- the slope resistance calculation unit 32 calculates slope resistance, which is the resistance that acts on the vehicle due to the road surface slope, based on the vehicle speed, the G sensor value, and the vehicle weight. Specifically, the estimated gradient acceleration caused by the gradient is determined from the deviation between the differential value of the vehicle speed and the G sensor value, and the gradient resistance is calculated from the estimated gradient acceleration caused by the gradient and the vehicle weight.
- the estimated frictional braking force correction gain calculation unit 33 calculates the estimated frictional braking force due to changes in pad ⁇ (friction coefficient) based on the G sensor value, vehicle speed, estimated frictional braking force, running resistance, vehicle weight, motor torque, and brake pad temperature. - FIG. 4 is a control block diagram of the control gain calculation unit 35 of the first embodiment.
- the estimated acceleration value calculation unit 51 calculates acceleration by differentiating the vehicle speed.
- the acceleration-based control gain map 52 sets acceleration-based control gains according to acceleration. In the acceleration-based control gain map 52, if the deceleration is smaller than the default value x2 (G) as an absolute value, the acceleration-based control gain is set to 1 (100%), while the absolute value is set to the default value x2 (G). When the above deceleration occurs, the acceleration-based control gain is gradually decreased as the absolute value of the deceleration increases. The minimum value of the acceleration-based control gain is 0 (0%). This makes it possible to avoid adding torque during sudden braking. It goes without saying that during sudden braking, it is more desirable to secure braking force than to suppress vibrations in the pitching direction.
- the speed-based control gain map (gain characteristic map) 53 sets a speed-based control gain (control gain) according to vehicle speed (physical quantity related to vehicle speed) and total braking torque (physical quantity related to total braking force). - Multiplier 36 multiplies the total braking torque by the control gain to calculate the total braking torque after multiplication by the control gain.
- the additional torque calculation unit 37 calculates additional torque as the anti-jerk control torque based on the driver requested torque and the total braking torque after multiplication by the control gain.
- FIG. 5 is a control block diagram of the additional torque calculation unit 37 of the first embodiment.
- the limiter 61 compares the driver's requested torque with 0 and outputs the larger value. Comparator 62 subtracts the output of limiter 61 from the total braking torque after multiplication by the control gain.
- the limiter 63 compares the output of the comparator 62 with 0, and outputs the larger value as the additional torque.
- the adder 38 adds the added torque to the driver's requested torque and sets the added torque as the rear requested torque.
- FIG. 6 shows the gain characteristics of the speed-based control gain map 53 in the first embodiment.
- the speed-based control gain map 53 is a three-dimensional map that inputs the vehicle speed and total braking torque and outputs the speed-based control gain.
- the speed-based control gain has a characteristic that it linearly decreases as the total braking torque decreases only in a predetermined region where the total braking torque is around 0, and reaches a maximum value of 1 in most regions exceeding the predetermined region. Note that the maximum value may be a positive value other than 1.
- the speed-based control gain is set to increase linearly as the vehicle speed decreases. As shown in FIG.
- the speed-based control gain is set so that the vehicle speed (gain increase start speed) at which the value rises from 0 increases as the total braking torque increases. That is, the speed-based control gain has a characteristic that as the total braking torque increases, the vehicle speed at which the anti-jerk control command is intervened (vehicle speed at which generation of driving force by anti-jerk control starts) increases.
- the speed-based control gain has a characteristic that as the braking torque increases, the vehicle speed at which the anti-jerk control command is applied increases linearly. As a result, regardless of the magnitude of the total braking force, it is possible to achieve a similar deceleration feeling as the vehicle speed decreases at any total braking torque, and as a result, the discomfort felt by the driver can be reduced. .
- X1 is -0.3[G]
- X2 is -0.2[G]
- X3 is -0.1[G] equivalent total braking torque
- Y1 is 3[km/h]
- Y2 is 2[km/h]
- Y3 is It is possible to set the speed to 1 [km/h].
- the value of the speed-based control gain is set to increase linearly as the vehicle speed decreases at each total braking torque, but when the vehicle speed is high, the value increases slowly and the vehicle
- the characteristic may be such that the amount of increase in value increases as the speed decreases.
- FIG. 8 shows a comparative example of Embodiment 1 in which the control gain in anti-jerk control is set only according to the vehicle speed, and the vehicle speed at which driving force starts to be generated is constant regardless of the magnitude of the total braking torque.
- 2 is a time chart of vehicle speed, rear motor torque, and longitudinal acceleration of the vehicle in the case where:
- the control gain is increased in accordance with the decrease in vehicle speed.
- the anti-jerk control starts increasing the torque at time t2, and the vehicle stops at time t4.
- the anti-jerk control starts increasing the torque at time t1, and the vehicle stops at time t3. Therefore, in the comparative example, the acceleration characteristics of the vehicle until the vehicle stops differs depending on the total braking torque. In other words, the deceleration feel differs depending on the total braking torque, which may give the driver a sense of discomfort. Specifically, if deceleration is lost early even though the total braking torque is relatively small, or if the torque starts to increase at low speeds even though the total braking torque is relatively large, it may cause problems for the driver. It makes you feel uncomfortable.
- the vehicle control device 17 of the first embodiment changes the vehicle speed at which the anti-jerk control command is to be intervened based on the total braking torque. Specifically, as the total braking torque increases, the vehicle speed at which the anti-jerk control command is applied is increased.
- the total braking torque is X1 [Nm]
- the anti-jerk control starts increasing the torque at time t1
- the total braking torque is X2 [Nm]
- the anti-jerk control starts increasing the torque at time t2, and the vehicle stops at time t3.
- the vehicle control device 17 of the first embodiment can make the acceleration characteristics of the vehicle until it comes to a stop approximate to the preset target characteristics, regardless of the total braking torque.
- the vehicle braking device 17 linearly increases the vehicle speed at which the anti-jerk control command is applied as the total braking torque increases.
- the change in acceleration at each total braking torque becomes uniform, making it possible to achieve the desired smooth stopping. That is, in the anti-jerk control of Embodiment 1, a constant good deceleration feeling is always obtained regardless of the total braking force, so that the sense of discomfort given to the driver can be reduced.
- the vehicle control device 17 receives the total braking torque and vehicle speed as input, and outputs a speed-based control gain based on a speed-based control gain map 53, which is a three-dimensional map prepared in advance and outputs a speed-based control gain. and changes the anti-jerk control command based on the speed-based control gain.
- a speed-based control gain map 53 which is a three-dimensional map prepared in advance and outputs a speed-based control gain. and changes the anti-jerk control command based on the speed-based control gain.
- an optimal speed-based control gain can be obtained to achieve desired acceleration characteristics depending on the total braking torque and vehicle speed.
- the speed-based control gain map 53 the speed-based control gain increases linearly as the vehicle speed decreases. As a result, driving force can be effectively generated immediately before the vehicle stops, except when the vehicle suddenly decelerates.
- FIG. 10 is a diagram showing the gain characteristics of the speed-based control gain map 53 in the second embodiment.
- the gradient of change of the speed-based control gain with respect to the vehicle speed is set in two stages for each total braking torque. Specifically, in a region where the vehicle speed is close to 0, the rate of change of the speed-based control gain with respect to a change in vehicle speed is set to be lower than in other regions. It is set so that the greater the total braking torque, the greater the vehicle speed at which the rate of change of the speed-based control gain changes.
- the increasing slope of the speed-based control gain may be made to gradually become smaller as the vehicle speed becomes smaller. This makes it easier to return the pitch angle of the vehicle caused by braking to zero before the vehicle comes to a stop, so it is possible to further suppress shock when the vehicle comes to a stop.
- FIG. 11 is a diagram showing the gain characteristics of the speed-based control gain map 53 in the second embodiment.
- the speed-based control gain is set so that the rate of change of the speed-based control gain with respect to changes in vehicle speed is lower in regions where the vehicle speed is close to 0 than in other regions, and only in regions where the total braking torque is greater than a predetermined value X0. It is set. In a region where the total braking torque is less than or equal to the predetermined value X0, the speed-based control gain with respect to the vehicle speed changes linearly.
It is set. In a region where the total braking torque is less than or

- the estimated frictional braking force correction gain calculation unit 72 calculates the estimated frictional braking force due to changes in pad ⁇ (friction coefficient) based on disturbance, G sensor value, running resistance, vehicle speed, estimated frictional braking force, vehicle weight, motor torque, and brake pad temperature. A final correction gain is calculated to correct the estimation error of the frictional braking force.
- the method of calculating the final correction gain is the same as that of the estimated frictional braking force correction gain calculation unit 33 of the first embodiment, but the estimated frictional braking force correction gain calculation unit 72 further calculates the estimated friction Calculate the braking force correction gain.

- the absolute value calculation unit 92 calculates the absolute value of the output of the comparator 91.
- Multiplier 93 divides the output of absolute value calculation unit 92 by the final correction gain to calculate the absolute value of braking/driving force corresponding to the corrected driver requested torque.
- the comparator 94 subtracts the braking/driving force absolute value corresponding to the corrected driver requested torque from the estimated frictional braking force.
- the limiter 95 compares a value obtained by subtracting the absolute value of the braking/driving force corresponding to the corrected driver requested torque from the estimated frictional braking force with 0, and outputs the larger value as the subtracted braking force.
- Multiplier 75 multiplies the subtraction braking force by the control gain to calculate the subtraction braking force after multiplication by the control gain.
- the comparator 76 subtracts the subtracted braking force after multiplication by the control gain from the estimated frictional braking force to calculate the subtracted friction braking force.
- the brake control device 18 sets the subtracted friction braking torque, which is the torque conversion value of the subtracted friction braking force, as the target braking torque.
- FIG. 16 is a time chart of vehicle speed, braking torque, and longitudinal acceleration of the vehicle when no disturbance occurs in the anti-jerk control of the fourth embodiment.
- the vehicle speed at which the anti-jerk control command is intervened is linearly increased. If the total braking torque is X2 [Nm], the anti-jerk control starts reducing the braking torque at time t2, and the vehicle stops at time t3.
- a constant good deceleration feeling is always obtained regardless of the total braking force, and the discomfort given to the driver can be reduced.
