Abstract

L'invention concerne un tapis de vide spécialisé qui est conçu pour sceller efficacement des espaces autour de pénétrations de service à l'intérieur de planchers. Le tapis se compose de deux composants principaux : un manchon et une base qui présente une interface avec le manchon. La base est généralement plane et présente une ouverture centrale destinée à être reliée aux bords du manchon. Le manchon s'étend depuis un côté de la base et peut être fabriqué par assemblage de feuilles de matériau séparées. Le tapis est conçu pour agir sur des espaces autour de pénétrations, tels que des tuyaux ou des conduits, sur des sites de construction. La fonctionnalité du tapis comprend une fermeture latérale pour recevoir la pénétration dans le manchon et une fermeture distale pour enfermer de manière sûre la pénétration. Pour utiliser le tapis, la fermeture latérale est ouverte, la pénétration est insérée latéralement dans le manchon et, ensuite, la fermeture latérale est fermée. Par la suite, la fermeture distale est également fermée autour de la pénétration, scellant efficacement l'espace.
