但在目前,带指环扣的磁吸贴通常只能单面吸附于电子设备的背面,如果想把电子设备固定到其他位置(例如墙面或汽车中控台),还需要将磁吸贴从电子设备上拆下来,再配合其他配件对电子设备进行固定,造成了使用上的不便。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型提供一种具有双面磁吸功能的支架,以解决指环扣磁吸贴只能单面吸附的问题,从而避免影响使用指环扣磁吸贴时的便利性。
一种具有双面磁吸功能的支架,其特征在于,包括:底座,具有相对设置的第一磁吸面和第二磁吸面;磁吸组件,安装于所述底座内并位于所述第一磁吸面和第二磁吸面之间;支撑组件,与所述底座连接,并至少部分能够相对所
述底座旋转。
在一些实施例中,所述支撑组件包括支撑件,所述支撑件的一端与所述底座转动连接,使所述支撑件的另一端靠近或远离所述第一磁吸面或所述第二磁吸面。
在一些实施例中,所述底座设有收纳部,所述支撑组件还包括收容于所述收纳部的固定件,所述支撑件的一端与所述固定件转动连接,所述固定件通过连接结构与所述底座转动连接。
在一些实施例中,所述连接结构设于所述固定件与所述底座之间,包括卡槽和插入所述卡槽的凸起,所述卡槽设于所述固定件和所述底座中的一个,所述凸起设于所述固定件和所述底座中的另一个。
在一些实施例中,所述卡槽内设有弹性件,所述凸起插入所述卡槽内并挤压所述弹性件。
在一些实施例中,所述收纳部为通孔或凹槽,所述凸起设于所述收纳部的内壁,所述卡槽设于所述固定件的外周。
在一些实施例中,所述卡槽的延伸方向与所述凸起的延伸方向均平行于所述第一磁吸面或所述第二磁吸面。
在一些实施例中,所述支撑件与所述固定件绕第一轴线转动连接,所述固定件绕第二轴线相对所述底座转动,所述第一轴线平行于所述第一磁吸面或所述第二磁吸面,所述第二轴线垂直于所述第一磁吸面或所述第二磁吸面。
在一些实施例中,所述固定件和所述支撑件均呈环形,所述固定件的内径大于所述支撑件的外径,使所述支撑件可以转动到完全收纳在所述固定件的内侧。

支撑件和所述固定件的外表面不高于所述第一磁吸面或所述第二磁吸面。

在一些实施例中,所述连接部上贯穿设有安装孔,所述安装孔内安装有一转轴,所述凹槽相对的两个槽壁上设有轴孔,所述转轴的两端分别插入两个所述轴孔内。
在一些实施例中,所述转轴的外侧套设有轴套,所述轴套收容在所述安装孔内。
在一些实施例中,所述磁吸组件包括多个第一磁性件,所述底座上设有环绕所述收纳部的第一安装槽,所述多个第一磁性件安装于所述第一安装槽内并排列呈环形。
在一些实施例中,所述磁吸组件还包括位于所述第一磁性件外侧的第二磁性件,所述底座上设有第二安装槽,所述第二磁性件安装于所述第二安装槽内。

本实用新型提供的具有双面磁吸功能的支架,包括底座和支撑组件,底座具有相对设置第一磁吸面和第二磁吸面,支撑组件包括收容在底座的收纳部内
的固定件和支撑件,支撑件与固定件转动连接,而固定件与底座转动连接,当需要支架的指环扣支撑功能时,支架通过第一磁吸面吸附于电子设备的背面,并通过支撑件与固定件的转动、固定件与底座的转动来调节支撑电子设备的角度;而需要将电子设备固定到特定位置时,通过将支撑件收纳于底座中,再通过支架的第二磁吸面吸附到外部元件上,从而无需将支架从电子设备上拆下即可实现固定目的,从而达到双面磁吸配合的效果,提高了使用便利性。

需要说明的是,本实用新型实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后、内、外、顶部、底部……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
还需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件上时,该元件可以直接在另一个元件上或者可能同时存在居中元件。当一个元件被称为“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
请参阅图1至图3,本实用新型一实施例提供的一种具有双面磁吸功能的支架1,包括底座10、磁吸组件20以及支撑组件30,其中,底座10用于与电子设备连接,该电子设备可以是手机,也可以是平板电脑等。底座10具有相对设置的第一磁吸面1001和第二磁吸面1002,磁吸组件20安装于底座10内并位于所述第一磁吸面和第二磁吸面之间,磁吸组件20用于与电子设备或外部元件磁吸配合,从而将底座10的第一磁吸面1001吸附在电子设备上,或者将底座10的第二磁吸面1002吸附在外部元件上。支撑组件30与底座10连接,并至少部分能够相对底座10旋转,以起到支撑效果。
外部元件可以但不局限于是具有磁吸功能的无线充电器或车载支架等,也可以是能够粘贴固定在指定表面的磁性片,还可以是外壳由铁磁性材料制成的设备(例如冰箱、抽油烟机)等等,只要是能够与磁吸组件20吸附固定的元件即可。
支撑组件30包括支撑件31和固定件32,固定件32与底座10转动连接,支撑件31与固定件32转动连接。当需要使用支撑组件30的支撑功能时,可以使支撑件31相对固定件32旋转一定角度,或者配合固定件32相对底座10转动一定角度,支撑件31和固定件32配合即可支撑电子设备。在一些实施例中,固定件32可以与底座10固定连接或一体成型设置,支撑件31的一端与底座10转动连接,使支撑件31的另一端靠近或远离第一磁吸面1001或第二磁吸面1002,虽然相对于固定件32与底座10转动连接的方式,支撑角度受限,但仍然可以实现支撑的作用效果。
支撑件31和固定件32的具体形状不进行限定,在所示实施例中,支撑件31和固定件32均呈环形,且支撑件31转动安装在固定件32的内侧。当支撑件31从固定件32的内侧转出来之后,用户可以将手指穿过支撑件31,以降低电子设备从手上滑脱的风险。而且用户不需要使用支撑功能时,可以将支撑件31收纳在固定件32的内侧,从而使支撑件31收纳于底座10中,提升支撑组件30整体结构的紧凑性,减小其整体体积,避免支撑件31高出第二磁吸面1002外而导致支架1与外部元件之间的距离增大,进而导致支架1与外部元件之间磁吸力度减小。
为了进一步减小整体体积,固定件32的内径大于支撑件31的外径,使支撑件31可以转动到完全收纳在环形固定件32的内侧。
请参阅图2和图4,支撑件31与固定件32绕第一轴线转动连接,第一轴线平行于第一磁吸面1001或第二磁吸面1002,具体地,支撑件31的外侧凸设有连接部311,固定件32的内侧对应设有凹槽321,连接部311插入凹槽321内并与固定件32绕第一轴线转动连接。在所示实施例中,连接部311上贯穿设有安装孔312,安装孔312内安装有一转轴33,该转轴33的两端分别凸出于连接
部311外,转轴33的中轴线即第一轴线。凹槽321相对的两个槽壁上设有轴孔322,转轴33的两端分别插入两个轴孔322内,从而将支撑件31转动安装在固定件32的内侧。
在一些实施例中,转轴33的外侧套设有轴套34,该轴套34收容在安装孔312内,以降低转轴33与支撑件31之间的磨损。
在一些实施例中,支撑件31呈环形,支撑件31远离连接部311的一侧设有避让部313,避让部313位于支撑件31的内侧。在支撑件31的轴向上,避让部313位于支撑件31靠近电子设备的一侧。用户在需要转动支撑件31时,可以将部分手指伸进避让部313内,可方便用户转动支撑件31。
在一些实施例中,支撑件31的内侧面为弧面,该弧面与支撑件31在轴向上的两侧面圆滑过渡。使支撑件31的内侧面与支撑件31的两个轴向侧面圆滑过渡,当用户将手指穿过支撑件31时,手感更好,同时也能避免刮伤。
弧面的具体形状不进行限定,例如,该弧面的截面形状可以是一段圆弧,或者,该弧面的截面形状也可以是一段椭圆弧,只要支撑件31的内侧面与两个轴向侧面圆滑过渡即可。
请参阅图5和图6,固定件32与底座10之间设有连接结构,固定件32通过连接结构与底座10转动连接,且固定件32绕第二轴线相对底座10转动,第二轴线垂直于第一磁吸面1001或第二磁吸面1002。当支撑件31相对固定件32转动出收纳部101之后,固定件32再绕第二轴线相对底座10转动,就可以带动支撑件31在底座10上移动到不同位置,进而调整支架1的支撑角度。应当理解的是,第二轴线与第一轴线垂直。
在所示实施例中,固定件32通过连接结构与底座10转动连接;在其他实施例中,固定件32通过连接结构与底座10可拆卸连接,或者固定件32通过连
接结构与底座10可拆卸连接后,固定件32也可以相对底座10转动。
固定件32与底座10可拆卸连接的作用在于,当支撑件31无法完全收纳于固定件32之中、用户需要利用磁吸组件20与外部元件磁吸配合时,用户可以自行将支撑组件30从底座10上拆下来,从而避免支撑组件30影响磁吸组件20与外部元件之间的磁吸效果,使外部元件可以与底座10的第二磁吸面1002紧紧吸附在一起。
连接结构的具体形式不进行限定,例如,该连接结构可以是卡扣,固定件32与底座10卡扣配合,或者,该连接结构也可以是磁性件,固定件32与底座10磁吸配合,只要能使固定件32与底座10可拆卸连接在一起即可。
在所示实施例中,连接结构包括卡槽323和插入卡槽323的凸起11,凸起11设置在底座10上,卡槽323设置在固定件32上。当凸起11插入卡槽323时,固定件32与底座10连接在一起,当凸起11从卡槽323内退出时,固定件32即可从底座10上拆下来。卡槽323和凸起11结构简单,有利于降低生产难度,而且实现连接和脱离连接的操作方式简单,方便用户使用。
在其它实施例中,卡槽323也可以是设置在底座10上,此时凸起11对应设置在固定件32上。
支撑组件30的安装位置不进行限定,可以是安装在底座10内,也可以是安装在底座10的外侧。
在所示实施例中,底座10上设有收纳部101,支撑组件30收容在收纳部101内。卡槽323设置于固定件32的外周,凸起11设置于收纳部101的内壁。具体地,如图2所示,卡槽323从固定件32的外周壁朝向固定件32的内部凹陷形成,凸起11从收纳部101的内壁朝向固定件32所在位置延伸形成,卡槽323的延伸方向与凸起11的延伸方向相互平行,优选地,两者的延伸方向均平
行于底座10的第一磁吸面1001或第二磁吸面1002。通过在底座10上设置收容支撑组件30的收纳部101,有利于提升具有磁吸功能的支架1的整体结构的紧凑性,以减小具有磁吸功能的支架1的整体体积。
优选地,支撑件31和固定件32收容在收纳部101内时,支撑件31和固定件32的外表面不高于第一磁吸面1001或第二磁吸面1002。如图6所示,支撑组件30收容在收纳部101内时,支撑件31和固定件32的上表面不高于底座10的第二磁吸面1002,相应的,支撑件31和固定件32的下表面不高于底座10的第一磁吸面1001,从而避免支架1与外部元件吸附时,支撑件31或固定件32凸出于吸附面而影响吸附的稳定性。
收纳部101的具体形状不进行限定,例如可以是通孔,也可以是凹槽。在所示实施例中,收纳部101为贯穿底座10相对两侧的通孔。
在所示实施例中,卡槽323和凸起11都呈环形,有利于提升凸起11插入卡槽323时固定件32的稳定性。
在一些实施例中,卡槽323内设有弹性件35,凸起11插入卡槽323内并挤压弹性件35。弹性化具有一定的弹性,在受到挤压时能够产生一定的形变,因此凸起11在挤压弹性件35时,一方面,弹性件35会在自身的作用下紧紧压在凸起11上,从而进一步提升固定件32的稳定性,另一方面,弹性件35增加了固定件32与收纳部101之间的摩擦力,当固定件32与收纳部101发生相对转动后,弹性件35能够将固定件32保持在转动后的位置。
在所示实施例中,弹性件35的形状与卡槽323的形状相适配,即弹性件35呈环形,环形的弹性件35套设在固定件32上。
请参阅图3和图7,磁吸组件20包括多个第一磁性件21,底座10上设有环绕收纳部101的第一安装槽102,多个第一磁性件21安装在第一安装槽102
内并排列形成环形。使多个独立的第一磁性件21排列形成环形,相比于使用磁环,有利于提升磁吸组件20的磁吸能力。而且第一安装槽102能够对第一磁性件21形成一定的限位效果,可以防止相邻的第一磁性件21相互排斥而使其位置发生偏移。
外部元件和电子设备内部同样设有磁性元件,磁吸组件20的形状与外部元件和电子设备的磁性元件相适配,即外部元件和电子设备内设有呈环形的磁性元件。磁吸组件20的一侧能够与电子设备内的磁性元件磁吸配合,从而将具有磁吸功能的支架1吸附在电子设备的背面,磁性组件的另一相对侧则与外部元件的磁性元件磁吸配合,以使具有磁吸功能的支架1与外部元件吸附在一起。应当理解的是,当电子设备内没有磁性元件时,可以通过在电子设备的表面粘贴一层磁性片,使得磁吸组件20可以与之磁吸配合。
在所示实施例中,第一安装槽102为环形槽,其形状与多个第一磁性件21排列形成的环形的形状相适配,因此,将多个第一磁性件21安装在第一安装槽102后,多个第一磁性件21就会自动排列形成环形。
可以理解地,为了增强第一磁性件21的双面磁吸力度,第一磁性件21与第一磁吸面1001之间、以及第一磁性件21与第二磁吸面1002之间不再设置铁磁性材料(例如用于固定第一磁性件21的铁片)。
底座10上设有第二安装槽103,第二安装槽103内设有第二磁性件22,第二磁性件22位于第一磁性件21的外侧,即位于多个第一磁性件21排列形成的环形的外侧,并与第一磁性件21相互间隔。当电子设备或外部元件上与第二磁性件22相对应的磁性元件与第二磁性件22位置存在偏差时,第二磁性件22会对电子设备或外部元件上相应的磁性元件产生吸力,最终使第二磁性件22与电子设备或外部元件上相应的磁性元件正对并相互吸引,从而起到定位的效果。
第二磁性件22的数量不进行限定,可以是一个,也可以是多个。
可以理解地,为了增强第一磁性件21和第二磁性件22的稳固性,可以利用粘胶或胶水将第一磁性件21和第二磁性件22分别胶合固定在第一安装槽102和第二安装槽103内。
底座10的一侧设有第一防滑垫50,第一防滑垫50覆盖第一安装槽102,第一防滑垫50的外表面形成第一磁吸面1001。
进一步地,第一防滑垫50同时覆盖第一安装槽102和第二安装槽103,避免第一磁性件21和第二磁性件22外露,同时降低第一磁性件21和第二磁性件22从第一安装槽102和第二安装槽103内掉落的风险。当带有磁吸功能的支架吸附在电子设备上时,第一防滑垫50的外表面作为第一磁吸面1001与电子设备的背面接触,可增大底座10与电子设备之间的摩擦,从而降低底座10从电子设备上脱落的风险。
底座10远离第一防滑垫50的一侧设有第二防滑垫60,第二防滑垫60的外表面形成第二磁吸面1002,当带有双面磁吸功能的支架1与外部元件吸附在一起时,第二防滑垫60可以增大第二磁吸面1002与外部元件之间的摩擦,从而降低底座10与外部元件脱离的风险。
底座10靠近第二防滑垫60的一侧设有凹陷104,第二防滑垫60部分分别收容于凹陷104内。通过将第二防滑垫60部分收容在凹陷104内,有利于降低第二防滑垫60的突兀感,从而提升具有磁吸功能的支架1的整体美感。
第一防滑垫50和第二防滑垫60与底座10之间的具体连接方式不进行限定,例如,两个防滑垫与底座10之间可以是胶合固定,也可以是通过机械连接方式固定。在所示实施例中,第一防滑垫50通过双面胶70与底座10胶合固定。
本实用新型提供的具有双面磁吸功能的支架,包括底座和支撑组件,底座
具有相对设置第一磁吸面和第二磁吸面,支撑组件包括收容在底座的收纳部内的固定件和支撑件,支撑件与固定件转动连接,而固定件与底座转动连接,当需要支架的指环扣支撑功能时,支架通过第一磁吸面吸附于电子设备的背面,并通过支撑件与固定件的转动、固定件与底座的转动来调节支撑电子设备的角度;而需要将电子设备固定到特定位置时,通过将支撑件收纳于底座中,再通过支架的第二磁吸面吸附到外部元件上,从而无需将支架从电子设备上拆下即可实现固定目的,从而达到双面磁吸配合的效果,提高了使用便利性。
进一步地,固定件通过连接结构与底座可拆卸连接,因此,当需要利用磁吸组件与外部元件磁吸配合时,用户可以自行将支撑组件从底座上拆下来,从而避免支撑组件影响磁吸组件与外部元件之间的磁吸效果。

- 一种具有双面磁吸功能的支架,其特征在于,包括:底座,具有相对设置的第一磁吸面和第二磁吸面;磁吸组件,安装于所述底座内并位于所述第一磁吸面和第二磁吸面之间;支撑组件,与所述底座连接,并至少部分能够相对所述底座旋转。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有双面磁吸功能的支架,其特征在于,所述支撑组件包括支撑件,所述支撑件的一端与所述底座转动连接,使所述支撑件的另一端靠近或远离所述第一磁吸面或所述第二磁吸面。
- 根据权利要求2所述的具有双面磁吸功能的支架,其特征在于,所述底座设有收纳部,所述支撑组件还包括收容于所述收纳部的固定件,所述支撑件的一端与所述固定件转动连接,所述固定件通过连接结构与所述底座转动连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的具有双面磁吸功能的支架,其特征在于,所述连接结构设于所述固定件与所述底座之间,包括卡槽和插入所述卡槽的凸起,所述卡槽设于所述固定件和所述底座中的一个,所述凸起设于所述固定件和所述底座中的另一个。
- 根据权利要求4所述的具有双面磁吸功能的支架,其特征在于,所述卡槽内设有弹性件,所述凸起插入所述卡槽内并挤压所述弹性件。
