技术领域
本申请涉及电池制造技术领域,特别是涉及一种换卷装置、卷绕设备以及贴胶设备。
背景技术
在锂电池生产制造过程中,需要将多个卷绕料带(例如阴极片、隔膜及阳极片)进行卷绕形成电芯。在卷绕料带进入卷绕装置进行卷绕之前,需要进行将胶带贴在卷绕料带一侧的制片过程。
然而,现有技术中,采用人工换卷,即作业过程中需要配置人员值守,以便当一个卷胶盘使用完毕后值守人员能够及时的进行更换,导致人工成本较大,且停机时间较长,降低了生产效率。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对现有技术中采用人工换卷的方式,停机时间较长,生产效率较低,且人工成本较大的问题,提供一种改善上述缺陷的换卷装置、卷绕设备以及贴胶设备。
一种换卷装置,包括:
放卷组件,包括用于分别放卷输出第一料带和第二料带的第一放卷机构和第二放卷机构;及
换卷组件,布设于所述放卷组件的下游,且包括安装座以及设置于所述安装座上的第一吸附机构、第二吸附机构和裁切机构,所述第一吸附机构包括第 一吸附座,所述第二吸附机构包括第二吸附座;所述第一吸附座和所述第二吸附座沿第一方向布设,且被构造为其中至少一者相对另一者可沿所述第一方向相互靠近或远离;
所述第一吸附座朝向所述第二吸附座的一侧具有沿与所述第一方向垂直的第二方向布设的第一吸附区域和第二吸附区域,所述第一吸附区域用于吸附所述第一料带,所述第二吸附区域用于吸附所述第二料带;所述第一吸附座还被构造为沿所述第二方向可移动,且所述第一吸附座沿所述第二方向移动的过程中,所述第一吸附区域和所述第二吸附区域可交替地与所述第二吸附座在所述第一方向上对齐;
所述裁切机构布设于所述第二吸附座的上游,用于切断所述第二吸附座与所述第一吸附区域之间的所述第一料带或者所述第二吸附座与所述第二吸附区域之间的所述第二料带。

在其中一个实施例中,所述第一吸附机构还包括滚轮及驱动板,所述滚轮安装于所述滑座,所述驱动板安装于所述第一驱动件的驱动端,且具有卡槽,所述滚轮卡接于所述卡槽内。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一吸附组件还包括第二驱动件,所述第一吸附座沿所述第一方向可移动地连接于所述滑座,所述第二驱动件相对所述滑座固定设置,且与所述第一吸附座传动连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述换卷装置还包括连接板,所述连接板连接于所述滑座,所述第一放卷机构和所述第二放卷机构沿所述第二方向布设于所述连接板。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第二吸附机构还包括升降座及第三驱动件,所述升降座沿所述第一方向可移动地连接于所述安装座,所述第二吸附座连接于所述升降座,所述第三驱动件安装于所述安装座,且与所述升降座传动连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述裁切机构包括导向座、切刀及第四驱动件,所述第四驱动安装于所述升降座或所述安装座,且与所述导向座传动连接,以驱 动所述导向座沿所述第一方向移动,所述切刀安装于所述导向座;
所述导向座沿所述第一方向移动地过程中,可带动所述切刀切断所述第二吸附座与所述第一吸附区域之间的所述第一料带或者所述第二吸附座与所述第二吸附区域之间的所述第二料带。
在其中一个实施例中,所述裁切机构还包括压块及弹性件,所述压块沿所述第一方向可移动地连接于所述导向座,且位于所述切刀的上游,所述弹性件设置于所述压块和所述导向座之间,以提供使得所述压块具有沿所述第一方向朝向所述第一吸附座靠近趋势的预紧力;
在所述升降座沿所述第一方向靠近所述第一吸附座时,所述压块可将所述第一料带或所述第二料带压紧于所述第一吸附座。
一种卷绕设备,包括如上任一实施例中所述的换卷装置。
上述换卷装置及卷绕设备,以第一放卷机构放卷输出的第一料带为工作料带,第二放卷机构放卷输出的第二料带为备用料带为例进行说明,此时第二吸附座与第一吸附座的第一吸附区域在第一方向上对齐,第一放卷机构放卷输出的第一料带穿过第二吸附座与第一吸附座的第一吸附区域之间穿过并向下游输送,第二放卷机构放卷输出的第二料带的起头端被吸附固定于第一吸附座的第二吸附区域。当第一放卷机构上的料卷用完而需要换卷时,首先,第一吸附座和第二吸附座相互靠近而夹紧第一料带,裁切机构将第一料带切断,且第二吸附座吸附切断后的第一料带。然后,第一吸附座和第二吸附座相互分离,第一吸附座沿第二方向移动至第二吸附区域与第二吸附座在第一方向上对齐,第一吸附座和第二吸附座相互靠近,以将第二吸附座吸附的切断后的第一料带粘贴至第二吸附区域吸附的第二料带的起头端。最后,第一吸附座的第二吸附区域解除对第二料带的吸附,第二吸附座解除对切断后的第一料带的吸附,并且第一吸附座和第二吸附座相互远离,使得第二料带跟随切断后的第一料带穿过第一吸附座和第二吸附座之间而向下游输送,即实现换卷。
如此,本申请的换卷装置可实现第一料带和第二料带的自动切换(即自动换卷),与现有技术中采用的人工换卷方式相比,大大缩短了停机时长,提高了生产效率,且不需要人员值守,减少了人员配置,从而降低了人工成本。
一种换卷装置,包括:
放卷机构,包括移动座及安装于所述移动座的放卷组件,所述放卷组件用于向下游输出第一料带和第二料带;
吸附机构,包括相对所述移动座固定且沿第一方向布设的第一吸附座和第二吸附座,所述第一吸附座和所述第二吸附座位于所述放卷组件的下游,分别用于吸附所述第一料带和所述第二料带;及
换卷机构,包括安装座及设置于所述安装座上的吸胶组件和切断组件,所述吸胶组件具有一位于所述切断组件的下游侧的吸胶端,所述吸胶端可受控地沿与所述第一方向相交的第二方向移动;
其中,所述移动座相对所述安装座沿所述第一方向移动的过程中能够交替地在第一位置和第二位置之间切换;当所述移动座位于所述第一位置时,所述吸胶端和所述切断组件与所述第一吸附座在第二方向上相对,以分别吸取和切断所述第一吸附座上的所述第一料带;当所述移动座位于所述第二位置时,所述吸胶端和所述切断组件与所述第二吸附座在所述第二方向上相对,以分别吸取和切断所述第二吸附座上的所述第二料带。
在其中一个实施例中,所述吸胶组件包括吸胶驱动件及吸胶块,所述吸胶驱动件设置于所述安装座,并与所述吸胶块驱动连接,所述吸胶块作为所述吸胶端;所述吸胶驱动件用于驱动所述吸胶块沿所述第二方向靠近或远离所述第一吸附座或所述第二吸附座。
在其中一个实施例中,所述换卷机构还包括防粘组件,所述防粘组件包括辊座及防粘辊,所述辊座沿所述第二方向可移动地连接于所述安装座,所述防粘辊可转动地连接于所述辊座,且位于所述吸胶块的上游和/或下游;
所述辊座能够沿所述第二方向移动至压紧位置,当所述辊座移动至所述压紧位置时,所述防粘辊压紧所述第一吸附座或所述第二吸附座上的料带。
在其中一个实施例中,所述切断组件包括切胶驱动件、切刀座及第一切刀,所述切胶驱动件设置于所述安装座,并与所述切刀座驱动连接,以驱动所述切刀座沿所述第二方向移动,所述第一切刀安装于所述切刀座,且位于所述吸胶端的上游;
所述切刀座沿所述第二方向移动的过程中,能够带动所述第一切刀切断所述第一吸附座上的第一料带或所述第二吸附座上的第二料带。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一吸附座的上游侧连接有所述第一支撑座,所述第二吸附座的上游侧连接有所述第二支撑座;
所述切断组件还包括压胶块和第一弹性件,所述压胶块沿所述第二方向可移动地连接于所述切刀座,所述第一弹性件抵接于所述压胶块与所述切刀座之间;
当所述移动座位于所述第一位置时,所述压胶块与所述第一支撑座在所述第二方向上相对;当所述移动座位于所述第二位置时,所述压胶块与所述第二支撑座在所述第二方向上相对。

在其中一个实施例中,所述换卷机构还包括压胶组件,所述压胶组件包括压胶驱动件、压胶座及压胶辊,所述压胶驱动件设置于所述安装座,并与所述压胶座驱动连接,以驱动所述压胶座沿所述第二方向移动,所述压胶辊可转动地连接于所述压胶座,并位于所述切断组件的上游;
所述换卷装置还包括设置于所述移动座上的第一过辊和第二过辊,且所述第一过辊和所述第二过辊分别供第一料带和第二料带绕经;
当所述移动座位于所述第一位置时,所述压胶辊与所述第一过辊在所述第二方向上相对;当所述移动座移动至所述第二位置时,所述压胶辊与所述第二过辊在所述第二方向上相对。
在其中一个实施例中,所述换卷机构还包括设置于所述安装座上的第一压持组件和第二压持组件,所述第一压持组件和所述第二压持组件分别位于所述吸胶端沿所述第一方向的两侧,所述第一压持组件具有一沿所述第二方向可移动的第一压持端,所述第二压持组件具有一沿所述第二方向可移动的第二压持端;
当所述移动座位于所述第一位置时,所述第二压持端与所述第二吸附座在所述第二方向上相对;当所述移动座位于所述第二位置时,所述第一压持端与所述第一吸附座在所述第二方向上相对。

一种贴胶设备,包括如上任一实施例中所述的换卷装置。
上述换卷装置及贴胶设备,以第一料带为工作料带,第二料带为备用料带为例进行说明,此时移动座位于第一位置,切断组件和吸胶组件与第一吸附座在第二方向上相对,第一放卷组件放卷输出的第一料带由切断组件和吸胶组件的吸胶端与第一吸附座之间穿过并向下游输送。第二放卷组件放卷输出的第二料带的起头端吸附固定于第二吸附座上。当第一放卷组件上的料卷用完而需要 换卷时,首先,吸胶组件的吸胶端沿第二方向朝向第一吸附座移动,直至将第一料带压紧,切断组件将第一料带切断,切断后吸胶组件的吸胶端沿第二方向远离第一吸附座移动而复位,此时切断后的第一料带的切断端吸附在吸胶端上。然后,移动座相对安装座沿第一方向移动至第二位置,此时吸胶组件的吸胶端和切断组件与第二吸附座在第二方向上相对。此时,吸胶组件的吸胶端沿第二方向朝向第二吸附座移动,直至将第一料带的切断端和第二料带的起头端一同压紧在第二吸附座上,使得第一料带的切断端和第二料带的起头端相互粘接。最后,吸胶组件的吸胶端解除对第一料带的吸附,并沿第二方向远离第二吸附座移动而复位,第二吸附座也解除对第二料带的吸附,使得第二料带跟随切断后的第一料带穿过吸胶端和切断组件与第二吸附座之间而向下游输送,即实现换卷。
如此,本申请的换卷装置可实现第一料带和第二料带的自动切断,与现有技术中采用的人工换卷方式相比,大大缩短了停机时长,提高了生产效率,且不需要人员值守,减少了人员配置,从而降低了人工成本。

参阅图1及图2所示,本申请一实施例提供了一种换卷装置,包括放卷组件10及布设于放卷组件10下游的换卷组件。放卷组件10包括用于放卷第一料带a的第一放卷机构11,以及用于放卷第二料带的第二放卷机构12。第一放卷机构11放卷输出的第一料带a或第二放卷机构12放卷输出的第二料带可穿过换卷组件而向下游输送。换卷组件用于实现第一料带a和第二料带的切换,即第一放卷机构11上的第一料带a放卷完成时换卷组件切换第二放卷机构12放卷输出的第二料带向下游输送,第二放卷机构12的第二料带放卷完成时换卷组件切换第一放卷机构11放卷输出的第一料带a向下游输送。
换卷组件包括安装座21以及设置于安装座21上的第一吸附机构22、第二吸附机构23和裁切机构24。第一吸附机构22包括第一吸附座221,第二吸附机构23包括第二吸附座231。第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231沿第一方向布设,以使第一放卷机构11放卷输出的第一料带a或第二放卷机构12放卷输出的第二料带穿过第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231之间,并向下游输送。第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231被构造为其中至少一者相对另一者可沿第一方向彼此靠近或远离,从而当第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231彼此靠近时可夹紧由第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231之间穿过的第一料带a或第二料带。
第一吸附座221朝向第二吸附座231的一侧具有沿与第一方向垂直的第二方向布设的第一吸附区域2211和第二吸附区域2212。第一吸附区域2211用于吸附第一料带a,第二吸附区域2212用于吸附第二料带。第一吸附座221还被构造为沿与第一方向垂直的第二方向可移动,且第一吸附座221沿第二方 向移动的过程中,第一吸附区域2211和第二吸附区域2212可交替地与第二吸附座231在第一方向上对齐。当第一吸附区域2211与第二吸附座231在第一方向上对齐时,第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231沿第一方向相互靠近而夹紧由第一吸附区域2211和第二吸附座231之间穿过的第一料带a;当第二吸附区域2212与第二吸附座231在第一方向上对齐时,第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231沿第一方向相互靠近而夹紧由第二吸附区域2212和第二吸附座231之间穿过的第二料带。
裁切机构24布设于第一吸附座221的上游,用于切断第二吸附座231与第一吸附座221的第一吸附区域2211之间的第一料带a,或者第二吸附座231与第一吸附座221的第二吸附区域2212之间的第二料带。可选地,第一料带和第二料带可以是胶带。
上述换卷装置,以第一放卷机构11放卷输出的第一料带a为工作料带,第二放卷机构12放卷输出的第二料带为备用料带为例进行说明,此时第二吸附座231与第一吸附座221的第一吸附区域2211在第一方向上对齐,第一放卷机构11放卷输出的第一料带a穿过第二吸附座231与第一吸附座221的第一吸附区域2211之间穿过并向下游输送,第二放卷机构12放卷输出的第二料带的起头端被吸附固定于第一吸附座221的第二吸附区域2212。当第一放卷机构11上的料卷用完而需要换卷时,首先,第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231相互靠近而夹紧第一料带a,裁切机构24将第一料带a切断,且第二吸附座231吸附切断后的第一料带a。然后,第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231相互分离,第一吸附座221沿第二方向移动至第二吸附区域2212与第二吸附座231在第一方向上对齐,第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231相互靠近,以将第二吸附座231吸附的切断后的第一料带a粘贴至第二吸附区域2212吸附的第二料带的起头端。最后,第一吸附座221的第二吸附区域2212解除对第二料带的吸附,第二吸附座231解除对切断后的第一料带a的吸附,并且第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231相互远离,使得第二料带跟随切断后的第一料带a穿过第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231之间而向下游输送,即实现换卷。
如此,本申请的换卷装置可实现第一料带a和第二料带的自动切换(即自动换卷),与现有技术中采用的人工换卷方式相比,大大缩短了停机时长,提 高了生产效率,且不需要人员值守,减少了人员配置,从而降低了人工成本。
需要说明的是,第一料带a和第二料带可以是胶带,因此在进行换卷的过程中,第一料带a的起头端可与第二料带的切断端粘接,或者第二料带的起头端与第一料带a的切断端粘接。当然,在其他实施例中,第一料带a和第二料带也可以不是胶带。此时,料卷上的第一料带a的起头端粘贴有双面胶,以便于在进行换卷的过程中将该第一料带a的起头端与第二料带的切断端粘接。料卷上的第二料带的起头端粘贴有双面胶,以便于在进行换卷的过程中将该第二料带的起头端与第一料带a的切断端粘接。
还需要说明的是,具体到图1所示的实施例中,第一方向为上下方向,第二方向为垂直于纸面的方向。
本申请的实施例中,第一吸附座221沿第二方向移动的过程中包括第一位置和第二位置。
当第一吸附座221位于第一位置时,第二吸附座231与第一吸附区域2211在第一方向上对齐,裁切机构24用于切断由第一吸附座221与第二吸附座231沿第一方向相互靠近而夹紧的第一料带a,第二吸附座231可吸附切断后的第一料带a。如此,若此时第一放卷机构11上的料卷用完而需要进行换卷,首先第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231相互靠近,从而夹紧第一吸附座221的第一吸附区域2211和第二吸附座231之间的第一料带a,且裁切组件切断第一料带a,第二吸附座231吸附切断后的第一料带a。然后,第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231相互远离,第一吸附座221再沿第二方向移动至第二吸附区域2212与第二吸附座231在第一方向上对齐。再然后,第二吸附座231和第一吸附座221相互靠近,以将被第二吸附座231吸附的切断后的第一料带a粘贴至被第二吸附区域2212吸附的第二料带的起头端。最后,第一吸附座221的第二吸附区域2212解除对第二料带的吸附,第二吸附座231解除对切断后的第一料带a的吸附,并且第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231相互远离,使得第二料带可跟随切断后的第一料带a穿过第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231之间,进而向下游输送。可以理解的是,第二吸附座231对第一料带a的吸附可以在裁切机构24切断第一料带a之前,也可在裁切机构24切断第一料带a之后,在此不作限定。
当第一吸附座221位于第二位置时,第二吸附座231与第二吸附区域2212在第一方向上对齐,裁切机构24用于切断由第一吸附座221与第二吸附座231沿第一方向相互靠近而夹紧的第二料带,第二吸附座231可吸附切断后的第二料带。如此,若此时第二放卷机构12上的料卷用完而需要进行换卷,首先,第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231相互靠近,从而夹紧第一吸附座221的第二吸附区域2212和第二吸附座231之间的第二料带,且裁切组件切断第二料带,第二吸附座231吸附切断后的第二料带。然后,第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231相互远离,第一吸附座221再沿第二方向移动至第一吸附区域2211与第二吸附座231在第一方向上对齐。再然后,第二吸附座231和第一吸附座221相互靠近,以将被第二吸附座231吸附的切断后的第二料带粘贴至被第一吸附区域2211吸附的第一料带a的起头端。最后,第一吸附座221的第一吸附区域2211解除对第一料带a的吸附,第二吸附座231解除对切断后的第二料带的吸附,第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231相互远离,使得第一料带a可跟随切断后的第二料带穿过第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231之间,进而向下游输送。可以理解的是,第二吸附座231对第二料带的吸附可以在裁切机构24切断第二料带之前,也可在裁切机构24切断第二料带之后,在此不作限定。
一些实施例中,第一吸附座221朝向第二吸附座231的一侧还具有第三吸附区域2213和第四吸附区域2214,第三吸附区域2213位于第一吸附区域2211的上游,第四吸附区域2214位于第二吸附区域2212的上游。
当第一吸附座221位于第一位置时,裁切机构24可由第一吸附区域2211和第三吸附区域2213之间的位置切断第一料带a,使得切断后的第一料带a连接料卷的一端被第三吸附区域2213吸附。当第一吸附座221位于第二位置时,裁切机构24可由第二吸附区域2212和第四吸附区域2214之间的位置切断第二料带,使得切断后的第二料带连接料卷的一端被第四吸附区域2214吸附。
请参见图6、图7及图8所示,在另一实施例中,换卷组件还包括设置于安装座21的第一压带机构24和第二压带机构25。第一压带机构24具有沿第一方向可伸缩的第一压料端241,第二压带机构25具有沿第一方向可伸缩的第二压料端251。
当第一吸附座221位于第一位置时,第一压料端241用于将第二料带压紧于第二吸附区域2212。如此,在换卷完成后,第一料带a穿过第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231之间而向下游输送。为了为下一次换卷作准备,第二放卷机构12放卷输出的第二料带的起头端可利用第一压料端241的伸缩压紧于第二吸附区域2212,从而避免了一直利用第二吸附区域2212对第二料带进行吸附,仅需要在换卷的过程中利用第二吸附区域2212对第二料带进行吸附,降低了气源的损耗,起到了节能的效果。
当第一吸附座221位于第二位置时,第二压料端251用于将第一料带压紧于第一吸附区域2211。如此,在换卷完成后,第二料带穿过第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231之间而向下游输送。为了为下一次换卷作准备,第一放卷机构11放卷输出的第一料带a的起头端可利用第二压料端251的伸缩压紧于第一吸附区域2211,从而避免了一直利用第一吸附区域2211对第一料带a进行吸附,仅需要在换卷的过程中利用第一吸附区域2211对第一料带a进行吸附,降低了气源的损耗,起到了节能的作用。
具体到实施例中,第一压带机构24包括第一压带驱动件242及第一压带块。该第一压带驱动件242安装于安装座21,第一压带块安装于第一压带驱动件242的驱动端,并作为第一压带机构的第一压料端241。第一压带驱动件242用于驱动第一压带块沿第一方向往复移动。第一压带块沿第一方向移动的过程中可将第二料带压紧于第二吸附区域2212。可选地,第一压带驱动件242可以是气缸。第一压带驱动件242可通过第一基座245安装于安装座21。
具体到实施例中,第二压带机构25包括第二压带驱动件及第二压带块。该第二压带驱动件安装于安装座21,第二压带块安装于第二压带驱动件的驱动端,并作为第二压带机构的第二压料端251。第二压带驱动件用于驱动第二压带块沿第一方向往复移动。第二压带块沿第一方向移动的过程中可将第一料带压紧于第一吸附区域2211。可选地,第二压带驱动件可以是气缸。第二压带驱动件可通过第二基座安装于安装座21。
具体到实施例中,换卷组件还包括设置于第一压带机构24的第一切断刀26,该第一切断刀26用于切断被第一压料端241压紧于第二吸附区域2212的第二料带的起头端,使得第二料带的起头端保持整齐,以便于在换卷时与第 一料带a的切断端粘接,提高接带效果。
换卷组件还包括设置于第二压带机构25的第二切断刀27,该第二切断刀27用于切断被第二压料端251压紧于第一吸附区域2211的第一料带a的起头端,使得第一料带a的起头端保持整齐,以便于在换卷时与第二料带的切断端粘接,提高接带效果。
更加具体地,第一压带机构24还包括第一移动座243及第一弹性缓冲件244。第一移动座243连接于第一压带驱动件242的驱动端,第一压带驱动件242用于驱动第一移动座243沿第一方向往复移动。第一压带块沿第一方向可移动地连接于该第一移动座243,第一弹性缓冲件244设置于第一移动座243和第一压带块之间,以提供使得第一压带块具有沿第一方向远离第一移动座243的运动趋势的预紧力。第一压带块随第一移动座243沿第一方向移动的过程中可将第二料带压紧于第二吸附区域2212,同时第一弹性缓冲件244可被压缩而起到缓冲作用。
第一切断刀26安装于第一压带机构24的第一移动座243,以随第一移动座243沿第一方向同步移动。如此,当需要压紧第二料带时,首先,第一压带驱动件242驱动第一移动座243沿第一方向靠近第二吸附区域2212移动,从而带动第一压带块与第二料带接触,进而将第二料带压紧于第二吸附区域2212。然后,第一压带驱动件242继续驱动第一移动座243沿第一方向靠近第二吸附区域2212移动,从而压缩第一弹性缓冲件244,进而带动第一切断刀26继续朝向第二料带移动,直至第一切断刀26切断第二料带的起头端。可选地,第一弹性缓冲件244可以是弹簧。第一压带块可通过导杆和导套安装于第一移动座243,以在该导杆和导套的导向作用下使得第一压带块相对第一移动座243沿第一方向可移动。
第二压带机构25还包括第二移动座及第二弹性缓冲件。第二移动座连接于第二压带驱动件的驱动端,第二压带驱动件用于驱动第二移动座沿第一方向往复移动。第二压带块沿第一方向可移动地连接于该第二移动座,第二弹性缓冲件设置于第二移动座和第二压带块之间,以提供使得第二压带块具有沿第一方向远离第二移动座的运动趋势的预紧力。第二压带块随第二移动座沿第一方向移动的过程中可将第一料带a压紧于第一吸附区域2211,同时第二弹性缓 冲件可被压缩而起到缓冲作用。
第二切断刀27安装于第二压带机构25的第二移动座,以随第二移动座沿第一方向同步移动。如此,当需要压紧第一料带a时,首先,第二压带驱动件驱动第二移动座沿第一方向靠近第一吸附区域2211移动,从而带动第二压带块与第一料带a接触,进而将第一料带a压紧于第一吸附区域2211。然后,第二压带驱动件继续驱动第二移动座沿第一方向靠近第一吸附区域2211移动,从而压缩第二弹性缓冲件,进而带动第二切断刀27继续朝向第一料带a移动,直至第二切断刀27切断第一料带a的起头端。可选地,第二弹性缓冲件可以是弹簧。第二压带块可通过导杆和导套安装于第二移动座,以在该导杆和导套的导向作用下使得第二压带块相对第二移动座沿第一方向可移动。
需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,第一切断刀26可单独设置驱动结构来驱动第一切断刀26沿第一方向移动,从而切断第二料带的起头端。
当然,第二切断刀27也可单独设置驱动结构来驱动第二切断刀27沿第一方向移动,从而切断第一料带a的起头端。
请参见图1、图3及图4所示,本申请的实施例中,第一吸附机构22还包括滑座222及第一驱动件223,滑座222沿第二方向可移动地连接于安装座21,第一吸附座221设置于该滑座222。第一驱动件223设置于安装座21,且与滑座222传动连接,以驱动滑座222沿第二方向移动,进而带动第一吸附座221沿第二方向移动,使得第一吸附座221上的第一吸附区域2211和第二吸附区域2212交替地与第二吸附座231在第一方向上对齐。可选地,第一驱动件223气缸。
具体到实施例中,滑座222上设置有滑块2221,安装座21上设置有沿第二方向纵长延伸的滑轨211,滑座222通过滑块2221和滑轨211的滑动配合实现与安装座21沿第二方向的可移动连接。
具体到实施例中,第一吸附机构22还包括滚轮225及驱动板224。滚轮225安装于滑座222,驱动板224安装于第一驱动件223的驱动端,且具有卡槽,滚轮225卡接在卡槽内,以使滚轮225跟随驱动板224沿第二方向移动。如此,第一驱动件223的驱动端驱动安装板沿第二方向移动,驱动板224通过滚轮225与卡槽的配合而带动滑座222沿第二方向移动。
具体到一个实施例中,第一吸附机构22还包括第二驱动件226,第一吸附座221沿第一方向可移动地连接于滑座222。第二驱动件226相对滑座222固定设置,且与第一吸附座221传动连接,以驱动第一吸附座221相对滑座222沿第一方向移动,从而使得第一吸附座221靠近或远离第二吸附座231。可选地,第二驱动件226可为气缸。
具体到实施例中,换卷装置还包括连接板30,该连接板30固定连接于滑座222,以随滑座222沿第二方向同步移动。第一放卷机构11和第二放卷机构12沿第二方向布设于连接板30。如此,换卷过程中,第一放卷机构11及其放卷输出的第一料带a和第二放卷机构12及其放卷输出的第二料带可跟随滑座222沿第二方向同步移动,以便于在换卷时将第一料带a的起头端与第二料带的切断端粘接或者第二料带的起头端与第一料带a的切断端粘接。
进一步地,第一放卷机构11包括第一放卷料盘,该第一放卷料盘绕自身轴线可转动地连接于连接板30,第一放卷料盘用于装载第一料带a的料卷。第二放卷机构12包括第二放卷料盘,该第二放卷料盘绕自身轴线可转动地连接于连接板30,第二放卷料盘用于安装第二料带的料卷。
进一步地,第一放卷料盘和第二放卷料盘均通过旋转轴13可转动地连接于连接板30。可选地,旋转轴13可以是滑差轴。
具体到实施例中,第二驱动件226通过固定座2261固定连接于连接板30或滑座222,从而实现第二驱动件226相对滑座222固定设置。进一步地,第一吸附机构22还包括限位杆227,固定座2261上开设有限位孔或限位槽。限位杆227滑动配合于该限位孔或限位槽,且限位杆227的一端与第一吸附座221固定连接。更加具体地,限位杆227背离第一吸附座221的一端具有限位部,在限位杆227沿限位孔或限位槽滑动的过程中限位部可与固定座2261背离第一吸附座221的一侧相抵,以限制第一吸附座221沿第一方向的移动范围。
具体到实施例中,放卷组件10还包括第一过辊14和第二过辊15。第一过辊14可绕自身轴线可转动地连接于连接板30,且位于第一放卷机构11和换卷组件之间,以将第一放卷机构11放卷输出的第一料带a导向至第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231之间。第二过辊15可绕自身轴线可转动地连接于连接板30,且位于第二放卷机构12和换卷组件之间,以将第二放卷机构12放 卷输出的第二料带导向至第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231之间。
需要说明的是,第二驱动件226并不是必须的,也就是说,在另一实施例中,请参见图6及图7所示,滑座222仅在第一驱动件223沿第二方向可移动,而沿第一方向不能够移动,即第一吸附座221仅能够随滑座222沿第二方向移动,而不能沿第一方向移动。此时,仅利用第二吸附座231沿第一方向的移动来实现压紧第一料带a或第二料带。如此,省去了第二驱动件226、固定座2261及限位杆227等部件,简化了结构,降低了设备成本。
请参见图1所示,本申请的实施例中,第二吸附机构23还包括升降座232及第三驱动件233。该升降座232沿第一方向可移动地连接于安装座21,第二吸附座231连接于升降座232。第三驱动件233安装于安装座21,且与升降座232传动连接,以驱动升降座232沿第一方向移动,从而带动第二吸附座231沿第一方向靠近或远离第一吸附座221。可选地,第三驱动件233可以是气缸。
请一并参见图1及图5所示,一些实施例中,裁切机构24包括导向座241、切刀242及第四驱动件245,切刀242安装于导向座241。第四驱动件245安装于升降座232或安装座21,且与导向座241传动连接,以驱动导向座241沿第一方向移动,进而带动切刀242沿第一方向移动。如此,在换卷过程中第二吸附座231与第一吸附座221夹紧第一料带a或第二料带时,第四驱动件245驱动导向座241沿第一方向移动而带动切刀242沿第一方向移动,以使切刀242沿第一方向移动地过程中切断被夹紧的第一料带a或第二料带。可选地,第四驱动件245可以是气缸。
进一步地,第一吸附座221开设有与切刀242对应的切刀槽2215,以使切刀242沿第一方向朝向第一吸附座221移动而裁切第一料带a或第二料带时,切刀242切入该切刀槽2215内,从而避免切刀242与第一吸附座221接触而被损坏。进一步地,第一吸附区域2211和第三吸附区域2213之间开设有切刀槽2215,第二吸附区域2212和第四吸附区域2214之间也开设有切刀槽2215。
具体到实施例中,裁切机构24还包括压块243及弹性件245。压块243沿第一方向可移动地连接于导向座241,且位于切刀242的上游。也就是说,切刀242位于压块243和第二吸附座231之间。弹性件245设置于压块243 和导向座241之间,以提供使得压块243具有沿第一方向朝向第一吸附座221靠近趋势的预紧力。如此,当升降座232带动第二吸附座231朝向第一吸附座221靠近而夹紧第一料带a或第二料带后,第四驱动件245驱动导向座241带动切刀242和压块243朝向第一吸附座221靠近,使得压块243将第一料带a或第二料带压紧于第一吸附座221(此时弹性件245被压缩),随后切刀242切断第一料带a或第二料带。可选地,弹性件245可以是弹簧。
需要说明的是,在导向座241带动切刀242和压块243朝向第一吸附座221靠近的过程中,导向座241先将第一料带a或第二料带压紧于第一吸附座221,随后切刀242才与第一料带a或第二料带接触,进而切断第一料带a或第二料带。
进一步地,裁切机构24还包括导向杆244,该导向杆244与导向座241滑动配合,且压块243与导向杆244朝向第一吸附座221的一端固定连接。更加具体地,导向座241开设有导向孔,导向杆244穿设于该导向孔,且与导向孔滑动配合。导向杆244远离压块243的一端位于导向座241背离压块243的一侧,且连接有限位块2411。在导向杆244沿第一方向相对导向座241滑动的过程中,限位块可与导向座241背离压块243的一侧相抵,以限定导向杆244沿第一方向移动的范围。可选地,导向杆244可包括两个或两个以上。
具体到实施例中,换卷装置还包括设置于第二吸附机构23上的检测器40,该检测器40用于检测当第一吸附座221位于第一位置时第一放卷机构11上的料卷的放卷情况,或者检测当第一吸附座221位于第二位置时第二放卷机构12上的料卷的放卷情况,以便于当检测器40检测到第一放卷机构11或第二放卷机构12上的料卷放卷完成后,第一吸附机构22、第二吸附机构23和裁切机构24进行换卷动作。可选地,检测器40安装于导向座241上。检测器40可以是光电传感器。
请参见图1及图2所示,下面以第一吸附座221位于第一位置,第二放卷机构12放卷输出的第二料带的起头端被第一压带机构24的第一压料端241压紧于第二吸附区域2212,第一放卷机构11放卷输出的第一料带a穿过第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231,并向下游输送为初始状态,对换卷装置的换卷过程进行描述:
当第一放卷机构11上的料卷放卷完成而需要换卷时,首先,第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231分别在第二驱动件226和第三驱动件233的驱动下相互靠近(或者,在第一吸附座221不能沿第一方向移动的实施例中,第二吸附座231在第三驱动件233的驱动下靠近第一吸附座221),从而夹紧第一料带a。
然后,第四驱动件245驱动导向座241朝向第一吸附座221靠近,使得压块243压紧第一料带a,随着导向座241继续朝向第一吸附座221靠近,使得切刀242切断第一料带a。在第一料带a被切断后,第四驱动件245驱动导向座241复位。
再然后,此时第一料带a的切断端被第二吸附座231吸附,第一料带a与料卷连接的一端被第三吸附区域2213吸附,第二放卷机构12放卷输出的第二料带的起头端被第二吸附区域2212吸附。第二驱动件226驱动第一吸附座221沿第一方向远离第二吸附座231(或者,在第一吸附座221不能沿第一方向移动的实施例中,第二吸附座231在第三驱动件233的驱动下远离第一吸附座221),进而第一驱动件223驱动第一吸附座221沿第二方向移动至第二位置。
再然后,第二驱动件226驱动第一吸附座221沿第一方向靠近第二吸附座231(或者,在第一吸附座221不能沿第一方向移动的实施例中,第二吸附座231在第三驱动件233的驱动下靠近第一吸附座221),使得被第二吸附座231吸附的第一料带a的切断端粘贴在被第二吸附区域2212吸附的第二料带的起头端,从而实现第二料带和第一料带a的切断端的连接。
最后,第二吸附座231解除对第一料带a的切断端的吸附,第一吸附座221的第二吸附区域2212解除对第二料带的起头端的吸附。并且,第二驱动件226和第三驱动件233分别驱动第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231相互远离(或者,在第一吸附座221不能沿第一方向移动的实施例中,第二吸附座231在第三驱动件233的驱动下远离第一吸附座221),使得第二料带可穿过第一吸附座221和第二吸附座231之间向下游输送。
第一换卷机构11上的料卷进行更换,并且第一换卷机构11放卷输出的第一料带a的起头端被第二压带机构25的第二压料端251压紧于第一吸附区域2211,为下一次的换卷作好准备。当第二放卷机构12上的料卷放卷完成而再次进行换卷的步骤与上述换卷步骤相类似,故在此不作赘述。
基于上述换卷装置,本申请还提供一种卷绕设备,包括如上任一实施例中所述的换卷装置。具体地,卷绕设备还包括制片装置和卷绕装置。换卷机构用于将第一料带或第二料带向下游的制片装置输送,制片装置用于将该第一料带或第二料带贴合于卷绕料带的一侧。卷绕装置设置于制片装置的下游,用于将贴合第一料带或第二料带后的卷绕料带进行卷绕。
请参阅图9、图10及图11,本申请一实施例提供了一种换卷装置,包括放卷机构、吸附机构20a及换卷机构30a。放卷机构包括移动座11a及安装于移动座11a的放卷组件12a。放卷组件12a用于向下游输出第一料带aa和第二料带。具体地,放卷组件12a包括用于向下游输出第一料带aa的第一放卷组件121a和用于向下游输出第二料带的第二放卷组件122a(见图11),该第一放卷组件121a和第二放卷组件122a沿第一方向间隔布设。
第一放卷组件121a放卷输出的第一料带aa或第二放卷组件122a放卷输出的第二料带可穿过吸附机构20a和换卷机构30a而向下游输送。换卷机构30a用于在吸附机构20a的配合下实现第一料带aa和第二料带的切换,即第一放卷组件121a上的第一料带aa放卷完成时切换第二放卷组件122a放卷输出的第二料带向下游输送,第二放卷组件122a的第二料带放卷完成时切换第一放卷组件121a放卷输出的第一料带aa向下游输送。
吸附机构20a包括第一吸附座21a和第二吸附座22a,该第一吸附座21a和第二吸附座22a均相对移动座11a固定,且沿第一方向布设。第一吸附座21a和第二吸附座22a位于放卷组件12a的下游,分别用于吸附第一料带aa和第二料带。具体地,第一吸附座21a位于第一放卷组件121a的下游,用于吸附由第一放卷组件121a输出的第一料带aa,第二吸附座22a位于第二放卷组件122a的下游,用于吸附由第二放卷组件122a输出的第二料带。
换卷机构30a包括安装座31a、吸胶组件32a和切断组件33a,该吸胶组件32a和切断组件33a设置在安装座31a上,且吸胶组件32a具有一位于切断组件33a下游的吸胶端,该吸胶端可受控地沿第二方向移动,即第一料带aa或第二料带首先走带经过切断组件33a,然后再走带经过吸胶组件32a的吸胶端。其中,该第二方向与第一方向相交。可选地,该第二方向与第一方向垂直。具体到图9所示的实施例中,第一方向为垂直于纸面的方向,第二方向为上下 方向,第一料带aa和第二料带分别沿左右方向输送经过第一吸附座21a和第二吸附座22a。需要说明的是,本文中上游和下游均是相对第一料带aa或第二料带的输送方向而言的,即第一料带aa或第二料带先走带经过的是上游,后走带经过的是下游。
移动座11a被构造为能够受控地相对安装座31a沿第一方向移动,该移动座11a相对安装座31a沿第一方向移动的过程中可交替的在第一位置(见图11所示)和第二位置之间切换。当移动座11a移动至第一位置时,吸胶组件32a的吸胶端和切断组件33a与第一吸附座21a在第二方向上相对,以分别吸取和切断第一吸附座21a上的第一料带aa。当移动座11a移动至第二位置时,吸胶组件32a的吸胶端和切断组件33a与第二吸附座22a在第二方向上相对,以分别吸取和切断第二吸附座22a上的第二料带。
上述换卷装置,以第一料带aa为工作料带,第二料带为备用料带为例进行说明,此时移动座11a位于第一位置,切断组件33a和吸胶组件32a与第一吸附座21a在第二方向上相对,第一放卷组件121a放卷输出的第一料带aa由切断组件33a和吸胶组件32a的吸胶端与第一吸附座21a之间穿过并向下游输送。第二放卷组件122a放卷输出的第二料带的起头端吸附固定于第二吸附座22a上。当第一放卷组件121a上的料卷用完而需要换卷时,首先,吸胶组件32a的吸胶端沿第二方向朝向第一吸附座21a移动,直至将第一料带aa压紧,切断组件33a将第一料带aa切断,切断后吸胶组件32a的吸胶端沿第二方向远离第一吸附座21a移动而复位,此时切断后的第一料带aa的切断端吸附在吸胶端上。然后,移动座11a相对安装座31a沿第一方向移动至第二位置,此时吸胶组件32a的吸胶端和切断组件33a与第二吸附座22a在第二方向上相对。此时,吸胶组件32a的吸胶端沿第二方向朝向第二吸附座22a移动,直至将第一料带aa的切断端和第二料带的起头端一同压紧在第二吸附座22a上,使得第一料带aa的切断端和第二料带的起头端相互粘接。最后,吸胶组件32a的吸胶端解除对第一料带aa的吸附,并沿第二方向远离第二吸附座22a移动而复位,第二吸附座22a也解除对第二料带的吸附,使得第二料带跟随切断后的第一料带aa穿过吸胶端和切断组件33a与第二吸附座22a之间而向下游输送,即实现换卷。
如此,本申请的换卷装置可实现第一料带aa和第二料带的自动切换,与现有技术中采用的人工换卷方式相比,大大缩短了停机时长,提高了生产效率,且不需要人员值守,减少了人员配置,从而降低了人工成本。
需要说明的是,第一料带aa和第二料带可以是胶带,因此在进行换卷的过程中,第一料带aa的起头端可与第二料带的切断端粘接,或者第二料带的起头端与第一料带aa的切断端粘接。当然,在其他实施例中,第一料带aa和第二料带也可以不是胶带。此时,料卷上的第一料带aa的起头端粘贴有双面胶,以便于在进行换卷的过程中将该第一料带aa的起头端与第二料带的切断端粘接。料卷上的第二料带的起头端粘贴有双面胶,以便于在进行换卷的过程中将该第二料带的起头端与第一料带aa的切断端粘接。
本申请的实施例中,换卷装置还包括基座50a及换卷驱动件60a,安装座31a固定连接于基座50a上,移动座11a沿第一方向可移动地连接于基座50a上,使得移动座11a能够沿第一方向相对基座50a和安装座31a移动。换卷驱动件60a设置于基座50a上,并与移动座11a驱动连接,使得换卷驱动件60a能够驱动移动座11a沿第一方向在第一位置和第二位置之间往复运动,以便于完成自动换卷动作。可选地,该换卷驱动件60a可以采用气缸。
具体到实施例中,上述第一吸附座21a和第二吸附座22a均可直接或间接地固定连接在移动座11a上,从而使得第一吸附座21a和第二吸附座22a能够跟随移动座11a一同沿第一方向移动。
具体到实施例中,换卷装置还包括第一导套61a和第一导向杆62a,该第一导套61a安装于基座50a上,第一导向杆62a与第一导套61a滑动配合,且第一导向杆62a的纵长方向与第一方向平行。第一导向杆62a的一端与移动座11a固定连接,第一导向杆62a的另一端与换卷驱动件60a的驱动端连接,以使得换卷驱动件60a通过第一导向杆62a驱动移动座11a沿第一方向移动。如此,利用第一导向杆62a和第一导套61a的滑动配合来对移动座11a沿第一方向的移动进行导向,使得移动座11a在第一位置和第二位置之间的移动更加稳定可靠。
进一步地,基座50a上安装有多个第一导套61a,每个第一导套61a内均滑动配合有一第一导向杆62a。每一第一导向杆62a的一端均与移动座11a固 定连接,每一第一导向杆62a背离移动座11a的一端均与驱动板63a固定连接。换卷驱动件60a的驱动端与该驱动板63a固定连接,从而通过该驱动板63a驱动各个第一导向杆62a相对第一导套61a滑动,进而带动移动座11a沿第一方向移动。
需要说明的是,并不仅限于采用导向杆和导套的配合来对移动座11a相对基座50a沿第一方向的移动进行导向。在其他实施例中,也可采用滑轨和滑块的滑动配合来对移动座11a沿第一方向的移动进行导向,在此不作限定。
具体到实施例中,换卷装置还包括安装支架70a及光电传感器71a,安装支架70a固定连接于基座50a,光电传感器71a安装于安装支架70a上,且光电传感器71a位于换卷机构30a的下游,用于检测经过换卷机构30a向下游输送的第一料带aa或第二料带上的结尾标识。当光电传感器71a检测到结尾标识时,可以确定当前的工作料卷用完,需要进行自动换卷。
本申请的实施例中,吸胶组件32a包括吸胶驱动件322a及吸胶块321a。吸胶驱动件322a设置于安装座31a,并与吸胶块321a驱动连接,吸胶块321a作为上述吸胶端。吸胶驱动件322a用于驱动吸胶块321a沿第二方向靠近或远离第一吸附座21a或第二吸附座22a。如此,当需要压紧并吸取第一吸附座21a上的第一料带aa时,移动座11a沿第一方向移动至第一位置,吸胶驱动件322a驱动吸胶块321a沿第二方向朝向第一吸附座21a移动,直至将第一料带aa压紧于第一吸附座21a上。当需要压紧并吸取第二吸附座22a上的第二料带时,移动座11a沿第一方向移动至第二位置,吸胶驱动件322a驱动吸胶块321a沿第二方向朝向第二吸附座22a移动,直至将第二料带压紧于第二吸附座22a上。可选地,吸胶驱动件322a可以采用气缸。
需要说明的是,在一个实施例中,利用导向柱323a对吸胶块321a相对安装座31a沿第二方向的移动进行导向,使得吸胶块321a沿第二方向的移动更加稳定可靠。当然,在其他实施例中,也可采用其他的导向结构对吸胶块321a相对安装座31a沿第二方向的移动进行导向,例如滑块和滑轨的导向结构,在此不作限定。
具体到实施例中,换卷机构30a还包括防粘组件34a,该防粘组件34a包括辊座342a及防粘辊341a。辊座342a沿第二方向可移动地连接于安装座31a, 防粘辊341a可转动地连接于该辊座342a,且位于吸胶块321a的上游和/或下游。辊座342a能够沿第二方向移动至压紧位置。当辊座342a移动至该压紧位置时,防粘辊341a压紧第一吸附座21a上的第一料带aa或第二吸附座22a上的第二料带。
如此,在换卷过程中,当吸胶块321a将第一料带aa的切断端和第二料带的起头端压紧在第二吸附座22a上,使得第一料带aa的切断端和第二料带的起头端相互粘接后,辊座342a沿第二方向朝向第二吸附座22a移动,直至防粘辊341a将第一料带aa的切断端压紧在第二吸附座22a上(此时,辊座342a处于压紧位置),吸胶块321a沿第二方向远离第二吸附座22a移动而复位。在吸胶块321a复位的过程中,由于相互粘接的第一料带aa和第二料带被防粘辊341a压紧在第二吸附座22a上,能够确保吸胶块321a与第一料带aa分离,避免第一料带aa粘接在吸胶块321a上而被吸胶块321a带离。吸胶块321a沿第二方向复位后,第二料带跟随第一料带aa向下游输送,使得防粘辊341a对第一料带aa和第二料带的粘接处进行辊压,确保第一料带aa和第二料带的粘接更为牢靠。辊压一段时间后,辊座342a沿第二方向远离第二吸附座22a移动而复位,使得防粘辊341a与第二料带分离。
如此,在换卷过程中,当吸胶块321a将第二料带的切断端和第一料带aa的起头端压紧在第一吸附座21a上,使得第二料带的切断端和第一料带aa的起头端相互粘接后,辊座342a沿第二方向朝向第一吸附座21a移动,直至防粘辊341a将第二料带的切断端压紧在第一吸附座21a上(此时,辊座342a处于压紧位置),吸胶块321a沿第二方向远离第一吸附座21a移动而复位。在吸胶块321a复位的过程中,由于相互粘接的第一料带aa和第二料带被防粘辊341a压紧在第一吸附座21a上,能够确保吸胶块321a与第二料带分离,避免第二料带粘接在吸胶块321a上而被吸胶块321a带离。吸胶块321a沿第二方向复位后,第一料带aa跟随第二料带向下游输送,使得防粘辊341a对第一料带aa和第二料带的粘接处进行辊压,确保第一料带aa和第二料带的粘接更为牢靠。辊压一段时间后,辊座342a沿第二方向远离第一吸附座21a移动而复位,使得防粘辊341a与第一料带aa分离。
需要说明的是,防粘辊341a位于吸胶块321a的上游和/或下游指的是, 在一个实施例中,仅在吸胶块321a的上游设置防粘辊341a;在另一个实施例中,仅在吸胶块321a的下游设置防粘辊341a;在又一实施例中,在吸胶块321a的上游和下游各设置一个防粘辊341a。
具体到实施例中,防粘组件34a还包括设置在安装座31a上的防粘驱动件343a,该防粘驱动件343a与辊座342a传动连接,以驱动辊座342a沿第二方向移动,从而带动辊座342a上的防粘辊341a沿第二方向移动,以完成防粘动作。可选地,防粘驱动件343a可以采用气缸。
进一步地,防粘组件34a还包括第二导套及第二导向杆344a,第二导套安装于安装座31a,第二导向杆344a与第二导套滑动配合,且第二导向杆344a的纵长方向与第二方向平行。辊座342a与第二导向杆344a的一端固定连接,从而利用第二导向杆344a与第二导套的滑动配合来对辊座342a沿第二方向的移动进行导向,使得防粘动作稳定可靠。当然,在其他实施例中也可采用其他的导向结构(例如滑轨滑块导向结构)对辊座342a的移动进行导向,在此不作限定。
进一步地,辊座342a具有一供吸胶块321a穿设的避让孔,辊座342a位于吸胶块321a上游的部分用于安装一个防粘辊341a,辊座342a位于吸胶块321a下游的部分也用于安装一个防粘辊341a,且吸胶块321a相对辊座342a沿第二方向移动的过程中可从避让孔中穿过。如此,一方面确保在吸胶块321a的上游和下游均设置有防粘辊341a,提高防粘效果;另一方面避免辊座342a对吸胶块321a的移动造成干涉。
本申请的实施例中,切断组件33a包括切胶驱动件333a、切刀座334a及第一切刀331a。切胶驱动件333a设置于安装座31a,并与切刀座334a驱动连接,以驱动切刀座334a沿第二方向移动。第一切刀331a安装于该切刀座334a,并位于吸胶端(即吸胶块321a)的上游。切刀座334a沿第二方向移动的过程中,能够带动第一切刀331a沿第二方向移动,以将第一吸附座21a上的第一料带aa或第二吸附座22a上的第二料带切断。可选地,切胶驱动件333a可以采用气缸。
进一步地,切断组件33a还包括第三导套和第三导向杆335a,第三导套安装于安装座31a,第三导向杆335a与第三导套滑动配合,且第三导向杆335a 的纵长方向与第二方向平行。切刀座334a与第三导向杆335a的一端固定连接,从而利用第三导向杆335a与第三导套的滑动配合来对切刀座334a沿第二方向的移动进行导向,使得第一切刀331a的切胶动作稳定可靠。
具体到实施例中,第一吸附座21a的上游侧连接有第一支撑座211a,第二吸附座22a的上游侧连接有第二支撑座221a。切断组件33a还包括压胶块332a和第一弹性件336a。压胶块332a沿第二方向可移动地连接于切刀座334a,第一弹性件336a抵接于压胶块332a与切刀座334a之间,以提供使得压胶块332a具有沿第二方向朝向第一吸附座21a或第二吸附座22a移动趋势的预紧力。
当移动座11a位于第一位置时,压胶块332a与第一支撑座211a在第二方向上相对,从而使得切胶驱动件333a驱动切刀座334a沿第二方向朝向第一吸附座21a移动的过程中,带动压胶块332a朝向第一支撑座211a移动,从而使得压胶块332a将第一料带aa压紧于第一支撑座211a上,避免第一切刀331a切断第一料带aa时第一料带aa晃动而导致切断效果差。当移动座11a位于第二位置时,压胶块332a与第二支撑座221a在第二方向上相对,从而使得切胶驱动件333a驱动切刀座334a沿第二方向朝向第二吸附座22a移动的过程中,带动压胶块332a朝向第二支撑座221a移动,从而使得压胶块332a将第二料带压紧于第二支撑座221a上,避免第一切刀331a切断第二料带时第二料带晃动而导致切断效果差。
需要说明的是,在切胶过程中,切胶驱动件333a驱动切刀座334a沿第二方向朝向第一吸附座21a或第二吸附座22a移动的过程中,压胶块332a先于第一切刀331a与第一料带aa或第二料带接触,随着切刀座334a继续朝向第一吸附座21a或第二吸附座22a移动,第一切刀331a才与第一料带aa或第二料带接触并将其切断。
进一步地,第一支撑座211a与第一吸附座21a之间形成供第一切刀331a切入的第一切刀槽212a,从而避免第一切刀331a切断第一料带aa时与第一吸附座21a接触而损坏。第二支撑座221a与第二吸附座22a之间形成有供第一切刀331a切入的第二切刀槽222a,从而避免第一切刀331a切断第二料带时与第二吸附座22a接触而损坏。
本申请的实施例中,换卷机构30a还包括压胶组件35a,该压胶组件35a 包括压胶驱动件352a、压胶座353a及压胶辊351a。压胶驱动件352a设置于安装座31a,并与压胶座353a驱动连接,以驱动压胶座353a沿第二方向移动。压胶辊351a可转动地连接于压胶座353a,并位于切断组件33a的上游。可选地,压胶驱动件352a可以是气缸。
换卷装置还包括设置于移动座11a上的第一过辊40a和第二过辊41a,且第一过辊40a和第二过辊41a分别供第一料带a和第二料带绕经。当移动座11a位于第一位置时,压胶辊351a与第一过辊40a在第二方向上相对,使得压胶驱动件352a能够通过压胶座353a驱动压胶辊351a沿第二方向朝向第一过辊40a移动,直至压胶辊351a将第一料带aa压紧在第一过辊40a上,避免第一料带aa被切断后位于第一放卷组件121a与切断组件33a之间的第一料带aa(即第一料带aa的尾端)随意摆荡。由于压胶辊351a绕自身轴线可转动,使得压胶辊351a与第一过辊40a压紧第一料带aa时第一料带aa仍然可以向下游输送。
当移动座11a位于第二位置时,压胶辊351a与第二过辊41a在第二方向上相对,使得压胶驱动件352a能够通过压胶座353a驱动压胶辊351a沿第二方向朝向第二过辊41a移动,直至压胶辊351a将第二料带压紧在第二过辊41a上,避免第二料带被切断后位于第二放卷组件122a与切断组件33a之间的第二料带(即第二料带的尾端)随意摆荡。由于压胶辊351a绕自身轴线可转动,使得压胶辊351a与第二过辊41a压紧第二料带时第二料带仍然可以向下游输送。
需要说明的是,实际生产中,存在部分料卷未在料带的尾端设置结尾标识的情况,因此无法用光电传感器71a确定需要进行换卷动作的时间点。为了解决无法准确的确定需要进行换卷动作的时间点的问题,在实际生产中,可在工作料带(第一料带aa或第二料带)的走带路径上设置用于检测工作料带张力变化的检测机构(例如料带缓存机构)。当工作料带的尾端与料筒分离时,工作料带失去张力或张力足够小,此时检测机构能够检测到工作料带的张力变化,从而确定此时需要进行换卷动作。进一步地,由于此时工作料带的尾端与料筒分离,压胶组件35a的设置使得能够通过压胶辊351a将工作料带的尾端压紧在第一过辊40a或第二过辊41a上,避免工作料带的尾端随意摆荡。
请参见图12所示,本申请的实施例中,换卷机构30a还包括设置于安装座31a上的第一压持组件36a和第二压持组件37a。第一压持组件36a和第二压持组件37a分别位于吸胶端(吸胶块321a)沿第一方向的两端。第一压持组件36a具有一沿第二方向可移动的第一压持端。第二压持组件37a具有一沿第二方向可移动的第二压持端。
当移动座11a位于第一位置时,第二压持端与第二吸附座22a在第二方向上相对,从而使得第二压持端能够沿第二方向朝向第二吸附座22a移动至将第二料带的起头端压紧在第二吸附座22a上,此时第二吸附座22a可停止对第二料带进行吸附,避免第二吸附座22a需要一直保持负压状态以吸附第二料带,有利于减少耗能,降低生产成本。当移动座11a位于第二位置时,第一压持端与第一吸附座21a在第二方向上相对,从而使得第一压持端能够沿第二方向移动至将第一料带aa的起头端压紧在第一吸附座21a上,此时第一吸附座21a可停止对第一料带aa进行吸附,避免第一吸附座21a需要一直保持负压状态以吸附第一料带aa,有利于减少耗能,降低生产成本。
具体到实施例中,第一压持组件36a还具有沿第二方向可移动的第一裁切端,第二压持组件37a还具有沿第二方向可移动的第二裁切端。
当移动座11a位于第一位置时,第二裁切端与第二吸附座22a在第二方向上相对,使得第二裁切端沿第二方向朝向第二吸附座22a移动的过程中能够将第二料带切断,从而使得第二料带的起头端切割平整,以便于后续与第一料带aa的切断端粘接。进一步地,第二裁切端与第二吸附座22a的下游边缘对齐,以便于第二裁切端切断第二料带时不与第二吸附座22a接触而避免损坏。
当移动座11a位于第二位置时,第一裁切端与第一吸附座21a在第二方向上相对,使得第一裁切端沿第二方向朝向第一吸附座21a移动的过程中能够将第一料带aa切断,从而使得第一料带aa的起头端切断平整,以便于后续与第二料带的切断端粘接。进一步地,第一裁切端与第一吸附座21a的下游边缘对齐,以便于第一裁切端切断第一料带aa时不与第一吸附座21a接触而避免损坏。
具体到实施例中,第一压持组件36a包括第一压持驱动件361a、第一活动座362a、第二切刀364a、第一压持块363a及第二弹性件366a。第一压持驱 动件361a设置于安装座31a,并与第一活动座362a驱动连接,以驱动第一活动座362a沿第二方向移动。第二切刀364a作为上述第一裁切端,并安装于该第一活动座362a上,以随第一活动座362a一同沿第二方向移动。
第一压持块363a作为上述第一压持端,并沿第二方向可移动地连接于第一活动座362a。第二弹性件366a抵接于第一压持块363a与第一活动座362a之间,以提供使得第一压持块363a具有朝向第一吸附座21a运动趋势的预紧力。可选地,第一压持驱动件361a可以是气缸,第二弹性件366a可以采用弹簧。
如此,当需要压紧并切断第一料带aa的起头端时,此时移动座11a位于第二位置,第一压持驱动件361a驱动第一活动座362a沿第二方向朝向第一吸附座21a移动,首先第一压持块363a与第一料带aa接触并将第一料带aa压紧于第一吸附座21a,随着第一活动座362a继续朝向第一吸附座21a移动,第二切刀364a与第一料带aa接触并将其切断。
进一步地,第一压持组件36a还包括第四导套和第四导向杆365a,第四导套安装于第一活动座362a,第四导向杆365a与第四导套滑动配合,并且第四导向杆365a的一端与第一压持块363a固定连接,第四导向杆365a的纵长方向与第二方向平行。如此,利用第四导向杆365a与第四导套的滑动配合对第一压持块363a沿第二方向的移动进行导向。
具体到实施例中,第二压持组件37a包括第二压持驱动件371a、第二活动座372a、第三切刀374a、第二压持块373a及第三弹性件376a。第二压持驱动件371a设置于安装座31a,并与第二活动座372a驱动连接,以驱动第二活动座372a沿第二方向移动。第三切刀374a作为上述第二裁切端,并安装于第二活动座372a,以随第二活动座372a一同沿第二方向移动。
第二压持块373a作为第二压持端,并沿第二方向可移动地连接于第二活动座372a上。第三弹性件376a抵接于第二压持块373a与第二活动座372a之间,以提供使得第二压持块373a具有朝向第二吸附座22a移动趋势的预紧力。可选地,第二压持驱动件371a可以是气缸,第三弹性件376a可以采用弹簧。
如此,当需要压紧并切断第二料带的起头端时,此时移动座11a位于第一位置,第二压持驱动件371a驱动第二活动座372a沿第二方向朝向第二吸附座 22a移动,首先第二压持块373a与第二料带接触并将第二料带压紧于第二吸附座22a,随着第二活动座372a继续朝向第二吸附座22a移动,第三切刀374a与第二料带接触并将其切断。
进一步地,第二压持组件37a还包括第五导套和第五导向杆375a,第五导套安装于第二活动座372a,第五导向杆375a与第五导套滑动配合,并且第五导向杆375a的一端与第二压持块373a固定连接,第五导向杆375a的纵长方向与第二方向平行如此,利用第五导向杆375a与第五导套的滑动配合对第二压持块373a沿第二方向的移动进行导向。
请参见图9及图12所示,下面以移动座11a位于第一位置,第二放卷组件122a放卷输出的第二料带的起头端被第三切刀374a切断,并被第二压持块373a压紧于第二吸附座22a(见图10)上,第一放卷组件121a放卷输出的第二料带穿过第一吸附座21a与吸胶块321a之间,并向下游输送为初始状态,对换卷装置的换卷过程进行说明:
当第一放卷组件121a上的料卷放卷完成而需要换卷时,首先,吸胶块321a在吸胶驱动件322a的驱动下向下移动,直至将第一料带aa压紧于第一吸附座21a上。
然后,切胶驱动件333a驱动切刀座334a向下移动,使得压胶块332a将第一料带aa压紧在第一支撑座211a上,随着切刀座334a继续向下移动,使得第一切刀331a由压胶块332a和吸胶块321a之间切断第一料带aa。在第一料带aa被切断后,切胶驱动件333a驱动切刀座334a向上移动而复位。
再然后,此时第一料带aa的切断端被吸胶块321a吸附,第一料带aa尾端被压胶辊351a压紧在第一过辊40a上。吸胶驱动件322a驱动吸胶块321a向上移动而复位,第二压持驱动件371a驱动第二活动座372a向上移动而复位,使得第二压持块373a解除对第二料带的压紧(此时第二吸附座22a可恢复对第二料带的吸附),换卷驱动件60a驱动移动座11a移动至第二位置。
再然后,吸胶驱动件322a驱动吸胶块321a向下移动,直至将第一料带aa的切断端和第二料带的起头端压紧在第二吸附座22a上(此时第二吸附座22a可停止对第二料带的吸附),使得第一料带aa的切断端和第二料带的起头端相互粘接。
再然后,防粘驱动件343a驱动辊座342a向下移动,直至防粘辊341a将第一料带aa的切断端压紧。吸胶块321a解除对第一料带aa的吸附,吸胶驱动件322a驱动吸胶块321a向上移动而复位,使得吸胶块321a与第一料带aa分离。
再然后,第二料带作为工作料带向下游输送,输送过程中防粘辊341a对第二料带的起头端和第一料带aa的切断端的粘接处进行辊压,使得第一料带aa和第二料带的粘接更加牢靠。粘接处经过防粘辊341a后,防粘驱动件343a驱动辊座342a向上移动而复位,从而带动防粘辊341a与第二料带分离。需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,也可在吸胶块321a向上移动而与第一料带aa分离后,防粘驱动件343a立即驱动辊座342a向上移动而复位,从而带动防粘辊341a与第一料带aa分离。此时,第二料带才作为工作料带向下游输送。
第一放卷组件121a上的料卷进行更换,并且第一放卷组件121a放卷输出的第一料带aa的起头端被第一压持块363a压紧于第一吸附座21a并被第二切刀364a切割平整,为下一次的换卷作好准备。当第二放卷组件122a上的料卷放卷完成而再次进行换卷的步骤与上述换卷步骤相类似,故在此不作赘述。
基于上述换卷装置,本申请还提供一种贴胶设备,该贴胶设备包括如上任一实施例中所述换卷装置。具体地,贴胶设备还包括备胶装置和贴胶装置,备胶装置用于接收换卷装置输出的胶带,并将胶带切断呈预设长度的胶片。贴胶装置用于将该胶片粘贴至指定位置。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种换卷装置,其中,包括:
    放卷组件,包括用于分别放卷输出第一料带和第二料带的第一放卷机构和第二放卷机构;及
    换卷组件,布设于所述放卷组件的下游,且包括安装座以及设置于所述安装座上的第一吸附机构、第二吸附机构和裁切机构,所述第一吸附机构包括第一吸附座,所述第二吸附机构包括第二吸附座;所述第一吸附座和所述第二吸附座沿第一方向布设,且被构造为其中至少一者相对另一者可沿所述第一方向相互靠近或远离;
    所述第一吸附座朝向所述第二吸附座的一侧具有沿与所述第一方向垂直的第二方向布设的第一吸附区域和第二吸附区域,所述第一吸附区域用于吸附所述第一料带,所述第二吸附区域用于吸附所述第二料带;所述第一吸附座还被构造为沿所述第二方向可移动,且所述第一吸附座沿所述第二方向移动的过程中,所述第一吸附区域和所述第二吸附区域可交替地与所述第二吸附座在所述第一方向上对齐;
    所述裁切机构布设于所述第二吸附座的上游,用于切断所述第二吸附座与所述第一吸附区域之间的所述第一料带或者所述第二吸附座与所述第二吸附区域之间的所述第二料带。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的换卷装置,其中,所述第一吸附座沿所述第二方向移动的过程中包括第一位置和第二位置;
    当所述第一吸附座位于所述第一位置时,所述第二吸附座与所述第一吸附区域在所述第一方向上对齐,所述裁切机构用于切断由所述第一吸附座与所述第二吸附座沿所述第一方向相互靠近而夹紧的所述第一料带,所述第二吸附座可吸附切断后的所述第一料带;
    当所述第一吸附座位于所述第二位置时,所述第二吸附座与所述第二吸附区域在所述第一方向上对齐,所述裁切机构用于切断由所述第一吸附座与所述第二吸附座沿所述第一方向相互靠近而夹紧的所述第二料带,所述第二吸附座可吸附切断后的所述第二料带。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的换卷装置,其中,所述第一吸附座朝向所述第二吸附座的一侧还具有第三吸附区域和第四吸附区域,所述第三吸附区域位于所述第一吸附区域的上游,所述第四吸附区域位于所述第二吸附区域的上游;
    当所述第一吸附座位于所述第一位置时,所述裁切组件可由所述第一吸附区域和所述第三吸附区域之间的位置切断所述第一料带;
    当所述第一吸附座位于所述第二位置时,所述裁切组件可由所述第二吸附区域和所述第四吸附区域之间的位置切断所述第二料带。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的换卷装置,其中,所述换卷组件还包括设置于所述安装座的第一压带机构和第二压带机构,所述第一压带机构具有沿所述第一方向可伸缩的第一压料端,所述第二压带机构具有沿所述第一方向可伸缩的第二压料端;
    当所述第一吸附座位于所述第一位置时,所述第一压料端用于将所述第二料带压紧于所述第二吸附区域;
    当所述第一吸附座位于所述第二位置时,所述第二压料端用于将所述第一料带压紧于所述第一吸附区域。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的换卷装置,其中,所述换卷组件还包括设置于所述第一压带机构的第一切断刀以及设置于所述第二压带机构的第二切断刀;
    所述第一切断刀用于切断被所述第一压料端压紧于所述第二吸附区域的第二料带的起头端;所述第二切断刀用于切断被所述第二压料端压紧于所述第一吸附区域的第一料带的起头端。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的换卷装置,其中,所述第一吸附机构还包括滑座及第一驱动件,所述滑座沿所述第二方向可移动地连接于所述安装座,所述第一吸附座设置于所述滑座,所述第一驱动件设置于所述安装座,且与所述滑座传动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的换卷装置,其中,所述第一吸附组件还包括第二驱动件,所述第一吸附座沿所述第一方向可移动地连接于所述滑座,所述第二驱动件相对所述滑座固定设置,且与所述第一吸附座传动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的换卷装置,还包括连接板,所述连接板连接于所述滑座,所述第一放卷机构和所述第二放卷机构沿所述第二方向布设于所述 连接板。
  9. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的换卷装置,其中,所述第二吸附机构还包括升降座及第三驱动件,所述升降座沿所述第一方向可移动地连接于所述安装座,所述第二吸附座连接于所述升降座,所述第三驱动件安装于所述安装座,且与所述升降座传动连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的换卷装置,其中,所述裁切机构包括导向座、切刀及第四驱动件,所述第四驱动安装于所述升降座或所述安装座,且与所述导向座传动连接,以驱动所述导向座沿所述第一方向移动,所述切刀安装于所述导向座;
    所述导向座沿所述第一方向移动地过程中,可带动所述切刀切断所述第二吸附座与所述第一吸附区域之间的所述第一料带或者所述第二吸附座与所述第二吸附区域之间的所述第二料带。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的换卷装置,其中,所述裁切机构还包括压块及弹性件,所述压块沿所述第一方向可移动地连接于所述导向座,且位于所述切刀的上游,所述弹性件设置于所述压块和所述导向座之间,以提供使得所述压块具有沿所述第一方向朝向所述第一吸附座靠近趋势的预紧力;
    在所述升降座沿所述第一方向靠近所述第一吸附座时,所述压块可将所述第一料带或所述第二料带压紧于所述第一吸附座。
  12. 一种卷绕设备,其中,包括如权利要求1至11任一项所述的换卷装置。
  13. 一种换卷装置,其中,包括:
    放卷机构,包括移动座及安装于所述移动座的放卷组件,所述放卷组件用于向下游输出第一料带和第二料带;
    吸附机构,包括相对所述移动座固定且沿第一方向布设的第一吸附座和第二吸附座,所述第一吸附座和所述第二吸附座位于所述放卷组件的下游,分别用于吸附所述第一料带和所述第二料带;及
    换卷机构,包括安装座及设置于所述安装座上的吸胶组件和切断组件,所述吸胶组件具有一位于所述切断组件的下游侧的吸胶端,所述吸胶端可受控地沿与所述第一方向相交的第二方向移动;
    其中,所述移动座相对所述安装座沿所述第一方向移动的过程中能够交替地在第一位置和第二位置之间切换;当所述移动座位于所述第一位置时,所述吸胶端和所述切断组件与所述第一吸附座在第二方向上相对,以分别吸取和切断所述第一吸附座上的所述第一料带;当所述移动座位于所述第二位置时,所述吸胶端和所述切断组件与所述第二吸附座在所述第二方向上相对,以分别吸取和切断所述第二吸附座上的所述第二料带。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的换卷装置,其中,所述吸胶组件包括吸胶驱动件及吸胶块,所述吸胶驱动件设置于所述安装座,并与所述吸胶块驱动连接,所述吸胶块作为所述吸胶端;所述吸胶驱动件用于驱动所述吸胶块沿所述第二方向靠近或远离所述第一吸附座或所述第二吸附座。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的换卷装置,其中,所述换卷机构还包括防粘组件,所述防粘组件包括辊座及防粘辊,所述辊座沿所述第二方向可移动地连接于所述安装座,所述防粘辊可转动地连接于所述辊座,且位于所述吸胶块的上游和/或下游;
    所述辊座能够沿所述第二方向移动至压紧位置,当所述辊座移动至所述压紧位置时,所述防粘辊压紧所述第一吸附座或所述第二吸附座上的料带。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的换卷装置,其中,所述切断组件包括切胶驱动件、切刀座及第一切刀,所述切胶驱动件设置于所述安装座,并与所述切刀座驱动连接,以驱动所述切刀座沿所述第二方向移动,所述第一切刀安装于所述切刀座,且位于所述吸胶端的上游;
    所述切刀座沿所述第二方向移动的过程中,能够带动所述第一切刀切断所述第一吸附座上的第一料带或所述第二吸附座上的第二料带。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的换卷装置,其中,所述第一吸附座的上游侧连接有所述第一支撑座,所述第二吸附座的上游侧连接有所述第二支撑座;
    所述切断组件还包括压胶块和第一弹性件,所述压胶块沿所述第二方向可移动地连接于所述切刀座,所述第一弹性件抵接于所述压胶块与所述切刀座之间;
    当所述移动座位于所述第一位置时,所述压胶块与所述第一支撑座在所述第二方向上相对;当所述移动座位于所述第二位置时,所述压胶块与所述第二 支撑座在所述第二方向上相对。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的换卷装置,其中,所述第一支撑座与所述第一吸附座之间形成供所述第一切刀切入的第一切刀槽;所述第二支撑座与所述第二吸附座之间形成供所述第一切刀切入的第二切刀槽。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的换卷装置,其中,所述换卷机构还包括设置于所述安装座上的第一压持组件和第二压持组件,所述第一压持组件和所述第二压持组件分别位于所述吸胶端沿所述第一方向的两侧,所述第一压持组件具有一沿所述第二方向可移动的第一压持端,所述第二压持组件具有一沿所述第二方向可移动的第二压持端;
    当所述移动座位于所述第一位置时,所述第二压持端与所述第二吸附座在所述第二方向上相对;当所述移动座位于所述第二位置时,所述第一压持端与所述第一吸附座在所述第二方向上相对。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的换卷装置,其中,所述第一压持组件还具有沿所述第二方向可移动的第一裁切端,所述第二压持组件还具有沿所述第二方向可移动的第二裁切端;
    当所述移动座位于所述第一位置时,所述第二裁切端与所述第二吸附座在所述第二方向上相对;当所述移动座位于所述第二位置时,所述第一裁切端与所述第一吸附座在所述第二方向上相对。
  21. 根据权利要求13所述的换卷装置,还包括基座及换卷驱动件,所述安装座连接于所述基座上,所述移动座沿所述第一方向可移动地连接于所述基座上,所述换卷驱动件设置于所述基座,并与所述移动座驱动连接。
  22. 一种贴胶设备,其中,包括如权利要求13至21中任一项所述的换卷装置。
