Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de cuisine portatif (100) comprenant un accouplement d'outil (102) configuré pour venir en prise de manière amovible avec au moins un outil de traitement d'aliment (104A, 104B), et un système d'entraînement motorisé (105A, 105B) pour entraîner la rotation de l'au moins un outil de traitement d'aliment en prise. L'appareil de cuisine portatif comprend en outre un éjecteur (106) pour pousser la libération du ou des outils de traitement d'aliment à partir du couplage d'outil, et un actionneur (108) qui est mobile par une force appliquée par l'utilisateur. Un élément de liaison (110) comporte une première partie d'accouplement (112) destinée à être accouplée à l'actionneur, et une seconde partie d'accouplement (114) espacée de la première partie d'accouplement. L'élément de liaison est monté de manière pivotante entre les première et seconde parties de couplage de telle sorte que la force appliquée par l'utilisateur provoque un mouvement de pivotement de l'élément de liaison. Un ensemble came (116) couple l'éjecteur et l'élément de liaison l'un à l'autre au niveau de la seconde partie de couplage. L'ensemble came est configuré pour transformer le mouvement de pivotement de l'élément de liaison en un mouvement linéaire de l'éjecteur qui pousse la libération de l'au moins un outil de traitement d'aliment à partir de l'accouplement d'outil.
