背景技术
组合灶是一种具有灶具功能和烟机功能的组合式电器,组合灶在工作过程中需要将油烟进行抽排,因此需要设置过滤装置对油烟和水蒸气进行拦截,过滤装置在使用一段时间后需要进行清洁。
申请内容
申请旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题,为此本申请提出一种过滤装置,该过滤装置能方便用户抓取。
为实现上述目的,本申请公开了一种组合灶,包括:
安装架,设有过滤网;以及
把手,活动连接于所述安装架,以具有收纳状态和展开状态
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述把手可沿重力方向移动以处于所述收纳状态,所述把手可沿逆重力方向移动以处于所述展开状态。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述把手包括握持部,沿所述过滤装置的高度方向,所述把手处于所述收纳状态时所述握持部与所述安装架之间的距离为h1,所述把手处于所述展开状态时所述握持部与所述安装架之间的距离为h2,满足h2大于h1。

组合灶在使用的过程中会产生油烟,因此组合灶需要对油烟进行抽排,此外空气中除了含有油雾颗粒外,还含有水蒸气以及其它有害物质。相关技术中会在组合灶的进风路径上设置过滤装置,过滤装置起到粗过滤的作用。空气穿过过滤装置时,部分油雾颗粒会附着在过滤装置上,水蒸气遇到过滤装置时也会在过滤装置上冷凝,在长时间使用后,过滤装置由于过滤脏物而过滤性能减弱,因此需要定期对过滤装置进行清洁。为了方便用户拆装过滤装置,过滤装置会设有把手,用户在拆装过滤装置时会握持把手从而将过滤装置拆卸出来,这样的把手虽然方便了用户,但是会阻碍组合灶的其它部件的安装,为了避免把手阻碍其它部件的安装,则需要增大组合灶的厚度。为解决前述问题,本申请公开了一种过滤装置,下文中将结合组合灶对过滤装置进行详细说明。
具体地,如图1至图6,以及图11至图13所示,在一些实施例中,组合灶包括机身1000、盖板2000、风机3000和过滤装置6000。
机身1000在组合灶中起到承载骨架的作用,用于安装各部件,保持组合灶的整机形态。
盖板2000安装到机身1000,形成组合灶的顶面,在组合灶安装到橱柜时,盖板2000呈露出状态,即盖板2000处于用户的视野范围内而机身1000隐藏于橱柜内。盖板2000大致呈平板状,例如可以采用玻璃材质制备而成。盖板2000设置有开口2100,开口2100贯穿盖板2000的上表面和下表面,位于开口2100左侧的为左侧烹饪区2210,位于开口2100右侧的为右侧烹饪区2220,机身1000内相对应左侧烹饪区2210设置有电磁加热装置,机身1000内相对应右侧烹饪区2220也设置有电磁加热装置(当然,也可以设置使用可燃气体进行燃烧的燃烧器)。
继续结合图19所示,风机3000包括有蜗壳3100、叶轮3400和电机。蜗壳3100包括有下蜗壳3120和上蜗壳3110,电机安装到下蜗壳3120,叶轮3400为离心风轮并且安装到下蜗壳3120且与电机驱动连接,上蜗壳3110和下蜗壳3120连接以罩设叶轮3400,上蜗壳3110和下蜗壳3120之间形成风道3500,叶轮3400位于风道3500中,上蜗壳3110设置有与风道3500连通的进风口3111,上蜗壳3110和下蜗壳3120之间形成有与风道3500连通的出风口3121,风机3000通过上蜗壳3110固定到机身1000中。
风机3000中的电机工作以带动叶轮3400转动形成负压,外界的空气会在压力的作用下从盖板2000的开口2100进入到机身1000内,从而通过进风口3111进入到风道3500中,继而通过出风口3121排出,空气自盖板2000的开口2100至风机3000的进风口3111所流动的路径可视为进风路径。
过滤装置6000包括有安装架6200,安装架6200设置有过滤网6100,过滤装置6000设置在进风路径上,在空气流经过滤装置6000时,空气中的油雾颗粒会附着在过滤网6100上,空气中的水蒸气遇到过滤网6100时会发生冷凝。如此,过滤装置6000在长时间使用后会过滤各种脏物,因此需要将过滤装置6000拆卸出来进行清洁。
可以理解的是,过滤装置6000通过安装架6200可拆卸设置于组合灶中,用户可将过滤装置6000进行拆卸,并于开口2100中拿出过滤装置6000,从而对过滤装置6000进行清洁。在清洁过滤装置6000后,可通过开口2100将过滤装置6000放回到进风路径上。
安装架6200的可拆卸设置即能实现整个过滤装置6000的可拆卸设置,用户对安装架6200进行拆卸时,由于过滤网6100是设置在安装架6200上的,过滤网6100便能跟随安装架6200进行拆卸安装。安装架6200的可拆卸设置具有多种方式,例如通过卡扣固定在风机3000的进风路径上,也可以通过磁吸固定在风机3000的进风路径上,还可以通过重力承托的方式固定在风机3000的进风路径上。过滤网6100设置在安装架6200可以采用多种方式,例如螺接、卡扣连接、粘接等。
安装架6200上设置有把手6300,把手6300相对于安装架6200活动连接设置,如此可以使得把手6300相对于安装架6200具有收纳状态和展开状态。所谓收纳状态,即降低把手6300对空间的占用,尽量和安装架6200贴合,如此在将过滤装置6000安装到组合灶时把手6300不会阻碍其它部件的安装。所谓展开状态,即把手6300会增大对空间的占用,相对于安装架6200尽量分离,不和安装架6200贴 合,从而和安装架6200之间形成握持空间,由于没有了安装架6200的阻碍,因此方便用户伸入握持空间而对把手6300进行握持,从而将整个过滤装置6000提起。
例如,以组合灶安装于橱柜所处的状态为参照,过滤装置6000的上方会安装格栅5000,在不需要拆卸过滤装置6000,把手6300处于收纳状态,如此格栅5000可以尽量和过滤装置6000靠近,从而使得组合灶在高度方向(即组合灶处于安装于橱柜时的上下方向)的尺寸尽可能地压缩,使得组合灶的整体可以做得更加纤薄,降低对橱柜内的空间的侵占。在需要拆卸过滤装置6000时,先将格栅5000从开口2100中拆离,然后控制把手6300由收纳状态切换为展开状态,由于把手6300的重量相对于整个过滤装置6000来说小得多,因此用户可以较为轻松地将把手6300切换到展开状态,在把手6300处于展开状态时,用户即可握持把手6300从而将过滤装置6000从开口2100中提拉起来。
由上可知,通过将过滤装置6000的把手6300设计成活动的,从而使得把手6300相对于安装架6200具有收纳状态和展开状态,把手6300处于收纳状态时能降低对空间的占用,而处于展开状态时方便用户的抓取,既可降低组合灶的整机厚度也不影响用户将过滤装置6000从组合灶中分离出来。
如图15至图18所示,在一些实施例中,把手6300可沿重力方向移动以处于收纳状态,把手6300可沿逆重力方向移动以处于展开状态,如此方便用户进行提拉以及把手6300的复位。
具体地,以组合灶安装于橱柜所处的状态为参照,把手6300沿重力方向移动即由上而下的方向移动,把手6300沿逆重力方向移动即由下而上的方向移动。由于安装架6200需要安装过滤网6100,因此沿过滤装置6000的高度方向(图示上下方向),安装架6200需要占用一定的高度空间的,将把手6300设计为沿上下方向活动设置,在把手6300处于收纳状态时,便能充分利用安装架6200所占用的高度空间,甚至隐藏于安装架6200内。
此外,用户将过滤装置6000拆离组合灶时,用户需要站在橱柜前方,用户只需由下而上提起把手6300即可将把手6300由收纳状态切换为展开状态,从而握持把手6300,方便快捷,不需要用户进行过多的操作。用户将过滤装置6000安装回组合灶时,只需要将过滤装置6000安装到位,用户便可松开把手6300,把手6300会在重力的作用下由上而下运动而从展开状态切换到收纳状态,不需要用户操作把手6300从展开状态移动到收纳状态,提升用户体验。
如图9至图14,以及图16和图18所示,在一些实施例中,把手6300具有握持部6310,握持部6310用于供用户握持,把手6300在处于收纳状态时,握持部6310与安装架6200之间的距离为h1,把手6300在处于展开状态时,握持部6310与安装架6200之间的距离为h2,满足h2大于h1。
具体地,握持部6310为用于供用户握持的部位,在用户拆卸过滤装置6000时,用户的手部能握持握持部6310,例如握持部6310呈长杆状,以组合灶安装于橱柜所处的状态为参照,握持部6310呈水平设置。沿着过滤装置6000的高度方向,即图示的上下方向,把手6300在处于收纳状态时握持部6310和安装架6200之间的距离为h1,例如h1可以为0、0.5cm、1cm、1.5cm等,把手6300在处于展开状态时握持部6310和安装架6200之间的距离为h2,例如h2可以为2cm、3cm、5cm等。如此,把手6300在处于展开状态时,能和安装架6200之间形成握持空间,该握持空间可以供用户的手部插入而方便用户握持握持部6310,使得用户提来握持部6310即可将整个过滤装置6000提起。把手6300在处于收纳状态时,握持空间变小甚至消失,降低把手6300对空间的占用。
把手6300和安装架6200之间的握持空间的形成和消失可通过把手6300沿上下方向的移动来实现,也可以通过把手6300的转动操作来实现。把手6300沿上下方向的移动可参见前述实施例,在此不再重复赘述。对于把手6300的转动操作,例如把手6300的延伸方向的两端和安装架6200可转动连接,用户将把手6300转动至竖直状态时即可和安装架6200之间形成握持空间,而用户脱离把手6300时,把手6300可在重力的作用下转动以搁置在安装架6200上从而缩小或取消握持空间。
如图9和图10所示,在一些实施例中,把手6300包括有滑动部6320和握持部6310,把手6300通过滑动部6320和安装架6200可滑动连接,如此使得把手6300相对安装架6200具有展开状态和收纳状态。
具体地,把手6300可以为一体成型结构,例如采用注塑一体成型而构成滑动部6320和握持部6310。把手6300还可以非一体成型的结构,例如单独制备出滑动部6320和握持部6310,滑动部6320和握持部6310通过螺接、粘接、焊接等连接方式固定在一起。把手6300用于供用户握持的部位视为握持部6310, 用于和安装架6200进行可滑动连接的部位视为滑动部6320。例如把手6300注塑一体成型,握持部6310和滑动部6320均呈长杆状,握持部6310水平设置,滑动部6320垂直设置,握持部6310和滑动部6320之间形成直角。
滑动部6320和安装架6200之间可滑动连接,即滑动部6320相对于安装架6200具有一定的活动行程,如不是故意要拆除滑动部6320和安装架6200之间的配合,滑动部6320在活动行程的极限内不会脱离安装架6200。以把手6300进行上下方向的移动进行说明,在用户握持握持部6310时,握持部6310能带动滑动部6320相对于安装架6200发生移动,在滑动部6320移动到极限时,滑动部6320和安装架6200之间相互限位而不能分离,从而跟随滑动部6320被用户提起。用户没有握持握持部6310时,握持部6310在重力的作用下搁置在安装架6200上。
进一步地,如图14所示,在一些实施例中,为了更方便地实现对过滤装置6000的提拉,握持部6310的延伸方向的两端均设置有滑动部6320。
具体地,握持部6310呈长杆状,握持部6310长度方向的两端分别设置值有滑动部6320,把手6300整体构成“n字”型结构,用户提起握持部6310时,力从握持部6310传递至滑动部6320,继而从滑动部6320传递至安装架6200,握持部6310的相对两端分别设有滑动部6320,使得通过滑动部6320作用于安装架6200的力将更为平均地分布,如此可以将握持部6310的延伸的范围设计得更大,从而可以和安装架6200之间形成更大的握持空间,方便用户的手伸入到握持空间而握持握持部6310。此外也正是由于通过握持部6310两端的滑动部6320对安装架6200产生了更为平均的力,在提起把手6300时,把手6300不容易相对安装架6200发生偏转而挠曲变形,避免把手6300在提起过程时发生断裂。
具体地,如图10和图14所示,在一些实施例中,滑动部6320和安装架6200的一者设置有滑凸6321,另一者设置有滑槽6214,滑凸6321和滑槽6214的相互配合实现滑动部6320和安装架6200之间的可滑动连接,如此实现把手6300相对于安装架6200的收纳状态和展开状态。
以安装架6200设有滑槽6214,而把手6300设有滑凸6321进行详细说明。滑槽6214呈上下方向延伸设置,具有一定的高度,把手6300在安装到安装架6200时,将力施加到把手6300上,使得把手6300出现一定的弹性形变,从而将滑凸6321对准滑槽6214而嵌入到滑槽6214内,把手6300恢复形变后滑凸6321便卡设在滑槽6214内而不能脱离。在把手6300由收纳状态切换为展开状态的过程中,滑凸6321沿着滑槽6214移动直至滑凸6321卡设到滑槽6214的顶端,如此安装架6200便能随着把手6300的提起而脱离组合灶。在把手6300由展开状态切换为收纳状态的过程中,滑凸6321沿着滑槽6214朝向滑槽6214的底端移动,直至滑凸6321和滑槽6214的底端相抵或者直至握持部6310搁置于安装架6200上。通过滑槽6214和滑凸6321的相互配合,实现了把手6300和安装架6200支架的滑动配合,结构简单,稳定可靠。
进一步地,为了进一步降低握持部6310对空间的占用,以及更加方便实现用户的握持。如图15和图16所示,在一些实施例中,把手6300在处于收纳状态时,握持部6310低于安装架6200的上表面。
具体地,沿着过滤装置6000的高度方向,即图示的上下方向,定义一水平面,该水平面由上而下移动直至刚触碰到安装架6200,安装架6200的相应部位视为上表面,即使安装架6200的相应部位构成尖端也可视为上表面。安装架6200需要用来安装过滤网6100,因此沿上下方向安装架6200具有一定的高度,将把手6300处于收纳状态时低于安装架6200的上表面,从而实现隐藏于安装架6200内的效果。过滤装置6000的上方设置格栅5000时,格栅5000可以尽可能地贴合到过滤装置6000,甚至于格栅5000的一部分嵌入到安装架6200内,如此可以尽量压缩组合灶的空间,实现组合灶的轻薄化。
在一些实施例中,如图15和图16所示,把手6300处于收纳状态时,滑动部6320高于安装架6200的下表面。
具体地,沿着过滤装置6000的高度方向,即图示的上下方向,定义一水平面,该水平面由下而上移动直至刚触碰到安装架6200,安装架6200的相应部位视为下表面,即使安装架6200的相应部位构成尖端也可视为下表面。过滤装置6000安装于组合灶时,会嵌入于机身1000内部,通过在把手6300处于收纳状态时而将滑动部6320高于安装架6200的下表面,如此使得把手6300在处于收纳状态时整体隐藏于安装架6200内,即沿上下方向均不露出于安装架6200,如此最大限度地利用安装架6200所占用的上下方向空间,降低把手6300的设置而对组合灶的其它部件造成阻碍。
进一步地,如图17和图18所示,在一些实施例中,把手6300处于展开状态时,握持部6310高于安装架6200的上表面。沿着过滤装置6000的高度方向,即图示的上下方向,握持部6310突出于安装架6200,如此可以尽可能地增大握持部6310和安装架6200之间的空间,从而方便用户握持握持部6310。
如图14所示,在一些实施例中,握持部6310设有提拉部6311。把手6300处于收纳状态时,握持部6310尽量和安装架6200贴合,为了便于用户提起握持部6310,在握持部6310上设置有提拉部6311,用户可捏住提拉部6311朝上提拉一定距离从而在握持部6310和安装架6200之间形成握持空间,便于用户的手部伸入握持空间。
如图13和图16所示,在一些实施例中,安装架6200设有第一通风孔6220,过滤网6100覆盖第一通风孔6220,握持部6310横跨所述第一通风孔6220。
具体地,风机3000工作时能带动空气穿过过滤装置6000,为了进一步避免安装架6200对空气形成阻碍,在安装架6200上设置第一通风孔6220,空气在穿过过滤网6100后,继而可穿过第一通风孔6220而进入到风机3000内,如此不需要改变空气流动的路径,降低空气流动的阻力同时能使得组合灶的内部结构变得简单,降低设计难度。
过滤网6100安装到安装架6200环绕第一通风孔6220的部位,如此安装架6200更好地承托过滤网6100,使得过滤网6100覆盖第一通风孔6220,避免空气的泄漏。
握持部6310横跨第一通风孔6220,用户在提起握持部6310时,握持部6310对安装架6200产生的力更为平均分布,从而使得过滤装置6000拆卸更为顺畅。
进一步地,如图16所示,在一些实施例中,在一些实施例中,安装架6200包括内壁6213和外壁6211,内壁6213围设形成第一通风孔6220,把手6300与所述内壁6213活动连接,外壁6211环绕内壁6213设置以和内壁6213之间形成集液槽6210,过滤网6100倾斜设置以将过滤物导入所述集液槽6210。
具体地,过滤物可以为冷凝水或油水混合物(以冷凝水为例进行详细说明)。风机3000工作时,空气会穿过过滤网6100,从而空气中的水蒸气在过滤网6100上冷凝成水珠,水珠在气流的作用和重力的作用下脱离过滤网6100而落到集液槽6210中。用户可握持把手6300从而将过滤装置6000进行拆卸,并从开口2100中拿出过滤装置6000,从而倾倒集液槽6210中的冷凝水,以及对过滤装置6000进行深度清洁。在清洁过滤装置6000后,可握持握持部6310,通过开口2100将过滤装置6000放回进风路径上。当然集液槽6210也可以设置排水口而直接将冷凝水排放到组合灶的集液杯中。
把手6300和内壁6213活动连接,例如把手6300通过滑动部6320和内壁6213可滑动配合,从而避免将把手6300设置在外壁6211而影响其它部件,也即将把手6300整体隐藏于安装架6200内。
一般来说,过滤装置6000设置在风机3000的进风口3111的上方,若过滤网6100呈水平放置,那么集液槽6210要想收集冷凝水,集液槽6210需要设置在过滤网6100的正下方并位于进风口3111的上方,并且尺寸需要和过滤网6100相适应,如此空气流动会被集液槽6210所阻挡,空气要想进入进风口3111需要对集液槽6210进行避让,如此会增加空气流动的阻力,并且会增大风噪以及降低风机3000的吸力。
因此通过将过滤网6100呈倾斜设置以解决上述问题。可以理解的是,倾斜设置以组合灶安装于橱柜状态为参考,这种状态下,过滤网6100相对于水平面呈倾斜设置,上文提到的过滤装置6000和风机3000的排布也以组合灶安装于橱柜状态为参考。通过将过滤网6100倾斜设置,在过滤网6100上冷凝的冷凝水会沿着过滤网6100,自过滤网6100的顶部至过滤网6100的底部的方向流动,集液槽6210只需要设置在过滤网6100的底部相应的位置即可承接冷凝水,而不必设置成尺寸与过滤网6100一样大并安置在过滤网6100的正下方以承接冷凝水,如此大部分的空气不会遇到集液槽6210的阻挡,过滤网6100的如此设置,使得集液槽6210既实现了承接冷凝水,也不会对空气的流动产生过大的阻碍。
集液槽6210呈环状的设计,也即集液槽6210呈环绕着过滤网6100进行设置,过滤网6100可以相应地设置有多个,如此可以从多个方位实现对冷凝水进行收集,提高对水蒸气的冷凝效率。此外,由于集液槽6210呈环状连通的,因此可以使得各处收集的冷凝水汇聚在一起,方便清理。
结合图16所示,过滤网6100的底部位于集液槽6210的槽底的上方,如此可以避免在过滤网6100上出现积液而导致过滤网6100的清洁变得困难。
若过滤网6100的底部与集液槽6210的槽底相接,如此在过滤网6100上的冷凝水流到集液槽6210 时,冷凝水会对过滤网6100的底部形成浸泡,并且会在过滤网6100和冷凝水的水面相交的部位形成脏物的富集,也即过滤网6100和水面的交接处容易积累脏物并且变得难以清洗。此外,冷凝水的水量达到一定的程度时,会覆盖部分过滤网6100,从而减少过滤网6100的冷凝面积,从而使得过滤网6100的冷凝效果变差。因此通过将过滤网6100的底部位于集液槽6210的槽底的上方,即两者设计成不接触,如此冷凝水可以从过滤网6100上流下到集液槽6210中,避免冷凝水浸泡过滤网6100而减少过滤网6100的冷凝面积,持续实现对空气中的水蒸气的高效冷凝。
结合图3和图14所示,在一些实施例中,过滤网6100包括有两个,当然也可以包括有三个、四个、或更多,两个过滤网6100构成倒V型结构,如此可以在有限的横向空间内增大过滤面积,提高过滤效率。
具体地,两个过滤网6100分别为第二过滤网6120和第一过滤网6110,第二过滤网6120和第一过滤网6110相邻设置构成倒V型结构,这里的相邻设置即为两者相互靠近,可以贴合,也可以相间一定的间隙。第二过滤网6120和第一过滤网6110相互配合呈左右向并排排列构成倒V型结构,如此可以降低对组合灶的横向空间的占用并且增大过滤面积。此外,第一过滤网6110和第二过滤网6120的倾斜方向不一样,从而在保证相同的过滤面积的前提下,降低了对竖向空间的占用。
第一过滤网6110和第二过滤网6120呈倒V型结构,如此第一过滤网6110朝向左侧烹饪区2210倾斜设置,第二过滤网6120朝向右侧烹饪区2220倾斜设置。一般而言组合灶会设置有格栅5000,格栅5000引导左侧烹饪区2210的空气朝向第一过滤网6110流动,且流动方向尽量和第一过滤网6110相互垂直,如此有效提高来自左侧烹饪区2210的空气的过滤效率以及降低流动阻力;此外格栅5000还可以引导右侧烹饪区2220的空气朝向第二过滤网6120流动,且流动方向尽量和第二过滤网6120相互垂直,如此提高对来自右侧烹饪区2220的空气的过滤效率以及降低流动阻力。
握持部6310设置在第一过滤网6110和第二过滤网6120之间,空气流动主要穿过第一过滤网6110和第二过滤网6120,因此握持部6310的设置并不会对空气的流动产生过大的阻碍。
如图5至图8所示,在一些实施例中,组合灶还包括有连接件4000,连接件4000设于盖板2000的下表面且于开口2100露出,过滤装置6000设于开口2100且承托于连接件4000上,以实现过滤装置6000可拆卸连接。
过滤装置6000设于开口2100即过滤装置6000在安装时能大致覆盖开口2100,从而使得空气穿过过滤装置6000。通过在盖板2000中设置连接件4000,连接件4000在开口2100露出,而过滤装置6000设于开口2100时承托于连接件4000中,如此只需要保证连接件4000设置于盖板2000时的位置准确,过滤装置6000的位置关系不受机身1000影响,在将过滤装置6000设于开口2100并承托于连接件4000时,即可保证过滤装置6000和进风路径之间的相互匹配,过滤装置6000和开口2100之间不容易形成有缝隙,避免了空气的泄漏。
若连接件4000不是设置于盖板2000而是设置于机身1000时,那么在安装盖板2000和机身1000时,需要确保盖板2000和机身1000之间的精确定位,以避免连接件4000相对于盖板2000的开口2100的偏移,导致过滤装置6000的安装出现位置偏差,如此看来这种安装方式大大提高了制造难度。
此外,过滤装置6000承托于连接件4000上,例如过滤装置6000直接依靠重力承托连接件4000上,如此实现了过滤装置6000和连接件4000的可拆卸连接。过滤装置6000依靠重力承托在连接件4000,在空气流动时,空气施加给过滤装置6000的力紧紧将过滤装置6000压紧在连接件4000上,过滤装置6000不会在空气流动时发生晃动而造成异响。用户通过握持握持部6310而将过滤装置6000自盖板2000外侧插入开口2100,过滤装置6000即可在重力的作用下承托在连接件4000上,同理在拆卸时用户通过握持握持部6310而将过滤装置6000从开口2100提起即可,如此方便用户的拆装,提升了使用体验。
可以理解的是,连接件4000于开口2100露出即为,在组合灶安装于橱柜时,在组合灶的正上方往下观察,能看到连接件4000的部分出现在开口2100所围设的范围内。
连接件4000设置在盖板2000的下表面,从而隐藏起来,不会突出于盖板2000的上表面,从而不会破坏盖板2000的美观度。此外,由于盖板2000的下表面可以提供足够的位置供连接件4000进行固定,连接件4000和盖板2000下表面之间可采用的连接方式也更多,两者固定更容易。只需要保证在连接件4000固定在盖板2000的下表面时,连接件4000的部分于开口2100露出即可,这样过滤装置6000 自盖板2000外侧插入开口2100而嵌入到机身1000内时,连接件4000即可承托过滤装置6000。
连接件4000可以由塑料一体注塑而成,形成有第一连接部4100和第二连接部4200。通过采用塑料材质成型出连接件4000,连接件4000具有重量轻,韧性大等优点。组合灶处于安装在橱柜的状态时,由上往下看,隐藏于盖板2000的部分可视为第一连接部4100,而于开口2100露出的部分可视为第二连接部4200。
连接件4000可以呈单独的部件,通过额外的连接方式固定在盖板2000的下表面,连接方式具有多种,例如第一连接部4100和盖板2000的下表面之间采用粘接的方式实现连接,也可以采用焊接的方式实现连接,还可以采用螺接的方式实现连接,第二连接部4200则用来承托过滤装置6000。
如图14所示,安装架6200具有内壁6213、外壁6211和底壁6212,底壁6212位于内壁6213和外壁6211之间,外壁6211、底壁6212和内壁6213共同围设呈集液槽6210,在将过滤装置6000安装到开口2100时,安装架6200的外壁6211承托在连接件4000(第二连接部4200),如此实现了过滤装置6000的定位。通过将安装架6200设置内壁6213和外壁6211,不仅实现了对冷凝水的收集,还可以实现把手6300和安装架6200的结合,以及过滤装置6000定位于开口2100。
进一步地,如图16所示,在一些实施例中,安装架6200的外壁6211高于安装架6200的内壁6213,如此不仅有利于过滤网6100的底部的固定,还可以使得整个安装架6200嵌入于机身1000内,也即过滤装置6000的大部分嵌入于机身1000内,压缩组合灶的厚度,使得组合灶可以做得更薄。
具体地,过滤网6100的底部承托在安装架6200的内壁6213,并且相抵于安装架6200的外壁6211,如此实现了过滤网6100的底部的固定,并且,这种固定方式使得过滤网6100的底部处于集液槽6210的槽底的上方,与集液槽6210的槽底非接触,方便过滤网6100上的冷凝水滴落至集液槽6210。通过将外壁6211设计得更高,从而可以使得安装架6200的大部分结构呈嵌入于机身1000的状态,从而可以压缩组合灶的厚度,并且可以方便其它部件的安装。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种过滤装置,其中,包括:
    安装架,设有过滤网;以及
    把手,活动连接于所述安装架,以具有收纳状态和展开状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的过滤装置,其中,所述把手可沿重力方向移动以处于所述收纳状态,所述把手可沿逆重力方向移动以处于所述展开状态。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的过滤装置,其中,所述把手包括握持部,沿所述过滤装置的高度方向,所述把手处于所述收纳状态时所述握持部与所述安装架之间的距离为h1,所述把手处于所述展开状态时所述握持部与所述安装架之间的距离为h2,满足h2大于h1。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的过滤装置,其中,所述把手包括握持部和滑动部,所述滑动部与所述安装架可滑动连接以使所述把手具有所述收纳状态和所述展开状态。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的过滤装置,其中,所述握持部的延伸方向的两端分别设有所述滑动部。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的过滤装置,其中,所述安装架和所述滑动部中的一者设有滑槽,另一者设有滑凸,所述滑凸嵌设于所述滑槽以使所述滑动部与所述安装架可滑动连接。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的过滤装置,其中,沿所述过滤装置的高度方向,所述把手处于所述收纳状态时所述握持部低于所述安装架的上表面,和/或所述把手处于所述收纳状态时所述滑动部高于所述安装架的下表面,和/或所述把手处于所述展开状态时所述握持部高于所述安装架的上表面。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的过滤装置,其中,所述握持部设有提拉部。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的过滤装置,其中,所述安装架设有第一通风孔,所述过滤网覆盖所述第一通风孔,所述把手横跨所述第一通风孔。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的过滤装置,其中,所述过滤网包括两个,分别为第一过滤网和第二过滤网,所述把手位于所述第一过滤网和所述第二过滤网之间。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的过滤装置,其中,所述安装架包括内壁和外壁,所述内壁围设形成所述第一通风孔,所述把手与所述内壁活动连接,所述外壁环绕所述内壁设置以和所述内壁之间形成集液槽,所述过滤网倾斜设置以将过滤物导入所述集液槽。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的过滤装置,其中,所述过滤装置应用于组合灶,所述组合灶包括盖板和连接件,所述盖板设有开口,所述连接件设于所述盖板的下表面且于所述开口露出,所述安装架设于所述开口且所述外壁承托于所述连接件以使所述安装架可拆卸地设置。
  13. 一种组合灶,其中,包括权利要求1至12任一项所述的过滤装置。
