和鞍座本体之间还连接有拉簧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的带压带尾机构的钢卷鞍座,其特征在于:所述第一下压部和第二下压部分别与钢卷抵接的抵接处上设有橡胶缓冲件。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的带压带尾机构的钢卷鞍座,其特征在于:所述鞍座本体沿着钢卷的轴向上设有至少两个支撑座,支撑座均包括两个支撑台面,两个支撑台面之间形成一下凹的容纳腔,钢卷设于支撑座的两个支撑台面上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的带压带尾机构的钢卷鞍座,其特征在于:所述压带尾机构设于鞍座本体的至少一支撑座上,压带尾机构的第一下压部和第二下压部活动设于容纳腔中,第一摆部和第二摆部分设于两个支撑台面相互远离的一端。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的带压带尾机构的钢卷鞍座,其特征在于:所述支撑座之间留有一定间隙。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的带压带尾机构的钢卷鞍座,其特征在于:所述支撑台面的上表面设有橡胶缓冲件。
