Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating an overview of this service to which a reception system according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied.
First, a service to which a reception system according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied (hereinafter referred to as "this service") will be briefly described.
This service supports the reception of visitors visiting a place managed by a predetermined organization, in other words, the initial response by the predetermined organization to visitors.
For example, in a company (an example of a designated organization) that resides on a designated floor of Building BLD (an example of a management location), visitors to the company may be interviewed about the visitor's business, etc. However, there is a reception service that transfers the request to a person in charge UT who meets the requirements.
This service reduces the human burden of reception work on the company and is convenient for visitors by realizing reception work via a server 1 on the cloud provided by a service provider (not shown). It is something that improves sexuality. Furthermore, since this service implements reception operations using the server 1 on the cloud, the company does not need to newly introduce equipment exclusively for reception operations.
The flow of this service will be explained below using FIG. 1.
In step ST1, the visitor UV carries the visitor terminal 2 and visits the entrance of a predetermined floor (company) of the building BLD where the company to be visited is located.
For example, the visitor UV is someone outside the company, such as a person who has a meeting scheduled with an employee of the company or a package delivery person.
コードCには、後述する本サービスの受付支援ウェブサイトのURL(Uniform Resource Locator)の情報が含まれている。
Here, a medium RB with a code C is placed at the entrance of the company. Code C includes information on the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) of the reception support website for this service, which will be described later.
Further, this medium is, for example, a paper medium on which a code C is printed and attached, and is placed using a predetermined holder or the like.
In addition, a reception support website is a website that accepts input of information necessary for company reception operations (hereinafter referred to as "visit information") such as the purpose of the visit, the affiliation and name of the visitor UV, and This is a website that provides support for reception work, such as presenting reception status and other information.
Note that an example of the medium RB with the code C will be described later using FIG. 5.
Therefore, in step ST2, the visitor UV activates the camera function of his own visitor terminal 2 and scans it by holding it over the medium RB. Then, the visitor terminal 2 reads the code C attached to the medium and acquires the URL information included in the code C. The visitor UV then accesses the reception support website using the URL of the reception support website.
As a result, the reception support website is displayed on the web browser of the visitor terminal 2, and it becomes possible to input visit information on this website.
Then, in step ST3, the visitor UV uses the reception support website displayed on the visitor terminal 2 to input the visitor UV's own business and visit information such as the visitor UV's affiliation and name. .
That is, since the visitor UV can input visit information using the visitor terminal 2 that he/she is accustomed to using, he/she can easily input the affiliation, name, etc.
Note that examples of web pages of the reception support website will be described later using FIGS. 6 to 11.
Next, in step ST4, the visit information input by the visitor UV is transmitted from the visitor terminal 2 to the server 1 on the cloud. Based on the sent visit information, the server 1 on the cloud sends a notification to the person in charge terminal 3 that the person in charge UT who is supposed to attend to the visitor UV has been visited by the visitor UV.
Thereby, information for dealing with the visitor UV is provided to the appropriate person in charge UT based on the visit information of the visitor UV, and thus the visitor UV can be dealt with appropriately.
In this way, a company can receive support for reception operations simply by placing media at the entrance of the company, without introducing new equipment exclusively for reception operations at the entrance of the company. Furthermore, the company can accept visitors UV without having to deploy personnel who handle the reception work and relay them to the person in charge UT according to the visitor UV's needs.
Also, in this way, the visitor UV can receive the reception by scanning the code C attached to the medium RB placed at the entrance of the company.
That is, conventionally, a two-dimensional barcode etc. issued to the person in charge UT in advance is stored in the visitor terminal 2, or printed on a paper medium, carried around, and read by a scanner placed at the entrance of the company. There was a reception system where you could check in. However, for example, it is troublesome to transfer a two-dimensional barcode or the like issued to a work email address to the visitor terminal 2 in advance or to search using the visitor terminal 2.
On the other hand, with this service, the visitor UV only needs to scan the code C attached to the medium RB placed at the entrance of the company, so such trouble can be omitted.
Furthermore, the visitor UV can receive the reception by simply inputting the visit information on the reception support website displayed on the visitor terminal 2 using the visitor terminal 2 carried by the visitor. can.
Here, the visitor UV can input visit information using the visitor terminal 2 that he or she carries, that is, that he or she usually uses. As a result, for example, the visitor UV can enter the affiliation and name using words (proper nouns, etc.) registered in the dictionary of the visitor terminal 2, predictive conversion, etc. It is easy to input visit information by using the on-screen keyboard or the on-screen keyboard.
Furthermore, conventionally, reception terminals (telephones, touch pads, etc.) placed at receptions are shared with other visitors. As a result, multiple visitors operate the system one after another, which is not recommended from the perspective of preventing infectious diseases.
On the other hand, inputting visit information using one's own visitor terminal 2 as in this service also serves as a measure to prevent infectious diseases.
In this way, this service improves the convenience of reception for visitors UV.
Next, with reference to FIG. 2, the configuration of an information processing system that realizes the provision of the above-described service, that is, an information processing system included in the reception system of the present invention, will be described.
FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating an example of a configuration of an embodiment of an information processing system included in the reception system of FIG.

The functional configuration of the server 1 and the like in FIG. 3 in the information processing system in FIG. 2 will be described below.
FIG. 4 is a functional block diagram showing an example of the functional configuration of the server in FIG. 3 that constitutes the information processing system in FIG. 2.
As shown in FIG. 4, in the CPU 11 of the server 1, a reception processing execution section 51, an input control information management section 52, an input control information transmission control section 53, and a determination section 54 function.
A past visit DB 61 is provided in one area of the storage unit 18 .
Further, in the CPU 41 of the visitor terminal 2, a control information reading section 71, an acquisition request section 72, an input control information acquisition section 73, and a visit information transmission control section 74 function.
Note that, as described above, the medium has a code C that includes a URL for transmitting an acquisition request to the information processing device.
The reception processing execution unit 51 executes reception processing necessary for reception of the visitor based on the visit information.
As described above in the explanation of FIG. 1, the visit information is information necessary for the company's reception work, such as the purpose of the visit, the affiliation and name of the visitor UV. Here, the visit information includes information that allows identification of the person in charge UT with whom the visitor UV has a meeting.
Further, the reception processing execution unit 51 executes, as at least part of the reception processing, a process of notifying the receptionist of the visitor's visit via the receptionist terminal.
Furthermore, as described above, in this embodiment, visit information is exchanged via the reception support website. Therefore, the reception processing execution unit 51 stores and manages various information exchanged via the reception support website in the past visit DB 61. Thereby, information such as the name of the company to which the visitor UV belongs and the name of the visitor UV is managed in association with the visitor terminal 2. Furthermore, the result of reception processing of the visitor UV (for example, whether an appointment with the person in charge UT exists and has been accepted) is also managed as appropriate. Thereby, when a visitor UV recorded in the past visit DB 61 visits the company again, it becomes possible to judge whether or not the visitor UV was properly accepted and processed the previous time.
The input control information management unit 52 manages a reception support website that controls input of visit information.
When the input control information transmission control unit 53 receives a request to obtain a reception support website from another terminal, it executes control to transmit the reception support website to the other terminal.
In the visitor terminal 2, the control information reading unit 71 reads the URL of the reception support website included in the code C of the medium RB.
The acquisition request unit 72 executes control to transmit an acquisition request for the reception support website to the information processing device, using the reading of the URL of the reception support website as a trigger. That is, the visitor terminal 2 accesses the reception support website.
The input control information acquisition unit 73 acquires the reception support website transmitted from the server 1 in response to the reception support website acquisition request. The visitor UV checks the reception support website and inputs visit information.
The visit information transmission control unit 74 executes control to transmit the visit information input as a result of the visitor UV operation to the server 1 under the control of the reception support website.
When the determination unit 54 of the server 1 receives a request to obtain a reception support website from another terminal, it determines whether the other terminal or its owner has visited the management location in the past.
If the determining unit 54 determines that the visit has not been made, it causes the input control information transmission control means to function, and if it determines that the visit has been completed, it prohibits the function of the input control information transmission control means and adds reception processing to the reception process. be able to carry out.
That is, the determination unit 54 determines whether information such as the company to which the person carrying the visitor terminal 2 (visitor UV in this case) belongs who accessed the reception support website and the name of the visitor UV has already been recorded in the past visit DB 61. If so, it can be determined that this is a second visit, and control can be executed to omit inputting at least part of the visit information.
In this way, information is exchanged between the server 1, the visitor terminal 2, and the person in charge terminal 3, thereby performing reception.
The exchange of information in the reception process will be explained in more detail below using an example of the medium RB and reception support website.
FIG. 5 is a diagram showing an example of the medium shown in FIG.
The medium RB in FIG. 5 has the name of the company, a guide for the visitor UV, and a code C printed thereon.
Specifically, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, a character string "QRover Inc." as the company name is printed on the medium RB.
In addition, the medium RB includes a character string "Welcome. If you are in need, please read the QR code below. Thank you!" as a message to the visitor UV.
Further, a code C is shown on the medium RB in the form of, for example, a QR code (registered trademark).
As described above, the medium RB shown in FIG. 5 is placed at the entrance of the company using a predetermined holder or the like. Thereby, the visitor UV who has arrived at the entrance of the company confirms the company name and information displayed on the medium RB, and then reads the code C into the visitor terminal 2.
Hereinafter, an example of the operation of the reception support website by a visitor UV who has a promise (reservation) to have a meeting with the person in charge UT will be explained using FIG. 6.
FIG. 6 is a diagram showing an example of a reception support website screen displayed on a visitor terminal.
For example, a visitor UV who has an appointment (reservation) to have a meeting with a person in charge UT can contact the person UT who made the appointment (reservation) by operating the screen as shown in Figures 6 (A) to (C). You can receive it at the reception desk.
Specifically, first, when the visitor UV accesses the reception support website using the visitor terminal 2, a screen shown in FIG. 6(A) is displayed on the visitor terminal 2.
A requirement selection button area RY and a visitor information input area RR are arranged on the screen of FIG. 6(A).
In the example of Figure 6 (A), the requirement selection button area RY includes "general reception (with reservations)", "general reception (no reservations)", "for employment interviews", and "delivery/other reception". Four buttons are arranged.
Visitor UV has an appointment (reservation) to have a meeting with the person in charge UT, so he selects "general reception (with reservation)".
Then, the visitor UV inputs his/her company name and name (full name) into the visitor (visitor) information input area RR.
Then, when the visitor UV performs an operation to complete the input (for example, presses the enter key while the cursor is in the name input area), the reception support site transitions to the state shown in FIG. 6(B). That is, the screen of FIG. 6(B) is displayed on the visitor terminal 2.
On the screen of FIG. 6(B), a screen for assisting the visitor UV in selecting his/her own destination, that is, the person in charge T, is displayed.
Specifically, for example, the screen in FIG. 6(B) displays two items: "input of person in charge" and "selection of department."
The visitor UV selects the item for inputting the person in charge and enters the name of the person in charge UT with whom he or she has an appointment (reservation). Specifically, for example, when the visitor UV inputs "Taro Sato", the reception support website displays "Taro Sato" from the sales department as a candidate for the person in charge.
The visitor UV selects "Taro Sato" from the sales department displayed as a candidate.
Here, if the visitor UV cannot remember the name of the person in charge T, for example, by entering a part of the name (for example, "Sato") as the name of the person in charge UT, Mr. Sato of each department can May be displayed as a list. In that case, the visitor UV can select "Taro Sato" from the sales department with whom he has made an appointment (reservation) for a meeting from the displayed list.
For example, if the visitor UV cannot remember the name of the person in charge UT, but can remember that he belonged to the sales department, he can select the department selection item and select the sales department to confirm that he belongs to the sales department. A list of persons may be displayed. In that case, the visitor UV can select "Taro Sato" from the sales department with whom he has made an appointment (reservation) for a meeting from the displayed list.
In this way, the visitor UV can select the person in charge UT (here, "Taro Sato" of the sales department) using each method.
Then, when the visitor UV performs an input completion operation (for example, presses a selection completion button (not shown)), the reception support site transitions to FIG. 6(C). That is, the screen of FIG. 6(C) is displayed on the visitor terminal 2.
The example screen in Figure 6 (C) displays the text strings ``I will call the person in charge'' and ``If the person in charge is correct, please press the call button'', along with the name of ``Taro Sato'' from the sales department. and a call button.

The example screen in Figure 8(B) displays the text strings ``I will call the person in charge'' and ``If the person in charge is correct, please press the call button'', as well as the UT of the person in charge to be called. There is a message indicating that "Interviewer" has been selected and a call button.
The visitor UV presses the call button. As a result, the person in charge of the interview (such as a person belonging to the human resources department) who is the person in charge UT is notified on the person in charge terminal 3 that the visitor UV has visited.
Next, with reference to FIG. 9, an example of the operation of the reception support website by a visitor UV who has other matters other than those mentioned above (for example, a delivery person who has a delivery matter) will be described.
FIG. 9 is a diagram showing an example of a screen of a reception support website displayed on a visitor terminal.
For example, a visitor UV who has a delivery matter can operate the screen according to the flow shown in FIGS. The person in charge of the work can be asked to act as an intermediary.
Specifically, first, when the visitor UV accesses the reception support website using the visitor terminal 2, a screen shown in FIG. 9(A) is displayed on the visitor terminal 2.
The configuration of the screen in FIG. 9(A) is basically the same as the configuration in FIG. 6(A). Therefore, the explanation will be omitted.
Visitor UV does not have any other business (for example, delivery business), so he selects "Delivery/Other Reception".
In this case, the visitor information input area RR shown in FIGS. 6 to 8 is not arranged.
Then, when the visitor UV performs an input completion operation (for example, presses a selection completion button (not shown)), the reception support site transitions to FIG. 9(B). That is, the screen of FIG. 9(B) is displayed on the visitor terminal 2.
The example screen in Figure 9(B) displays the text strings ``I will call the person in charge'' and ``Please press the call button if the person in charge is correct below'', as well as the UT of the person in charge to be called. There is a notification that the "person in charge" of the reception has been selected, and a call button is placed.
The visitor UV presses the call button. As a result, the person in charge of the general reception who is the person in charge UT (the person in charge of various tasks) is notified on the person in charge terminal 3 that the visitor UV has visited.
FIG. 10 is a diagram showing an example of a notification screen to the person in charge terminal that there is a visitor.
Notification to the person in charge terminal 3 is performed in various forms.
In the example of FIG. 10, a notification is sent on the company's communication tool that there is a visitor UV to the person in charge UT.
Specifically, the time of reception, visit information, etc. are notified that the visitor UV has visited.
The communication tool in the example of FIG. 10 has a function of responding to notifications. Therefore, in this service, by using a response function, the person who receives the notification can select whether to respond to the reception or refuse the reception (not respond to the reception).
This allows the person who received the notification to follow up and respond to the notification by any other person who also received the notification (for example, someone within the department).
Next, another embodiment of the information processing apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described.
In the above embodiment, when the code C attached to the medium placed at the entrance is read by the visitor terminal 2, the screen of the reception support website is displayed on the visitor terminal 2, and the code C attached to the medium placed at the entrance is displayed on the visitor terminal 2. The person in charge UT was identified from the visited information, a call button was displayed, and when the call button was pressed, information on the visitor UV was notified to the corresponding person UT terminal 3. In this series of steps, , procedures and controls other than those described above may be executed.

<Telephone Notification> Function In explaining the <Telephone Notification> function, the procedure until the visitor UV presses the call button is the same as the <Chat Notification> function described above, and the explanation thereof will be omitted.
In the case of the <telephone notification> function, after pressing the call button, a call is made to the office's main phone, the visiting person's mobile phone, or both.
When a call is made, the call is picked up using one of the telephone devices mentioned above, and a call is started, the <telephone notification> function notifies the user of a fixed voice message or the message below.
・Reservation available "[Visitor name] from [visiting company name] has come to [department] [person in charge] via the [call button name] button."
・No reservation "[Visitor name] from [Visiting company name] has arrived via the [Call button name] button."
・Interview "Mr. [visitor name] has arrived via the [call button name] button."
・Other "Visitor UV came from the [Call button name] button."
If the call is not connected after making a call, there is also a setting to continue calling. Once you make a call, you will be in the same state as pressing the reception response button on SLACK. If the call cannot be made, we will not be able to respond.
In addition, when the person in charge UT who received the notification from Visitor UV presses "OK" on the screen of the person in charge terminal 3 such as a smartphone, a message such as "Currently responding" will be displayed on Visitor UV's smart phone. Since it is displayed on the business chat screen or browser screen of the phone or feature phone, it is possible to notify the office staff that they are responding to the visitor.
In addition, it has a tamper-proof function.
When the browser acquires the location information of the visitor's smartphone and notifies it to server 1, the tamper prevention function detects that if the location is outside the predetermined range from the office (for example, the location of the reception counter), it is not near the office. The reception screen is not sent without making a judgment, and reception becomes impossible.
<Calendar schedule verification function> (Includes automatic check-in function and employee information hiding function.
The calendar schedule matching function of the server 1 is based on the visit information transmitted from the visitor terminal 3 by the visit information transmission control unit 74 and the schedule (schedule information) registered in advance in the calendar, and the function of checking the schedule of the office (management place). It functions as an entry permission determining means for determining whether a visitor UV can enter the office from the reception desk.
The calendar schedule verification function includes an automatic check-in function and an employee information hiding function.
The calendar's schedule verification function sends a notification (SLACK, landline phone, mobile phone, etc.) to the person in charge terminal 3 by reading a QR code (two-dimensional code) installed at the reception desk of the office.
The calendar's schedule comparison function is such that when a visitor UV reads the QR code on the visitor terminal 2, it is checked against the calendar schedule of the calendar program installed in the server 1 in advance, and if there is a reservation, it is sent to the person in charge UT. If there is no match, we will connect you to the specified contact information (general reception, etc.).
By changing the response settings, it is also possible to send a refusal message, control the unlocking of the facility entrance door, etc.
The calendar's schedule verification function hides the information about the destination on the tablet screen, which prevents employee information from being seen by other visitors, eliminating concerns about information leaks.
In addition, the server 1 includes, for example, a history creation function that creates a history of the visitor UV, and a language conversion function (translation function) that automatically converts (translates) messages and voice calls according to the language used by the visitor UV. .
The preprocessing in the calendar's schedule verification function is as follows.
When the person in charge (reception side) has a visitor UV scheduled, he/she inputs the visitor information (email address, company name, name) into the time frame or time zone of the calendar of the server 1.
When a visitor visits the reception desk of a facility such as an office, a QR code (two-dimensional code) is visible at the reception desk (the QR code is printed on paper or displayed on a tablet screen).
Visitor UV reads the QR code placed at the reception desk with his or her smartphone and launches the browser.
When using the service for the first time, the visitor UV enters his or her email address on the browser screen and presses the [Send] button. After the visitor UV inputs the e-mail address, the employee information hiding function checks whether there is a schedule in which the e-mail address of the visitor UV is written at the time on the calendar of the visited place.

At facilities such as hotel receptions and unmanned stores, you can simply read the QR code printed on paper or displayed on a tablet at the reception desk of the facility where you are making a reservation using the <SNS linked reservation> function. Check-in (reception) is completed.
The <SNS-linked reservation> function checks calendar schedules and visitor information, allows visitors with reservations to check in (reception), and the <Smart lock> function unlocks the entrance door of the facility. As a result, those who have not made a reservation will not be able to check in, and will not be able to enter beyond the reception desk.
The collaboration function between the <SNS linked reservation> function and the <Smart lock> function can be applied not only to hotel receptions, unmanned stores, etc., but also to facilities such as nursing homes and hospitals.
In this case, for visitors such as family members of hospitalized people, UV checks should be automatically performed for people approved by the hospital when they enter the facility and when they enter the room, and the door at the facility entrance should be opened and closed automatically. I can do it.
By scanning the QR code, swiping a pre-issued QR code, or entering the reservation number, the entrance door to the facility will open and you can enter the facility. You can also create a history of visitor UVs.
Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and modifications, improvements, etc. are included in the present invention as long as the purpose of the present invention can be achieved. It is.
For example, a code C for reception to visitors can be issued in advance.
In this case, for example, the visitor UV can register for each company/tenant at once by having the code read at the building's general reception.
Further, for example, the medium RB is not limited to a paper medium. For example, the medium RB may be a wall, and the code C may be displayed using a projector or the like, or may be a shaped object formed by embossing or the like.
Further, for example, in the above-described embodiment, the visit information is input through the reception support website accessed from the visitor terminal 2, but the present invention is not particularly limited to this.
For example, a three-dimensional hologram using augmented reality (AR) technology, virtual reality (VR) technology, mixed reality (MR) technology, etc. is provided to the visitor UV, and through this A reception process including input of visit information may be performed.
Furthermore, input of visit information may be performed not through the visitor terminal 2 but through an information processing device placed at the entrance of the company. In this case, it is preferable for the information processing device placed at the entrance of the company to receive visit information using a non-contact method, such as a gesture of the visitor UV, a line of sight, or a voice command. Note that these methods may also be provided when the visitor UV is inputted using the visitor terminal 2 to input visitor information.
For example, visitors UV (Visitor Terminal 2) from the second time onward can read the code C placed at the reception desk with their smartphones, and their information entered in the past will be automatically entered when the browser is started. can do. That is, for example, the server 1 stores the visitor UV information input at the time of the first visit, and from the second visit onward, calls up the visitor UV information using information that can identify the visitor terminal 2. It can be used.
Notification of visit information is not limited to the contact tool shown in FIG. 10, and various other methods may be adopted. That is, for example, an outside line telephone may be used. In this case, the visited company can receive notifications without having to set up a contact tool or develop another notification method.
In this case, for example, the server 1 calls the representative phone, the mobile phone of the person in charge of the visit, or both.
Additionally, the contact tool and telephone may be used together. In this case, for example, when the call is successful, it is the same as if a response of "reception response" was made using the contact tool. This allows the department to know that reception is being handled within the department.
Also, for example, if the visitor UV does not know the contact information after reading the code C during the visit, it would be good if the visitor UV could directly call the person in charge of the visited place by phone or chat. That is, it is also possible to provide vague information to the general reception desk via telephone or chat, and have the reception desk respond appropriately.
For example, after reading the code C, the visitor UV can create audio or video, send it to the destination, and receive it.
In this case, the audio or video audio is provided over the phone, or converted into text and provided via a contact tool.
Further, for example, after reading the code C on the visitor terminal 2, the visitor may be able to make a call to the visited place by telephone or various call tools.
For example, an advertisement may be displayed on the visitor terminal 2 of the visitor UV while the person in charge UT is calling. This functions to introduce products of the visited company and to reduce (or compensate for) the usage fee for this service.
For example, a discount coupon may be given to the visitor terminal 2 after calling the person in charge UT.
Further, for example, the series of processes described above can be executed by hardware or by software.
In other words, the functional configuration in FIG. 4 is merely an example and is not particularly limited.
In other words, it is sufficient that the information processing system is equipped with a function that can execute the above-mentioned series of processes as a whole, and what functional blocks and databases are used to realize this function are limited to the example shown in FIG. Not done. Further, the location of the functional blocks is not particularly limited to that shown in FIG. 4, and may be arbitrary. For example, the functional blocks of the server 1 may be transferred to the visitor terminal 2, the person in charge terminal 3, etc. Further, the functional blocks of the visitor terminal 2 and the person in charge terminal 3 may be transferred to the server 1 or the like.
Further, the server 1 may be configured with a plurality of information processing devices, and the above-mentioned functions may be realized by cooperation of one or more information processing devices.
Further, for example, when a series of processes is executed by software, a program constituting the software is installed on a computer or the like from a network or a recording medium.
The computer may be a computer built into dedicated hardware.
Further, the computer may be a computer that can execute various functions by installing various programs, such as a server, a general-purpose smartphone, or a personal computer.
For example, a recording medium containing such a program may not only be a removable medium (not shown) distributed separately from the device itself to provide the program to the user, but also a recording medium that is pre-installed in the device body. It consists of recording media etc. provided to users.
Note that in this specification, the step of writing a program to be recorded on a recording medium is not only a process that is performed chronologically in accordance with the order, but also a process that is not necessarily performed chronologically but in parallel or individually. It also includes the processing to be executed.
Furthermore, in this specification, the term system refers to an overall device composed of a plurality of devices, a plurality of means, and the like.
