Description

皮带扣的按压结构 技术领域
本发明有关于一种皮带扣的按压结构,其本体配合主限位架连接板控体,该板控体设有连接部连接夹掣件,通过该本体所设凹槽置设弹性件顶抵该夹掣件,使皮带利用该夹掣件弹力顶抵,自动固定于该主限位架内,且能通过按压调整区来降低该夹掣件的弹力,便于快速且流畅调整该皮带固定的位置。
背景技术
本发明人于中国发明公开号“CN111280624A“的一种皮带扣座结构专利申请所公开的相关改良皮带扣座的内容中,使用的皮带背面需增设棘齿,才得以达到快速调节适应距离地目的,其它像是:中国发明公开号“CN106963048A”的皮带,皮带扣以及对应配合皮带扣的带身、西班牙专利新型专利号“ES1185289U”的Belt buckle以及美国发明专利公告号“US10681963B1”的Belt buckle system with set screw system,各个专利在结构上都额外设置有按钮或把手,以此达到松开卡片来进行皮带松紧位置的调节,也让相关零组件数量增多,某程度上让复杂性和故障率也相对提高,且此类按钮或把手机构在实际操作上,因零件细小而不易操作,且容易过度锁紧而导致腰带解开不便、调整困难。
后有部份技术人员,针对上述结构缺陷进行改良,但设计重点都是针对调整速度及使用简单为目的,虽有不少特殊调整结构且完美改善前述缺陷的产品,但大多的调整结构通常固定后,如遇餐后,想要调整松紧度时,一放松就会直接弹开至最大松度,使用者需再次调整到适当距离,所以每次进行调整时,还是会造成相当不便的困扰。
综上所述,仍有待加以改善不便与问题存在,故本发明人有感于上述问题点及从事研发多年的经验,并针对可进行改善的不便与问题点,乃潜心研究并配合实际的运用,且本着精益求精的精神,终于提出一种设计合理且有效改善上述问题点的本发明。
发明内容
本发明为一种皮带扣的按压结构,其主要技术性目的,利用以多个结构链接组成的调整区,在皮带紧系的状态下,使用者能够以手指按压该调整区的部分,进一步快速调节皮带松紧的状态。
本发明的皮带扣改良结构,其主要结构包含有其包含有:一本体,其一端供一皮带的头端连接,另端设有一上嵌位槽,该本体的中央具有一凹槽,该凹槽的外侧壁设置有一第一连接部;一主限位架,其一端设有一第二连接部,另端设有一下嵌位槽,其中该第二连接部与该本体的该第一连接部相枢接;一板控体,其一端设有一枢转轴,另端设有一副限位架,其中,该板控体通过该枢转轴设置于该上嵌位槽与该下嵌位槽之间形成一调整区,该枢转轴中央延伸有一连接部,该连接部配合一连接轴件枢接一夹掣件,该夹掣件底部夹设一弹性件于该凹槽内,使该夹掣件具有适当弹力顶抵该皮带往该主限位架的内侧呈固定状态,当再次施力按压该调整区能让该夹掣件弹力减弱,使该皮带解除固定呈可调整状态,直至取消按压该调整区恢复该皮带固定状态。
因此,本发明的皮带扣的按压结构,通过调整区的按压步骤,能够有效的控制夹掣件与皮带顶抵的松紧程度,让皮带能依使用者需求,进一步通过省力且便利的方式调整至最轻松位置。

具体实施方式
本发明为一种皮带扣的按压结构,请参阅如图式图1至图8所示,其结构主要包含有:一本体10,其一端提供给一皮带50的头端夹设呈连接状态,而该本体10另端则设置有一上嵌位槽11,该本体10的中央还具有一凹槽12,该凹槽12的外部两侧壁设置有一第一连接部13。
一主限位架20,其一端设置有一第二连接部22,该主限位架20另端则设置有一下嵌位槽21,其中该第二连接部22与该本体10的该第一连接 部13相枢接;而一板控体30,其一端设置有一枢转轴31,另端设置有一副限位架32,其中,该板控体30通过该枢转轴31设置于该上嵌位槽11与该下嵌位槽21之间形成一调整区40,该调整区40可参阅图7。
而该枢转轴31中央延伸有一连接部311,该连接部311配合一连接轴件33枢接一夹掣件34,该夹掣件34底部夹设一弹性件14于凹槽12内,使该夹掣件34具有适当弹力顶抵该皮带50往该主限位架20的内侧呈固定状态。
然而,当再次施力按压该调整区40时,能让该夹掣件34弹力减弱后,将该板控体30轻微向上顶起,以此调整该皮带50的位置,直至取消按压该调整区40恢复该皮带50的固定状态,后面配合如图7所示,仅需通过施力压掣箭头处即可轻松调整。
前述夹掣件34还包含有一定位肋341,该定位肋341可以为硅胶、橡胶、尼龙、金属当中的任一种材质制成,并不加以限定,不论以何种材质制作,都能够有效的与各类材质制作的皮带50相互顶抵,以此稳固调整位置。
该定位肋341为倾斜角度设计,能够有效提高该夹掣件34与皮带50的接触面积,以此增加稳固性,通常于硅胶、橡胶上面设计倾斜角度,能增加摩擦力来防止松动。
该连接部311与该夹掣件34亦能通过一体成形的设计进行制作;该板控体30的副限位架32的上、下两侧呈相互水平设计,能够让皮带50于调整放松与缩紧时的位移,通过与副限位架32两侧的平面接触更为顺畅。
综上所述,本发明所公开的皮带扣的按压结构,利用本体10的上嵌位槽11与主限位架20的下嵌位槽21,配合具有枢转轴31的板控体30进行连接,设于该枢转轴31的连接部311能供配接不同材质的夹掣件34,且该本体10中央所设的凹槽12配合该夹掣件34将弹性件14夹设其中,能让皮带50穿设主限位架20的附近形成一调整区40,通过具有弹力的夹掣件34配合主限位架20,能够有效将皮带50呈固定状态,后续再以轻压该调整区40能让皮带50解除固定状态后进行调整松紧程度,能有效减少用户于现有结构下按压的繁琐步骤。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种皮带扣的按压结构,其包含有:一本体(10),其一端供一皮带(50)的头端连接,另端设有一上嵌位槽(11),该本体(10)的中央具有一凹槽(12),该凹槽(12)的外侧壁设置有一第一连接部(13);一主限位架(20),其一端设有一第二连接部(22),另端设有一下嵌位槽(21),其中该第二连接部(33)与该本体(10)的该第一连接部(13)相枢接;其特征在于:一板控体(30),其一端设有一枢转轴(31),另端设有一副限位架(32),其中,该板控体(30)通过该枢转轴(31)设置于该上嵌位槽(11)与该下嵌位槽(21)之间形成一调整区(40),该枢转轴(31)中央延伸有一连接部(311),该连接部(311)配合一连接轴件(33)枢接一夹掣件(34),该夹掣件(34)底部夹设一弹性件(14)于该凹槽(12)内,使该夹掣件(34)具有适当弹力顶抵该皮带(50)往该主限位架(20)的内侧呈固定状态,当再次施力按压该调整区(40)能让该夹掣件(34)弹力减弱,使该皮带(50)解除固定呈可调整状态,直至取消按压该调整区(40)恢复该皮带(50)固定状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的皮带扣的按压结构,其特征在于,该夹掣件(34)为硅胶、橡胶、尼龙、金属当中任一种材质所制成。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的皮带扣的按压结构,其特征在于,该夹掣件(34)还包含有:一定位肋(341),该定位肋(341)为硅胶、橡胶、尼龙、金属当中任一种材质所制成。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的皮带扣的按压结构,其特征在于,该定位肋(341)为倾斜角度设计。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的皮带扣的按压结构,其特征在于,该链接部(311)与该夹掣件(34)为一体成形的设计。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的皮带扣的按压结构,其特征在于,该副限位架(32)的内部上、下两侧呈相互水平设计。
