在其中一个实施例中,所述固定组件包括辊座及第四驱动件,所述抚平辊安装于所述辊座,所述辊座安装于所述第四驱动件的移动端,所述第四驱动件能够驱动所述辊座沿所述第二方向移动,以使所述抚平辊与位于所述放卷工位的所述第一吸附件或所述第二吸附件抵接或分离,所述辊座的中部开设有通孔,所述固定吸附件能够在所述第一驱动件的驱动下穿过所述通孔。
上述换卷装置,当位于放卷工位的第一放卷组件放卷完后,固定吸附件可在第一驱动件的驱动下与第一吸附件抵接以将工作料带夹紧,并由第一裁切组件将工作料带切断,切断后的工作料带由固定吸附件吸附。接着,立板沿第一 方向滑动至使第二放卷组件进入放卷工位,第二吸附件吸附的料带作为备用料带也将进入放卷工位,第一放卷组件则从放卷工位移出。固定吸附件在第一驱动件的驱动下与第二吸附件抵持,工作料带的切断端便可与备用料带的起始端贴合并粘接,以实现换卷,而第一放卷组件上则可装载新的料带以作为备用料带。在换卷过程中,使立板沿第一方向往复滑动即可,动作过程及传动结构简单,故上述换卷装置的结构简单、占用空间较小。

请参阅图1,本申请较佳实施例中的换卷装置10包括放卷机构100及接带机构200。
放卷机构100能够放卷输出两个料带。其中,每个料带均包括光面及粘面,光面指的是不具有粘性的一面,粘面指的是具有粘性的一面。具体在本实施例中,料带指的是胶带。两条料带能够交替作为工作料带及备用料带,工作料带指的是由放卷机构100放卷输出后向下游输送,并在途经接带机构200后进入下一道工序的料带;而备用料带则暂时不经过接带机构200向下游的工序输送,仅作为工作料带放卷完毕后的补充。当原来的工作料带放卷完毕后,备用料带能够在接带机构200处与原来的工作料带实现连接,从而实现换卷。
请一并参阅图2,放卷机构100包括第一放卷组件110、第二放卷组件120及立板130。其中,第一放卷组件110及第二放卷组件120沿第一方向间隔设置于立板130。
第一方向指的是图1所示垂直于图纸平面的方向,也即图2所示的上下方向。第一放卷组件110及第二放卷组件120均能够放卷料带,故放卷机构100输出的两个料带也将在第一方向上间隔设置。对应的,第一放卷组件110及第二放卷组件120放卷的料带能够交替作为工作料带及备用料带。即,第一放卷组件110放卷的料带作为工作料带时,第二放卷组件120放卷的料带将作为备用料带22,反之亦然。
第一放卷组件110包括第一吸附件111,第二放卷组件120包括第二吸附件121,第一吸附件111及第二吸附件121能够分别吸附第一放卷组件110及第二 放卷组件120放卷的料带。具体的,第一吸附件111及第二吸附件121的结构一般相同,可以是吸盘、吸板等,能够通过真空吸附或静电吸附对料带进行吸附。实际使用过程中,第一吸附件111及第二吸附件121的吸附面朝下设置,且能够分别吸附料带的光面,即料带不具备粘性的一侧。
第一放卷组件110及第二放卷组件120的结构一般相同,第一放卷组件110还包括第一放卷轴114,第二放卷组件120还包括第二放卷轴124,第一放卷轴114及第二放卷轴124用于安装料卷并向下游放卷输出料带,第一放卷轴114及第二放卷轴124可通过同一个安装轴(图未标)可转动地安装于立板130的两侧。此外,第一放卷组件110及第二放卷组件120一般还包括过辊等其他元件,其他元件也可以相同的方式安装于立板130的两侧,故第一放卷组件110与第二放卷组件120互为镜像。
请一并参阅图3,接带机构200包括安装板210、第一裁切组件220及固定组件230。其中,第一裁切组件220及固定组件230设于安装板210,且第一裁切组件220位于固定组件230的上游。放卷机构100放卷输出的工作料带能够依次途经第一裁切组件220及固定组件230。
立板130沿第一方向可滑动地设于安装板210的一端,以使第一放卷组件110及第二放卷组件120交替进入放卷工位,位于放卷工位的第一放卷组件110或第二放卷组件120放卷的料带能够作为工作料带。具体的,立板130大致呈L形,其一端与安装板210滑动连接,另一端延伸至安装板210的上方,故放卷机构100与接带机构200能够在上下方向部分重叠,从而能够使得换卷装置10的结构更紧凑。具体的,安装板210的一端设置有沿第一方向延伸的导轨(图未标),立板130朝向安装板210的一侧设置有滑块(图未标),导轨与滑块配合以使立板130与安装板210滑动连接。
此外,换卷装置10还包括驱动机构300,驱动机构300可以是电缸、气缸或电机(电机一般与配套的丝杠副配合使用)等结构,其驱动端与立板130传动连接,故能够驱动立板130沿第一方向滑动。
请一并参阅图4,固定组件230包括固定吸附件231及第一驱动件232,固定吸附件231与第一驱动件232的驱动端传动连接,第一驱动件232能够驱动固定吸附件231沿垂直于第一方向的第二方向移动。固定吸附件231可与第一吸附件111及第二吸附件121的结构相同,也可通过真空吸附或静电吸附的方式对料带进行吸附。
第二方向指的是图1及图4所示的上下方向,或图3所示垂直于图纸平面的方向。第一放卷组件110进入放卷工位时,固定吸附件231与第一吸附件111沿第二方向相对设置。此时,第一驱动件232能够驱动固定吸附件231沿第二方向移动,以使固定吸附件231与第一吸附件111抵接或分离;而第二放卷组件120进入放卷工位时,固定吸附件231与第二吸附件121沿第二方向相对设置。此时,第一驱动件232能够驱动固定吸附件231沿第二方向移动,以使固定吸附件231与第二吸附件121抵接或分离。
当固定吸附件231与第一吸附件111或第二吸附件121抵接时,能够将途经第一裁切组件220及固定组件230的工作料带夹紧。进一步的,第一裁切组件220能够切断夹持于固定吸附件231与第一吸附件111或第二吸附件121之间的工作料带。具体的,第一裁切组件220一般采用切刀伸缩的方式将工作料带切断。工作料带被切断后将得到切断端,该切断端将由固定吸附件231进行吸附并固定。
假设,初始状态时第一放卷组件110放卷的料带作为工作料带,第二放卷组件120放卷的料带为备用料带。此时,第一放卷组件110位于放卷工位,第 一吸附件111与固定吸附件231在第二方向上相对设置。第一放卷组件110放卷的工作料带依次途经第一裁切组件220及固定组件230,而第二放卷组件120放卷的备用料带(具体为起始端)被吸附固定于第二吸附件121。
当第一放卷组件110放卷完后,固定吸附件231在第一驱动件232的驱动下沿第二方向上移,直至与第一吸附件111抵接以将工作料带夹紧,再由第一裁切组件220将被夹紧的工作料带切断,从而得到工作料带的切断端。接着,固定吸附件231在第一驱动件232的驱动下沿第二方向下移并与第一吸附件111分离,而切断后的工作料带则由固定吸附件231进行吸附固定。立板130沿第一方向滑动,直至使第二放卷组件120进入放卷工位。此时,第二吸附件121与固定吸附件231在第二方向上相对设置,而吸附于第二吸附件121的料带也将作为备用料带进入放卷工位。接着,固定吸附件231在第一驱动件232的驱动下再次上移并与第二吸附件121抵持,故工作料带的切断端便可与备用料带的起始端相贴合,并在第二吸附件121及固定吸附件231的挤压下实现粘接,以实现换卷。此时,第二放卷组件120放卷的料带则作为工作料带,而第一放卷组件110已从放卷工位移出,故可将第一放卷组件110上旧的料卷拆下并装载新的料带以作为备用料带。而装载的备用料带的起始端可人工牵引至第一吸附件111,并由第一吸附件111进行吸附固定,以为下一次换卷做准备。
在本实施例中,第一放卷组件110还包括第一放卷检测器(图未示),第一放卷检测器能够检测第一放卷组件110放卷输出的工作料带是否放卷完毕。第一放卷检测器在检测到料带放卷完毕后能够产生触发指令,从而有助于换卷装置10及时启动换卷操作。
具体的,可在料带的末端预先贴设尾标,当第一放卷检测器检测到尾标时则表示放卷完毕。此外,第一放卷检测器也可包括检测辊及光电感应器。第一 放卷组件110放卷输出的工作料带绕经检测辊并对检测辊进行支撑,当放卷完毕时,工作料带将失去张力从而无法对检测辊进行支撑,检测辊因重力下落,并能够被光电感应器检测到。
同样的,当第二放卷组件120放卷的料带作为工作料带而被放卷完时,固定吸附件231在第一驱动件232的驱动下沿第二方向上移,直至与第二吸附件121抵接以将工作料带夹紧,再由第一裁切组件220将被夹紧的工作料带切断,从而得到工作料带的切断端。接着,固定吸附件231在第一驱动件232的驱动下沿第二方向下移并与第一吸附件121分离,而切断后的工作料带则由固定吸附件231进行吸附固定。立板130沿第一方向滑动,直至使第一放卷组件110再次进入放卷工位。接着,固定吸附件231在第一驱动件232的驱动下再次上移并与第一吸附件111抵持,故工作料带的切断端便可与备用料带的起始端相贴合,并在第一吸附件111及固定吸附件231的挤压下实现粘接,以实现换卷。此时,第一放卷组件110放卷的料带则作为工作料带,而第二放卷组件120已从放卷工位移出,故可将第二放卷组件120上旧的料卷拆下并装载新的料带以作为备用料带。
具体在本实施例中,第二放卷组件120也包括第二放卷检测器,第二放卷检测器能够检测第二放卷组件120放卷输出的工作料带是否放卷完毕。
依次类推,第一放卷组件110及第二放卷组件120将交替进行工作料带的放卷,并在工作料带21放卷完后实现料带的自动换卷。而在换卷过程中,使立板130沿第一方向往复滑动即可,动作过程及传动结构比较简单。
具体在本实施例中,放卷工位在第一方向上的两侧分别设有第一备料工位及第二备料工位,立板130沿第一方向滑动的过程中能够途经第一位置及第二位置。立板130途经第一位置时,第一放卷组件110进入放卷工位,第二放卷 组件120进入第二备料工位;立板130途经第二位置时,第二放卷组件120进入放卷工位,第一放卷组件110进入第一备料工位。
在第二备料工位上可将第二放卷组件120放卷完的料卷换下,并装载新的料卷;在第一备料工位上可将第一放卷组件110放卷完的料卷换下,并装载新的料卷。可见,工作料带的放卷及备用料带的备料操作可以同时进行,有助于提升操作效率。
请再次参阅图3,在本实施例中,接带机构200还包括设于安装板210的第二裁切组件240及第三裁切组件250,且第二裁切组件240及第三裁切组件250分别位于第一备料工位及第二备料工位。而且,第二裁切组件240用于切断吸附于第一吸附件111的料带的起始端,第三裁切组件250用于切断吸附于第二吸附件121的料带的起始端。
具体的,立板130途经第一位置时,第二放卷组件120进入第二备料工位,第三裁切组件250便可切断吸附于第二吸附件121的料带的起始端;立板130途经第二位置时,第一放卷组件110进入第一备料工位,第二裁切组件240便可切断吸附于第一吸附件111的料带的起始端。
可见,在进行换卷之前,第一放卷组件110或第二放卷组件120放卷的备用料带均将被切断,从而形成备用料带新的起始端。如此,将有利于精确控制备用料带伸出于第一吸附件111或第二吸附件121的长度,从而使得每次换卷时备用料带的起始端的位置的一致性较好,进而能够更好地与固定吸附件231吸附固定的工作料带在第二方向上进行对齐,以保证两者顺利进行贴合并粘接。
更进一步的,在本实施例中,接带机构200还包括设于安装板210的第二压带组件260及第三压带组件270,第二压带组件260及第三压带组件270分别位于第一备料工位及第二备料工位。第二压带组件260能够沿第二方向将第一 放卷组件110放卷的料带抵持于第一吸附件111,第三压带组件270能够沿第二方向将第二放卷组件120放卷的料带抵持于所述第二吸附件121,第二裁切组件240及第三裁切组件250能够分别切断由第二压带组件260及第三压带组件270所抵持的料带。
第二压带组件260及第三压带组件270分别位于第二裁切组件240及第三裁切组件250的上游,即图3所示的右侧。立板130途经第二位置时,第一放卷组件110进入第一备料工位,第二压带组件260沿第二方向与第一吸附件111对齐。此时,第二压带组件260可先沿第二方向将第一放卷组件110放卷的料带抵持于第一吸附件111。接着,第二裁切组件240便可切断由第二压带组件260抵持于第一吸附件111的料带。由于第二压带组件260能够对料带起到固定的作用,故料带可在第二裁切组件240执行裁切操作时保持更好的稳定性。
而对第一放卷组件110放卷的备用料带裁切完成后,备用料带的起始端可由第二压带组件260继续抵持于第一吸附件111。如此,在第一放卷组件110进入放卷工位进行换卷之前,无需启动第一吸附件111对备用料带进行吸附固定。对于第一吸附件111采用负压吸附的情况,能够降低气源的损耗,从而起到节能的效果。
相应的,立板130途经第一位置时,第二放卷组件120进入第二备料工位,第三压带组件280沿第二方向与第二吸附件121对齐。此时,第三压带组件270可先沿第二方向将第二放卷组件120放卷的料带抵持于第二吸附件121。接着,第三裁切组件250便可切断由第三压带组件270抵持于第二吸附件121的料带。同样的,由于第三压带组件270能够对料带起到固定作用,故料带可在第三裁切组件250执行裁切操作时保持更好的稳定性。而裁切完成后,第二放卷组件120放卷的备用料带的起始端可由第三压带组件270继续抵持于第二吸附件 121。因此,在第二放卷组件120进入放卷工位进行换卷之前,无需启动第二吸附件121对备用料带进行吸附固定。对于第二吸附件121采用负压吸附的情况,能够降低气源的损耗,从而起到节能的效果。
请一并参阅图6,具体在本实施例中,第二裁切组件240包括第二驱动件241、第二切刀座242及第二切刀243,第二切刀243安装于第二切刀座242,第二驱动件241能够驱动第二切刀座242沿第二方向移动。第二驱动件241可以是气缸、电缸等,第二切刀243能够在第二驱动件241的驱动下随第二切刀座242沿第二方向移动,从而对固定于第一吸附件111上的料带进行裁切。
进一步的,第二压带组件260包括第二压持件261及第二弹性件262,第二压持件261沿第二方向可滑动地安装于第二切刀座242,第二弹性件262设于第二压持件261与第二切刀座242之间。在第二驱动件241驱动第二切刀座242沿第二方向靠近第一吸附件111的过程中,第二压持件261能够先于第二切刀243与吸附于第一吸附件111料带抵接,且随着第二弹性件262受压变形,第二切刀243能够相对于第二压持件261伸出直至将料带切断。
初始状态时,在第二弹性件262的支撑下,第二压持件261朝向第一吸附件111一侧的至少部分突出于第二切刀243。因此,在第二切刀座242带动第二切刀243及第二压持件261共同向上移动的过程中,第二压持件261便能够先于第二切刀243与料带抵接,从而将料带压持于第一吸附件111的表面。接着,随着第二驱动件241继续驱动第二切刀座242上移,第二弹性件262将被压缩变形,而第二切刀243则相对于第二压持件261逐渐向上伸出,直至将压持于第一吸附件111的料带切断。
可见,第二裁切组件240及第二压带组件260共用第二驱动件241,第二驱动件241能够同时驱动第二切刀243及第二压持件261沿第二方向往复移动, 从而可以减少驱动件的数量,有利于进一步简化换卷装置10的结构并缩小体积。
需要指出的是,第三裁切组件250及第三压带组件270与第二裁切组件240及第二压带组件260的结构相同,第一裁切组件220也可与第二裁切组件240及第二压带组件260的结构相同,故在此不再赘述。
第二弹性件262可以是弹簧、弹性垫或弹片。具体在本实施例中,第二压持件261包括压杆2611及压头2612。压杆2611沿第二方向延伸并可滑动地穿设于第二切刀座242,压头2612固定设置于压杆2611远离第二切刀座242的一端。第二弹性件262则可以是压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧套设于压杆2611且两端分别与压头2612及第二切刀座242抵持。
具体在本实施例中,第二压持件261朝向第一吸附件111的一侧形成有凹槽2610,且凹槽2610的边缘覆设有防粘层(图未示)。由于第一吸附件111上料带的粘面朝下,故第二抵持件261在抵持料带时会与料带发生粘接。凹槽2610能够减小第二压持件261在抵持料带时与料带的接触面积,而防粘层能够减少第二压持件261与料带接触部分的粘性,从而减轻第二抵持件261与料带之间的粘连现象。
请再次参阅图1及图2,在本实施例中,第一放卷组件110包括第一压座112,第一压座112设于立板130并位于第一吸附件111的上游,第一裁切组件220能够与第一压座112配合,以切断由第一放卷组件110放卷的工作料带。
第一压座112可以是金属块状结构。第一放卷组件110进入放卷工位时,第一压座112与第一裁切组件220在第二方向上相对设置。此时,第一裁切组件220的切刀沿第二方向伸出,便可将第一放卷组件110放卷的料带抵持于第一压座112并切断。
进一步的,第二放卷组件120包括第二压座122,第二压座122设于立板 130并位于第二吸附件121的上游,第一裁切组件220能够与第二压座122配合,以切断由第二放卷组件120放卷的工作料带。第二压座122一般与第一压座112的结构相同。第二放卷组件120进入放卷工位时,第二压座122与第一裁切组件220在第二方向上相对设置。此时,第一裁切组件220的切刀沿第二方向伸出,便可将第二放卷组件120放卷的料带抵持于第一压座112并切断。
在本实施例中,接带机构200还包括位于第一裁切组件220的上游的夹紧组件280,放卷机构100放卷的工作料带在途经第一裁切组件220及固定组件230之前经过夹紧组件280,夹紧组件280能够夹紧经过的工作料带。
在第一放卷组件110或第二放卷组件120放卷完毕时,夹紧组件280能够立即夹紧工作料带,从而保持工作料带的张力。如此,有助于使第一裁切组件220顺利将工作料带切断且能够避免在切断端的边缘形成毛刺。
具体在本实施例中,第一放卷组件110还包括第一过辊113,第一过辊113设于立板130并位于第一吸附件111的上游,第一放卷组件110放卷的料带绕经第一过辊113。请再次参阅图4,夹紧组件280包括靠轮281及第三驱动件282,第一放卷组件110位于放卷工位时,靠轮281与第一过辊113沿第二方向相对设置,第三驱动件282能够驱动靠轮281沿第二方向移动,直至靠轮281与第一过辊113抵持以夹紧工作料带。
进一步的,第二放卷组件120还包括第二过辊123,第二过辊123设于立板130并位于第二吸附件121的上游,第二放卷组件120放卷的料带绕经第二过辊123,第二放卷组件120位于放卷工位时,靠轮281与第二过辊123沿第二方向相对设置,第三驱动件282能够驱动靠轮281沿第二方向移动,直至靠轮281与第二过辊123抵持以夹紧工作料带。
夹紧组件280通过靠轮281与第一过辊113或第二过辊123配合夹紧工作 料带,可以使得夹紧组件280的结构得到简化。
请一并参阅图5,在本实施例中,固定组件230还包括设于固定吸附件231的上游及下游的抚平辊233,抚平辊233能够沿第二方向移动,并与固定吸附件231共同将料带抵持于位于放卷工位的第一吸附件111或第二吸附件121。
抚平辊233至少为两个,且分别位于固定吸附件231的上游侧及下游侧。抚平辊233可在单独的驱动件的驱动下沿第二方向往复移动,也可在第一驱动件232的驱动下随固定吸附件231共同沿第二方向往复移动。在第一驱动件232驱动固定吸附件231沿第二方向上移,并与第一吸附件111或第二吸附件121配合夹持工作料带时,抚平辊233能够使工作料带有效展平,避免产生褶皱。
而在第一驱动件232驱动固定吸附件231沿第二方向上移,以使所吸附的工作料带与第一吸附件111或第二吸附件121吸附的备用料带进行粘接时,抚平辊233还能够防止工作料带与备用料带的重叠处发生卷边。
进一步的,在本实施例中,固定组件230包括辊座234及第四驱动件245,抚平辊233安装于辊座234,辊座234安装于第四驱动件245的移动端,第四驱动件245能够驱动辊座234沿第二方向移动,以使抚平辊233与位于放卷工位的第一吸附件111或第二吸附件121抵接或分离。辊座234的中部开设有通孔2341,固定吸附件231能够在第一驱动件232的驱动下穿过通孔2341。
也就是说,抚平辊233及固定吸附件231能够沿第二方向独立移动。在工作料带与备用料带完成粘接后,固定吸附件231可在第一驱动件232的驱动下先与第一吸附件111或第二吸附件121分离,而抚平辊233则继续保持对料带的抵接。待固定吸附件231复位后,第四驱动件245再驱动抚平辊233下移,直至与第一吸附件111或第二吸附件121分离。如此,抚平辊233能够有效地避免换卷后工作料带与固定吸附件231发生粘连。
上述换卷装置10,当位于放卷工位的第一放卷组件110放卷完后,固定吸附件231可在第一驱动件232的驱动下与第一吸附件111将工作料带夹紧,并由第一裁切组件220将工作料带切断,切断后的工作料带由固定吸附件231吸附。接着,立板130沿第一方向滑动至使第二放卷组件120进入放卷工位,第二吸附件121吸附的料带作为备用料带进入放卷工位,第一放卷组件110则从放卷工位移出。固定吸附件231在第一驱动件232的驱动下与第二吸附件121抵持,工作料带的切断端便可与备用料带的起始端贴合并粘接,以实现换卷,而第一放卷组件110上则可装载新的料带以作为备用料带。在换卷过程中,使立板130沿第一方向往复滑动即可,动作过程及传动结构简单,故上述换卷装置10的结构简单、占用空间较小。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种换卷装置,其特征在于,包括:
    放卷机构,包括立板、沿第一方向间隔设置于所述立板的第一放卷组件及第二放卷组件,所述第一放卷组件包括第一吸附件,所述第二放卷组件包括第二吸附件,所述第一吸附件及所述第二吸附件能够分别吸附所述第一放卷组件及所述第二放卷组件放卷的料带;及
    接带机构,包括安装板、设于所述安装板的第一裁切组件及固定组件,所述立板沿所述第一方向可滑动地设于所述安装板的一端,以使所述第一放卷组件及所述第二放卷组件交替进入放卷工位,位于所述放卷工位的所述第一放卷组件或所述第二放卷组件放卷的料带能够作为工作料带并依次途经所述第一裁切组件及所述固定组件;
    其中,所述固定组件包括固定吸附件及第一驱动件,所述固定吸附件与位于所述放卷工位的所述第一吸附件或所述第二吸附件沿垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向相对设置,所述第一驱动件能够驱动所述固定吸附件沿所述第二方向移动,以使所述固定吸附件与位于所述放卷工位的所述第一吸附件或所述第二吸附件抵接或分离,所述第一裁切组件能够切断夹持于所述固定吸附件与所述第一吸附件或所述第二吸附件之间的工作料带。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的换卷装置,其特征在于,所述放卷工位在所述第一方向上的两侧分别设有第一备料工位及第二备料工位,所述立板沿所述第一方向滑动的过程中能够途经第一位置及第二位置,所述立板途经所述第一位置时,所述第一放卷组件进入所述放卷工位,所述第二放卷组件进入所述第二备料工位;所述立板途经所述第二位置时,所述第二放卷组件进入所述放卷工位,所述第一放卷组件进入所述第一备料工位。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的换卷装置,其特征在于,所述接带机构还包括设 于所述安装板的第二裁切组件及第三裁切组件,所述第二裁切组件及所述第三裁切组件分别位于所述第一备料工位及所述第二备料工位,所述第二裁切组件用于切断吸附于所述第一吸附件的料带的起始端,所述第三裁切组件用于切断吸附于所述第二吸附件的料带的起始端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的换卷装置,其特征在于,所述接带机构还包括设于所述安装板的第二压带组件及第三压带组件,所述第二压带组件及所述第三压带组件分别位于所述第一备料工位及所述第二备料工位,所述第二压带组件能够沿所述第二方向将所述第一放卷组件放卷的料带抵持于所述第一吸附件,所述第三压带组件能够沿所述第二方向将所述第二放卷组件放卷的料带抵持于所述第二吸附件,所述第二裁切组件及所述第三裁切组件能够分别切断由所述第二压带组件及所述第三压带组件所抵持的料带。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的换卷装置,其特征在于,所述第二裁切组件包括第二驱动件、第二切刀座及第二切刀,所述第二切刀安装于所述第二切刀座,所述第二驱动件能够驱动所述第二切刀座沿所述第二方向移动,所述第二压带组件包括第二压持件及第二弹性件,所述第二压持件沿所述第二方向可滑动地安装于所述第二切刀座,所述第二弹性件设于所述第二压持件与所述第二切刀座之间,在所述第二驱动件驱动所述第二切刀座沿所述第二方向靠近所述第一吸附件的过程中,所述第二压持件能够先于所述第二切刀与吸附于所述第一吸附件料带抵接,且随着所述第二弹性件受压变形,所述第二切刀能够相对于所述第二压持件伸出直至将料带切断。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的换卷装置,其特征在于,所述第二压持件包括压杆及压头,所述压杆沿所述第二方向延伸并可滑动地穿设于所述第二切刀座,所述压头固定设置于所述压杆远离所述第二切刀座的一端,所述第二弹性件为 压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧套设于所述压杆且两端分别与所述压头及所述第二切刀座抵持。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的换卷装置,其特征在于,所述第二压持件朝向所述第一吸附件的一侧形成有凹槽,且所述凹槽的边缘覆设有防粘层。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的换卷装置,其特征在于,所述立板呈L形,且所述立板的一端与所述安装板滑动连接,另一端延伸至所述安装板的上方,以使所述放卷机构与所述接带机构在上下方向部分重叠。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的换卷装置,其特征在于,所述安装板的一端设置有沿所述第一方向延伸的导轨,所述立板朝向所述安装板的一侧设置有滑块,所述导轨与所述滑块配合以使所述立板与所述安装板滑动连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的换卷装置,其特征在于,所述换卷装置还包括驱动机构,所述驱动机构的驱动端与所述立板传动连接,能够驱动所述立板沿所述导轨滑动。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的换卷装置,其特征在于,所述第一吸附件及所述第二吸附件为吸盘或吸板。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的换卷装置,其特征在于,所述第一放卷组件还包括第一放卷检测器,所述第一放卷检测器能够在检测到所述第一放卷组件的工作料带放卷完毕后产生触发指令。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的换卷装置,其特征在于,所述第一放卷检测器包括检测辊及光电感应器,所述第一放卷组件放卷输出的工作料带绕经所述检测辊并对所述检测辊进行支撑,且所述检测辊在失去工作料带的支撑后能够在重力作用下下落,所述光电感应器用于监测所述检测辊的运动状态。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的换卷装置,其特征在于,所述第二放卷组件还 包括第二放卷检测器,所述第二放卷检测器能够在检测到所述第二放卷组件的工作料带放卷完毕后产生触发指令。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的换卷装置,其特征在于,所述第一放卷组件包括第一压座,所述第一压座设于所述立板并位于所述第一吸附件的上游,所述第一裁切组件能够与所述第一压座配合,以切断由所述第一放卷组件放卷的工作料带;
    所述第二放卷组件包括第二压座,所述第二压座设于所述立板并位于所述第二吸附件的上游,所述第一裁切组件能够与所述第二压座配合,以切断由所述第二放卷组件放卷的工作料带。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的换卷装置,其特征在于,所述接带机构还包括位于所述第一裁切组件的上游的夹紧组件,所述放卷机构放卷的工作料带在途经所述第一裁切组件及所述固定组件之前经过所述夹紧组件,所述夹紧组件能够夹紧经过的工作料带。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的换卷装置,其特征在于,所述第一放卷组件还包括第一过辊,所述第一过辊设于所述立板并位于所述第一吸附件的上游,所述第一放卷组件放卷的料带绕经所述第一过辊,所述夹紧组件包括靠轮及第三驱动件,所述第一放卷组件位于所述放卷工位时,所述靠轮与所述第一过辊沿所述第二方向相对设置,所述第三驱动件能够驱动所述靠轮沿所述第二方向移动,直至所述靠轮与所述第一过辊抵持以夹紧工作料带;
    所述第二放卷组件还包括第二过辊,所述第二过辊设于所述立板并位于所述第二吸附件的上游,所述第二放卷组件放卷的料带绕经所述第二过辊,所述第二放卷组件位于所述放卷工位时,所述靠轮与所述第二过辊沿所述第二方向相对设置,所述第三驱动件能够驱动所述靠轮沿所述第二方向移动,直至所述 靠轮与所述第二过辊抵持以夹紧工作料带。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的换卷装置,其特征在于,所述固定吸附件为吸盘或吸板。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的换卷装置,其特征在于,所述固定组件还包括设于所述固定吸附件的上游及下游的抚平辊,所述抚平辊能够沿所述第二方向移动,并与所述固定吸附件共同将料带抵持于位于所述放卷工位的所述第一吸附件或所述第二吸附件。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的换卷装置,其特征在于,所述固定组件包括辊座及第四驱动件,所述抚平辊安装于所述辊座,所述辊座安装于所述第四驱动件的移动端,所述第四驱动件能够驱动所述辊座沿所述第二方向移动,以使所述抚平辊与位于所述放卷工位的所述第一吸附件或所述第二吸附件抵接或分离,所述辊座的中部开设有通孔,所述固定吸附件能够在所述第一驱动件的驱动下穿过所述通孔。
